though, I mean I was pleased. We have plenty of work on

what we've got to get. We'vegot to get better on the basis our
pictures through our pictures through good whenthey needed to. I think I think
we threw ourselves into trouble a fewtimes, a few too many free bases,
and then offensively just got to havea better approach. You know,
you could tell there was a lotof nerves on both sides last night.
They look nervous, you know,everybody a little tense, our guys.

I think we tried to do alittle too much at time, but I
think we settled in as the gamewent on, you know, but definitely
definitely able to take some notes andyou know, see what we need to

biggest thing we struggled with yesterday wasapproach. Again, their picture was a
little wild, and I think wekind of got ourselves in. I think
we got a little too antsy.We thought we could have been a little
more patient. But like Jack Jacksonkill priest led the way for us.

I know, he had two hitsand then as you mentioned, each of
the others had some had a coupleof big hits, and in some of
those were timely hits, you know, were guys in scoring position. So
we got the hits when we neededthe hits, which was, you know,
good to see. We've been preachingwe get guys on second and third,
we gotta we gotta find a wayto get those guys in somehow,
some way. And you know,we were able to come through and extend

that lead. I think three orfour ones in that one end. So
you know, I was pleased.But again, I'm ready to get back
to work, and we got anothertest tonight. We we don't have time

Landon Rudd that was his first bigvarsity out, and I thought he threw

really well, striking out seven guys. He made some really big pitches.
I think he pitched out of abasis loaded jam at one point striking out,
striking out a guy and then anotheranother in and had guys in sports
position a big strike out and getout of the end. And so I
was really really proud of him.And you know, David c I talked
taught with him last night. He'sone of our top guys. And through

through the preseason this year, Idon't know if he I don't know if
he walked one in one person inthree to three outings. You know,
so he struggled with command a littlebit last night. He's I don't know
what it was. Everybody has abad one first game. That's it.
We went ahead and got it outof the way. But again, the
teaching out of trouble, you know, being able to being able to make
the big pitches when you have todo that. That was good to see,
