I love the Seahawks, had a great time with my
son at the game last night. With that said, how
good are the Seahawks really? They were lucky to win
last night, very improbable win. Eight of their twelve wins
were against rookie quarterbacks or backups. I'm worried about the postseason.

Yeah, I am too. And kid, do you I mean,
I know you do? Did you come out of that
game last night feeling like the Rams are the better team.

I did, but as you mentioned earlier in the show,
sometimes the better team does not win and you just
move on. You got one shot at it, right, You
only get one game. This isn't NHL, this isn't MLB,
this isn't the NBA. You got one game, and if
you don't show up, if the ball doesn't bounce your way,

you lose. I fortunately believe that the defense will play
much better. I think Clint Kubiak can put Sam Donald
in more situations out of play action to eliminate some
of his turnovers. And if he does that, I think
this team can definitely get to the super Bowl. But
if they're gonna sit back and say yeah, Sam Donald
can just drop back with the best of them, that's

where I think that might be an issue because that's
not his strength. I think he is better as a
play action passer, and if he does that, if Clint
Kubiak sets it up for him to be a play
action passer, I don't see a team that can beat them.
I think they do have an opportunity to really host

There's just too many things that happened, just every I mean,

Happened, and yeah, I mean what was at stake and
you know the the ramifications from it afterwards. I mean
you haven't I mean, you clinched a playoff spot. You
haven't clinched the division because that little nuisance name the
forty nine ers. You got to deal with that last
week of the year. But it was a huge step

to get to that point. And I don't remember a
game in which so many strange things happened along the way,
like just a I mean fro in little things like
even a Cooper cup fumbling that doesn't ever happen, like

four fifty right, Uh, you know what what he did
through the air with ease and with the inability to
get any pressure on him, and yet Seattle won the game. Like,
it's just it's what makes sports great. Mark, it really

is what makes sports. It's what makes sports great. Like
and I only bring up I not to poop poo
the stat We went through this with the baseball season.
How many times do we say, wow, that game the
Mariners have a zero point one percent chance to win
in the seventh inning and then Dumper hits a home
run and then someone follows with another home run and
then boom, thanks for coming. Like football and baseball are

so different. But with football, the weird thing is is
you can watch it. You and I can sit there
and watch a game and then probably in the first
quarter say yeah, this is where it's gonna go right
Like how like most of the time you can do
that and watching them And then when Seattle didn't for
Cup to fumble at the end, you know, towards the
end of that first half, I thought that was the game.

I thought it was ballgame.

Ill, well, no, no, because then can't but no, because
they were only down by six, because you knew they
were to come out and play. They always play better
in the second half. They did it against the Falcons.
They played better than they so they always played, you know,
not so much against the Colts. But they pulled it out.
But to me, Ian in the thirteen personnel middle of
the field, Rams seventeen receptions, three hundred and six yards

and two touchdowns. That to me was like, how are
these guys so wide open? Yeah?

ratio is out there is crazy, Like it's just nuts.

those are the best two teams in the NFL?
