state police call.

Can you imagine you're imagine this for a second. You're
distracted because you're on your phone. It's raining, yeah, and
then you look up and you're running into the rear
end of a state trooper.

That is a bad day. So that is on fifty
at seven river Bridge. Things are stopping and go back
to Whitehall Road. Looks like there's an extent on Bellier
Road southbound at the Beltway. I don't know how bad
that backup or delay is at this point. Looks like
the excellent seventy eastbound between eighteen and twenty four is
still causing a great deal of problems. And then on

the outer loop between reister Town and Baltimore National Pike
where backed up pretty good.
