(00:00):
Man for many many years former MinnesotaViking safety and the drafts of Cory Chavas.
What's up, coach, how youbeen Corey Chavas? Oh, how
are you doing this morning? Man? What's going on? Man? What
are you doing over there? Oh? Not that much. Manager. I
(00:20):
listened to your intro and you saidI was one of the favorite people.
I hope you would say I wasn'tone of the worst. No, no,
no, it's it's the nuance. It's the nuance of the take.
It's it's people this guy did that, and this guy did that, and
me just laying in wait to say, well, yeah, but did you
know they played against each other asjuniors at like Silver Bluff High School?
(00:43):
You know. It's uh, it'sthe depth of your knowledge, uh,
via work and via the work youput in, you know, with film
study and East West and Shrining Gameand and and excuse me, the Senior
Bowl and stuff like that. No, man, it's just super super well
respected with your opinion on some ofthese players. And you know, really,
until they start drafting them tonight,we just and you would know better
(01:04):
than anybody because you know people inthe league, general managers and everything.
You can have the best laid plans, but like when that clock's running down
and you call somebody and if they'vechanged the game a little bit, well
then you can't get flustered. Youknow, you have to be ready to
pivot on a second's notice. Andthat's all in front of us right now.
So Happy Draft Day. I knowyou love this day. I do,
(01:26):
man, I'm really excited and notgetting I know you're excited because you
love all sports. That's our connection. And I think today is interesting because
when you think back just some yearsago, the twenty twenty NFL Draft,
some of the names and that draftthat everybody was, you know, with
sure fire picks. For example, you know Chase Young, you know he
(01:49):
was going to be this next worldlytalent. He had Isaiah sim and CJ.
Henderson. They're also going to thetop chan because you always want to
look at it right Paul four orfive years down road. So when you
go back to some of those names, there were some excellent players that came
out of that top ten, whetherit be Burrow, talk about Lowa,
justin Herbert, Garrick Brown just signingextench and he's been an excellent player for
(02:12):
the Panthers. But for me,that's the exciting part is going back and
looking at the drafts when when whenyou hear the name Chris Jenkins Junior,
the defensive tackle from Michigan in knowinghis father was a two time All Pro,
two or three time All Pro andhe played Chris Senior played when you
played, and as a defensive tackle, he was the absolute bomb. Nice
(02:35):
twitch for his size, very goodagainst the run. When it comes to
son, father, father son,do you see much with Junior that that
can prognosticate that you know, maybehe'll play like senior. I do see
some signs. Now. He's notas big as Chris Sr. Was coming
out of school in fact, butthey're both very similar in terms of in
(02:55):
terms of their explosiveness. I hada chance to play against Chris as you
mentioned, and also played with himin the Pro Bowl, and I was
amazed, just in me during practicejust how athletic he was. And I
think that's some of the same someof the same slip fery nature that he
had even though he was a guyto control the point of attack with his
hands and win that way. Ithink that's where you've seen some of the
(03:20):
same things from his son and again, I've talked with you in the past
about it. I felt like, even though it wasn't a lot of tackle
for loss production in that final gameagainst Ohio State, I thought emotionally he
was probably their best player on thatdefensive line that day. And they've got
some excellent players up front with asMcGregor Graham. You could go on and
on with the names, Harrow,a lot of lot of names on that
(03:44):
front. But I thought he hadthe best game that day. It was
a bigg reason why they were ableto stop that run game for all stee
How if you were a front officerpersonnel guy, like, how would you
handle Michigan guard Zach Zenter, who'sa three time first team All Big Ten
offensive linemen and and you know hehad a bad, bad injury in November
of last year, and because ofthat, from what I understand, you
(04:09):
know, he potentially could be hadlate Friday or early Saturday. But I
mean, he earned first team AllBig Ten offensive line last year before he
had the injury. So like,I mean that that's the complicated, tricky,
yet fascinating nature of what transpires today, tomorrow and Saturday analyzing somebody like
(04:30):
Michigan guard Zach Ziner. Yeah, you're exactly right, because the size and
the power are there, and thenyou've already got him having played in a
pro style system. And I thinkthat's one of the advantages that a lot
of people even see with McCarthy comingon and not just saying with Trevor Keegan
and there's some other guys on theirline, whether it be Trent Jones or
(04:53):
you also had Carson Barnhardt who actuallycame and moved from tackle to guard.
Same thing with Ladarius innerc entire line. You know has experience in a multitude
of schemes that translates to the NFL, and for him it is about power.
So that's the big thing. Fromthe medical perspective. How much is
that lower body involved in terms ofwhat he does on a consistent basis,
(05:16):
And they certainly will be, ButI think that for me it wasn't necessarily
a tear, hopefully with a cleantype of break or whatever. You don't
know the medicals, but I thinkif he does check out, that we
may go a little bit higher thansome people have anticipated. And you always
have the aspect of that red shortyear. Potentially, Hey, Corey,
(05:36):
why has analyzing the draft and lookingat college football film and then subsequently as
your life moved on, you know, like after Saint Louis and in two
thousand and eight, Corey came intothe game in ninety eight where the Arizona
Cardinals played with Anias Williams, whoI love. Then he was with the
Vikings from two to five and finishedwith Saint Louis in two thousand and eight.
(05:59):
But like, where did you getbent? At what point with really
really enjoying putting together draft related contentand like expanding your horizons with your videoographer
a career. Man. I tellyou what, man, it probably happened
for me, Paul, back inthe late nineties, mid to mid nineties
(06:21):
to late nineties, because I wasinterning a lot on television stations back back
there with Rudy Kayless and some ofthose guys who were legends in the Nashville
area. You know, they allowedme to actually take a video camera to
the combine, Paul, I knowyou won't believe this, and then come
back and edit the video and tomy own piece that was actually John selik
(06:42):
At at another station I worked thatactually come back and edited the video piece
and put it on the news andbreak down the commine. I got a
chance to interview Belichick. Remember atthat time he was with the Jets.
He didn't have much to say,but I got him on camera, so
it was pretty fun. Man.They let me go in there with a
karma. I think I was oneof the first people that went in there
into the carama with the camera andI filmed everything. So twenty years ago,
(07:06):
well most everything. I didn't feelthem. Everything I understand that,
including an offensive lineman with gas maskson that that was not three that would
personally you know, nowadays, everybody'sprobably in the car mone they've got their
phone, so that's not that.Back then, it was a lot different.
Mm hmm now now, Corey,Yeah, twenty twenty twenty some odd
(07:28):
years ago, you know when whenyou were bit by this and just really
became infatuated with the the the videopart of it and then the film part
of it, along with the analysisof watching the all twenty two. The
way you do meeting these players, and you know, it's kind of feeling
feeling out who they are, andyou know, then going back through their
high school careers and things like that. It's just the work you put in
(07:50):
a second to none. But therewas legend with Corey, And tell me
if it was true, because Imet Corey, you know, around three
to four and twenty years later we'restill friends. But would you walk around
Winter Park with like a Duffel bagor something that had a bunch of VHS
tapes in it from like the filmyou were getting from teams and stuff like
(08:11):
that. Is that is that fableor is it legend? Oh? No,
that's the truth. I mean I'vewalked around with those all the way
back to college. I started mycollection back in nineteen eighty three or eighty
five, and then I just keptthose all the way through and just kept
adding to them, and I wouldgo around with them all the time,
and I brought those a training campso it would always be old sporting events,
(08:35):
whether it was a nineteen eighty sixNBA Western Conference Finals World Series,
so that all kind of sports onman. I would always show it to
my teammates, you know, duringtraining camp, because I would bring the
VCR And again that just shows howold I am. I'm talking about right,
And would you like, would yousplice tape? I mean, would
you have to splice things together?Yeah? Yeah, Well I mean highlight
(08:58):
tapes in high school for guys togo to college, all of them.
A lot of my teammates from whiteschool. I made highlight videos for them
to go to college, put togetherpackages. That's how I ended up at
Vanderbilt. You know, I'm sayingI made my own highlight safe. So
again, like that, that wassomething that in terms of making videos and
editing I was doing even back asfar as high school. Now, Corey
played in that final game of thethree season, Josh McCown with oh Man,
(09:22):
come on, Paul, I,we're gonna go back there. That
was a terrible day for both ofthem. How about that. But but
I bring it up because Josh McCownis Vikings quarterbacks coach. Chris O'Hara,
who's very smart, very brilliant guyis like you know, he's passing game
coordinator or something like that. Soyou know, he still has a very
big hand in it coming to theVikings from the Champion Rams with Kevin O'Connell
(09:45):
a few years ago. But youknow, Josh McCown, I'm sure,
of course you know this worked withDrake May at that high school in Charlotte.
So I just think it's interesting thatyou know, we end up with
Sam Darnold on a one a oneyear, ten million dollar deal. McCown
knows him extremely well from their daystogether with the Jets, and Josh obviously
knows as much if not more, about Drake May from their days at that
(10:07):
high school. So you know,I now getting up to get him.
That's a different story. But doyou how much do you factor that in,
Like Josh McCown the offensive mind wherewhere his career is ascending rather quickly
and he's a very smart guy yetthe meeting, but I hear he's very
smart, and his connection to Mayfrom like, you know, a half
(10:30):
decade ago, I think it islegitimate. I mean because I think there's
there's also a legitimate legitimacy excuse mewhen it comes to Kingsbury and Washington and
having a relationship with Caleb Williams, and obviously he was there this year,
so those things do matter. AndI feel like one thing about May that
(10:50):
there was something probably that he noticedright away at school because he was an
excellent athlete and some one of thebetter athletes has come out at the quarterback
position in a long long time atthe time when he came out. That's
something that probably would impress him becausehe comes from a background of athletes.
You know, his brother a basketballplayer, they should probably familiar with back
(11:13):
when he played at UNC, andjust so many others in his family.
That's really what he's all about, and that part of it, I think
is something that probably attracted it tohim when he was coaching him. Javs
Nordo, the Producer loved you whenyou played Mad Producer the Producer loves your
draft analysis and he'd like to pepperyou a little bit. Eric. Absolutely,
thank you for joining us, Corey. And one thing that we've been
(11:35):
talking about a ton here, andit's been bouncing around in my head is
the Vikings. The idea of themmoving up, trading a ton of picks,
they move up to three and theyget Drake May. Now what about
the idea of them sitting at elevenand potentially getting themselves into a JJ McCarthy
mix or a Michael Pennix. Mypoint in all of this, Corey,
(11:58):
is there seems to be this biggap at some point between a May Daniels,
Caleb Williams and then the other guys. Is there is there a point
do you put them in a topthree. How do you how do you
tier these guys? What's the gapfor you between a Drake May and some
of these other quarterbacks that are steamyto go in the first round tonight?
(12:22):
Well, you know me, Ilike to go back to past drafts and
I'm gonna put you on the spotbecause I love that. That was the
incredible question, and then you followright along with Pa. But the thing
about it is, let's go backto the draft with Justin Herbert Joe Burrow.
I mentioned that draft a little bitearlier or somewhere along those lines,
and also in that same draft toa tongue about Lower at this point,
(12:45):
would you take to a tongue aboutLower or Jordan Love, who you guys
are very familiar with, and hewent twenty sixth overall. So I say
that to say this, typically thistime of the year, there's a wider
gap in terms of like gets thevalue of where a guy would get drafted.
But as things play themselves out,and we've seen that on more than
(13:05):
one occasion. You know, wego all the way back when Andy Dalton
was drafted. If you really thatmuch worse than the other guys, same
thing with Kaepernick going in that tophalf of the second round. So I
think it just comes down to theindividual teams and now they're gonna use them.
But for me, I don't thinkthey're To answer your question, I
don't think there's a huge gap atall. That's spect space. There's both
Knicks. As much as we canparcel through his game forty five touchdowns,
(13:28):
three interceptions, seventy seven percent completionpercent just this year. It doesn't count
last year when he out played DrakeMay and won on the final drive of
the game when they played each other. Oh, that the game. It's
is out of twenty and two HolidayBowl. So that game you got to
see May versus Nicks, you know, right there in front of you,
when all accounted, two guys seasonswho are going in opposite directions. May
(13:54):
starts off ninety one, struggles downthe stretch. The other guy, Nicks,
who's known for its legs, morerushing touchdown in college day and Daniels
thirty eight to thirty four. Igot clearly with four or five type speed.
He gets hurt. You have tochange his game. The second half
of that year, changed into adifferent quarterback and outplayed him in the second
half of that game, so you'vehad some chance to see these guys matched
(14:15):
up. And in fact, Pennisbeat Nicks three times, so every time
he tried to beat Pinnicks, hecouldn't beat Pinnicks. I think there are
a lot more sub stories you gottalook at. Games are important, Eric,
And so I dig that, heyand the the what a tell with
Corey, and there aren't many becausehis career was predicated on finding tells of
(14:37):
other players offensive linemen, running backs, tight ends, getting a little too
twitchy quarterbacks. You know that. That's why he had such a good career.
When Corey's voice gets up to thatoctave, he loves Nicks or Pennix
more than anybody else loves them.Okay, And secondly, like I talked
(14:58):
to him on the phone yesterday andwe segued over over to baseball and I
mentioned the name Corey Seeger and thenCorey was like, well, he's the
best player in Measure League baseball. So it went like down to a level
where I'm with him. It's likeif it's super low or super high,
you got to read into that thing. But let me ask you a question
off Nick real quick, because Iknow Eric has more for you. So
(15:18):
like Nicks with the completion percentage atOregon seventy two seven last year or something
like that, it's seventy or abovetwo consecutive years, which which is fantastic.
How does he get it? Imean, not watching him, it
feels like a lot of swings,a lot of shallow crosses, a lot
of checks. But like, howdoes he get to that seventy seventy two
(15:39):
percent? Well, I think it'sdefinitely some of the stuff that you talked
about. He was risk at Versea lot. You know, he didn't
take as many chances even this yearas he did in twenty twenty two,
and so I think that's probably theknock on him. And then there's also
knocks on him when it comes towhat happened at Auburn, although I think
that could be a little bit Jadabecause in his first career game, game
(16:00):
winning touchdown pass against Justin Herbert, another guy we've mentioned already here, they
played against each other in his firstcareer start, and he beat him with
the last second touchdown pass. Soagain, these guys' histories are important.
I do think that there's a lotof that in his game. Paul,
which you mentioned in terms of justa short, quick game. He became
a little too satisfied with that. He's got to become a better down the
(16:22):
field throw. So I miss alot of those on videos. So if
you don't have a lot of missesand those are the ones you're missing,
then that could cause you to dropwith a lot of these things because you
can't miss layups, and he didthat, you know, I would say
a fair amount of times throughout hiscareer. Hey, Corey, I've been
reading up on players into this draftand sticking with quarterbacks and Michael Pennix in
(16:45):
particular. I don't want to saypeople have gone out of their way to
kind of chied some of the successthat he's had in his last couple of
years in Washington. But whether it'syou gotta change the entire offense because he's
a South Paul, or when hehe gets out of the pocket, he's
got a sub fifty completion percentage, how do you weed your way through that?
And watching Penix's film to truly determine, you know, like Kevin O'Connell
(17:10):
he was talking, I watched filmand you probably do the same thing.
There are things I see on tape. I'm looking for the things that even
if they're bad, I know Ican fix those, versus these things if
they're bad, Maybe that's a problemlong term. How do you weed through
things with Michael Pennix to really getto the right answer of what you can
expect from him at the next level. Yeah, I think that's another excellent
(17:32):
question, because I think it's aboutwith them resetting his feet in the pocket
in so much about how well doeshe do that? How well does he
climb the pocket maneuver it. Rememberthose two tackles that he had were pretty
good. Now rosen Garten struggled attimes, but Fultano was outstanding, so
that you had a pretty good baseof blockers around you the last couple of
seasons. So that also is aquestion mark, and there's a lot of
(17:55):
heat. Does he go back towhat he was able to do at times
before he had the injury the aclsin Indiana? But I believe what I
do like the most is the accuracydown the field. Ten and a half
bench hands, he could control theball. Didn't do that exceptionally well when
it was raining late in the seasonagainst Oregon State this year. But I
(18:15):
think there were some drops even inthat game. So I think you've seen
them be able to push the balldown the field with so much accuracy in
some of those areas that I wouldthink will be NFL type areas, particularly
in your you guys' offense, thatyou would have enough confidence that they would
translate. I like that. Nowto the wide receivers, we're seeing again
(18:36):
projections, right, it's all projectionsuntil things truly unfold tonight. But it's
Marvin Harrison Junior Top four, ishMolik Neighbors. Some people like Neighbors more
than Harrison than the other kid atOhio State, Marvin Harrison, excuse me.
And then you got Roma Dunes inthe mix. So it might my
point at all these top ten picksand receivers, as we've seen over the
last handful of years, you're gettingso much much value potentially in late first
(19:02):
round receivers, second round. DarnellMooney's of the world going fourth or fifth
round, although he's kind of hada little drop off in recent years.
But to that end, are theseguys so potentially generational that that has pushed
them into the stratosphere of the topten, or are you in your own
research saying, Hey, you know, those guys are awesome, But this
(19:23):
guy on Friday, this guy onSaturday, He's gonna rock your freaking world
if he gets into the right system. Yeah. I think there's some players
that are like that. I meanparticularly like, for example, like,
how do we know exactly what thequarterback situation at Florida this past year?
How good can Ricky Karasoll be?Because he was certainly pretty good with jayde
(19:45):
and Daniels before Daniels really took someto another stratus. Last year he played
with Daniels, I believe it wasten touchdowns and eleven interceptions at Arizona State,
and he was I thought in thatfinal game that they played together,
he was pretty good in that one. But I think when you look at
players like him, also Lad McConkieand Dona Mitchell. We've seen the excellent
(20:06):
postseason performances from him, but ifhe's really been the featured player within the
attack, you couldn't be. WithXavier Worthy there, who's with that four
to two one speed record speed isan excellent route runner. Is he going
to be the next game changer? That's another name to kind of look at.
Above means playing at a couple ofdifferent schools. Started off in Louisiana,
Tech, made his way to Pittsburgh, and you know, a bigger
(20:29):
receiver who I think a lot ofteams like, and you don't know necessarily
like what he could develop into becauseagain, you know, you have to
look at that quarterback situation in Washington. We talked about a doomsday but they
got two other receivers out there. You go, Jlen Polpe and he also
had McMillan, two guys who excellentbody controled. They used differently and I
think with McMillan had some issues attimes during the year in terms of getting
(20:51):
the consistency to where it was theyear before. That hurt them a little
bit. But those are two differentreceivers. So I mean, you could
just keep going on and on.It's a pretty deep class. To your
point, coach A, what didyou think of aman Ross Saint Brown a
few years ago out of USC Heobviously just got paid with the Lions.
I love him. I loved himthe first time I saw him. Sadly,
(21:15):
it was walking off against the Vikingsback left of the end zone when
Cam Danzler blew it. The Lionsfirst win in the year and first win
at home in like two years infront of fans. But Alman Ross Saint
Brown, do you do you rememberwhat you thought of him and like why
he didn't go higher? Yeah,he was a twenty first player on our
board that year, and we werea little bit surprised that he didn't because
(21:37):
I felt like everything was in placewith him because he had even some of
the things you see the Lions stilldo with them now, they did that
with them at USC I went toone game against Colorado, and Colorado they
put him at running back. Hewon for a fifty yard touchdown. So
it wasn't like it wasn't necessarily there. But I think he got caught up
in another receiver class that was deep, like this one where there's so many
(21:59):
names. I mean, you couldlook at Polka the cool just from a
year ago going in the fifth round. But remember his canigree coming out.
You always talk about that high school. Well, that's why it's important to
look at that stuff. He wasa high recruit at Washington, had some
things going on, the same thingwith a lot to the defensive end at
UCLA. This year started off atWashington, So that's something I think that
is important to look at, iswhere did these guys start off at?
(22:22):
And Namara sank Brown was always considereda pretty high profile guy even coming out
of high school. It certainly didnothing to dispel that at USC where I
thought he was the best player ontheir team, along with Michael Pittman and
some of those other guys. Istill thought he was the best player on
their team. And let's let's addDrake London into the mix, and that
that segues perfectly to Keaton slowly.I mean, I'm well, I'm fascinated
(22:45):
by Keaton Slovas because when he hadhigh end talent around him, he threw
for thirty touchdowns, all right,Then Caleb Williams and all the hype roll
in and Caleb's going to go first, Okay, Well, then now Slovas
is dad. So he go toPittsburgh the year after Addison leaves, so
they're a little talent poor. Thenhe goes to BYU the year after Pooka
(23:07):
Nakoula leaves, and they were alittle they were a little talent ish poor.
So like Keaton Slovas, I haven'twatched him play. What can you
tell us about him? Well,I think you broke it down perfectly,
Paul. I mean, I'm seriousbecause when you talk about the BYU lack
of talent, their best player, maybe given best target that you would say
(23:27):
maybe coming back this year was thoughtto be Isaac Rex. He wasn't.
He was a tight end, wasn'treally a guy who think was stretched the
field at Pittsburgh. He did havememes there and he had bump Phil bump
Phield who transferred from Akron, buthe was kind of working with some moving
parts but never had that supporting cast. And he had the offensive line at
pitt and a really good offensive linementalso at BYU this past year, or
(23:49):
at least a couple of them thatwill get drafted pretty high. But you
make a good point, with allthat transition and then moving around, I
don't think he ever settled back intoa rhythm. And a big thing with
Slovas is the injury concerned. Ithink that's going to be the big knock
on him. If he does getdrafted, it will have to be because
he cleared some medical teams evaluations.I think that's probably the big thing with
(24:11):
Slovas because I really like some ofthe things that he did earlier in his
career. Totally agree with you.All right, let's bring it on home
hardcore football. Cory Chavis the best? Nor do you get one? I
get one? Go ahead? Yourthoughts on Cooper de Jean, the cat
out of out of Iowa? Ishe jack of all? Master of none?
I look at his versatility and Ithink about Brian Flores in his defense,
(24:33):
and if the Vikings had a pickat twenty three and Cooper was available,
I'd love him. But what doyou think? I'm right there with
you. I think it's another namethat probably because you don't have the post
draft workouts that obviously hurt him becausehe would have excelled in those workouts,
right, A hurdle champion, oursprint champion back in high school or whatever
(24:59):
it was, And just you knowthat that would have been something that he
would have shined in, kind oflike Raleigh Mauston came out of there a
year ago, and I expect tohave a pretty big impact with the Broncos
this year. But I like hima lot. I think he does have
a lot of multi You made anexcellent point. He started off as a
dime linebacker and safety, rotating beforehe moved to corner, and you know,
(25:21):
just talking with someone, I knowa lot of the people up there
at Iowa, and they are reallyhigh on him up there in terms of
the stuff that they say about himas a person and as a player.
What do you think of our belovedMinnesota Timberwolves up on the Suns two to
oh, Well, I think it'scome down to really just the last the
(25:42):
first game. I felt like earlyon the Sons had a little bit of
an advantage, but I think oncethe Timberwolves turned the tie, Paul and
you were at that game too,it's been really difficult, I think for
him to match up defensively, andthat's a little bit of a surprise.
Alexander Walker somebody that you mentioned yesterday, but remember when he came out of
(26:03):
school, he was the seventeenth overallpicking the draft, and a lot of
people, you know, he wassomebody that you thought would play well as
long as he had a point guardaround him. And now he's actually playing
multiple positions. So you've got alot of different pieces that you could throw
at them, and it's gonna betough for the Sun, but I expect
them to come back and make ita serious How about your Heat last night.
(26:23):
I mean, seriously, know Jimmythe bulldog, all right, Terry
Rose years down. And I likeTerry, I don't love him. I
mean he'll he'll shoot twenty five percentand shoot you into a loss every so
often. But man, was ithow apparent was it last night? Coach
that if the Celtics aren't hitting threepoint shots at a high clip, I
mean, they're in a lot oftrouble. You know, Yeah, I
(26:45):
definitely, I mean I think that'sthe big thing. And then you had
to wonder whether the Heat could hitthe three pointers at that same level.
But Tyler Hero the performance he hadlast night in terms of distributing the basketball,
I think that was something that kindof stood out to me. I
think it's been the game winners thatyou've seen, you know, a couple
of Knights back with Jamal Murray hittingthe game winner, but that was really
(27:07):
set up by how well Michael Porterplayed down the stretch to get them to
that point. This has been apretty exciting start to the playoffs. Now,
I wouldn't say that Orlando Cleveland serieshas been excited. I don't think
Orlando's got to lead the whole series, but I think you. I know
this is your time of the year. You loved it, so I know
you've been pretty high though. Well, I mean I love it. Our

squad here has me so bit.I'm harkening to twenty years ago with with
spree Well and Cassell and Garnett andWally World and Anthony Peeler with the left
handed shot off the bench. Imean, it's just the atmosphere as the
whole vibe and the quality of theteam, and Chris Finches and the staff
are fantastic at the schematics and andthe x's and o's and stuff. Man,
So yeah, so I'm all in. But in closing here, it's
(27:53):
Luca and Kyrie all right. Now. They got the Clippers in game two.
I thought they looked awful game one. But you know that week off
where they do the play in games, it changes things early in series,

Luca and Kyrie like two and ahalf weeks ago at Miami and Butler played
(28:15):
and I watched like a quarter anda half and I'm like, are you
kidding me? How well Luca andKyrie are playing agenda free basketball. So

able to get back there when youget Irving along with dns it. So
there's not a lot of a wigglerole for them. I think it would
be a colossal You would look atit as a colossal failure if they don't
(28:56):
at least make it to the WesternConference finals, because you made it there
a couple of years ago with Bruntsand they let him walk. Love you
