series American Primeval. Since the nineteen eighties, westerns have become
more quote unquote realistic, but few movies or series have
offered a view of the Wild West that is this violent, muddy,
and dangerous. The year is eighteen fifty seven, amidst a
conflict that has often overlooked due to the Civil War.
A dramatic, rugged battle with groups such as the Mormon Militia,

the United States Army, gangsters, outlaws, numerous Native American tribes,
and courageous pioneers, with much of the plot lines involving
the lives of three women going up against the brutality
of the American West during that era.
