Speaker 6 (00:56):
So everybody, I am fired up bro Week nine.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
Here right now you've dialed.
Speaker 7 (01:01):
You've been fired up for this show. I'd say since
last Monday, six days ago. You could not wait to
get in here for some things you're feeling on the
slate of games coming up in the NFL today.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
I do I feel dialed it. I feel like I
feel like I've got the right plays. I feel like
I've got the uh uh oh, the right stuff. I do.
Speaker 6 (01:19):
You know, it's it's the first time this season that I'm.
Speaker 7 (01:23):
Just not even funny because you did the Mark Wahlburg
reference while one of our Massachusetts fan kids, Oh, I'm sorry.
Speaker 6 (01:29):
Bos.
Speaker 1 (01:31):
The right it was brothers in it just close enough.
Speaker 7 (01:33):
Good vibrations, Mark you Mark, and.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Yeah, good vibrations. May you want to feel this were
like sun kissed? Maybe you want to know how I've
done this?
Speaker 6 (01:42):
I feel it? Feel it all right? We are standing
here in our Calvin Klin underwear.
Speaker 1 (01:47):
That's it.
Speaker 6 (01:49):
But don't let that deter you. There's a full bar.
Speaker 1 (01:51):
Uh no, is that.
Speaker 6 (01:53):
Radio Hall of Famer John Cooper right there? Doctor John Cooper?
Right there is wow, Doctor John in the house.
Speaker 1 (02:00):
Halloween costume was doctor John with a ponytail. It's pretty good.
It's pretty good.
Speaker 6 (02:06):
I do have to this.
Speaker 1 (02:09):
You was just made me think that it's way too inside.
I saw John Moxley, the aw wrestler. He looks like
one of our old bosses. If you steroids to set
a cocaine I just saw. I saw it last night.
I almost called you and I was like, it was
like super late and I wasn't gonna do it on
the show, but because like nobody will get it then
(02:31):
nobody knows who this guy is. But like you just
said it, I couldn't help myself, and I hate me one.
I hate I hate those people who go on to
like a radio show. I got a great inside story,
but I'll tell you later. Well, just at least tell
me now so I know I don't get it, you
know what I mean, Like, at.
Speaker 6 (02:44):
Least that's all.
Speaker 1 (02:44):
At least say it so I can be like, okay, cool, No,
I feel really good. We hit that big win Thursday night.
If you were listening to the show, we were, you
know I've been. I was Jets for the second I
saw the line, convinced guys like as we're leaving the
show Thursday night that he needed to bet the Jets,
and then Gouz yesterday just like listen, I I love
(03:07):
picking on you. It's it's you know, low hanging fruit.
I just watched a bartender pretend not to see you
for fifteen minutes. It was hysterical. Gods, one of the
bar doud go to the other guys go to the
other end of the bar. And by the way, that's
the guy who got us the table. And let us
know that next week they're giving out Josh Allen jersey
and a course cooler. So next next Sunday, that's just
(03:30):
one more reason, two more reasons to come to Vans
Slicks inside Rivers Casino Resort next Sunday.
Speaker 6 (03:35):
This this Sunday. The reason is a great ticket. But
you had two picks.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
At the beginning of the year, you you predicted the
Commanders would be at least in play for the NFC East.
Speaker 6 (03:44):
Right now they are the leaders.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
Uh and you are all over SMU and SMU yesterday
was like, what's up dog? Anybody want to try to
play against his pity?
Speaker 7 (03:55):
One week ago today, right around this time, I told
you that if SMU was getting points in that game
against Pitt and Pitt was just coming off a huge
win against Syracuse, I said, if they were getting points
in that game. I would re mortgage my house. I
would take stuff off my house. I'd put the house
on that game. I would have a second house right now.
I think if the math worked it like that now,
(04:16):
they were a seven and a half point favorite in
the game, but they won by basically thirty points. They
may won by five touchdowns of final score pit scored late,
but it wasn't even a thought of it. What happened
there in college football yesterday is that we are watching
it happen in person. That if you hate the greed
of college football, like if you love the pageantry and
everything else, but you hate that, certain schools banded together
(04:39):
and said, we're gonna make our own playoff. We're gonna
expand conferences, We're gonna sign billion dollar TV deals. Because
Ken or fifteen schools ruled the world in college football. Oh,
this weekend was the best for you, wasn't it? Wasn't
it the best? That SMU not on all types of
wood here, will be favored for every game for the
rest of the season. Your head SMU is in play
(05:04):
to win the ACC or at least get Miami in
that matchup. I have a future ticket on that Indiana.
Speaker 6 (05:09):
That's the game.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
Like I be honest with you with how bad Michigan
has been, the game I'm most looking forward to right now,
not knowing any of the bowl games would be Miami
versus SMU.
Speaker 7 (05:18):
I will proclaim this right now on the show. And
I don't even know if Rivers knows this. Hopefully people,
if they're listening right now, part of the River's team,
I'm making this call right now, big Alf, he's listening.
If SMU is playing Miami in the ACC title game,
that is one that is December seventh, the first Saturday,
you and I will be right there watching that game.
Speaker 6 (05:37):
I told you that yesterday.
Speaker 7 (05:38):
I said, if that game is happening, I am watching
that whole thing live from Rivers in the sportsbook because
I will have a lot of money, more money in
my entire life, changeing hands that day and having a
lot of fun with this session.
Speaker 6 (05:49):
Is that like the one matchup that we haven't seen
this year?
Speaker 1 (05:52):
Like as much as you know you talk about the
greed and this and that and everything of college football,
this is an amazing year. Like Oregon, Ohio State already happened.
Oregon Michigan. You know, you know all these matchups. You know,
Texas Michigan like these matches you haven't seen in one
hundred years or or you've been waiting.
Speaker 6 (06:10):
They've had all of them.
Speaker 7 (06:11):
And that's exactly it where these scheduled combinations because you
have these sixteen team leagues.
Speaker 6 (06:17):
Now you want more conference matchups.
Speaker 7 (06:19):
But what's happening is that because of just math and
you trying to figure out who's gonna play who each
year and make sure it's fair and even you see
a team like Indiana who goes out and for the
first time all season trailed in a game against Michigan State.
Now they are poised to either go eleven and one
or twelve and oh, and they may go eleven and
(06:40):
one and never beat a team who's even got a
vote in the top twenty five this season. You've got SMU,
who if they didn't lose to BYU and BYU is
leading the Big twelve sm you could be undefeated right now.
You could seem like Texas A and M, who got
smoked by South Carolina yesterday, who was at one point
probably going to play in the SEC title game until
(07:01):
they played Texas. So a lot of these schools that
you thought would be in the mix, even Penn State.
Penn State, Uh, they did a lot of that to
themselves in that game yesterday that was the new Game,
including when the kickoff was talking about greed. I saw
some of our friends at the Four Letter Network, led
by McAfee sticking it to Fox about how they need
that takeoff.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
But that's what's happened primetime game.
Speaker 7 (07:22):
Penn State didn't get the primetime game, and it probably
would have played a big factor in that game. A
lot of the schools I listed off who aren't traditional powers,
are in the mix now for the college football playoff, but.
Speaker 1 (07:32):
Penn State was They couldn't win that game because then
we couldn't have our annual fire James Franklin conversation, like, like,
here's what we should do. Can we just fire Keing
of Michael Keek? Can we just fire him? Because he
looks so much like him, like and and like he
doesn't even do a good impression, he just looks like
him and then like and then forces it, forces it.
Speaker 7 (07:54):
If you're a Penn State fan, I didn't realize.
Speaker 6 (07:56):
I should always.
Speaker 7 (07:56):
Realize the Penn State still has that national presence and
there's people in New or Crew for Penn State.
Speaker 6 (08:01):
You have to stop though less and less every day.
Speaker 7 (08:03):
It feels like right like you have multiple plays at
the one yard line, awful play calling, You have a
play that you think is gonna be an incompletion, but
it's reversed on a challenge. There's a lot of moments
in those games that you could have been better, you
could have had things go your way. But Penn State's
been the same thing. It feels like for fifteen, maybe
even twenty years, they can't find a quarterback. The quarterback
can't make the place. When Penn State's good, it's Larry Johnson,
(08:26):
it's Sakwon Parkley.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
Linebacker.
Speaker 7 (08:27):
You linebacker, you those are the two things, and these
team doesn't happen.
Speaker 6 (08:31):
It is interesting like the.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
Like obviously, you know at the pro level it's extremely
hard to find a quarterback because you have to draft him.
You have to be available at the right time. You
gotta pay them, you get a you gotta have the
right play and to go with them. With college, I
just gotta find you would.
Speaker 6 (08:47):
Think of easier.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
There's guys out there who just who just rinse and
repeat great quarterbacks. Look how long it took for for
Harbaugh and Michigan to find the right quarterback, which would
say something considered everywhere he'd ever been, he had, he had,
he had great quarterbacks.
Speaker 6 (08:59):
But like this, for.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
Penn State to be as close as they've been as
many times as they have, was mcsorley's the best quarterback of.
Speaker 7 (09:08):
Recent Hackenberg McSorley aler Like, yeah, I would guess mc
sorely because he got to the pros. But nobody's been
that takeover player for Penn State. And I say all
that knowing that Penn State could go eleven and one,
they could win the remainder of their games and beating
nobody this season besides Illinois, who got beat by Minnesota.
Penn State could be a college football playoff team.
Speaker 6 (09:30):
We are losers to Ohio State and Michigan every year.
Speaker 1 (09:35):
All right, So those any other the major programs you
wanted to talk about from yesterday?
Speaker 6 (09:39):
I mean Miami.
Speaker 7 (09:41):
You and I were texting during that Miami game. I
am the Shador Sanders defender. I believe he should be
the number one pick in the NFL Draft. I believe
he's gonna have a really good career.
Speaker 1 (09:51):
I'm fine with him being the number one pick as
long as my Raiders don't have the number one overall pick.
Speaker 7 (09:56):
I'm starting to rewonder, though, and not because Shador Standers
today anything. Cam Ward is so good. Some of these
throws in the game against Duke where they're trailing again.
I know I did the TCU take, I know I
did the Washington take. But cam Ward, I mean moving
in the pocket, accuracy, leading a team, commanding the locker room.
That's the number one pick in the draft. I know
(10:17):
quinn Ewers has the hype around him and back played
terrible for Georgia. They probably should have lost that game
if Florida's quarterback didn't get hurt.
Speaker 6 (10:25):
But if someone said I want cam.
Speaker 7 (10:26):
Ward as the number one pick in the draft, I
won't even put up an argument because he's that good.
Speaker 6 (10:30):
Five touchdowns, four hundred yards.
Speaker 1 (10:33):
Yeah, sixty one percent completion percentage rating a one to
seventy eighty three.
Speaker 6 (10:37):
I mean, he you've been on him.
Speaker 1 (10:41):
The problem is that, like I feel, I feel like,
of all of your bad takes, college quarterback, transitioning to
the NFL is your worst. I don't feel like you're
good at that. And listen, that puts you in league
with probably one hundred of the last professional GMS out.
Speaker 6 (10:59):
Of two hundred.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
Like you, I've seen you figure out like wide receivers.
Speaker 6 (11:04):
Actually you, you buy it the QB hype Traine fashion.
Speaker 7 (11:08):
But I know I've accepted that it is a bias
that is gonna be hard for me to shake that.
I will see a player play so well in college
and be like I saw that.
Speaker 6 (11:17):
No, No, I saw it. It wasn't a myth. It
wasn't Cloud.
Speaker 7 (11:20):
I saw him play well at that school. He has
to be good at the next level. I don't know
if I'm gonna be able to shake that with some
of these guys. But if cam Ward is not good
in the pros, maybe it's the organization because he's Miami
has not been good for twenty years and this guy
hands him in the top five of the country. He's
played just as good as anybody. He could be the
(11:40):
number one pick from Incarnate Word to Washington State to
making the year relevant again.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Well, and that's that's what I like about him.
Speaker 6 (11:52):
I like the transition. I like the fifth year.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Was it Parcels it was it was one of the
like the high IQ usually gets it right football guys.
I want to say, he said, if a guy doesn't
have fifteen hundred attempts at the college level.
Speaker 6 (12:10):
I don't want him.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
Ward's at twenty one hundred and ninety seven attempts. He's
got you man, Jay Will in the house, the legend. Actually,
I don't want to say too many things about Jay
Will take my job. He knows I don't get paid enough.
The fact that this dude has has seventeen thousand passing yards,
(12:32):
he has one hundred and forty eight touchdowns and and
yeh forty seven in year two and incarnate word. But
each year at the bigger program, so Washington State, twenty
three touchdowns, nine interceptions, then twenty five to seven right
now twenty nine and six at Miami and Miami like, listen,
(12:55):
let's not let's let's let's be real this.
Speaker 6 (12:58):
This may not.
Speaker 1 (12:59):
Be the you of back in the convicts days, but
this is the you that has beat, I mean handled Florida.
South Florida is one of those weird programs where that
South Florida finds athletes, not football players, it feels like,
but every so often of those athletes can hammered in
football players, So to beat them fifteen to fifteen is
(13:20):
pretty badass. You were able to beat Virginia Tech, cal Louisville,
Florida State. You just Duke was as primed up to
play this game as they already take on North Carolina
and hoops and you and you beat them after and
not even your best performance.
Speaker 7 (13:34):
You're losing against Duke, You're losing against Louisville. You needed
the hal Mary reverse wild play to beat Virginia Tech.
But you have found ways to win and to end
of the camp board statistical stuff you're talking about right now,
they got three games to go, not counting the ACC
title game if they get there. He's already tied to
school record for touchdown passes Ristreppo, number seven. He is
(13:56):
the greatest statistical wide receiver in the history. You're of
the Miami Hurricane football program. Think about that staff. Michael
Irvin's barking like a dog on the sidelines, but number
seven Ris Treppo now has all the records.
Speaker 6 (14:09):
That's how good Miami is this season.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
Maybe your best quarterback take out of college to the
pros with Lamar Jackson.
Speaker 6 (14:17):
A lot of people didn't think he was.
Speaker 1 (14:20):
They're like, that's an athlete, it's wide receiver at the
running backs that quarterback gods was that's quarterback, this quarterback,
this quarterback, and you thought that because you saw him.
Speaker 7 (14:27):
Do what tear up Syracuse.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
Final game of the regular season for the Miami Hurricanes
is at Syracuse on November thirtieth.
Speaker 6 (14:36):
Time to be determined.
Speaker 7 (14:38):
Time to be determined, and whether or not I'll be
in attendance will be determined.
Speaker 6 (14:41):
Whether or not you might beat a tennis for that game.
We have some tickets out.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
Listen, you know I'm ready to hang out with with
TG two. I just want an awesome stadium blanket. I
was gonna use it for watching guar Jacket, but I'm
ready let's go.
Speaker 7 (14:53):
Is it a risky move to one bring three kids
under five, including hopefully that by that point it kid me.
I'm out a two week old newborn for a two
hour ride down and back and tell mom, hey, I
gotta be gone for like the next five hours. That
might be risky business, but it's cam warton Syracuse. It's
a great matchup.
Speaker 1 (15:13):
Your dad's been trying to get me in a Syracuse game,
and you've been trying to keep me away from them
for what ten years now, So like I'm in, I
want I will tell you this if you do if
you bring the whole family a lot of walking.
Speaker 6 (15:28):
Okay, I'm out. He knows, he knows how to shut
me down.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
He knows if you're driving with all the kids and
I'm in, I'm driving to myself, all right, I'm not
going to be in that vehicle. I love you, I
love your family. I'm not gonna be in that vehicle.
Me and TG too will ride out. He'll come here.
We'll ride back out together, all right. I just I
mean college college football, national level, exciting games, good games yesterday.
(15:55):
This season has been the best Marquee season we can
we got we can take out a power plays a power.
Speaker 7 (16:02):
That is the fun part about the playoff. I know
traditionalists are old school football fans would say the regular
season doesn't mean as much because teams get every week,
we get three, five, seven games that matter, teams getting upset,
talking about who's in, who's out, what's the top looked like?
You know, Cinderella is probably too strong of a term
for I'll call them the non traditional powers in the
(16:23):
mix of this. This is why it's so much fun
for college football. This season, the first year of doing this,
and we got three weeks left to go in the
regular season.
Speaker 6 (16:33):
Sorry some of my throat. I thought it was a
cough there, So cinere in.

Hardy Mazai giveaways. Thanks for our friends, Hardy Mazzotti. Guys.
Let's just you. Let give us the rundown on the
(20:12):
local college football action.
Speaker 7 (20:13):
Let's start with the team's closest to the capitol region you,
Albany football.
Speaker 6 (20:18):
Yesterday is not a good year.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
For you, Albany. Nothing is clicked, nothing is coming together right.
This is the downside of the transfer portal is your
team sometimes doesn't doesn't gel. This is the downside of
having such a great defensive program the year before to
where you get vandalized through the transfer porter with your players.
But all in all, I just you know me, I
(20:42):
got faith, I got respect for that program. I know
they'll figure it out. That's just get through this down here.
I can see a cycle and tell me if I'm crazy.
Where every other year you Almany's gonna be a monster.
Speaker 7 (20:56):
That makes Yes, that makes sense because of what you're
talking about. The portal. You gotta find your right player
recruiting cycleed the FCS program.
Speaker 1 (21:02):
Yeah, then you got to get all of gel together.
Speaker 7 (21:05):
That's gonna drop coach Ka two so insane, insane, I
cansane thirty one to fourteen. The final, by the way,
that was the pink game there at Bob Hordfield KSE Stadium.
It was twenty four to nothing and a half for
New Hampshire. It probably should have been twenty eight or
thirty one, nothing like. That's how much better New Hampshire
was than you wall Buty in that game. So there's
(21:27):
not much more to add to that game. New Hampter
dominated from the start to finish. Yeah, you covered a
lot of that. When it comes to actual talent on
the field for the great days, they just can't recover.
And we'll move on from that to the RPI Hobart
game that was out in Troy yesterday.
Speaker 6 (21:40):
I can't believe you weren't at this. Uh. There was
a chance of possibility.
Speaker 7 (21:44):
Life got in the way, that's all right, but RPI
gave Hobart everything they could. But it's the Statesman winning
the game, my alma mater winning the Liberty League. Because
of the results happening across the conference that day, Buffalo
State winning, so Hobart for the first time.
Speaker 6 (21:59):
Since two twenty sixteen, Hit Hobart forever.
Speaker 7 (22:03):
That's right, twenty sixteen, the first time the Statesmen will
represent the Liberty League. And know RPI has done it recently,
Union's done it recently, but for the first time at
eight years under Coach to Wall, shout out to Coach
to Wall Javin Bliss, who's on the show recently. They
are gonna represent the Liberty League this season. I'm very
happy for coach to Wall. My alma mater, Capitol Region
(22:23):
fans have seen other schools rep, but it's Hobart getting
the win and going on to the NCAA's in two weeks.
Very fired up for that.
Speaker 1 (22:31):
Yeah, I mean, you should be a good, good deal man,
very cool. Who's the so many plays with Ukulele on
the team this year? What's the what makes you so
damn good?
Speaker 7 (22:38):
I guess the defense Coach Green, one of my teammates
leading the squad on defense, and let's let's I dropped
the lets like.
Speaker 6 (22:46):
We I almost okay.
Speaker 7 (22:49):
Let's hope that he sticks around because when you have
success that quick and you're in a defense and put
up those numbers as a young coordinator, I wonder if
other schools are gonna start calling and trying.
Speaker 6 (22:58):
To pick him away. Florida native.
Speaker 7 (23:00):
So I wonder if he says enough with this Northeast
weather though it's been great recently, and he might take
another team again.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
There is I mean, I will tell you like that
is the That is the number one any football player
from down south like Florida when they came up here,
it's like, nah, nah good, I'm good bro.
Speaker 7 (23:15):
Now that's media member me just knowing how careers go.
I don't have anything on sorcer record, but watching what
happens to the young coordinators that has been the trans
a whole art represents the Liberty League you already loses,
and then a school. Army wins again, Army beat Air Force,
Army still undefeated. The Army Notre Dame game gets closer
and closer of what that could look like coming up.
(23:38):
So if you're an Army fan, Wow, potentially college football
playoff of the best season you've seen in your lifetime.
Syracuse the Orange the biggest comeback in ten plus seasons.
Speaker 6 (23:50):
Trailing Virginia Tech at home looked like it was over.
Speaker 7 (23:54):
Virginia Tech played with the backup running back, and why
backup quarterback and rainbick I get to take ready to
go today of Virginia Tech is a team that figured
out how to do recruit and be have the depth
you needed. Because they played so well, Syracuse roars back
over time causes a turnover. The Orange now go to
six and two on the season with the win over
(24:14):
Virginia Tide.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
Fran Brown was asked what did he say in the
huddle after the first quarter. I believe he said, if
you guys want to quit, go ahead and quit.
Speaker 6 (24:22):
I'll play all freshmen. Frad Brown is just so raw.
He's just here that quote, which is that's how you
fire up a team. Just get out of the field.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
I don't care. Yeah, I don't need you like. I
don't like I can lose with freshmen. I would rather
lose with freshman than than than you and the rest
of you.
Speaker 6 (24:39):
We boll that up with.
Speaker 7 (24:40):
Someone asked about the personal foul call quit and Alan
during the game goes, that's dumb stuff. I told him,
are you a man or are you a little kid?
No sugarcoat in it? Tell them straight to their face.
Tell the media exactly what I said. Respond, how you
will the intensity? The rawness all this off of Fran
Brown in his first season has had a huge effect
(25:02):
on Syracuse. Look, Syracuse could be seven to one because
of the terrible loss they had for Stanford. But if
I'm gonna play that game, I also remember they won
two games at overtime. They beat you and l ving overtime.
They be Virginia teching over them, so as much.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
As I didn't see them fast, So don't worry about
the few losses whatever they his first year, where all
we knew about him was he was a good recruiter.
Speaker 6 (25:28):
That's all you knew about Fan Brown.
Speaker 7 (25:30):
You gotta be thrilled with what you got right now,
absolutely thrilled. Could be eight wins potentially on the way
for the Orange. The a SEC title game is not
in play because of the two conference losses to Stanford
and pitt But if you look at projections, if you're
a Syracuse fany who followed the team, and maybe final week.
Speaker 6 (25:48):
In December, you're looking for a trip.
Speaker 7 (25:50):
There's talks at Syracuse will be played in a Florida
based bowl game, and right now most projections are saying
the Orange will be representing the ACC and the Pop
Tarts Bowl this year.
Speaker 1 (26:00):
Oh Man, we might that we might have to do
in Orlando. Four games left that you're bawl eligible. How
many years I watched you sweat it out to get
your sixth win for the next couple of weeks, like
your you're bawl olism already got four games left, you know,
Boston College on the on the c W nooner.
Speaker 6 (26:21):
Right here on Fox Sports. We're back at it, Kings
of the noon kickoff on ZW at Cal home for
Yukon and then home for Miami. If you can win
these next three and Boston College.
Speaker 1 (26:32):
A will be easy. They'll they'll they'll fight you and
then travel all the way to Cal, It's not gonna
be easy Yukon.
Speaker 6 (26:37):
I really don't know much about that program anymore.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
But like you imagine you win these three and then
it's you versus Miami, Miami with no no losses.
Speaker 7 (26:45):
It would be it won't happen. But if you get
a nine and two Syracuse team versus an undefeated Miami
team on November thirtieth, Syracuse, I believe it's down five
schools of the Power four. Gosh, it's still weird even
in November that have never hosted college game day for football.
That would have been a game day game. But but
(27:07):
but unfortunately that'll be Ohio State Michigan.
Speaker 6 (27:10):
Have you guys have been that bad that long?
Speaker 7 (27:12):
Some of it's timing when we talked to when we
talked to leaf Fitting who used to be the one
who decided that, he said, what's the best storyline of
the week. I think the real answers They didn't want
to be out in the cold.
Speaker 6 (27:23):
They didn't want to put Scuse has been that good
all the time. That might be true too.
Speaker 7 (27:29):
They did do Syracuse as a representative at MetLife Stadium,
but they put the game at New York City, which,
if anyone knows any geography and they should know better,
they had the game. They had it in Times Square,
which is not even the same state as the Metal Lands.
But uh yeah, so it won't be game day though,
because they're not gonna put Corso out on November thirtieth
and Syracuse out in the cold, and.
Speaker 6 (27:50):
Mission he doesn't go to all of them.
Speaker 7 (27:52):
I would be shocked if they had Syracuse Miami over
Ohio State Michigan. I'd be thrilled.
Speaker 1 (27:57):
Dependent Michigan keeps losing, is what it'll come down to.
Michigan's not playing great football at the moment.
Speaker 6 (28:03):
Kind of duty.
Speaker 7 (28:04):
Send the big send Big noon kick off to Ohio
State Michigan, and then send College Game Day to Syracuse,
New York for Syracuse Miami.
Speaker 6 (28:12):
I'm fine with that, listen.
Speaker 1 (28:14):
I I think if you guys hold up your bargain,
you go nine to two, even eight.
Speaker 6 (28:18):
And three, you're probably still in three.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
Versus if if cam Ward is screaming up the draft
board the way he is, Miami's undefeated, it's crazy for
them not to be there. By the way, I just
want to tag on they got cam Wore going number
six to the Las Vegas Raiders. I'll take it. I
will take it. It's not your dor, Sanders. I do
not want him on my roster. I'm sorry. I'm sure
he's an amazing athlete. I hate his dad for personal reasons,
(28:42):
and I'm not interested in his superstar chicanery in my
in my Raiders. No, thank you? All good?
Speaker 6 (28:50):
All right? What are there any others there?
Speaker 7 (28:52):
Syracuse Army Hobard, Oh Union also Union right here in
sey gotta give Union. Uh excuse me, Yeahunion Union twenty
four to nothing lost to Ithaca. Shutout coach rock in
that squad. Very I want to say it's similar to
you Walbany, but it's really not because they've had so
many changes at the head coaching spot for Union. I
believe three coaches in four years, maybe three and three.
(29:13):
So with all those changes, coach Rock had a tough
battle to take on A year one in Ithaca lost
a game to Hobart. If Ithaca had beaten Hobart, they
would have been the representatives of the Liberty League this
season in the NCAA Tournament. So tough matchup for Union.
We'll see in twenty twenty five if the Garnet Chargers
can bounce back with coach Drock leading the recruiting class
(29:34):
coming up with that crew year people yet, right, that's.
Speaker 1 (29:37):
Right, yeah, very interesting. I mean, hell, we're sill getting
used to the name.
Speaker 6 (29:42):
I'm Garnet Chargers.
Speaker 1 (29:44):
In Dutch one. Listen, we're live here at Van Slick's
inside River Casino Resort. I did my twenty dollars slots.
I didn't win, but that just means I'm daling for football.
That's all that is, all right. So there's your there's
your your locals, cools, all that fun stuff. A lot
of breaking news coming out, But I do want to
do this story. Did you happen to see the Jason
(30:06):
Kelly Kelsey, I'll call him Jason Kelly, will hide him
Jason Kelsey scandal. Now they're coming for him.
Speaker 6 (30:13):
I did see this, yes, so he's where Where was he? Even?
Speaker 7 (30:17):
I believe he was walking to campus of Penn State.
Look like he was at a happy valax. They must
have come off the set from college game day or
was just there as a fan and he was just
walking around campus that looked like.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
So some guy tries to get his attention while videotaping
him and then calls Travis Kelsey a gay slur that
starts with the word with the letter F. Jason Kelsey
like slaps the phone, grabs it, won't give it to
the guy. The guy and then and then uses that
(30:48):
same slur back at the guy. Who's this now? Who's
this now? Who's this now? So everybody wants to cancel
Jason Kelcey now for using the word A.
Speaker 7 (30:58):
Lots happened in that video, And I I don't know
if this is just college campuses now, because I've seen
like seven different views of this. I've seen the one
you've described where the kid said something to him, and
he turned around goth kids phone and spiked it. I
saw another video angle where something happened before that and
(31:18):
Kelsey like bent down and someone bumped him, like didn't
hit him, but like said something hit him. That's what
sparked Kelsey to get up and then spike the phone.
Speaker 6 (31:30):
But no matter what, kids.
Speaker 7 (31:32):
Said, the wrong thing a certain phrase he found out
real quick and then the phone exploded. Look, the kid
probably got liquored up for college game day. Maybe he
was pledging a fraternity and said, oh you do it.
I know it's funny.
Speaker 6 (31:44):
You gotta rip abore KELSI dude, he won't do anything
but goes viral and he got the reaction you wanted
out of him.
Speaker 7 (31:49):
He's lucky he didn't get punched in the face or
anything that Kelsey could have snapped on him. He could
have got more than They're trying to like shut down
Kelsey because he put the word back.
Speaker 1 (31:58):
But the bottom line is, like, it's not like that
was his insult. That guy tried to insult his brother.
He's that word, So who is it now? Who's that? Now?
Leave Jason Kelsey alone, I mean, for Pete's sake, just
leave the guy alone.
Speaker 7 (32:11):
What could have for the people who want to cancel
Jason Kelsey that situation? He the athlete can probably go
to the police and say this is harassment, right, No,
this is harassment. I'm filing charge against this Kapus sick
and I'm just picking up urning this Kapis sig brother
who's pledging this week. I'm filing a harassment charge. What
would be the return? Kelsey's not gonna get anything in return.
(32:33):
He didn't hit him, he didn't punch him, nothing. So
the problem is he's got ten, fifteen, twenty. I couldn't
even tell you how many cell phones are in that video.
Every kid he's got their cell phone in the guy's
face trying to get a.
Speaker 6 (32:48):
Reaction out of They got the reaction that.
Speaker 7 (32:50):
Went viral in an instant. He's not bothering anybody. He's
walking through campus with beer. From what we see on television,
he looks like he's always ready to have a good time.
Speaker 6 (33:00):
I always enjoy himself.
Speaker 7 (33:01):
And what led up to that was there five minutes
of heckeling, ten minutes of all.
Speaker 1 (33:07):
Right, if I told you somebody important to you, if
I insulted somebody important to you.
Speaker 6 (33:14):
Oh you know, how much are that you gonna take?
Speaker 1 (33:16):
Like that's that's like, I don't know if I think
Tyson gets credited with it, like people over here on
social media like they've never been touching the face before.
Like every once in a while, I think we should
turn a blind eye, like like you acted like such
a buffoon. It is not beyond the expected possible outcomes
(33:37):
that your phone will get broken and you lose a tooth.
Speaker 7 (33:40):
There are certain times we as a society should just accept, like, okay,
that one he was allowed to do like you just
said he turned around and clocked the kid because he
said that.
Speaker 6 (33:48):
All right, that sucks for the kids. There was a play.
Speaker 7 (33:51):
Just to quickly go back to down there's an incident
that went viral this week or the Louisiana Monroe offensive
line coach just went off on a kid like almost
looked like he was gonna punch the kid on the field,
and he could go find the clip.
Speaker 6 (34:03):
If the parents of that.
Speaker 7 (34:05):
Athlete got down on the field and punched that coach
in the face, I'd have no issue with it. If
you're a cheat a nineteen year old kid like that
in public and he's not your kid or any human being,
and you know, I'm just gonna punch him out.
Speaker 6 (34:16):
Okay, I'm fine with it.
Speaker 7 (34:17):
If you're an act like that, then that's fine. Like
what is it the fight or flight scenario? A lot
of times most people will say, you know what, I'm
not gonna do it, But the people who do choose fight. Yeah,
I hear what you're saying.
Speaker 1 (34:28):
Well, he found it would be cheaper for the whole
world if we just like we look it over and go, yeah,
that's reasonable. A reasonable person would have acted that way
in that situation.
Speaker 7 (34:38):
When you have judges who look at the case and say,
this is what caused this event so much shrug their shoulders.
I don't think most will, but it'll be like, you know, what,
what point we got to be because of this?
Speaker 6 (34:49):
You want me to be bad at that guy because
that happens.
Speaker 1 (34:53):
I think you show the video like ten people, if
six say they would have done that too, does it
all right?
Speaker 6 (34:59):
We're good, it's over.
Speaker 1 (35:00):
I just like you said, the fact that he didn't
just beat the kid into the dirt, that he showed restraint,
Like you you can't do that, Like like when you
walk up and you start calling somebody a name like that,
especially in this day and age. And then he says,
and him saying it back to him, like he said
it back to him in lieu of punching him, we
(35:21):
send it back to him, like, hey, this offense.
Speaker 6 (35:23):
You thought this is gonna offend me. I hope it
offends you.
Speaker 7 (35:26):
What are the odds that this kid files the report
and says, oh, damage my property.
Speaker 6 (35:33):
It's already filed. It's already filed. He wants a new phone,
he wants an iPhone seventy five.
Speaker 7 (35:38):
There's, at least from the angles I've seen, there is
a possibility that the kid's phone he smashed was it
actually the kid who said the slur? Like it's hard,
I can't see it, you know, like you're looking at different.
So there is a chance Kelsey did it to the
wrong kid, and that kid's like, I didn't do anything.
Speaker 1 (35:56):
Wrong, and that's not I mean, listen, that was not
our phone to Travis Kelcey or Jason Kelcey or whoever has.
Speaker 6 (36:02):
That big deal. But like, if if it was the
right guy, so.
Speaker 7 (36:07):
What I hope we're not. But it feels like you
and I might be in the minority of this conversation,
but it would be like, hey, Jason Kelsey's gotta be
smart enough. He's a huge athlete. He knows stammers are
always on him. He can't act like that because you're
a huge athlete.
Speaker 1 (36:22):
You're the one's supposed to be smart enough. Like like
what about the kid being smart enough? Like you gotta
know better, You just gotta know better. And again, I
I don't know what I've maybe because I cried on
the radio about the Yankees or whatever.
Speaker 6 (36:37):
I keep getting these like.
Speaker 1 (36:38):
Emotional quotes popping up, like like every person is going
through a battle that you're completely unaware of. You walk
up to the wrong person on the wrong day and
you call their brother the F word.
Speaker 6 (36:48):
Watch you see what happens.
Speaker 1 (36:50):
You'll be lucky if it's just your phone that gets
broken by some people.
Speaker 6 (36:54):
And guess what, And it shouldn't ruin two works? It
should it shouldn't ruin two lives? What is he thinking?
What a weird insult?
Speaker 7 (37:02):
First they're insulting him for dating Taylor Swift?
Speaker 1 (37:07):
Hell yeah, I mean it is. It's just And again
when when it comes back to you, that should be
the end of it, Like it's you. You you started
this situation, it escalated to what I would what I
would deem a reasonable level. Like again, if he you know,
if he's if he's down on the ground, he's just
pummeling him. Okay, you went too far, But to humble
(37:28):
him and and put him.
Speaker 6 (37:30):
In his place, I'm all right with it.
Speaker 1 (37:32):
And again, if he had taken one good swing on
him and that was it, I'd be good with that too.
Speaker 7 (37:35):
Do you think it's referenced on the Monday night football
countdown when the Bucks play the Chiefs this money? Do
you think it's referenced on New Heights or does is
this one of these situations because he.
Speaker 6 (37:46):
Well, if he's allowed to talk about it.
Speaker 7 (37:47):
Isn't this a second time this has happened because the
wife got into an incident right where she was yelling
and screaming.
Speaker 1 (37:51):
Maybe yes, some entitled person was giving my heart giving
her a hard time in the stands and she told
her off.
Speaker 6 (37:57):
It was like a restaurant. I'm sorry they were. They
were a night and some wouldn' leave him alone.
Speaker 7 (38:00):
And I think eventually they did address that on I.
Speaker 1 (38:02):
Think New But again, like with this one, if the
kid is showing or whatever, he may not be allowed
to talk about it. I listen honestly, based on based
on the the wokeness of Disney and everything as of late,
I wouldn't be shocked if he if he's not even
on money.
Speaker 7 (38:18):
To that count, I wouldn't be either, at least for
a week if we had a place of wager if
he is or isn't on the show, I would say
he's more likely not on the show than is on.
Speaker 6 (38:26):
The show, which is silly too. Or at least they
just don't reference it at all, because I don't know
if I've even seen, like I haven't seen ESPN talk
much about it.
Speaker 7 (38:34):
No, they shouldn't.
Speaker 1 (38:35):
No, it's well they were reported if anybody else.
Speaker 7 (38:39):
Here, here's the problem with the reporting side of it, right, Like,
what's the report of.
Speaker 1 (38:44):
Travis Kelsey Jason Kelsey loses cool after being mocked by
a drunk fan.
Speaker 7 (38:49):
Yeah, because it's well, like it's like, okay, future Hall
of Famer Kelsey goes viral with video because it's like, okay,
who said what, who's the culprit?
Speaker 6 (38:58):
What is the benefit of ESPN do?
Speaker 7 (39:00):
And I get that's like a whole journalism thing of like, well,
it's considered a story because it's getting a lot of
clicks and coverage.
Speaker 6 (39:05):
Do they have to because it's on the inne I don't.
Speaker 1 (39:08):
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (39:08):
That's That's what I'm saying, Like, if you would cover
it for something like if.
Speaker 1 (39:12):
Mark Ingram mark Ingram the because he's on he's on
a big, big yeah. So if they would cover it
from mark Ingram, they should cover it for their own people.
That should be a whole thing. That should be part
of the rule. But and I think you see everybody
get a lot clearer about how they cover things too.
Oh wait, I have to report on my own guys too. Okay,
uh yeah, this is a completely reasonable response by mark Ingram,
(39:33):
you know what I mean, Like watch our quick people
start getting in getting in line. I just like I said,
The one thing I've seen is people like, oh, he
can't say that word. He didn't, he didn't, he repeated it,
he used it. You try to offend me with it, Okay,
but then it obviously gets to you, who is it now?
Speaker 6 (39:49):
That's what he did. But he said three times.
Speaker 1 (39:53):
It's not like beetlejuice is gonna appear in drag because
he said that word three times, Like calm down, Like
and again, I've never heard him say it before. It's
not like I've heard him at at anything other than
inclusive on a day to day basis.
Speaker 6 (40:07):
Now a guy pushes him, Now he says it. I
got no problem with it.
Speaker 1 (40:11):

Hey, what up down?
Speaker 1 (42:26):
Snoop.
Speaker 15 (42:26):
Number one has to be getting the new iPhone sixteen
Pro with Apple Intelligence.
Speaker 9 (42:30):
At T Mobile.
Speaker 4 (42:31):
Yeah, you should hustle down a T Mobile at the
dog chasing a squirrel chasing a nut.
Speaker 15 (42:35):
Nice analogy, Snoop. Dogs do love to chase squirrels.
Speaker 9 (42:38):
And squirrels love to chase those nuts.
Speaker 6 (42:40):
On the highlight. Number two.
Speaker 15 (42:41):
With T Mobile, families can save twenty percent every month
versus the other big guys.
Speaker 1 (42:45):
That is very impressive.
Speaker 9 (42:46):
You know, y'all can take some of those savings and
buy some Snoop merchandise.
Speaker 15 (42:49):
That's exactly what I'm planning on doing with my saving Snoop.
Now take it away, Snoop.

Head to tmobile dot com and get the new iPhone
sixteen Pro with Apple Intelligence on them.

Speaker 1 (44:00):
People come up saying, Hi, you're grabbing some magnets and stuff,
not French spikers.
Speaker 7 (44:06):
I gave him a quick pitch about it, and he
said shark tank and then shook his head and then
walked away.
Speaker 1 (44:11):
I think he said, shart. All right, So let's go
ahead and do this time for some Fantasy nuggies.
Speaker 6 (44:18):
I'm as I look up at the TVs.
Speaker 1 (44:20):
With all the all the pre game shows, there's a
lot of a lot of inactives popping up, big names.
Not gonna make it, guys. Let's let's let's serve up
some Steven hat and nuggies.
Speaker 7 (44:32):
All right, So I'm back and forth here. Let's do
the nuggets quick and then I'll get to the inactives.
Let's do the most added players so far in Fantasy
this week. The number one player with close to thirty
thousand ends this morning is Jalen Cocher, the wide receiver
for the Carolina Panthers six targets and seventy eight yards
in a touchdown last week against the Broncos. What does
(44:52):
it look like this week? Cocher the most added player
on waivers? He went thirty thousand.
Speaker 6 (44:57):
We like like it today for an Anon time touchdown.
Speaker 7 (45:00):
Okay, Washington and Tennessee's defenses are both being added streaming purposes,
close to thirty thousand for both Washington with the matchup.
Speaker 6 (45:08):
With the Giants.
Speaker 1 (45:08):
I think you're gonna both of those, and.
Speaker 7 (45:10):
The Titans take on the Patriots with some question mark
said quarterback going forward, if you're looking for a running back,
I can't believe this person is a running back.
Speaker 1 (45:21):
Uh.
Speaker 7 (45:21):
Is anyone familiar with the work of one Julius Chestnut.
Speaker 1 (45:26):
I have, I have seen. I've heard songs about him
Roast open the Fire, Jack Frost, Nipping at your Nose.
Speaker 7 (45:33):
I saw Julius Chestnut trending today and I thought, is
that a real person? And I was like, Oh, that
was the name of the character. And remember the Titans. No, no, no,
he plays for the Titans. Julius Chessnut has been added
by twenty three thousand managers this week with Spears deal
with a hamstring injury.
Speaker 6 (45:50):
We'll see if Julius.
Speaker 7 (45:52):
Chestnut will have any type of impact for the Titans
in that game.
Speaker 6 (45:55):
A Maurice Chestnut from Boys in the Hut.
Speaker 7 (45:57):
I thought Maurice Chestnut played Julius in the movie Remember
the Titans. But I don't think that's the same I
don't think that's the same person. I think I'm close.
MARII Cooper right now is the quickest and most impactful
scratch Bills fans in acting because of that wrist injury.
So no Amari Cooper today. He goes to the list
including Will Levis for the Tennessee Titans, and whatever chestnut
(46:18):
that is T Higgins Zack Moss. Feels good for me
because I had Chase Brown and fantasy versus reality this week.
Brian Robinson Junior, if you're a Commander fan, he is
not gonna go today. According to VOLS reports, he is
out DJ Shark, not to Foreman other names of NOJ.
Let's talk about Cooper though, being out for that magic
(46:39):
high the biggest impact for the Bills Like this isn't
gonna decide the game though, because he's so early with
the team.
Speaker 1 (46:45):
Right, No, I don't think it does it definitely, it
definitely stinks, as you would have loved to have seen
him in this situation because if you the Bills and
they're Dolphins can score. We know they can score when
too is on the field. I think the Bills are
the hands down, but are team. I don't think it'll
affect the actual outcome, but it would have been nice
to see how differently they would have played with a
(47:05):
full compliment of weapons. Brian Robinson Junior is the one
for me. I think he's a huge part of that offense,
especially with Jaye Daniels being all banged up, so I
think that missing could change the way I look at
that game altogether. I still like the Bills without Amark Cooper.
I don't know how I feel about the Commanders without
Brian Robinson Jr.
Speaker 7 (47:24):
We were talking to between the break just when he
brought up the mock drafts of where certain players can
go this year, and Brian Robinson Jr. Has been so
effective in that offense, Fantasy football managers know that he's
probably went far lower than he should have in drafts
this season despite his constant ability to produce. Gosh, if
Washington had another edition in their backfield, I still think
(47:47):
from I.
Speaker 1 (47:49):
Think if my dream is the Giants the draft Johnsy
in the first round, that's just watch the watch the
storm roll into town.
Speaker 7 (48:01):
Also, I got this story. I don't know where else
I could put it in the show, but we're gonna
do it right now because of a player named John
hus Smith. You might be familiar with him. Adam Schefter
had this story Bill's Dolphins talking about that matchup with
the scratchman Mary Cooper. According to Adam Schefter Quote this
past summer, Dolphins tight end John Hus Smith appeared on
the Dive Bar podcast and called Buffalo quote the worst
(48:23):
plays you can be in the world. You later went
on to say the Buffalo Wings aren't even that good,
and I'm throwing all types of shots at Buffalo For
the first time, he plays in front of the Bills
of mafia today, how about Schefter. First of all, let's
all admit it, he'd held that tweet till today, that
maybe he was sitting in the drafts for a few
months and he said, let me stick it to the
(48:44):
Bills mafia. It's November three. Time for some engagement on
my social media. Here we go, let's rob. Do you
think John Us Smith's comments on a podcast ripping the
city of Buffalo will impact how the Bills play today?
Speaker 6 (48:57):
I didn't impact the mafia. Yes, I mean they already
hate you because you had two years in New England before.
I mean, remember he was the dude and he started
to line up a little bit in Tennessee.
Speaker 1 (49:08):
He was he was If you don't remember who John
Smith is when his his four years in Tennessee, he
was the guy you would pick up as your as
your bye week. He would because he had a good
week the week before your bye week, he would do
nothing your bye wee could drop him the week after.
Speaker 6 (49:24):
Then in New England you could actually use him a
little bit. He was serviceable.
Speaker 1 (49:27):
And then so far this year in Miami, ey but
then again you have it to us so.
Speaker 7 (49:32):
And by the way, the Dive Bar podcast, could you
imagine just waking up this morning it is a Miami
Dolphins podcast.
Speaker 6 (49:40):
Can you imagine what you're gonna be like? Who tagged us?
Adam Schefter? I'm not, I'm not might it? And in
no way am I unit shaming the dive Bar podcast.
Speaker 7 (49:51):
But because we just talked about Kelsey's podcast, the dive
Bar Podcast, as it continues to grow, has less than
four thousand followers on Twitter, less than two thousand followers
on YouTube.
Speaker 6 (50:00):
I'm only saying.
Speaker 7 (50:01):
That because Schefter went dig in for this. You know
this is not the John Neus Smith podcast or the tuipo.
Schefter went dig in for that podcast quote. And if
you're the Diebar podcast hoster, you're like, this is unbelievable.
Ten million people just thank you, Adam Schefter. I can't
believe you're proper.
Speaker 6 (50:20):
I don't think he's had an impact of most recently.
Speaker 1 (50:22):
People know Jona Smith is the one who was Tyreek
Hill was yelling at to call Drew when he got
when you're being cuffed?
Speaker 6 (50:29):
That is, so you're just books more athletes. What do
you want me to do? I don't know. I'm just
surprised Schefter wanted this to be a part of the morning.
Speaker 1 (50:37):
We got picked up by fits Full of Wrestling or
something like that.
Speaker 6 (50:41):
Fightful, Oh American Tale, Fightful.
Speaker 7 (50:45):
And that's not only is it the second time they
I think I called it aggregating sort of because they
used to headline. But that's the second time in eight
months Fightful has picked us up, and not just the
second time.
Speaker 6 (50:57):
Both your questions, like, what was the other one? It
was getting in the ring?
Speaker 1 (51:03):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 6 (51:05):
So somebody at a w has got an ear on
our show. I don't know who.
Speaker 1 (51:08):
Maybe I needed, Maybe I needed, you know, maybe I
need to start a wrestling podcast.
Speaker 6 (51:11):
Sean Ross's app appreciate the love sit of that nationally. Yeah,
but he didn't tag us in the post.
Speaker 7 (51:16):
He may not know.
Speaker 6 (51:17):
He might not. No, No, he didn't, but he tagged
the interview.
Speaker 17 (51:21):
Yeah, but he could have tagged us in the post. Yeah, actually,
not thinking about that, I would have liked that. Was
he Pete Doherty, Pete even away. Get someone check on Pete.
Let him know daylight savings time happened.
Speaker 6 (51:35):
He retired like six years ago, and I don't think he
slept a day.
Speaker 7 (51:37):
So do you think Pete was there when they decided
on daylight savings time?
Speaker 6 (51:41):
Him and vote?
Speaker 1 (51:43):
Yeah, you know, listen, I want I don't want you
or the one over there in the corner, evil d
talking to me about daylight savings Like I literally texted
both of you guys on on Friday, like, hey, don't
forget daylight savings. He both went, oh, old person, our
phone fixes everything. Ew what are you like, do you
gonna wind your watch? You old person? Why don't you
(52:07):
just look at your sun dial like you like a
lot of you old people do ew Like you totally
age shamed me over the You're like, okay, boomered me
and I'm not even a boomer.
Speaker 6 (52:19):
Some people.
Speaker 7 (52:21):
Some people believe this is one of their favorite days
of the year, like an extra hour sleep enjoy themselves.
Speaker 1 (52:26):
Is that like like how miserable is your existence that
just an extra hour sleep makes is your favorite day?
Not Christmas, not Thanksgiving, not Halloween, you know, not your birthday,
but it's the you know, you know, Oh I get
an extra hour sleep, That's my favorite day of the year.
So how miserable is your existence?
Speaker 6 (52:44):
Were some people that doesn't exist?
Speaker 7 (52:46):
Yeah, maybe reprioritize, re rank all those things he likes?
Speaker 6 (52:50):
Was that was that, oh, cowboys? I like the falcons?
Speaker 1 (52:57):
The falcons today I do. Yeah, yeah, everybody's hurt.
Speaker 6 (53:06):
Everybody's hurting Dallas.
Speaker 1 (53:09):
But it's it's this is uh, I can't I can't
hear him.
Speaker 7 (53:15):
I think it was daylight saving time stinks.
Speaker 1 (53:17):
I just I don't know what he said. And then
he turned around, he put his out he was right,
and I'm like, yeah, of course he could have. Like
he could just like called me that word that made
Jason Kelsey mad. I'd be like, yeah, I totally am
Actually probably didn't my answer anyway, So yeah, that's me after.
Speaker 7 (53:37):
Hours sleep to consume all the one o'clock action, all
the four o'clock action, all the action.
Speaker 1 (53:42):
So this is your favorite day of the years. Is
your pathetic bring ahead? Is your is your least favorite
when you lose hour sleep. I don't know who these
people are. I've heard them, these people I used to
I used to work in a nursing home.
Speaker 6 (53:55):
I used work in a kitchen at a nursing home.
Daily saving sucked.
Speaker 1 (53:59):
That was the worst because again in the spring, the
only I was actually like twenty minutes late because like,
oh damn, it comes on these four minutes early, so
I show up on time.
Speaker 7 (54:06):
I had a real risky decision this morning. Got up
at six a fart or not got up. It got
up at six fifteen, boys are up. Told my wife
I'm rolling back over.
Speaker 6 (54:19):
Dude, she's gonna kill you.
Speaker 7 (54:20):
I it played well, it went well. That's like that
was the bargain I had. I helped for the rest.
I got an extra ten minutes. Then I wasn't mentally
ready to start the day. Yet it worked out fine
and even down. But that was a risky decision.
Speaker 1 (54:32):
I got Kelsey Grammar. I know, like that's that's the
only like the reports that always been with Kelsey Grammer
told his wife he was leaving her and then went
to bed, like you said to a fifty week pregnant woman,
Hey handle this I'm going back to sleep.
Speaker 6 (54:49):
I hope I believe you mean Phil Hartman is Ralphil Harmon.
Speaker 1 (54:52):
Yeah, sorry, I don't remember, no, no, no.
Speaker 7 (54:54):
What you said Kelsey Grammar.
Speaker 6 (54:57):
Oh god, it was a cheer.
Speaker 1 (54:58):
I've never seen Kelsey Grammar in Phil harm in the
room together, as far as I know, the same person
at first a harm It's fine, it's just Chelsey Grammer.
Speaker 7 (55:06):
At one point I thought it was a Cheers reference
sleep and I was like, oh, it's a Fraser reference. Like, oh,
I think he means still.
Speaker 6 (55:11):
Hart I did. I'm glad you caught it. Slick that
up later.
Speaker 1 (55:16):
I just just so shocked that you told your super
pregnant wife you needed more sleep.
Speaker 6 (55:21):
It's a few more minutes is what I needed.
Speaker 7 (55:23):
And I'm still here to tell the tale.
Speaker 6 (55:25):
I mean, I mean, dude, you better. I was playing
the hot hand. It was the hot hand. Yesterday. I
did one more wager. I didn't lose. That's a push
for me.
Speaker 7 (55:39):
We gotta stay hot, Lovac, how many butts can cash in?
Speaker 6 (55:42):
Yeah, I mean that's that's that's dangerous.
Speaker 1 (55:46):
That's a couple of minutes, not an hour.
Speaker 6 (55:51):
Yes, all the boys woke up at one thirty. I
handled that. I'm worried about it. I had to watch SMU.
I told her how much we could win. I covered
my butt a little bit later on how much of
that money will you share with her? I will share
all of it with her.
Speaker 7 (56:06):
She has already decided, with baby number three on the way,
how much of that money would go to daycare?
Speaker 6 (56:09):
Like, ooh, yeah, that's right.
Speaker 1 (56:12):
That so no PlayStation after all?
Speaker 7 (56:14):
No, no, no, no, no there, I'm confident the PlayStation
will be here. Mark my words, that PlayStation's coming, and
the Sam Houston State Dynasty is on the way.
Speaker 6 (56:26):
Sam, He's marked by words.
Speaker 7 (56:27):
Before this clock hits twenty twenty five, there will be
a PlayStation five.
Speaker 1 (56:32):
I'm just I'm mesrized by how you get away, Like, well,
what you get away with?
Speaker 6 (56:37):
I didn't get away with it like it.
Speaker 1 (56:39):
Was last was it wess where you were complaining that
she didn't put gas in the tank.
Speaker 6 (56:45):
She didn't. That was on her.
Speaker 1 (56:47):
She was like thirty plus months weeks pregnant at that
point too. And you're like, she just keeps saying my
cars is more gas in mine. She should put gas
back in it. You should be putting all the gas
in it. You don't want to pray when's there in
the gas pump trow you and then this time you
want up? Yeah, I told her go take care of
those kids. Gotzi barn needs a little more hibernation. And
(57:10):
you woke up like the fact that you woke up
like like this is a Lilian David commercial waiting to happen.
That's why I went to a Lilily day to find
jewelers and got her a nice bracelet.
Speaker 6 (57:20):
What tiera?
Speaker 7 (57:21):
I hit a parley and just rolled over. Jesus, I
wanna have more wagers today.
Speaker 6 (57:28):
I can feel it.
Speaker 1 (57:30):
I mean, if you're betting with me, I hope you do,
but man, I don't you guys have risky bets on
yours on your table. I'm I'm I'm out, and for
that reason I'm out. We're live here at Vanced Slacks

Speaker 23 (01:01:00):
Vance and Phil Steck's opponent have one thing in common.
They both tell the big lie. The bigger the lie,
the more likely people will believe it, like Vance insisting
immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, or eating household pets, like the
false claim that Assemblymen Phil Steck gave over two billion
dollars to illegal immigrants.
Speaker 9 (01:01:17):
The truth.
Speaker 23 (01:01:18):
Phil Steck never voted to give any money to illegal immigrants.
Speaker 6 (01:01:21):
The truth.
Speaker 23 (01:01:22):
Phil voted against two billion dollars in unemployment benefits for
undocumented workers, and Phil Steck voted against bail reform. The
big lie is a dishonorable, dishonest strategy embraced by politicians
like JD Vance and Phil Steck's opponent. But you better
get used to it because the big lie walks hand
in hand with another insidious maneuver, repetition. Expect fearmongers like
(01:01:45):
Phil Steck's opponent to repeat the big lie so often
it starts sounding believable. Don't buy it, choose the truth instead.

She's like, I listen, I deal with fat idiots all day.
I heard one of you told your wife they're going
back to bed. All right, yeah, so we'll have some
(01:02:59):
higher ups coming through give us some stuff. I'm almost curious,
like a building this size, like how much money is
in this building? It ain't given time.
Speaker 6 (01:03:04):
What do you think it's like one hundred million, twenty million,
like twenty million.
Speaker 7 (01:03:09):
I waged five dollars earlier today, So I might not
be the best person to ask about it.
Speaker 1 (01:03:13):
I'm saying, like, remember when they had to pay me out.
They came out with one hundred dollars bills and started
counting them out with my palm. So you got to
have a certain like and I would imagine with a
casino like like I would imagine you have to have
a par level of money in case everybody hits it once,
so we'll try like probably twenty fifty million dollars in
this building any given time.
Speaker 6 (01:03:33):
I've never seen the movies Ocean eleven.
Speaker 7 (01:03:35):
Isn't that the plot line?
Speaker 1 (01:03:36):
Isn't this? Yeah, that's like that's a vaga. I bet
you it's a billion in there. So a couple hundred million,
you know this. These are the things I.
Speaker 6 (01:03:44):
Want to know.
Speaker 1 (01:03:44):
So if they don't want to answer those questions, don't
come about the show, all right. So our picks I

you never mentioned lessons. You just made itsell.
Speaker 6 (01:04:09):
You just hit one.
Speaker 7 (01:04:10):
No, I think I said lessons ifact I got out
there in the plate, I got out there and played.
Speaker 1 (01:04:13):
I think I had said all right, So McGregor Lynks
is going to provide gods with lessons all summer, and
then at the end of the summer, Gods is gonna
try and hit a hole one.

Everyone knows whether it's a family member or a friend,
a coworker that does the fake golf swing just randomly.
Now I'm not standing up or showing any type of
hit motion, but my arms are moving into the direction
of golf club would go in. So this could be
me and it could be with McGregor lynks coming up
in the future.
Speaker 1 (01:04:48):
Based on the way you're holding your hands up, it's
more favorable to an iron swing, which is for a
part three, which is where you would be able to
get your hole in One's right. I again, better than
I expected you to be, or less awkward than I
anticipated you being. But realistically, you're never going to hit
the hole. You will never have a hole in one.
It will never happen in your entire life. And I'm
(01:05:10):
and I'm here for the disappointment. So again, thanks to
McGregor links for that. You know, not only not only
being being the sponsor of our picks every Sunday, but
also giving guys the false hope that he might actually
be able to hit a hole in one. All right,
one o'clock window you read, let's do it. The Los
Angeles Chargers are driving to Cleveland. Chargers are two and
(01:05:32):
a half two point. Sorry, it just dropped two two
point road favorite with a total of forty.
Speaker 6 (01:05:37):
Two and a half.
Speaker 7 (01:05:38):
Cassie Barrett oh manson late movement you mentioned there. Levaka
has had me rethink of this game. If you told
me this was three and a half or four, I
would go with Cleveland because it feels like a three
point game, but that's not what the number is. I
will go with the Chargers. Give me the Chargers to
win this game, likely by three points. LA is the
(01:05:58):
winner in LA covers.
Speaker 6 (01:06:00):
Uh, yeah, I'm with you.
Speaker 1 (01:06:02):
I I do. I think to win on the road,
you gotta play good defense, to be able to run
the ball. Those are things that that that he everything is.
Everything's built in LA to do those things. I also
think Herbert starting to understand what they want from him,
you know what I mean? Or maybe maybe his foot
feels better. Finally, I don't know what is. He looks
a little more comfortable. So I'm with you.
Speaker 6 (01:06:25):
Chargers.
Speaker 1 (01:06:25):
I believe are the play over the Browns, and a
lot of people think that with Winston there, the Browns
are gonna be a better team a little bit, you know,
just a little like a little bit.
Speaker 7 (01:06:34):
Do you think anything plays in the factor that he
was named Nickelodeon's ENVP this past week on slime Time,
Oh give.
Speaker 6 (01:06:40):
Me the Browns. No, I don't know. I don't think anything.
He was a pumpkin He was a pumpkinhead for the
Halloween addition.
Speaker 1 (01:06:46):
All right, Moving on, Miami Dolphins coming all the way
up here to Buffalo to take on the Bills. Bills
are six point favorite totals forty nine. I think the
line is right, Like, I feel like this line is right.
I feel like I feel like this could be six
point game. In all sincerity, the Bills are better even
though you don't have a Marik Cooper and the Dolphins
did get to a back. I just I feel like
(01:07:10):
the Bills are just that much better. Josh Allen is
the MVP. You don't forget next week rivers of Van
Slick's given away Josh Allen Jersey, So you're gonna want
to be here to sign up for that. I'm Bills
on this one all day. Long I'm Bills, and if
I was, if I had to mess with the total,
which I'm not going to, I probably go under because
(01:07:31):
I just think the Bills will control this game.
Speaker 7 (01:07:34):
I would have liked the over in this game. I
thought at this point this was gonna be one of
my C four plays.
Speaker 6 (01:07:39):
The over in this game.
Speaker 7 (01:07:41):
I held off for the same reason I'm taking the
Bills in the game, and that is Miami just has
to prove it at some point.
Speaker 6 (01:07:46):
Miami was the team in twenty.
Speaker 7 (01:07:49):
Twenty three for the first half of the season, Tyreek
Hill was pacing and was an MVP discussions to what
was an MVP discussion. The Dolphins were the best team
in the NFL for the first eight weeks of the
season last year. Now one year later, we're wondering in
the future of everybody on the roster. It'll included prove it, Mimi.
If you go out and be Buffalo, if you cover
(01:08:09):
against Buffalo, if you have that moment, have it today.
But I gotta see it before I believe it. Because
of what I've seen in twenty twenty four. Give me
the Bills. I stayed away from the over, but I
really thought about it.
Speaker 6 (01:08:21):
But I'm not gonna take it.
Speaker 1 (01:08:21):
All, right, So we've agreed on two plays so far.
Going to our third play and again these picks brought
to you by McGregor links, and we use Bettrivers dot
Com for the spread because we're live here at Rivers
Casino and Resort. The New Leands Saints with Derek Carr
back under center, seven point road favorite in Caroline.
Speaker 6 (01:08:42):
The total is forty three and a half.
Speaker 1 (01:08:44):
Cause in the battle of two teams that you hate,
who do you hate less and want it? Would pick
him this game, you.
Speaker 7 (01:08:51):
Mentioned how it felt like that Bill's Dolphins spread a
spot on you can see it being a six point
potential two touchdown lead, and then you play analytics with McDaniel,
could be six point point when feels the same way
for me here, seven seems like the perfect number. If
it was seven and a half, I'd go Carolina. I'll
go with New Orleans, but it feels like a push
on the way Carolina eventually is gonna figure out their offense.
(01:09:14):
I think maybe no. New Orleans is terrible two and
six of the season. I'll take the Saints, probably a
close game to the fourth quarter. New Orleans just better
in the end. Give me the Saints feels like a
push though.
Speaker 1 (01:09:26):
I'm on the Saints as well. But I do like
Xavier Leggatt, the wide receiver, the rookie. I like him
for any time touchdown in this game. But Derek Carr,
Alvin Kamara, that's all you need to beat the Panthers.
You don't need much more than that. And Carl they say,
is like one hundred percent healthy because they would have
basically he could have come back a week ago, but
(01:09:49):
they were being super cautious with him. So he should
be as good as he's gonna get the rest of
this season. In today's one o'clock game in Carolina, the
Las Vegas Raiders traveled to Cincinnati the Bengals seven and
a half point favorite total of forty five.
Speaker 6 (01:10:05):
Antonio Pierce is.
Speaker 1 (01:10:06):
Gonna keep this game close. He's gonna muddy the waters,
he's gonna run the rock, He's gonna have the defense
fired up a little bit. The Bengals are the better team,
but with the injuries and just the Raiders are out
there trying to shock the world the same way they
beat Baltimore. I'm gonna take that seven and a half points.
Raiders might lose by six or seven, seven and a half.
Raiders a good player in my opinion.
Speaker 7 (01:10:26):
I know the Bengals are three and five, but Raider
fans like Levac the schedule makers.
Speaker 6 (01:10:32):
Did you guys wore my Raiders socks today too? I
see that. Uh, the schedule favors did no favors for you.
Speaker 7 (01:10:39):
Ravens, Bengals, Chiefs, Rams, Stealers, Broco.
Speaker 6 (01:10:44):
These are all playoff teams the Raiders have lost to
so far too, but they beat the Ravens.
Speaker 7 (01:10:48):
Tough match up here with the Bengals. Give me Cincinnati.
Joe Burrow potentially has a huge fantasy game. The Raiders
did cover last against the Chiefs the opportune to win
that game. But you know what the storyline's been for
the Raiders all season. Quarterback Psition can't do enough. Give
me the Bengals.
Speaker 1 (01:11:04):
Now, I feel better about it, all right. Dallas Cowboys
traveling too hot Land and to take on the Falcons.
Falcons three point favorite home the total fifty two points.
The dude came over here earlier and said, love the Cowboys.
I said, like the Falcons, he said, and put his
arms with it, and I said, well that's a good point,
(01:11:24):
what do you think?
Speaker 7 (01:11:26):
Maybe it's because we saw our pal Jade Will, who
was always here.
Speaker 6 (01:11:29):
He's a wo man.
Speaker 7 (01:11:30):
I saw those Jays, j Will, I saw those Jordan's
you were rocking. I'm jealous.
Speaker 6 (01:11:33):
I'm on that.
Speaker 7 (01:11:34):
At some point when my partlay said, uh, here's the
thing with Dallas Zeke Elliot we mentioned in passing to
lead off the showy suspension.
Speaker 6 (01:11:42):
Yeah, so he's got that.
Speaker 7 (01:11:45):
Dak Prescott and Ceedee Lamb. I think if your fantasy
managers have been hoping for better seasons, what is the
running Dalvin Cook?
Speaker 5 (01:11:53):
Eh?
Speaker 7 (01:11:54):
What Jake Ferguson's Dayton one of the Cabatter Twins. Have
you seen those two together? Have you seen the Cabital Twins?
My gosh, he's already winning it life. I got nothing
for the Cowboys. I told you before we turn on them,
I said, remember the Cowboy defense was really good. That
feels like forever ago.
Speaker 6 (01:12:09):
It was last season.
Speaker 7 (01:12:11):
You've convinced me it hurts what I have to take
the Falcons. I'm not a Falcon fan. I'm wearing a
Buccaneer hoodie. But Atlanta's to play in this one. Give
me the Falcons.
Speaker 1 (01:12:18):
Falcons are a good team. They're only getting better. They
will beat the Cowboys today. They will beat them by
more than three to one o'clock kickoff. Kirk Cousins will
be just fine. B John Robinson is playing a little
bit better. I like Drake London today. I think Drake
London could be in the end zone. I think I
think there's a rapport building between Kirk Cousins and Drake London.
Speaker 7 (01:12:40):
And it only took four years for Kyle Pitts to
have the breakout game the first time in his career
with multiple touchdowns. That was last week against my Bucks.
Speaker 6 (01:12:47):
To amaze, what happens.
Speaker 1 (01:12:47):
We have a quarterback who actually understands the offense, does
ball we're supposed to be and then but.
Speaker 6 (01:12:52):
Still got chased out of Minnesota.
Speaker 1 (01:12:53):
All right, the one o'clock window continues. I like this
game a lot, and I think people are kind of
crazy on it. Denver Broncos are headed to Baltimore. The
Ravens are laying nine points, totals forty six and a half.
Here's deal, it was us, I though, its mean this
Oh gohe here?
Speaker 6 (01:13:11):
Yeah, here's deal.
Speaker 1 (01:13:13):
Ravens get beat by bad teams. The Broncos are not
a bad team. That nine point thing is is not
a good line. They I feel like they're begging you
to take the Broncos here. I like the Ravens. I
think the Ravens played with anaty team. I think they
play with a chip on their shoulder. I think they
win this thing by fourteen twenty thirty points. This could
be a forty five to ten game. I think the
(01:13:35):
Ravens are just that much better.
Speaker 7 (01:13:36):
I've liked the Ravens twice this season. I like them
to blow out the Raiders.
Speaker 6 (01:13:41):
They didn't do it.
Speaker 7 (01:13:42):
Quinn Canzara and I. Three of the four C four
plays last week involved the Ravens. They all missed. They
lost outright last week to the Browns. So it feels
like the games of the Ravens are supposed to smoke
a team they don't. I say all that saying I
will take the Ravens because they eventually have to get
that right.
Speaker 6 (01:14:02):
And the Denver Bronco line.
Speaker 7 (01:14:03):
You want to talk about teams that seem like they've
been doing it the right way, and I'm talking about
if you're seeing this, the breakdown you had was perfect there.
Denver had a monster spread of all the games. So
far last year was the most movement for a game.
In that Panther game, Denver smoked Carolina. I'm gonna trust
the movement in line. Here give me Baltimore buying ten
in this game over Denver.
Speaker 6 (01:14:23):
I like it. I like it, all right? We still
got that too. Have we disagreed yet?
Speaker 1 (01:14:28):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (01:14:29):
We disagreed?
Speaker 1 (01:14:31):
Raiders bang bang?
Speaker 6 (01:14:32):
Okay, all right, I want to say we did.
Speaker 1 (01:14:35):
That?
Speaker 6 (01:14:35):
Might be it so far? All right?
Speaker 1 (01:14:41):
The New England Patriots are headed to Tennessee. Tennessee is
a three point home favorite. Guys with a total of
thirty eight.
Speaker 6 (01:14:49):
Pass This is the past game of the week.
Speaker 7 (01:14:51):
This is the one I don't want anything to do
with Patriots Titans. If that's the game you've picked out
for yourself this week, I will say a prayer for you.
Speaker 6 (01:15:00):
I don't know what got into your system.
Speaker 7 (01:15:02):
If you feel confident about Patriot Titans today, quarterbacks, running backs.
Speaker 6 (01:15:08):
Offensive, so many injuries. I got nothing pass.
Speaker 7 (01:15:11):
If you're forcing me to take this game, which you are,
I will take the Titans just because I felt like
New England actually might be favored in this game. That's
a little interesting to me. I will take a game
winning field goal by Tennessee. Give me the Titans. But
that is my past game of the week.
Speaker 1 (01:15:26):
The Titans play last week.
Speaker 6 (01:15:27):
Who did the.
Speaker 7 (01:15:28):
Titans play last week? They played a team that they
lost to, but the game was close. They played the Lions.
I think the Detroit They smoked him at the end
because it was close in the first and then Detroit
pulled away.
Speaker 1 (01:15:41):
How many teams the week after they played the Lions
have covered or even won?
Speaker 7 (01:15:48):
None?
Speaker 1 (01:15:49):
Zero? All right, there's your answer. All right, I'm won
a very lead course out here, so fast, my friend, Patriots.
I love the Patriots play. Pagris might be my favorite
player of the day. I got him actually earlier today
plus three and a half. They're plus three right now,
three and a half. I think it's stealing money. I
think it's.
Speaker 6 (01:16:06):
Stupid easy three. You might be looking at a push,
but three and a half, I'm all in potential money
line play. I don't hate that.
Speaker 1 (01:16:14):
I don't hate that, but I'm telling you the Pats
Drake Mays playing, that kid's real. If that line doesn't
let him get like annihilated each every week.
Speaker 6 (01:16:24):
He is.
Speaker 1 (01:16:25):
He is physically gifted. He's a special kid man. And
they got lucky having him. So give me the Pats,
big time Pats, like big not as big as the Jets.
Big yeah, big lee. Second, big lee to the Jets
this week for me? All right, final one o'clock window.
(01:16:45):
Your Washington Commanders are a four point road favorite in
jer Z against the New York Football Giants totals forty
four points.
Speaker 6 (01:16:53):
Guys, this might be crazy. Give me the Giants.
Speaker 1 (01:16:58):
WHOA, give me the Giants.
Speaker 6 (01:17:01):
The echoes there, Dale Jones plays.
Speaker 1 (01:17:04):
Okay, every it feels like every week one more player
starts actually listening to Brian Dable and playing like an
actual NFL athlete. I think just enough of them have listened.
Jane Daniels has banged up, Brian Robinson not playing. I
think the Giants will do enough to keep this very
close muddy the Waters, maybe even win the game out right.
(01:17:25):
Give me the Giants plus four.
Speaker 7 (01:17:26):
This should be a fifty to fifty game. I'm talking
about the divisional game. This one's at MetLife. It should
be in their favor.
Speaker 6 (01:17:34):
I can't.
Speaker 1 (01:17:35):
I can't take your boy.
Speaker 6 (01:17:37):
I told you look at this MVP of slime time.
Speaker 7 (01:17:39):
I told you just playing a factor of Jameis Winston. Wow,
my kids, you're gonna see that Thursday after it airzon. Okay,
Washington is to play. Washington gets score more. The offense
is better, simple and easy that I would if you
want to play a Giants play though in this game,
I would play Giants first half to cover Washington too
much in the second half.
Speaker 6 (01:17:57):
The offense is better anytime touchout them.
Speaker 7 (01:18:01):
That's I think Darius Slay because I have been fantasy
versus reality. But I don't feel good about any anytime
touchdowns with Daniel Jones the quarterback.
Speaker 1 (01:18:09):
So I will go with the Commanders to win this
and to cover all Right, there's your one o'clock window.
Our picks brought to you by McGregor Lynx and also

On the football part, are you gonna retire you had
such a good run there, Like some people say, like,
I'm never gonna play again. That's my peak.
Speaker 1 (01:23:06):
I didn't win enough retire, Like, yeah, what was that?
The Mark Wahlberg movie The Gambler, where he's John Goodman.
John Goodman says to him, He's like, you win that much,
that's bleep you money. You put one hundred year roof
on your house and your sept for life, that's bleep
you and me put you put it in a high
interest bank account. That's bleep you money. I haven't won
(01:23:28):
bleep you money.
Speaker 6 (01:23:29):

what I want, all right? The time for our four
o'clock window worth of picks, which are brought to you
by McGregor, Lynx and.
Speaker 6 (01:23:45):
Gods.
Speaker 1 (01:23:46):
The first game the Chicago Bears or at the Arizona Cardinals.
Cardinals are one and a half point home favorite total
forty four and a half.
Speaker 7 (01:23:54):
This game is gonna be one of the most, if
not the most entertaining game on the sleet. I cannot
believe Cardinals Bears. I told you last week the Commanders
Bears be the most entertaining, and sure enough we get
a hal Mary for that finish.
Speaker 6 (01:24:08):
Arizona is in.
Speaker 7 (01:24:09):
The playoff mix. You would think with how good the
West has been recently, that Arizona would have no chance
of this season. This is a big game for both
teams because both teams could be playoff teams with a
victory after this. I'm going Cardinals, but this is a
play at the end, is the experience of Kyler Murray
over Caleb Williams.
Speaker 6 (01:24:29):
Play a factor in this game.
Speaker 7 (01:24:30):
I say yes, give me the Cardinals at a late
fourth quarter finish, which for the second week in a row,
will be the Bears fans heartbreak.
Speaker 6 (01:24:38):
Great game on the way I'm taking Arizona. It was
a buddy of mine.
Speaker 1 (01:24:43):
Those of you listen to local radio, know Jeff Morosick. Yeah,
when a team loses a game they should have won,
and a team wins a game they should have last,
you gotta go, You gott they gotta They're gonna go
the other weather next week. I'll tell that, Hail Mary,
you could have called about sixteen holding calls. You know,
Jane Dani's run around, Dude, you just choke holdon this
(01:25:03):
defensive line. I think that the Bears win this game.
I think they come out motivated. The Tyreek Stevenson is
that the kids' name? He had to motive. He pulled
himself out of practice, even he took his ball and
he went home, the one who blew it. I think
the Bears come out motivated, angry, hostile, whatever words you
want to use, and they handle their business. I'll take
(01:25:24):
the Bears. I'll take the one and a half points.
I don't think I need them. I think the Bears
went out right a little a little bit of a
save our season and get everybody stop talking about the
Hail Mary versus the commander's situation right there. This is
the game that makes me nervous. The Jacksonville jack Walls
are at the Philadelphia Eagles. Eagles are a seven and
(01:25:44):
a half point home favorite, totals forty six. This should
be the Eagles. It just should be the Eagles, right,
I mean, it should be Jacksonville shouldn't suck like it's
just there's things that there's things that happen in the
NFL that shouldn't happen.
Speaker 6 (01:25:59):
So seven and a half, I'm gonna take the Jags.
I'm gonna take the points.
Speaker 1 (01:26:04):
I don't love it, but I'm gonna take them just
in hopes that they look like an actual NFL team
against the Eagles and only lose by seven.
Speaker 6 (01:26:14):
I have to say they suck.
Speaker 7 (01:26:18):
Your rationales totally makes sense because it's like Jacksonville was
a team that was eight and three gonna be a
playoff team.
Speaker 6 (01:26:23):
The roster really didn't change that much.
Speaker 7 (01:26:26):
Are they still caught up in that collapse from twenty
twenty three and a lot of games.
Speaker 6 (01:26:31):
I want to say they've been competitive, not really. You know,
they've had moments.
Speaker 7 (01:26:35):
They had flashes against green Bay that maybe the upset
was on the way flashes against No. I gotta take Philly.
Philly dominated. Philly has been better. They dominated the Giants
one of the most recent outings. Jacksonville might actually just suck.
Trevor Lawrence.
Speaker 6 (01:26:51):
I don't get mine. He doesn't get.
Speaker 7 (01:26:53):
Constantly bashed as a bust at this point because sometimes
he has flashes of really good games. I will take
Philly in this game. And Jaguar fans, welcome back to
the States. By the way, your first time you've played
in the Continental US since October?
Speaker 1 (01:27:09):
All right, I mean we started to disagree a little bit.
That's that's definitely happening. How about the Detroit Lions had
a two Green Bay to take on the Packers. Guys,
Packers two and a half point home favorite totals forty
eight points.
Speaker 7 (01:27:20):
When you and I did Fantasy Versus Reality. For those
who don't listen on the weekdays, Levak now three to
six money through Friday here on Fox Sports Radio ninety five,
nine to nine eighty. I never know your place. I
have no clue what you're gonna do. And in my
head when I heard you say Packers Lions, I'm like,
oh man, I absolutely love that game. I have a
feeling what your play is going to be, so I
(01:27:41):
won't reveal it yet. But green Bay at home getting
points a divisional dog at home, I know every I
texted multiple Packer fans a day and said, what's up
with the Packers today? Everyone's questioning the health of Jordan Love.
Speaker 6 (01:27:55):
What Jordan Love can be? Is gonna playlik Willis got
into the last week. I like the under in this game.
Speaker 7 (01:28:01):
There's no way the Lions offense could be this good
five games in a row. Green Bay smarter. I will
take the under in this.
Speaker 6 (01:28:10):
Game is my favorite play.
Speaker 7 (01:28:12):
Of the day and I will take the Packers and
I would do money line Packers, so I like a lot.
I like the Packers to cover Packers money line and
the under. Almost all of my players are in this game,
So give me the Packers and.
Speaker 1 (01:28:25):
Plus one twenty three for the Packers money line. At
bad Rivers, I got the pack plus two and a half.
I love this players is one of my fanas versus
reality plays as good as the Lions are. Jared Goff
has not played outside since Week fourteenth last season. There
will be rain and there will be fifteen miles per
hour wins in this game. If you tune into this
game today with their four to twenty five kickoff and
(01:28:47):
Goff is out there with two gloves on, just bury
the Packers. Just put as much money on them as
you can, because I think they'll win. I don't think
Goff is built to play outside. I don't think his
little hands can hold onto the football, especially if it's
raining out. I think the Packers Jordan Love will play
that groin injury. We're being told it's all about pain management.
(01:29:08):
If he can hit the pain, he'll be fine. He
could hurt it more. But I think He's gonna be
just fine. Give me the Green Bay Packers again. That
was one of my fantasy versus reality plays for the week.
I've not changed my mind. If anything, I'm doubling down two.
Speaker 7 (01:29:24):
Other storylines in this game. One, I'm calling him this
the Mattador coaching matchup, and by Mattador, Matt Lafleur has
been fantastic, historically great his start of the Green Bay Packers.
Speaker 6 (01:29:36):
Couldn't you just see a scenario where.
Speaker 7 (01:29:37):
Lafloor, like the Bull in Spain, is holding the red
and watching mad Man Campbell be super aggressive or bait
him into a play today. I wonder if the aggression
of Dan Campbell plays in a Lafleur call today. So
watch that interesting matchup if it's Bull versus Mattador that
end because of seeding. Remember one of these two teams
(01:29:58):
could be the number one seed over all. I've had
the same rant of they're not bad, Stop trying to rebuild,
stop trying to trade everybody you were in the mix.
You could be a playoff team.
Speaker 6 (01:30:08):
I say all those things, I can't all of a sudden.
Speaker 7 (01:30:10):
That picks Seattle, right. I just can't pip on the
opposite way because of the rationale of constantly saying how
good the Rams are has now brainwashed me to believe
the Rams are actually that good. Something happened in that
Seattle game when they got pounded by Buffalo. I know
Kenneth Walker, the third over the last two weeks, has
been battling illnesses and the flu. He can't be that
(01:30:31):
big of a factor in that Seattle offense. I will
take the Rams another coaching matchup. Interested in this one,
but give me the ramp thing. By the way, Kyron
Williams can't kind of came out of nowherees in twenty
twenty three, did nothing in twenty twenty two. He's been
one of the best running backs in the NFL. I
know Saint Quan and Derek Henry have had a longer legacy,
but Kyron Williams has been fantastic this season out of
(01:30:53):
the backfield with all the injuries they've had to deal
with a wide receiver.
Speaker 1 (01:30:57):
OH primetime games Tonight eight twenty kickoff. The Minnesota Vikings
will host the Indianapolis Colts. The Lights are five and
a half point favorite, total forty six and a half points.
Speaker 6 (01:31:10):
Gus.
Speaker 7 (01:31:10):
I know the flexing rules have changed post COVID of
what networks are allowed to flex one and what goes
into Sunday night, what goes into Monday night?
Speaker 6 (01:31:18):
Who comes?
Speaker 19 (01:31:19):
All?
Speaker 7 (01:31:19):
Those things are a little harder to follow than they
were before. But if we looked at the schedule preseason
and said what's the first game to get flexed out
of a prime time you probably would have said Colts
Vikings battle of Anthony Richardson versus Sam Darnold. The cover Colts.
We mentioned this on last week's show. The Indianapolis Colts
are the NFL team right now who has covered the most.
(01:31:40):
They are seven and one against the spread. And you
get Joe Flacco Anthony richards into the bench, he can
stay nice and fresh there. We'll have to get tired
of these little keisters on the bench. I'd like the
Colts tonight. I believe Joe Flacco rallies the troops and
respond to the veteran happened in Cleveland Colts over in
(01:32:00):
the non flexed out primetime game.
Speaker 1 (01:32:03):
Yeah, I'm waffled on this one, Like if I was,
if I was Gos, I'd pass. The Vikings are the
better team, talked about him there, the better team. They
should win this game. They should cover this game, but
Flacco makes me nervous. If anybody's be able to actually
figure out what's going on defense, but Flora's running the
Vikings defense.
Speaker 6 (01:32:24):
I think it's way more Flacco than Richardson.
Speaker 1 (01:32:28):
You win, you win, Colts. I'm gonna go Vikings. Just
be different again. If you're putting any real money in
this game, you're either a better man than I are crazier.
I'm not sure which, but I'll take the Vikings. I'm
I'm so in. I'm I want Sam Donald to be great.
I'm rooting for Sam Donald. I want his career to
take off now, and I don't know if that happens.
(01:32:49):
If you know, seventy five year old Joe Flacco beat
your ass at home on a on a feature game, Uh,
tomorrow nights, guys, this one. I'm gonna tell you what
I think, but I don't know how you gonn feel
about it. Tam Bay Buccaneers travel to Kansas City take
on the Chiefs without Tom Brady. Chiefs are a nine
point favorite, unill it's forty five and a half. I love,
(01:33:10):
I love love the Buccaneers in this game. I think
the points are way too much I think they I
think they expect everybody to jump on the Chiefs. I
think this is one of those deals where the Chiefs
don't care. The Chiefs aren't trying to win. The Chiefs
want you to win. They do not want to win
by nine. They don't care. They don't care for style
points or any of that crap. They care about w's. Meanwhile,
(01:33:32):
Baker and Tampa are fighting for their lives without good Win,
without Evans. I think the Buccaneers do plenty to stay
within the nine. How they maybe even leading this game
later to the fourth quarter.
Speaker 7 (01:33:46):
I'm happier following my Buccaneers in this game. I'm happy
we got the support. I look at Tampa two weeks ago.
Two weeks ago, I was telling you that the Buccaneers
were a legitimate Super Bowl contender, and they felt like
that at four and two.
Speaker 6 (01:34:00):
And then the matchup comes with Baltimore and.
Speaker 7 (01:34:02):
They're playing great against Baltimore, and then Mike Evans gets
hurt and Baker throws the pick, and it felt like
the season changed in about a ten minute window because
Baltimore comes back and wins the game. They play Atlanta.
Atlanta was the better team throughout most of that game
Baltimore in Atlanta has felt like it's changed. These door
in Tampa beat Detroit, beat Washington, beat Philly. Those are
(01:34:27):
great wins. And put up fifty against New Orleans. You
stack together four wins as as good as anybody in
the NFL. I've been saying that since Week one, the
big games they haven't pushed through. They didn't finish against Baltimore,
they didn't finish against Atlanta, that didn't beat Denver. So far,
this Buccaneer mantra that this team is play well enough
but not get the job done. I will take the
(01:34:49):
Bucks to cover, but Kansas City to win, and it's
gonna be ugly again. I wouldn't be shocked if Kansas
City's trailing in the first half. I wouldn't be shocked
if Kansas City puts up two top uchdowns late, doesn't cover.
Kansas City wins ugly again. The tough part for me
is the Buccaneer fin is they lose the game. Camp
of covers case wins with you, Bud. I think that's
(01:35:11):
but again, I think Tampa could win that. I think
you actually actually could win that because.
Speaker 1 (01:35:15):
Remember every every season there's a handful of games that
it's just like, wait, why, why the hell did that happen?
What in the world that doesn't make sense? Have we
been reading this team wrongly all along? No, no, no, no, no,
that's football, Susan, that's just football.
Speaker 6 (01:35:30):
All right.
Speaker 1 (01:35:30):
There's all of our our picks. Thanks McGregor, Lanx. We're
live inside Van Slicks at Rivers Casino and Resort. We
are your home for Jets football, which was great Thursday,
but not a problem today. Why do we do this?
Speaker 6 (01:35:45):
We didn't give our c four plays yet, correct.
Speaker 1 (01:35:47):
That's what I was saving them for the last break. Yep,
that's for usual.
Speaker 7 (01:35:50):
I was going to say, because we got a little
bit more time than usual, what if we talked a
little bit about those New York matchups coming up? The
one o'clock win we got, we got the Giants, the Commanders,
we got the Bills and the Dolphins.
Speaker 6 (01:36:02):
Unless you had something else in Mike.
Speaker 1 (01:36:04):
No, we'll do our pictu and we'll talk about that
and the one will be fine. All right, well till
we're not on after one, right, No, we have a
little bit more time. I was gonna say, man, what
are you trying to do to me? You didn't pay
me usually break it forty now, Well, I mean because
it's good. We're fine that there's just plenty of time
to talk about the New York matchups.
Speaker 7 (01:36:21):
And that's what I said.
Speaker 1 (01:36:22):

We guys reminded me that the show goes to one
a little while ago, which is good to know. I mean,
we've home and doing it every week. Did you turn

Speaker 7 (01:41:26):
I've got a lot louder in here.

I don't know if they turn up the volume of

Speaker 7 (01:41:31):
Oh, that's what that's I ever think that's who thinks
that's funny? Who thought it would be funny to turn

Speaker 6 (01:41:39):
Everyone?
Speaker 1 (01:41:41):
Everyone, everyone loves JJ Watt. All right. Uh so we've
we've got we've got all that. We dinner plays thanks
to Gregor Links guys, the obviously the Jets.
Speaker 6 (01:41:53):
That's why you were super loud? Yeah, and that's not
where I had it earlier. Did you touch it? No,
that doesn't make sense.
Speaker 1 (01:42:02):
I don't know.
Speaker 6 (01:42:02):
All right, you're better now, well, yeah, because you touched it.
Speaker 1 (01:42:06):
I guarante I touched it right there.
Speaker 6 (01:42:08):
The last second would have popped in my head. It
was red. Had to be. There's no way, apparently not
how it worked that thing.
Speaker 1 (01:42:15):
Yeah, well that's the why I'm assuming you don't want
to screwed it up. The Jets obviously already played this week.
They beat to the Houston Texas twenty one thirteen. I'm
sorry they Jet played a half of football this week.
They did not play a full game of football.
Speaker 6 (01:42:31):
They played it half and it was good. It was
a good second half. They got it done.
Speaker 1 (01:42:35):
So I won't focus on that. But the Bills today
versus the Dolphins, this game could could just decide it all.
Speaker 6 (01:42:43):
Really, you gotta put the Dolphins to bed if you
win it decidedly, not just the Dolphins, but right the
AFC East in general. Thanksgiving Day.
Speaker 7 (01:42:52):
Could there were a potential clinching situation for the Buffalo
Bills before the month ends. That's what's on the line here, Like,
do you belie even Miami or New England? No, Miami's
Day is today? Can you prove it it's two of
that much of a difference. Mike McDaniel, the future guy?
Was Tyreek Hill just a flash and the pan? Statistically?
Speaker 6 (01:43:10):
A lot of those questions can be answered today.
Speaker 7 (01:43:12):
And for Buffalo, you move to seven and two, the
possibility as the number one seed in the AFC is
still in play. Obviously, Kansas City has that lead on
you right now because the Chiefs haven't lost. But you're
gonna get Kansas City later this month. All that is
in play for the Buffalo Bills. In this game, they
pounded Seattle. They've had a lot of comfort behind victories
(01:43:34):
this season. Bills fans know you're going to throw out wagering,
hold wait till.
Speaker 6 (01:43:38):
They get down? Can you get plus some money? Flipping
around a little bit.
Speaker 7 (01:43:42):
I'm sure some Bills fans have not just celebrated victories
but profited doing that this season. Miami has to prove
it today, MIAs to show us that they were a
playoff team like they were last season. They haven't looked
like one at all.
Speaker 1 (01:43:52):
Do they have to win to prove it? To go
to with the Bills all day?
Speaker 6 (01:43:56):
They have to win because they moved to two and
six and Buffalo seven and two. How you gonna catch him?
Speaker 7 (01:44:01):
Where's the playoff potential path for the Dolphins that they
get to two and six because they're not catching somebody.
Speaker 6 (01:44:08):
In the North.
Speaker 7 (01:44:08):
Are they gonna catch the Broncos, the Chargers, the Colts,
They're so much deeper in that spot going forward.
Speaker 6 (01:44:15):
If they moved to two and six.
Speaker 1 (01:44:16):
Those the most aggressive horse races I've seen here in
a while.
Speaker 7 (01:44:18):
There's about six guys who had the same TV. No,
you know those are veteran players, by the way, not
one guy. One guy of the six showed emotion, snapped
his fingers and walked down everybody else.
Speaker 1 (01:44:29):
Oh, he was showing emotion before that. He was saying
the things. Luckily they weren't getting picked u by the microphone.
That was one guy looking like, Yo, they're on the ratings.
They don't care. Yeah, I mean it's so I I
know the stats are out there and they're gonna pop
up like no team who started the season, uh you
know two and six or two and fifteen or whatever.
Speaker 6 (01:44:51):
The hell it is, like, there's always gonna be that
one where you sit there.
Speaker 1 (01:44:54):
But there's always a first, right, So if if the
Bills the Jets would if the Jets go on a
winning streak right now, the three and six, if they
get up to that that you know, ten and seven,
eleven and six they're in. I don't know how many
teams have started two and six and made it back,
(01:45:15):
but like it's got to be a low number. I
just I don't want to put a fourk anybody until
they're over. But yeah, if the Bills win today, I
would say the East is pretty much done. Now. It's
just a matter of can you creep in? Can you
creep into the to the playoffs?
Speaker 7 (01:45:30):
Still, Dolphin fan, let's say you fall to the Bills today.
You want to talk about a franchise city in the
off season with maybe more questions than any other franchise,
because look, teams like the Titans and Panthers, more so
the Titans, like, you know they're gonna stick. The Patriots,
you knew they're gonna stuggle this season. Miami thought this
could be a team that finally catches Buffalo. You're one
game away last season, then you drew Kansas City in
the cold weather on the road because out of the
(01:45:52):
bracket fell. But if you're bad, if you're five and twelve,
what does this franchise look like in twenty twenty five,
how many people are still at a Dolphin uniform because
they went all in like now only they go all in.
There was a room where they wanted Brady. They were
supposed to have Brady on this roster a few seasons ago.
They've been aggressive and now a lot of things can
change after that matchup.
Speaker 6 (01:46:12):
Today, something very interesting just happened. Guys.
Speaker 1 (01:46:16):
Your boy jj Watt was working out with the Chargers
defensive line wearing a Charger's shirt. He's as bad? Is
that guy still want to play?
Speaker 7 (01:46:28):
I just saw him. He's too small now.
Speaker 1 (01:46:30):
Yeah, but imagine him rotating in with Khalil Mack and
Joey Bosa.
Speaker 7 (01:46:35):
He get put right on his butt. Too small.
Speaker 6 (01:46:38):
Yeah, you always hated him.
Speaker 1 (01:46:40):
You've always hated him.
Speaker 7 (01:46:41):
I could block jj Watt right now.
Speaker 6 (01:46:42):
You couldn't. He's too small. You just saw him. You
