Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three Things you need to Know, day number one in
our brand new studio. So it's gonna be a little
slightly maybe different today as we work out some kinks,
but we are here and we're pumped to launch this
new chapter.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
Ricky Sanchez, I'm looking at you. She's got those three
things you need to know.

Speaker 3 (00:14):
Ariana Grande's SNL episode she hosted drew in the largest
crowd the show has seen since twenty twenty one. So
according to Nielsen Live Plus Same day data, this past
weekend's SNL drew an over five point five million total viewers,
and numbers are only going to go up once Nielsen's
full data is in, So I highly suggest checking out
some of the clips on SNL's Instagram from the show.

(00:35):
My favorite skit personally was the one of the Bachelorette
party song. I'll post that one at one O seven
five of the River's Instagram story, so you could check
it out. But definitely go look at some of those
because she really did do a phenomenal job. Did you
know there's such thing as a pumpkin spice tax?

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Kevin uh No? I did not, Well, now you do.

Speaker 3 (00:53):
So those lattes and the products that you're buying cost
you extra. New research from Leading Tree Leading Tree Lending
Tree reveals that pumpkins spice products cost seven point four
percent more on average than their pumpkin free alternatives. So,
for example, a sixteen ounce ice Pumpkins spice latte at
Starbucks is seven dollars and forty five cents, while large

(01:15):
a regular iced cafe latte costs five dollars and.

Speaker 4 (01:18):
Ninety five cents. Big discrepancy there. So they're calling this
the pumpkin spice tax.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
And even though prices are higher, the tax is actually
down from twenty twenty two when it was fourteen point
one percent fourteen point one percent more to buy anything
that says pumpkin on it, So just keep that in
mind when you're buying all your pumpkins spice items this season.
And Nashville General Hospital is offering low, no cost mammograms
this month for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please go get

(01:45):
your mammograms. It is so important. They're offering no cost
mammograms to all Metro Nashville and Nashville Electric Service employees
as well as Tennessee State employees as part of the
Nashville Healthcare Incentive Program. They're also offering self pay options
of seventy five dollars for others and uninsured residence of
Davidson County are encouraged to call for available no cost options.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
It is so so so important.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
To go get checked.

Speaker 4 (02:08):
Please go get your mammograms.

Speaker 3 (02:10):
Whether it's this month or next month, whenever you get
a chance, you gotta do it.

Speaker 4 (02:13):

need to know.

Of new things in the studio. Kevin's very nervous.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Waits a brand new system.

Speaker 4 (05:12):
Please be nice to him during these times.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
It's all completely new. We just we changed every single
thing about everything. So, yeah, we're learning here in real time.
I am such an anxious person. I was up every
twenty minutes.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Last night. I was gonna have to say, did you
sleep at all? Not really? Not really? Oh that's just me,
you know. I mean, it's gonna be great. I slept
like a baby last night. Wow, wait to rub it in.

Speaker 4 (05:34):
Very excited about our one year.

Speaker 3 (05:36):
I feel so good about this show, Ricky Zachamana in
the Morning has been a highlight of my year.

Speaker 4 (05:41):
So I'm thrilled today I have nothing to worry about.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
It's just such.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Weird timing that we're in this new studio on the
one Honey Exact one year anniversary.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Well, it's like.

Speaker 8 (05:50):
Corporate was giving us this gift of a brand new,
beautiful studio. So we will accept it with grace. Okay, sure, Yeah. Well,
I'm parbably just shocked. We've made it a year altogether
and we've not had a fight yet.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
I mean, it's the dream team, man, I think you
haven't fought.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
I think Rolling Stone magazine called us the dream team,
so magazine.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Wow, people believe anything.

Speaker 7 (06:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
No, it's been a great year. Thank you for being
a part of it.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
Wherever you are, we really do genuinely appreciate you. It's
been a phenomenal year, honestly, and we're excited about the future.
This new studio, while we make jokes, is truly beautiful.
It's state of the art. We're perched up here above Broadway.
We're in that big building, like we're right above the
Whole Foods there on Broadway.

Speaker 4 (06:31):
We're gonna feel a lot better about it.

Speaker 3 (06:32):
Come Friday, after we get all the kinks out of
the way, we figure everything out, everything's gonna feel great.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
I will say. It smells like new studio and I
love it.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
It's like when you buy a new car.

Speaker 4 (06:43):
Studio smell like regrets.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
Oh my kids were so excited to come see the
new space. They haven't seen it yet.

Speaker 1 (06:51):
But then the realizations sunk in for my son Riley
that he's not going.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
To get to the old one anymore, and he got
real sad. He's got great memories in that place. That's
so sweet. Yeah, sweet memories than we do.

Speaker 7 (07:05):
Three things you need to know with a Ricky zach

Speaker 2 (07:16):
I don't even know anymore.

Speaker 4 (07:17):
He's so frantic, he's cold. You had to put a
jacket on.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
He's running around like a chicken with its head cout.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
We're in a new studio today, brand new studio, first
day in here, so we're learning on the fly.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Ricky's got those three things. Oh, this is so fun
for me.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
Kevin Hart is set to headline the twenty twenty five
Nashville Comedy Festival Big Deal Festival is happening Sunday, April
thirteenth at the Pinnacle at Nashville Yards.

Speaker 4 (07:39):
It's going to be part of the Comedians Act My
Age Tour.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
You can get pre sale tickets tomorrow on nashcomedyfest dot com.
Full festival lineup has yet to be announced, but obviously
as that comes out, I will let you know. Butterball
they have solved the typical Thanksgiving dilemma of frozen turkeys.
So Butterball has a new cook from frozen premium whole turkey.
So the idea of this is that it'll allow you

(08:02):
to skip the thawing and the brining and the cleaning,
the whole process that makes making a turkey so annoying.
It's gonna be a lot simpler and faster with this.
Turkey's available at major retailers including Publics, Kroger, and Walmart.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
If you want to try it out.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
Obviously, everybody has a very specific way of making their turkey,
so if you like it a certain way, don't even
bother switching it up.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
And the general.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
Jackson Showboat launches its annual holiday themed cruises on November fourteenth,
So tickets for the Tennessee Christmas Midday Lunch and the
Music City Christmas Evening Dinner cruises are all going to
be up there. They have musical performances. It's a really
cool event. I want to try and check it out.
And not even like the biggest Christmas elf. Christmas is
not really my thing, but I feel like the Music

(08:46):
City Christmas Evening Dinner Cruise could be really cool over here.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
I think it might Christmas Fare, it may do that.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
So they announce launch it all on November fourteenth. If
you want to grab yourself some tickets, I'm Ricky Sanchez
and those are the three things need to know.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
Thank you so much, Ricky. We've still got a bunch
going on today.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
We have those Kane Brown tickets at seven forty five
before we get there, Zach's facts.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
Hey, I pressed the button, the song played.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
I like it.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
It's post Malone's mark. I had some help. Thanks for
being here. Hey, We're Sabrina one O.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
Seven to five all day, A bunch of songs from
Sabrina Carpenter all morning because.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
She's in town. Got a big show tonight. Can you
hear a bunch of her.

Speaker 7 (09:20):
All day on the river, Ricky is, Zach and Mano
in the morning on seven.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
Five, Rina one O seven five, All day today, it's
the river. It's time for Zack's fax, which you got, buddy.

Speaker 8 (09:31):
I have really sad news for you. Apparently there are
more Panda Express restaurants than actual pandas in the world.

Speaker 6 (09:36):
Oh, why do you want to work my day like that?

Speaker 9 (09:38):
I know.

Speaker 8 (09:39):
So there's over two thousand global locations of Panda Express
and less than eighteen hundred actual Pandas in the world.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
I'm very sad Pandas protect the pandas. But that's your
fact of the day.

Speaker 3 (09:49):
You said it's so happy like at the end, and
I'm sad.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
I'm sorry to break your heart.

Speaker 7 (09:55):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 4 (09:58):
On seven five.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
When somebody's folding the laundry in your relationship, do do
you unfold the laundry that they have already folded.

Speaker 1 (10:07):
I just passively mentioned something in here, and Zach and
Ricky just came down hard on me because it's horrific.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
It's Sabrino one O seven five. By the way, Ricky,
Zach and Mano in the morning, Kevin, please explain to
the class what you explained to us.

Speaker 4 (10:19):
Give me you're a horrific human being.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
Give me a minute and I will explain it.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
But if anybody else has done this innocently six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
one oh seven, we'll get into it in a couple
of minutes.

Speaker 2 (10:28):
Here I may have refolded a few things that my
wife Jesse.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
You don't like the way that your significant other does
things around the house, call us.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
I love my wife so much, and I love that she's,
you know, helping me fold my stuff.

Speaker 3 (10:41):
But six on five, seven through seven, nine, one oh
seven not a bad guy, I promise.

Speaker 7 (10:46):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning one seven.

Speaker 1 (10:50):
Five Sabrino one oh seven five playing songs from that
girl right there all day long. She's a bridge Stone. Tonight,
let's say good morning to Amanda and Mount Juliet. I'm
hoping you back me up on Amanda.

Speaker 10 (11:00):
Oh, I'm going to back you one because guess what
I did to my husband.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
Okay, so you don't like the way that he folds
the laundry, then.

Speaker 9 (11:08):
I did not.

Speaker 4 (11:11):
Okay, do you allow him.

Speaker 3 (11:12):
To still fold the does he bother folding the laundry
anymore since you don't like it that way.

Speaker 10 (11:17):
Oh no, he'll it. But I will go in and
I will unfold my clothes because I haven't tuck away
that I like too, and the powel.

Speaker 1 (11:27):
We just got back from vacation, so we had a
mountain of laundry, and so my wife and I were
standing there. We were both just chatting and folding, and
like she I wasn't even thinking about it, but she
folded some of my shirts and I just picked him
up and refolded them while we were talking, absent minded him.
She's like, did you just refold that? And of course
I appreciate that she was doing the laundry with me,
but maybe moving forward, I just hold my own stuff.

Speaker 10 (11:47):
I tend to but here lightly. I kind of been
flack him and just letting him do.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
It, Amanda. Is he upset?

Speaker 3 (11:54):
Does he know that you unfold the laundry after he
folds it for you?

Speaker 7 (11:58):
He does?

Speaker 6 (11:59):
Oh, and he still folds it.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
He loves you so much, Amanda.

Speaker 10 (12:06):
We've been together fifteen years and Mary nine and I'm still.

Speaker 5 (12:14):
Well.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
He's letting the little things go.

Speaker 1 (12:17):
You know, if I fold my wife's laundry and I
you know, put it on her dress or something.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
She could do whatever she wants with it. At that point,
I don't care if she refolds it. She can crumple
it up into little balls for all I care.

Speaker 10 (12:26):
I just I'm kind of ain't all about how I
pulled my clothes.

Speaker 4 (12:31):
All right, Amanda, thank you so much for calling in.

Speaker 10 (12:33):
You're awesome, Thank you, you.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Have a great day.

Speaker 1 (12:36):
When I brought this up, Ricky and Zach acted like
I committed a heinous crime.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
It's awful.

Speaker 3 (12:40):
You are our significant others. That's why we have folded
clothes for our significant others, and they have unfolded them
after we folded them, and that's hurt us deeply.

Speaker 8 (12:52):
Why do you feel the trauma in our voice?

Speaker 2 (12:54):
Here's the thing, is there unreasonable?

Speaker 7 (12:56):
Now?

Speaker 2 (12:57):
We're not.

Speaker 8 (12:57):
We spent all of our time and effort to even
do the laure to start with, and then to fold
the laundry, and then you have the audacity to walk
in afterward and unfold what I just did. And my
boyfriend did it to me one time. Now I don't
even touch the washing machine.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
Same well, I still do my own I do my
own laundry now, and AJ does his own.

Speaker 4 (13:15):
Laundry because I won't. He doesn't like the way I
fold his clothes, and I folded it.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
I want to say the way that he likes it,
but it still wasn't up to par, so I won't
do it anymore.

Speaker 7 (13:25):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.

Speaker 4 (13:29):
Sabrina one of seven.

Speaker 6 (13:30):
Five.

Speaker 3 (13:31):
We're kind of giving Kevin a hard time right now
because his wife folded his laundry, only for him to
unfold it and refold it again.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
To fold my t shirts backwards, Okay, Kevin.

Speaker 11 (13:43):
There, I have done that to my husband as well.
But it comes to cowels like he follows them into
slayers and I'm like, baby, you gotta fold it like tripole,
refold and then.

Speaker 10 (13:54):
Nice cut to me.

Speaker 3 (13:55):
Okay, So Caitlin and Bowling Green, you agree with Kevin
and you don't think that's that big of a deal.

Speaker 11 (14:00):
No, No, I I'm a husband all the time.

Speaker 10 (14:02):
Like you don't have to.

Speaker 11 (14:03):
Fold the towels.

Speaker 7 (14:04):
I will.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
Would you be offended if you folded something of his
and then he refolded it, or would you be like no,
I don't care, that's fine whatever, I don't care.

Speaker 11 (14:14):
Like the.

Speaker 3 (14:16):
More importantly, Caitlyn, does he care.

Speaker 8 (14:21):
I'm just gonna say, Kaitlin, how does it feel to
be a horrible person to person.

Speaker 4 (14:29):
You hurt your husband's feelings?

Speaker 1 (14:31):
Oh no, no, Kaitlyn, don't listen to them.

Speaker 2 (14:35):
You're good, healthy relationship. Who cares? Thank you for listening,
Thanks for calling theys go backing me up? Most important?
Uh huh.

Speaker 4 (14:43):
Have a great day, Kaylyn. We appreciate you.

Speaker 2 (14:46):
You have a good morning, you too.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
Here's Benson Bun another guy coming to town this week.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
My lord, so many shows.

Speaker 4 (14:52):
This month is outrageous.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Brina tonight, this guy tomorrow. It's beautiful things.

Speaker 7 (14:56):
The Ricky is Zach and in the on seven five.

Speaker 3 (15:03):
I was gonna say I'm letting Kevin say it today
because it's.

Speaker 2 (15:05):
Having a rough day.

Speaker 7 (15:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:07):
We're at a brand new studio today and everything about
everything is different, and I think it's gone well so far.

Speaker 2 (15:12):
I'm just stressed. My heart rates through the room.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
The one thing that's not gonna change is the fact
that we are going to play Kevin Mano's Game of
the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds on Sabrino one oh
seven five. We have Cane Brown tickets. He's gonna be
at Bridgetown Arena in April. He puts on a phenomenal concert,
like he's Reuly an amazing concert.

Speaker 2 (15:30):
We love him.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
These tickets are not on sale yet. They go on
sale Friday, but you can win them before you can
buy them. The game that we've been playing this week,
if you haven't heard it, it's very silly. It's called
Cain or Brown.

Speaker 2 (15:38):
So we're gonna give you quotes and you have to
tell us.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
Is this a quote from the nineteen forty one Orson
Wells movie Citizen Kane or is it a quote attributed
to the one and only Charlie Brown. Six one, five,
seven three, seven nine, one oh seven. We're playing the
game next down the River.

Speaker 7 (15:54):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on seven five.

Speaker 3 (15:59):
Sabrina seven five Today Ricky Zachamano in the morning. We
are in a brand new studio. Lots of things are different,
but this is staying the same. We're playing Kevin Mando's
Game of the Day.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Hi Carrie, Hi, Carrie and Hendersonville. How do we sound
to you today? It sounds normal? Does it sound better
than normal?

Speaker 5 (16:15):
Do you sound amazing? Like you're in a new building
and it's a fresh start.

Speaker 2 (16:20):
I got all that from listening.

Speaker 3 (16:21):
Love the positivity, Carrie, I got all that.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
Well, well, thank you for being such an attentive listener.
We appreciate it. You ready to play this.

Speaker 5 (16:30):
Game, I think so.

Speaker 2 (16:32):
All right, it's Cain or Brown, that's the name of it.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
We're gonna give you some quotes and you have to say,
is it a quote from Citizen Kane, the classic nineteen
forty one film, or a quote from Charlie Brown. If
you get two out of three of them, you get
the tickets to see Kane Brown.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
Okay, let's do it, Carrie.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
This is gonna be a lot of guessing game. Just
go with your gut, okay, because have you.

Speaker 4 (16:51):
Seen Citizen Kane?

Speaker 6 (16:53):
No?

Speaker 3 (16:53):
I have not had all right, Yeah, so just go
with your gut. It's working for everybody else.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
I mean, I will sound trying to make it a little.

Speaker 4 (16:58):
Bit easy, Kevin.

Speaker 1 (17:00):
Let's go, all right, Caine or Brown starts right now.
Quote number one, carry.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
I went trick or treating and all I got was
a bag full of rocks. I suppose you spent all
night in the pumpkin patch? Is that a quote from
Susan Kine or Charlie Brown.

Speaker 5 (17:15):
Charlie Brown, Hey, Harry.

Speaker 4 (17:19):
On the board.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Quote two, you get this, you win.

Speaker 1 (17:23):
There's only one person in the world who's going to
decide what I'm going to do, and that's me.

Speaker 10 (17:29):
Oh, they could go either way.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
I could hear Lucy.

Speaker 5 (17:31):
Saying that, Okay, I'm gonna say Citizen Kane just to
give it a shot. Carried, It's just like I told
you to do, do you.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Yeah, You're going to see Caine Brown at Bridgestone in April.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
He's doing two shows. Tickets are not on sale that
they go on tail Friday, but you'll be there.

Speaker 5 (17:48):
Carry awesome. And can I say something about the laundry? Oh?

Speaker 2 (17:52):
Yes, chime in. We were having this conversation earlier in
the hour.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
Do you refold your laundry if somebody else folds it incorrectly?

Speaker 5 (17:58):
Dude, somebody folded your laundry.

Speaker 3 (18:01):
Thank you, Jerry, and I've been married.

Speaker 5 (18:04):
I've been married thirty years, so I know this.

Speaker 4 (18:08):
Good for you. Congratulations you folded.

Speaker 5 (18:10):
Yeah, no, just take the folding, Kevin and walk.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
You just won my game for tickets, and now you're
you're criticizing my.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
I'm marriage therapy, all right, I'll take it. Thank you, Carrie,
thank you.

Speaker 5 (18:25):
You have a good one.

Speaker 7 (18:26):
Hang on three things you need to know with Ricky
zach And in the morning.

Speaker 1 (18:32):
Yeah, here we go, just after eight o'clock on this
brand new day, in this brand new studio.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
It's the one year anniversary of this morning show.

Speaker 1 (18:39):
A lot of good stuff happened, and Ricky Sanchez has
those three things.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
Nick Jonas had quite the scare on stage last night.
The Jonahs brothers are currently touring Europe and last night
they were in Prague when Nick noticed a laser was
pointed in his direction, aimed at his head. So when
he noticed, he ran off stage, throwing up the timeout
symbol with his hands.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
Both Joe and.

Speaker 3 (18:57):
Kevin were also alerted to run off stage. They had
a brief break. The person with the laser was kicked
out of the show before they resumed, and everyone is
totally fine. But the video of him running off stage
is going viral right now on TikTok, Instagram, x Twitter,
all of that good stuff. So just so you know,
everyone's okay, they figured everything out. Also, having a laser
like that.

Speaker 4 (19:17):
Is not okay.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
You should not be using it in that way. Just
a reminder, Kendrick Lamar.

Speaker 4 (19:22):
Had a night filled with w's at the BT hip
Hop Awards last night.

Speaker 3 (19:26):
He was nominated for eleven awards and walked away with
eight wins, including Song of the Year for Not Like
Us and Artists of the Year. Kendrick Lamar it is
his year in hip hop for sure, because he is
just killing it.

Speaker 4 (19:38):
He's doing amazing.

Speaker 3 (19:39):
Other winners included Nicki Minaj, who got hip Hop Album
of the Year, Sexy Red as Breakthrough hip Hop Artists,
and Missy Elliott as Best Live Performer.

Speaker 4 (19:48):
So deserving for Missy Elliott. I love to see it.

Speaker 3 (19:50):
And Hall's Top House in Midtown, one of my favorite places,
has opened a seafood restaurant. It's located right next door
to them at sixteen hundred West End.

Speaker 4 (20:00):
Have Hall's catch is what it's called. They're gonna have
a rotating menu of seafood flown.

Speaker 3 (20:04):
In daily, including oysters, sushi, caviar, lobster, swordfish, and so
much more. Check out the menu. My mouth is drooling
thinking about it right now. They're currently accepting reservations if
you want to go check them out. I'm Ricky Sanchez
and those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
That's right down the road from us. I don't buy
halls on my way inside.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
I love halls so much I can't wait to go
check out Hall's catch. I will say it does have
to be like.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
A splurge, you know what I mean. It's a treat
yourself kind of.

Speaker 2 (20:29):
Day, specially case yes.

Speaker 1 (20:32):
Back into the music with Chapel Roan. We do have
more music from Sabrina Carpenter on the way. She's in
town tonight. She's a bridge zone in the sold out
show for us and we have rebranded all day as
Sabrina one of seven.

Speaker 7 (20:42):
Five, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning on.

Speaker 3 (20:48):
You know your New Year's Resolution yet. I know this
is early in the game, but that's the question here.
It's Sabrino one oh seven five, Ricky, Zach and Mano
in the Morning. People are now all over TikTok talk
me about their winter arc and.

Speaker 4 (21:01):
It has to do with your New Year's resolution.

Speaker 3 (21:03):
So the idea here is that you're beating the gloomy
months of winter, so you know, October, November and December
by kickstarting your new Year's resolution. Because the majority of
people we talk about this every new year all quit.

Speaker 2 (21:15):
Yeah, the new year.

Speaker 4 (21:18):
So if you kickstarted now slowly.

Speaker 3 (21:20):
You have a better success rate of continuing your new
Year's resolution. So, Kevin, do you have a New Year's
resolution so far?

Speaker 1 (21:26):
I mean, I feel like I said this last year too,
so bear with me. I'm going to try to drink less,
and especially coming off of this vacation where all I
did was drink was on the beach.

Speaker 2 (21:37):
Just yeah, I'm gonna start that now. Okay.

Speaker 3 (21:40):
Yeah, that you should start dwindling down the amount of
your drinking right now, which is going to be hard
during the gloomy months.

Speaker 2 (21:46):
You're right, so maybe it'll start it in June.

Speaker 3 (21:49):
You got to start now, Zach, do you know what
you want to do for your New Year's solution?

Speaker 8 (21:53):
I do a lot of people say, like, oh, I
want to take better care of my health. Mine is
my skin, Like I want to actually remember to wash
off all of my make up before I go to
bed at night. You are criminal with that my skincare
routine before I go to bed. Like, I'm trying really
really hard to be more productive and actually take care
of my skin.

Speaker 3 (22:08):
Okay, so your winter arc is to start doing that now.
Every so often just a little bit. You know, you
ease your way into your new year's resolution, it's going
to mean that you're going to actually have a success
rate higher than you like winter arc. Mine is working
out more and I've already started that, so I'm very excited.
I'm slowly implementing and putting more things into my workout
routine to try different things. I have a trainer, Danny

(22:30):
d who I love so much. I go to her
once a week and now I'm adding pilates.

Speaker 4 (22:34):
Into the mix.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
Oh work, sister.

Speaker 4 (22:36):
So your girls winter arc is to be a fitness girly.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
That's great.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
Look at us, look so healthy in here six seven, three, seven,
nine one seven. If you have one, a winter arc
this new term that Ricky has brought to our attention.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
I like this resolution.

Speaker 7 (22:51):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the river.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
Now today's daily double tap. It's a dose of positivity.

Speaker 7 (22:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (22:59):
So this girl calls her mom to let her know
that she's officially a PAC, which.

Speaker 4 (23:04):
Is a physician's assistant.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
They got to go through all of this training and
these tests and she finally finally got there.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
Here's that moment.

Speaker 9 (23:14):
I was thinking about you guess what you did not.

Speaker 6 (23:27):
Mangratuation doctor.

Speaker 9 (23:42):
I told you to trust yourself, I trow. I told
you you you have no faith on yourself and you
you're very capable for many things. It has to be
the beginning of trusting yourself a list.

Speaker 6 (23:57):
Yourself esteem sometimes is.

Speaker 9 (23:59):
Very low and you need to stow that you are
capable for anything.

Speaker 6 (24:04):
Of Aleski anything. So I am so so happy for you.

Speaker 9 (24:10):
Congratulations, you did it.

Speaker 6 (24:13):
You did it.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
All words of wisdom. Man, That is so sweet.

Speaker 3 (24:17):
I teared up when I first watched it, and I
was like, I need to share this with everyone, for
anyone that needs that little dose of positivity and that
little reminder that you are capable of anything.

Speaker 7 (24:27):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the
river
