Speaker 2 (00:38):
Thank you so much for sharing this story he saw
coming out of Florida.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
We got this message from Chris.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
It happened just to I think the other day in
Miami Beach, Florida. A guy was trying to maybe steal
a car or something like a corvette, and he got
stuck inside the corvette and the guy who was trying
to trying to steal the guy was right there right
now outside who's stealing him?

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Thank you Chris for sharing this crazy news and if
you did not see it, it is insane. A car
thief in Florida, he tried it. He tried to break
into a corvette steal the car, and unfortunately the car
locked him inside, alerted the owner, and the owner came
out like bruh, what are you doing.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
This is not your car. This is my car. Are
you trying to steal my car? What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (01:21):
You can't be doing that.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
No, you can't get out because the car. I love that,
he asked, But hey, can you just let me out
in the car?

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Like hell no, bruh.

Speaker 5 (01:30):
I didn't know that cars can lock you inside. I
think that's really clever. It is very clever. And yeah,
no that is not okay. That is not okay. That
is a great anti theft.

Speaker 2 (01:42):
Yeah, you know, this happened to me before I stopped
somebody trying to steal my old school. I have an
old school nineteen seventy four Dodge Dart and I came
home one night from DJing in Oakland in the fruit
Vale and these two dudes were trying to stop, like
steal my car. And I was like, excuse me, Yeah,
y'all just gonna do me.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
But didn't you Christy become like good friends with the yes.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
I said, uh uh, it's not working, and they're like, oh,
our bad.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
We thought it was abandon I'm like.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
It wasn't yours, ye, But since you're here, can you
go ahead and help me?

Speaker 3 (02:13):
Try? And go ahead and get this open and they did.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
They were like they felt bad about the situation and
they actually tried to help me get into the car
and do some things. They're like, we don't have the
right tool. You want us to come back. I'm like, nah, bro,
it's cool. Just leave and maybe don't steal any more cars.
How about that, Well, this guy is got locked in
the car. Now he's gonna be locked in jail.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
There it is. Don't don't crime does not?

Speaker 1 (02:36):
It?

Speaker 3 (02:36):
No, it does.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
That is your daily crazy news story and thank you
Chris for sending it in. If you see a crazy

are part of the show here on your morning Drive

at Classic Hits one o three seven dot com. Right
eighty minutes of NonStop music for your drive started with
Van Halen. It's gonna jump off next on Classic Kids
Corning Drive.

Speaker 1 (03:07):
With Christie Live, Classic Kids one oh three point seven.
It's time for the great Debate.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
I don't think you're ever wrong for trying to get
your money back and something's not right. Every Monday, Wednesday
and Friday always gotta discuss the hot topic in the
Great Debate, Producer Karina went and got breakfast yesterday from
this bagel shop in San Francisco, and when she brought
my bagel back, it was wrong. They put cream cheese
on it. I didn't asked for cream cheese. I just
wanted it and everything bagel with butter. So you got

(03:41):
the bagels around seven o'clock in the morning, yep, And
I said, after we get off work, I'm taking.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
It back, which I thought was so janky. That's not yankie.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
That was wrong.

Speaker 3 (03:51):
It was wrong.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
I wanted a different bagel, so took the bagel back
and the lady looked at me like I was crazy,
because you are. Anyways, she fixed my bagel though, and
I got the correct one. And now producer Krena has
been teasing me all morning long.

Speaker 5 (04:05):
I ordered the bagels early in the morning, so I
think it was wrong to like go and return it.
I think it was a little petty just give the
bagel to somebody else instead of taking it back, like
it's not that big of a deal.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
I don't understand what's wrong.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
With taking something back and getting what you asked for.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
But what do you think that is.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
This morning Great Debate one eight six six nine hundred
and one three seven. Tap the red microphone if you're
listening on our free iHeartRadio app and you can join
in and leave a talk back on this morning's Great Debate.
Love to hear your thoughts always. Next on Classic Kids
one o three point seven Back to.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
The Greek Debate Classic Kids one oh three point seven.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
Bagel Gate twenty twenty four. Good Morning every Monday, Wednesday
and Friday, always discuss the hot topic. And yesterday producer
Karina went and got bagels around seven o'clock in the
morning and mine was not right when she brought it
back to the station, so I waited until after we
were af of work and I returned it and she
thought that was petty. And I don't think there's anything

(05:12):
wrong with getting something correct, especially if it's food or
whatever it is that you ordered. But that is the
question for this morning's Great Debate. What do you think
got a talk back here from our Epp Christy, you are.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
Being super petty. Don't return a bagel hours later, just
give it to someone else.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
Come on I will note your vote, but you know,
I felt like it was the right thing to do.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Good morning, Bruce.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
What do you think if it was an item that
was like fifty sixty, seventy eighty dollars or more, I'd
say most definitely for.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
A three dollars bagel.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Okay, I gotta disagree with Christy and I usually don't
disagree with her.

Speaker 3 (05:50):
Right, Thank you, Bruce. I'm like it was only three bucks.

Speaker 5 (05:53):
Give it to somebody from our sister station, or put
it in compost.

Speaker 3 (05:58):
No, I wanted up bright f bagel. I had my
mouth fixed for it.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
And you know, if your mouth is fixed for something
and your order is not.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
Right and it's takeout and you don't realize.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
It until after the fact, you feel some kind of
way about it. So I had to take you back.
I had to.

Speaker 5 (06:13):
She waited ten hours to return this bagel.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
I understand the principle. It's one of those frustrating things,
but you just gotta deal with it.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
Okay, Thank you, Bruce.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
All right, talk to you to thank you, Bruce. Good morning, Cassie.
Where do you stand on this morning's great debate? Do
you think I was wrong for returning a bagel? Hours
after the fact, because it was wrong.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
Girl.

Speaker 6 (06:39):
Looking here, you my twin, because I don't care if
Karina say that it's petty for you to take that
bagel back, because let me tell you, the other day,
it was my daughter's birthday, and so I wanted a
strawberry shortcake. Uh huh, wi cream goes with strawberry shortcakes,
not even pays. And I saw her write it down.
So the next day we cut a piece of that cake.
Then it was buttercream in the next day, I took

(07:02):
that cake back. Thanks that fresh birthday cake. Because you're
supposed to be satisfied. I don't care how old that
bagel was.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
You take it back, and that's exactly what I did.
Thank you very much, Cassie. I will note that vote.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
What do you think please call it way in on
this morning's Great Debate.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
Is it wrong or petty to take something back even
if it was a three dollars bagel after the fact, or.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
Do you feel like I was justified?

Speaker 2 (07:32):
You can tap the red microphone on our free iHeartRadio app,
or pick up the phone and give me a call
here your thoughts.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Next back to.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
The Great Debate Classic Kids one oh three point seven.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
Is it wrong to return something if it's not right,
even if it's a three dollars bagel? Producer Coarina went
and got breakfast the other day yesterday, and mine wasn't right,
So I waited until after the show and then returned
it because.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
It wasn't right and I wanted what was right? Am
I wrong? You gotta talk back from our app.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
Okay, Christy, that is pathetic returning a bagel multiple hours later?

Speaker 3 (08:13):
Absolutely not. You only have within the hour to return it.
Give that bagel to someone else to enjoy. I gotta
be pathetic.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Day.

Speaker 3 (08:23):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
We were at work, so I couldn't like leave work
and go return it.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
I'm sorry, but you returned it like twenty hours later.
Shut up, Karna. Thank you for the talkback. I appreciate
you well. Note your vote. Good morning, Chris.

Speaker 2 (08:37):
You did the right thing.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
Return it.

Speaker 1 (08:39):
You paid for the product, but return it.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
Either get your money back or get the order right.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Say it again, Chris, Thank you very much. Note that vote. Okay,
got another talk back from our app.

Speaker 7 (08:50):
Good morning, Christian Krena. This is Keith and Valeo. Christy.
You are so right to do what you did.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
Hey, you paid for that.

Speaker 7 (08:56):
You want what you paid for. Too often mediocrit is accepted.
I love you, Karina, but you're wrong on that. The
lady should have said when you showed up, we apologize,
we're gonna make you a new bagel, and here's something
else in the house.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
So sorry that happened. Good customer service, just saying, just saying,
that's what I would do. Instead. She was like, I
need to call my manager. She was she was upset.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
I'm like, you gotta call your manager to return my
bagel because.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
You were wrong. Oh no, good morning.

Speaker 8 (09:23):
Jay, it's wrong.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
I'll take it back.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
Yeah, okay, see there you go.

Speaker 4 (09:27):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (09:28):
Yeah, you need to trading for something.

Speaker 4 (09:30):
It ain't done until you eat it.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
You know, everyone knows that feeling. Come on, appreciate the call, jail,
note your vote. Good morning D. What do you think
was I being paid for taking back the three dollars
bagel hours after the fact.

Speaker 6 (09:44):
If you paid for something, that's what you should get.

Speaker 5 (09:47):
Yeah, but Christy, you took the bagel back about ten
hours later.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
Yeah, but she.

Speaker 6 (09:50):
Didn't have an opportunity to go right back.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
You had to wait until she could. Thank you very much,
D preach Yeah, and I'm enjoying this bagel right now,
while producer Karina is laughing sitting over They're hungry.

Speaker 3 (10:03):
I appreciate you calling. I will note your vote and
call anytime.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
Girl.

Speaker 3 (10:07):
Take care. Gotta talk back from our free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 8 (10:11):
Good morning, ladies. This is Jeff from Florida. I had
to win on this one. Yeah, that was kind of
being real petty. I say, if it costs the morening
twenty dollars or something, yeah, I take it back. But
a bagel. I mean, I'm surprised they took it back.
I would say, once you walk out the door is yours.
Y'all have a nice.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
Day you too.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
Well.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Thank you to everybody who jumped in for this morning
great debate.

Speaker 3 (10:34):
Hold on there is okay. Did you add up all
those votes?

Speaker 2 (10:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (10:41):
I did. The majority of people started with you.

Speaker 5 (10:43):
Christy that said you did the right thing taking back
to bagel, even if it was an eternity leader.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
Don't talk to me like that just because it was
after the like something. Just like what he said about
his cheese plate, DC said about his cheese play Cassie said.

Speaker 3 (10:58):
About her cake.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
Important to get something right when you want it right,
and nothing wrong.

Speaker 3 (11:04):
With that.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
That's I'm just saying, Okay, thank you very much. I
got the music coming up in thirty seconds.

Okay, I'm gonna give you a category.

in that category in ten seconds for your chance to win.

Speaker 3 (11:38):
Okay, you got it.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
Clock starts when I say go, Paul, give me five
types of bagels go.

Speaker 8 (11:49):
Cream, jeans, ham and jeans spread.

Speaker 5 (12:00):
No, no, no, no no Paul dropping bagels.

Speaker 2 (12:07):

really I was just thinking, like Plaine, sesame seed everything,
blueberry onion.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
Oh man, I don't work out one of the work
at a bagel.
