pro franchise could be on the way, according to League president and MLS Executive
vice president Charles alt Check quote,the Capital region has been on our radar

for some time. From a marketperspective, we don't have to be convinced.
Stadium would cost seventy five million dollarsright there in Liberty Square area downtown.
It would be the home to theMLS franchise. We're talking about the
twenty twenty six season. Why istwenty twenty six important? Well, that's
also going to coincide with the UnitedStates hosting the World Cup in that same
season. H Levac, what doyou make of this story that potentially a

MLS arena could be on the way, hosting soccer, maybe other performances like
we see with SPAC at the MVPArena. What do you make of this
report from the Times Union about anotherpotential sports franchise and a new arena on
the way in the Capital Region inthe near future. Is this gonna be
in downtown Allity? They're saying downtownall but it's what the report is saying.

Because I know that they're building thebuilding a facility, what it's supposed
to be for like union hockey overin Schenectady, correctly the five thousand seater.
It's interesting and I'll tell you whatit what pops to mind. I
was before the season started, anindividual kept emailing me through the team through

the website asking if I had interestin being part of a sport complex.
I called the guy I never heardback from, so maybe that was it.
Who knows, maybe we could havebeen a part of this, But
