been in a General hospital fan my whole life and
started watching it with my mother, grew up with it.
Hence Man and Soap. We do this every week, kind
of break it down in the segments of things I like,

things I don't like a lot of stuff in between.
That's where you heard Michael Hill come on in and
give us the in between stuff. And yeah, I mean
I've got takes on General Hospital. Let's just be clear.
I am a cheerleader for the show, but I also
keep it real. So we break down the podcast into
those segments, those takes, and you know, we don't break

them down episodically. Let other podcasts do that. They're great
at it. We just kind of do just the way
we do our podcast. Things we like, things we don't like.
We have some fun stuff in between. We'll have that
with Michael coming up. So I thought it was a
very interesting week. I was gonna come on and say,
you know, I didn't like the week, But the further

the more I watched it, I thought it was actually
really good. You know, you don't get those episodes. You
don't get those bangers every day where they're like Friday episodes, right,
Those are when they're really good, Like every day seems
like a Friday, because we all know soaps on Fridays
or can't miss in General Hospitals had a lot of

Friday type episodes this week not so much. I think
it's the calm before the storm, and that's okay. I'm
okay with it. The more I thought about this previous week,
you know, so things that I kind of liked this
past week. There were some really good scenes and I'm

gonna back off a little bit on it with Brooklyn
and Chase. Yeah, I know, I kind of give them
a hard time, And you know, I think the storylines
get a little played out with the Geo thing. But
I thought there was some really good scenes and I'm
starting to now get more invested in that storyline, Like
I hope that at some point, God, I hope it's quick.
But we still need to get the reveal that Dante
is Geo's father. I think his name, by the way,

in real life is Giovanni Mozza. Is that his real name, Michael,
is it Giovanni Mozza? Yep, that's a stud name. You're
just blessed with that name. Hey, what's your name? I'm

That's a great, strong name, Giovanni Mozza. I thought there

were really good scenes. I like the scenes with Brooklyn
and Chase. I mean, now all of a sudden, Brooklyn's
invested in the child. She misses the child. It's the
child's birthday, so obviously they're setting this up for the
great reveal for twenty twenty eight. This will wait three
more years. They'll milk it. But I thought that was

really Those are really good scenes this week with Brooklyn
and and and Chase. A lot of Drew and Willow
this week as well. I did like it because I
love that Michael served her divorce papers. Good. Good for him.
She's annoying Willow up of the up smug face her

in love. Yeah, they're in love, my ass. Good for Michael.
Be interesting to see how the recast works. Do you

He's just getting paid now. He's fine. He's buying sports cars.

that scene last week, her and Lucky's showing up in
the garage. I thought that was really good. So I
definitely like that. I like Cody, of course, handsome Cody,

beefcake Cody in his denim shirt and his piercing green eyes,
hanging out with Lulu at that little weird coffee shop
that we see every once in a while on General Hospitals,
Like it looks like a corner table that's always available,
but it's like it's like a little it's a weird
They have a plant there, if you've noticed on the
set that one room that's where the intense conversations seemed

to happen. But I did. I did like that scene.
Things I don't like. Lulu is a bonafide pain in
the ass. She just won't let it go. And it's
very hard for me to like this Lulu. I want

to look at man. I'm a drug addict, all right.
I inject General Hospital in my veins every day. Keep
the drugs coming, man, But at some point it's just annoying.
She just needs to mind her own freaking business. Love

that GH drug. We got a warm blanket back, Spinelle, Michael,
give a golf clap for Spinelli. Michael's are Spinelle, We
have some good stuff. Spinelle's back. GH is always better
and more fruitful and more fun when Spinelli is solving

cases and he's on a caper and he did some
work for Alexis clearly so I did like that. I
don't like Again here's something I didn't like. Maybe you'll
agree with me. Dante's a little bit extra still blaming Geo,
and I wonder it got me thinking. At first, I'm likeking, Okay,

well he's being in bonafide jackass right, like blaming Geo.
But maybe they have to go this route for the
setup for the reveal. Right, maybe this is the final
push his resentment towards Geo and then the reveal. Hell, oh, Brooklyn,

doesn't he even know it's Geo? So maybe they're setting
us up for that banger of a show that'll be
a that'll be an episode for the Ages. But I
think Dante again, don't like it. I just thinks I
don't like I just again lighten up a little bit.
But again, maybe maybe they are setting us up. But

that scene on Thursday where Alexis found the storage, you
know where Rick's carr was supposed to be, that was
a pretty good scene. Looking for something. I love that,
I thought Rick. I like, okay, something I did like.
I thought we got a lot of Rick this past week,
which I love. I thought he had some great one liners.
My favorite one liner when he walks in he walks

into uh Alexis's office and he goes, ah, I remember
when you used to be fun August night. He had
some He had some mic drop moments this week. The
other one when he cuts her off Alexas and we're
now full circle. It was a really good, powerful Rick moment.

I thought we had some good Rick scenes. I like Rick.
I want to see more Rick. Definitely want to see
more Rick. But uh, Jason and Sonny talking about leaving
the business. They're figuring out our way how to leave
the mob. They want to get out, and I hate that.

I don't like it. We need the mob, We need
Jason and Sonny in charge for that final run, that
final hurrah over the next few years.

last week. There are so many fallouts getting ready to happen.
Porsche and Curtis are going to have an epic fallout.

are there? We got Emma and Joss. Emma's pias. She
didn't get the research assistant job from Dalton, but Joss

it out that the evidence is probably going to be
in his lab, not the office. But those have really
good chemistry. He's a little older, but so was I
believe Dax was a little older than Jos. But the
chemistry seems to work. And I don't know. I forgot

I didn't like because I really liked this week the
more I delved into it. Dante might be on the Christina.
You know, he is a detective and notices that she's
been acting weird, and he's like, well, that's strange. You

I mean, he might be keeping that in his back pocket.
So what else did I like? I like Tracy's attempt
with Jason to try to find Brooklyn's child. Now he
turned it down, but we'll see if he does a

one eighty on that. You know, it's gonna be interesting
to see Jason's involvement in that whole search for Brooklyn's baby. Again.
Lulu is a disruptor here and she just keeps meddling
in that business. So I mean, I, you know, I

I I don't know. Geo told Brooklyn Dante doesn't like him,
you know, and I think Dante does like him, but
he's just a little hard on his quote unquote kid.
So things are getting interesting. There's gonna be a lot
of fall out. Did Curtis accuse did Curtis accuse Drew

him in his office?

give us the in between stuff. And yeah, I mean
I've got takes on General Hospital. Let's just be clear.
I am a cheerleader for the show, but I also
keep it real. So we break down the podcast into
those segments, those takes, and you know, we don't break

them down episodically. Let other podcasts do that. They're great
at it. We just kind of do just the way
we do our podcast. Things we like, things we don't like.
We have some fun stuff in between. We'll have that
with Michael coming up. So I thought it was a
very interesting week. I was gonna come on and say,
you know, I didn't like the week, But the further

the more I watched it, I thought it was actually
really good. You know, you don't get those episodes. You
don't get those bangers every day where they're like Friday episodes, right,
Those are when they're really good, Like every day seems
like a Friday, because we all know soaps on Fridays
or can't miss in General Hospitals had a lot of

Friday type episodes this week not so much. I think
it's the calm before the storm, and that's okay. I'm
okay with it. The more I thought about this previous week,
you know, so things that I kind of liked this
past week. There were some really good scenes and I'm

gonna back off a little bit on it with Brooklyn
and Chase. Yeah, I know, I kind of give them
a hard time, And you know, I think the storylines
get a little played out with the Geo thing. But
I thought there was some really good scenes and I'm
starting to now get more invested in that storyline, Like
I hope that at some point, God, I hope it's quick.
But we still need to get the reveal that Dante
is Geo's father. I think his name, by the way,

in real life is Giovanni Mozza. Is that his real name, Michael,
is it Giovanni Mozza? Yep, that's a stud name. You're

were really good scenes. I like the scenes with Brooklyn
and Chase. I mean, now all of a sudden, Brooklyn's
invested in the child. She misses the child. It's the
child's birthday, so obviously they're setting this up for the
great reveal for twenty twenty eight. This will wait three
more years. They'll milk it. But I thought that was

really Those are really good scenes this week with Brooklyn
and and and Chase. A lot of Drew and Willow
this week as well. I did like it because I
love that Michael served her divorce papers. Good. Good for him.
She's annoying Willow up of the up smug face her

and Drew her obnoxious together. Not a fan, but they're
in love. Yeah, they're in love, my ass. Good for Michael.
Be interesting to see how the recast works. Do you
think that the guy that played Michael, Chad Dooley, whatever

He's just getting paid now. He's fine. He's buying sports cars.

that scene last week, her and Lucky's showing up in
the garage. I thought that was really good. So I
definitely like that. I like Cody, of course, handsome Cody,

beefcake Cody in his denim shirt and his piercing green eyes,
hanging out with Lulu at that little weird coffee shop
that we see every once in a while on General Hospitals,
Like it looks like a corner table that's always available,
but it's like it's like a little it's a weird
They have a plant there, if you've noticed on the
set that one room that's where the intense conversations seemed

to happen. But I did. I did like that scene.
Things I don't like. Lulu is a bonafide pain in
the ass. She just won't let it go. And it's
very hard for me to like this Lulu. I want

to look at man. I'm a drug addict, all right.
I inject General Hospital in my veins every day. Keep
the drugs coming, man, But at some point it's just annoying.
She just needs to mind her own freaking business. Love

that GH drug. We got a warm blanket back, Spinelle, Michael,
give a golf clap for Spinelli. Michael's are Spinelle, We
have some good stuff. Spinelle's back. GH is always better
and more fruitful and more fun when Spinelli is solving

cases and he's on a caper and he did some
work for Alexis clearly so I did like that. I
don't like Again here's something I didn't like. Maybe you'll
agree with me. Dante's a little bit extra still blaming Geo,
and I wonder it got me thinking. At first, I'm likeking, Okay,

well he's being in bonafide jackass right, like blaming Geo.
But maybe they have to go this route for the
setup for the reveal. Right, maybe this is the final
push his resentment towards Geo and then the reveal. Hell, oh, Brooklyn,

doesn't he even know it's Geo? So maybe they're setting
us up for that banger of a show that'll be
a that'll be an episode for the Ages. But I
think Dante again, don't like it. I just thinks I
don't like I just again lighten up a little bit.
But again, maybe maybe they are setting us up. But

that scene on Thursday where Alexis found the storage, you
know where Rick's carr was supposed to be, that was
a pretty good scene. Looking for something. I love that,
I thought Rick. I like, okay, something I did like.
I thought we got a lot of Rick this past week,
which I love. I thought he had some great one liners.
My favorite one liner when he walks in he walks

into uh Alexis's office and he goes, ah, I remember
when you used to be fun August night. He had
some He had some mic drop moments this week. The
other one when he cuts her off Alexas and we're
now full circle. It was a really good, powerful Rick moment.

I thought we had some good Rick scenes. I like Rick.
I want to see more Rick. Definitely want to see
more Rick. But uh, Jason and Sonny talking about leaving
the business. They're figuring out our way how to leave
the mob. They want to get out, and I hate that.

I don't like it. We need the mob, We need
Jason and Sonny in charge for that final run, that
final hurrah over the next few years.

in his lab, not the office. But those have really
good chemistry. He's a little older, but so was I

So what else did I like? I like Tracy's attempt

to see Jason's involvement in that whole search for Brooklyn's baby. Again.
Lulu is a disruptor here and she just keeps meddling
in that business. So I mean, I, you know, I

I I don't know. Geo told Brooklyn Dante doesn't like him,
you know, and I think Dante does like him, but
he's just a little hard on his quote unquote kid.
So things are getting interesting. There's gonna be a lot
