Good Morning Drive with Christy Live on Demand six two
on Classic Hits one o three point seven. Good morning,
how are you doing. It's Wednesday, one more day to
Halloween Day. Thank you producer Karina for being here. Thank
you for listening this morning.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
We need to talk, okay about first of all, oh, okay,
don't take us the wrong way. Those three things when
you hear them at the start of a conversation, yeah,
you know it's not going to be a great conversation.
Speaker 4 (00:33):
Oh yeah, definitely.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
We were doing the Great Debate on Monday and people
were getting heated when we were talking about Chrissy Hine
from The Pretenders kicking fans out of the front row.
And it was so funny because the way people started
their conversation, you already knew they were about to go off.
Speaker 4 (00:52):
First, I think that's rude of it.
Speaker 5 (00:54):
First of all. First of all, I think that's rude.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
And then it just kept going on and AUTO ought
to have more examples, But I just wanted to ask you,
what is a phrase that if someone starts the conversation
off with it, you know this is not gonna be great.
I already I think the number one has to be
we need to talk? Why? Why do we need to
Why does somebody have to say that.
Speaker 4 (01:19):
We need to talk?
Speaker 6 (01:20):
And it was Jeff from Florida that said, what you're
not gonna do?
Speaker 5 (01:24):
Remember?
Speaker 4 (01:25):
He was like, what you're not gonna do?
Speaker 6 (01:27):
I think a conversation that starts like that, you're like,
uh oh, here we go.
Speaker 5 (01:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
Do you have any other examples that you can think of?
Speaker 6 (01:35):
With all due respect, I need to tell you something,
but with all due respect, just those words.
Speaker 5 (01:42):
Mean I'm not about to respect. You're about to come
out of my mouth.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
You gonna hear this, You're gonna feel this, okay, with
all due respect, and you no matter how you say that,
you can say it kindly, you can say it, you know,
not so kindly.
Speaker 5 (01:56):
We know what's coming next. You're about to get rid
for filth.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
That basically means I'm going to talk about you and
Rupe Paul's drag race speak.
Speaker 5 (02:06):
Thank you very much. If you have one you want
to add to the list.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
One eight six, six, nine hundred and one three seven,
tap the red microphone on our free iHeartRadio app and
join the fun this morning. If a conversation starts off
with this particular phrase, fill in the blank.
Speaker 5 (02:23):
You know it's not going to be a great one.
Want to hear what you have to say.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
Next, Christy Live.
Speaker 5 (02:28):
It's six point.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Thirty nine on Classic Hits one oh three point seven.
Speaker 5 (02:32):
We need to talk.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
You know, if somebody comes at you and starts the
conversation with those words, this is not a conversation that you're.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
Gonna be happy about. Em man.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
It is Classic Hits one o three point seven. My
name's Christy. We were talking about it because the other day,
during our great debate do it every Monday, Wednesday and Friday,
people were starting the conversation with all kinds of things
like I wish somebody would. You know, somebody starts the
conversation with I wish somebody would. It's not about to
(03:05):
be something pleasant that you're gonna have to endure. So
one eight sixty six nine hundred one three seven. If
someone starts a conversation with what phrase, does that signal
it's not gonna be great?
Speaker 7 (03:18):
Christy Karina, no offense or anything. I have friends that
use this all the time, and it's so annoying. You're
pretty much going to offend me. No offense or anything.
I can't stand it. Anyways, have a great day girls.
This is Katie from Dublin.
Speaker 2 (03:33):
Thank you Katie for checking in from Dublin. And yeah,
someone starts no offense or anything.
Speaker 4 (03:38):
You know you're about to offend me.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
Just because you prequalify the statement doesn't make it okay.
Speaker 5 (03:43):
Got another talk back from our app.
Speaker 2 (03:45):
Just hit that red microphone on our free iHeartRadio app
and you can jump in and join the fun.
Speaker 4 (03:51):
Yo.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
Good morning Christy Love Karina V. Well, if you're at work,
you hit a beginning line from a super viola says
can I show you in my office? That's not good,
not good at all. You might suppose to stay to
go into the office. Let's go streak to your locker,
get the stuff and go to your car.
Speaker 5 (04:08):
That is a good one. Can I see you in
my office? So it's never a good sign? Which one
do you have to add to the list?
Speaker 2 (04:15):
What's a phrase that if someone starts a conversation off
with it, you know this is not gonna be great?
What eight sixty six nine hundred and one three seven
or leave a talk back to join the funds.
Speaker 7 (04:27):
It's three point seven.
Speaker 2 (04:29):
It's time for the Crazy Trailer One Morning Drive with
Chrystie Live. If you're stuck in traffic right now, I
got you at seven twenty in just a few minutes,
eighty minutes of just commercial, free music. Gonna start it
(04:51):
with some Brian Adams. But first let's ride out. It
is time to hop aboard the crazy train and we
are headed to holand Staloa, Poland.
Speaker 5 (05:02):
So you know, all morning long, we've.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
Been talking about those phrases that start off a conversation.
Speaker 5 (05:08):
And you know it's not gonna be great.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Right When a conversation starts with we would like to
offer our deepest regret.
Speaker 5 (05:16):
It it usually means you messed up.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
And that's exactly what a funeral home is doing, offering
their deepest regret to a family who's loved one. They
were transporting when all of a sudden, the back door
of the hearse flew open and the body just came flying.
Speaker 4 (05:32):
Ooh, that is not good.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
You know what's worse than that they didn't realize that
the body had flown out the back of the hearse.
Speaker 5 (05:41):
You're lying, I am not lying.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
What happened was somebody who was driving down the street
all of a sudden a white sheet hit their windshield
and They were.
Speaker 5 (05:51):
Like, what's going on?
Speaker 2 (05:52):
So they stopped and as soon as the white sheet
rolled down their windshield, all they saw was body. Oh
they thought they had hit and killed the person, but nope,
it was just the Haiti's Funeral service slipping.
Speaker 5 (06:10):
On their transportation duties.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
That's exactly what happened, and they said in their statement,
we would like to offer our deepest regret. This does
not reflect our high standards. There was an unexpected technical
failure the electric tailgate lock, and that's why your loved
one went slipping and sliding down the.
Speaker 4 (06:29):
Road, not slipping and sliding down.
Speaker 2 (06:32):
Maybe I'm paraphramer. Maybe they didn't say that in the statement.
That's basically what happened.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
They gave them a discount or something.
Speaker 5 (06:41):
We'll offer you ten percent off. That is your daily
crazy news. You can ride the crazy train. Hopefully they're
not driving. Just kidding.
Speaker 8 (06:49):
Oh okay, sorry, I'm sorry.
Speaker 6 (07:12):
Party, Oh god, okay, I.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
Get it together. We gotta get it together.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Okay, we're about to start music. What's up?
Speaker 4 (07:29):
Brian Oh?
Speaker 5 (07:33):
Classic Kids one O three points.
Speaker 4 (07:35):
Morning Drive with Christie Live, Classic Kids one O three
point seven.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
It's time for the great Dear bab No kid, you
can't have any candy. You know, Halloween is tomorrow and
in two US cities, people are going to be hearing
that phrase every Monday.
Speaker 5 (07:58):
Wednesday, and Friday always.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
You know, politely discuss now, give you a really debate
a topic. And there are two cities in New Jersey
who have actually introduced age restrictions on trigger treating ahead
of Halloween.
Speaker 5 (08:14):
Okay, fun police.
Speaker 4 (08:15):
Okay, Christy, what is the what are the ages?
Speaker 2 (08:18):
No one over twelve years old can participate in trigger
treating unless you are a chaperone. And the chaperone can't
ask for the candy.
Speaker 5 (08:29):
They have to wait.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Ah uh, the kid has to ask for the candy.
That's so crazy to me at twelve years old. Yeah,
now come on now, why should there even be an
age restriction on trigger treating? Like it's fun? Why is
there an age limit on fun? There should be no
age limit on fun period.
Speaker 6 (08:48):
Well, when it comes to chick or treating, I say
a cutoff should be at least eighteen.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
No age limit on fun? Why are we trying to
put an age.
Speaker 5 (08:59):
Limit on fun? Christy?
Speaker 2 (09:01):
Is it?
Speaker 4 (09:02):
Christy?
Speaker 6 (09:02):
Is because you want to go trick or treating at
your age? But I think eighteen is a good age
to like.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
I have been trigger treating as an adult. I think
it is a good time.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
And I think if you want to give out candy,
why does it have to be just to kids? If
someone shows up at my door, I feel like the
only rule should be you have to be in a costume.
And if you're game to have some fun and dress
up in a costume and go knock on a stranger's door,
just because you're not twelve doesn't mean.
Speaker 5 (09:30):
You can't have candy. I feel really passionate about it.
Speaker 6 (09:32):
I know you do because you want to go trick
or treating tomorrow, but you're an adult. You can go
buy yourself a bag. Eighteen should be the cut off
or trick or treating.
Speaker 2 (09:40):
My opinion, I would have to take a second mortgage
out of my house if I wanted to buy a
Halloween jam because I don't know what I keep it
real can't know it.
Speaker 7 (09:50):
I know.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
That's a whole different topics the one we're talking about
for this morning's great debate. Should there be an a
limit for tricker treating? One eight sixty six nine hundred
one three seven. You can also tap the red microphone
if you happen to be listening on our free iHeartRadio app,
jump in join the fun and stop hating on it.
Speaker 5 (10:13):
Thank you very much.
Speaker 3 (10:15):
Back to the Great Debate, Classic Kids one oh three
point seven.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
Two cities in New Jersey band trigger treaters over the.
Speaker 5 (10:25):
Age of twelve?
Speaker 2 (10:26):
Do you think there should be an age limit on
trigger treating?
Speaker 5 (10:29):
Is the question for this morning's great Debate. Sarah and Alex,
thanks for calling. What's up?
Speaker 7 (10:34):
We're actually on our way dropping him off to school
and he heard your discussion to be.
Speaker 5 (10:39):
Well, thanks for colleague.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
What do you think I say it should be fifty three?
Speaker 6 (10:44):
I say no, I don't think online at any age
should just not trigger treat because people.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
Want to have a spatic amount of candy. If that's
the case, leave your lights off and just don't answer
it for trick or treaters one hundred percent.
Speaker 5 (10:57):
And Alex, what do you think?
Speaker 4 (10:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (11:00):
I think old people should stop getting candy for cuttle
their teeth.
Speaker 5 (11:07):
I can't right now. Alex, you are the best. What
are you going to be for Halloween? Ghost Chase from
like Scream? Is that ghost Face?
Speaker 2 (11:15):
Is that the character from Scream?
Speaker 4 (11:17):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (11:17):
Yeah, okay, So fifty three and under. Alex says you
could do it. His mom on the other hand, Hey,
I'm with you. Any age, if you dress up, you
deserve to trick or treat.
Speaker 5 (11:28):
What do you think?
Speaker 2 (11:29):
That is the question for this morning's Great Debate.
Speaker 5 (11:35):
Hold on, I'm gonna get it.
Speaker 2 (11:36):
Hold on, Great Debate, Good morning, Aaron.
Speaker 6 (11:42):
It's too old for trick or treating when you are
in high school, let's say ninth grade.
Speaker 5 (11:48):
I think that's probably the cutoff.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
No way, let me tell you I'm well passed in
ninth grade and I always trick or treating.
Speaker 5 (11:55):
So what do you think?
Speaker 2 (11:56):
One eight sixty six, nine hundred and one three seven
Tap the red myrophone on our free iHeartRadio app if
you want to.
Speaker 5 (12:02):
Jump in and join the fun.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Always love to hear your thoughts on your morning Drive
with Christy Live on Classic Hits, Come Back to the
Great Debate, Classic Hits one oh three point seven. Two
cities in New Jersey have banned trigger treaters over the
age of twelve because they hate fun. The question for
this morning's debate, should there be an age limit on

Speaker 6 (12:36):
You're like, Okay, I'm not going to go out.
Speaker 5 (12:38):
And do this fifteen?
Speaker 4 (12:40):
Are you serious?
Speaker 6 (12:41):
Come on now, No, Eve, When I say that's a
little bit young, I say it was eighteen.
Speaker 5 (12:45):
No, good morning, Joey.
Speaker 2 (12:47):
Should there be an age limit on trigger treating?
Speaker 5 (12:51):
Okay, that's the spirit. What do you think about adults
trigger treating?
Speaker 4 (12:54):
I'm in for that.
Speaker 5 (12:55):
Yes, I'm a big yes on that question.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
