(00:46):
Darnold Now two o six two eight six ninety five
ninety five. Let's first go We've got a bunch of
ones on the uh the voice text line. They're on
the free iHeartRadio app for ninety three three KJR. Kid,
let's just play those and we'll start with that and
then get to the phones. Chris and MJ.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
Are we in the midst of the best Seattle sports
year ever, I mean alcs for the manners. Seahawks are
possibly the number one seed in the playoffs. You have
football decent year, nine to four, win a bowl game,
men's soccer for you to have just won a national championship,
The Sounders had a great year like this is insane.
Speaker 3 (01:22):
We'll remember this year forever.
Speaker 4 (01:24):
Go hot baby, I like it.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
First one strong leadoff, Randy Rose Arena, Ricky Headerson lead off. There,
I love it. No, I'm I'm completely with you that
it is. It's turning in to be a really great
sports year and it's only gonna get better in January,
only gonna get only gonna get better. There, all right,
(01:52):
let Chris in span Away? Is that right? Chris?
Speaker 5 (01:58):
All right?
Speaker 1 (02:01):
We didn't know his name, but a right, we'll go
to span Away. You're up next. Sorry we didn't get
your name. Go for it, hot take five.
Speaker 5 (02:10):
Actually, I'm a Niner fan, but that game was crazy
and technically we needed the Hawks to win for a
better seating for the Niners. But I gotta say they
actually they impressed me. But from that comeback because I
thought Ram Tanner early. So that that's my take, and
(02:33):
go Niners.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
Okay, all right, it is what it is. A Nighters
fan calling in but giving us US golf clap. We'll
see you in two weeks, two weeks two O six
two eight six, ninety five, ninety five. The first voice
text was good, though it is turning out to be
a great sports year. Let's go to the voice text again.
Speaker 6 (02:55):
Hot take, Chris Kidd has the worst takes all the
Pacific Northwest sports. My man's after Pete Carroll was let go,
was wondering why John Schneider wasn't let go with them?
Since John Snyder was the GM and Pete Carroll was
the president, why Jody sided with Schnyder. Uh well, uh,
(03:16):
let's take a look out Pete's doing with the Raiders,
and let's take a look al Schneider's doing here.
Speaker 7 (03:21):
Thirteen and three.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
All right, like it's twelve and three, but yeah, hopefully
after a week from Sunday it will be thirteen and three,
twelve and three. Let's go to Maxie in Seattle, Maxy.
Speaker 3 (03:40):
Go ahead, Hey, what's up?
Speaker 8 (03:42):
Man?
Speaker 9 (03:42):
How you doing good?
Speaker 1 (03:43):
How are you?
Speaker 10 (03:45):
I'm doing good? Just just talking about the game. Man
could be more excited for our Seahawks.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
Man, Yeah, So what was that like for you? Do
you feel Loomingfield's back? Do you trust Sam Donald?
Speaker 10 (03:58):
I trust Sam Donald, Like I said, though, he's been
working on his progressions lately, and I feel like he
was he was really calm in the pocket there and
he really he really made some really good throws. I really,
I really do believe that. You know, he still has
a lot of a lot of room to improve, but
he's also really, really, really poised and I love what
(04:18):
he's doing right now.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah, that was that was big for him last night. Man,
that because he had to really try. You know, it's
very tough to disprove. Yeah, thanks for thanks for the call, Maxie.
He had to It's very tough to disprove a negative,
especially when it's an and a narrative, and it's even
(04:41):
more tough to prove disprove a negative narrative. And that's
what it was about Sam Darnold. But to his credit,
no matter how bad he played, that's the one thing
I will say about him, no matter how bad he plays.
And he threw two picks last night. One of them
to me was a pick six because you know, well,
I mean basically, Blake Korum just crawled in the end
(05:03):
zone on the following play. But he never gives up.
He's resilient. And and his coaches Mike McDonald, Clint Kubiak,
his teammates, Leonard Williams. Last night, Cooper Cup. After the game,
I was there at the postgame press conference, Mike McDonald.
They couldn't be any more effusive in their praise of
(05:24):
Sam Darnold. Hot take Friday here on MJ in the
Midday two six two eight six ninety ninety five. Let's
go back to the voice texts, MJ.
Speaker 11 (05:35):
You keep saying, last time Seattle and LA played Seattle,
it's a better team. And now you think LA's better team.
Speaker 7 (05:41):
It was only a few weeks ago.
Speaker 11 (05:43):
That's hypocritical. Five months ago, Miami barely beat Notre Dame
in a monsoon Guess what more than a few weeks later,
Notre Dame they are the better team.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Nice for Chad to chime in on the voice text line.
By the way, it did not rain one bit in
that game. Number one. It wasn't five months ago, it
was four months ago. And if they're the better team, sweetheart,
what time is Notre Dame playing this weekend? Check for me?
What time is the Notre Dame game this weekend. Oh, sorry,
(06:20):
you can go back to the crying Irish. All too bad,
crying Irish, have fun. Oh, Jeremiah Love. Oh he was
a great Heisman Trophy candidate. Oh he rushed for one
hundred yards and eleven straight games except for one, pal
check your facts. He had thirty three against the U.
(06:41):
But nice, try next time, troll next.
Speaker 12 (06:45):
Hey, good morning, guys, love the show. Uh, just two things.
One K nine give him the ball more. His legs
should be fine. He hasn't been getting beat up all
that much this season. Second thing, let's Sam Darnold check
it down. Take a shouts downfield. But I want to
see him check it down. Gino Smith chasing a bonus?
Speaker 1 (07:02):
Thanks, guys, I like that one.
Speaker 13 (07:08):
Yeah, boy, I mean right now, come on, you know,
and I know like i'd love to be I'd love
to be a fly on the wall right now with
John Schneider and Mike McDonald.
Speaker 1 (07:21):
And you know, just look at the Raiders and that
dumpster that is show. Look at that crap garbage And
then twelve and three best record in the NFC driver's
seat for the number one seed. How'd that work out? John? Schneider.
(07:42):
You know everybody he takes. He took chicken crap, Geno
Smith and some other things, and he turned it into
chicken salad. Sam Darnold, Jackson Smith and Jigba number one receiver, Nicki,
min Moory, Marcus Lawrence, Rashid Shaheed. It's unbelievable. It's unbelieves
(08:04):
about having the answers to the test. John Schneider's got
the answers to all the tests. All right, Uh, let's
go to Adam is up next? Oh no, Scott, Scott's
up next? Two oh six, two eight six, ninety five
ninety five, Scott, go ahead.
Speaker 4 (08:22):
Hey, uh, I just want to say I can't help
but feel like Sam has broken his curse. I mean,
Rashid Shaheed all the credit to him in the twelves,
coming out full strength, turning around all the sands energy.
I feel like we're gonna ride a positive wave now.
I hope it's clear to his mental block.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
Do you think so?
Speaker 3 (08:43):
So?
Speaker 1 (08:43):
You let me ask you this, Scott, Do you trust
Sam Darnold to win big playoff games in January against
maybe the Niners, maybe the Bears, the Packers, the Eagles,
the Lions, or hate to say it possible trilogy against
the Rams.
Speaker 4 (09:05):
I don't trust him not to make a mistake, but
at this point I do trust him to be able
to turn it around at the end of the game.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Okaya, by the way, that's fair. That's actually fair. That's
a great phone call. You're right. I'm with you. I
don't trust him but not to make a mistake. But
in the end, you know, he came through and he
has this just it's unbelievad. I mean, it's pretty amazing,
unbelievable voice text go to go to the free I
(09:36):
art radio app. Look for ninety three to three KJR
phone calls two six two eighty six, ninety five ninety
five your chance to win a platter of bores head
freshly made sandwiches, made exactly the way that you want.
Have it for your family, have it for your office,
have it with your mistress. I don't judge. We don't judge.
(09:56):
Mike is up next in Port Orchard. Hello, Mike, Hey,
how's it going good.
Speaker 14 (10:03):
Here's my hot take after watching that game last night.
I think Matt Stafford might be the most underrated all
time great ever, and it sucks that he's in our division.
Speaker 7 (10:15):
But I'd go so.
Speaker 14 (10:16):
Far as to say he might be the greatest arm
talent in the history of the NFL.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
You know what, You're not wrong, You're not wrong. And
I was old enough to remember watching Dan Marino play
in the mid eighties to the mid nineties, and you know,
Stafford's won a big one. Dan Marino never did. He
never did. He got to the Super Bowl his second
year in the NFL and he lost. He got you know,
(10:45):
the Dolphins got their asses kicked by the forty nine
ers and Joe Montana and Marino never even got back
to the super Bowl after that. So you might be right.
Matthew Stafford is him, and just give that man the MVP.
Give him the MVP right now because he is that
(11:05):
damn good two oh six two eighty six ninety five
ninety five text line as well. Let's grab a voice
text and oh, let me just say this too. Let
me just say this about Matthew Stafford. I mean, this
guy is just like he's surgical but in the pocket
(11:29):
with the in the shotgun and whatever he does. And
for a guy who has a bad back in two games,
times have the Seattle Seahawks sacked Matthew Stafford in the
two games they played him zero zero unbelievable. That to
(11:49):
me says, this is a guy who's gonna be thirty eight,
I believe a couple of days before Super Bowl sixty
thirty eight years old, and he's getting better with age.
Jesse and Edmunds is up next? Hot take Friday?
Speaker 3 (12:04):
What's up, Jesse, Mark, I'm piggybacking on that, not hitting
Sam or what's with Stafford? I thought the game changed
after that second interception Darnold three. I think we did
a three and out after that, and what happened. We
didn't get the sack, but Lawrence and Williams did a stunt.
(12:24):
They chriss crossed each other and uh and Lawrence hit
uh Stafford pretty good, and you can tell me he winced.
And then after that the next three and out, Wilson
punched him in the chest, knocked the win out of him.
So you gotta hit Stafford. And I don't know why
we didn't rush and hit him more, even even get
(12:46):
that fifteen yard penalty. Just get it. Get a hit
on him, you know, because once once he started getting hit,
what we do? We did two three and outs four
to three, and you know they we started playing good defense.
But once we hit.
Speaker 1 (12:59):
Him, you know what. The the only hit that I
remember and it hurt him was remember that one where
he was holding his chest afterwards. Remember that there was
one They got him.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
One prior to that. Also there were the first three
and out Williams and Lent and and uh, let me see,
they did a stunt and he hit him. They kind
of like hit him high, hit him low, and it
was Uh. Then they had the punt that first time,
and that was when he did the punt return right
(13:33):
after that. That was on third down. They hit him
pretty good. So then then they hit him also on
that in the wil So So that was two good hits.
But yeah, we do gotta get sex on him. If
we faced him a third time this season, that's for
that's for sure.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
Now I don't want to face I don't want to
face him again. I don't want anything to do for
the third time this year at all. Uh, let's go, hey, thanks,
Let's go to Jeff in Seattle. Jeff, what's up?
Speaker 15 (14:03):
What's up?
Speaker 3 (14:04):
MJ?
Speaker 15 (14:05):
How about that game last night? It's probably the best
regular season game that I've attended the best one I've
been to a lot and that was it. It was great.
It was electric from the very beginning. Here's a hot take.
I actually liked the national anthem. I thought those drums
were awesome. It was different, it was weird. Oh but
it was a lot more entertaining than the cookie cutter
stuff that I've seen before.
Speaker 3 (14:27):
And then oh yeah, five minutes left in.
Speaker 15 (14:30):
The fourth quarter. I thought about you last night when
I heard Motorhead the game pumping over the pa in
lumen Field. Right then I knew it was meant to be.
And I wasn't leaving early because I've seen crazy things
happen in that stadium during night games, and last night
they did that.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
Well, hold on a second. I was out amongst the
fans with five minutes left. They played the game.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
They did.
Speaker 15 (14:55):
It was just a brief stip and I looked at
the clock just so I could make note of it,
and I wondered if you had heard but they played it.
Speaker 1 (15:02):
Oh wow, you know what it was? So yeah, definitely,
I know I didn't. I was out, but I didn't
hear it, or at least didn't notice what was going on.
Oh man, that's awesome. I love it. That is uh no,
that is great, Jeff. That that yeah, and yeah, that
that game last night. Again, I just got here. But
(15:23):
in terms of regular season games in the last decade,
be hard pressed to find one better than that one
last night. And here's the thing about it. The entire
world is talking about that game. And but I appreciate
the phone call, Jeff. Now, unfortunately the local fish rag
(15:43):
didn't deem it worthy enough to put the ram Seahawks
on the top of the sports section yesterday. And if
you are out there and you don't think that matters,
and you think, oh well, they put the Seattle horrent
above the ram Seahawks, then you're an idiot. You're a fool. Okay,
(16:06):
you're a moron, and I feel sorry for you. You don't
have any idea how sports sections work, okay. And I
used to live in markets where they had the best
sports section in America at one point, the Saint Pete Times,
it was awesome. It was rated perennially about fifteen twenty
years ago, the best in America. That's pathetic. I don't
(16:27):
know what the sports section looks tonight. Maybe maybe the
Seahawks do they make it over the intramural badminton? All right,
what do you say. Oh, oh, I want to I
want to congratulate you. I don't even think you know
he's won yet. The first caller, We're gonna go with
Cameron Rider. Cameron, congratulations you Camden. Oh, Camden Rider. That's
(16:53):
a great name. Camden Rider. You are the winner of
hot Take Friday. You went a platter of Borshead sandwiches.
We appreciate uh you and your participation. And you were
talking about Seattle. This is being like the best sports
year ever. And hey, it ain't done yet, man ain't
done yet. You know, still got a still got a
(17:15):
couple regular season games and January playoff games to go.
So but it is. It's it's turned out to be
really really great on that one kid lead us off.
Speaker 9 (17:28):
I think that the best Thursday night football game ever
was last night. And after that, I trust Donald to
finish in big games. I mean, last night was huge.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
Oh, I totally agree. I mean that, Hey, if he
can use a gambling reference, parlay that into caring and
and you know that being the catalysts on this team
for the rest of the season, including the playoffs. A
freaking men, Here's what I believe to be the lock
(18:05):
for the weekend, Oklahoma Alabama over forty and a half
supposed to be seventy four degrees, and I believe Alabama
will win outright, Kid, I gotta get one more in here.
Does Will Ferrell get one hundred bucks every time that
commercial plays? I don't know, but he's getting paid. He's
getting paid. MJ.
Speaker 9 (18:25):
Sam Donald doesn't need blue chew. He's got bowling balls
for stones.
Speaker 1 (18:33):
Oh, I agree, totally agree. Oh. By the way, you
know what, Mike Betton and I had had a really
good conversation off the air the other day and he
was I was talking about like, you know, the people
who text in. He goes, you know what they are?
They're just troll bots, that's all they are. I mean,
there's this one I'm not gonna call. Yeah, there is
one woman who lives in like Kentucky or Wyoming or
(18:56):
San Diego somewhere. She's obsessed with me, like literally obsessed
with me and texting in and everything. I told her,
I'm like, hey, you're never going to get a reply,
and I won't. And I mean she literally wakes up
and it's too bad, Like you know, you know, it
wasn't a woman who is local and attractive who's obsessed
(19:16):
with me? You know, it's it's unfortunate some sad something
woman in her late sixties and seventies who lives to
hear my voice and listens to every single word I
say every day. But not gonna acknowledge her, bring out
her name. But she's just sad. It's sad life that
you live. I feel sorry for you and your husband. Actually,
(19:37):
I feel really sorry for your husband. All right, MJ.
I hate to call you out from James, but First
Take did not lead with the Seahawks Rams. It was
the second story after the ten minute block Pat McAfee.
He didn't have a show today. Well he did have yesterday,
so you know, all right, whatever, what did First Take
(19:57):
lead with? I mean, how could you not lead with Seahawks? Rams? Sad?
Speaker 9 (20:03):
I love the Seahawks, had a great time with my
son at the game last night. With that said, how
good are the Seahawks really? They were lucky to win
last night, very improbable win. Eight of their twelve wins
were against rookie quarterbacks or backups. I'm worried about the postseason.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
Yeah, I am too. And kid, do you I mean,
I know you do? Did you come out of that
game last night feeling like the Rams are the better team.
Speaker 9 (20:34):
I did, but as you mentioned earlier in the show,
sometimes the better team does not win and you just
move on. You got one shot at it, right, You
only get one game. This isn't NHL, this isn't MLB,
this isn't the NBA. You got one game, and if
you don't show up, if the ball doesn't bounce your way,
(20:55):
you lose. I fortunately believe that the defense will play
much better. I think Clint Kubiak can put Sam Donald
in more situations out of play action to eliminate some
of his turnovers. And if he does that, I think
this team can definitely get to the super Bowl. But
if they're gonna sit back and say yeah, Sam Donald
can just drop back with the best of them, that's
(21:17):
where I think that might be an issue because that's
not his strength. I think he is better as a
play action passer, and if he does that, if Clint
Kubiak sets it up for him to be a play
action passer, I don't see a team that can beat them.
I think they do have an opportunity to really host
that Lombardy Lombardi troph excuse me, at the end.
Speaker 1 (21:33):
Of the season and Lombardi, Yes, yeah, in.
Speaker 9 (21:36):
San fran so well, I think he comes down to that.
Speaker 7 (21:39):
We'll see though.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
That should be good. Let's go. Rowan says that game
last night gave me a feeling I haven't had in
a while with the Hawks. It gave me twenty thirteen
or twenty fourteen believe ives when the team made you believe,
that's something special would happen. Yeah, yeah, that's that's and
last night was so spat unbelievable. One more. I convinced
(22:05):
that before that final drive, Sam said to himself, if
I don't get this done, I will not be here
next year. He might be right on that. You might
be right. Remember, that's an easy contract to get out of.
That's not to a tongue of Iiloa. That's going to
kill your cap for sixty three million dollars or fifty
six million dollars next year, that's an easy one to
(22:26):
get out of.
Speaker 3 (22:27):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
By the way, Joe Burrow, like I told you after
the couple press conferences, he's intimating he doesn't want to
be in Cincinnati. You know, life's about upgrade. So we'll see,
I mean, we'll see, you know, what I mean. Listen,
Nick Foles led the Eagles to the Super Bowl and
(22:50):
then they went to Carson Wentz because he was the
MVP before he got hurt in that twenty seventeen season.
He obviously didn't live up to the expectations. But you
got a guy, you got a chance to ever get
a guy like Joe Burrow. I mean, you know what,
just saying, just saying. Could you imagine Joe Burrow as
(23:11):
the quarterback of the Seattle Seahawks with this defense? Wow?
Just wow. Also want to say one thing about Leonard Williams.
I love this guy on and off the field and
just being at his postgame press conference last night. If
he does whenever he decides to hang up the cleats
and do something, he can be a broadcaster. I mean,
(23:33):
this guy is uh, he's just got it. He's so
well spoken and he's just like you watch him and
he taught and he like when I asked him a
question last night about hey, two games against the Rams,
No sax against Matthew Stafford, and he went in detail.
It's like here's what they're doing and this and that
and they're doing and I'm like, I just appreciate it.
He just you know, he really went in detail. Hey kid,
(23:55):
I missed it. Well, I saw the clips viral afterwards.
Mars Shawn Lynch Uh, I got beeped out like every
other word on the pregame on Prime last night. Did
you see it? Yeah?
Speaker 9 (24:08):
I was watching the pregame show and he was being
who Marshawn is?
Speaker 1 (24:15):
I love the part where he told Ryan Fitzpatrick with
a couple probably have bums and hey, hey, Fit's you
just said you just said a whole lot of something
where you said a whole lot of nothing. You you
just said Fitzpatrick just and then Andrew Whitworth is there
like egging beast mode on. That was awesome. That was awesome.
(24:37):
Oh man, it's so funny that that is uh all right, Well,
we appreciate congratulations to Camden Ryder. You are the winner
of Hot Take Friday. Yes, that is it. We appreciate

Thanks to Steve Weisch for joining us. What a game
last night mayor yes, what did you think? I don't
know about last night's game. Like we're in terms of
regular season games with the last decade, where does that
rank for you?
Speaker 18 (27:42):
Well, I'll right, number one, I would assume, right, yeah, right,
Just everything happened.
Speaker 7 (27:48):
There's just too many things that happened, just every I mean,
so much.
Speaker 18 (27:51):
Happened, and yeah, I mean what was at stake and
you know the the ramifications from it afterwards. I mean
you haven't I mean, you clinched a playoff spot. You
haven't clinched the division because that little nuisance name the
forty nine ers. You got to deal with that last
week of the year. But it was a huge step
(28:12):
to get to that point. And I don't remember a
game in which so many strange things happened along the way,
like just a I mean fro in little things like
even a Cooper cup fumbling that doesn't ever happen, like
everyone's like, oh, he's a double agent.
Speaker 4 (28:30):
You know.
Speaker 18 (28:32):
And then and then you go, you know, the the
two point conversions, and then the crazy two point conversion
and then the fact that they marched down and score
and overtime and you do the same and go for two,
which was a no brainer call. I get it, But
then you convert it with not JSN, not Cooper Cup,
not aj barn or not any your third string tight end.
(28:55):
Crazy crazy day, and and good for them, they came
away with the win and incredible night man, incredible.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
One point four percent chance after the interception to Kobe
Turner to win that game one point four percent.
Speaker 18 (29:11):
Well, I'm gonna just say I think there's I think
there's nothing dumber in the world than those numbers that
because we see that in baseball all the time too,
like and people quote those like it's like, but you.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
Got admit I mean, come on, you thought it was over.
I mean we all did.
Speaker 18 (29:25):
I thought it was over, honestly, even before they were
down sixteen. I just didn't like where the game was going.
I didn't like the fact that that LA was having
its way offensively against that Seahawk defense.
Speaker 7 (29:37):
I don't I don't need it.
Speaker 18 (29:38):
I don't need an ESPN indicator to tell me that
that you know who's gonna win.
Speaker 7 (29:43):
I didn't like it.
Speaker 18 (29:44):
I mean, that's what makes it improbable is that Matt
Stafford threw for almost five hundred yards. It feels like, well,
four fifty right, Uh, you know what what he did
through the air with ease and with the inability to
get any pressure on him, and yet Seattle won the game. Like,
it's just it's what makes sports great. Mark, it really
(30:07):
is what makes sports. It's what makes sports great. Like
and I only bring up I not to poop poo
the stat We went through this with the baseball season.
How many times do we say, wow, that game the
Mariners have a zero point one percent chance to win
in the seventh inning and then Dumper hits a home
run and then someone follows with another home run and
then boom, thanks for coming. Like football and baseball are
(30:27):
so different. But with football, the weird thing is is
you can watch it. You and I can sit there
and watch a game and then probably in the first
quarter say yeah, this is where it's gonna go right
Like how like most of the time you can do
that and watching them And then when Seattle didn't for
Cup to fumble at the end, you know, towards the
end of that first half, I thought that was the game.
(30:50):
I thought it was ballgame.
Speaker 1 (30:52):
Ill, well, no, no, because then can't but no, because
they were only down by six, because you knew they
were to come out and play. They always play better
in the second half. They did it against the Falcons.
They played better than they so they always played, you know,
not so much against the Colts. But they pulled it out.
But to me, Ian in the thirteen personnel middle of
the field, Rams seventeen receptions, three hundred and six yards
(31:15):
and two touchdowns. That to me was like, how are
these guys so wide open? Yeah?
Speaker 7 (31:19):
No, I know, Well again, I'll just go back.
Speaker 18 (31:22):
The thing that just jumps off the page at you
in so many different ways is that the Rams kind
of like the Seahawks in the first meeting, statistically, we're
a better team outside of turnovers, right the turnover battle.
I mean, the fact that the fact that two teams
have split two games and the seven to one turnover
ratio is out there is crazy, Like it's just nuts.
(31:43):
It makes no it makes zero sense other than this.
Other than this is that? Is it safe to say
those are the best two teams in the NFL?
Speaker 7 (31:52):
Right now? That just went to to toe, That just
went tot toe.
Speaker 1 (31:56):
No disrespected, Yeah, no disrespect to Steve Wise. These two
teams are better than that.
Speaker 7 (32:00):
What did he say? Said?
Speaker 1 (32:02):
He would say. He said, Denver, right now, how can
you discount them? But I don't know.
Speaker 7 (32:09):
How can you be Steve? The answer easily, answer.
Speaker 1 (32:18):
Ian, I know you're you're a hockey guy. Be careful,
but those hot mike say the Philadelphia Flyers play by
play announcer.
Speaker 7 (32:25):
What did he say? I said, I can't say it
on the air, Okay.
Speaker 1 (32:29):
I can't do it. I'm gonna text it to you.
Speaker 7 (32:30):
Did he think he was in a break or something?
Speaker 1 (32:33):
He thought he was in a break and there is
apparently uh a pretty.
Speaker 7 (32:38):
You know told me Chris just told me, oh wow,
and he thought he was in a break.
Speaker 1 (32:46):
Oh yeah, gotta be careful, hey, ask Tom Brenneman. You
gotta be careful on the hot mics. Be careful.
Speaker 18 (32:53):
Yeah, yeah, that's so. So we should send our resume
tapes to Philadelphia look at for a new guy or what.
Speaker 1 (33:01):
You you shure you're a hockey guy. You can take
over there now, thank you?
Speaker 7 (33:05):
It's Philadelphia.
Speaker 1 (33:06):
I mean, hey, you know, hey, listen, I just tell
you this. You know how Philadelphia fans are they they
probably they're probably gonna have rallies to save the guy's job.
Speaker 18 (33:14):
Well, yeah, from what he said, I'm sure they like it.
They probably appreciated of it. So anyway, that's good, awesome.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
What are you coming up?
Speaker 18 (33:21):
Hugh Meiling run out to get go hardcore football. Then
we got Daniel Neal and then we got Corbyn Smith
and just jamming. We're jammed on a Friday. It's it's
a it's a it's a Friday that's combined with a Monday,
since we're doing the Potato Bowl Monday, so I'm combining
two days into one.
Speaker 7 (33:35):
Fam Pac talking all seat, Oksy.
Speaker 1 (33:37):

Speaker 7 (33:47):

Speaker 1 (33:49):
