Saturday, one hundercent Dodgers whooped upon the Yankees. Sunday, the

Yankees kind of whoop up on theDodgers. So as far as my like
trying to figure out which is thestronger, the better team, I feel
like they're I feel like they're rightlockstep with each other. If this was
their three round fight, round threewould go to the Yankees. Yep.
Round two would have went to theDodgers, and round one would have been
a draw. So on the scorecardsit would have been one one one,

couldn't. He was not in aposition to play. They thought he might

gonna be one of my criticisms ofthe NBA Finals some could have offered.

That's even a small criticism of theBellmont, that it wasn't a triple Crown

And as an Oriole fan who isright now watching his team trail by two
and a half games in the AlEast. What the Orioles can't do is
what the Yankees and Dodgers just didfor the past three games. Offer you

in baseball. That was the bestseries you can ask for. You asked

and I'd rather have the Orioles.A selfish answer by me, I might
want to reconsider, like, obviouslyI want my team to be the World

that's Freddie Freeman Soto if he wasout there, and I know Freeman's probably
a little different, you coulda makean argument for these four guys no particular
order. Judge, Soto, Otani, and Betts four of the top twenty

planet Earth. We're on the fieldin one series. So you got the
best players, you have a greatgame, You've got back and forth.
You've got the fan bases into it, you've got the story. That's great.

in. That's what baseball should wantto root for. It's been an awesome

the middle game, where where theDodgers just literally handled their business and not

of that time looking at the teamyou definitely want, you know, with
the American League. Now that I'vekind of walked the line a little bit

you didn't say Garrett Cole, Andthen can you imagine if Garrett Cole
and wants are both out there.Can you imagine if Jason Domingez is your
O the outfielder you I mean,just like Anthony Volpe like has been awesome.
He didn't have a great series theyOscar and had an amazing series.
That'll happened there? Where'd he comefrom? I remember when he was on

the Blue jay Z used to botherme a little bit. He was like
a Yankee killer this weekend. ButI just the only thing that came out
of this weekend for me is theYankees went into a three game series with
the Dodgers and you know, inJune, and didn't panic because if they

panicked, you would have had WanSoto dhing or something. If they panicked,
you had all these crazy moves goingon. Maybe maybe, just maybe
you would add Jason to Megas orGarrett Kohlers or somebody come up and be
in as a part of these games. The Yankees didn't panic because it's June.
It's June. And to be honestwith you, the only way I

feel any better about what happened thisweekend is if Friday Night falls the way
I thought it should have fallen.When when the announcers go, I don't
even remember what I was listening on. To be perfectly honest with you,
when the announcer goes, the Yankeeshave four walk off wins against the Dodgers,
and at the end of the night, there they go, they've all
been in the World Series. Though, like, it's all right, well,

showcase baseball. Who like, Nope, I have a stupid question to ask

heavyweight fight to end at all?Okay? Like because like again, you
you sat there and you said whenI asked you, I think it was

in the World Series? I mean, realistically speaking, after seeing those three

games, maybe the Phillies. Butwho's the American League team you'd rather see?

Dodgers or the Phillies besides the Yankees. I would seriously put Baltimore second,
but it feels like there's a littledrop off after Baltimore, like Seattle's gosh,

that's a huge compliment to seattlef I'mgonna put them third. But Seattle,
I know, I've talked about thecontended pretender storyline for Houston, but
not now. I'd take all thoseteams that just mentioned over Houston, all
those teams right now over Texas.Seattle's on the fringe, but there feels
like there's a drop off. Hell, there feels like after this weekend the
first second, there's a drop offsthe Dodgers and Yankees and everybody else.

Like if we did the tier system, it'd be Yankees and Dodgers, then
Phillies in Baltimore, then a mixof a bunch of other teams after that.
The reason I was asking that AmericanLeague question is I wanted to say,
like, as Yankee fans watching thatseries of the Dodgers, and maybe
Yankee fans never think like this,and this is twenty nine. Other franchise
twenty eight. I'll put the Dodgehere, twenty eight other franchise in baseball

think this way besides Dodger and Yankeefans of now, knowing how your team
stacked up against the best team,you know, if you're on their level,
below their level above them, youhave an idea of where you stand
as you go towards a championship,and you'd have a better understanding in the
American thagu because you're gonna likely facethat team you don't know you're gonna face
the World Series. The Dodgers couldget beat, Dodgers could get beat by

somebody in Atlanta, Philly, whoever. I feel like you know where the
bar is now, though, Likeif you consider the Dodgers the best team
in baseball, you know the Yankeesare right there. Maybe you didn't even
need this series to get that answer, but I don't think there's any doubt
after this series you're right there withthe best team in baseball. I think
we're better, and some might saybetter. And then, like I said,

the Phillies and that's it. Thoseare the three teams you know Baltimore
would be. I think no offense. I think Baltimore's down a tier.
I think the three best teams inbaseball right now, are Philadelphia, the
Dodgers and the Yankees. That's whatI and then I think it's Baltimore,
and then maybe everybody else after that, Like if the the I mean,

I could always find the Power rakings. I think they come out tomorrow.
If you want any power rankings,we can. I just think after watching
that, that's we're on a we'reon a clision course. The Yankees and
the Dodgers feel like they're on aclosion course. They really really do.
And I'm sure Phillies are said theregoing, no, no, no,
we're on the closion course. Butif you told me the National League,

I bet you anybody who's looking forthat marquee matchup in the World ties they
want the Yankees, and careful whatyou wish for because you just might get
them. It was like I saidit was, it was it was validating.
I loved it. Hindsight. Ilove that they didn't play Soto.
Hindsight. I love it because rightwell, because he's healthier and it just

shows. And again it's like,I hate to do this to you,
I'll do it. I say itall the time every time somebody brags me
about beating the Yankees in April that'scute. We worry about October, you
know what I mean? Like that'syou put you you rush Soda out there,
and now he doesn't get healthy.It's a whole another animal, like
you know what I mean, Solike, why not go out there,

get this done, get the getyou know, you know you were really
close taking two or three anyway,and now Soda is gonna be one hundred
percent. I think he's playing tonight. You didn't want to see him against
the best of the best, though, only if he's ready. Because again,

at these shots, like everybody's gettingcovered. They could make these shots ten
fifteen years go fade aways and more. And then the game continued. Eh.

Did Boston finish that game ten offorty from three? But in ten

are playing that poortly. Nobody canmake a shot. Luca had a triple
double, triple double. But youand I here texting about Luca. He's

Nobody can make a shot. Porzingis, who was a star Game one,

So the showcase of the best ofthe best. And I know this has
been a critique of Boss, andI like, I don't like doing this
take, but I get those peoplewho have hated on the twenty twenty three,
twenty twenty four Celtics and a littlebit on Luca and Kyrie because that
was not the best of the bestof besketball last night. No, but
