Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning to tell you're going to be a beautiful
day today. Eighty five is the high now. They kept
warning about haziness and this smoke, but I didn't see
it yesterday. I know it's been affecting Massachusetts and some
other states across the country a little bit north of us,
but at least yesterday, maybe you saw it. I didn't
see it or feel it at all. But they still

(00:22):
have that warning out for people with breathing problems, So
just just be careful if you have asthma or some
other breathing affliction in the Big Three today. In the
New York City's mayoral race, crime now has jumped to
the top issue after the Park Avenue mass shooting, and
Zorin Mamdanni's policies on crime are under attack. I'm the

(00:45):
law and noider Kennedy.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
He's the guy who wants to have social workers instead
of cops and defund the police.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
There are reports right now that if Zorin Mamdanni is
elected mayor, he plans on making former Congressional squad member
Jamal Bowman head of schools. You'll remember he is the
one that pulled a fire alarm saying he thought it
was a door exit to stop an important vote.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Dwal Bowman is a lunatic.

Speaker 4 (01:11):
He erected actually a wall of fame that had two
cop killers in public schools when he was a principal
in a Rock's public school.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
Just a horrible story in Franklin Township, New Jersey. A
double murder suicide involving a state trooper who killed thirty
three year old veterinarian Laurence Samanchik and twenty nine year
old fireman Tyler Webb. The trooper had harassed the woman
for months after she stopped dating them. She tried to.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
Block him many times, and he continued to call her
from restricted numbers and she would. He showed up at
her work. That's where the car was keyed. He put
recording devices in her home, water in her gas tank.
He harassed her left and right.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
That was Laurence Samanchik's sister. Laurence Samanchek was unsuccess successful
in getting a restraining order. She tried for months against
the trooper, Ricardo Jorge Santos, who took his own life.
And an investigation is underway into what started a fire
and a path train in Jerseys City that for a
time trapped passengers inside a car filling with smoke.

Speaker 6 (02:19):
Not seeing like about ten people getting oxygen outside the
building in the front. A couple of people got took
to the hospital. It had to be a panic because
I'm surprised nobody got trampled. The mount of smoke they
say was inside and everything. I seeing a couple of
people holding it chess.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
The origins of the Russian hoax investigation is now underway.
It's a criminal investigation now with a grand jury considering
federal charges including conspiracy.

Speaker 7 (02:48):
The Russia collusion hoax against President Trump remains the single
greatest hoax and the greatest assault on our democracy in
the history of this country. There's no comparison, there's no
parallel to anything else. It was a coup.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
White House correspondent John Decker will have the latest on
the investigation coming up at seven oh five. In Texas,
the state legislature has issued warrens for the arrest of
Democrats who fled the state to avoid voting on a
congressional redistricting plan.

Speaker 8 (03:23):
Being eighty five eyes and six nays, the motion prevails,
the Sergeant at Arms and any officers appointed by her
are directed to send for all absentees whose attendance is
not excused for the purposes of securing and maintaining their
attendants under warrant of arrest if necessary.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Right and the governor has also issued warrens for arrests
for the Democrats. ABC correspondent Jim Ryan will have the
latest from Texas coming up at seven thirty five on CNN.
Pollster Harry Entin showered historical praise on President.

Speaker 9 (03:54):
Trump executive orders immigration with net migration and we're talking
about tarifs and the effect of tariff rate. Donald Trump
is remaking the United States, love it, like it or
lump it. He has been tremendously influential to a historic degree.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
And the ridiculous criticism over the American Eagle Sydney's Sweeney
genes is nauseating and it's about to get even more
ridiculous once woke Democrats find out she's a registered Republican.
And she's a registered Republican. Oh now, I love her.
Ad is that right? As Sidney Sweeney, you'd be surprised

(04:32):
at how many people are Republicans. That's what I wouldn't
have known.

Speaker 10 (04:36):
But I'm glad you told me that. If Sydney Sweeney
is a registered Republican. I think her ad is fantastic.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
By the way, American Eagles doing great. Now there's stock
jump twenty percent after the controversy about the ad. Now,
let's talk a little bit about the mayoral race. I
know we dealt with the pole yesterday, but there's people
still out there saying the Zorin Mamdani way ahead in
a poll. Have you seen the headlines? They are ridiculous. Now.

(05:07):
I pointed out yesterday that the Zorin Mamdanni campaign, it
is not only affiliated with this poll, they are closely
affiliated with this poll. And the Zorn Mamdani a campaign
since has put out a disclaimer saying we have no connection,
no connection to the Zenith pole that has him up

(05:28):
fifty percent and the closest to him is twenty two.
It's ridiculous. It's such an outlier. No other poll shows that.
All of a sudden, this came out, and it shows
that he's leading among Jewish voters. Now, depending on how
you answer the questions, it's really easy to skew a poll.
So I'd love to see the questions that were asked

(05:48):
and really dig into this. But it is noteworthy and
I'll point out again that amidst Singh Baga, who is
a close ally of mam Donni, was the top advisor
on his primary campaign and is still with the campaign.
He is the one that commissioned the poll from Zenith Research. Again,

(06:12):
he's a close advisor, and he was connected with this
poll and gave them a whole lot of money. So
you draw your own conclusions. By the way, the entire
campaign has changed ever since the shooting on Park Avenue.

(06:34):
Now law and order has jumped affordability to the number
one issue. Now, nobody gave the Mom Donnie campaign that memo.
They haven't figured that out yet because they had crazy
Elizabeth Warren here yesterday campaigning for She was all over
the television sets. She was appearing with Mom Donnie, and

(06:55):
she is now all in along with Bernie Sanders and
the AOC. Any sane Democrat is staying far away from
this guy, including New Yorkers like Kathy Hokeel and even
Kim Jeffreys, who you thought would just jump on that bandwagon.
But no, he won't endure them yet either. But Elizabeth Warren,

(07:15):
she's all in.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
When someone stands up and says I will lead this
city by making it more affordable. And here are my plans,
real plans, plans to deliver on childcare, plans to deliver unhousing,
plans to deliver an experiment. We're going to try things
on groceries. That is the Democratic message.

Speaker 1 (07:38):
Yeah, they're trying to change the subject. Get away from
law and order. Because this is the guy that said
in an earlier tweet. I know he disavows it now,
but he was all in on defunding the police. Now
he doesn't want to add any police officers, he says, no,
I don't want to defund the police. He wants to
add social workers. He wants to send them out and

(07:59):
the other it's at jumping all over that. Here's Andrew Cuomo.

Speaker 3 (08:03):
I don't think the assemblyman understands public safety at all.
He's against having police response to domestic violence calls. Sixty
to seventy percent of domestic violence calls involve physical violence
or threats of physical violence. Against having police respond to
hate crimes. Many hate crimes have violence involved.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
More police officers are shot in domestic violence calls, probably
than any other type of incident. And you want to
send a social worker to that is It is insane.
It is the idea of a person that has never
been around or never had any type of connection with

(08:48):
a police officer or law enforcement, because that is just dangerous.
And the first time, if you ever got to be mayor,
the first time one of these people dies when he's there,
is may and is mayoralship because it is that crazy.

(09:08):
And of course former cop Eric Adams was all over
this too.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
So police should not investigate hate crimes, Police should not
go to domestic violence incidents, one of the most dangerous incidents,
and police officer can go on doesn't want SRG to
respond to these incidents. We just have a philosophical difference
in the principles of public safety. And there's a reason

(09:34):
crime is down and jobs up, and idealism collides with
realism when you are saving the lives of people.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Right, that Strategic Response Group, the SRG that Mayor Adams
just talked about, they were the ones that were the
first on the scene at Park Avenue and Zura mom
Downey has doubled down on this. He still says no, no, no,
he doesn't want them around. You know why. You know
why he doesn't want them around because they to take
on protesters. But the only time they take up they

(10:04):
show up when there's a protest is when it gets
out of hand. They're not the first ones there. They
never are the first ones there. They get called in
if all of the sudden police officers or ice officers
are being attacked, then they bring in SRG. SRG is vital.
It shows how naive, almost incompetent zorin Mom Donnie is

(10:29):
when it comes to public safety in New York. He
cannot be there. Go to the iHeartRadio app and leave
us a talkback. If you can, you could win a
limited edition MINTI in the Morning t shirt. Plus we
just want to hear what you have to say about this.
That t shirt's going to be awarded every day to
our favorite talkback in the morning. And while you're on
the free iHeartRadio app, be short a set of preset

(10:49):
for seven to ten woor still to come. Some pickles
will get you some books. We'll talk about a unique
store on the Lower east Side, the Trades Pickles for books. Next. Well,
sometimes you read an article about a little shop, of
a quirky little shop, and you think, man, I'd love
to go there. I gotta make it there. Well, there

(11:09):
was an article in the New York Post about this bookstore.
It's called Sweet Pickle Books, and apparently they have pickles
that the woman that runs it makes herself. She's been
running it since she was a kid. Apparently the whole
area in Brooklyn used to be a big place for
Jewish food and pickles were a big thing, and so

(11:33):
she's keeping that tradition going. She grew up in the area.
She also was with Strand Books, so she knows a
thing or two about selling books. But the place is
taken off. And listen to this. If you bring in
five used books, you can have a jar of her pickles. Oh,
isn't nice? Isn't that great? But it's become huge, so

(11:55):
big that they have now had to open another one
nearby because they've been getting so many customers. And some
of the customers that have come in Harry Styles comes
in whenever he's in town. He loves to go to
this bookstore. Emma Roberts, Joe Jonas has been there. Jacob

(12:16):
Alordie from Who's the Hot Young Star from Euphoria went
in there, Olivia Wilde goes in there. It's like really popular,
and look, Chris Weitzer is filling in for Natalie Vaka
today and he's been there.

Speaker 10 (12:31):
I was about to say, you're missing out on the
biggest story.

Speaker 1 (12:33):
That's oh sorry, so tell us about it. Is it
that good? Isn't that cool?

Speaker 10 (12:41):
It's pretty, it's a pretty neat place.

Speaker 11 (12:43):
It's really small, like it's it's kind of just like
a long hallway in a way.

Speaker 10 (12:49):
But no, it's a cool little vibe. Got a lot
of a lot of books.

Speaker 11 (12:52):
They got some some new books and then a lot
of used books, whole shelve of pickles. I bought one
book and I didn't bring any books. I didn't have
any to give away. But I bought one book and
then I bought two jars of pickles. So how delicious
They're delicious?

Speaker 1 (13:09):
Are they? Oh?

Speaker 10 (13:10):
They're real good? Yeah, really good.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
Because apparently she grows the cucumbers herself and then makes
the pickles herself.

Speaker 10 (13:16):
Whatever she does. They're delicious.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
They're that good. Yeah. Yeah, So it's worth a trip
to go there just for the pickles.

Speaker 11 (13:23):
I think, so yeah, And it's like not like I think.
I bought a jar of like dill pit just regular
dill pickles because you know, classic, and then there was
they's like different flavors.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
It was.

Speaker 11 (13:34):
It was I forgot what it was called, but they
had like jlapenos in it, so they were like spicy
spicy pickles.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Where is this exactly? It just says the Lower east Side.

Speaker 10 (13:43):
I don't it was. I went like a few months ago,
so I don't remember the exact address.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
But so you just happened to be walking down the
street and you look at it and you said, oh man,
that looks cool. No, no, no, I knew about it.

Speaker 11 (13:54):
I heard about it from somebody, and I was like,
you know, we get out early, we get here early,
so we get out early. So it was a Friday,
and I was like, it's Friday at one o'clock. Why
am I going to go home? I'll explil the city
a little bit. Uh, Lower east Side forty seven Orchard Street,
So that's that's way down there. It's almost by Brooklyn,

(14:14):
but real cool places.

Speaker 10 (14:17):
Yeah, who would ever thought. I mean, it's a weird concept.

Speaker 1 (14:21):
It absolutely is a weird concept. Yeah, it's crazy.

Speaker 12 (14:26):
Even before I know there were actual pickles there, I
was like, that's so cute.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Sweet pickle books and and look when you see pictures
of the place, that's what it's got. I mean you
see books and then there's pickles in between the books. Yes.

Speaker 11 (14:39):
Yeah, It's like you walk in and there's a bunch
of books, and then there's a little section where they
have merch, and the right next to the merch is
the pickles, and then it's the rest of the story
is just more books.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
It is I I've just lost on this kind of
stuff because because I would love to have an idea,
you know, I would love to have an idea that
would take off and make a lot of money. But
could you imagine going to the bank and saying, hey,
I need a loan because I want to start wait
for this great concept a store that sells books and
sells pickles.

Speaker 12 (15:10):
I mean, I wonder if it really started that way, though,
I feel like it's kind of grew into that somehow.
We're just morphed into it.

Speaker 11 (15:17):
She bought it as a bookstore and was like, it
makes some pretty good pickles. Yeah, just some pickles out there.

Speaker 12 (15:22):
Like everyone was telling her, why don't you sell you pickles.

Speaker 9 (15:24):
At the store?

Speaker 1 (15:26):
Yeah, except well, yeah, well she still has to get
the funding for that. And she named the store after that.
But I guess that she already had been with Strand
books and so she has experience in doing that, so
she knew she could have the bookstore. But then then
to throw the pickles in. I mean, I'll tell you what.
Though it's taken off, it's there's apparently been a media

(15:48):
a social media frenzy about this place, and it's been
spreading and people are showing up. Uh, people come to
visit New York and go to the Sweet Pickle bookstore.
So I'm gonna I didn't want to take a trip
down there.

Speaker 10 (16:01):
A book with the side of pickles.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
Yeah, they're expensive pickles though for jar At pickles it's
twelve bucks.

Speaker 11 (16:07):
So pickles with the side of pickles big jars, and
they're good pickles.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
It's a big jar and there's good pickles. How many
pickles do you get?

Speaker 11 (16:15):
I didn't count, but they're i mean their whole pickles.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah pickles. Like they sell
them in like spears or like slices, oh like cut,
like sliced a long way, you know, Okay, Like it's.

Speaker 10 (16:27):
I forget that.

Speaker 11 (16:28):
There's like it's like hoge cut or something, or like
sandwich cut.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
We've given way too much time to the Sweet Pickle
bookstore the next time they have to buy time. This
is this is quite an ad for the Sweet Pickle bookstore.
Let's it get the News at six point thirty with
Jacqueline Carl Jacqueline Good Morning.

Speaker 12 (16:48):
Texas Governor Greg Abbott is calling for the arrest of
Democrats who fled the state to stop congressional redistricting. The
Republican has ordered the state's Department of Public Safety to
arrest House Democrats Democrats who were not president for the
special legislative session on Monday. Now, with the Democrats gone,
the GOP is unable to vote to redraw the map

(17:08):
that would give them five more pickup opportunities ahead of
twenty twenty six. And the NYPD is expanding a pilot
program designed to improve quality of life for New Yorkers.

Speaker 13 (17:20):
The pilot program launched in April and a handful of places,
and then expanded earlier last month to Manhattan and the Bronx,
and now quality of life teams are being formed for
all of Brooklyn. Police Commissioner Jessica Tish says they'll be
addressing things like noise complaints, illegal mopeds, abandoned vehicles, and
outdoor drug use.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
This isn't broken windows, this isn't about cracking down to
prevent crime.

Speaker 14 (17:42):
It's about restoring order and improving quality of.

Speaker 13 (17:45):
Life, officials say. So far, the pilot's resulted in hundreds
of abandoned vehicles and illegal mopeds towed away and a
big reduction in response times to complaints. I'm Scafpringle WRDWS, so.

Speaker 12 (17:56):
I find this story so disturbing I had to do it,
and I wonder if people are gonna be like, oh,
come on, this is how it goes, or if they're
going to side with me and that this is crazy horrible.
According to the Las Vegas Sun, a zoo in Denmark
is asking people to donate their small pets to feed the.

Speaker 10 (18:17):
Predators that live there.

Speaker 12 (18:19):
The Alborg Zoo says it wants to copy the natural
food chain to help with animal welfare and professional integrity.
The zoo promises that the donated pets like guinea pig,
guinea pigs, grabbits, chickens all that will be gently euthanized
by train staff before being used as food. But for
my limited knowledge of predators and what they they want

(18:42):
live food to chase, that's what they need. They need
the chase they just don't sometimes respond to animals that
have been euthanized or you know, so I don't know if.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
I believe that.

Speaker 12 (18:55):
Maybe it's true, but I still feel like it's kind
of like cold blooded to like just turn over your
un It started like the headline was to donate unwanted
pets a pet.

Speaker 10 (19:09):
I know how you want to pet that bad?

Speaker 5 (19:12):
I don't.

Speaker 12 (19:13):
I mean, like, all right, Fluffy, I'm sick of feeding you,
I'm sick of you. This is that I'm going to
bring you down to be like chased down Neaton. But
they say you'll be gently euthanized, so try not to
worry too much. I just don't feel like it's it's
just really I find it disturbing.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
You don't have a problem with the predators eating the
what they're going to eat. You have a problem with
somebody donating that used to be their pet. Both.

Speaker 12 (19:40):
Actually, when when I watch nature shows, I'm like, and
it's it's a natural thing, where like a predator is
going afterwards prey. I'm like screaming at the TV.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
Help it. That's just life.

Speaker 12 (19:53):
And I do get that, but just having like to
buy a pet and you're you have the responsibility of
caring for a pet, and and then you donated to
be to eat to be eaten at the zoo. I
just feel like that's kind of I don't know.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
Yeah, they're gonna get it somewhere, but yeah, I understand,
I get it. Thanks so much, Jacqueline Carl. I'll tell
you what. They are still the media making a huge
fuss over this redistricting in Texas, and the Democrats are
screaming about it. They're screaming about something they invented. Will
explain coming up next. And we all remember that one

(20:29):
teacher who made a difference, who believed in us, or
challenged us, or just made learning fun. Well, now is
your chance to say thank you to them in a
big way. With iHeartRadio's Thank a Teacher powered by Donor's Choice,
you can nominate an outstanding public school teacher who has
gone above and beyond for their students for a chance

whatever they need. Teachers give their time, they give their
money and hearts to help students succeed. Help us say
thank you to the educators shaping our future. Nominate your
favorite teacher now at iHeartRadio dot com slash teachers. Oh no,

(21:13):
they're read districting in Texas. That's the lead story everywhere.
How could they How could they come up with such
a devious plan. I didn't know they could do that.
I didn't know they could just read district and put
some people in a district and move other people out

(21:34):
of the district just by geographical boundaries. Wow, who came
up with that? That sounds devious, except that it happens
all the time. This isn't that uncommon. We've been redistricting
for years. As a matter of fact, we've had the

(21:54):
exact same thing happen in Texas where the people in
the minority flee the state so they don't have the
vote on it, and so maybe they can block it
from going through. And it never works. It never works.
It's just for show. It's to get attention, it's to
get the national news cameras. Some of these state assemblymen
are getting state legislators, I should say, in Texas are

(22:15):
getting in front of a camera for the first time ever,
in front of the national news. They're on MSNBC because
they're protecting democracy while they take a distinctly undemocratic act
there is so much hypocrisy in this Do you know
how much redistricting goes on in this country? And I'm

(22:36):
against it, By the way, I am absolutely against constant redistricting.
I think it's hurt the country. Do you know that
there's four hundred and thirty five seats in the House
and only about eighty of them are competitive because of redistricting.
This has been happening. It's been happening since the eighteen tens.

(23:01):
Eldridge Jerry was the first one to do this. He
was one of our founding fathers. He did it in Massachusetts, which,
by the way, Massachusetts is ridiculous. It's the worst redistrict
state in the Union. And they're out in front saying,
how can you do this? Are you kidding me? Kathy
Hokeel is saying it. New York's awful in redistrict thing.

(23:23):
How can you do this? They are counting on you,
They're counting on the public of being ignorant. That's what
they want, That's what they're counting on that. You don't
know any better, You don't know that this happens all
the time. You have to believe them that this is

(23:44):
evil and it's undemocratic. And it's only evil and undemocratic
when the other party does it. But New Jersey, New York, Connecticut,
all of them have been redistrict and they're all Democratic states.
So it is to minimize is the number of Republican
districts as much as they possibly can. Put them in

(24:05):
a little conclave. All the Republicans getting a little conclave,
so they have a couple of seats. Of the top
five Democratic states, including Illinois and California and New York
and New Jersey, and the top five Democratic states, the
ones with the most congressmen, they have been redistricted to

(24:28):
the point where in those Democratic states the Democrats have
ninety seats and the Republicans have twenty eight. To get
upset about this, for it to lead the newscasts all
across the country is well, it's moronic. They are counting

(24:53):
on you not knowing any better. Now. The only difference
in this one, I will say, the only difference in
this one, and it's not the first time it's happened,
but it's still unusual, is that it is happening in
the middle of a decade, because normally it happens in
the beginning of a decade. Because that's when the census

(25:15):
comes out, and that's where they have to change districts anyway,
because either their states are losing seats or they're gaining seats,
so they have to redistrict and they use that as
an excuse, but they do the same thing that's happening
in Texas right now. They rearrange the districts so that
it benefits whatever parties and control at that time. I

(25:37):
think I've told you the story about my wife. Before
my wife, they were after her. She was a big
anchor in Philadelphia and she's now a talk show host
in Philadelphia, and the Republican Party was really after her
to run. And so we live in Philadelphia, which is
you know, we lived in Philadelphia, which is right on

(25:58):
the border to Montgomery County. And she said, it's ridiculous,
this is this is a Democratic district. She goes, They said, oh,
we can move the district. We can move it over
just a couple of streets. That's how easy it is.
That's how common this is. That's why it's done all
the time. And so it blows my mind that the

(26:21):
Democrats this one worked. They've been trying to make something
out of nothing. During the entire Trump presidency. They've been
trying to get your attention. They've been trying to say
what he's doing is horrible, everything he does is evil.
He's a dictator, he's an authoritarian. When they do the
exact same thing, and nothing's worked. Really, nothing's worked. Oh

(26:43):
it works on MSNBC and CNN, but you look at
the polls and it's not working. It's just not and
it's silly and they're going to lose the midterms again
if they continue on this. But this one worked. This one,
for some reason, got the public's attention, at least I
think so. I haven't seen polls yet, but just from
the media reaction, and I know I shouldn't fall for that,

(27:06):
but the media reaction has been stunning. There are much
bigger things going on in the world and in this
country right now, but for some reason, because the people
in the media can't stand Donald Trump. They just can't
stand them, and they can't see him win, and they
don't want him to have power. You know why they

(27:27):
don't want him to have power. They don't want him
to have power because if they can take control of Congress,
we can impeach him again. We can make them impotent,
so we can't do anything. He can't secure the border,
let's let the people over. He can't lower your taxes,
we get to raise them again. It is sick. It

(27:51):
is sick. But it shows how much the media and
the Democratic Party are aligned on these things, because it
absolutely doesn't make any sense that this is such a
big story. And I'm going to acknowledge it's a big story.
I'm going to acknowledge everybody's going with it. Kathy Hochel,
by the way, she's what and Printcer and all the

(28:15):
Democratic governors that are getting out there saying if you
do this in Texas, I'm going to do it in
my state. You've already done it in your state. It's
going to be impossible for you to read district anymore
to make it any more imbalanced. But that doesn't stop
Kathy Hochel.

Speaker 14 (28:31):
People are basically disgusted. They're disgusted with this trampling of
their basic human rights rights that we've always cherished and
fought for in this country. And that is precisely why
New York has a strong interest in what is occurring
almost across the country in Texas.

Speaker 1 (28:49):
Oh, the hyperbole, I haven't seen trampling on human rights yet.
I haven't heard that one yet. That one's actually funny.
Tom Cotton explains what I was just trying to explain.

Speaker 15 (28:58):
Massachusetts has a horrible jerremander. Republicans there typically get thirty
five to forty percent of the vote, sometimes even more.
They don't have a single member of Congress and Illinois
congressional map I would compare to the scribblings of a
small child, but it would be unfair to small children.

Speaker 1 (29:15):
It is just an incredible, incredible that's getting coverage. But
there's a national scandal in the media that nobody's interested in.
And there's a reason for their lack of interest, because
they're culpable. I'll fill in the blanks on that next. Oh,
all of this attention is on redistricting that happens all
the time in Texas. All of this media attentions on that.

(29:39):
That's all anybody's caring about, which is happens all the time.
It is not that big of a story, but it
is right now because it'll help the Republicans. And it
embarrasses Donald Trump that he's the one that's behind this.
He made the phone call which presidents do all the time,
about this kind of stuff. The politics is important, and

(30:00):
keeping the House and the Senate is important if you
are the president, because you'll get nothing done in the
second half of your term if they're able to change that.
But the media, along with the Democrats, they want this
so bad, the mainstream media, the legacy media, they want
this so bad. They want to make sure that Donald

(30:23):
Trump is impotent for the second half that they can
try to impeach him again. That's what this is all about.
That's why they're making this so important. Something that happens
all the time. That's why they're making this so important,
because they're looking ahead, just like Donald Trump's looking ahead.
They are just as political as Donald Trump in this,

(30:44):
but they don't want to say that. They want to
say they're protecting democracy when they're actually hurting democracy. I
couldn't believe Kathy Hokele a second ago saying it was
about human rights. But when all this attention is being
paid to this story, they are ignoring what may turn
out may turn out to be one of the biggest

(31:06):
political scandals in American history, just ignoring it. Oh, that's
a silly one. That's a silly one. And the story
goes that that's what the media says, it's a silly one.
It's not a silly one. There's evidence, there's paperwork that
proves this. There's going to be hearings and now just

(31:26):
now just announced yesterday, it's going to a grand jury.
There's going to be criminal charges brought up against some people,
you know. Now we don't know the names just yet,
but some of the names that have been mentioned are you,
James Clapper, John Brennan, the head of the CIA, Jim Comey,

(31:48):
head of the FBI, some really big names. Now, Barack
Obama's name has been thrown around, but he has immunity
now because of the Supreme Court. Hillary Clinton's been named
Hillary Clinton. The reason that I don't think she is
going to be charged with anything because she did it
during a campaign. It's different to do it in a

(32:08):
campaign against a political opponent than it is once the
person's in office and they're president of the United States
and you try to undermine them, you and several people,
that makes a conspiracy try to undermine him. That's a coup.
That's treason, that's chargeable. That's the difference between the two.

(32:35):
And so just in case, I'm sure you're up on
this story. I know you're up on this story. Most
people aren't. I mean, there's going to be a whole
lot of people that don't listen to this show and
depend on the legacy media and depend on MSNBC and
CNN and ABC that don't know this story that well
because they've been kind of hiding it. They don't want
to acknowledge it. You know why they don't want to
acknowledge it because they're culpable in it. They're the ones

(32:59):
that helped with the great lie that we found out
was just a big hoax. We found out was all
political that fueled an impeachment, and then it was discovered
after a long after and over a year investigation, over
four hundred witnesses and forty million dollars, we found out

(33:23):
the whole thing, and it really paralyzed the country because
of the Democrats and because them making up this story.
And we found out now without a shadow of a doubt,
they made up the story. They concocted the whole thing
from the highest level to try to handicap the President
of the United States and hopefully remove him from office.

(33:48):
That's treasonous. We found out they made up the whole thing,
and it just paralyzed this country. Paralyzed this country for
a year. All Donald Trump's done in the last seven
months crimes down, He secured the border. These tariffs. Everybody

(34:08):
now that's sane is admitting they worked. He kept saying,
just trust me, it's gonna work. It's gonna work. It's
gonna work. And it's it's so far it's it's worked.
I know prices are still gonna go up. We you know,
we don't. We don't deal in things that are happening
because things that are happening right now are too good.
So the Democrats keep talking about things that are gonna happen. Oh, oh,

(34:31):
it's gonna be horrible. It's gonna be horrible. What about
right now? Right now, there is a federal investigation and
possibly criminal charges against the Democrats for trying to unseat
a sitting president and making up information knowing it was false.

(34:51):
We now know from classified documents. Tell me that's not
a bigger story than redistricting. Tell me that's not a
bigger story than anything else going on in the country
right now. Will the New York Times have to give
back their poetzer for helping to make this up? For
being in on the conspiracy. We'll Seenn MSNBC. It's an

(35:17):
embarrassment to the media and that's why they don't want
to cover it right now. It should be an embarrassment
to the Democratic Party, but they'll just go on to
the next embarrassment. Well, apparently there is one last chance
for a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. We are going
to get the latest on the renewed talks from wor
