Can't wait to get to Jeffrey Lickman. I wanted to
hear his thoughts on what's happening in LA and now
starting to happen a little bit across the country. Jeffrey
Lickman is a high profile criminal defense attorney. He is
the host of Beyond the Legal Limit podcast, which you

Thanks for having me. Larry Oh sure, absolutely all the time,
especially today, I would love to get your thoughts on
what's going on in LA.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Well, you know, it's interesting, and it's what I've been
saying for a very long time if you listen to
my podcast, is that this starts with the Jew hate.
It started with the pro Hamas anti Israel demonstrations that
have been just roiling the country now since October seventh,
twenty twenty three. And then what ends up happening is

the same people that hate chews, that hate Israel. All
of a sudden, now you see that these riots popping
up in LA and all of our big cities, in
Lower Manhattan, and wouldn't you know that so many of
the protesters are wearing the Palestinian terror scarves, the Cafia
they're wearing Hamas headbands, they're all mixed in there. This

is a professional riot demonstration, is what I would say.
These people are carefully organized. They come out with their signs,
with their little self made barricades. They're all perfectly ready
to go as soon as the violence starts. And it's
the same people from the George Floyd demonstrations that morphed
into the anti Israel demonstrations that are now when I

(01:38):
guess they're I guess you could call them ice demonstrations.
I don't even know what these people if they even
know why they're demonstrating, why they're rioting. They just know
that they hate America and this is just another excuse
for them to destroy America. What's shocking to me is
how completely bought in the Democrats are. You know, it
used to be where they just look the other way

(01:59):
and wanted America destroyed, like with the George Floyd riots.
Now they're openly saying, and you've got Democratic officials saying,
there's got to be more of this, There's got to
be more. You've got to go after Rice. You've got
to go after Rice. This is all designed to destroy America.
And that's what's happening. And I think that people need
to understand, especially the far right, Larry, is that you know,

(02:22):
you can hate they certainly they hate Jews as much
as the far left do. But perhaps but they don't
like the fact that people are trying to destroy America
on behalf of these ice demonstrations. Perhaps the far right,
and I'm talking to people like Tucker Carlson who platforms
every Jew hater that he can get his myths on.
All of these people on the far right that hate
Jews need to understand that the same people that you're

(02:44):
joining in with the Jew hate are the ones that
are trying to destroy the country with the so called
ice protests. That's the only way we need to join
together as a group. And we've got to rid this
filthy disease because that's what it is. It's nothing short
of disease, just as Israel is ridding the disease, and Godza,
we need in America to get rid of this disease

and capture our country back.

Yeah, now, I get you, but we got to deal
with this first because this is going to grow. And
I agree with you about this being professionally funded, because
there's been some video of a truck with masks and bricks,
and I don't know if you saw the video, they
were actually using mortars for a while, you know, So
where do you get a mortar during one of these

(03:31):
peaceful protests? But it is being fueled by and I
also noticed what you noticed about the flags. Not only
have their Mexican flags, that were Palestinian flags. So I
think you're right that these these protests are fusing together
and with one common theme that they're anti American. But

(03:51):
I wanted to get to the National Guard and when
they can actually call this an insurrection, because Donald Trump's
been flirting with calling it an insurrection so that he
can actually unleash the military on them. Is what law
does he have to follow here?

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Well, that's exactly right. I mean, there's an insurrection. He
doesn't have to wait for the various governors to do something.
You know. Keep in mind, Larry, this is one thing
that's incredible to me is that when Minnesota was burning
during the summer of twenty twenty, Donald Trump did not
call in the National Guard. You know who did, Tim Walls,
the governor of all people, did it. Look, Donald Trump

(04:33):
realizes the words that you just had him speak at
the military facility where he talked about the fact that
this is an invasion. That's what it is. It's a
full blown invasion. And the problem is that the invaders
are already here. A lot of them have been let
in at the schools. You've got hundreds of thousands of
Chinese students that are certainly many of them spies and

(04:55):
are here to destroy America. You've seen that some have
been arrested for bring in these very various dangerous bioterror
drugs that they're sneaking in. There's been a few arrests.
You've got the Islamis, the savages that came from Muslim
para states that are here. So it's a full blown invasion,
and Donald Trump needs to use the military. He's got

(05:16):
the right idea, he understands it, but he's got to
be much harder, I mean, respectfully, going in there with
a handful of National Guard in some of these cities.
You're not exactly quelling it. The only thing these people
are going to understand is full blown might. And I'm
talking real might, because now you're dealing with a war.
This is not a situation where it's got to be
you know a little bit of this and a little

(05:37):
bit of that. He's got to going hard. The only
thing people like this understand it's the same thing in God,
because it's the same level of savage. It has to
be absolutely blinding force. It's got to be skull crushing force,
because they are trying to destroy America. Just because liberals
are saying that these are peaceful demonstrations do not make
it so. We are being invaded. And there's no reason

(05:59):
why people like us, Larry, who work hard, who pay
our taxes, why should we have to be subject to
this savagery, this third world savagery that we've allowed to
be imported into America. He's got to be very very
hard on them. And look, it's the only way it's
going to stop, because we both know that this does
not stop by appeasing. You cannot appease the wild eyed

(06:22):
savage that's been imported into America.

Yeah, I will add that you said we shouldn't be
subject to this. We're funding this were our tax dollars
are funding all of this and for the people to
stay here. So extremely well said. See I told Job
