Speaker 1 (00:02):
All right, folks, we're back. It's a little after three
o'clock and there is a huge, huge election. The question
is have you voted yet? Will you vote? You're ready
to go. You're gonna wear all your red. You said
you're gonna go down and cast your ballot.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
There are so many nut jobs and twelve trees behind
where I live. They had hair signs everywhere, and they
write me letters and put my mailbox. How could you
vote for a rapist? And I'm like, how can you
vote for a lady that slep with a married guy
with four kids. I just sit here and across the
put a line in a sand on what's moral.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
I am just tired of this country being so divided, really,
really I am. And what do you think is the
number one if you look at policies, if you look
at the number one reason why Americans are going to
the polls this cycle is what.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
Inflation? The economy, border yep, back are blue? You know
everyone's getting broken into and are cars stolen in Kia
boys and all this garbage going on because if you
let the bad guys know there's no law and order,
they don't know any better. They're gonna go do what
they do. If I was fifteen years old and go
steal a bunch of cars and get away with it,
I would do it.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
Well.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
There's a big Senate race in the state of Ohio.
Shared Brown's seat is being challenged by Republican Bernie Marino,
and we are talking to Bernie right now. Bernie, you've
had such a busy few months campaigning. What's it been
like for you and are you kind of glad that
it's almost over?
Speaker 4 (01:32):
Really now? You know, in a way, it's been an
amazing experience. I've for about a year and a half
been able to go to every corner of Ohio, meet
some great people, made a lot of new friendships with
people that I would have never met if it wasn't
for the campaign. So I loved it. I love meeting
new people. It invigorates me knowing that we have such
amazing people. They just want they want common sense back,
(01:54):
they want their country back, They want things that make sense,
you know, like you said, some of the things. Look,
we were immigration, but we're not pro invasion, right. We
want to have a we want to have a six shureboarder.
We want to have safe schools, we want to have
safe communities. We have energy dominance here in America. We
don't want to beg foreign countries for energy. We don't
want to have wars in every corner of the globe
that we have to go fight and spend money on.
(02:16):
So I think that's what people want. It's invigorated me.
It's maybe even more dedicated to make sure we run
a good race and win.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
And you've been busy. I mean, you were just with
Tucker Carlson a few days ago, you were with Florida
Governor Rond De Santis. It's been exciting and I do
want to put on the record. We did invite Shared
Brown to be part of this conversation as well, reached
out to his campaign. They never called back. We are
fair or balanced, and we wanted to include him as well.
(02:43):
It's not our fault though, if Bernie Marino was the
only one to go ahead and go on the air
with us, why didn't you guys debate?
Speaker 4 (02:51):
Well that you took the words out of my mouth.
So back in right after we won the primary, back
in March, we contacted Sharon Brown's campaign. We said, why
don't we do eight debate. Let's do a debate. You know,
maybe one every three weeks. We go to every corner
of the state, every major media market, you know, whether
it's Cincinnati or Daton or Linema, Toledo. Let's make the tour.
Let the people go there and hear issues. You know,
(03:13):
what's your position on the border, what's your position on energy,
How are you going to fix the problems of this country,
how are you going to re industrialize this nation? What
are your ideas? And making a campaign about ideas and
not personal insults. Well, fast forward, here we are two
days before an election. Refuse to do any debates, won't
debate policies. In fact, if you've seen a commercial or
(03:34):
two or three or three hundred, it's all personal attacks
against me, lies about his record. It's sad because I
think the people of Ohio deserved a campaign around ideas.
And that's what we've done in our ads is point
out here's what he voted for. We're not insulting him,
we're not calling him names, we're not making disparaging comments
about him. It's just the truth about his voting record,
(03:56):
which is just way too liberal for Ohio.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
I gotta say this, he has the guts to say
that he agreed with Donald Trump. That's how much he
knows that Ohio likes Trump and why you're going to
kick his butt.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
Well, he didn't go to the DNC.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Yeah, oh, he didn't want to because he'll he would lose.
That was his last savior. I mean, and then we
could probably even keep up with you. If you don't win,
I'm probably going to have a meltdown. I'll probably be
on social media crying just for the record.
Speaker 4 (04:23):
Well, I'm gonna prevent that. I'm gonna prevent all right,
you gotta win. The reality is he should just run
on his own ideas and own policy's like we know
he's Look Tucker Tucker today said it great. You know,
Barbara Boxer was a crazy San Francisco liberal, but she
didn't hide that fact. She didn't pretend to be something else.
Now you don't agree with her at all, She was
completely wrong. Shared voted with her virtually one hundred percent
(04:47):
of the time when it mattered when she when they
were both in Congress together. But then he comes to
Ohio and pretends he's a moderate. He's my partisan. He
wants to be a guy that works across the aisle.
That's not who he is. He just has to lie
about the and see, by the way, he had been
to every Democratic convention and basically in the modern era
as the only one he's ever skipped. He said, he
often skips them, like if you have to lie about
(05:09):
stupid little things like that, you know the guy decides
about big thing.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
So you brought up attack ads, and we did get
a text from one of our listeners, Matt, and he said,
can you have Bernie, can you please ask him to
clarify the stole from his employees commercial that a lot
of people are seeing and commenting on. So we're giving
you a chance to clarify on that because that has
run a lot.
Speaker 4 (05:30):
Well, it's actually the main reason Cherbron wouldn't debate me,
by the way, because he's literally spent sixty million dollars
on ads just around that case. So here's the truth
of the case. I started with one tiny little dealership,
built fifteen. One of them happened to be in Massachusetts.
I built the dealership in twenty fourteen, sold it in
twenty eighteen. A year after I sold the dealership, a
(05:54):
salesperson at a furniture store had nothing to do with me,
never worked for me, had obviously nothing to do with
the furniture for company sued in Massachusetts court saying that
commissioned salespeople so not hourly employees, but people who work
on commission should get overtime. Federal law says no. Ohio
law says no. The judge said no, The Court of
Appeal said no. The Massachusetts Supreme Court in twenty nineteen
(06:18):
ruled that they should be entitled to keep the overtime
portion and not deduct it from their bonus. But here's
the thing. They made the ruling retroactive five years retroactive.
So every commission business in Massachusetts got sued class action status.
I got sued by two team members that made one
hundred and fifty to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars
(06:39):
a year. And this is and the settlement was for
the ruling was for about ten or twelve. I forget
the exact number, one thousand dollars in overtime over three
and a half years. It was attorney season court costs
that made it four hundred thousand dollars and relatives to
the document shriding piece of that ad I was in
a deposition they said, did you how do you know
they didn't work overtime, said, we didn't that these guys
(07:01):
did not punch in or punch out, because again there
were commission sales people and they and I said, and
I happened to mention, and I got a report every
week of the people who did get paid overtime. And
they said, well, what's that document. I said, well, I
would review it and then throw it away. Pointed out
to him that the underlying payroll data still existed. This
is just a manual report that my controller produced. And
(07:22):
they said, well, how do you dispose of your documents?
I'm like, what do you mean? Put them in a
garbage can? Do you eat them?
Speaker 3 (07:28):
Like?
Speaker 4 (07:28):
What do you do? And I said, well, we have
a shreding service that comes in. The guy goes, you
shuldred a document. Oh man, So that shared knows that
in the base stage, where I'm allowed ninety to one
hundred and twenty seconds to explain this sixty million dollars
of lies collapses. And that's why that's why he was
so afraid to debate me. And that's why it's a shame,
(07:48):
because the people of Ohio again deserve the truth.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
All right, can you stick around because we do have
to do the commercials and uh uh, Dawn, we got
he's got a question for you when we get back.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
Can you hang tight for one more segment with course,
of course, Bernie Marino up with us on Raw and
we're gonna have much more with Bernie coming up right.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
After the rain. All right, this is Raw Mindian Boots
on News Radio six ten to WTVN.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
All right, welcome back to Raw, everybody. Bernie Marino on
the line with us. Just to be clear, have you
heard that before? We did ask Shared Brown to be
part of this conversation as well. We try to be fair,
we try to be balanced. So Bernie, we appreciate that
you are taking part in this. And obviously there's a
lot of people listening right now because the phone lines
are blowing up. They want to talk to you personally
(08:30):
before we get to those phone lines. Bernie, I want
you to hear this. Mom. This was on Trick or
Treat Night a few nights ago down in Mississippi, and
she dressed her nine year old son as Donald Trump.
I don't know if it was her idea, the dad's idea,
or the little boys idea, but she was a little
hesitant to go around the neighborhood. Didn't know exactly how
people would feel. She couldn't believe the responses she heard.
(08:51):
I want you to listen to this sound, and I
want you to react to it, because I kind of
think that that's the same thing with you. Go ahead,
hand and play that sound. I just pay that to
me because I just felt so liberated. I loved it.
Everyone was an agree Not one single home said anything negative. Actually,
not one thing home did not say anything at all.
(09:11):
Every one of them said here we Oh.
Speaker 4 (09:13):
They saw the make America Great Again hat, they saw
the hair, they saw the pen, they.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
Saw the tie, and they're like, you're Donald Trump. I
love it.
Speaker 4 (09:20):
This is the best costume that I've seen all night.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
Can I please take a picture?
Speaker 4 (09:23):
White, black, Hispanic, Chinese, homosexual.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
Straight, old, young. Everyone America is tired and on Tuesday,
We're going to take the trash out. Nice Bertie. I
think that that's how people feel across the state. The
people who I have heard from who support you, I
think they just are tired of the way things are.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
Yeah, they want their country back. That's why I hear
all over Ohio. They just want common sense. This is
probably the first election I can remember where it's really
not Republican ideas versus Democrat ideas. It's just common sense
versus lunacy America versus not on American ideas. And they
just want to change. They want to just go back
(10:05):
to be able to live a good basic life. I'm
having lunch at Sheets. That's my go to place, by
the way, when I'm on the road, Big law commercial
for Sheets. And you know you see so many people
eating here at a gas station. Why because going out
else to eat anywhere else has just become prohibitive, and
you know they offer great value. You go here. We
had six of us for a meal forty bucks, which
(10:25):
is still too much money. But you can see where
just people can't afford to go out. They just want
to be able to live a basic life and not
get hassled by their government.
Speaker 1 (10:34):
Well, you've talked to Ohioan's all up and down the stage.
You've got a couple of lines for people wanting to
ask you a question. Let's start with Don don You're
on the air right now with Bernie Marino. What is
your question for him?
Speaker 5 (10:46):
So my question from mister Morino is Trump's position on tariffs.
Some of the stuff he's proposing. Like if you just
listen to what he did for the interview with Bloomberg,
two percent tariff on phone calls coming in here. I mean,
you will you know he you know you sold Mercedes.
That's not good for people that you know Americans right
(11:08):
now that have jobs selling you know, Mercedes, Honda. And
by the way, in the interview actually said like even
if they assemble them here in America.
Speaker 6 (11:15):
That's not good enough.
Speaker 5 (11:16):
That's like the Iquia car. They need to be all
made here. And I'm supposive of that eventually, but I
mean tariffs right now is I mean, that's inflationary. That's inflationary.
And so I was a voter for Trump in twenty sixteen,
didn't vote in twenty twenty, and right now I'm leaning
for Harris because of the terriff issue. I know, I'm
(11:37):
weird if I'm an investor in the industry and I
have a lot to lose. I grew up as a Republican,
so you know, I just want to know your position
on whether or not you with mister Trump that we
should have two hundred percent tariffs on phone calls. I'm
il pass coming into America.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Okay, Ernie, how do you respond to that.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
Well, most Mercedes that are sold in the US, for example,
are now made in Alabama with about eighty five percent
domestic content. The same with Honda. Honda, of course was
here early in Ohio. And I think what President Trump
is doing, it's setting a stage with our allies. They said,
we're sick and tired of getting ripped off. Where when
we send products to you, they get tariff You can
send products to us not tariffed, especially with China that's
(12:21):
been abusing this country's markets for decades. We built their
middle class at the expense of our middle class. And
he's setting a negotiation point where we end up. We'll
see where we end up. Look put it this way,
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did not remove any of
the terrors because they were working. So we have to
reward companies that hire American workers where we build things
(12:42):
here in America and punished companies that ship our jobs overseas.
We're not going to allow these companies to rip off
the middle class. We're going to allow foreign countries and
rip us off. President Trump is a very very smart man.
We're going to end up in a good place. Look,
when he was in a White House, we had low inflation,
low interest rates, to booming economy, wage growth. That was
going vote for President Trump. Given another shot, it will
(13:03):
even be better.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
All Right, it's going to Pete, Pete, you got a
question for us, Make a quick brother.
Speaker 3 (13:09):
Yeah, I just have a public service announcement for anybody
who's undecided this election. In addition to fighting off socialism
which has never worked, and in addition to preventing more inflation,
which is going to happen if Kamala wins. The other night,
Ted Cruz was on this station talking to Mark Levin
(13:31):
and said that if the Democrats win, this country is
going to be reshaped in other ways that people really
need to consider. They're going to push for two states, Washington,
d C. And Puerto Rico excuse me, two territories to
be states, which means that there's going to be more Uh.
The states, of course are going to be Democrats because
(13:52):
that's how they vote. So you're we're going to have
a serious imbalance. There's going to be more Democrats as politicians. Uh.
There also looking to push many more illegals into the country,
which is going to of course, Uh, if we flowed
the country with illegals. For example, Texas could turn blue.
So there's gonna be even more push for I legals
(14:14):
to come into the country just to get their votes.
Uh So people really really need to consider the importance
of just how other things are gonna, uh what the
country is going to look like if the Democrats win.
It's not just about defeating Kamalan or terrible policies.
Speaker 4 (14:31):
You want to comment from that, amen, I.
Speaker 2 (14:35):
Say that all Frank Frank, Yeah, hey Frank, we up
for us.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
Well.
Speaker 6 (14:40):
I wanted to ask Bernie, were there like news outlets
that refused ads so he could dispute what the Democrats
have been saying about his employees and all the labor stuff.
And the minute I saw this guy and I heard
him saying this, I just had a gut instinct that
it just was not true. I don't know how you
and you feel it. I'm like, this is an upstanding guy,
(15:03):
and thanks you know, for running. Don't let DC change you,
and just thanks for doing what you're doing, sir.
Speaker 4 (15:11):
I can't tell you, I truly can't tell you how
that makes it feel. I really appreciate that you you
asked at the beginning of the interview, whether I'm waiting
for it to be over, I hear people like that.
I'm telling you, it energizes me. I truly appreciate it.
I love this country, I love this state. I love
the people in this state. I'm going to work really
hard for two terms, by the way, no more than that.
I'm going to come home after two terms. And look,
(15:33):
I can't wait to get to work for the people
of Ohio.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
All right, we have to go to break. It's up
to you, though. Do you have to run? I know
how busy you are.
Speaker 4 (15:40):
Oh, you go ahead. I'm good. I'm talking to people
I love to do.
Speaker 1 (15:43):
You guys, Okay, And here's if you want to call
in and ask Bernie Marino a question. The number is
six one four eight two one nine eight eighty six
six one four eight two one nine eight eighty six
because I have a question of my own. Bernie, I
haven't heard anybody bring this up to you. Maybe I've
missed thing, but it's kind of important. I want you
to address it.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
All right, We'll be back right after this with the
one and only Bernie Marino, one of my heroes in life,
on news radio six ten.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
WTV SO for those of you who normally tune in
about now we do Rivia, which is our radio version
of trivia, but we're putting it on hold for a
week because we have much more important things to talk about.
With Bernie Marino running for Senate in the great state
of Ohio. Those two senators right now, and JD. Vance
is a senator alongside Shared Brown. So Bernie, this is
(16:29):
my question to you, and then we'll get to more
phone calls. Let's just say, and I hate to go
down this road, but let's just say Trump and JD win, Okay,
and you don't win, Governor Dwine has the right to
appoint the next senator to fill JD's seat if you
(16:49):
don't win this election. Could he and would he choose
you to take that other Senate seat?
Speaker 2 (16:54):
Good question.
Speaker 4 (16:56):
I would never even think about that because I'm focused
on winning. Would would never even process that.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
Baby.
Speaker 4 (17:03):
Look, the governor has the exclusive right to pick whomever
he wants to choose, and I believe that he's a
very thoughtful man. He'll pick the right He'll make the
right choice.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Okay, but exactly it'll be he'll be a.
Speaker 4 (17:14):
Good, strong conservative. Because I'm going to win. Jade Vans
is going to win, because you can't remember. If I
don't win, we don't control the United States Senate.
Speaker 1 (17:21):
I know. That's why. It's not just Ohio that's been
watching this race. You've been all over the United States
of America on different talk shows because this is a
major race for the United States of America. Make you
a little nervous to talk to all those people, though,
Are you just used to it by now?
Speaker 4 (17:40):
Well, this is the most expensive non presidential race in
American history. That's why. It's because it basically decides which
party controls the Senate. So I I will win. I
will get to fire Chuck Schumer. It will be a
great day when that happens.
Speaker 2 (17:53):
There you go, Let's go. Scoop's got a question for you.
With phone lines are going crazy. You're doing awesome. Let's
go to Scoop.
Speaker 7 (18:00):
Hey, Bernie alright, voted for you, so you're here in
so Hey. A couple of things. First of all, people
thinking about splitting their vote don't because if truck gets
in there and the Democrats will try to impeach them.
So we need your vote and send it to make
sure that doesn't happen. For that's the main thing. Okay,
And also Bernie's been here I mean Brown Vineyards eighteen years.
(18:20):
He wants four more or twenty four an he wants
four terms. Like FDR. We passed the law says you
can't do that. So we need to make sure we
have term limits on everybody.
Speaker 4 (18:27):
Now, well, amen to the first thing you said. One
hundred percent agree with you on that. I'm the chair
of an organization in Ohio called us term Limits. We're
trying to institute term limits. We got to get rid
of these career politicians. DC is not a real place.
It's not real America. We've got to go send people
there who've done something in the private sector and after
a period of time. In my case, if I have
(18:49):
the honor of being elected, there'll be two terms and
then come home. It can't be a permanent job that
these guys get share. Brown has been in DC for
thirty years. Twenty years before that state government. He ran
for eighteen elections. His first election, Richard Nixon was in
the White House.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
Shame, I mean born yet.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
So something else I want you to address, Scoop. Thanks
for calling. He's one of our most loyal listeners as
a woman and I have kids twenty three year old,
twenty two year old, and you hear all the time
with this election, so many women are concerned about abortion rights,
when my humble opinion is that I think although abortion rights,
you know, that whole issue is important. I think this cycle,
(19:29):
I think more women are more concerned about the economy
and about the border. Because you've seen so many cases
of kids five year old's, twelve year olds getting raped, kidnapped,
murdered because of the legal immigrants. I think that kind
of trumps the abortion rights in my humble opinion. But
that being said, do you want to set the record
straight as far as where you feel on abortion and
(19:50):
where you stand.
Speaker 4 (19:52):
Yeah, Remember I'm running for the United States Senate. There
is no vote at the national level, one where the
other on abortion. It's just there is no action that's
going to be taken federally on abortion. We've moved this exclusively,
exclusively to the states. The people of Ohio has spoken.
So what I want to do with somebody who's pro life,
who values the sanctity of life, is look, let's look
(20:15):
at making adoption less expensive, raising children less expensive, make
sure that women have equal access to contraception, making sure
that access to good healthcare, that we fund pregnancy centers.
Let's bring the country together on this issue. Sharon Brown
just wants to use it as a political weapon. And
by the way, if he cared about women, he wouldn't
(20:36):
be having men playing in women's sports. He would have
girls dressing locker rooms as boys, because that's just nonsense. Together,
we've got to bring everybody together on this very divisive issue.
That's what I want to do. Sharre Bron wants to
divide us.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
Yeah, and you know when it comes to women's rights,
You're exactly right about the whole men playing women's sports.
You know, Bernie, my daughter is a shortstop at your
high state university and she's getting ready to play in
her senior year. And I think to myself, wonder if
that was taken away because some guy came in and
wanted her position or played against her and hit the
ball so hard that.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
This shouldn't be a topic. This shouldn't even be a topic.
If you if my dad came back to life from
thirty years ago, he.
Speaker 1 (21:14):
Go, huh, how are we talking?
Speaker 2 (21:16):
Why are we talking about? It? Makes no sense.
Speaker 1 (21:19):
So there are other issues.
Speaker 2 (21:21):
Jimmy's one of the best hitters you ever see. And
guess what, her brother still out hit her because he
got boy parts.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Let's go to John. John, you have a question for Bernie.
Thanks for listening to rawn, Bernie. We really appreciate you
being here.
Speaker 4 (21:33):
Of course, this is my job, Bernie, and the people
have answer questions.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
Yeah, go ahead, you yeah, Bernie.
Speaker 4 (21:39):
I hi, I just wanted to see if you could
help me understand how people are still undecided between the
U candidates. Well, you know, one of the things that
happens is you got to remember not everybody takes the
time to get well informed. And the Ohio media, the
(21:59):
majority of the TV stations and newspapers are owned by
a company called Gannett. That's where Shared Brown's wife works
close personal friends. I had a reporter from Youngstown actually
admit it out loud to me and told me that
Shared is one of them. They've had a close personal
relationship for twenty nine years, so they just don't report
(22:19):
him actively. I think if most people in Ohio knew
who Shared Brown was, knew his voting record, this wouldn't
be a close election. But they do his bidding form.
It's a shame because I think what people want is
a fair, independent media. That's why I wanted to do
eight debates to say, let's debate the actual issues, not
name calling, which is juvenile. I hate that about politics. Look,
(22:43):
if you notice Share Brown hasn't run one ad saying
I don't agree with Bernie's energy policies. I don't agree
with Bernie's border policies. I don't agree with his inflation policies.
I don't agree. I don't disagree with his plans for
how we should deploy our military around the world. It's
personal insult to personal insult. Ohio deserves more than that.
Speaker 1 (23:03):
And we did try, Boots just tried to reach out
to Marriage Brown. We did days ago because we are trying,
you know, we try to be fair and balanced here.
And we wanted Bernie on the show. We wanted Shared
Brown on the show together, but Shared Brown never returned
our request.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
Well, I guarantee if he googled us, he wouldn't want
to call. But I will say this, I was on
straight Commission. I've been on straight Commission my whole life.
I come from steel mill, coal mine, Appalachia, and I
watched what the government did to our great state of Ohio,
where there's no jobs, and we've got all these illegal
immigration and I'm sorry, Bernie, I got I do whatever
it takes. If you want me to go hand out
(23:38):
signs on Monday night, I will. Can you stick around
for our last segment?
Speaker 4 (23:42):
Yeah? Of course, all.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
Right, this raw Mini Boots on the radio six to
ten WTVN.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
Bernie Marino has been with us this entire three o'clock hour.
We cannot tell you how much we appreciate your time.
But that's who you are, and that's what you've done
in this campaign. You've taken the time to talk to
anyone and everyone and on the airwaves across the board.
You know, shared Brown has been in office what since
two thousand and seven. It is really hard to beat
an incumbent because you hear that name, you know who
(24:09):
he is. Have you looked at the polls? Are you
leading right now or is it I've heard it's just
dead even that you may be upon EDG Yeah.
Speaker 4 (24:17):
I mean it's gonna be a tight rate. And remember
he's been in office it's actually the mid seventies, yeah,
DC for thirty years. He's just been in the Senate
to two correct, It was always going to be a
tough race. That's why it's so expensive. I mean, I've
had hundreds of millions of negative attack ads against me.
The fact that we're up just by a little bit
is a testament to the reality that Ohio wants to change.
(24:39):
But you know, there's an hour left of voting today
and thirteen hours of voting on Tuesday. So it comes
down to the people listening. It's about we the people.
If you're a billionaire or somebody down on your luck,
you get the same amount of votes in this country.
And people died to give us that right. So everybody listening,
if you haven't done it, go out there and vote,
get your friends and family to vote. And by the way,
(25:00):
whether you're going to vote for me or not, you've
got to go out there and vote. Make your voice
be heard. It's really important.
Speaker 1 (25:06):
So you think Trump wins Trump and JD I.
Speaker 4 (25:09):
Think we win this thing all the way around. I
think people just sick and tired of the last four year.
I think Joe Biden said it perfectly the other day.
He thinks for garbage. He treats us like garbage, and
we're sick of it. We want a government that understands
that the politicians work for the people, not the other
way around. So this is going to be a big
change election. And the good news I think we get
great stuff done.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
Yeah, the more they talk, the more they put herself
in losing position because she just says the dumbest thing.
Joe Biden so far gone. I don't even pay attention
to him. But the left is so struggling right, They're
still a struggle because they know we're going to whoop
them this time. And thank you, thank you, thank you.
Speaker 4 (25:45):
Hey lookten to the honors all mine, representing the almost
twelve million people of Iowa in the United States, said
it will be the honor of my life. And I'm
proud to be able to even be in this trace.
And if I get elected, I'll never let out anybody down.
And just know that you're my voice over these next
two days. I will be your voice for the next
(26:05):
six years the United States.
Speaker 1 (26:06):
Tennis, you have about a minute. Out of all the
people you talked to during this campaign and all the
stories you heard, what stands out in your mind more
than any of them?
Speaker 4 (26:16):
Oh, unquestionably, when I was at a charter school about
a week and a half ago where I got to
meet a bunch of six year olds, and I was
there to introduce myself. It turns out they knew who
I was, I knew what I was running for, and
then you I was running against. And then the best
thing I ever heard was a six year old who told.
Speaker 3 (26:32):
Me I was going to win.
Speaker 4 (26:34):
And when I asked him why, he looked at me
right in the eye and said, because Sharon Brown is
just too liberal for all hot.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
A six year old.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
A six year old said that.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
Six year old said that we understanding.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
We know how busy you are. You were just with
Tucker Carlson earlier today, and man, you spend an hour
of your time with us, and that's what you're gonna do.
You're gonna work for the people if you get elected. Bernie,
thank you so much, o my honor.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
Thank you, no, thank you, thank you, thank you, and
good luck and we'll be rooting for you Tuesday. My brother,
that's awesome, man.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
Creat y'all whin he wins ill with us.
Speaker 2 (27:09):
Right, yes, right, hey, you know what. And Steve Jermaine
loves you like a brother. So and that's amazing.
Speaker 1 (27:16):
Thank you, all right, mama, Thanks Bernie. We really appreciate it.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
All right man. Well, we always treat our friends like family.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
And your family like friends. And review will be back
next week.
