So you know, yeah, all right?

Speaker 2 (00:59):
Well, like I said, twenty twenty six, I know sometimes
it's hard when the year starts. You still write twenty
twenty five for people who still like to use a
pen or actual paper.

Speaker 3 (01:08):
Are Christie like you that you use checks?

Speaker 2 (01:10):

This is a long standing tradition. They are celebrating one
hundred years.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
I remember going to see the Harlem Globe Trotters growing
up in Oakland after Poliseum. Yes, this was something my
mom used to take my brother and I to all
the time, and it was such a good time. You know.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
They didn't start in Harlem. They were founded in Chicago.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Really, yeah, the only reason they were called Harlem Globe
Trotters was because they wanted to highlight like black culture
and talent, not necessarily their hometown. But really they're the
Chicago I did not know that at all. I thought
they were from Harlem. No, and there's why, because they're no.
I'm just kidding, that's kidding.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
They're years old.

Speaker 2 (02:30):
You know who they always play? The Washington Generals. Why,
I don't know why. Oh, that's usually who they end
up playing. Okay, how many times do you think the
Washington Generals have beat the Harlem Globe Trotters. They are
celebrating one hundred years. Listening at eight to twenty you
can win free tickets.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
I'm gonna say, Christie about maybe thirty wins three no way,
three times dang yep, yep, yep. The last one was
a buzzer beater back in nineteen seventy one. So you
never know, twenty twenty six might be might be the
time for the Washington Generals to come up.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
So you'll find out.

Classic Kids, Three Points that Please. Crazy Train News new
with Christy Live in morning Drives.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Today, the Crazy Train's about to head out to Newburgh, Ohio.
But first eighty minutes of commercial free music just around
the corner here, So seven twenty listen for that all right. Today,
the Crazy Train is headed out to Newburgh, Ohio, where
police were chasing a stolen car. There was a high
speed chase and when they finally caught up to the car,
they realized that the driver was just eleven years old.

(03:56):
What the eleven year old driver was not by themselves.
They were actually with their two homies. Says, when you're eleven,
you know in a high speed chase you.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Need your friends.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
So an eight year old, a twelve year old and
an eleven year old led the police on a high
speed chase.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
The kids ran from the scene, but were quickly caught
by police.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
They told officers they learned how to steal cars by
watching YouTube videos.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
Well there you go, all these they're learning things.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
But no, Christy, we happen to play some basketball outside
or freezag girl eleven years old.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
That's scary though. That's grand theft auto.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
Okay, grand theft is what's going to happen. You can
go to jail.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
That's crazy. That is definitely crazy.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
They believe no one was hurt and they did actually
crash into a house and you're eleven on a high
speed chase. What did you think that was gonna happen?
The house only had minor damage, but the kids were
released to their parents. No word on what the parents did.
Could you imagine? Oh no, excuse me, mister Jones. You're

(05:05):
eleven year old, stolen car, crashed it into a house.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
And you had an eight year old and what's the
other one?

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Twelve year old? No, you gotta have the homies, just
saying okay, that is your daily crazy news ride the
crazy train. Hopefully it's not a stolen car.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Right early on? You know that's all right?

Speaker 1 (05:25):

Kids one O three point seven. And if your celebrity,
it's a little off putting when you beg people for money,
because we're looking at you like you're the one that's
supposed to be rich. Why are you asking us for handouts?
But Mickey Rourke, the actor who's known for quite a
few movies.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
Since Cities, like one of his big ones, he did
The Wrestler, which I think he was nominated for an
Oscar for that too.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
I guess that doesn't mean you get paid because Mickey
Rourke just started to go fund me because he is
sixty thousand dollars in debt due to back rent.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
That's crazy. Why don't you move out?

Speaker 2 (06:06):
Like after a certain point, don't you say to yourself,
maybe I should downsize, Maybe I can't afford this place
that I'm at. But no, Mickey Rourke has started to
gofund me and has actually raised quite a bit of
money so he can get out of this rent situation.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
He's asking for one hundred thousand dollars and so far
he's gotten close to sixty eight thousand dollars. Come on
now from fans helping him out with his rent money.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
That's a lot well.

Speaker 2 (06:33):
Since twenty twenty six seeds to be the year of
