Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Seahawks schedule is finally here, and our QB one,
one of my favorite people in Seattle, in the world actually,
because he's as real as it gets, is RQB one,
the Great Hugh Millon, always bringing his Andres Munnos or
Edwin Diez one hundred and two miles an hour fastball
(00:22):
QB one, Hugh Millon, what's going on? You always bringing it?
My man?
Speaker 2 (00:26):
Hey day, what's happened? You are on your intro game today? Well,
I have to be.
Speaker 1 (00:30):
I had you today, Carl Ravits yesterday, Chris Russo the
day before, so I got some big time guests here,
you know. So overall, just to just looking at the
Seahawks schedule as it is, let's just start with this
only one Sunday night football game, and that's because they're
going in week nine to the district to play Jayden
(00:51):
Daniels and the Commanders. I thought, that's about where they are.
You're lucky to get one Sunday night game.
Speaker 2 (00:56):
One Sunday night game, you got a Monday night game,
you got a couple thirds in that game.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
So yeah, it seemed about right.
Speaker 2 (01:04):
So in that regard, I you know, as you pointed out,
we already kind of we knew the opponents. I think
bookending the forty nine ers first Week one and Week
eighteen that kind of gets my attention to buys right
in the middle. You know what MJ kind of looks
like a an NFL schedule, right, I mean, but but
(01:24):
there there's some things that are top of mind with
me about about the division and and and uh and
who the Seahawks play.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
So let's start with that. What stands out to you
first and foremost? Well yeah, okay, MG.
Speaker 2 (01:38):
So so last year the Seahawks strength to schedule was
seventeenth in the end, just under five hundred and four
to ninety eight strength to schedule.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
Okay, and say that number again.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
It was they were seventeenth in the NFL, first being
first being the hardest. Uh. The Seahawks a year ago
were they were seventeenth at a four to ninety eight
strength to schedule just under five hundred.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Okay. So what I'm about to.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Say is is a review for some certainly you, but
it may be illuminating for others. Okay, So this is
how the seventeen game season breaks down. We know there's
six games in your division. We know that there's further
eight games that everybody in the NFC West plays. You
play a division outside of your conference and a division
(02:28):
within your conference, and then there's three wild card games
based on ranking. We'll get to that in a minute,
but let's talk about what the Seahawks had a year ago.
The NFC West played the AFC East a year ago.
That was their out of conference division. Well, the AFC East,
if you rank divisions, which I've done, if you rank divisions,
(02:51):
the AFC East was the sixth best out of eight
divisions last year and Seattle predictably went three to one
against the AFC East, lost only to Buffalo, the division
that they played in the conference. The NFC West played
the NFC North. The NFC North was number not just
(03:14):
number one last year. Here's the thing. Then, the NFC
North last year with three teams eleven wins or more.
The NFC North last year had a a six sixty
two win percentage that bested all time the twenty thirteen
(03:35):
NFC West. Well, you ought to know what that division is, right,
That was that was a super Bowl champion division that
that until last year stood as the best the list
I'm looking at the all time twenty five I know
this is a legit list because like number five in
the list is the Western Division from nineteen thirty six,
you know, uh in the middle of the nineteen seventy
NFC Central. Like, this is a comprehensive list, and the
(03:59):
NFC North was the best of all time. Now, Seattle
went one and three predictably, right, only beat the Bears.
So now let's get back to let's go to this year.
This year, the NFC West is playing the AFC South
out of conference that was eighth out of eight last year.
We know how bad the AFC South is. Now, that
(04:20):
doesn't mean that's gonna happen for twenty twenty five. But
if you're asking my take on this schedule, and then
the division that the NFC West is playing in conference
is the NFC South, which was the second to worst
conference last year. So I think Seattle's getting a break
(04:41):
in that regard with who the NFC West is playing.
But there's another component to with the wild cards that
we can discuss in a here in a minute. But
I wanted to get your take on that. The divisions
that the NFC West is playing.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
Well, it's interesting. Now I will say this, Obviously, the
Saints are trash Okay, we know that that goes well,
and the Panthers as well. Yeah, Bucks and Falcons. Bucks
are you know, they've been, they've gone. They won the
division four straight years and they're gonna be great again
this year. And look at their draft and everything that
they've done. Jason Light's one of the best in the business.
(05:20):
And the Falcons you're gonna see mister Pennix coming up
in Atlanta, which is gonna be a tough game. So Hugh, yeah,
I think they got a little break in like you mentioned,
I mean Tennessee, like I mean with a rookie quarterback,
I mean, more than likely Tyler Shuck will be starting
for the New Orleans Saints. And then you get you know, Trashonville, Jacksonville,
(05:43):
you know, I mean, we don't know what's gonna show
up with them Colts, Daniel Jones or Anthony Richardson. They
were the worst division in football.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
They had a three three sixty eight win percentage last
year and in the NFC South was second worst at
four to twelve. So see South a year ago. As
you as you point out aptly, uh, they could.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
Be coming on, but only two teams, only two teams
on paper.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
But but that leaves okay, so that that's fourteen out
of your seventeen games. The remaining three are you the
Seahawks were second place in the NFC West. You're matching
three other teams that were second place in their division.
And this is the wild card ranking, and and so
and that that is the the the NFC West is
(06:33):
gonna play. Everybody's gonna play a team from the AFC North.
Seattle's gonna play the second place team, which is the
Pittsburgh Steelers every and then the other ones are, uh,
the Washington Commanders for the Seahawks, and the Minnesota Vikings
in that here, here's the thing about that. The forty
(06:53):
nine Ers, they were fourth in the division last year,
so they get what. The Seahawks play the Steelers in
the NFC North. The forty nine Ers get the Browns
who won three games. I know, the Seahawks play the Commanders,
the forty nine Ers in that division they played the
(07:14):
Giants games. I know, the Seahawks play the Vikings, who
were second place in the NFC North. The forty nine
Ers play the Bears. Now the Bears have done a lot, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (07:26):
They they'll be good but to see it here, So
you get rewarded for finishing in last place, yes.
Speaker 2 (07:33):
But but you get rewarded when they went to seventeen games.
Before when they were at sixteen, there was just two
games that were wild card games. I'm calling them wildcard
rant games, right for lack of a better description. You
got a better description, please use it. But now when
they went to seventeen, the seventeenth game, they added another
(07:54):
wild card rank game. So Seattle, the three wildcards games
that they play, their opponents won thirty six games. That's
an average obviously of twelve. Okay, the forty nine ers
are playing their three wildcard games. They their teams won
a total of eleven a total all three. So where
(08:16):
am I going with that? And of course, now the
flip side of that, the Rams they have to play
the Ravens, Eagles, and Lions because they were first in
the division. But keep an eye on the forty nine
ers because we know the forty nine ers they prior
to last year with all the injuries, they went to
the NFC Championship game four out of five years. They
(08:38):
had the most wins in the NFC. Right, they had
devastating injuries. It wasn't just Christian McCaffrey. Hell Elijah Mitchell
the RB two. He thought he was out the whole season.
Jordan Mason their number three, He missed the last five game.
They were down to the running fourth running back Brandon
Ayuk Deebo Samuels missed multiple games, Nick Bosa, Varn Hargrave
(09:01):
multiple games, Drake Greenlaw on play just one half of
the game. Uh Tallahouan uh Tallanohafuna, the safety had been
first team All Pro. He missed uh he missed seven
more than half the games. And you know this is
a team that I'll close with the forty nine ers
in John Lynch that remember now, when Kyle Shanahan got
(09:24):
the job after Harbad, there had been two one and
done quarterbacks Jim excuse me, head coach, Jim tom Sula
and then Chip Kelly. And so Kyle Shanahan took a
team that had won two games. And that's what he
and John Lynch did. And so there's a new wave
possibly of forty nine ers. Remember now, mid round success.
(09:47):
Fred Warner, best linebacker in football going the Hall of Fame.
He's a third rounder just in the fifth round alone.
These are just fifth rounders long George Kittles probably going
to the Hall of Fame. The tala I mentioned how
who fun Diamador Leonore started, you know, the starting corner
he got paid Drake greenlab part of the best linebacker
(10:08):
tandem Colton mckivitz. Their right tackle has been very solid.
Those are just fifth round guys. I could go through
the other round. So this is a team that has
won a lot, has has acquired both through trades with
Trent Williams and other guys. I won't mention that they
have acquired talent and they they took it, you know,
(10:29):
they took it on the chin hard last year. But
do they have a rebound in them? I'll tell you what.
They got three games. They almost have like a two
game lead when you start the season.
Speaker 1 (10:40):
Well, Hugh, let me jump in there real quick. Hum.
Millon Jon is here on MJ in the Midday. San Francisco.
Based on opponents winning percentage from last season, has the
easiest schedule in the NFL, thirty below the Patriots. They're
thirty two. Now everyone wants to know where the Seahawks
twenty two, So that's a win. The Seahawks opponents winning
(11:01):
percentage was forty seven percent, forty seven point four percent.
So that's a very team friendly schedule for the Seahawks.
Speaker 2 (11:11):
It is because you're playing the NFC South, which was
the second to worst division last year, and you're playing
the AFC South, which is the worst. You're playing the
two souths. Yeah, okay, which all the NFC. By the way,
the Bucks are at home to Hugh. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
the hardest team, Yeah, exactly. And so the NFC West
(11:33):
is just by the luck every team is going to
get that. But what I'm saying, what I'm describing as
these three wildcard game which are based on your ranking
the forty nine ers, as we said, those three teams
only want to combine to eleven games. Now you know, now,
maybe you think that the the Browns, the Giants, and
(11:54):
what do we say? The third one was the Bears
are going to have some resurgence. Maybe the Bears well,
but but the forty nine ers clearly get in a
week schedule, the forty nine ers get a great break.
Speaker 1 (12:08):
They do. There's no question about it. So, Hugh, if
you're Mike McDonald, Clint Kobiac and company, and you're looking
at this this schedule, John Schneider. I mean, I gotta
tell you I like it, and I'm gonna tell you,
and we don't have anders, and I will do this
next hour and you and I will do this again
coming up soon. Is I like you? At first? I
(12:30):
was like, Oh, we're gonna You're gonna baptism by fire.
You're gonna go right against your divisional rival to start
the season. But it's at home. And here's the thing.
I do believe the Niners will have a bounce back
season next year. They have the easiest schedule in the NFL,
thirty two out of thirty two teams, the easiest, but
the Niners. How do you prepare for Seattle? Hugh? How
(12:51):
do you know what this Clint Kubiak, Sam Donald, Cooper,
cup Marquez Valdez Scantling, Elijah Arroyo offense. You don't know
what it's gonna look like?
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Well, click, Kubiak spent a year under Kyle Shanahan, and
Shanahan and and uh, I think was influenced by what
experienced there. And and you know, of course he comes
from the the Kubiak line. He's a Kubiak and and
there's the Shanahan Mike Shanahan and Kubiak.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
Gary Kubiak and Mike Shanahan are best friends, and so
there's you know, there's almost kind of an incest there
between the Kubiaks and the shanahan So I think that
Kyle Shanahan is gonna know Kubiak a little more than
than uh one might think and just kind of looking
at it. But but but you're you're right. I mean,
you've got you know, you got the Sam Donald piece.
(13:43):
And and I think that the uh, the ability for
Sam Donald a year ago to play undercent. We've talked
about this, playing unders under center and play action. You know,
Sam Donald was number one in the NFL in passer
rating at one hundred and forty three. On play action
(14:06):
under center Gino Gino, he had the twenty first most
attempts in that regard. Donald had the second only to Golf,
but he had the highest ratings. So Sam Darnold is
gonna bring some stuff that You're gonna be more under center.
That's gonna help the running game. You're gonna go wide zone,
that's gonna get the pass rush running laterally before they
(14:26):
come up the field on first and second down. Having
to honor that play action. So I think that offensively,
they're gonna look a lot different. But I think Shanahan's
gonna say, ah, yeah, I know that I try and
run that same stuff.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
No question. Yeah. Hey, he was gonna stick around here
for another segment, and we appreciate him giving his time.
So QB one will not go anywhere, and we're gonna
get more into the really meat and potatoes of his schedule.
But so don't go anywhere for that. And before that,
(15:00):
we have a PGA Tour Championship update right now on
ninety three to three KJRFM. All right, Hugh Milling QB
one here, all right, Hugh, just want to spend sixty
seconds on this because I found this to be WTF.
(15:21):
So the Seahawks have the twenty second rank schedule, which
puts them in a really good spot to make the playoffs. Now,
the Cardinals are twenty seventh and the Niners are thirty second. Obviously,
they finished with worst records, so that's justifiably so here's
the anomaly. Here, here's the WTF. Right after the Seahawks,
(15:43):
the team with the easier schedule than Seattle twenty third
are the Buffalo Bills. They're the only they're the team
with the easiest schedule who made the playoffs a year ago,
twenty third after Seattle. How does that happen to you? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (16:00):
Playing it very simple. First of all, fourteen of their
seventeen games were already written in the stars years ago.
They're gonna play the AFC East six times. Well, the
AFC East was ranked six out of eight in divisions
a year ago. They are gonna then the AFC East
this year, all teams play the NFC South. Well, the
(16:22):
NFC South of ranked seventh out of eighth a year ago.
Then the AFC East is also gonna play. All teams
are gonna play all teams in the AFC North, they
were ranked fifth out of eighth, and then the three
wild cards. Because the Bills were number one in the
AFC East, they're gonna play the number one team in
(16:44):
the in the NFC East, the Eagles. They had fourteen. Okay,
then they're also going to play the number one team
in the AFC West, which is the Chiefs. They had fifteen,
But they're playing the Houston Texans.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
Who were number one. Uh.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
Just ten wins, which tied for the worst, are the
lowest number of wins among divisions. So so you add
those all up and that's what the computer kicks out
in terms of the ranking.
Speaker 1 (17:11):
Wow, I mean that's I mean Buffalo Bills. Man, that
can't be. I mean, that is as easy as it gets.
How about that first game though, Oh, I know, the
first game against the Ravens or Park must you don't
watch that game? You don't like fu right right, no
question about it. So let's start with the Seahawks. We
talked a little bit about the forty nine ers and
(17:33):
that matchup. Like, I think, Hugh, how are they going
to prepare? I mean, I know Kyle Shand and they've
got Kittle back, they lost deebo I you McCaffrey, Kittle,
Fred Warner, you know the core is there. How do
you prepare for Seattle? Because this is a whole new team.
Cooper Cup is not a ram, He's a Seahawks. Marcus Valdez, Gantling.
(17:54):
Now you got Elijah Royo who should be starting, hopefully
at tight end. Because I know that you and I
are certainly no fans of no a fan, So how
do you prepare for this team? And the fact that
it's at Lumen, it's at the home of the twelves.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
Well, hopefully you have an old old school loomen field advantage,
right in terms of you're gonna study a lot of
Sam Darnold. Certainly you know Cooper Cup. I think the
Seahawks have a big question in replacing DK Metcalf, that
that looms large, and so they're just gonna you know,
(18:30):
because a year ago you had teams Gino Smith faced
cover six more than any quarterback in the NFL.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
What is cover six?
Speaker 2 (18:38):
That's a rolled coverage, a double coverage on only half
the field. The other half you've got free access. Who
got rolled DK Metcalf.
Speaker 1 (18:47):
So, by the way, Hugh, Hugh, real quick, do you
know every time you say something, I learned something. I
want you to know you're one of the only people
in this world that when you talk, you're not just
coming on here or not that I literally I'm actually
writing this down so for me and like people there
that you know football like. And by the way, I've
been watching football my whole life, so I don't think
I'm a dummy, but I certainly you know you forgot
(19:09):
more about the game than I will ever know. Please
explain what cover six is, because I just learned something
new today. Please, let's let's let's be Geno Smith. Okay,
we're in the shotgun with balls on the left. Hash. Okay.
Speaker 2 (19:21):
So we've got DK metcalf over on our left. He's
called the split end, also called the X. They've been
using that term since Lombardi. He's the X receiver, he's
the loan. And then we've got three receivers, let's say,
a tight end and two receivers to the right to
the field. Okay, where you're with me, we're in shotgun. Okay,
now we're looking. Okay, what's the safety alignment? What are
(19:41):
we doing? Oh crap, they got the corner. He's gonna
They're gonna play zone to our left where DK is.
The corner is gonna come down and jam DK. You say, well,
DK could he's gonna beat that jam and run the fade.
Not so fast, my friend. There's a safety that's over
the top deep on that half of the field, so
(20:02):
you don't have the fade, so that corner can jam
DK knowing that he has help behind him. What do
I have over on my right side? Are they doing
the same thing? No, that would be called cover two.
And there's all kinds of weaknesses in terms of run
support and weaknesses down the middle of the field, on
the on the our right side out over to the field.
(20:23):
Oh we got free access. We got we got Tyler
Lockett and JSN. They can just run down the field.
Nobody's jamming them, and so they're planing.
Speaker 1 (20:32):
We're playing.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
So it's cover four to that side, which is called
also called quarters to that side. But but what's the
important part. Are my receivers our receiver we're Gino Smith,
our receivers. They all can just run down the field
unimpeded on the on the right side away from DK.
They're rolling to DK, playing cover two to DK. They're
(20:53):
playing cover four over free access to the right side,
and and there are so many completions and touchdowns that
JSN benefited and Tyler Lockett benefited. I know, not so
much this last year because Tyler was starting to slip,
but DK has had that effect. You can just statistically
approve it by the numbers. And again, Gino Smith faced
(21:17):
Cover six more than any quarterback in the NFL, and
it was virtually all rolled the DK.
Speaker 1 (21:24):
Amazing Hugh Millen here on QB, I appreciate you explaining
that so obviously the forty nine ers. You know, they
had the worst luck in the league last year this
side of Detroit with Aiden Hutchinson and all the injuries
that they were besieged by. How do you see for
that game from Mike McDonald, What do you see that
coming out here? He's got his guy now in Clint Kubiak,
(21:46):
and Clint Kubiak has his quarterback in Sam Donald. How
do you see that matchup with Donald and Kubiak going
up against their former team in the forty nine ers.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
Well, I think a very important set of numbers here
is Kenneth Walker running the wide zone, the outside zone,
because the Seahawks are going to start running the wide zone.
Alvin Kamara for the Saints, for example, where Clint Kubiak
was a year ago. Alvin Kamara was fourth in the
NFL in terms of outside zone forty four point seven
(22:18):
percent called forty five percent, number four in the NFL. Meanwhile,
the Seahawks last year they were just outside zone nineteen percent,
So you're going well over double here. Here's some very
important statistics as I analyzed the Seahawks. If you go
Kenneth Walker on outside zones in twenty twenty two, he
(22:42):
averaged four point eight yards per attempt on outside zones.
That was eleventh out of qualifiers. The next year, twenty
twenty three, he went from four point eight to four
point two, ranked twenty three out of qualifiers. And then
last year just two point eight yards per attempt on
outside zone. That's thirty ninth out of forty six qualifiers.
So this trend has has not been And I'm not
(23:05):
saying that's Kenneth Walker. I still believe in Kenneth Walker,
but Kenneth Walker will not be the halfback for the
Seattle Seahawks if he's averaging two point eight yards per
outside zone because that's what the Seahawks are gonna do.
They're gonna they're gonna run that play. And and so
I think that's a huge part of Okay, this new
offensive line, new line coach, new run game coordinator. Rick Dennison,
(23:28):
who was at the Broncos when I was with the Broncos,
I know he's how he's gonna teach that and CA nine,
he's got he's got it in him because in twenty
twenty two, again he was almost five yards per attempt.
Speaker 1 (23:37):
On that play.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
They need to get back to that kind of production
with him, Hugh.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
Millen here on MJ in the midday, what else overall
from a league standpoint that stood out to you that
you looked at at the schedule? Ins just say it.
I mean, obviously, Cowboys Eagles, I mean, you're gonna They're
gonna do probably probably be the next to Super Bowls,
maybe the largest view sporting event of all time that opener.
But anything else that really stood out to you.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
Hugh Well, to be honest, I didn't give it a
great look. I think Lions at Packers that in the
first first week. I think that the growth of the
international game, I think is very you know, they're just
more and more international games. And you know, I'm delaying
my pension as long as I can, and you know,
(24:24):
nobody cares about this, but but on a personal level,
think about it. You know, the better the league does,
the more money of the league makes, the more we
all make it in our pensions. So so I'm very
intrigued by the NFL's uh just expansion globally. You don't
need to care about former players pension to be interested
in that. Like what we're you know, are we gonna
(24:46):
put teams across the pond. Are we gonna put teams
in in South America, you know, Mexico, whatever. I think
that's a fascinating part of what's the development. So I'm
seeing more and more international games.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
Yeah, that is crazy, I mean, and thankfully the Hawks
didn't get punished with one of them, right, don't have
to lead the States at all.
Speaker 2 (25:08):
Yeah, and then a final thought, there's a lot of
hand ringing about Thursday games.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
Just think of this.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
Both teams are suffering when you have to play a
Thursday game because you're not ready to play, but you
get an advantage on the next week. Oh gosh, where's
the numbers I had? I think there are fifty four
percent when a team has nine days rest and their
opponent has six day rest. When you play on a
(25:36):
Thursday and then the following Sunday you play a team
that played last Sunday, there's a pretty statistic a significant
advantage for the team that had that rest. So I
think the Thursday night games you're gonna hear a lot
of bitching from the players. Oh, I hate these Thursday games,
but I think that they need to rethink it. Yeah,
(25:57):
it sucks. It sucks for you and your opponent. But
you're gonna make up for it next Sunday when you're
well rested. You had a little mini buy and you
probably have a better chance to win the game.
Speaker 1 (26:07):
Anything that stood out to you, and let's do this
in less than twenty seconds, that you don't like on
the Seahawks schedule, you said, oh, that could be a
tough little point in the schedule. Well, I don't like.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
I don't like ending the season at San Francisco, probably
back to back road games.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
You gotta go East Coast to Carolina too. Yeah, but
I like it.
Speaker 2 (26:28):
I mean, you know, look, I don't know how good
Carolina's gonna be, but but you've got to feel it's
at least a little bit of a soft landing. I
don't call it landing, but but you know, at least
you're not going back to back like often happens. Like
you're not having to play Rams forty nine ers right
back to back at the end.
Speaker 1 (26:45):
Okay, yeah, but you got Rams right before the like
Rams and then Sandwich, east coast road trip to Carolina
and then at the forty nine. That's not exactly a
great wine.
Speaker 2 (26:55):
You're right, No, no, no point taking I think I
think that kind of gets me because that almost assuredly
is gonna have a big part in the Seahawks fortunes,
no doubt, and that you know, if that becomes a
must win game. Boy, you know again, I'm not I'm
not forecasting the forty nine ers because like you're the gambler,
(27:16):
I don't know, but you're gonna tell I know this.
Speaker 1 (27:18):
You may not bet the forty nine ers, but you're.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
Gonna take a long look at throwing some action at
them given given their schedule, right.
Speaker 1 (27:27):
Yeah, no question about it. And I just want to
say say this just so everybody knows one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight,
nine ten. The Hawks are on the road for six
of their final ten games. Yep, you gotta mix them
(27:50):
ay early when you're home.
Speaker 2 (27:52):
And that's another thing with the odd number of games
this year cl eight at home, nine on the road.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
Yeah, six of the final ten on the road. You

Yeah that's true. Yeah, that's true. Hugh. Also, last question
and thanks for your time, and before we let you go,
if you can do this in less than thirty seconds
to a minute, Okay, you have so much knowledge and
somebody on the text line asked this, and I want
to know this too, so I figured i'd ask you
you should be a coach in the NFL maybe, like like,
why did you never want to go into that?
Speaker 2 (28:28):
You know, Jim Moore asked me in two thousand and
fort do you want to come out and be Michael
Vick's quarterback coach? My kids age four and two, I had.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
I had a very.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
Rough childhood, a lot of divorces, a lot of moving around,
a lot of news schools, a lot. And I'm like, Okay,
if I go coach the Falcons, eventually, you know, lose
your job because all coaches do. And then then what,
I'm taking my family to Buffalo not to coach the Bills.
Maybe I don't get the job at the Bills. Maybe
I'm coaching the University of Buffalo, Like if I get
(28:59):
on that cares And by.
Speaker 1 (29:01):
The way, look how it ended with Michael Vick and Atlanta.
You would have been Patrino comes in a few couple
of years later. What did you sell them those dogs? Like?
I would have been guilty by association? No, yeah, so
you know what I had.
Speaker 2 (29:15):
My kids all grow up in one house, one community,
you know that the kids they graduate from high school,
we're kids.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
But now but now you're empty nesters. You could be
good coach now. Yah. I'm an old guy. No yeah, no, no, no, yeah,
any read any reads older than you? Yeah. People don't
want to watch me, all right, all right, limp around that. No, No,

again tonight right here. Beat the books next on MJ
and the Miday ninety three three kJ R FM thunder
Nuggets to seventeen and a half. This is it for Denver.
The heart of a champion is gonna be tested tonight
(30:02):
at home. If they're gonna win, they're gonna have to
score a lot. Come on, Denver. Yeah yeah, I'm booing
for him. Two. So it's gonna be both teams are
gonna have to score to win this game, and Denver's
gotta go all out and they can't get one of
seven from Michael Porter. So that being said, I'm not
touching the sides. Go over over to seventeen and a half,
