Episode 7 - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and its Application to the Four Spheres of Life

DE&I is something that illustrates our desire, intent, and actions to really see one another as unique and special individuals/groups deserving of the chance to reach our limitless potential. When it comes to the four spheres of life – personally, professionally, academically, civically – DE&I often overlaps and can be the differentiator between opportunities and measures afforded to those underprivileged and/or underrepresented demographics and shared identities in their respective fields, communities, markets, and more. We discuss how and why DE&I has to be integrated in our four spheres of life.
