Speaker 1 (00:01):
Good evening, Welcome to Voice in the Wilderness. I'm Don
Noble of Pure Heart Ministries, and I welcome you today
with exceedingly abundantly and overflowing joy. I have a very
strong message tonight.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
It's really in my spirit and.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
So this is not going to be like a gentle, loving,
sweet little message. No, I'm talking to you very clearly tonight.
And the question, the title of this message is where
are you headed? I want you to ask yourself as

(00:43):
you're sitting and listening, or maybe you're in your car listening,
I want you to ask yourself this question, where are
you headed spiritually?

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Are you hot?

Speaker 1 (00:54):
Cold, or lukewarm? The world that we live in is
not a playground. It's a battleground. It's time to get
the right perspective. Listen up, soldier. Yes you're a soldier
in the army of God. If you know Jesus, we

(01:15):
have a mandate from heaven to have a militant attitude.
Oh yes, a militant attitude. Why because we have a
very very wicked adversary. We have an enemy that the

(01:36):
Bible says wants to steal from us, kill us, and
destroy us. So if you're sitting around just playing Christian
and you don't have the right perspective about what you're

(01:57):
up against, you're going to be taken out. Well, you're
going to fail as a soldier in the army of Christ.
You see, every day, I'm talking Christians here. I'm not
talking about unbelievers, although though what I'm going to say
does refer to unbelievers. But I'm talking to believers in Christ.

(02:18):
Every day, people are overdosing. They're absorbing lots of Internet
pornography on a daily basis, drinking themselves into oblivion, doing
deeds of wickedness in dark places. Hey, I happen to

(02:39):
know some of these, so I know that I'm not
just saying words to get your attention, and I know
that you know them too.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
In fact, you may be one of them.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
So come out, come out from among them. I heard
the most awesome testimony recently. I don't think I've ever
heard of testimony quite like this. This woman, an African
American woman, was born again. She was born again in

(03:14):
her younger years, and she just got off, she got
off the wrong track and her life just began to
spiral down to the point that she was a crack addict.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Yes, living in a crack house.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
When one day, she high on cracks, said to herself,
I don't want to live this life anymore. She said, God,
I don't want to do this anymore. I need your help.
I need your help. Now, how she found this Bible school,

(03:54):
I don't know. I don't know the answer to that.
But she called this Bible school in Florida, and she
wanted to enroll in the Bible School. So high on crack,
she's talking on her cell phone and they're taking down
all her information and they enrolled her. Now, there are

(04:17):
some Bible schools that may not have taken that risk,
but they did. And she started the Bible School and
came off of crack, just like clicking my fingers. That
woman graduated a three year Bible school. She is an

(04:38):
awesome evangelist. Her testimony, I mean, it's just in fact,
it was kind of funny. When she was telling the
testimony and she was on the on her cell phone
talked to the Bible School. She told all the people
in the crack room to be quiet. So you may
not be high on crack, but you maybe sinking and

(05:00):
sinking fast. And so what I would say to you
is call out to Jesus. Maybe you know someone who
is sinking, and my question to you is what are
you doing.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
To pull them out of the fire.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
Listen carefully to what I'm about to say. You, you
who are listening to me this evening, or if you
listen at a later time, you can no longer live
a compromised life, cannot I want you to get out

(05:39):
of your lukewarm state, or maybe you're in a very
cold state, and I want you to run to Jesus.
The disciples asked Jesus how to pray, and in Matthew
six verses nineteen through thirteen, this is what Jesus said.

(05:59):
He said, pray therefore like this our Father, who is
in heaven, hallowood kept. Holy be your name, your kingdom. Come,
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us

(06:22):
our debts, as we have also forgiven, remitted, and let
go of the debts, and have given up resentment against
our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver
us from the evil one. For yours is the kingdom

(06:42):
and the power and the glory forever.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
So I want you to just pray this with me.
I know probably most of you are born again, but
I want you to pray this with me. Just say,
my Father in Heaven, holy is your name, your Kingdom. Come,
and your will be done on earth, in my life

(07:15):
as it is in heaven, as it is in heaven.
Give me this day.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
My daily bread.

Speaker 1 (07:29):
And forgive me my sins, my trespasses, as I also
forgive those who have trespassed and sinned against me. Lead
me not into temptation, but deliver me from the evil one.

(07:54):
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the
glory for ever.

Speaker 2 (08:01):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
So it's time to stop living for the devil and
living like the devil.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
We want the Lord's will in our life.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
That's what you just prayed. If you prayed that with me.
We want the Lord's will. We want his will to
be done on earth, on earth, in your life, just
like it's in heaven. And resolve today. Just resolve today.

(08:39):
No more sin, no more compromise, no more giving Satan
a foothold, no more agreeing with the devil's lives.

Speaker 2 (08:52):
Just say this with me.

Speaker 1 (08:54):
I believe in Jesus, I believe in his word. I
want to do the will of God in my life.
I want my life to be a sweet aroma to

(09:16):
the Master. And I thank you for praying that and
meaning it from the bottom of your.

Speaker 2 (09:23):
Heart, because you're a soldier.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
So, guys, gals, you've got to stop living a life
of defeat and live the victorious life. Let a promise
of victory arise in your heart. First, John five, verse
four says this, for whatever is born of God, if

(09:49):
you know Jesus, you've been born of God. So for
whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this
this is the victory that has overcome the world. Our faith, Yes,
faith in God's Word, faith in Jesus Christ, and faith

(10:12):
in the power of His shed blood and his resurrection.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
I want to share a few things from Bobby Connor's
book on This is the Shepherd's Rod. I've been mentioning
that the last couple of weeks twenty twenty five and
the subtitle of which is Embracing the Awe of God.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Awe the Awe of God.

Speaker 1 (10:37):
He says, when we have a clear revelation of who
God is, we will truly know who we are. We
are made in the likeness and in the image of God.
The whole of creation, all of creation is waiting for
the manifestation of the sons and daughters of God.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
That's you and I.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
All creation groans waiting for our transformation. That's in Romans
eight nineteen. Think about that for a minute. All of creation,
all of the trees of the earth, the mountains of
the earth, the rivers and seas, of all creation is groaning,

(11:22):
and they're waiting for you and I. We are sons
and daughters of God waiting for the manifestation. In other words,
for us to get it going, get it right, Let's go.
We can't compromise. You can't be lukewarm any longer. People,

(11:44):
he says, we can be divinely confident of this. Every
demon and all dark forces shall bow when the sons
and daughters of God appear.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
Hallelujah.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
This emerging kingdom company of overcomers will strike terror in
the hearts of God's enemies, just as it was in
the day of Jesus. Read up on Mark chapter one,
verse twenty four. The absolute dominion that God gave Adam

(12:20):
was once lost. But listen up, but it shall now
be fully restored. As the children of God walk in
authority and power. Ruling heavenly places and the earth from
a foundation of true love.

Speaker 2 (12:41):
Start believing what God.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
Has declared over your life. When faith grows exceedingly in
your heart, for second Thessalonians one three, you will have
this strong inner knowing and conviction that God God has
planned for me to be utterly invincible to Satan's attack.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
Huh, come on, you gotta get this.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
You gotta get this so that you can be utterly
invincible to Satan's attack. God has by no means planned
any defeat for you. Say this about yourself, Say I'm unconquerable.

(13:29):
Say I'm clothed in His righteousness and covered by His love.
The same immeasurable, unlimited power of Almighty God that raised
Christ from the dead is at work within me to

(13:53):
overcome every evil. First John three, eight and four, four
Ephesians one, nineteen and So you are a part of
the Lord's army, kingdom, company of people who are called
and commissioned to function as kings and priests. Yes you
may have never been taught that. Sorry, but go read

(14:18):
Revelation chapter one, five, verses five and six. In the
New King James version, it says, and from Jesus Christ
the faithful witness, the first born from the dead, and
the ruler over the kings of the earth. To him Jesus,
who loved us and washed us from our sins in
his own blood, and has made us kings. He has

(14:42):
made us kings and priests to his.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
God and Father.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
To him be glory and dominion forever and ever.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (14:51):
So this is not some unfounded assertion. The person who's
making the promise is Jesus Christ. He wrote those words.
He's the faithful witness. He's the one who washes from
our sins in his own precious, powerful blood.

Speaker 2 (15:08):
Amen.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
And without question. The Spirit of God is releasing kingdom
concepts that will reveal the pathway to overwhelming victory. And
God's prophets are crying out to prepare the way of
the King. And that's what I'm doing on this radio program.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
That's what I'm doing.

Speaker 1 (15:36):
That's why this program's called Voice in the Wilderness Isaiah forty,
verses three through five, The voice of one crying in
the wilderness, Prepare the way.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Of the Lord.

Speaker 1 (15:53):
Make straight in the desert a highway for our God.
Every vow shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill
brought low the crooked places shall be made straight and
the rough places smooth. The glory of the Lord shall

(16:15):
be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together. For
the mouth of the Lord has spoken. I have been
doing this for all the years that I've been on
the radio. I've been crying out to make a straight

(16:37):
highway for the Lord, and bringing all the crooked places
and trying to make them straight and all the rough
places smooth. And to be honest, the crooked places are
is are the places where people walk in in indifference

(16:58):
to the Lord, compromise to the Lord. They run, run
to the left, they run to the right.

Speaker 2 (17:06):
They fall on.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
The ditch here, they fall on the ditch there, And
they are not on the right road. They're not on
the narrow road. So here are some life lessons. I
just call them life lessons from Jesus. This is Matthew

(17:28):
chapter six. I'm reading out of the Amplified Bible pretty
much here this evening.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
And this is.

Speaker 1 (17:35):
Verses nineteen through thirty four Jesus' words. Jesus says, do
not gather and heap up and store up for yourselves
treasures on earth, where moth and rust and worm consume
and destroy, And where thieves break through and steal, but

(17:58):
gather and heap up, and store for yourselves treasures in
heaven wear neither moth nor rust nor worm, consume and destroy,
And where thieves do not break through and steal.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
For where your treasure is there, your heart will be. Also.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
The eye is the lamp of the body. So if
your eye is sound, your entire body will be full
of light. But if your eye is unsound, your whole
body will be full of darkness.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
And if then the.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
Very light in you, your conscience is darkened, how dense
is that darkness? And I'll stop there to say this.
That's why it's so important that what you look at,
whether it's a filthy magazine, filthy stuff on the internet,

(19:02):
filthy movies, anything, anything that's anything that you're not supposed
to be looking at, that enters through your eyes. And
when that comes through your eyes, exactly what happens is
what the word says here, Your whole body becomes full

(19:22):
of darkness, your whole body, because it is come right
in through the eyegate into your soul. And now your
whole body is full of darkness, and your conscience is
dark Verse twenty four No one can serve two masters,
for either he will hate the one and love the other,

(19:43):
or he will stand by and be devoted to the one,
and despise and be against the other. You cannot serve
God and Mammon, deceitful riches, money, possessions, or whatever is
trusted in. Therefore, I tell you stop being perpetually uneasy,

(20:09):
anxious and worried about your life. What you shall eat
or what you shall drink, or about your body or
what you shall put on. Is not life greater in
quality than food, and the body far above and more
excellent than clothing.

Speaker 2 (20:32):
Look at the birds of the air.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
They neither sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, And
yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not
worth much more than they? And who of you by
worrying and being anxious, can add one unit of measure
a cubit to his stature or to the span of

(20:56):
his life? And why should you be anxious clothes? Consider
the lilies of the field and learn thoroughly how they grow.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
Oh, they neither toil or spin.

Speaker 1 (21:10):
Yet I tell you, even Solomon, in all his magnificence,
his excellence, his dignity and grace was not a rayed
like one of these. But if God so close the
grass of the field, which today is alive and green,
and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will he not

(21:33):
much more surely clothe you, oh you of little faith. Therefore,
do not worry and be anxious, saying what are we
going to have to eat? Or what are we going
to have to drink? Or what are we going to
have to wear? For the gentiles, the heathens wish for

(21:56):
and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your
heavenly Father knows well that you.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
Need them all.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
But here's the key, folks, But seek aim and strive after,
first of all his kingdom and his righteousness, his way
of doing and being right. And then and then all
these things, taken together, will be given you. Besides, so

(22:28):
do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow
we'll have worries and anxieties of its own, sufficient, for
each day is its own trouble. And that, my friends,
is the truth. So maybe your picture of Jesus and

(22:51):
the Father may be somewhat distorted. I think it's time
to understand that we have a good father. We have
a very good father, Jesus said in Matthew seven seven
through twelve. He said, he says, keep on asking and
it will be given to you. Keep on seeking and

(23:14):
you will find. Keep on knocking reverently, and the door
will be open to you. For everyone who keeps on
asking receives, and he who keeps on seeking finds. And
to him who keeps on knocking, the door will be open.
Or what manner or what man is there of you?
If his son asks him for a loaf of bread, will.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
Hand him a stone?

Speaker 1 (23:40):
Or if he asks for a fish, will he hand
him a serpent? If you, then, even as you are,
know how to give good and advantageous gives to your children,
how much more will your father, who is in heaven,
perfect as he is, give good and advivantageous things to

(24:03):
those who keep on asking him. So, then whatever you
desire that others would do, do to and for you,
even so do also to and for them. For this
is and sums up the law and the prophets. So

(24:23):
our heavenly father is a good, good, good good father,
trying desperately to get us to walk on a righteous path.
But some of you are still messing around. You're just
messing around with the world. You don't want to give
up part of your worldly ways. Some of you are
not married and you're out there fornicating, You're having sex

(24:44):
outside of marriage. You're calling yourself a believer. You tell
people you're a Christian. Stop it now, stop it. You
can't do that, or just stop telling your Stop telling
people you're Christian. Some of you are in adulterous affairs

(25:05):
and you think it's okay.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
No, no, no, no no.

Speaker 1 (25:10):
It's called deception, it's called sin.

Speaker 2 (25:15):
Stop it.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
Get out of this adulterous relationship. I told you this
was going to be a strong message. So you know
it's like, folks, what are you doing? You think God
is winking at your sin? Well, if you do, you're
totally deceived. Now here's what Jesus said. Listen carefully. These

(25:40):
are Jesus' words Matthew seven thirteen and fourteen. He says,
enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate,
and spacious and broad is the way that leads to destruction.
And many are those who entering, who are entering through it.

(26:01):
But the gate is narrow, contracted by pressure, and the
way is straightened and compressed. That leads to life, and
few are those who find it. So if you're on
the broad road to destruction, I would I would think again,

(26:26):
because if you continue on the broad road to destruction
and you call yourself a born again believer, I don't
know if I don't know if you're gonna make it
to heaven. I mean, you can't keep sinning and sinning
and sinning and living, you know, a sinful lifestyle, compromise

(26:48):
lifestyle and think this is like gonna work. So I
don't have time. But it did make me think of
the parable of the Ten Virgins, and I'm out of time,
so I can't get into that today. But I'm just trying.

(27:12):
I'm just trying to be square with you. I'm just
trying to get you out of the fire. I'm trying
to pull you out. I'm trying to help you get
where you need to be.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Again.

Speaker 1 (27:23):
We're on the battlefield, folks. This is not playground. This
is not playtime. You can't keep sinning and doing what
you want if you truly believe in Jesus Christ. You
are a soldier of Christ and you're in his army.
So let's start acting like it. Amen, Well, this is
