things I I could tell about Mike McDonald, which I
truly appreciate. He doesn't give you a coach speak. He
doesn't give you that bs you know thing that it's

where he's just like he's the starting quarterback. I mean,
there doesn't there's no competition here. It's Sam fricking Donald.
And if it wasn't, then John Schneider and Jody Allen
and the Alan Trust wouldn't have given him all that
money guaranteed. It better be Sam Donald. Because it's not,

Well, yeah, a lot of people are worried about the
whole locker room thing if you're ripping a guy, but.

If your player, if your player A is not not
performing at a love that he needs to and everyone
knows it. Yes, obviously you don't want to go out
there and throw them under the bus, but there's a
way to do it. And I think Mike McDonald goes
above and beyond on how to do things. And we
saw the retiree to night and he actually improved. He
had better as the season progressed. He started doing other
things than just tackling, which was one of my McDonald's

criticism towards him. So yeah, I would never think Mike
McDonald will be a coach to lie about something or
try to sugarcoat smaller string, not playing to his potential.
That's not something that I've seen from Mike McDonald in
the year that I've seen and watched the press conference
after losses, after wins, when players have struggled, all of that,

he's been adamant about this guy needs to do this
a little better. We need to recognize as coaches we
had to do a B and C. He's not shying
away from calling out people.

I listened to Jaron Reid, who was on the Ian
Ferness Show yesterday when the mayor was at the Virginia
may An Athletic Center, and I thought Ian asked a

performing at a love that he needs to and everyone

way to do it. And I think Mike McDonald goes

saw the retiree to night and he actually improved. He
had better as the season progressed. He started doing other
things than just tackling, which was one of my McDonald's

criticism towards him. So yeah, I would never think Mike
McDonald will be a coach to lie about something or
try to sugarcoat smaller string, not playing to his potential.
That's not something that I've seen from Mike McDonald in
the year that I've seen and watched the press conference
after losses, after wins, when players have struggled, all of that,

he's been adamant about this guy needs to do this
a little better. We need to recognize as coaches we
had to do a B and C. He's not shying
away from calling out people.
