Speaker 1 (00:00):
And the fine folks.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
I went to one of the many taco times on Friday,
this particular one in des Molin's, and they say, oh,
we know Softy. He comes through the drive through a lot.
I'm like, yeah, I came in. You know, I came
in and you know, like to eat with the people's
That's what I do. So I want to start today
about one thing you were right now. I will bragg
(00:28):
in most when I'm right on picks like I gave
you the Pacers mine as four. And for those of
you that like to partake in gambling, kid can back
me up on this. I haven't exactly kept tracked, but
since the NBA playoffs began, I feel like I'm hitting
at over sixty eight percent, which is maybe over seventy
(00:48):
three percent, which is crazy, crazy enough to bet against
my favorite team. People and some people who don't understand gambling, well,
how can you bet against your favorite team? As Nino
Brown and knew, Jack City one said, it's always business,
It's never personal. It's business. I knew the Knicks were
(01:08):
nowhere near as good as the Pacers. I could see
it in Game one, and I told Kid this before
I'll take Satan.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
Over the other guy.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
If you give me a good enough if you give
me enough points, and I'll bet on Satan and I'll
win money. So you do what you gotta do. It's business.
I also telled you please get those bets in because
Edmonton's becoming a bigger favorite now. Bet on the Edmonton
Oilers Game one Stanley Cup tomorrow night.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
But the audience was right.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
You were right on so many things, and I'm gonna
give you all the credit in the world, especially the
text line four nine four five one four nine four
five one.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
You told me, hey, don't eat crow yet.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
And I was someone who was giving Girard Depota the
benefit of the doubt on some of the moves that
he's made, specifically Jorge Polanco.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
And how about this kid? You ready for this one?
Speaker 2 (02:11):
I think me or Christopher kid, I think everybody in
the text line could do better than this. Since May twentieth,
Jorge Polonco is one for thirty one at the plate.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
One for thirty one.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
I could hold my bet out there and just close
my eyes and maybe beat the third basement and probably
go at least two for thirty one, one for thirty one.
So you can officially say today that as Polonko can,
(02:50):
he can't.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
Hit left handed pitchers. We know that.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
And as Polonko continues to go in this never ending
downward spiral that he's been in, every move in the
off season, operative word off season.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
That Jerry Depoto made has failed.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
Donovan Solano, Jorge Polonco if you want to, If you
want to go ahead and think Rowdy Telez was some
great signing, he wasn't.
Speaker 1 (03:24):
Every move he made in the off season has failed
now and.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
I thought his redemption was Jorge Polanco. But guess what happened.
Just like in the NFL with defensive coordinators who get
paid to study film, so don twenty nine other teams
and they just figured out how to basically make Jorge
(03:48):
Polonco JORGEE. Polanco again. Now, he had a good end
to last season. He was a one time All Star,
but call this guy to say that he's been in
a slump would be doing a disservice to the word slump.
It would really be I mean that one for thirty
(04:09):
one whoa wow, just wow. So I want to give
credit to the text line four nine four five to
one and the audience out there. You said, Mark don't
eat crow yet. Don't eat crow just yet. So I'm
not going to eat crow right now. I still think
(04:31):
the Mariners are gonna be in the running to make
the playoffs. I still think they're gonna win over eighty
six games, and I think that they're in a situation
that they could be in the postseason. But I have
to tell you, having talked to Steve Phillips last week
(04:52):
from MLB Network and him saying he doesn't think the
Mariners are going to be able to sustain versus the Astros,
I would agree with that. The Astros own the Mariners.
John Stanton doesn't own the Mariners. The Astros own the Mariners,
especially when it comes to making the playoffs, and when
you get in the playoffs, kick in your ass. The
Astros own the Mariners period, John Stanton and that ownership group,
(05:15):
the Wizard of Oz and all these people that are
faceless names and all that no on the field. The
Astros own the Mariners, and they have since twenty seventeen.
And I gave you the numbers fifty four, and the
Mariners are fifty four and eighty seven versus the Astro
since twenty seventeen. So and you could say, well, the
last two years, the Mariners had a winning record.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
Okay, did the Mariners make the playoffs last two years?
Speaker 2 (05:38):
No, so that winning record didn't do ish because you
didn't make the playoffs.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Okay, so it's fine.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
You had a winning record versus the Astros the last
two years, but they still made the playoffs and you
blew a ten game lead to the Astros a year ago. Now,
I hope history will not repeat itself from last year.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
But oh my, Jorge Polanco, dude.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
Like, you know what they used to talk about back
in the day, slump busters.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
Jorge Polanco. You need to get a slump buster, pal
And I don't know if you all know that, the
old heads know that back in the day, what what slump.
Speaker 2 (06:18):
Busters are all about? But yeah, yeah, man, MJ from
the two IHO six. If an elevator's claustrophobic, you need
to be sedated to get you in an MRI machine.
I've gotten an MRI and I will tell you I
(06:39):
had to you talk. You know they say mind over matter.
Now the thing that this MRI why I was that's
a great text, by the way, you're absolutely right. No,
it'll always be Gerard to Poto. Now if I said
jerr m men, Gerard, it'll always beat Gerard. The reason
why this MRI was okay was because my head. My
(07:05):
head was outside of the machine and my feet, so
it was it was like an open.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
I yeah, I had it over my neck and.
Speaker 2 (07:13):
Chest and knees, but it was an open MRI, so
it wasn't like if I was enclosed, Oh my god,
I'd be like, I would go crazy, absolutely nuts, absolutely nuts. Dude,
you get stuck in an elevator twice in your life,
and you tell me if you're not claustrophobic after that,
(07:34):
then you're you're better man or woman than I am.
Because after getting stuck in the elevator twice, I'm claustrophobic.
I realized it. I realized it, no doubt about it.
So yeah, yeah, But Gerard Depoto, every mood he's made
in the off season has turned out as of today
(07:55):
on June third, twenty twenty five, has been a failure.
His one shining moment March Madness term was Jorge Planco
and that has gone completely down the toilet. Now one
for thirty one, one for thirty freaking one. I would
take anybody in the text line, I mean anybody, so
(08:20):
you know that you could do better than one for
thirty one. I just can't believe that his last multi
hit game was the day of the NFL Draft, the
first round on April twenty ninth. Oh my lord, Oh
my lord, that is unbelievable. April twenty ninth was his
(08:43):
last multi hit game. Good lord, So you better hope,
mister Raleigh cal Raleigh is the man that can lead
and put this team on his back, just like he's
done all season.
Speaker 3 (08:59):
Low.
Speaker 2 (09:00):
He is an All Star, He's probably arguably the best
catcher in the game offensively and defensively. But he's gonna
have to put this team on his back, and he's
gonna need to get support from the supporting cast like
Randya Rosarina, JP Crawford, Julio Rodriguez. They're gonna have to
(09:23):
help him out. I think Cole Young hopefully he's here
to stay. I'd like to see what this kid can do.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
But yeah, you were right, you were right.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
I ate Crow too soon on that one eight Crow
too soon. So Mike Florio from Profootballtalk dot com did
his biggest boom or bust and he talked about Sam
Darnold and Cooper Cup. You always hear Mike Florio on
(09:54):
with Softy and Dick. He's their weekly guest all the time.
And here's what he has to say about Sam Darnold
and Cooper Cup.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
Oh I thought we were saving that, you said Randy
Johnson at time. Oh okay, by the way, yeah, all right, yeah.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
Okay, you know what let's do. Actually we'll say that.
That's a good that's a good idea. You know, I'm
going by what you told me. Yeah, No, that's true,
that's true. You're right, so ray yeah, actually, especially in
the wake of the thirty fifth anniversary yesterday of his
his no hitter. All right, we'll get to Florio in
a second. We'll get that coming up next segment. I
have it, but I do no, no, no, no no,
because that's longer, right, that takes a little longer like Florio.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
His is a little longer than Randy Johnson. No, it's
it's it's short for Sam Donald, it's not long. It's
like a minute. Okay, Well, let's let's just do Florio.
Then let's go ahead and do let's do mister Florio
right now.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
And uh, I want to hear what he has to
say about Sam Donald and Cooper Cup.
Speaker 4 (10:43):
For me, this is obvious because he was boom and
bust last year. Which Sam Donald is going to show
up in Seattle? Is it going to be the guy
that was fourteen and two or is it going to
be the guy who had an opportunity to propel the
Vikings in the number one seed in the final game
of the regular season and all of a sudden started
throwing helium loons in the red zone in that game
at Detroit with Sam Darnod? Will it be with pressure
(11:06):
on him, with Jalen Milroe on the sideline, with the
possibility he gets benched, with the reality this three year
contract is actually a one year at a time arrangement
that doesn't pay him nearly as much as the three
year deal would suggest. So there's gonna be real pressure.
There are expectations, how will he do as the guy
(11:28):
who is presumed to be the guy from the moment
he signed When he signed in Minnesota's like, ah, he's
just the placeholder until they draft someone. He was never
the guy until August when JJ McCarthy got injured. It's like, well,
I guess he's the guy. What else are they going
to do. It's different now, the pressure's different. It's boom
or bust for the Seahawks. And Sam Darry, Yeah, I
hear you. He's on myle He was on my list too.
Speaker 5 (11:50):
I mean, it's it is. It's gonna be interesting to
see what he brings to the table here. And yeah,
they're they're believing in him. But yeah, I wrote him
and Geno Smith down right just as possibilities. Think you
took some guys I wanted to take here beforehand. There's
a lot of good ones, right, I thought about.
Speaker 2 (12:08):
So I believe it was Chris Simms there with him
and those guys do a great show together. We kid
and I talked about the players with the most to
prove going into twenty twenty five season, Sam Donald, Gino Smith,
DK Metcalf, You got that money, man, Once you get
that money, all of a sudden, now you're not, you know,
DK Metcalf, You better perform like a like a one.
(12:30):
You are now one. You are the Jamar Chase of Pittsburgh.
You better perform like them. Who else? Obviously Dak Prescott. Prescott,
he's this quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys that goes without
saying and I think, kid, you brought this up yesterday
or maybe some of the text line.
Speaker 1 (12:42):
I think you did. Maybe Pete Carroll, No, someone on
the text line. Think Pete has a lot to prove this.
He does, Yeah, he does. I mean so there's a
lot to go around.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
But you talk about a current Seahawks Sam Darnold and
a former Seahawks in DK, Metcalf and Gene Smith. Those
guys everybody right now who is just waiting for them
to bust? I think here's the thing about DK. I
think DK's ready to explode. But who's gonna throw him
the freaking ball?
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Well?
Speaker 2 (13:12):
Do you know what starts in a week from today, kid,
Pittsburgh Steelers Mandatory Minicham.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
So like they don't have a quarterback Aaron Rodgers. What
are you doing? Bro? What are you doing?
Speaker 4 (13:24):
The longer it goes on, the more I'm thinking, Damn, DK,
this is where you wanted to be. Huh.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Yeah, but he got paid. He got paid, So I
don't have a problem with that.
Speaker 4 (13:33):
You want to get that money and have a problem
with it, he will have a problem with it.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
Yeah, Well, be careful what you wish for, as arn
Anderson or the Four Horsemen all you wrestling fans once
said Arna Anderson was the one I first heard say this.
Be careful what you wish for, because you just might
get it. Same thing with Miles Garrett. Miles Garrett, Oh,
I want to be a winner. I want to win
in my career. He re signs in the biggest wasteland
(13:58):
of the in football, this side of the Jets and
the Jags, Cleveland. He got his money and now he
has a quarterback room with eighty six year old Joe Flacco,
bus Kenny Pickett, fifth round pick Shadoor Sanders, and third
round pick Dylan Gabriel. So good luck there, Miles Garrett.
That's what I'm sure you really signed up for that. Yeah,
(14:21):
great there, great there.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
All right.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
When we come back next we will hear what Mike
Florio and Chris Simms says about Cooper Cup and Randy
Johnson's ode to Seattle. Don't go anywhere, MJ in the
midday sports radio Natty three to three KJRFM, your brother whatever,
come out to Arnold's appliance in Bellevue, the hometown of
(14:44):
one Dave Softy Maller. I know he's too busy, he
won't be able to make it, but I will be
there between nun to two. They're going to be grilling
out there, so hopefully you can get some free food
and I'm looking forward to Hey, listen, you can always
use a new appliance, whether it's a grill, washer, dryer,
you name it, and support local businesses Arnold's Appliance this
(15:07):
Saturday from noon to two.
Speaker 1 (15:10):
So looking forward to being out there.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
So, Mike Florio, Chris Sims, you heard what they said
about Sam Donald, and I think that is certainly Kevin
Clark came on the show from the Ringer and everybody
out like you've heard people about say what they're gonna
say about Sam Donald. There are certain people who believe
(15:34):
in certain people who just think that last year was
a complete fluke in a one hit wonder. Hoping it's
not and he's got a lot to prove. Chris Simms
had his thoughts on Sam Donald's new bff, Cooper Cup.
Speaker 1 (15:53):
How about Cooper Cup?
Speaker 5 (15:54):
I look at him, same team, Sam Donald's receiver there
and I sit there and go, yeah, hey, it could
be boom, it could be one hundred receptions. He stays healthy,
he's motivated by the rams, not keeping them at all that,
and he has a great year, but it could be bust.
And I'm dealing with I'm not ever healthy and I
can't separate quite the same way I used to, and
(16:17):
I got lower body injuries and all that, and I
never really get to the level of deserving a fifteen
million dollars a year type of contract. I certainly could
see this one going either way there. But it's funny.
You take Sam Donald. I take that it plays hand
to hand there. But yeah, very interested to see what
kind of Cooper Cup we get this year for the Seahawks.
Speaker 4 (16:35):
It's a ton of pressure on the Seahawks and on
the Rams because the Rams were either incredibly wrong or
incredibly right right. And if they were wrong, Cup is
going to be great, and if they were right, Cup
is going to struggle.
Speaker 2 (16:49):
Well, I can tell you one thing the Rams did
at the wide receiver position. They significantly upgraded because they
got Devonte freaking Adams.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
Okay, now you.
Speaker 2 (16:58):
Can say, oh, he he, Look what happened with the
Jets and all listen the Jets. Look what happened with
the Jets with Gino Smith. Look what happened with the
Jets with Sam Donald. Look what happened with the Jets,
with everybody who put on that uniform not named Joe Namath.
Speaker 1 (17:17):
I mean, the.
Speaker 2 (17:17):
Jets are a complete, total abortion. They're a joke. They're
the worst franchise in the National Football League if not
sports period and some days you can argue with them
or Cleveland take your pick on who's worst. Right, So yeah,
(17:38):
yoll listen, it's fine. I agree with what Mike Florio
and Chris Simms said about Sam Donald and Cooper Cup.
I don't have any problem with it. They're right until
they prove otherwise. The ultimate judge jury execution, which can
turn opinions in their it is into facts and verdicts Sundays.
(18:05):
We'll find out on Sunday, folks. That's all that matters.
So what everybody says in May, June, July, August doesn't
mean sh. I didn't say it said sh doesn't mean sh.
All that matters is Sunday. What you do there is
all that counts. I'm bullish on Sam Donald and Cooper Cup.
(18:31):
I'm bullish, but like I said, I vacillate back and forth.
I could wake up tomorrow and think, oh boy, what
did they do? One of the things Mike Florio brought
up which is really telling when he said that if
you really look at Sam Donald's deal, it's essentially just
a one year deal. If he busts, they can get
(18:53):
out of it quickly after year one and not take
a tremendous hit on the cap.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
So credit to John Schneider. And if he's if he
booms and he.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
Pops, then you get a guy who could be a
Pro Bowl caliber quarterback for a ross stress for less price,
literally less than Northstrom Rack. You would get him for
(19:25):
a ross dress for last price. There you go are
TJ Max. That's that's below Nordstromrac below it. So that
I totally understand everybody's skepticism and their doubts. They you
should have those skepticism and doubts. You should because if
(19:46):
you don't, then you're going into this thing with blinders on.
But I think I think the thing why this is
going to work more than it's going to fail. And
I think there's a all right, what is that's my
percentage today on June third about Sam Darnold being a
boom over a bust sixty five percent. I think he
(20:09):
could be a boom thirty five percent. I think he
could be a bust. Those are subject to change on
a daily basis, but I think there's a sixty five
percent chance. Because he has a guy that he's familiar with,
that he worked with in San Francisco and Clint Kubiak,
He's got the system that's going to put him in
a position to succeed and not fail. I don't think
(20:31):
he's gonna be pressured the way that Gino Smith was
the last couple of years.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
And that wasn't Gino's faults. The fact that he had
an o line that.
Speaker 2 (20:38):
As someone said yesterday in the text line, couldn't block
you on Facebook or Twitter or Instagram. That's what he had.
We're hoping knock on studio desk. We're hoping that that's
not the case. Okay, we're hoping that's not the case.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
Now. Randy Johnson.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
Released a video yesterday after it was announced that the
Seattle Mariners will retire his number fifty one separate from
each hero who's going to be retired and justifiably so,
on August ninth, and then it'll be inducted into the
Hall of Fame before I believe, right before that. So
Randy Johnson came out and let's just say, well, he
(21:28):
gave an ode to Seattle.
Speaker 3 (21:31):
You know, I'm obviously proud that I had a significant
role in two different franchises, the Arizona Diamondbacks and the
Seattle Mariners, and a lot of people I think were
hurt and disappointed that when the time came in twenty fifteen,
(21:57):
then I picked the Arizona Diamondback to represent in the
Hall of Fame. But I had to think, with my
statistics in my head and emotions, I had to leave
out of the you know, the equation. Everything that I
did here in Arizona was just a little bit more
(22:18):
than what I had done in Seattle. But that's not
the takeaway what I did in Seattle. What I did
in Seattle was significant, you know, it really was, and
people need to understand that. You know, it wasn't an
easy decision, I suppose. You know, there's a lot to
be said that if I could have picked Seattle or
(22:41):
I could have picked Arizona up. But for everything that
I did in Seattle, I kind of did a little
bit more here in Arizona. You know, I I pitched
a no hitter, I pitched a perfect game here. I've
pitched in playoff games there. I helped the team win
the World Series. Here, I want to cy young there.
(23:03):
I won four here. To me, it was a difficult choice,
but it was the right choice because statistically I did more. Now,
if we could split.
Speaker 6 (23:14):
The hat on my plaque and put a little bit
of an AM in a little bit of an A, well,
I don't know if we could have done that, you know,
But I didn't ever try to disrespect the Seattle Mariners,
you know, And I think that's the one thing that's
always kind of bothered me.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
You know, they're.
Speaker 3 (23:36):
Thinking with their hearts, they're thinking with the memories of
what I did there, and to just disregard and forget
about the ten year contribution that I had there would
be you know, it happened for a while until now, essentially,
(23:57):
and you know, I'm sorry that maybe pasted ownership in
Seattle was thinking that same way. Well, if you're not
going to represent us in the Hall of Fame, then
I'm not going to retire your number. And I just
feel like, I don't know if that's the case. You know,
I'm done kind of thinking about that, But it always
(24:18):
bothered me when I left there, thinking about the things
that people were saying, and it's like, you know, every
fifth day, I gave everything.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
That I had.
Speaker 2 (24:30):
You know, hey, Randy, listen, I wasn't born and raised
a Mariners fan, and I don't know how the people feel.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
I implore you.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
You can leave a voice text on the new and
improved iHeartRadio app look for ninety three to three KJR
the microphone icon button, and you can tell us what
you think about it. I can understand with Mariner fans
being upset with him. First of all, here's here's one thing.
Here's let me just say this. This is this is
the thing that's the dumbest thing in the world. Why
(25:01):
do you have to pick a freaking hat to go
into the Hall of Fame? Aren't you they inducting the
individual on what that particular player did over the totality
of their career. So why does baseball Because baseball's backwards,
but why does baseball make players choose a freaking hat?
Speaker 1 (25:25):
I think that's the stupid thing.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
Now, if I'm looking at this, like I said, I've
only been here four months. From objective perspective, he did
more with the Diamondbacks. He won a World Series with
the Diamondbacks. He won four Cy Youngs with the Diamondbacks.
And you know, but like he said, doesn't take away
anything from what he did here in Seattle. When he
(25:48):
got to Seattle, he wasn't a good pitcher. And ever
since June second, nineteen ninety when he threw the first
no hitter in franchise history in Seattle, his career took
off on a rocket ship and it never looked back
ever ever. So yeah, I I I'm Randy.
Speaker 1 (26:13):
You know the thing about that too. I can hear.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
How it conflicted he is in that that whole thing,
and I didn't even realize because I like, I like
to hear everything first on the air, like you. That's
the first time I heard that sound. I didn't want
to hear it before the shoke, so I wanted to
react organically and viscerally to it. Randy, listen, man, you
(26:38):
gave Seattle your heart, your blood, your sweat, your tears.
You don't you you don't need to apologize to anybody.
And I can understand people here being a little salty
and upset over it, But look at the great he
did here, right, look at that, Like Ken Griffy Jr.
You know, I mean, Ken Griffy Junior left, he wanted
(27:00):
to go to Cincinnati and played for the team where
his dad played for, the Reds, one of the teams
his dad played for, and he wanted to go back
home to Cincinnati. You don't think of King Griffy Junior
any less, do you? No, you don't. And the hat
thing in the Hall of Fame is so stupid. It's
the dumbest thing ever. Like, I mean, come on to
(27:21):
when guys go into the NFL Hall of Fame? Do
they go in with a helmet?
Speaker 5 (27:26):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (27:26):
Warren Sap, Well, I'm going to pick the Bucks over
the Raiders or Tom Brady, I'm gonna pick the Patriots
over the Bucks. No, you induct Tom Brady, You induct
Warren Sap, You induct you know, Cortes Kennedy, you you know,
you induct the player. You're not inducting the team that
the player suited up for. So that to me is
(27:49):
just stupid. Randy, thank you for everything you did for
the Mariners. That's the way I would look at it.
Thank you. And you could just hear how conflicted he
was on that. Wow, it really bothers him to this day.
So that's how much. You can tell he loves Seattle
and he still loves Seattle. But yeah, I don't have
any issue with that. If you do, then you got
(28:11):
to get over it eventually. There's too many things in
life to worry about. And Randy Johnson picking the Diamondbacks
over the Mares. The fact that the Baseball Hall of
Fame makes a player pick a hat is stupid.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
To begin with. It's so dumb. Oh lord, all right,
coming up next, hitting to all fields.
Speaker 2 (28:29):
We got a new media war going on. We got
a new one last week, last two weeks. Ryan Clark
versus RG three. That is a given way to Bill
Simmons versus Pablo Torre hitting to all fields MJ in
the midday Sports Radio ninety three to three KJR FM,
(28:51):
hitting to all fields where they take they take off
the gloves and they get going and everybody just kind
of gets into it.
Speaker 1 (29:05):
Media wars, it's.
Speaker 2 (29:06):
Uh yeah, yeah, that's what we live for here. Well,
Bill Simmons, who, by the way, is very tight with
Tom Brady and Bill Belichick because Bill Simmons was born
and raised in Boston and he has this dying, unconditional
love and affinity for the Red Sox Celtics, Patriots and Bruins. Well,
(29:30):
Bill Simmons did not take too kind to Pablo Torre's
investigative reporting on Bill Belichick and his the seventy three
year old Bill Belichick and his twenty four year old
girlfriend Jordan Hudson.
Speaker 7 (29:45):
Pablo Tory would have done a long podcast about Leo
farnsho are trying to practice with the team, and then
then immedia tore about it afterwards. I've never seen anybody
dye on the stupidor for a week and journalist for.
Speaker 1 (30:05):
What the sext dating your girl? Let me do. This
is about Jeffrey Lori though, you'd be like, we got
to get public, right, like why.
Speaker 6 (30:19):
Media?
Speaker 1 (30:20):
Everybody was talking two shows.
Speaker 2 (30:25):
So Pablo Tory responded back to Bill Simmons and he said,
dear at Bill Simmons on Twitter, this is where things
are handled now.
Speaker 1 (30:32):
This is why.
Speaker 2 (30:32):
One of the reasons that I love when Dave Chappelle
said during one of his epic concerts, Hey Dave, uh
they're they're they're dragging you on Twitter.
Speaker 1 (30:42):
He goes, I don't give he said, I d g
a f.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
Twitter isn't even a real place, Okay, So Pablo Tory responds,
dear at Bill Simmons, since you have such a strong
public opinion about my work, I happen to have a
few questions for you specifically, and you're afraid of And
he puts his own Twitter handle or show handle unless
(31:06):
you're afraid of. Pablo finds out and someone quote just
pretending to be a journalist. Of course, thanks Pablo. I
you know, I'm all for Pablotory doing whatever investigative journalism
he can do into North Carolina and Jordan Hudson and
(31:30):
finding as this seems to he wakes up every day.
Did you know kid that the there's a video out
there on social media of Bill Belichick on a ring
camera getting locked outside a door shirtless and he can't
get in the bell.
Speaker 1 (31:46):
Did you know how obsessed pabloatory is with this?
Speaker 2 (31:49):
He went, he went to that Airbnb in Cape Cod
or Nantucket and he did a tour of it. He's
that ubsessed with Bill Belichick. Now I'm here for it.
I'm here for all of it because I love it.
I want Pablo Tori to find out as much dirt
on Jordan Hudson, a twenty four year old gold digger
dating a seventy three year old man as possible, Pablo
(32:13):
wow O, man uh, I don't know, man, I like
just you do you?
Speaker 5 (32:20):
You do you?
Speaker 2 (32:21):
I'll do me. And but Bill Simmons is not a fan.
He just isn't all right. Coming up at the top
of this hour, Bob Nightingale from USA Today will join us,
and we will talk about the Mariners, how worried should
(32:42):
everybody be? And what's wrong with Jorge Polonka, what's wrong
with Andre's munyos, what's wrong with the bullpen really, and
we will obviously talk about the greatness that is cal Raleigh.
Speaker 1 (32:54):
And other things.
Speaker 2 (32:57):
And at the top of the twelve o'clock hour, we
will speak to former ESPN First Take panelist and current
Fox Sports radio host Rob Parker will join us at noon,
So Loaded Show Don't Go Anywhere on mj and the
