C Olbaning, Fox Sports nine eighty ninety five point nine. Fact,
it's time for the Top four four with Levac and Guz.
You know you want to do it. You wrote it
in the notes. Ryan McCarthy's in for Lavacawn Levac and Guz.
He wrote in the notes, Can I say four? Go ahead? Ryan?
Excuse me, It's not that easy. I told you.

Speaker 3 (00:31):
I'm timlu Jeff Livac. Today it's the.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
Four biggest stories in the world of sports, the top
Foard four brought to you by Mohawk Kanda where they
always go out on other way to please you. Let's
do story number four injuries. We're gonna start off depressing
and said here with injuries in the top Forard four.
Bill's fans. You know what's going on. Wide receiver Chase
Claypool has now been placed on the IR. We'll see

(00:57):
what that means. I know demere Bird been signed, according
down to reports from Jeremy Fowler. But Chase Claypool a
big contributor for years. Besides the attitude issues he had
out in Pittsburgh, there's also been some injuries to the
quarterback position. Now there's questions of whether or not the
Bills have a third string quarterback. I know they brought

(01:17):
in somebody else as well to take the third don't
even do it. Just let the wide receiver run around
at quarterback for another preseason game. Rob McCarthy, Chase Claypool
in a third string quarterback getting hurt for the Bills,
little concern, no concern, or a lot of concern. I
did it out of order for you, because I know
you listen to the show out to Classic Top four

(01:37):
to four. Question, what do you making the injuries for
the Bills over the last forty eight to seventy two hours?

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Death flies, moderate concern.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
Little concern, yet.

Speaker 3 (01:48):
A little concern, moderate concern. I do want to ask, though,
if did Chase Claypool injure himself while sto'm in a
TikTok video.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
I don't. I don't think so.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
Another conspiracy theory, guys, Another conspiracy theory. Put the tinfoil
hat on playing that music.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
I would if I had the other music not playing
right now. Ben Ben Denucci, by the way, FCS love
he was the quarterback who's been signed by the Buffalo
Bills and speaking about TikTok Juju Smith Schuster cut. I
heard in that rumor floating around a little bit that
Juju Smith Schuster has been cut. It's a bad day
if you're a fan of TikTok. I don't know what
that means.

Speaker 3 (02:27):
That means either, I'm old. I don't know what that means.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
There are rumors, by the way that the Chiefs could
bring back Juju Smith Schuster Man. He was so good
for the Steelers, he was so good at USC what
a heck, just had an injury. He's ever been the
same player, you know.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Look, I mean he did pretty well for the Chiefs
a couple of years ago and their Super Bowl against
the Eagles, and wants the up going in to the
going to the Patriots, didn't have it didn't pan out there.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
Hey, maybe I might send with the Bills.

Speaker 3 (02:55):
He lost Clay Chase Chase Claypool, bring in and see
what happens.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
I can't you know, I don't know if Juju and
Kean Coleman can be in the same locker room. Is
that too much personality? Is that too much craziness? And
what craziness in the sense like craziness isn't the right word.
Uniqueness is the word I'll go with.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
I want a one Bill's Drive, like the Jets have
one Jets Drive. I want something like that, with hidden
cameras in the locker room, with just.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Those two, just those two. Put those two on.

Speaker 3 (03:23):
Don't forget forget about Josh Allen, forget about Sean McDermott.
Just have the cameras on those two guys.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
I don't know if you did that on purpose or not.
You know there is a One Bill's Drive, right, did
you know that?

Speaker 3 (03:36):
I'm if you can't.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
You can.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
You can see me, but I'm stroking my beard like
as it like.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Maybe I'll say this about One Bill's Drive. I'd prefer
you listen to this show rather than One Bill story. Well,
let me ask you.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
Is it in Buffalo or is it an Orchard part.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
I don't know where the studio is. I'm not sure
where they film it anymore. I've been in that studio before.
It's probably I'm assuming it's in the stadium. I'm assuming
it's in the actual stadium, like film One Bill's Drop.
So there's your answer, Orchard Park. We awkwardly transition to
story number three, More about NFL injuries. This was a
big one. We might dive into this later to the show.

(04:13):
If you want Minnesota Viking rookie quarterback J J. McCarthy,
no relation not, no relation on none.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
With Mike McCarthy, no relation.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Well, JJ McCarthy not Ryan McCarthy is going to undergo
surgery to report or a torn meniscus in his right knee.
McCarthy tying tables still up in the air. Sam Donald's
listened his quarterback one for the Vikings, McCarthy National Championship
quarterback and a Michigan the Vikings traded up to get
him here Kirk Cousins. On the way out, he goes
to the Falcons. I know this is a little bit

(04:43):
more difficult to understand without a time table here for
the recovery of JJ McCarthy. But Ryan McCarthy. Does this
mean we're not going to see JJ McCarthy at all
in twenty twenty four for a Vikings under center.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Look, I'm no doctor, but a tormentous as certainly sounds
pretty bad. If there's one, if there's one season a
red shirt, it's this one. Because I think the Vikings
are not going to be as good as people think
they're going to be Their office is going to be
pretty good, their defense is going to be eh. And
there's one franchise in the NFL is just as snake

(05:18):
bitten as by Jets. It's the Minnesota of like, especially
when it comes to quarterbacks. So I wouldn't I mean,
if you're JJ McCarthy, I'd say, take as much time
as you need. You're a rookie quarterback, learn the system.
I know you had a great preseason game. He looked
awesome in that preseason game. It's the preseason. You're playing

(05:40):
against the second and third string of the other team.
All right, take it takes as much time, take as
much time off as you can learn the offense. Maybe
played later in the season. Let's sun sim Donald Cook raw.

Speaker 2 (05:58):
Yeah. Here here's the out J McCarthy. Because you and
I both agree on his performance in the preseason. It's
not gonna say three hundred yards and four touchdowns. This
is the crutch almost at times, when we think about
a great game, it oys has to be statistically good
because we live in a fantasy football wagering world. But
if you dove into the deep realms of what's called
NFL film, social media, land, and there are people who

(06:20):
create content. You know this is a content creator yourself.
That there are people who just watch tape and then
tell you what they saw on tape, which is cool,
like former coaches and reporters and Baldy's breakdowns.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
Oh my gosh, awesome, he Loved's breakdown.

Speaker 2 (06:32):
He's great at it. He might be the king of it.
Dan Ar Losk, he's fantastic at it. Chase Daniel is
like the emerging talent now that's doing it because he's
been in the league for fifteen years. All these guys
saw JJ McCarthy and they all went nuts because what
McCarthy did is I don't know if it's a This
one's always tough to figure out. Is it a breakdown
with young offensive linemen? Is it a bad play call.

(06:55):
JJ McCarthy was constantly getting blitzed, and he stood right
in the pocket and took every hit so bad that
he tore his meniscus over the last you know, less
than a week. Yeah, obviously got injured. There's not when
big blow we're gonna point to to watch it happen.
But if that's the sign of what's to come, that
he can figure out when the blitz is coming and
can handle it like that as a young rookie. That's great.

(07:18):
Again one more time. It's bad that a top fifteen
pick is getting blasted because his offensive line doesn't know
who he's blocking you. And now it's the tournamentiscus and
might not play in twenty twenty.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
Four now, and I feel bad because it's an injury.
I as someone who was a competitor once upon a time,
I'm pretty sure guys you the same thing. You're the
same way. You hate seeing anybody get hurt, right, anybody
seem to get hurt or at whatever level where it
be from whether it be in a Beer league all
the way up to the pros. You hate to see
somebody get hurt. I feel bad for the guy, but

(07:49):
rest up, man, rested.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Up, it bothers. I know those are your first two stories,
but like stuff about players athletes getting injured, is so
frustrating because two things happen one we never find out
what they could have been. Like if you're a GM
a fan, you want to see, Hey, we invested, we
traded up, we signed the guy it did trade up to.

Speaker 3 (08:09):
They did trade up to get MacArthur. They trade with
the Jets.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
And it feels like you didn't get it wrong because
he got hurt. You know, like if he plays poorly,
he plays poorly. If you're not good, you're not good.
You can say I missed on that, But when they
get hurt, it feels like we missed out on something.
And the second one that always drives me nuts. And
I guess it's a pet peeve of mine in sports
or it's something that always triggers me for whatever reason
when I hear the term injury prone, like I feel

(08:32):
like I want to retiger the phrase in the history
of the sports talk medium injury prone. All injury prone
means is you played and you got hurt. You know
what I mean? Like, you know it was not injury
prone guys on the bench, you know it's not injury
prone Guys who don't play sports, like, oh, the massive
linebacker blasted me and I broke my arm. Injury prone. No, no, no,

(08:54):
you just got hurt. That's not a thing.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
Like you know what term gives me a migraine headache
into sports injury prone.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Hush man, Like because he played, he got hurt, so
you know he's but like, here's the thing, like a
player can go seven years without getting injured and then
all of a sudden, He's never called the new your prone,
but now not JJ McCarthy. If he suffers a second
injury in five injury prone, I don't know if he
can stand it.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
This is just something about Sam Darnold, Ye Sam Donald
siury prone, concussion prone.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
He sees ghosts, He sees ghosts.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
Look out.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Now the two of things a little different, because two
would like take it head shots. Yeah, like if you're
concerned about two of that's a little different.

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Just like his lights go out occasionally.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Yeah, that one's that's a little When we want to
start number two, The Oakland Athletics take on the New
York Mets seven to ten, first pitching Queen's Tonight. The
A's or nineteen games below five hundred. The Mets are
in playoff contention, continuing to say that mixed boy, But
the Diamondbacks are getting hot. Hottest team in baseball, most
one run wins this season, The d Backs the hottest
team in baseball post All Star breaks, the reigning defending

(09:56):
National League champions. Paul Blackburn on the mound tonight for
the New York Mets. Pete Alonzo Francisco Lindoring Company. Ryan McCarthy,
your take on the New York Mets twenty twenty four,
where mistakes made that they didn't trade more at the deadline.
Do you feel like this team can still be a
playoff contender right now? Sitting one game behind their n

(10:17):
least rival Atlanta Braves in the overall National League Wild
Card standings. I think the Mets.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
I think the Mets figured all right, well, we'll stand
pat where we are for now. If you if you
follow Frank the Tank on social media, oh god, oh yeah, that's.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Our first Met co too. Is Frank the Tank though it's.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
The only Mets fan I could think of as famous.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
That's right. He is a wonderful follow the mad he
is out of his mind.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
He is out of his mind. He's also a New
Jersey Doubles fan. I feel his pain. He hates Pete
Blackburn with a white hot, burning passion of a thousand
super nobles. If Pete Blackburn doesn't have a great game tonight,
doesn't have a good game tonight, especially against the Oakland A's,
you are going to hear it from his apartment somewhere,
and I believe it's Hackensack, New Jersey, where he.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
Is, where he lives. They're so close to the Mets.
Frank the Tank will go nuts about he is. You
know what he is entertaining? Yeah, so you know what
he is. He's entertaining in doses like if I had
five days of Frank the Tank, that's enough. If I
worked for barstool, I'd be like, when's Franken give me
a day. I'll get one scoop of Frank. I'm not
getting triple scoops of Frank because eventually you think he'd

(11:28):
run out of gas. I know he's very healthy now
Frank walks. Good for him.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
Good.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
That's an inspiring story as some guys, as a fellow
human being who is doing is a weight loss journey himself, right,
the tank inspiration.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
I'm a little concerned now, Met Fan, like you obviously
got to beat the angst the same contention. But when
you start looking at the teams who are playoff teams
quickly here, right, you know what, I don't want to
do that. I don't want to do that. I'm you
know what, Met Fan, I'm saving that one for five
o'clock med fans. I'm a little concerned. Geez, yeah, save
that one for five o'clock lead off hour number three.
Let's move on a story number one on the New

(12:00):
York Yankees take on the Chicago White Sox tonight, first
pitch set for eight to ten on the South side
of Chicago. Nester Cortez on the mound for the pin stripes.
The White Sox led the show talking about if you
missed it, it's already up on Apple Spotify and the
iHeart app. We led talking about this historic victory for
Chicago over one of the best teams in baseball. Ryan mccarthury,

(12:20):
you tease that you've got a play coming up here
and involved in this game. We'll discuss it a little
more in the play the day. I will say this
about the Yankees White Sox. Can they just get up early?
I'm take my Oriole fandom out of this for a second.
Can we not have like a close game in the
six or the seventh? You mentioned guys like Frank the
Tank and others on social media. I actually don't want

(12:42):
Yankee fan losing their mind in the seventh inning ten
and against Chicago. I would rather aeron judge at a
home run. They're up like six, nothing and it becomes
like we see do an old secon called Monday mirages,
realer mirage. What happened to the White Sox is sparking
or hurting the Yankee, sparking some for Chicago, hurting the A.
He's barrage. This is a mirage. I feel like hope

(13:05):
is it real? Miarrage? Ryan McCarthy an old school of
Acnegod's a bit about what we saw yesterday. You want
to hold that for another half hove?

Speaker 3 (13:12):
I think we go. I think we should hold that
for another half hour. I'm doing some real time research,
as we call it. No crunches required about nessa Cortez's
last five starts. They gotta lay on you. So let's
let's say let's save that. Let's let's let that marinate.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
Seeing this is this is what happens in the world
of the podcast world, the digital audience that they get
to just on the treadmills, start hitting the fast forward button.
They're hitting the thirty seconds. I hate treadmills. I don't run.
How do people listen to this? Is it in the
shower on the treadmill. I'm actually fascinated by this. They
gave me every stat I want the digital world. Who's

(13:47):
listening when they're listening, I don't have a how, whether
they're working out, whether they're driving around their car, whether
they're in their shower.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Is it?

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Did I miss anything? You're up? You're on the podcast landscape.
How else do people consume podcasts besides working out, mowing
the lawn, in the shower, in the car. I think
I got the Big Four.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
I think you pretty much got the Big Four.

Speaker 2 (14:05):
Under the covers with the lights off.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
I put I put on the occasional podcast. If I
want to fall I need something to fall asleep too.
There is a really cool uh, there's a really cool
podcast called I think what's it called.

Speaker 5 (14:21):
It?

Speaker 3 (14:21):
Where a guy that reads bedtime stories?

Speaker 2 (14:24):
Is that ASMR you're into.

Speaker 3 (14:25):
No, No, it's not a SMR, it's a it's it's
it's called Get Sleepy. It's a guy just walk just
in a really quiet English tone, English accent, reading stories
to help you fall asleep to music.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
Here's what I'll do for you. I will do this
just for you, and I know there's no credentials required
and belly up media. People listening right now. I will
do this for you and you listening right now I
will give you a podcast you can listen to go
to sleep too. It's called The Drive. It's on three

I just found this out, by the way, and maybe
I'm the last of the party on this. I saw
this on Instagram the other day that a lot of
Pixar movies they'll leave a little easter egg about the
movie that's on the way, So they have like something
that will be in the movie that will come like
two years later, like cars and the Incredibles toy story
and finding Nemo, Like they're now whether someone cgied this

(21:59):
and photoshopped and it really isn't like this and I
just bought it to Sha because that was really good editing.
But there's like these easter eggs they leave that years
later will be the callback for that moment. I don't
know if you and I had this type of Pixar
like effect on each other when I joined No credentials
required earlier this year to talk about what the legacy

(22:19):
of twenty twenty four for the local sports scene would be.
But it feels like, from what you're feeling, what we
discussed back in the spring might be coming true by
the end of the year. For those who don't know
that conversation, let's let's go back one more time at
a time machine today, Bill us In on what you
and I talked about. I know what we talked about,
but you listening back earlier this year about what the

(22:40):
sports local scene could be defined by in twenty twenty four, Yeah,
and to.

Speaker 3 (22:45):
Mildly correct you was last month. It was about what
is June first? What do you mean June first? It
was July first thought it was April. No, it was July.
It was red before four it was red before Independence
day break when you went vacation.

Speaker 2 (22:57):
I knew I should have just said earlier this year.
It was hard June.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
That's okay, that's okay, So mouth correction, mouth correction there.
But yes, this is what we call a callback in
the industry. Let's we talked about and you can listen
on both, no critestions required, and look back in God's side,
although I can always use the lessons. You can listen
on the fireside. But we talked about the Capitol Regions

(23:20):
pro sports, pro sports scene. We talked about I asked
the question to guys. I said, guys, look at all
the success that pro teams in this area have had
this season. Albany FireWolves go from three wins three in
twenty twenty three to almost winning the National Lacrosse League Championship.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
In April May, playing in the finals.

Speaker 3 (23:48):
They played in the finals. They got to the finals.

Speaker 2 (23:50):
Don't worry about that. By the way, Sorry, sorry, Ryan,
just write a little inside radio. Ryan is in the
power chair and usually what happens in the powerchair is
he can see when phone lines are lighting up. But
what we forgot the change is that w G Y
is taking a contest right now. It's like, whoa, I'm
killing it right now. Six nine o nine eight. Oh,
He's like, whoa. I didn't know this is gonna hit

(24:11):
so no, no, no, that's a that's a contest. So sorry
to distract you, because I know that could be distracted
when you're in that chair. That's okay.

Speaker 3 (24:16):
Actually I didn't notice at all. I was my eyes
were focused on you. I had, I had my alpha
brain this morning, so I'm focused right on my eagle
eye attention to focused right on you, Gazi bear.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
I've been working too long with the Levak. I knew
that would have got on like a squirrel outside. But
I'm sorry for that light. This is a great topic.
Oh it's w G Y chucks.

Speaker 3 (24:37):
But we're get We're gonna let's get back, let's get
back in the focus.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
I'm here focus.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
So FireWolves went from three wins to the NLL Championship game.
Unfortunately got swept in two games. In two games to
the current dynasty of the National Lacrosse League, the Buffalo
Bandits all many patroons.

Speaker 2 (24:56):
They go deep in the TBL playoffs.

Speaker 3 (25:00):
The next Thunder at the best season of their the
best season of their existence, right go to the e
EHL Playoffs. They come back from two three one deficits
in the North Division fine and the North Division semi Final.
In the final, they go to the n all the
East Division him East Conference Championship. Unfortunately, they lost in

(25:23):
six to the Florida ever Blades, who went up winning
their third Kelly Cup in a row. Yeah, they're dynasty
in the East HL. And then then the Valley Cats
there their community staple. I know you went to your
first I know, I'm kind of disappointed that this was
your first Valley Cats experience on Sunday.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
I know, like, I've been here for nine and a
half years almost now.

Speaker 3 (25:46):
Nine and a half years, and Sunday was your first game.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
It's so awful. Like I've gone to the Bariable, I've
gone to a few Valley Cat games as a media member. Okay,
so it's not the first thing. Clarify. Yeah, I I've
stepped inside Joe Berno Stadium before. I've never sat down
enjoyed a game a hot dog a first till I
got to go as a fan, a non working media member.

Speaker 3 (26:10):
Okay, okay, thank you for clarifying. I was going to
be very very disappointed in you if you admitted it.
But then after our conversation in late June early July,
Arena Football playoffs come out and actually atually actually our show.
We taped our show the day the Arena Football playoffs
had come The format came out where they said, the

(26:33):
rest of the season, all right, the bottom two of
this of the league, they're going to play a single
game just to close out their season, get their paychecks.
Good on them for doing that. Then you had the playoffs,
the six the sixth remaining team, the six remaining top seeds.
They got to the playoffs, and our Albandy Firewords went
to the playoffs for the first time ever and Albany

(26:57):
Arena football team got to a champion ship and did
not win a championship. So, if there's one word that
we can define the twenty twenty three twenty twenty four
Pro season four Capitol Regian Sports, it's almost.

Speaker 2 (27:13):
Ah yeah, it hurts, right, it hurts.

Speaker 3 (27:17):
It hurt to say it.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
Nobody wants to be silver metal. Nobody wants to be
the almost left.

Speaker 3 (27:22):
Oh, it's apparent giving bad news to their kids and
they can't go to the Gray Escape because they're going
because it's going to rain or something came up, and
something came up and they can't go. Believe me, I've
gotten that news before, so I believe relive in childhood.
But yes, that that the A word. The A word
defines this pro season for Capitolias and sports.

Speaker 2 (27:45):
We hear it all the time at award ceremonies. It's
just an honor to be nominated. Gross just say you
want to win. I wonder if that mentality could be
taken to this sports concept we're talking about here. That obviously,
any team that competes in anything, whether it's the Pop
warner to high school to college to this conversation. At

(28:06):
the professional level, everybody wants to win a championship. But
I guess this storyline of the last twelve months being
defined by the OMOS category should still be a compliment.
It doesn't feel like that. My reaction isn't too that,
but the fact that you're in the mix and almost
winning championships and so close to having a historic season,

(28:26):
like this is easy, right, Like if you had to say,
what's the greatest season, greatest year in the history of
Capitol Region sports professional we're taking college out of this
for this talk, but pro, Hey, multiple teams wouin a championship.
I believe the Patroons at Empire may have gotten close
in twenty nineteen, maybe twenty eighteen, twenty nineteen. It's hard
of those basketball schedules moving over the Empire, and the

(28:48):
Patroons won in twenty nineteen. Thank you, Okay, I know
that always gets close to basketball, so they both wut
in twenty nineteen. So hey, in twenty nineteen, multiple championships
are won, and that's what it be. But if you
had to give second, oh, you had runner ups or
you had so nobody wants to be second. But I
guess that is a huge competentive. Like if we're going
to play the almost storyline of twenty twenty three twenty

(29:09):
twenty four, it's the second best year, you know what
I mean? Like, yeah, we know what the worst is.
That's easy. We know what the best is. If we're
building a sandwich, if we're making a tier system, it's
number two.

Speaker 3 (29:22):
Yeah, this is this is definitely a number, a number two,
number two in terms of.

Speaker 2 (29:27):
It's definitely not a number two, but it is a.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
It's a number. It's not number two sandwiches.

Speaker 2 (29:34):
Is that?

Speaker 3 (29:34):
What is that? That's what you're saying because that was
twenty twenty three.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
Right, That's that's the transfer of the show. If we
aied this, we would have gotten we had just corrected
for the robots.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
Yes, we had to correct it for the for our
robot over lords. Who will see who will overtake us soon.
Don't blame me, I vote for kdos. But this was
a look. No, no championships are war one. The Valley
Cats as we speak, they're currently in fourth place in
the East Division of the Frontiers standings, but I believe
they're in the They are in the hunt for wild

(30:03):
card spot in the Frontier League for the East Division.
So they need to they need to do some they
need to do some work. But that's okay. They had
were of the struggle bus very early this year, but
they've gotten they seem to get their their feet under
them and they're going they're getting uh, they're getting there.
They're they're they're winning starting to win. But I need

(30:25):
to win the right time to get a few weeks
left for their season ends.

Speaker 2 (30:28):
But this was a this was a solid season.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
This was wasn't great in terms of winning championships one
by one. I know we all expected the Firebirds to win,
to win the season. I know as an employee of
the Albany Firebirds, guys, you missed out and yet another
ring ye to add your collection.

Speaker 2 (30:48):
But this was this was a.

Speaker 3 (30:51):
I would say great, a great, as in g R
E A t A as in everybody to a championship
or went to the playoffs and went deep into their playoffs,
but it didn't quite reach the pinnacle.

Speaker 2 (31:08):
This is gonna sound insulting, and that that's not to
mean to be this insulting. But I think you're gonnaunderstand
why I mean bying this. Okay, so I'll do this
in my life right now. Okay. So, like my oldest
is four, my youngest is a year and a half.
Accomplishments that a four year old would do won't be
celebrated the same way a year and a half year

(31:29):
old would accomplish. Like if Wes is learning his colors
in farm animals, that is the cow it does say
move very good.

Speaker 3 (31:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Now my four year old was like struggling to be like, ooh,
why did you struggle with that? A pig says, oink,
not move. Hang on. What I mean by this comparison
and analogy is that we start to grade things on
a different scale and the level has been raised. We
start to view things differently when the level of how
we think something should be done is now the expectation

(31:59):
of hou to be done.

Speaker 4 (32:00):
Yea.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
I bring that up because here's what could happen in
twenty twenty five. We talked on you Albany and Union
and RPI and HVCC football programs earlier in the show.
The bar has been raised for all of them. Like HVCC.
If we're gonna bring in tons of recruits and guys
who can play, people expect wins. RPI knows how competitive
the Liberty League is because they've got Union in it.
Coach Shrock is from Hobart that had a run in

(32:22):
the Liberty League. We've seen players come from the NFL
and make Final four runs and the expectations and you
Albany is that's an easy one.

Speaker 12 (32:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (32:28):
And we had a first.

Speaker 3 (32:29):
Round pick who played at EU Albany before he transferred
to Florida State directed by the LA Rams this year.

Speaker 2 (32:35):
So here's real things that can happen in that college comparison,
in that odd Toddler example, that can happen to the
pro sports signing the capital reach it. We'll just play
this out. None of this is confirmed. We'll just play
this out. Okay, the Albany Firebirds, what if they play
in a different style of the AFL. I've thrown this
idea out before I know you covered the leagues. If
the Arena Football League ever combined with the IFL and

(32:58):
the other the NAL, and we had one super league
one in almost a boxing UFC comparison, one belt for
them all. You can bind the ranks. There's no WBF
and WIBF. Here's the best indoor slash arena. That's for
someone else to figure out the terminology they want to use.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
I'm familiar, yes, right.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
Right, Like this is the best? Okay, WHOA. The way
we viewed the twenty twenty four Almedy Firebirds as far
different than what we're gonna view twenty twenty five is
let's say the Valley Cats. Again, don't have this on
the record, but like, let's say they flipped from the
Frontier League to single A hi A, they get an affiliation.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
Affiliation were affiliation back?

Speaker 2 (33:37):
Rob Banfred right, Like, WHOA, Now, all of a sudden,
we're dealing with the Valley Cats on a different level.
Why do we view the Valley Cats. Let's say the
Patroons changed the leagues and did something different. What if
they became a member of the G League. This is
all of a sudden a different thing. I hopefully I
didn't put anybody down there when they talked about how
the profession in the NLLL, Like, I think that's gonna

(33:57):
lock it, that's gonna stay.

Speaker 3 (33:58):
Yeah, that stays where it is.

Speaker 2 (34:00):
But there's ways in which we could view the almost
or the success of the local sports scene that we
saw in twenty twenty four, and three of those four
teams we just touched on there could all go through
changes that by the time in twenty twenty five, in
twenty twenty six, rouls around you and I might be
having the same discussion with the same microphones without robots,
hopefully hy then and we could be viewing it completely different.

(34:22):
That you know, we wouldn't be easier on the grating,
but the success of what we deem to be successful
could be totally different. And I know this sounds wild,
but I kind of want that. Look, I kind of
want to with no disrespect to the accomplishments that have
been done this season. Yea, if you told me in
twenty twenty six that all the indoor and arena football
teams are all together and the Firebirds are playing at

(34:44):
the highest level, that the Patroons found a new level
of a professional basketball league to compete at and however
that comes together, that's not for me to figure out.
And the Valley Cats have a higher level than the
Frontier League, and in twenty twenty six, the bar has
been raised. There's new expectations. If that's even better for
the Capitol region. It's greatest winning is as greatest compete
it is. The next level could be just as exciting

(35:05):
for five eight fans.

Speaker 3 (35:06):
Yeah, absolutely, and to win with the with the aeronomic thunder, they.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
Thunder, thank you for bringing them. They're not probably gonna
move either.

Speaker 3 (35:16):
L. They're in the EHL right now, but they actually
just signed an extension agreement with the Utica Comets and
the New Jersey Doubles, so they're gonna be part of
the New Jersey Devils farm system for the foreseeable future.

Speaker 2 (35:28):
How about we flip it. We kick Utica to the EHL,
we move Adirondack to the AHL. No, all right, I
actually no, I could work it could I could work
the eight.

Speaker 3 (35:41):
I mean, look, the AHL was huge when the Red
Wings and the Flames and the Phantoms were there. Glen's
Falls can get Glens Falls loves their hockey. Shout out
to the Glens Falls fans.

Speaker 2 (35:52):
Binghamton had an AHL team, Utica has an AHL team,
they have an EHL team. So again they've had success
in the ec h L. There is a level that
could be changed. I don't, as you mentioned, it's not
gonna change. It's been locked in. But there is room
to be dangled anything.

Speaker 3 (36:08):
And you never know, and a HL team might come
back to Albany. You don't know that for sure.

Speaker 2 (36:14):
It could.

Speaker 3 (36:15):
It could happen.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
It could. But the people who yell bring back the
river Rats but don't go to a but never.

Speaker 3 (36:21):
Go to a RETS game. Those people drive me up
a wall. Yeah, they give me a migraine headache as well.

Speaker 2 (36:28):
It actually might. It makes me by I'm with you
on this. That's actually probably the most frustrating thing about
the pro sports scene. Whords like oh I love the
river Rats, Oh you saw the thunder? What the who?

Speaker 10 (36:39):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (36:39):
I love the fire Wolves?

Speaker 3 (36:40):
Have you been to a game?

Speaker 2 (36:42):
No, I remember when the Firebirds played? Oh last week? Which?

Speaker 3 (36:47):
Which do you remember the Do you remember the eleven
point come back at eleven seconds?

Speaker 2 (36:51):
Were you there? I wonder if that's and that's probably
a whole different say so.

Speaker 3 (36:55):
I watched it with YouTube with Todd McCloskey and uh
boo boo Sin Tilly.

Speaker 2 (37:01):
That might be more about marketing and s that's some
people are just stubborn. But yeah, look, I hope the
bar gets raised. I'm with you. Like what we've discussed
about the almost theme of twenty twenty three to twenty
twenty four has probably been defined by the last felve
months of almost bringing championships, and it's gross to keep
saying it. But if we have to say, if you
like you told me, like, all right, guys, in twenty
twenty five, what's your hope everybody steps up a level?

(37:24):
Like championship should be the easy simple everyone wins, of course,
but like twenty twenty six and twenty twenty five is
the next level for these teams.

Speaker 3 (37:32):
And I'm gonna go out on a limb here with
the FireWolves. You have an in state. This is an
This is an official rivalry now in National Lacrosse League
between Albany and Buffalo. Now that they've met in Albany
swept the Bandits in the regular season ban it's got
their revenge in the championship. I believe I remember correctly,

(37:53):
Glen Clark coach Glen Clark coach slash GM Glen Clark said,
I don't really treat it as a rivalry yet.

Speaker 2 (37:59):
This is now a rivalry. Set it on this show.

Speaker 3 (38:01):
Set it on this show, Set it on this show.
It's now it's a rivalry. And if you don't want
a sea of orange coming to your town every couple
of months, get yourselves soon, Marina.

Speaker 2 (38:12):
Black out the Lower Bowl.

Speaker 3 (38:15):
Hopefully someday we'll have the Upper Bowl opened again for lacrosse.

Speaker 2 (38:18):
Get yourself to a game.

Speaker 3 (38:19):
If you don't, look, we've had too many professional teams
up and leave. And because you didn't go to a
game because you said, oh, I'm too busy that night,
blah blah blah. Stop making excuses. Support your teams. I
harp on this. Ever, I harp on this on no
creduncials required, and it's my my co host, Dustin. I
hope we doesn't turn into a cyborg in the next

(38:40):
year or so. Touch about aih you know he said
he's been too such like, Yeah, I need to go
start going to this more, more local sports events, more often.
Here's your chance, Capital region you want to you want
the FireWolves to move, FireWolves to move to I don't know,
Long Island where they just lost the team, or tomorrow
trel or to Pittsburgh, God forbid Pittsburgh. Go and support

(39:05):
your team. This is a great team. It's gonna be
in state rivalry.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
Let me throw a wild theory into that. I've never
asked anybody, And if you think it's dumb, you can say, Gods,
that was dumb, and we're just gonna act like it
never happened. I'll eliminate from the podcast world. It's just
you and I it um buttons. If you feel like
this is stupid, as long as people live in the
Campbel region, that storyline of go out and support the team,
find these players do it. But yet Campbel Region professional

(39:32):
teams have had that storyline hangover their heads. Whether it's
laziness like you and I have talked about, whether it's reporters, just.

Speaker 3 (39:37):
What's the It's also the affiliation tube. Yeah with the
river Rats in the Albany Devils, the affiliation was the
New Jersey Devils, who have been long stereotyped as the
most boring NHL team in history of the NHL. Yeah,
which is no longer true, by the way, But.

Speaker 2 (39:52):
Like their city is like, Okay, we'll use Denver for
an example, right, Like Denver Course fields in the middle
of downtown Denver, basically for lack of a better like
you and walk to it, like you go to the
bars and then walk to the field. The Philadelphia is
an all in one spot. Cincinnati's pretty close, like you know,
the venues in the city as they have the stuff
that's right there. Yep. There's been talks of the potential
soccer arena stadium whatever term we want to use there

(40:15):
close to what MVP arena would be. What I'm getting
at is like, is there a perfect spot and you
could take it from Glens Falls to Lake George's, Schenectady, Detroit.
I don't know if you said, hey, this is the
city in the capitol region and define capital region how
you want that. If you drop the venue here because

(40:35):
of where it's located, it's gonna get people, not just
sports fans, but walk in audience, party audience, you know
what I mean. Where it's like, hey, everyone keeps saying
something's a problem about attendance, Well what if you put
it where there's already people. I don't know the right
answer to that.

Speaker 3 (40:51):
Like, I don't have an answer either. I mean, I know,
I know, with Uncle Melvin to come to town, I'm
bleeping it up. I'm bleeping. I'm not saying the actual
name of the condition we had that was in twenty twenty.
But when Uncle Melvin came to town, he closed a
lot of businesses that were across the street, a lot
of the restaurants that were across the street. I'm hoping

(41:12):
they come back and that will be part of the attraction,
is that we get more attractions to people for people
to go to the there too before they go.

Speaker 2 (41:19):
To the arena.

Speaker 3 (41:20):
And I think another part of it is this ridiculous
inferiority complex that we have as Albany. In Albany, Oh,
we're small. Beanny were the capital of state. There should
be no inferiority complex it comes to our sports teams
when it comes to this city.

Speaker 2 (41:36):
Yeah, I've never understood it. You and I've had a
lot of chance about that too, where it's like, just
look at the market size. I don't know why. It's
the little brother feel the fi market in the country.
So what Yeah, there's about one hundred and fifty that
are smaller. I actually did figure one out though, Like
if there was a city or a venue, you gets
say like, hey, there are people who can walk to
the venue. There are people who want to spend money.
There are people who want to find great weather and

(41:57):
enjoy it. That is sort of Serotoga. Yeah, like they
got the track, you know, like.

Speaker 3 (42:03):
If these are factor Actually they figured that out.

Speaker 2 (42:08):
That's why Sarah tug is so popular. Everybody can walk
from their house to the venue. They can buy summer homes,
they can spent Sarah Tuggan as well. And I'll be
there Friday live from Saratoga. Let's just plug that's right,
let's talk about our plays that day coming up thanks
to Mohawks Chevrolet. We've been teasing it all day. Ryan's
been dangling a Yankees white socking NFL play. Yeah, I've

(42:32):
got a play that I want to get it to.
We'll give you our wagers for the night and we're
gonna close that out at number two. Next on the
Voice of the Campea Region, Fox Sports ninety five nine
to nine eighty Mohawks Chevrole Extra twelve of the North Way.

Speaker 4 (42:46):
That is where I got Marato, that is where my
daughter got her blazer.

Speaker 2 (42:51):
I'm just doing the end. I'm just doing what they do.
The cool stuff.

Speaker 4 (42:53):
I've seen the dealership if you haven't seen online Hysterical
Grace and the crew actually went to GM headquarters in
the latest episode. I mean, that's how much Mohawks Chevrolet
is blowing up. They are doing such a great job
from top to bottom that they're going and just hanging
out at the GM headquarters with the big bosses.

Speaker 2 (43:12):
So think about this.

Speaker 4 (43:13):
They are doing a great job, which means you are
gonna be taking care of the right way right now.
That means supplier pricing. You could save thousands of dollars
on today In's SUVs, trucks, whatever it is you're looking for.
Have you seen the new Equinox. This thing is slick.
I had an Equinox back in the day, it was
all right, this is awesome. This is a slick looking ride.
It's really really cool. Do yourself a favor. Get over

(43:36):
to Mohawks Chevrolet actually twelve off the north Way. Check
it all out together. Let's drive at Mohawk Chevy where
they always go out of their way to please you.

My doctor recommended a way to get ahead of it.
Then I said yes to Lenzes.

Speaker 14 (44:47):
Lindzes lnequlotide is a prescription medicine that treats IBSC and adults.
It's not a laxative. It's a once daily pill that
helps you get ahead of your symptoms. It's proven to

It's Levac and Goz on ninety five nine Fox Sports
Radio stop for the play today thanks to the Mohawks Chevrolet,
the wager of the night that we like the most,
a little different rules this week on the play of
the day, because not only will we give you a
wager for the no that'll be my rule, but for
the people that'll be filling in for Levac in today's

(48:06):
fill in, Ryan McCarthy. You know, credentials required Belly up Sports.
Who is Ryan mcc on social media? All the great
places you've been able to find him? Of course five
one night sporting events doing some great coverage as well.
He gets a wide range of wagers he can make.
Sean Martin gave a wide range yesterday, so Ryan, you

(48:27):
could do whatever you want here in the play that
you can give us a future wager. You can give
us a Yankees white sox wager you have if you've
just joined us. Ryan's dropped the little breadcrumbs throughout the
show of what he's gonna do here for the play
of the day. And if you listen to the play
of the day and you're like, hey, who's the cardinal?
Who's that Ryan guy? They keep prefer he's right here.
We're looking at him right now, the guy who tracks
all this stuff and marks it on social media. We

(48:49):
always appreciate his unpaid work. I've given him nothing today
As to thank you, Ryan, I will let you go
ahead first here the guests on today's show.

Speaker 3 (48:56):
Well, I think I think this is a thank you
enough as it is. Being honest, I'm being in studio,
being on the air with you. That's thanks enough as
it is.

Speaker 2 (49:05):
And giving you the key to make sure you go
to the bathroom because we have to.

Speaker 3 (49:07):
Yes, that's very important, because I don't want to leave
a state. I didn't want to leave my mark in
the studio, Sorry, Doug, Doug Goudie. I didn't want to
do that to you, and and also to the historic
w g Y studio.

Speaker 2 (49:20):
Politicians, mayors, governors, presidents of sat in that seat.

Speaker 3 (49:24):
Although I thought I I thought the soap dispenser. I
thought I heard the ghost of Don Weeks in the
bathroom with the soap dispenser.

Speaker 2 (49:30):
Also, it goes.

Speaker 3 (49:31):
Off while I'm I'm in disposed, I'm like, what is
that noise? Oh, it's a soap dispenser. I should hurry up,
Capital Region Leader, Capital Sports News, Talk, Entertainment, this and that?

Speaker 5 (49:47):
What?

Speaker 2 (49:48):
Oh there anyone? W all right, give us your way?
Just what did you go with first? With future or tonight?

Speaker 3 (49:53):
Let's go with tonight. I'm fading the Yankees. I'm fading them.

Speaker 2 (49:59):
Whoa, and this is my team too, I'm faining them.

Speaker 3 (50:02):
And I'll tell you why so's. I did some research
on Nessor Cortez's last five starts five earned runs, six
earned runs, four earned runs, three earned runs, six earned runs,
and this stinks after this at their April and May

(50:25):
where he had had great starts. I was at the
game on April ninth for Eclipse Night, where he had
two hit masterful, two hit shutout against it well, the
Miami Marlins. Granted it's the Miami Marlins, but he still
pitched well. But now he's gone back to twenty twenty
three Nesor Cortes and he's playing the White Sox, who

(50:47):
aren't terrible. And there was one fun fact I forgot
to mention back in segment one. The nineteen sixty two Mets,
who were considered one of the worst teams in the
baseball in Baseball Hit Street, they actually wound up beating
the San Francisco Giants twice that year, July third and
August twenty second of nineteen sixty two. So yeah, a

(51:10):
blind squirrel can find it. Every once in a while,
a broken clock is right twice a day. I'm taking
the White Sox in this game, I'll fit the Yankees.

Speaker 2 (51:21):
And just to get clarification on a tweet you might
send out, because you usually tweet these, you're taking just
money line money Line, White Sox Online White Sox.

Speaker 3 (51:29):
However, I keep forgetting to tell you this guy, these
guys to you, guys, all the tweets I've made, they've
they're gone, they've been met. What they've been memory?

Speaker 2 (51:39):
Hold what?

Speaker 3 (51:40):
Yeah, all the tweets I've made for the play of
the day are gone for some reason. Not sure why.

Speaker 2 (51:47):
I'll talk to Elon Musk about that. Yes, get him
on the disgusting just tell him.

Speaker 3 (51:51):
If you don't get those tweets back up. He owes
you a Tesla truck speaking of speaking of half Ton
Sporting short boxes. There you go, guys.

Speaker 2 (52:03):
Uh so, you've got the White Sox tonight plus two forty.

Speaker 3 (52:06):
Fox money Line plus two forty.

Speaker 2 (52:08):
What was the future wager you were discussing. I know
you're a Jet fan. Does it involve your Jets? Are
your no? Ooh?

Speaker 3 (52:15):
No? So on DraftKings?

Speaker 2 (52:18):
No sponsor, that's right, Draftings Promo codwofax.

Speaker 3 (52:24):
They have a they have a champion special for Super
Bowl twenty twenty five.

Speaker 2 (52:31):
The participant.

Speaker 3 (52:31):
They have the odds for the participant of the winning division.

Speaker 2 (52:35):
I want to make sure I understand what you're saying here.
So what you're saying is this wager you're about to
give is not Jets or Browns or Raiders. It's a
representative from the AFC East odds or any division. Oh man, interesting,
So you know what I'll lay them out, don't tell me, Okay,
I want to guess, because this is a time where

(52:56):
I'd like to play this here. I would guess that
the vision with the most likely Super Bowl participant, because
the Chiefs are still in the West, I would put
the West is the favorite at minu or excuse me,
plus four hundred. AFC West plus four hundred I think

(53:16):
would be the favorite. You would be wrong. Let me
take a second guess, then I'll stop guessing. Okay, AFC
East and plus seven hundred also incorrect? What all right?
Give it?

Speaker 3 (53:30):
So plus four twenty five. The AFC North, the AFC North,
any team the AFC North are favored to win the
Super Bowl the winning the winning division. So you have Cleveland,
you have Cincinnati, you have Baltimore, Pittsburgh. I say Pittsburgh

(53:52):
is not gonna even hit five hundred this year.

Speaker 2 (53:54):
They're in the division. But plus four to twenty plus
four twenty five, oh gosh, Now which division has the
highest odds? I would guess that's probably one of the
South divisions because they've had the Textans are in. That
makes us a sexy pick. Though, you know what, I'll

(54:15):
go with the NFC South and I'll put them at
like plus thirteen hundred, so like thirteen to one out
of the NFC South.

Speaker 3 (54:23):
Believe it or not. No, the AFC South has the
highest odds at plus eight hundred.

Speaker 2 (54:28):
Ah plus eight hundred. Still, like, gosh, these are pretty
good bets. Alright, you know what run through the top
to the bottom for me?

Speaker 3 (54:36):
Okay, from top of the pop to the bottom in
the side to south Sea. So AFC North plus four
twenty five NFC West plus four fifty AFC West plus
four fifty AFC East plus five hundred NFC North plus
six hundred NFC East plus six fifty NFC South plus
seventy seven to fifty AFC South plus eight hundred.

Speaker 2 (54:58):
And it's just the participate, It's just the part.

Speaker 3 (55:01):
It's just which team comes, who has a Super Bowl
winning team from their division.

Speaker 2 (55:07):
They're giving you four teams with those odds. That's pretty good.
Here's the reason I'm hesitating, though. Let's say I love
the South, you know, let's say you love the East.
You then find yourself rooting for the Saints, Falcons or whoever.
You know, there are some people who won't root for
divisional teams. Now, I wonder if that was almost a
segue to your wager. Here, what is your play that

(55:28):
you like so much in this.

Speaker 3 (55:31):
The player I like so much is the NFC North
at six hundred, because you have two solid teams that
could go to the Super Bowl and the USA today
there was a writer for the USA Today and we
talked about it. No credentials required, now available on iHeart.
They have two solid teams that could win a Super Bowl,
green Bay and Detroit. I think Detroit is the better

(55:54):
of the two teams, but green Bay went deep last year,
deeper than well, I think, actually green Bay did better
than what everybody thought they were going to do this
last year. They went to the playoffs. Everybody want thought
the Jets were going to the playoffs. Green Bay wound
up going to the playoffs with Jordan Love balled out
in the wild card game. Had a great Divisional playoffs

(56:14):
all the way up to the fourth quarter when the
forty nine Ers took control and Detroit went from the
wild card excid to say, they beat your your Buccaneers
in the Divisional and we're one half away from going
to their first Bowl ever. So the one division I
like with those odds, it's the NFC. It's the NFC

(56:35):
North six plus six hundred.

Speaker 2 (56:36):
You've got me spinning right now because I had the
Packers as my preseason pick, and I have this odd
take about Jordan Love that almost didn't want him to
get paid, so he had to play for that contract
a la Joe Flacco and others. I think the Banners
can make the postseason. How their schedule lays down your
point about the Lions. The spot on the lines haven't
gotten worse. The schedule is a little bit tougher, but

(56:59):
boy plus undred with those ons.

Speaker 3 (57:01):
But Dan Campbell loves but kneecaps.

Speaker 2 (57:04):
And I don't know if a team like let me
set it up like this, I would either take the
Niners or that play. I love my Buccaneers. I hope
the Bucks get that far. Their schedule is a lot
more more difficult than it was before. Gosh, I wonder
if you want to take your play, you know what
put a pin in that. Two weeks from now, three
weeks from now, I might steal a Ryan McCarthy wager.

(57:24):
I haven't given a wager, by the way yet, Real quick,
I want to give my wager. I'm gonna do a
line that stinks out loud. Mariner's Tigers, George Kirby, the
speedser the guy who's defying the pitch. Clock always flies
when he's on the mound. Why are the Tigers only
a wait? The Tigers are favored Tonight minus one thirty
gets a Mariner team that's trying to fight for the postseason.

(57:45):
That line stinks. Are the Tigers at home? Yes, that's
why Comerica Park. Give me the Tigers minus one thirty.
I don't like doing anything plus or minus one forty
or higher, but that line stinks out loud to me.
So give me the Tigers tonight. Money line stinks? Are
they favored? Why? What is going on out there?

Speaker 16 (58:03):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (58:03):
We're about the diving? Iur Number three. I got a
big thing I get to you about the Mets. You're
a baseball fan. If you're a Met fan, I'm starting
to realize something in Met fan. You may not like
this news, but you might have to accept it. We'll
touch on that to lead off the next hour coming up.
Before we do all that, I ask somebody who not
just knows about the Integrative Sleep Center and Pulse and
Spa a client. Dare I even say an endorser here,

(58:26):
just like lavac Ryan McCarthy, tell the Capital region why
you also love the Integrative Sleep Center and Pulse and Spa.

Speaker 3 (58:31):
I love the Integrated Sleep Center and I'll tell you
why for a handful of reasons. Number one, their staff
is outstanding. Doctor drear lorian who who helps work with
your insurance even if you're at a if they're at
a network with your insurance company, they'll work with them
to make sure you get approved, make sure you're make

(58:52):
sure you get your payments, all that stuff. The staff
I've either also awesome to work with. And what they
do is they send you a home with a sleep
apnea test. And it's not just men, women get sleep
apnea too, So ladies out there, if you if your
husband complains that you're storing, your loved one complains that
you're storing, you should chick get checked out as well.

(59:14):
They work with your insurance, they work with you make
sure that you get the best fit for your device.
And you know, as a guy who is going to
be late forties next week, concerned about his health, wants
to live as long as possible, be there, as long
as poly be alive as much as long as possible,
getting your sleep apnea check is of utmost importance. So

(59:35):
what you want to do is call five eight eight
five six one eight five, talk to the staff at
doctor Drer's office. They get your set up an appointment,
They gets your initial initial consultation to do this to
send home sleep apnea test and they get just squared
away fitted for device. And again they work with your help,
you work with your insurance. So again five six five,

(59:57):
tell them that Levac and the Cardinal sent you, but
not gods, because God hasn't been there yet. But again,
but hey, guess what help me sleep better? They can
help you sleep better too.

Speaker 2 (01:00:08):
We roll in the hour number three Mets fans more
and Ryan also coming up later in this hour is
not only going to be a part of the dump,
but social media wants answers out of the Cardinal. Today
we will answer some of those questions. You can be
a part of the show at.

Speaker 3 (01:00:22):
Who is answer They're better than blood.

Speaker 2 (01:00:24):
That's right. Give the Twitter plug one more time. If
what more people want?

Speaker 3 (01:00:27):
Shout outs come up in the third hour at who
is Ryan mcc on Twitter?

Speaker 2 (01:00:30):
At Tom goes Domg's He's the at w lf X
ninet eighty more on the way next on the Voice
of the Capital Region Sports saying Fox Sports ninety five
