Speaker 2 (01:15):
Yes, I would like to say that. No, it's a
big secret Crana. I went on an Olivia Cruz, which
is a cruise line for women. It's a lesbian cruise line.
And I DJed on the cruise ship and we went
to Italy, which was awesome. You know, I used to
live there when I was stationed in the Navy. And
we went to Croatia and if you don't know, Croatia
(01:37):
is a big place where they filmed a lot of
Game of Thrones. Really, so yeah, I've basically.
Speaker 3 (01:42):
Been to kings Landing.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Okay, it was amazing, pretty cool. Actually saw where Kalisi
kept her dragons. Okay, that was pretty awesome. I mean
they weren't there. It would look like old ruins. Really,
you know the magic Yeah, hot as hell? Oh, okay,
like hell. Like I saw Satan when I was walking
the wall at King's Land. I was like, brun, you

Speaker 2 (03:02):
I'm Christine.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
Producer Karina is here.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
Thank you once again to little Ricky all last week
for holding it down.
Speaker 3 (03:07):
While I was on vacation.
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Had a chance to go to Italy and Croatia with
Olivia Cruz Lines.
Speaker 3 (03:13):
It was amazing.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
They actually did a lot of filming for Game of
Thrones if you watch that show in Croatia, so it
was kind of cool. Had a chance to walk around
take a tour of kings Landing and I had on
the cutest green jumpsuit. Okay, I'm mentioning the green jumpsuit
because it's hard to find a jumpsuit for someone as
tall as I am. I'm five to ten but it
(03:36):
was long, okay, really long, maybe a little too long.
So I'm walking with my tour guide, go ahead, sorry,
and we are enjoying the sights of Croatia when all
of a sudden, I'm glad you care.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
He got broke.
Speaker 3 (04:01):
Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
Now I know why they say damn someone, hella scrubbed,
because when you fall the way I fell, you scrubbed.
I was walking with my tour guide and all I
could do was feel myself step on my pants leg
and gravity took over and I face planted right into
(04:29):
the sidewalk, ripped my pants and ripped my leg wide open.
It's still not healed.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (04:38):
Yeah, and completely jacked up your knees.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
It's on my knee caps.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
So it's like.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
The tour guide said, wow, you hopped up so fast.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
I was like, keep walking, keep walking. I face planted
in a way I had never face planted in my life.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
That's embarrassing.
Speaker 2 (04:54):
Yes, I'm fine. Thank you for asking Karina.
Speaker 3 (04:56):
You see how she just don't know.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
Don't put the bl I'm glad you're okay out in
the back, because I could imagine that right Green jumps
to and there she's on the floor. Yeah, it was
all bad.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
It happens.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Oh god, you're okay, shut up.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
I'm sorry. No, you're not.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
No, you're not.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
I'm not sorry at.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
All because you got a dog or something.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
Shit, dude, such a hater. I can't with you anyways.

I'm failing, falling.

courthouse where Tony Roe, a thirty year old drug dealer,
was in court for a previous crime.
Speaker 3 (06:36):
Okay, he was caught dealing drugs.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
He had one hundred and twenty four prior conviction and
he had to face the judge one more time. Maybe
if you're in court facing charges of drug dealing, you
shouldn't be dealing.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
Drugs in the court room.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
Ah No, he didn't. This is exactly what Tony Roe did.
Thirty year old drug dealer was caught in court passing
drugs to another defendant and in front of the dog God,
God doing this? Come on, I'm on, seriously, I guess
you know if you gotta do what you do. He
(07:17):
got caught selling cannabis and pills during his own court sentence,
and now he's facing more charges. Maybe he was like, Hey,
I'm about to go to jail anyways, might as well
get some money from my books. There you go, you
know hard out here? Tell me.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
Crime does not pay? No, it does not.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
My drugs do I Apparently? Anyha, Karina said that I
you gonna cancel somebody for trying to destroy your kid's future.

Speaker 1 (08:10):
Good Morning Drive with Christy Live on Classic Hits one
oh three point seven. It's time for the great Debate.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Well, it's so fun to be back baiting these hot
topics after being gone for a week. Thank you to
Little Ricky for holding it down while we were gone. Well,
I was gone. Producer Karina was just kind of hanging up.
Speaker 3 (08:32):
I was helping Little Ricky.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
Okay, welcome back, Christy, thank you very much. And we
came back and Danny needs some help this Monday morning.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
I always love it when you call in with a
great debate topic. So, yeah, what's up?
Speaker 5 (08:46):
Yeah, so very complicated situation. I was driving with my
buddy in his car. He was texting and driving. We
got into a pretty bad accident. I had to go
to the hospital to get I have to get some
other stuff and my hospital bills are astronomical and I
really might have to sue my friend just to get
(09:09):
some sort of coverage for these bills. And am I
a jerk for this.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
I mean, if it comes down to it, no, somebody's
got to pay the medical bills, right.
Speaker 5 (09:19):
Yeah, exactly, if you know, Like, I don't want to
throw them under the bus, but also I have I
have to figure out all these bills out and I
don't know what to do.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
M That is a good question.
Speaker 2 (09:28):
Will thank you so much for collin this morning. We
will put it out there and try and get you
some help. Okay, all right, thanks, Okay, So that's hard,
that's hard. That is a tough Yeah. Should Danny take
his homeboy to court for medical bills? That is the
question for this morning's great debate.
Speaker 3 (09:54):
Christy.
Speaker 2 (09:54):
I say no.
Speaker 4 (09:55):
I say, even though you got into an accident, yeah,
stuff went bad, but you're lucky to still be here,
and I would just let it go and just figure
out a way to.
Speaker 3 (10:04):
Pay your bill.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
You've never had to go to the hospital for anything major,
have you. No, you don't go thousands of dollars in
medical bills a couple of years ago when that stupid
person ran me over outside of the club, Like, those
medical bills were crazy, and thank goodness I had insurance
and they we were able to track down the person
(10:25):
who did it and their insurance paid those medical bills,
but having to be on the hook for that, especially
if you don't have insurance, those bills add up. You
don't necessarily have to take your friend to court, but
somebody's got to pay it, and it should not be you.
Speaker 4 (10:36):
So Christy, you're telling Danny that, yeah, you might want
to consider suing him.
Speaker 3 (10:40):
I mean, you gotta do what you gotta do.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
We're talking thousands of dollars.
Speaker 4 (10:43):
It's a lot of money.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
And if it's your real friend, they would understand, maybe
come up with the story together. So now way you
guys can kind of you know, I'm not saying you know,
but yeah.
Speaker 3 (10:53):
Yeah, one ain't nine hundred and one three seven.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
Tap the red microphone if you happen to be listening
on our free iHeartRadio app and you can join in
for this morning's Great debate. Is it okay to take
your friend to court over money? At the end of
the day, sound off hear from you.
Speaker 3 (11:12):
Next back to.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
The Great Debate Classic Kids one oh three point seven.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Danny called in this morning for the Great Debate onto
an accident while his friend was texting and driving, and
now he has a ton of medical bills and he's like, Ooh,
should I take my friend to court basically rat him out?
Or should I suck it up? Uh No, that's just
my opinion. But the great debate is about what you think, Marguerite,
thanks for calling what's up?
Speaker 6 (11:41):
If their friends friends should offer to pay for the injuries,
and then also the other guy that got hurt, he
should look into, you know, tell his buddy, hey, you
know what, what about your insurance? Won't it cover it?
That it doesn't work that way like friends, then move on,
you know, do what he has to do. Because he
(12:01):
obviously saw this guy kexting and stuff. He should have said, hey, dude,
don't be kexting and driving. I would have said that. Yeah,
it always boils down to what kind of friends you are.
Then if push comes to shove, then you know he
saw him doing this and doing that, then he has
to step up to the plate and kick him the cork.
Speaker 3 (12:18):
You know.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
I feel bad for him, but yeah, it's basically you
do the crime. Now you got to pay up. And
when it comes to medical bills, if that's your friend,
like you said, they should understand and want to help.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
Appreciate the call.
Speaker 2 (12:30):
Gloria, I will not your vote was sorry, Marguerite, I
will know your vote.
Speaker 3 (12:35):
Good morning, Shelly.
Speaker 2 (12:37):
What do you think?
Speaker 7 (12:38):
And I would say yes to it because I was
in a crack then a few years ago, and at
the time I was in at fault state and that
thing went on for three years and the other person
was at fault and it still went on that long.
I mean the way everything's set up now with the
insurance companies, like it's not even personal. It's just like
(12:59):
what you might have to do.
Speaker 4 (13:01):
Right.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
No one wants to take their friend to court, but
no one wants to also be stuck with hell of
medical bills.
Speaker 7 (13:06):
Yeah, it sucks, It really does. Like I don't envy
anyone who has to go through any of that.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
That part, Okay, I will note your vote, appreciate your call.
Thank you so much for joining the great debate. What
do you think?
Speaker 3 (13:26):
Is the question?
Speaker 2 (13:27):
Danny called. He was with his friend who was texting
and driving and they got an accident, and now he
has a ton of medical bills and he's like, is
it ron to take my boy to court over the
medical bills?
Speaker 3 (13:37):
Or should I just suck it up?
Speaker 2 (13:39):
Oh no, that's thousands of dollars.
Speaker 3 (13:41):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
One eight sixty six nine hundred one three seven, or
tap the red microphone if you want to jump in
and leave a talk back on our free iHeartRadio app
so you can join this morning's Great Debate. I always
love what you have to say hear from you.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
Next is back to the Great Debate Classic Kids. One
oh three point seven.
Speaker 2 (14:08):
Danny called in this morning his friend was texting and driving,
gotten an accident, and now Danny has a ton of
medical bills and he's wondering should I assue my friend
because he was the one who was at fault.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
Now I have all these medical bills.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
Karina's basically on Team Driver saying, you know what, Danny,
too bad, so sad for you, you should not take your
friend to court. Okay, the one time Karina in her
life wants to be nice. Whatever, Savannah, what do you think?
Speaker 8 (14:36):
I unfortunately went through a similar something where I actually
had a sue a friend. We've been in business, there
was an accident, there was insurance, There's all this kind
of stuff. And if you can, in any way, shape
or form, resolve this, get the medical bills covered. You
know that kind of thing that's like avoid it. Uh,
it's a dangerous. It's a dangerous road to go down.
(14:58):
Lawyers are expensive, the core proceedings are expensive. You're gonna
be eating up most of what you may or may
not get from your friends, you know, in legal bills,
and then you'll also be down a friend. You know
it was a mask.
Speaker 3 (15:12):
Okay, well, thank you so much for the call, Savannah.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Look someone on your team.
Speaker 3 (15:15):
Karina there, you got a talk.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
Back from our app. Hit that red microphone anytime on
our iHeartRadio app, you can always send one.
Speaker 9 (15:22):
Hey, chrisy, this is Michel. I just want to say,
if somebody gets into an accident, whether it's their friend
or somebody else, that person who is driving should have
insurance on their vehicle to cover any medical issues that
had come from the accident.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
That is true, Michel.
Speaker 2 (15:40):
And maybe that's not the case in this situation, and
that's why he has to take his friend to court.
We didn't get that deep into it, but that is true.
Check your policy and in California, let me tell you,
make sure call today. Okay, make sure you have uninsured
motorists protection because that for like a passenger then no,
that is for someone who hits you who does not
have car insurance and the way the people drive in
(16:02):
the Bay Area. You need it, and that's what really
helped me when the person drove over my leg a
couple of years ago. I had uninsured motorists, which basically,
you know, if someone doesn't have insurance or whatever, that's
going to cover you regardless of what they have. So
make sure you got it today. This is a sign.
I'm just giving you the heads up.
Speaker 8 (16:21):
Steve.
Speaker 2 (16:22):
Thank you so much for checking in for this morning's
great debate. You think Danny should sue his friend?
Speaker 3 (16:31):
What's up?
Speaker 2 (16:32):
Yeah?
Speaker 10 (16:32):
If he has to, I guess so it's going to
be that much money. You know, it's not his fault
that the accident happened, so I don't think he should
have to pay anything. Its fault of the drivers. He
should be responsible for any damage, included even this passenger.
If he doesn't have insurance, well he caused the accident,
so I can't put the blame on anybody else.
Speaker 3 (16:51):
Nope, cannot.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
Thank you so much, appreciate the call. Got time for
one more, James, what's up?
Speaker 5 (16:56):
What do you think it was even a question about
this man breaking the line? Hell? Yeah, I get your money.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
Okay, thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (17:05):
I appreciate you jumping in and thank you everyone for
calling for this morning's great debate.
Speaker 4 (17:15):
Pretty much everyone almost said, go get your money, show
me the money. Yeah, if you got to sue your friend,
you gotta sue your friend. But those bills need.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
To be paid.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
Yeah, and hopefully your friend has insurance. And what is
everybody going to do today?
Speaker 4 (17:27):
Get uninsured motorists protection protection because like a good neighbor, Christy.
Speaker 2 (17:33):
Is there, Boom?
Speaker 3 (17:36):
You don't know?
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Now?
Speaker 2 (17:37):
You know? All right?
Speaker 1 (17:38):
Classic Kids three points, Crazy Crazy with Christy Live in
morning time.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
Good to be back riding the crazy train again. Today
the crazy train is heading out to Dublin. Iren, We're
going to the courthouse where Tony Rowe, a thirty year
old drug dealer, was in court.
Speaker 3 (18:06):
He was caught dealing drugs.
Speaker 2 (18:08):
He had one hundred and twenty four prior conviction and
he had to face the judge one more time.
Speaker 3 (18:15):
Maybe if you're.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
In court facing charges of drug dealing, you shouldn't be
dealing drugs in the court room. Ha, No, he didn't.
This is exactly what Tony Roe did. The thirty year
old drug dealer was caught in court passing drugs to
another defendant in.
Speaker 3 (18:35):
Front of the Dug God doing this.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
Come on, seriously, he got caught selling cannabis and pills
during his own court sentence. Now he's facing more charges.
Maybe he was like, Hey, I'm about to go to
jail anyways, might as well get some money from my books.
Speaker 3 (18:51):
There you go, you know hard out here. To me,
crime does not pay, No, it does not, apparently any
Karina said that.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
So you gonna cancel somebody for trying to destroy your
kid's futures.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
That would be Karina Velaska. Lizzy.
Speaker 2 (19:13):
