Lots of things happening here in September, And first off,
we want to talk about the farmers Market because that
continues here through September. Right.

Yes, every Saturday through May from eight thirty to twelve
thirty is the Wakkana Farmers Market that's located at the
Courthouse parking Lot. You're welcome to stroll through shops and
grab a bite to eat. They always have lots going
on there.

Okay, gotcha. Also in a Wapa Caneta coming up on Friday,
it's the first Friday with a lot of fun things
to be had to lay out the schedule and what's happening.

Yeah, first Friday in downtown Wapa Canetta from around five
to eight. They're doing the Friday Night Lights them again
this year. They have fun it seemed, giveaways, sail shop
say open late, so come out, do some fall shopping,
head to a local eatery, enjoy a beverage, come out
and hang out.

Yeah, there you go. That's tomorrow five to eight and
Wapakanetta first Friday, always a good time to be in
downtown Wapakanetta. We're talking with Lindsay Young from the Wapawk Chambers.
See what's happening here in September. Also coming up Saturday,
you have an interesting thing. It's called Biz Kids. What
is this deal?

Yes, so this is a new event I discovered will
Discover Canneta this year and it's a fun opportunity for
kid entrepreneurs to set up a boost in downtown Wallpok.
They get to kind of showcase their business. We have
lots of kids that are registered for this and they're
going to be set up just on the sidewalk, so

it'll be downtown.

Man. That'll be fun too and kids can learn something
that's a neat deal there. Moving to the following week,
Chamber has a golf scramble on the twelfth. That's a
week from tomorrow with the Prairie View I think right yeah.

On Friday, September twelfth, we have our golf Scramble at
Prairie View Golf Club. Shotgun start at nine am. We
have a big raffle fued, lots of fun games on
the course. So if you need a team contacted. Chamber

Fun time, no doubt about it. Golf scrambles are always fun.
And that's a week from tomorrow. Chamber Business after Hours
for the Wallhawk Chamber is coming up in two weeks
and Thursday September the eighteenth. I think I should say
this is September nineteenth. Yeah, so Thursday eighteenth eighteenth. Yeah.

Where are you doing the after hours this month?

It will be at Titbax from five to seven and
that's co sponsored by Riversed Art Center, Mister Bank in
Miss Smells Bakery. They'll be free appetizers and a free drink,
so come on out and network.

No doubt, business after hours are always a good time
and an opportunity to mingle. Let's turn to the Craft
Beer and Wine Festival. This is a big deal. Started
this a few years ago. It's coming up Saturday the twentieth,
So that'll be two weeks from this Saturday. If you
want to plan ahead, the annual wap Canet of Craft
of Beer and Wine Festival lay it out for us.

We are so excited for our fifth year of our
annual Craft Beer and Wine Festival. It's from six to
nine at the Peel Arena at the Augay Turney Fairground.
We have unlimited tastings from over twenty breweries from Ohio.
We have some food, live music, and tickets are available

at the favorite of commerce website and on our Facebook.

Well, that sounds like an awesome time. I'm otherwise occupied
or I would certainly try to be in attendance there
for that and wopcnet again, that's two weeks from Saturday.
On that same day, there's a big reverse raffle here.
Who's doing it? What's give me the info?

Yeah, Downtown Wapakana Partnership is doing a reverse raffle and
they have up to ten thousand dollars in cash praises.
Each ticket is one hundred dollars. You do not have
to be present to win, though, so you know, feel
free to grab a raffle ticket. You can come on
out to the Craft Beer and Wine Festival, or if
you'd like to attend the reverse raffle event, you can

get a meal there and more ticket information is available
on their Facebook or you're You're welcome to call the
Chamber office.

As well, no doubt and remember for any information all

weekend of September the twenty seventh, on a Saturday, October
Fest where and what's happening here?

We're heading right into the fall. There's going to be
an Octoberfest at Titbacks. They've done this for a couple
of years now, three to ten beer, food, music, and more.
And then we also have a food truck Rally at
the Augays County Fairgrounds from eleven to seven that's hosted
by the WAPST Service Club. They have fifteen food trucks inflatables,
a car cruising and craft vendors and all their proceeds

go back to the community. So it's a great event
to come out and support.

Wow, that's a big day. Then Saturday the twenty seventh
with October Fest, the food truck Rally. Boy, a lot
of things happening here in September and Wapa Canetta. But
before we go, lindsay, let's look ahead a little bit
into October because Friday, October third, right at the front
end of the month, Harvest Fest downtown Wapa Canetta. Tell

me what's going to be happening.

Yes, this has become a fun event every year in
Dad Found Wapa Canetta. Just a taste of the fun
things happening. Hey rides, mean pumpkin patches throughout town, face painting,
photo ops, food trucks, games inflatables, all kinds of stuff.
The Petting Zoo will be back a DJ so lots
