Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Petty Is Podcast. All right, welcome back to another
episode of Petty Ish. I'm hate I'm Kayla. Why can't
I hear Jordan's sorry one more time? Jordan Jordan, Welcome
back to Petty i Ish episode. I love it the season.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
It's like flying by, I know, and we took.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Some weeks off we didn't, but I'm glad Jordan that
you have been joining us for a couple of episodes
and like, I don't know, just having another voice sometimes
just as at so much light?
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Can you keep us young?
Speaker 1 (00:35):
You do?
Speaker 2 (00:36):
You do?
Speaker 1 (00:37):
And the videos have been amazing. If you guys haven't
been seen the clips on our socials, make sure you
follow us. But yeah, you're killing a girl.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
Appreciate you.
Speaker 3 (00:44):
It's because I'm on a good team. Y'all are little.
I love talking to you guys. You you just you keep.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
Me in this insane business.
Speaker 4 (00:56):
No one ever about me keeping anybody sane. But I
respect that.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
I appreciate yo.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
Everybody was like your story about jumping through the window.
Speaker 2 (01:03):
So imagine made that a clip? Kayla?
Speaker 4 (01:05):
Wait and Jordan, you really put it together and like
we really posted that.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
I went crazy on TikTok. But the thing is a
lot of people were like, yeah, I've been there.
Speaker 5 (01:12):
I know.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
It's like, oh yeah, I want to be her friend.
Like because listen, Nick CAAs be pushing us to a
point and all you got, all you see is our reaction,
us jumping through windows, slashing tires. But what did they
do to get us it out point?
Speaker 2 (01:25):
He was cheating? Cheating, and I did.
Speaker 4 (01:28):
I did get a lot of support in TikTok comments,
which is unlike TikTok and myself, so I really appreciate that.
And one girl was like, why do I know this girl?
And it's like, no, we don't know each other's sys.
But I love that and I love you for watching
supporting the video. I didn't jump through any car windows
this week, but I did do something petty.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
Okay, So.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
An ex jawn of mine randomly texted me like, Hey,
I'm landing back in LA today. Can you pick me
u from the airport or you should pick me up
from the airport, not even asking, and I said, sure,
I'll pick you up from the airport. The second I
get the flowers that I was promised the birthday dinner
I was promised, and the guest that you were supposed
to get on my show that you never came through
(02:08):
with you. Just wait for it, Betty, serious, Let me
be happy in my relationship. You ain't never asked me
to pick you u from the airport. I never knew
when you were in and out of town. These men
do not want you to be happy.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
In this world.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
I mean yea, as soon as they see that you're
happy in a relationship, so as when you don't want
them anymore, that's when they like pick up the pace
and start like pursuing you more, which is absolutely backwards.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Yeah, it's disrespectful.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
That is a very petty response. I love that fluky
girl show prep.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
I guess the only petty thing. I just had a
crazy week. I don't had time to do anything petty.
I stole someone's reformer at pilates. This so basically our
pilates like parking lot. This girl cut me off for
a parking space, so I was like, okay, cool walking
to pilates. Saw that she was also taking the same
classes me. She I guess she was trying to get
(02:59):
a certain reformer up and close to like our teacher,
and I saw her like about to set her stuff
down there but I made sure I swooped in and
got it before her and put my leg put my
phone down in my fails, Like you stole my you
saw my pract class, I'm gon steal your reformer real quick.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
I only took pilates once.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
I literally thought I saw Jesus because I passed away?
Speaker 2 (03:20):
What the hell is a reformer.
Speaker 5 (03:23):
That?
Speaker 1 (03:23):
If you take pilates you should know.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
Say the name of the things where I stood on?
Speaker 1 (03:28):
Okay, so no, you took malate?
Speaker 2 (03:31):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (03:32):
So like reformer plates? Is that machine? Have you ever
seen the machine?
Speaker 3 (03:35):
The one that it looks back and forth.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yeah, it's like a big contraption with like different weights
and different levels and you can do all sorts of
types of exercises. And yes, I when you passed away
on the matt Mattie, I want to try that.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
Like, how was that experience?
Speaker 1 (03:50):
That's the way easier than the reformer is reformer heated?
Speaker 4 (03:54):
No, I think the heat is what took me out,
because the room was like I literally thought it was
going to pass away. I was like sweating more than
I've ever sweated a person. Two people down for me
and got me a towel because I'm like I think
she sees me, thank you even ask I guess I'm
not killing it like I thought I was.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
Oh my gosh, we all need to take a polite class.
Trust me, it's it is very hard. You do feel
like you're gonna pass away the first few times, but
once you get the hang of it, and I mean
it has clearly transformed my body, we need.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
To blog it. No, I'm down. I'm down for the calls.
Speaker 6 (04:29):
All right, let's do it soon, very soon. Jordan Patty. Yes,
it's all my brother. I hope you're watching this, sir.
But basically, he took my salsa that I've been you know,
holding off that I got it from Trader Joe's. And
it's the green sauce if you know what I'm talking about.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
Yes, So yeah, it's.
Speaker 6 (04:48):
Been in the fridge. I've been, you know, snacking on
it every so often. Noticed that it was literally empty.
So what I did was about another one, and I
put hot sauce in there, like extra hot sauce.
Speaker 2 (05:00):
He stills it this time.
Speaker 3 (05:03):
I'm waiting for his call.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
So he'll be eating chips with hot sauce. Yuk. But
like the buffalo cu.
Speaker 6 (05:09):
Yeah, No, like I put Tabasco in there, and I
just put so much and I'm really excited for a reaction.
Speaker 2 (05:16):
You've come a long way from watching Battie impressive.
Speaker 5 (05:19):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
I don't think that's a good thing. I think we're
rubbing off with her.
Speaker 3 (05:23):
I don't love that. And it's on family.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
Sorry, I love that.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
Petty things our listeners have done. And someone said, saw
my saw my ex's new girlfriend. Saw my ex's new
girlfriend was on my TikTok, so I made a video
just for her saying he still has my nudes in
his phone?
Speaker 4 (05:41):
Oh, First of all, ex girlfriends turn off the search feature. Okay.
Second of all, that is crazy still doing it? I mean,
what are your nudes still doing in my man's phone?
Speaker 1 (05:55):
Ouch yie.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
A guy I hooked up with blocked me and ghosted
me afterwards, so I had my friend call him and
pretend to be a cop. She told him that I
was missing and he was the last person in my
call log and now he's a suspect.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
So good, Oh my god, can you imagine the fear,
the fear? I know she didn't even have a good
pussy move JK.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
Sorry, because she's fine, I'm sure. Oh, my gosh, I'm busy, Kayla,
miss My Cyris, miss Jackson, Miss Jackson Jackson Wang.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
I'm not a K pop girlie, but he is very fabulous.
Speaker 3 (06:39):
He is.
Speaker 1 (06:40):
Yeah, I don't even This week was so insane because
one I did the earlier show, so my whole day
was just completely thrown off. I also was filling in
for EJ in like two other states, so my workload
was just piled one. Not to mention, I had I
think three interviews. Yeah, it was crazy. So Miley Cyrus,
I did not interview her. She was just in the
(07:00):
building and fabulous.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (07:02):
She only did Ryan Seacres L and K and I
think Jojo because she was on a time crunch and whatever.
So I was, I don't care. I don't need an interview.
I just want to be in her presence. I just
want to look at her. But I got the chance
to take a picture with her, so that was pretty cool.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
Does she smell good?
Speaker 1 (07:16):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (07:16):
She was.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
And the thing is like she's exactly how she is
on video on video, like super funny, making jokes with
her team, cracking jokes with us, like in the while
she was, you know, getting her portraits done. She's just
very down to earth. She seems very like Yeah, she
seemed like somebody that you would want to be friends with.
So that was pretty cool. That was like a highlight.
I've always wanted to meet Hannah Montana. Yeah, and then
(07:39):
I had an interview with Jackson Wang as well earlier
in the week. But then later in the week his
album came out, Magic Man two, and so he asked
us if he could debut it with us, like live
on the radio, and so me and Jojo teamed up
and we co hosted my show together and he came
in around eight thirty. We premiered his new song at nine,
and he was on the radio with a from like
(08:00):
eight thirty to like nine to fifteen, just talking about
this album, and we filmed some cute tiktoks together and
one of them went, now, I want to say viral,
But it went did pretty well.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
Yeah, loved it.
Speaker 1 (08:10):
Everyone loved it too. Because he's a he's a capa
well I wouldn't say K pop. He's not from Korea,
he's from China, and he's trying to break away from
that K pop or that mold.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
You know.
Speaker 1 (08:20):
He just wants to be known as like a global
pop artist, but anyway, Yeah, so it was a lot
of fun. He's really cool and we got to like
chop it up in the studio and just talk and
be on air together, and he's just like fun. So
that was a really cool experience because I've never debuted
somebody's album live like that on my show.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Cool. Yeah, really cool.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
Congratulations Milestone, thank you. So that was a lot of fun.
And the thing that was pretty much it. We were
supposed to interview Will I Am as well, because Will
I Am and Taboo came and it was supposed to
be met Gabby and Ruby, but logistically didn't work out.
They were very very late as well, so everybody was
like behind schedule, and so Gabby just ended up doing
(09:00):
it by herself and me and Ruby like sat this
one out, which was totally fine. But that was cool,
like everybody got to interview him and I've joined it.
Weren't you in the room too? With wait who did
you do it?
Speaker 6 (09:09):
Washout the cruise show and yeah, it was Well I
Am and Taboo. Yeah, such an honor to be in
their presence, like yeah, the Black Eyed Peas, Oh yeah,
I was shook the whole time. My cheeks were hurting
because of how I was like the entire time. Yeah,
it was so cool.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
And they were promoting their new song called East La
and I don't know if you have heard it yet,
but it's basically in response to the raids that have
been happening here in La, the immigration rate. So yeah,
which I think, and they have done like fight song
anthems before. Yeah, this is like up their alley. So
it was really nice that they created one for the
(09:45):
people of LA and what the people the immigrants are
going through right now. And so it was cool that
they were able to come up here and talk about
it and basically say this is wrong, this is what
this is wrong when this is how we feel about it,
and we stand behind the people of our community. So
I thought that was great that I Radio was able
to give them a platform to talk about it. Other
than that, I went on a date yesterday which was nice.
(10:06):
I went to Castaway.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
I love Castaway. I haven't been back on a very
long time.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
Yeah, I haven't been back. I haven't. That was my
first time going since like last October. But yeah, it
was so nice. I love how it overlooks alive Bourbank
and it was fun to get dressed up and nice.
It was a complete three sixty from my date last
weekend when with a different dude when I went.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
On a hike, so Kayla was fitted.
Speaker 1 (10:28):
Listen, I am down, but I don't know, this is
like a fun error, I guess, like of just going
on different dates and stuff. I do think I want
to kind of chill out for a little bit because
I've had a few unsuccessful ones, like like the hike
was crazy. This one was nice, I will say, But
I think I don't want to focus or put too
much of my pressure on like dating as I because
(10:50):
I remember, like going into this year, I wanted to.
I was like, I want to date, like I want
to create a roster. I want to like put myself
out there. And I did that for the first six
months and it hasn't been the the best because La
is ghetto and I just it's it's ghetto out here dating.
So I think for a little bit now I'm just
gonna chill out and just go back to focusing on
my career and if something comes along like this one
(11:11):
last that I went to yesterday, then cool. Yeah that's
about it for my week. It was really cool.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
Can we travel to the South together.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
They got better man down there. I heard, Yeah, they
treat you like a light all right, or even back
home in the East Coast, like what's up with La?
Speaker 2 (11:24):
La is different? La is different? My week is really good.
I got a new show. So now I'm working with TJ.
Speaker 4 (11:29):
Wade and Sibley's schools, Yeah, NFL champ and she's like
a TV journalist she worked for E News and a
presentator and it's a lot of sports focused, which you know,
all right, let's do it, let's learn sports. John Sally
just called me. He is my mentor, and he's like,
I need you to show up and do this. And
I showed up and did that, and it just welcome
(11:51):
me to this amazing opportunity.
Speaker 2 (11:52):
So I'm super excited to work with TJ and Sibley.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
They are amazing people and they have amazing talent, and
their show is really good. It's called tap In and
it's coming back very soon and we have amazing interviews
lined up, huge, huge, huge people.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
That I'm excited to work with.
Speaker 4 (12:08):
So that was an exciting week with a random phone
call that honestly, I didn't answer the first time John
called me because it was my Womanhood, and I just
finished Toy Story three and I was ugly crying when
the TV the toys were about to go into the fire.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
So I need to take like thirty minutes, like call
him back. I wasn't a meeting. He's like, no, you weren't.
I'm like, oh, yes, I was. But so that's really cool.
I'm really excited for that show.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
We did our first two episodes this week, so that
was a good time. And I will say again, I'm
very happy in this relationship. However, I did have a
little bit of an issue with my boyfriend just kind
of you know, saying things and then not doing them.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
And that's like a big pet peeve of mine.
Speaker 4 (12:48):
Nothing like too alarming, but just don't say you're going
to do something and not do it. I'll let it
slid like one time or two times. But now I
got an attitude and we have to.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
Have a conversation.
Speaker 4 (12:58):
So I did preface it like, hey, I'm from Jersey.
Sometimes my delivery is a little bit more harsh than
I intend for it to come off. But I am
pissed at you, and here's why I'm pissed at you.
And instead of making it and I was preparing myself
for the Oh, you know, you're you're dramatic, or you're
being a lot right now, or you know this just
isn't what you're making it seem. But instead I was
(13:18):
met with, you are a thousand percent right, like I
am in the wrong.
Speaker 2 (13:22):
I am so sorry. You do not deserve right now.
One window is flowers and one windows.
Speaker 4 (13:29):
One window is two windows on his computer, He's like,
one is flowers and one is plane tickets. I promise you,
I will make it up to you. I am so sorry,
and you do not deserve that. So the next day
I got a flower delivery to my to my house
and not only like with a sweet little message, and
then also it was sent to Kayla Simmons and I'm like,
who is that?
Speaker 1 (13:49):
Okay, last name, my last name.
Speaker 4 (13:52):
Shout shout sir, I shall And it's just so safe
and so comfortable and so nice. And I as I
get more comfortable and happy in this relationship, I do
feel like that saying where when God is blessing you,
the devil works extra hard is true because the temptations
coming through my phone dogs. I don't know if I
(14:12):
singled like too hard, but this is a transition and
I'm very happy in this relationship and you will not
catch me outside like the CEO and his wife.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
It's just not a thing. This is not a thing.
Speaker 1 (14:27):
God, wait, can we talk about that. Let's get into it,
please Jesus. I feel like that's the only thing that
has been talked about.
Speaker 2 (14:36):
I love it here. So if you live under a
rock and you haven't heard the CEO of Astronomer, was it?
Astronomer was at a cold Play concert.
Speaker 4 (14:45):
We don't know why with I think the head of
the HR department or someone who worked in the HR department.
And Coldplay does this thing at their show where they
have a kissing cam essentially and they go to different
couples in the crowd. And they went to this one
couple and their reaction was to hide and duck and
turn away from the camera ran.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
And then there was the other person next to them,
their friend, that was literally like open mouth duck face,
like deer in headlights type of face, I know everything face,
Oh my god, and I will I think if.
Speaker 2 (15:19):
They would have just kissed and kept it pushing.
Speaker 1 (15:21):
Like, nobody would have thought anything of it.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
Nobody would know who you are.
Speaker 4 (15:25):
This isn't now it's a complete phenomenon, like everybody is
reenacting this and I could just imagine cheating doing something
that I already feel guilty about, and now the whole
world knows and is making fun of me for it.
It's so so, so bad.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
So she's married to another.
Speaker 4 (15:43):
CEO because that girl won't keep hers a CEO now
and he is married to somebody with mad kids who
removed his last name from her Facebook page.
Speaker 2 (15:52):
She's not going to do okay as she should.
Speaker 6 (15:55):
Beautiful by the way, Yeah, she's beautiful.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (16:00):
So it's just yeah, it's it's absolutely taking over.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
I forgot where my mind was going. Oh and then no, yeah,
I forgot well either way, yeah, yeah, I got it.
So I heard that.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
Also, she's married to the CEO who she has been
married to that long apparently, and according to the ticker
Talker and the internets, she hasn't even been divorced from
her previous husband before she started dating the other CEO. Yeah,
and now she's with another CEO. She is ceo hopper
to judge a woman, because god, you got.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
To get your but but do it right, yeah one,
now do it the right way? Like I don't. I
don't have any sympathy for her. I don't have any
sympathy for a woman that is destroying another family's life.
Speaker 2 (16:43):
You know what I mean. I don't have somepathy both
of them. Both they're both yeah, both.
Speaker 1 (16:47):
They're both absolute trash. I feel for the husband, I
feel for the wife, I feel for the kids. Luckily
that I don't know if you guys have seen, but
the daughter of the CEO of Astronomer was able to
make light of the situation. She joined TikTok and has
been making all these videos of like, oh my dad,
when of your dad gets, you know, publicly out in
on national television like she's.
Speaker 4 (17:07):
Making Well, I don't know if that's because I've seen
a lot of pages like that when you're the kid,
Like I seen two little white boys make videos.
Speaker 1 (17:13):
I seen a girl like her last thing is actually
Byron and.
Speaker 4 (17:16):
I had just posted on her TikTok and make her
last name by room when she made the baby.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
But no, but her and her instagram is actually I
don't who knows, who knows?
Speaker 2 (17:22):
Might this daughter?
Speaker 1 (17:23):
I don't know, maybe maybe it might be a joke,
but either way, I just think this whole situation is
just absolutely insane. And it just proves that what's done
in the dark will always come to like, you know, like,
what are the odds that of all the people in
that stadium, they chose them to put the kiss cam on.
Speaker 3 (17:41):
Because they were looking there happiest.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
Yeah girl, why let come on. And the thing is,
Chris Martin warned them beforehand. We're like, Okay, this is
what we're gonna do. We're gonna put the camera on you,
you know, then highlight couples. So they were warned that
this could potentially happen. So then you have a nerve
to put out a statement and say, you know, this
was supposed to be your private moment, and I feel
(18:05):
like I was recorded without my consent. Well, one, you're
at a public place, at a public concert. There is
no such thing as you can't be filmed at this
type of event. Too. He warned you beforehand, we're doing
a kiss cam.
Speaker 4 (18:17):
Why would you look like a couple if a kiss
cam is going through the crowd. If a kiss cam
is going through the crowd and I'm having an affair,
I'm sitting my black ass down. This camera will not
catch me cuddling my you know, mistress or mister. But Yeah, no,
that was just really stupid.
Speaker 1 (18:33):
And more videos have come out that other people have
caught of them actually kissing from different angle, from different angles. Yeah,
so they're they're done for. They're done for.
Speaker 2 (18:42):
So he had to step down.
Speaker 4 (18:43):
He stepped down from his position at Astronomer, and because
you know, everybody's going to be talking about you, nobody's
going to be getting any work done. You lost all respect,
so there's there was no other option but to step down.
And not only did you lose your job, like, well,
if I was your wife, you will lose your family
and seventy five percent of your income because.
Speaker 1 (19:05):
Oh yeah, he's worth one point two billion dollars. Are
you kidding me? She's gonna take that and run. Okay.
I just want to be a fly on the wall
at that at that place of business. I want to
know what their group chats are looking like. I want
to like imagine the day after that thing broke, what
(19:25):
their group chat, their team's chats are looking like?
Speaker 2 (19:28):
Slack, Like, she's still there because I wish you would
pull me.
Speaker 1 (19:33):
Well, she she didn't step down, but they did put
her on leave, So I don't know what that means
is leave like fired.
Speaker 2 (19:38):
Well, I think it's like suspension.
Speaker 6 (19:39):
Maybe Okay, so it's like trying to process what they're
gonna do with her net.
Speaker 1 (19:44):
But there's no way you can keep ahead of HR.
You are supposed to be the example of ethics and
like integrity.
Speaker 3 (19:52):
We get training videos every three months for that stuff.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
Yes, you are the leader of it all, and you
the main one. And the crazy thing is she wasn't
she just she just got hired in November. That's great,
So that was like seven months ago. You're already fucking
the boss. You're already sleeping your way up to the top. Girl,
where are your morals?
Speaker 4 (20:11):
She ain't got none. He ain't got none either, And
I just like she has to lose her job. Cause again,
if I'm an employee and I get pulled into HR
for whatever the fuck reason, I'm gonna say this year
and pull up the picture the concert, because, bitch, get
on my face, we're not about to do this.
Speaker 6 (20:28):
Absolutely insane, absolutely Coldplant got two singles.
Speaker 4 (20:33):
I think people have no right being that fucking funny.
People have no right being that funny, Like, how dare
you they say Coldplane have a singling year?
Speaker 2 (20:41):
In years? Now? They walked away with two singles.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
Yes, but I will say this whole situation has like
united the country. This is Nicolandria honestly, like this whole
people can talk about, but like people are reenacting it
at other games. And the thing is automatically when you
see somebody on the jombo tron, like at the Philly right,
you see them doing that hide, you automatically know what
(21:03):
they're talking about. People have recreated it at radio stations
and posting on social media, like it's like the laugh
of the country. It's so funny, but ultimately, like some
families are you know, broken and sad, but I think
it ultimately is also funny.
Speaker 4 (21:15):
It definitely united US during some tumultuous times. And I
would be super duper duper like upset if that was
me and my most embarrassing, awful mistake that the world
is making fun of, Like you would have to watch
me call those people because I might am I hearing out,
But since I'm an outsider looking in, this is my
sense of joy, Like I am so happy right now,
(21:37):
so happy.
Speaker 1 (21:38):
Right It's funny and I love the thing pieces on TikTok.
I'm deep into it. People have gone into deep into
their history. The fact that people found them so quickly too,
is absolutely so funny. Like if you ever, if you
ever want to be found, if somebody to find somebody,
put it on TikTok, and they will find you so quick,
so quick, so quick. They I don't know if they
(22:00):
the girl that well. At first they were saying that
the other girl that was with them was also part
of the company. That's not true, real, so they no,
she's not a part of the company. So they thought
her name was Alison, who actually works at the company,
but it wasn't. So Astronomer put out the statement saying, hey, like,
you know, there was no other employees involved in this video,
so I guess it was just another friend who was
(22:22):
condoning the cheatation in fidelity Hella fucking mat seed. Okay,
So that was crazy, crazy crazy.
Speaker 4 (22:32):
You know, it's also a little bit messy. What what
happened at that La night club this week?
Speaker 2 (22:36):
Did you hear? Yes?
Speaker 1 (22:37):
And weren't you wait, Jordan, weren't you kind of near
it to?
Speaker 6 (22:39):
I was like fifteen minutes at another club that night,
same time.
Speaker 1 (22:43):
Too insane? So what happened basically.
Speaker 4 (22:46):
So from what I understand, there was a guy in
the club.
Speaker 2 (22:50):
He got kicked out of said club.
Speaker 4 (22:52):
I don't know if he was being too drunk or
too rowdy or whatever, but he got kicked out of
the club and then he came back. He was driving,
he lost consciousness and he ran into a crowd of people,
a crowd I think waiting for hot dogs where I.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
Would have been.
Speaker 4 (23:06):
Valet in their cars also could have been there, and
he hit at least thirty people.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
There are a few in critical condition.
Speaker 4 (23:12):
Nobody has passed away, but I think the people in
critical condition obviously are in critical condition, so they have
it a little bit bad right now. After he lost
consciousness and ran into the crowd. This is what makes
me feel like LA is not a real place, Like
are y'all serious?
Speaker 2 (23:25):
Like? So they dragged sir out of the.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
Car, beat his assoul.
Speaker 4 (23:32):
And then somebody shot him. Shot bang, bang shot that man.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
Is he dead?
Speaker 2 (23:41):
No? No, he's still alive.
Speaker 4 (23:42):
He might be want of the people in critical condition
for all I know, But they kept showing it on
the news, and like, I just I feel bad for
him because at the same time, like what if it
was a medical.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
Emergency and he seesed or something.
Speaker 4 (23:53):
But if he was drunk and did that on purpose
for getting kicked out of the club. I guess you
deserve what you got because it was thirty people that
you hit.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
Didn't do that. You should have just went home man
and called it a night.
Speaker 6 (24:02):
But that's why you don't want You don't drink and drive.
That true, you don't go to the club by yourself.
Speaker 1 (24:08):
Yeah, where were his friends?
Speaker 3 (24:09):
I highly doubt he had his friends with.
Speaker 1 (24:11):
Him, because like, if you're getting kicked out, where were
your friends to you know, help out take you home?
You know what I mean? Who lets you get behind
the wheel and do that?
Speaker 4 (24:20):
And I just I feel like just really awful, Like
that is such a bad night for that person, Like
why not just go home? If you're too drunk to
be in a club a club or supposed to be
trying to shake? Like what are you doing?
Speaker 2 (24:33):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (24:33):
And he probably thought it, like like a lot of
people thought that they could make it home.
Speaker 4 (24:37):
And I don't think he tried to go home personally,
I think he tried to.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
You think he on purpose, like I do, probably because
he was kicked out.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
He was mad, right right?
Speaker 4 (24:46):
Wowtimes when you're drunk and you're mad, bro, Like every
story you're telling yourself just makes sense, like I'm about
to fuck this shut up right now?
Speaker 1 (24:54):
Oh my, how do you guys know how old he is? No?
Speaker 6 (24:57):
He looked like he could have been like late yeah,
late twenty thirties.
Speaker 1 (25:01):
Okay, so just too old to be acting like a four.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
Way too old to be acting like a fool. But yeah,
his life is over. His life is over. His face
was all over the news. They kept flashing the image
if been getting punched in this shit, and his girl
was on the news NonStop like I'm trying to produce
a show and I'll keep looking distructor.
Speaker 1 (25:18):
Oh my, kept showing him getting knocked the fu in
the face. I there's one thing about that LA will
unite about. It is like something like that, okay, okay,
and to shoot him.
Speaker 4 (25:26):
Though, okay yo, I love the unification of Los Angeles,
but I do feel bad for that man.
Speaker 2 (25:32):
It kind of reminds me.
Speaker 4 (25:33):
And this kind of goes into my petty way, what
of the unification that happened in Harlem?
Speaker 2 (25:38):
So I don't know if y'all saw this with a.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
Lot of violence on pettig Yes today, So a woman
was in Harlem and I think she was driving around
for a long time trying to find a parking spot.
Speaker 2 (25:47):
She finally found a park.
Speaker 4 (25:48):
I think they had like cones or trash cans blocking
the spot, but she decided to take it anyway. And
then she got jumped by a man, a trans woman,
and her mother. There three people jumped her while calling
her racial slurs for taking this right. A twenty one
year old young lady got her asked beat by three people,
(26:09):
and it was like, what really bothered me was all
the bystanders just kind of like watching it.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
Happen and nobody was helping.
Speaker 4 (26:13):
Nobody intervened at all. So now one thing about black people.
Theyre going to unite and I don't care where. Nobody
says that house has been being protested outside people are
telling them to come outside.
Speaker 5 (26:25):
We are talking dorectly, dorectly, your power, who jumped one?
Speaker 2 (26:32):
What your own buy?
Speaker 1 (26:35):
We hear that, we hear that we here represent our people,
and we hear let who knows?
Speaker 5 (26:43):
And if you call a black person amy, we don't.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
We're your first.
Speaker 5 (26:54):
What we are not having, we are not heaving. I
don't care what neighborhood is, I don't care where you're from.
You will not attack a black coming.
Speaker 1 (27:07):
You will not allow bree.
Speaker 5 (27:09):
People to attack a black hummy. Oh, black people will
show up the same nineteen fifty. This is two thousand
and lovefucking twenty five, and you will not attack black
people and get away Wheney.
Speaker 2 (27:31):
That's on period, period.
Speaker 1 (27:33):
What are they gonna have? They came out when they
went on.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
Came out.
Speaker 4 (27:36):
They did some news interviews saying that they apologized I
don't believe in but they barely apologize it with like
rarely unaccountability. They were kind of saying that she started
the violence. She called them racial slower's. First, they just
defending themselves. Now they can't sleep. They're being taunted twenty
four seven.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
People outside that doors.
Speaker 4 (27:56):
But y'all didn't give a fuck when y'all were fighting
that young lady. And it was three of them, and
although one is a woman, you have the strength of
a man. So technically she got jumped by two strengths
of the man and one woman. And I'll be you
haven't been punched by your grown ass man? No, I
(28:17):
can't imagine. So they was like rocking her like just
the girl. Yeah, that's outside.
Speaker 2 (28:23):
What you're not gonna do. I'll be outside too, So
that's my petty of work.
Speaker 4 (28:30):
Is I love the I mean, I don't know IF's petty,
but thus I was protesting.
Speaker 3 (28:33):
What is up with people these days? I don't know,
man even times, Okay.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
Demon time, Nikmi and on Demon time, that's my petty award.
I mean, I feel like so many people, so many
people are beefing. This week it was like Drake versus
Alex Warren over the Billboard Hot one hundred chart thing.
I don't know if you saw that, but Nikki was
on one. Now, Nikki, I just can't wear her. I
feel like she is a legend and she's tarnishing it,
just like Kanye just by talking. She doesn't have to
(29:02):
defend her honor, her legacy, and her music defends it
for herself. But I think like she feels as though
she has been beaten down so much in the music
industry that she needs to demand her respect and she
really doesn't realize that she doesn't have to do that,
and now she just is like fighting everybody. So like
two weeks ago, it was jay Z, now it's Sizza.
So I guess basically she's been fighting with the president
(29:24):
of TDE. His name is Punch or something. Like that,
and basically I guess she was taking out her anger
on Sizza and decided to or Sizzo said something, tweeted
something about mercury retrograde, and Nikki thought it was about her,
and she just went on to her long rant just
talking about her, talking about how she has plastic surgery,
how she draws on her freckles, how she lies like
(29:45):
she was doing tweet after tweet. This thing was trending,
like all day long. She was just going, going, going, going,
are you.
Speaker 2 (29:50):
Going to have classic surgery? And comeing somebody, pleas.
Speaker 1 (29:52):
Girl, let's talk about it. If she wants to get
fake freckles, let her get fake freckles. And was the
last person to mess well Sizza. I don't know if
you guys ever met her or like talk to her,
like listen to an interview for her. She's the most
least confrontational person ever. She just likes to mind her business.
She doesn't like to be out in public. She's very shy,
she's very quiet. She does not get into any beef. Right,
(30:13):
So this was just so left field, But it's because
Nicki has an issue with her manager, and so what's
funny was everyone's like why did this start? And Sizza
came out with receipts and was like, you asked me
for two features and we said no, and that's why
you're really mad. So it was just a bunch of
clap bags, and like Nicki was being petty, Sizza was
(30:35):
being petty. But ultimately, man, I think Nicki needs to
get it because why are you talking about this girl's freckles?
Speaker 2 (30:41):
Yeah, in her plastic surgery, and it just it did
come out.
Speaker 4 (30:44):
I don't think that Sissa was talking about Nikki because
she always tweets about mercury retrograde.
Speaker 2 (30:48):
Literally, I always do. So it was super random.
Speaker 4 (30:51):
And I do agree with you that she's tarnishing her
her legacy unnecessarily because you are a legend.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
You don't have to compet with these people.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
But I want to give it to Wait, who is
yours going to the people that jumped or the people
outside of the house.
Speaker 4 (31:04):
The people outside of the house, which I love that
they're doing that. So I'm gonna give mine to Nikki.
Speaker 1 (31:07):
Wait, you're gonna give your to Nikki? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (31:09):
Because I justeel like, it's not petty, it's justice.
Speaker 1 (31:12):
I think it's patty. What do you think Okay, okay,
we'll give it to ni whatever.
Speaker 4 (31:29):
Ok Now, time a petty mail.
Speaker 2 (31:37):
Dear kay La, Quila and Jordan's Dear kay La, Kayla
and Jordan.
Speaker 4 (31:40):
I moved to l A eight months ago and I
still haven't found a good group of friends to hang
out with. I started dating this guy and we were
together for three months and he filled my loneliness. We
spent all the weekends together, we went camping, and everything
was so magical and I.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
Truly loved him.
Speaker 4 (31:56):
He broke up with me when I told him I
will wait for sex until we are serious.
Speaker 2 (32:02):
I'm a virgin. Wow.
Speaker 4 (32:04):
I feel like I was so in love with him
that I ignored all the red flags when I was
dating him, And now that I think about them, I
get so mad at myself at why why let this
happen to me? Now myself is seemed solo. I feel
so depressed.
Speaker 2 (32:16):
It says if the city just reminds me of him.
I don't know what to do.
Speaker 4 (32:19):
I am so hopeless, and I want to know if
all the guys on the apps are bad.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
I don't want to say that all guys on apps
are bad, and I feel like we all go through
this sort of thing. We all get ghosted by a
guy you think it's like the one, and it just
doesn't end up being the one, especially the one that
won sex. And when you say that you're not going
to give it out, it's like, oh, well, I can
go to the next girl that will. So for one,
I understand that you just moved here. I think you
should first dive into funding girlfriends. Start getting involved in
(32:49):
things that you like to do. Maybe if join a
run club or if you like dance classes, you know,
join that and so you can actually meet girlfriends. I
think involving yourself with a guy right off the bat
and have that be your only person probably is where
you went wrong. So that's what you should do next.
Don't even focus on dating. That's out the window right now.
You need to heal and find girlfriends that can fill
(33:11):
you up rather than looking for it in a guy.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
That part and touchdown chairs.
Speaker 4 (33:15):
If that guy walked away from you because you wouldn't
have sex with him, then all he thought of you
as was a vagina and he's not worth your time
or your energy, So touchdown cheer that you didn't have
that intimate experience with him, and you did stick to
yourself and choose yourself, and sometimes choosing yourself does hurt.
But I a thousand percent agree that girlfriends is the
medicine that heals all. There's event rights, there's meetups, there's
(33:36):
so many places to meet people in La and La
is an amazing city for that.
Speaker 2 (33:39):
So agreed, You'll be all right, girl?
Speaker 3 (33:41):
What Both of those answers are really amazing. I agree.
Speaker 6 (33:46):
I think girl, like what you said, run clubs. That's
how you'll meet your man to trust.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
Yeah, there's a lot of farm you don't have to run.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
You don't even have to run, and you just got
to be there.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
I'm thinking about joining one and I don't run.
Speaker 2 (33:59):
Look at them, which I got coming up this week.
Speaker 1 (34:02):
So this week is kind of back to normal. I'm
going back to my regular show, which will make things easier,
and I have a few interviews. I have Full Circle
Boys on Tuesday, and then I also have Conan Gray
on Wednesday, which is gonna be really really good. And
I think that's about it. I don't really got much
(34:24):
than that.
Speaker 2 (34:24):
That's huge, K, that's it.
Speaker 4 (34:27):
I think I'm flying to Arizona and gonna spend at
least two three days with my man. Me and my
man and work remotely and have so much need to
catch up time and some peace of mind and some
snuggles love.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
I'm excited for that.
Speaker 6 (34:41):
I'm gonna get active this week, going to try to
go hit the gym more than I have been the
past few weeks because it has been a crazy past
couple of weeks. And then I plan on trying hot plates,
hot mat plates okay, and.
Speaker 3 (34:57):
There's something else.
Speaker 6 (34:58):
Oh, I'm going to Second Chance for with my fum
Oh nice. I get to dress up and I'm really excited.
Speaker 2 (35:05):
Back a chance prom.
Speaker 1 (35:06):
Yeah, yeah, they do it every single year. Send us
to your outfit and your dress and everything. That's gonna
be really cute.
Speaker 6 (35:11):
And I'm getting my hair done this week, done kind
of the same thing, the Fulani braids, but it's a
little different.
Speaker 2 (35:17):
Is it for the prom?
Speaker 6 (35:19):
No, it's gonna be after prom. It's for my birthday
because my birthday is coming up next month.
Speaker 1 (35:25):
We gotta do something fun.
Speaker 3 (35:27):
I'm so with you.
