Lisa Westgate from Australia was an accomplished paramedic. But she suffered what many people experience in a field where dealing with trauma is tough to create a balance. Consequently, she was diagnosed with PTSD, much to her consternation. She fought that diagnosis, but eventually she accepted the fact it was affecting her own mental health.
