(00:01):
There's black Summer on see one onone with your red hot chili peppers.
Rex in the Morning here with you. Well, have you been deep faked?
There are explicit deep fakes that arefloating around online of your favorite celebrities
completely naked. This is the latestAI trend and there's a lot of people

(00:23):
out there that want this time ofbehavior to stop images of people created by
artificial intelligence or deep fakes. Iftaken the Internet by storm, more falsified
or doctored images of celebrities continue topop up. Taylor Swift being the latest
to fall victim to the AI trend, a lot of photos circulating online of

(00:45):
her naked and engaged in sexual activities. They're all fakes, so why would
you even want to watch that?Well, there's a new bill that could
change these deep fakes and allow acivil right of action against those who've produced
or possessed sexual explicit digital forgeries ofan individual without their consent and with the

(01:07):
intention to share them publicly. Theproblem is these things are floating around online
and maybe you have angry ex boyfriendsthat are posting these orgy like scenes.
There's one of a sixteen year oldgirl. I mean it's her face,
but I guess they deep faked iton a different body. And this is

(01:30):
a horrific crime being committed against aminor. She is essentially being raped by
like five guys and the videos floatingaround online. So what do you do
to stop it? Well, youpass a bill and prosecute those who are
responsible for spreading this crap online. These are used to exploit and harass women

(01:55):
in public figures, politicians, andeven celebrities. While Swift's case is just
the latest, she's among numerous individualswho fallen victim to this recent online trend.
So she is, however, probablythe most influential person to be impacted
by the AI generated images in influenceof which both conservatives and liberals have taken

(02:17):
notice. So the Biden administration previouslyannounced that as part of their influencer strategy,
they were seeking out Swift's endorsements dueto her influence on her fans,
the Swifties. So they're trying toget the Swifties behind these deep AI fakes
so we can put a stop toall this and actually prosecute people who produce

(02:39):
these AI fakes. And then they'relargely circulated online, which is just terrific.
Can you imagine you go through arelationship, you break up. The
next thing you know, there's photosor videos of you floating around online that
are deep fakes, but they lookcompletely real. And in some cases these
things are of minors, and that'sjust horrific. I don't even want to

(03:01):
talk about some of the material that'sprobably floating around on what they call the
dark web. You know, morerocket roll coming up for you right here
on Sea one on one. We'vegot Ceither next. There's no question these
deep fakes need to stop.
