Tolls I'm going to jail

It's Green Day and longview on see one on one
REX in the morning. Well, according to the text messages
that I've been receiving, I'm about to be arrested. So
if I'm not here, it's because I apparently didn't pay
my tolls. So first I was given until the ninth,
and then they extended my arrest date to the eighteenth.

(00:23):
And when I didn't pay or answer their texts. Now
I got one this morning saying that I have until
the twenty second to pay my delinquent tolls, with serious
impact to my credit and to my property. Also, I mean,
they're getting really threatening on these text messages. Now, here's

what I don't understand. Our government can track down anybody
in any part of the world at any time, So
why can't they find the call center where these people are,
you know, bothering us with repeated text me messages about
unpaid tolls and many people have never even driven on
a toll road. Why can't we find this call center

and just take it out? You know, I don't know,
I'm not quite sure which missile they would use, but
why can't we just you know, because nobody answers their
phone anymore. You have to call somebody. And this is
even people. You know, if they don't recognize the number,
they don't pick it up. So you got to call first,
you know, let it ring, and then you got to

send them a text and go, oh, hey, that was me.
By the way, nobody picks up their phone anymore because
everybody is out to scam, and so it just doesn't
make any sense to me. Can we take care of
this please, you know, before we all get arrested and
lose our vehicles and our and our homes and have
permanent damage to your credit score due to your unpaid tolls.

I just don't understand. Why can't we find these people
and just remove them
