All right, But I guess firstI have to ask you just what it's
like having a stall next to thisto be crossy here. It's it's crazy.
I mean all that you know doesn'tquite feel real yet in general,
but um, you know, evenjust a sip side of um, you
know, his stall is it's crazy. But yeah, it's it's it's insane,
and it's just a feeling being herein Pittsburgh. And what have the
past couple of days has been likesince you got drafted? Yeah, I

(00:21):
mean it's the past couple of dayshave been you know, pretty nerve wracking
and um, but you know, ever since coming here, I've been super
pumped. You don't be a penguinand um, you know, the boys
and um, you know, thestaff have been you know, unbelievable and
and so you're welcoming and um,making it feel like that belong here.
So it's been great brand. Doesit help to have all of this happened
so quickly and you'd get all theice for these guys not up to weight?

(00:41):
Yeah, I think so. Imean, um, obviously you're super
excited to get here and then start, you know, getting us to the
organization, and um, I thinkit's super nice to you know, be
here, and like I said, everybody here has been so welcoming, So
it's it's been great. Was helpingyou out with a stick or part of
the equipment. Luke was helping youout of some equipment or yeah, I
I brought my skates to the draftand obviously came came right of gear from

(01:03):
the draft, so I got allnew gear and some some sticks. So
um, but you know it feelsgood, and um, yes, it's
been great. Is it too gettingon the ice working with coaches? Um?
What what parts of your game dothey really want you to work on?
Just kind of progression? Yeah, quite honestly. Um, you haven't
really got the chance to talk aboutthat a whole lot obviously, just kind

(01:25):
of being new to the organization andum, still trying to figure out you
know, all the names and everything. So um. But uh yeah,
I mean practice was you know, really good today and worked on you know
a lot of things and obviously uhyou know, competitive competitive practice so um.
But you know, for the mostpart, I think just getting used
to everything and everybody's kind of themain part. But no, no,

(01:45):
you've worked with a few people youmentioned, I think you're shooting coach play
your parents had you also worked withShane Endicott, Yeah, yeah, yeah
so um and also Nick Zenovich waswas also draft if I've or played here
with the Penguins at a time,Um, but yeah, end it was
great. I mean my skate withhim every week in the summer, and
um, you know, he sentme a text right away as soon as
I got drafted here and he said, you know how great of an organization

(02:06):
it is, and um, butyeah, skate with him every week and
us he's awesome. Yeah. Theparticular part of your game that you would
really like to oh you're here justinCheneral, Yeah, I think, Um,
face offs, Um, I thinkit's gonna be a big thing,
especially as a centerman and going againstyou know, obviously stronger, bigger players,
and um, you know, Ithink being able to win a faceoffs

(02:28):
is a huge part of the game, obviously being getting fun possession right away.
So um, I think, youknow, after practice, try to
work on faceoffs with the coaches andfrom other players as well. And um,
so yeah, I think especially asa centerman who being able to win
faceoffs the stage. So yeah,um, certainly Mex said one last time.
Just how is it to get thatphone call from him the other night?
Yea, honestly, like, Iwas just so shocked. I don't

(02:49):
even remember what I said, honestly, like, uh but uh yeah it
was. I mean, you didn'thave to do that. It feels made
me feel super obviously, and umgot lots of texts of how cool that
is, and UM, I meanyeah, just obviously he shows what kind
of person he is, and um, not only one of the best players
in the world, but you know, a great person as well. Right
when you're done here after the threedays, what kind of taste do you

(03:09):
think they'll leave in your mouth? What kind of motivation do you think will
be to make sure you work onyour gag? Yeah, I think,
Um, you know, obviously thestaff, you know, they're super super
hard on you'll compete, and um, getting bigger and stronger, and um,
you know, I think that's onething that I need to work on,
is is getting stronger, and um, obviously playing against some bigger boys
here, so UM, I thinkif I get bigger, stronger, I'll

(03:30):
be set up pretty well for youknow, the following camps and everything that
