Speaker 1 (00:06):
Yes, Man in Soap the Podcast back. Oh what a week.
We got fires in Port Charles, Mikey, we got drug overdoses.
Is there animal testing going on in Port Charles? There
(00:29):
is a lot to break down after this short week
of four episodes, four banger episodes. Though, we've got kissing spies.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
Oh yeah, yeah, good.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
Stuff, good stuff this week. Oh my gosh, Man in
Soap the Podcast. Uh you can check us out Instagram, Facebook, Reddit,
Yeah Man and Soap Podcast. I have been watching this
soap my whole life. I started watching it with my mom,
(01:08):
my mother. Yeah, I've been just my whole life is
just I've been just locked into Port Charles definitely a
part of me. I absolutely love it. And we are
broadcasting live. We are broadcasting live from the Metro court
(01:30):
Pool where all the action is happening. Lots of good
stuff happening here at the Metro court Pool, right, Mikey, yep,
where all the good stuff happens. In the summer, a
little too hot, maybe to go into.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
The park, I guess, so, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
Fourth of July fireworks maybe in the park. So many
good things going on from this past week. Oh god,
there's willow over there. I feel so bad for her
right now. I'm seeing her right now with Wiley. It's
(02:09):
kind of yeah, she she looks a little shaken. Michael
doesn't look too thrilled to be standing over there, a
little tension.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Why doesn't he get out of restraining against.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
I mean, but she's holding on to Wiley for dear life.
So I don't know, I'm gonna have a strong take
about that. So but I'm looking over there, it's kind
of it's got me in my feels.
Speaker 2 (02:32):
I guess I don't know.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Well, I'm a softye. We break this podcast down. If
I mean, Willow is starting to get to me a
little bit. That tells you all you need to know.
I'm getting a little soft. We break this podcast down
into the good and the bad, the in between good
stuff and you know, not a lot of bad. A
couple of things that are just annoying me that we'll
get to it a little bit and see if you
agree with you, Mikey on these things. But really, just
(02:56):
a really good week, uh.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
It here in our favorite city in upstate New York,
Fort Charles, Baby, there were so many there was a
lot of good this week.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
This was a week of a lot of Sonny where
I feel like, I don't know if the walls are
closing in or if this is something that he's going
to be able to overcome, because you kind of feel
the walls like Laura Anna right, like kind of closing
in on him a little bit. And let's have honest dialogue.
(03:34):
He didn't really have anything to do with Natalia's death.
I mean, I guess he kind of did because of
the burden on her. Maybe is he Okay, do you
blame Let's just cut to the chase. Do you blame
Sonny for Natalia's death?
Speaker 2 (03:47):
No?
Speaker 1 (03:47):
Okay, that's a good answer, right, I mean, I mean
she was stressed, yeah, because of him? Did that cause
her to drink and take pills? I mean, and I
would say the strange relationship with Marco.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
Maybe I would say the the drinking, but not the horse.
The horse tranquilighters? Is that what those word?
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Do we know that?
Speaker 2 (04:15):
That's what everyone was saying. It was like strong stuff, yeah,
really strong stuff. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
So I thought that that scene was sad. We talked
about it, didn't we say that One of those episodes
this week was dark man, it was dark. But I
thought the scene with with with Natalia dying. I was sad.
I felt bad for her because she was alone. She
was reaching out to Marco and he had a really
good strong week two. But I I found myself having
(04:44):
empathy for her. I look at she was not my
favorite character obviously, obviously, I mean one of the worst. Again,
where the writers just continue to fail is they bring
these weird, odd characters and these those just don't stick.
Lucky Natalia and I could. I'm going front, But I
found myself in a little sorry for when she when
she when she was lonely there and dying, what about you?
Speaker 2 (05:07):
Yeah, that was sad.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
I mean that was sad. I mean, no one wants
to say somebody to die. And I thought, you know,
I read by the way the Spinelli and me did
some research. Eva Laru, who plays Natalia, said that basically
she wasn't testing well, said that people did not like
her character and the writers therefore were kind of forced
to it just didn't work out. After a year, they
(05:30):
couldn't pair her with Sonny R.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Yeah, she didn't.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
She didn't like her Blaze and her Marco, their lifestyle
and apparently I tell you people watch they they complained
The g H army is legit and the riders get older,
so they basically the bottom line is she just wasn't
very likable.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
No, she wasn't.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
So what happens when characters are not very likable you
kind of just will you write them up for you
give them horse tranquilizers in vodka, or.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
You just kill them off in the hospital like Sam. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:00):
Right, but Sam was likable. That's the big difference. And
to my point, you just brought it up. You get
rid of Sam, the most beloved, my Sam, marry her.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
If you bring up the sunny point again, I will leave.
Speaker 1 (06:15):
Wait, what's that?
Speaker 2 (06:16):
If you bring up like, oh they got rid of
Sam an Cyrus because of like for we leave because
that every week. That's not gonna change.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
Well, go ahead and leave then because I'm gonna bring
it up again. You won't go ahead because here's my point.
It's just it's why General Hospital is third of third
because they let beloved characters go. So I mean, I
it is what it is. It's just facts. You cannot
get rid of these powerful characters. And then you you know,
(06:47):
you bring in the Luckies and then Natalias and that
is a valid point. You didn't leave Okay, so it's
a valid point. So that is what it is. You
don't let beloved characters go for these rentals. So but uh,
really good stuff Sidwell this week man the villain. He
(07:11):
went from zero to one hundred real quick, like he
became like this new guy in town, not gonna mess
with anybody's business, and now kind of trying in his
own way to control Portrales. He's trying to control Portraals.
He had a very powerful I mean the we do
the good and the bad, and I'll do the bad.
Like that was a bad scene this week with him
(07:32):
and Wu Like I thought it was just it was
a weak scene, like mist de sid Well, I guess
I'll pack my bags and leave, like it was just
like one and done. Really right, he frames you? He
frames you, right, Mikey, he frames you. So I'm I
get I guess I let's you say, I have it
planed catch. Everything she says is so dramatic. So he
(07:54):
just got got rid of her, like really, now he's
running things. She's been in a fixture in Portrales for years,
in the family business mafia. So this guy comes into town, okay,
frames her for the fire. She has a relationship with
Sonny by the way, where she can go to him
and go, you were framed by Sidwell. I was framed
by sid When I think you know this right, Sonny
would agree because Sonny knows Sidwell did this. Yeah right,
(08:15):
oh yeah, I have it plane to catch like, okay,
he just ran you out of town. So I thought
that was just a really bad scene speaking of Sonny.
Focused on Sonny for a little bit, Josh wanting to
climb the ranks of the WSV to take down you know,
her stepdad. Interesting, she's got Sonny, now, she's got ven,
(08:40):
she's got revenge on the brain. She wants to take
down Sonny. Von goes, you want to rise up the
rank so you could take down Sonny?
Speaker 2 (08:48):
She was, I do everyone wants to take down now.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
That's why I said. All the walls closing in.
Speaker 2 (08:52):
It feels like I just I don't know, I don't
know what why, but I just hate her passion for
like taking sent down Sonny.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
I kind of a he raised her Well, I.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
Don't care about that, but it's been that her her
mL for like lot ever since they started watching a
year ago.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
Well, do you think maybe she's worried about her mom
being in danger and that's why too, though. I mean,
Sonny raised her pretty much. Jaxx is her father, right,
but Sonny pretty much raised her. I mean, I don't know,
I kind of got to agree with you.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
I do.
Speaker 1 (09:21):
It's like lighting up a little bit, like there's other
other things to go after.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
Yeah, this animal testing a peace.
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Yeah, but she's gonna ran to the ranks. Her and
her and Vaughn had a really good scene. I don't
know if that was a makeout scene because they're playing
like there's supposavidia.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
That felt like.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
A real kiss, yeah, right, it did. Vaughn has the
best hair on soaps right now, too, got that he's
got that Vaughan hunk are right? He does?
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Does he not?
Speaker 1 (09:46):
That blonde hair is flowing in that scene because I'll
tell you more in time when they get to know you,
let's make out like it was a good scene though.
They have good chemistry, and we know Joss likes the
older guys.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
Right Yeah. I don't know why. I think it's because
I saw a comment on on instaf that some a
fan was saying like, oh, vomb could be uh Jagger's son.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Wow, that'd be creepy. Then that would not be good
because then that's making out brother and sister. Now that's
not gonna happen. But I could see it.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
But no, no, no, Dagger was the one that was.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
Oh Jagger, I'm sorry, I'm thinking of I'm thinking of
Jasper Jackson. I think you said Jazz project. Now, no,
he he looks like a young Jagger. That's a great
point or or or wow.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
Or it could be one of Dex's money money many brothers.
Speaker 1 (10:51):
Yeah, who's one of whose brothers? Dats Oh no, I
don't think so. I like the jack there's a resim
on he's a young Jagger.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
The hair, Yep, it's it's it's a hair.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
It is the hair, but facially too, kind of like
a young Jagger. That's interesting. And Jagger was what FBI
or CIA or whatever.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
One or something.
Speaker 4 (11:17):
So it runs in the family, something with the fatal Okay,
also because Sonny, because there was.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
Like Sonny killed him, Yeah, Sonny Sunny killed his dad.
We are we what are we calling? Is that the
new conspiracy theory that Vaughan is Jagger's son. I like
it as a conspiracy there, so let's go with it.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
Okay, Yeah, like he was on that uh on that
the comment I saw.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
Like that, Yeah, that's good. Someone was on their a
game with that. I thought you came up with that one. Now, No,
that's good. We all can see it though, we all
can see it. Lots of good stuff. Sonny ad A Turner,
Sonny kind of calling her around. You think you're responsible
for Natalia's death right when he threw that at her
and she kind of that and then Ada Turner had
(12:07):
the backpack back ted litle Be and going I gave
her a good deal. And you know there was no lawyer,
I don't think in that scene because I couldn't make it. No, yeah, no,
I was to deal with that.
Speaker 3 (12:18):
So.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
There was no like he isn't given like why Diane
was in there?
Speaker 1 (12:26):
That's okay because I heard Jason going, you're his lawyer,
why can't you see him? Right? You see that? Well, okay,
he's she's not every right to see him. I didn't
understand that.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
Anything, and then signing because he knows the systems like
I'm not talking smart. Yeah. Then Turner was like, oh,
well you know anything you say without because you're a lawyer,
it's in president and it's right. It's being withheld from you.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
Anything, nothing you say will be held. Yeah, he said,
you say, here's the truth.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
No, he's like he's they he started playing my games
with her.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
Yeah, a little bit.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
That's where he has to though. No, yeah, no, that's when,
like you said, he he said like, oh, maybe you
also be responsible for an Italian's death.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
Yeah. Oh that's that's when they went into that spel.
Speaker 2 (13:19):
Then that's when she like like the look on their
face was like, yeah, oh oh no, I have to
get out there.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
Right right, right right.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
She got through her first and left right.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
Yeah, that's a good point yep, good catch, good catch. Yeah, no,
I agree, Sonny. Sonny knows how to play it real well. Yes,
so that was that was a dark way. I mean,
they were just I thought they were just great scenes
in general this week, you know, if I want to,
I just we talked about Britt the Britch, who is
a beloved character. I'm starting to think, Mikey that she's
(13:51):
coming back as Britt. I just I think so though,
because they're just I thought maybe I know she died,
but they never die in jo Ustle. But I'm just
starting nick now that because she they're talking about her,
she's the one that gave birth. So if we're looking
for clarity, and I'm surprised I didn't catch this. Last week,
Britt gave birth to Rocco, so she was the surrogate
(14:15):
the baby was born, has baby ben? I remember that?
So yeah, so she's coming back. But she's a surrogate
and Brooklyn wants to really hold it against Lulu, but
she doesn't want to hurt Rocco. I thought brook Lynn
took the high road this week and that scene what Maxie.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
I feel like she's lying to Maxie. Oh, and she
did want like she doesn't want to hurt Roco.
Speaker 1 (14:37):
She but she left it, didn't She said she left
the envelo the out but then she I thought she
said she she didn't remove it, did she? No, Rocco
found it.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
No, and she did that. I think she did that
on purpose because she was in the room with the
coccupant and left. Yeah, she knew the document was out there.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
No, she said I wanted to leave but didn't. Didn't
she tell Maxie couldn't do Oh? I thought she but
she lied to Maxie. I think didn't she say I
couldn't go through with it?
Speaker 2 (15:03):
I think she must to.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
MAXI because I know she wants to get back at
Lulu in the worst way.
Speaker 2 (15:09):
She's trying to like, I'm picking the high road. I
think she said that.
Speaker 1 (15:13):
I think she said she did. She said, I'm taking
the high.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
Road, and then she did you know, I think she
left that uh that document on practice.
Speaker 1 (15:23):
Yeah, it's gonna cause a strain. There is fall out there.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
I mean, Rocco is already like confronting at.
Speaker 1 (15:30):
The end of This Is Friday. It was a great
ending scene. Tell me about Britt Westbourne. I'm like, booe,
there we go. So this makes me believe that BRIT's
coming back is Britt. Yes, it would just be odd
to have a twin. It's got it better be Britt
because we love Emma. Would Emma call her the wicked
witch of the Westbourne?
Speaker 2 (15:49):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (15:50):
There was some great lines this week and the bridge
hopefully is coming back. We had a fire this week
caused by Sidwell. Frame mean, whoa Sidwell getting very emotional
when he That was a great scene this week Sidwell
and Marco him him consoling his son like Sidwell is
(16:11):
an animal, is a gangster, but he's also like very
like he's he's really good like he was very emotional.
Just see how his lips were quivering in that scene.
And he thought maybe his son could have died in
the fire that he had set right, and he had
told the guy who set the fire, whatever, I told you,
no one, no one's got to be in the bar.
But they botched the job. He knows he's responsible.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
Was that was before he found out Marco correct Yet
he found out that Christina.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
No, no, no, that's what I'm saying. He called the memory.
He talked to his whoever, his executioner was, I told
you don't set the fire with someone in the bar, Christina.
Then he finds out Marcos saved Christina at the hospital,
He's like, what you were there? Like, he got emotional,
he got that was a very good scene.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
Oh no, it was basic because uh, he.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
Could have had a son, His son could have died
in the fire that he that.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
He put to hit on that. N's why he was at.
Speaker 1 (17:04):
The I know, I know you got to follow him here.
I understand that I'm talking about the fire. Marco was
one of said I save Christina. Remember, Sidwell goes, oh
my god, you were there. You could have died in
the fire, you know, what I mean, on top of
the on top of consoling Marco with Natalia's death, then
he's got to find out his son wasn't actually in
the fire. Yeah, it was a really good scene. It
(17:26):
was just a really good scene. I mean, we and
we had we had a lot of them. I don't
know still with this Professor Dalton, Like again, I don't
know if we're just taking a breather. It like it
it It hasn't. It hasn't like there hasn't been no
momentum with that storyline, right, Dalton comes and goes, he's
(17:50):
like every he's we see him what every other week?
Like we need more of that, We need more of
that because I don't want to see more of Vonn
and Joss going, you know, doing the investigating, but we
need more of the Dalton stuff. So I imagine that's
going to take take on a whole life onto itself
once we clear through. There's a lot of stuff to
(18:10):
get through, like the fire and you know Willow and Drew.
You gotta be able to give ample time though to
this storyline with Professor Dalton doing the animal testing. Yeah,
I just want to see more of it. Yeah, A
lot of good just a lot of good stuff. Jason
and Dante really good scene, I thought at the end
(18:30):
of the week saying, hey, man, I don't want to
I love Jason, I don't want any trouble with you,
and I don't I don't want to take on anything
that involves you because that's Sonny's son.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
You know.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
That was a good scene. I like Jason and Dante's scenes.
I wish we had more of them. Yeah, the Brooklyn
and Maxie scene was just really good. And to your point,
maybe she is lying. Maybe she is lying. I thought
Anna and ady A Turner had a good scene earlier
in the week. Anna wasn't putting up with anything man
(19:00):
and right, Yeah, she finally stood up to her and
I felt like she had to. Eighty eight Urner was
kind of being a little bit of bullets, like a
put on her place. Now they could also team up
together too to try to take down Sonny.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
Yeah, I don't.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
I don't think Anna really. Anna's like Laura. Like Anna
has a complicated like she's Her and Jason are extremely close.
She's got and she loves Sonny too in a weird way,
like they've been twenty five, Like there's a relationship there.
I can tell when she goes, I got to take
in for questioning. She didn't want to do it, but
she has to. And that's what I'm saying. Maybe the
walls are closed and people are getting tired of Sonny's
(19:37):
act now I mean not tired, but there's his mafiosa lifestyle,
was putting it others in danger, and you know you
saw with Laura and him. Anna didn't want to have
to do it. But it's gonna be very interesting to
see what happens with Sonny. I don't think he's gonna
leave them mob.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
I was say, I feel like this is a story
line that happiness ebby like ten years. I could be wrong,
but I feel like, like, what the story line that
happens every ten years, that oh, Sonny's in so much
souble with law he's never gonna get out. And then
all of a.
Speaker 1 (20:13):
Sudden you're like, yeah, no, that's true.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
I mean that, and then ten years and then ye
at it's something like this happened.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
You're not wrong. You know. Basically, he ain't going to Pentonville,
is what you're saying.
Speaker 2 (20:25):
No, I feel like he is going. He's going to
go for like what a week and then like oh uh, Diane,
I'm yeah or Casina yeah, yep, yeah, yep.
Speaker 1 (20:37):
Absolutely, And him and Christina have a strong bond too,
like oh my god, right, like you can tell what
was he saying? She's just like me her temperament, she's
always in her feelings.
Speaker 2 (20:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (20:47):
Man, it's so if the podcast brought to you by PCU,
they are you can enroll in classes now, yes, for
the fall PCU. Kai's not playing though for PCU, right, No, No.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
I feel like enrollment's going down with that's why.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
Yeah, keep asking us. Yeah, they've reached out there, like
can you guys let people know, Hey, we aren't rolling
for the fall, so you can get enrolling now PCU.
Speaker 2 (21:15):
Uh there dot org No, it's it's a PCU dot
e ed U.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
Oh PCU dot eedu slash enrollment. Yeah, so thanks to them,
we'll try to help them get some enrollment. Yeah, without Kaido,
And I don't know if I'm gonna go to a
game to share you. Kai was good, he was good.
He's gotta go though, he's gotta go, And there there's
(21:42):
my bad today. What are we doing with Kai entree?
What are we doing? It is like it is it's
it is a snooze fet like, where are they going?
Tell me? Tell me that we're engaged by the Kai
and Trina storyline. Tell me are we.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
Every time Ki or Tina or both on screen. That's
where I don't go. I can just skin out, ye,
I can just tune out because nothing's gonna happen because
the last two, like what two three weeks was like
how do I how should how should we get by
(22:26):
or deal with the cord main drama.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Yeah, there's just I don't care. There's I don't care either.
There's nothing there. It's like, okay, it's either talking about
his injury, his political political aspirations. There's nothing going on
with her. I mean basically they bring nothing to the table.
And it's too bad because I really liked Trina a lot,
but I just I don't get it.
Speaker 2 (22:51):
You know.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
Yeah, Cody had a little light week. I love the
scene with him and the girls though when he said, uh,
he had a really funny line this week. Oh he
took Molly in the car. That was a great scene
to see Christina Charlie. So that was a good scene.
I like Molly and Cody again. I hope that they
get together. I love the scene before that they go, sorry, ladies,
(23:16):
I got some bad news. I've eaten all the little
sausage thingies. That was classic Cody line, just classic vintage Cody.
I'm starting okay.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
Wait, wait back on a kay. I'm just seeing this
this rather thread. So what do you think it's gonna happen? First? Okay,
Trina finding out about her him between her and her
and her family? Him him, what him betraying her and
(23:53):
her family?
Speaker 1 (23:54):
What did he did? He?
Speaker 2 (23:55):
He remember he knows about I always forget her name,
Porsha Hi hiring the yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
You overheard that? I mean from when he overheard the.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
Yeah and then converse and he told right Drew.
Speaker 1 (24:14):
Drew yep, yep, yeap before he went to Trina yeah point.
Speaker 2 (24:17):
Or Drew finally finally feeling it's two colors to Kai
by turning on him.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
I can see that easily happening.
Speaker 2 (24:28):
Which which could which which one?
Speaker 1 (24:31):
I think. I don't think Drew's gonna as much as
I can see it, I don't think it'll happen soon
before that first scenario. I think to keep Kai and
Trina interesting, she needs to find out that he betrayed
the family. Because right because if if not, it's just
a love fest. Who cares, I'm in politics. Uh, you know,
you're It's just there's just nothing to your point. You
(24:53):
could mute, you could mute that whole scene. Yeah, and
like scroll on your computer for for for three three
minutes and thirty seconds while they do the scene. Yeah,
you're not getting anything. You're not getting anything. I'm gonna
I'm gonna walk this back. Last week I kind of said,
I you know, it was all about Portie. I'm turning
(25:15):
on her now. Yeah, I'm turning. I'm gonna walk it back.
She is annoying, and I've been swayed between people commenting
on Reddit and Instagram and maybe you know, you had
a couple of good arguments for I'm just I'm I'm
out on I'm out on her and Curtis right now,
to be honest, and he's a little annoying, but he's
my guy.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
Because what's it on Monday where she said, oh yeah,
I planned the whole thing with with.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
And that's me and that's what made me turn. I'm like,
I'm just sick of it. I'm sick of it. And
Curtis is, you know, high browing everything. I love him,
He's my guy, but he's just so judgmental. I'm team Jordan.
I am team Jordan. I'm team Jordan and Isaiah, right, yeah,
(26:06):
but yeah, I am. Porsche has become very annoying. I mean,
very very annoying. Like I said earlier, I don't know
if it's just because of her acting or not, but
I am really starting to feel sorry for a little
for Willow a little bit.
Speaker 2 (26:24):
It's an acting.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
She's good, no, but I just I feel I mean,
she got me in my feels like I could see
the way she was looking at Wiley earlier, even earlier
when we sare, you know, like she's very emotional, she's
been she pretty much has nothing right now, Like she's
with the guy that's it's just not going to work
out with Drew. She's been denied her children. She chose
that though she knew the risks. Yeah, well, it's just
(26:50):
and Michael told us right to be honest, right, But.
Speaker 2 (26:54):
Both Michaels are telling you that's right. I don't know
Michael's are telling you that.
Speaker 1 (26:58):
No, I know, no, no, but I feel bad for her.
Michael feels bad for her too, by the way he
has empathy for her. He didn't want it to come
to this. He even told Sonny this. You know, he's like,
he doesn't want He didn't want it to but she
forced his hand with the Drew thing, and An The
worst thing she could have did was be transparent with
her say I'm getting married to Drew. Yeah, you're never
seeing your kids ever again. Like, what a bad decision
(27:20):
to do that. I mean, she's paying the price for it. Yeah,
is she the one? Okay, so your theory is that
she is the one that is looking over Daisy. Yes,
she's kind of sneaking in there because she's just missing
her children. Nothing's going to happen to Daisy. Something would
have already happened, right, We just have someone overlooking her
(27:43):
with its loving No.
Speaker 2 (27:45):
I feel like she's playing.
Speaker 1 (27:47):
You're thinking. You think you she's because I talked with
Sonya who he had on a few weeks ago. And
you guys are of the ilk that you think she
thinks too, that there could be a kidnapping of the
baby from she could go crazy and.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
Cuckoo, she's already crazy. You think that she could take
the baby and disappear for a while.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
Interesting. I mean I feel like great, would be a
great storyline, a great story I.
Speaker 2 (28:18):
Feel like she's waiting until the visitations, hearing Okay, she's
gonna lose that, and that's when she's gonna steal or Okay.
Speaker 1 (28:30):
She's gonna say, the switch is gonna go off. Yah huh.
Speaker 2 (28:34):
She's just s buying her time and she's like, I
feel like, right now it is like you said, like
loving soccer thing. But I feel like the visitation, when
she loses that, she's gonna that's the yeah, the the
(28:55):
the switch that will flip on in her head, in her.
Speaker 1 (28:59):
Head, I mean, and that would be an interesting storyline.
I'm sure that's not the first I'm trying to remember.
I think it happened years ago there was a similar storyline,
but I could see it now. I'm kind of I'm
open and I'm open to it, and I wonder if
that's where Britt will come in. I don't know if
it's brit or not. Still don't know, you know how
that's going to, how that'll, how that will develop. Roco
(29:24):
getting a lot of play this week, a lot of
strong Rocko scenes him and Danny and yeah, usually they
don't with kids on the show. They don't have like
typically these major type storylines. Okay, like over the years
which before you were watching, they don't really have teenagers
(29:45):
that are right, that are and you've alread figured out
the year and a half you've been watching there's not
a lot of it. But you also know in the
year and a half that you've been watching, there are
younger storylines that are major parts of the of the show.
And this one now is now you would have asked
me two weeks ago, be like, Okay, Rock go was cool,
don't not really whatever? He's there, He's just there. Yeah,
(30:08):
Now I'm invested, right, That's how they get you. Now
now I'm invested. Now I want to see what's going on.
And I wonder how so will Lulu come clean? Are
we gonna find out on Monday? Because she goes no,
So what do you think when she said there's something
I have to tell you. Do you think that she
was gonna complete about that? Or is this gonna be
(30:29):
something completely way out of left out? Was she gonna
confess him?
Speaker 2 (30:32):
No? Because no, because she doesn't know anything about that,
so why would she. He's the whole thing is like, oh,
I think she's gonna be gonna go because she she
had the whole, like whole episode of her talking to
Laura to dis about the sunning, right, so I think
(30:53):
she's gonna go like, well, we're gonna have to like
distance ourselves from uh.
Speaker 1 (31:00):
But oh so that's what you're okay, But she still
has to answer the question, now, who is Britt Westbourne?
What's her answer? Diversion or does she come clean? Because
that's gonna I did not give birth to you. I
don't see her saying it. I don't think she's got
an in her now. If she did again, I told
(31:20):
you I want to like her, that would be very
like I would. I would like, okay, Lulu start, I'm
coming around her. But I don't think she's gotten in
her to come clean.
Speaker 3 (31:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (31:30):
There's two ways that, Like, there's one way where she
goes who told you about her? Like, how can you
know about her? Let me tell you the whole story
that's not gonna happen. The second one is that she's
gonna go, oh, someone from my previous life or something.
She's dead, no one cares, like, now let's talk about Sonny.
Speaker 1 (31:54):
She could divert yeah, which would be very Lulu like.
Of course, oh you know wow, yeah, yep, yep, yep, yeah,
it was I thought that this week was amazing and
it was a short week, it was four days. You know,
did they discussed fourth of July? Because i'mondering if we're
(32:15):
gonna get fireworks this week? Usually we get fireworks in portrials,
but I don't remember if they acknowledge the fourth I mean,
I mean in Soap Opera World July seventh, we could
get fireworks in portraals like the fourth of July.
Speaker 2 (32:27):
There The reason why basically all the port trials was
at the Metro Court pool was because the right of
the fourth of the live weekend? Right, they all went
to that more than once? Like what while like how
we spending for four fith live Oka or our holiday weekend?
Speaker 1 (32:49):
Gotcha? Yeah, Usually we get a good firework showing port trials. Well,
we'll find out, because I think this coming week, Woo
Lulu may have some explaining to do. Are we going
to get more? Professor Dalton? What are we thinking for
this week? What do what do we want to see
happen this week? Is there anything that you want to
see or anything that you're hearing that you want to
(33:10):
What do we want to see happen.
Speaker 2 (33:11):
It's just like last year, like kissing under the Fireworks? Yes,
that was my first episode that one. Who was who
would be a good kiss under the fireworks? We want
Jos and von Or?
Speaker 1 (33:23):
They already had a good kiss. Who would be a
good kiss to watch?
Speaker 2 (33:27):
Ge and Nema?
Speaker 1 (33:28):
Oh good call? Okay, your texts are getting better? All right,
you're locked in, You're in the You're in the portraital zone. Baby.
Speaker 2 (33:36):
Oh yeah, always always.
Speaker 1 (33:38):
Well you went to PCU for didn't you go for
like a semester two?
Speaker 2 (33:41):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (33:41):
Okay, semester of German. It was a semester of German
at pc Yeah. I I you know what, I'm going
to agree with you that I think if there was
gonna be a kiss, it would be it would be
Geo and Emma. Who would I want to see? Let
me think Hanna and Jason. I do want them together.
(34:05):
Eighty eight Turner and Sonny. No, Jos and Vaughan have
really good chemistry, but they already kissed. I don't know,
I have to think about that one. I don't want
to watch Brooklyn and Chase kiss. Chase has kind of
(34:28):
just been meh yeah lately, Cody and Molly. That's why
I want to see kiss.
Speaker 2 (34:36):
There you go, we'll see what happen.
