to affect. So yeah, my recovery is still happening. Like
I do physical therapy all the time, trying to take
up like things like stretching classes because my bones get
super like weak and tight, also my hamstrings, and but
I was able to do a lot. My first I

guess welcome back to work was Wango Tango, which was
last weekend.

That was hot day too. How are you on the beach?

It was hard?

Walking in the sand was hard, and the majority of
the time I feel like I sat down other than
when I had to do my stage announcements or do
red carpet. Yeah, but I was just happy to be there,
like that was my goal. I was like, I need
to be able to make it to Wayango.

And then right after that we went to DISNEYLANDU.

Disney's exhausted.

When you feel healthy, it's hard to walk when your
legs are fine.

How'd you do it?

I We were able to do our own thing, so
it wasn't like we were together really, Like only Thursday
was our content day where we had to go actually
like film video, and that only was like an hour
and a half. But Tuesday and Wednesday we really just
stayed at the resort, like walk downtown Disney. We weren't
really in Disneyland or DCA. We did DCA like just

for dinner. But there was a time where I was like, yeah,
I got to piece out, like my legs are feeling
a little weird, like I gotta go.

But yeah, the.

Majority of time we just hung out around the like
we hung out at the pool at the hotel, like
it was like a good relaxation time. And then we
recorded our shows from our hotel rooms. Like we bought
all of our gear and our microphones and this was
like broadcasting live from our hotel beds.

Like that's crazy perfect, that sounds like a perfect time.

It was cool.

So this woman that I used to work with for
Hometown Hustler when I was doing that you know segment
from R Secrets, I spotlighted her business when she had
like a mocktail business, and I got to know her
and do social media for her and content and she
also has lupus and so we bonded over that. So
we stayed in touch, like we you know, follow each
other on Instagram. And then when I was going through

everything last month or over the past month and a half,
randomly she messaged me and she was like, hey, Cayla,
I thought of you. I'm revamping my business and going
a different direction. I'm going the construction route and like
decorating and putting foliage in. So basically what she does
is she'll go to office buildings like this and put
plants along, you know, the offices. And it's like, I

don't know what that's called, like plant decorating. I don't know,
but that's what she's doing now. And she was like,
I thought about you. I would love to gift you
with some foliage and some some plants in your house
just because it's so healing.

And I was like.

Oh my gosh, Like I've always wanted to have some
plants some house, Like yeah, just something that's take care
of other than milo, but like, I don't know, I
just want some life in my house.

So she came over.

She brought like some fresh lavender, she brought stage and
then it's like rose type of plant, and gave me
some instructions on how to care for it and where
to put it? You know what sunlight, water, love, and
I don't know it's already dying. Well, well I don't understand.

I'm dead yet. It's just it can be healed.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
It's just I don't get it. I don't know plants.

I think so well, I want plants from my home
as well. I haven't gotten them yet, but their names
are Ricky and Lucy when I do get them. And
all I know is like apparently, when you do have
plants and you really do perfect that green thumb, it
does have healing properties. You talk to it, like breathe
life into it, and it'll do the same with you,
obviously not verbally. But I just I really don't have

Well, that's the thing she told me, Like the lavender
one needs to be away from hats because it can
harm them. So she said, why so I put it
on a shelf.

it needs sunlight.

to be inside not outside.

on your story asking for tips. I gave you none
because I don't have them. Did other people with the
actual green thumbs give you give you tips?

So I talked to some people. And there's actually a
plant app. It's called picture this, and you can take
a picture of the plant. It'll tell you what exactly
it is, how much you need to water it, when
you need to change the soil. It'll like you can
even set reminders of like how to care for it
and yeah, and then also like chatchebte Yeah easy, literally

take a picture, put it in there, it says, oh yeah.

dollars for a person that I was.

Like It's a great time. A lot of work opportunities
in Vegas. So I've been a little bit back and
forth there and falling in love with Vegas slowly but surely.
Had dinner at the strat the top of the world things.
It's like a restaurant on top of like a really
tall casino hotel, and the restaurant that kind of spins

and you can see all of Vegas landscape and it's
so pretty.

Get a little dizzy, So thank god I didn't drink
any wine at the dinner. Saw a bunch of shows,
met a wonderful person.

So I was walking around in Disneyland on a random Thursday.
It was like one o'clock, and I have my phone
in my hand, along with a lot of other things.

We're talking, we're key king. I'm not paying attention to
the fact that my phone is unlocked. I looked down
all of a sudden, and it's dialing his number, and

it's like it's like and I'm looking at the number.
At first, I'm like, oh, is this telemarketer? And then
I'm like reading the number and I was like, I
know that number. What is happening? And then it said
two seconds on the phone or whatever. So but then
I heard the like a woman's voice. So he sent
me to voicemail. But in my mind, I'm like, wait
did he call me?

Like wait, well, held it could have rang and went
to voicemail, because like when it's always only starts counting
after the pickups, you don't know if it was ringing
the entire time, and then.
Speaker 4 (10:55):
Just went to voicemail.

because it was an accident, but.

it was like the trippiest thing. And I'm like, yo, fuck,
he like thinks that I want to get in contact

go and look at my page. I just went on

When I went to Vegas, I had to catch a
lot of ubers because I didn't rent a car because

pretty much picked me up. We had great conversation though,
but she took just awful ways, like added so much
time to the trip that didn't even need to be added.

Really sweet woman, but picked me up at the wrong location.

I had to walk like two blocks to get to her,
and then dropped me off at the wrong location. So
although we had good conversation and connected, I still gave

clean house. And you didn't respond because they were getting

I also had a housekeeper come. She was supposed to
be doing a deep clean, and she was so sweet,
she was so nice, but she did terrible Like why

didn't clean the doors, Like I'm seeing all these things
that she missed, like she didn't even do this, this,
this and this, and I'm like, yo, I can't, I

So basically with Megan the Stallion and the Tory lane situation,
the bodyguard for Megan the Stallion came out and is
now saying he allegedly overheard Kelsey admit that she was
the one that shot Megan as he was driving her

trial she said, yeah, I was the one that shot

Megan three times and Tory grabbed my arm and uh yeah,
or try to slap the gun out of her hand.
So also, Tory Lanz was recently stabbed in prison too.
He got like stabbed fourteen times and then that was
a thing, which is crazy.

So yeah, for me, I thought we already knew this.

I thought it was already established and everybody was already
like saying this too, like we knew that it wasn't

trial who said that two women were arguing and wrestling
and then then the gunshot went off, like that we
already established that. But he's not in jail for shooting

Meghan the Stallion. He's in jail for violating his promotion
and having a gun possession a gun. He's not at
all in there for actually shooting her. But yeah, so

full immunity so that if anything else came out, she

say he's been going two and a half years.

I said, I want to be a part of that plan.

He said, it's honestly a bunch of suppressed evidence that
was kept away from me during trial. I said, Whack
told me that, but didn't say what he said. Like
through trial, they keep saying I was it was inconclusive
on the gun DNA, but I always knew I never
touched the gun. So I asked my lawyer to retest it,
and sure enough I was one hundred and two percent
excluded completely from everything.

I said, well, why didn't you just say who did it?

Doing time for something you ain't do? He said, I
took the rap for Kelsey. Never wanted her to go

or anything, so in me stopping her from getting shot,
I got the raw deal. Crazy how life works. And
to think they made me the poster boy for the
unprotection of black women when in all honestly I protected
two black women, one from getting shot and one from

going to jail. Never said nothing in eight to ten
years for them to live. It's a crazy, crazy place
we live in. I said, but why you ain't just
say that, nigga? When I got shot, I told and
he said, I lost my mother at eleven years old.
I couldn't sleep with myself. I was the reason for
taking a mother away from her kid. I just couldn't do.

their difference opinion. Also, the thing that confuses me is
like if you don't and why I'm so confused. If
you didn't shoot Meghan, then why did you say on

the the court transcripts, like Kelsey had that gun, she

She was the one that went back there and got

something's not right.

judge every single person quite harsh it. That's like, she's
not a victim, she didn't leave. When these people are

damn thing. So who are you to judge this woman

pretty much about the case. Cassie has been testifying for
the past I think three days. They wanted to get

think mentally, was that the case abusive? It's unacceptable, especially

to the mother of your child. What are you teaching

this state. And did this abuse happen in front of

her house, took a picture of her empty bed and

So if he gets the final restraining order against him, guilty, guilty, she.

I do physical therapy all the time, trying to take

and a half. But Tuesday and Wednesday we really just

really in Disneyland or DCA. We did DCA like just

for dinner. But there was a time where I was like, yeah,
I got to piece out, like my legs are feeling
a little weird, like I gotta go.

Majority of time we just hung out around the like

it was like a good relaxation time. And then we

from R Secrets, I spotlighted her business when she had
like a mocktail business, and I got to know her
and do social media for her and content and she
also has lupus and so we bonded over that. So
we stayed in touch, like we you know, follow each
other on Instagram. And then when I was going through

everything last month or over the past month and a half,
randomly she messaged me and she was like, hey, Cayla,
I thought of you. I'm revamping my business and going
a different direction. I'm going the construction route and like
decorating and putting foliage in. So basically what she does
is she'll go to office buildings like this and put
plants along, you know, the offices. And it's like, I

don't know what that's called, like plant decorating. I don't know,
but that's what she's doing now. And she was like,
I thought about you. I would love to gift you
with some foliage and some some plants in your house
just because it's so healing.

Oh my gosh, Like I've always wanted to have some
plants some house, Like yeah, just something that's take care
of other than milo, but like, I don't know, I
just want some life in my house.

She brought like some fresh lavender, she brought stage and
then it's like rose type of plant, and gave me
some instructions on how to care for it and where
to put it? You know what sunlight, water, love, and

Yeah, I've become like a Twitch watcher recently, so I've
been watching like a lot of Kai Sanat and like

watching Kai and his friends. And DDG is somebody that

But damn, as soon as all this stuff came out,

You know, he was class valedictorian. He built himself up

But when you do something like this, it just I
think that his insecurities kind of showed throughout their relationship.
And unfortunately, insecure men are just very dangerous because we
just can't match up to them as far as this
strenth is concerned. But to be emotionally, physically, and I
think mentally, was that the case abusive? It's unacceptable, especially

to the mother of your child. What are you teaching
your son? You know, they're just absorbing their sponges at
this state. And did this abuse happen in front of
the baby? Like was it before the baby? I don't,

Think also was weird too, she he like broke into
her house, took a picture of her empty bed and
was like, Okay, I know what you want now, bet
Like weird thinking that she was out with another man,
and so you could see the patterns of like, you know,
the anger of you know, not being together anymore. And
then yeah, apparently you know, the incident where he slammed
her head again and the steering will was in front

of Halo Eila was in the backseat of the car,
and so all that happened. I don't know, it's just
really it's just really sad because like Hallie had such

She's a freaking little mermaid.

But then there's people online trying to say that, like,
you know, she isn't really that.

it doesn't matter, even at the end of the day,
like the bruises are there, like, it doesn't it doesn't matter.

Oh, nobody's one hundred percent sweet, nice and kind all
the time. That's just not real.

Of course, I personally believe that, you know, if you
have a really really really sweet side, your bad side
or mean side is probably just as intense but on
the opposite end of the spectrum, I also think that.

may have taken it a little bit too far, but

Also, as somebody who has got a restraining order against somebody,
temporary restraining orders are pretty easy to get.

The final restraining order is the one that you really
have to prove that you are in danger.

This person is a danger to your to your well being.

So what do they have.

They got the temporary one, which just goes to court
and says this person's uncomfortable that they'll give you on
for like three weeks, four weeks until your next court
date when you're supposed to get the final one, which
is where you have to be like, this person is
not safe for me to be around. I am scared
of what this person can potentially do to me. Yeah,
So if he gets the final restraining order against him, guilty, guilty, she.

Well, one he has to say, one hundred yards away
from her and HEYLO can't do house vehicle, can't call her.
But she's requesting soul custody, not even like joint custody.
Like he only gets one visitation a week, but it
has to be revised with somebody. You can't take Halo
outside of La County. She has to ask He has

to ask her for permission for almost everything, Like she
has a laundry list of things that she is requesting
to be permanent.

But this was a heavy week in the news. I
know it's kind of triggering for a lot of people
who have experienced domestic violence or I've experienced I guess abuse.
So I would just honestly take a detox and a
step away, because I don't think any of these cases
are going anywhere anytime soon. This stuff is going to
be on our face and it becomes a little bit

overwhelming after after a time, it's like, oh, I just
want to stay on my shell.

and refocusing my brain on something else. I think that's

latest with people we don't really know in real life,
don't really affect our day to day, really does take
