Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
All right, let's go starting a brand new week. Thank
you for starting with us. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Sean Ditty Combs has been sentenced.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
In his case, he was given fifty months, so it's
a little more than four years in prison on charges
for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Prosecutors had push.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
For more than eleven years, while the defense asked for
fourteen months, which would have ultimately been time served. Since
he's been in custody since September twenty four, he is
going to receive the credit for the over a year
that he has already served. A jury acquitted him of
racketeering and sex trafficking charges in July, so this is

(00:41):
what it's come down to. Fifty months in prison is
what Diddy will serve. East Nashville has a new food
truck park. It's called The Pickup. It's located at twelve
to twenty five Brick Church Pike. The food truck is
the food Truck Spot. The Pickup is open Thursdays through Sundays.

Speaker 1 (00:59):
It's kidd and dog.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
There's a lineup of who you can expect there on
their website. So you could just go to the pickup
Nashville dot com. Go support them, Go support the food trucks,
especially because a lot of these food trucks either want
permanent spots or have had permanent spots, and you know,
sometimes things just happen and they end up with these
food trucks, which are amazing, and it makes it really
helpful for us, especially when they're all put in one

(01:21):
place for us to kind of, you know, check it
all out.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
It's like a food court, but for food.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
Yeah, like this, I like it.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
And American Airlines is changing the way that they board
people with carry on baggage, so they're removing the metal
bag sizers at all of their boarding gates across the US.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
So it starts today that they've gotten rid of all of.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Them, so you don't have to squeeze your suitcase in
there to make sure that it meets the requirements.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
They aren't changing their policy on.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
The size of your carry on bags though, so same
size bags are the ones that are allowed through. They're
getting rid of the sizers in hopes to quote enhance
the boarding process.

Speaker 1 (01:56):
Here's a possible win for you though.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
If you fly American Airlines often they've said to employees
that if the bag seems like it might be oversized
or if they're unsure, that they should quote error on
the side of the customer.

Speaker 1 (02:09):
So those few times that you've been you know, knocked for.

Speaker 3 (02:12):
The wheels being a little bit too long or the
slightly puppier.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Than it should be, you're gonna get away with that now.

Speaker 3 (02:18):
That has happened to me before, and it has been
beyond frustrating because you're like, it's just half an inch,
like help me out here, and they are so rude
to you sometimes and I get it because it's their job.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
So now they won't be doing that.

Speaker 3 (02:31):
In American airlines, they do still have them when you
check in, though, so you may be asked you once
you get to the airport stick it in there to
see if it fits. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are
the three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
Thank you very much, Ricky, appreciate it. Let's play Elle
Golden coming up in a few minutes for the first
caller of the day. We have to get to see
lave at Bridgestone. That shows I think a week from tonight.
It's a week away, So if you want plans next
Monday night, don't go anywhere. Well, let's get a call
in a few minutes here on the.

Speaker 4 (02:56):

man O in the morning.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
I know that you're waiting and you're very excited to
find out if you're the first caller of the day.
Normally we don't tell you so upfront, but Forrest, I
will let you know that you are the first collar
of the day on one of seven five the River,
and you are getting these tickets to see Leave.

Speaker 5 (03:14):
Okay, sound good?

Speaker 6 (03:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (03:16):
Rip the band aid off, tell him right away.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
Congratulations, man, the show's a week from tonight at Bridgestone.
What are you doing right now? Forrest?

Speaker 8 (03:25):
On the way?

Speaker 2 (03:27):
What's that you're on your way?

Speaker 8 (03:30):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Sorry, I had a crying Oh wait, children talk little
Oh dude?

Speaker 7 (03:38):
Is everything okay?

Speaker 3 (03:39):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (03:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (03:40):
Our daughter.

Speaker 1 (03:43):
Having some issues with their appendic She's three years old
and I don't know.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Hopefully everything is okay.

Speaker 7 (03:51):
Let's make it sound really just.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
I hopefully it don't works out it will.

Speaker 9 (03:55):
For Ust, I know it's really terrifying and scary, but
that you are at the best place on the planet
for your child.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
Is a great pledge.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
Yeah, Children's Hospital.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
We work a lot with Vandy Children's and we get
to see firsthand just the amazing work that they do
and how much they care about every single kid that
walks in through that door. So you were going to
the right place. You were making the right decisions for
your kid. We're gonna send you so much love and
positive energy right now because we can hear it in
your voice that you're you know, you're nervous and you're

(04:24):
trying to say positive.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Yeah, well positivity man like Ricky and Zach said, yeah,
that's uh, just hanging on to that. Thank you for
calling us on your way in. I'm happy you had
somebody to talk to you here, and we're giving you
these lay Bay tickets. So best of luck today, buddy.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Absolutely, and Forrest, we want to hear from you later on,
you know what I mean, give us an update on everything.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
We want to know that you guys are.

Speaker 7 (04:46):
Okay, Okay, that sounds good.

Speaker 1 (04:48):
Thank you, all right, I'm gonna be you on hold
for just one second, okay.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
Forrest, Okay, I feel like we should call him at
the end of the week or so. I don't want
to overstep, but it's gonna be hard to not have
an update, so we hope, hopefully do hear from him soon.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Yeah, you know, I I don't even know what to
say about something like that. I can only imagine what
he's going through and how nervous he is. But we
just appreciate everybody, you know, coming to us and feeling
so comfortable to come talk to us about things like
this or, like we said, sending him so many positive
vibes and sending his whole family lots of love right now,
all of.

Speaker 2 (05:18):
Our love to forest. More of these take its same
time tomorrow.

Speaker 8 (05:23):
Who is the one oh seven five the River Secret Sabrina?

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Everyone is losing their minds over this.

Speaker 2 (05:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (05:31):
I was getting personal dms over the weekend asking me
for hints on who the one of seven five the
River's Secret Sabrina was. We have no idea who it is, though.
Everyone's coming to us and they're like, give us a
little hint, help us out.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Are we on the right track? I have no clue.
We're just as confused as you are.

Speaker 2 (05:49):
Yeah, and we made it through the first week. Nobody
has successfully correctly identified the secret Sabrina. Your job if
this is new to you, if you didn't hear it
last week. We're giving these clues four times a day.
You have to compile the clues, try to figure out
who is the one of seven five the River's Secret Sabrina,
and then go around asking people if they are you? Say,
are you the one of seven five the River's Secret?
Whoever does that first gets tickets to see Sabrina Carpenter

(06:10):
in Nashville and a trip to New York to see
her there.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
This has been a wild ride so far.

Speaker 7 (06:15):
Guess it's made me absolutely insane.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Zach get some very interesting theories, yeap, none of which
have seemed to come true just yet. So I am
definitely ready for the next clue.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Here we go, first clue of a brand new week.
Here we go.

Speaker 6 (06:29):
I'm still on the run, though the weakest meal. I'm
off to work just like you, but you probably won't
touch me quite that way. It's not in an office
where I spend my day.

Speaker 1 (06:40):
Okay, this is a good clue.

Speaker 7 (06:41):
Not in an office.

Speaker 9 (06:43):
And also they said still on the run, I just
feel like, what does that mean?

Speaker 2 (06:48):
I think it just means nobody's found them yet. Maybe
you can read more into it, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
I like that we now know that they're not in
an office.

Speaker 7 (06:56):
We got a track star, a track star. Yeah, they're
still on the run.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
If you've see anybody running, you ask him if they're
the one of seven five the River secret. Sobrina, I
don't know.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
If that's the answer you're gonna get necessarily, but I
like that we now know that they don't work in
an office.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
I'm assuming they work at.

Speaker 3 (07:13):
Home, which wouldn't be that weird because a lot of
people work from home now, or at least have half
in office half at home.

Speaker 7 (07:20):
Yeah, how are you supposed to find them? Then?

Speaker 9 (07:22):
If they work from home, just go knock on random
people's doors. That seems illegal.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
Yeah, you should definitely not do that. Please do not
knock on random people's doors.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
But also we had been thinking something along the lines
of the Predators. We were thinking hockey ice. There's a
lot of like ice clues and stuff, So then that
wouldn't be an office if you're a hockey player.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
If you follow us on one of seven five of
the River on Instagram, our friend Wayne Dy on the
Big ninety eight, he actually had to put a public
post out to say I am not the one of
seven five the River Secret Sabrina because people were going up.

Speaker 1 (07:53):
To him, oh wow at the.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
Preds, asking if he's so funny the Secret Sabrina and
he was like, I'm not, which like we would to
know if he was.

Speaker 1 (08:01):
Or is in So he has now said he is
not that person.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
Yeah, so I'm thinking the press thing may not be
a thing anymore. They may have been trying to know
lure us over that way. In reality it's the other way.

Speaker 9 (08:14):
Let's go back to maybe they're a bartender, because like
one of the very first clues was that they don't
have like a morning routine, that they're night owls, that
they're out on the town a lot. Sound like maybe
they're a bartender on Broadway. That's not an office.

Speaker 3 (08:26):
I have no idea at this point, but I do
feel like we're getting somewhere. We do have another clue
at nine point fifty this morning, we're really trying to
piece these all together. I think the three of us
have been losing our minds.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
I don't think we're very good at putting these clues.

Speaker 9 (08:41):
Kevin, no, you said stone cold Steve Austin, Okay, not
a great guess.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
I'm still not ruining him up. Three things you need
to know, all right, a few minutes past seven o'clock
on this Monday morning, Ricky Sanchez has those three things
for us.

Speaker 3 (08:55):
An orange door popped up in Nashville yesterday as part
of a Taylor Swift promotion of Google Search on Saturday let.

Speaker 1 (09:01):
Fans know that something was coming.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
So when you searched the Life of a Showgirl, there
was a pop up that said twelve cities, twelve doors,
one video to unlock.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
So there were.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
Twelve cities across the world with a word scramble you
had to figure out which one was which one of
which spelled out Nashville. And then yesterday an orange shores
showed up at Grimey's with a QR code and it
led you to a YouTube video. Each city across the
world had one. The QR code sent to people to
the video premiere of her song The fhato Ophelia, which

(09:31):
came out yesterday. It already has eight million views on YouTube.
It's been up for twelve hours, which is not that surprising.
But all of this obviously as part of her rollout
for the Life of a Showgirl, her album that came
out on Friday. She's got a bunch of late night
shows coming up this week, so we're gonna hear more
from Taylor and more of what's going on with her
very soon. Sabrina Carpenter performed at Austin City Limits is

(09:55):
Shanaia Twain over the weekend. She was the headliner Saturday night,
and she surprised the crowd by bringing out Shanaiah for
that Don't.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
Impress me much. Here's a clip of them singing.

Speaker 10 (10:05):
Together that don't impress me much.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
So good, so good. I'm so happy for Sabrina.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
I don't think people realize how long she's been doing
this before getting to the point of like headlining these
massive festivals and doing what she's doing. But I'm just
so proud of her.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
I'm so proud of her. This is amazing to see.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
And we've got a new food collab. This time it's
for bacon. Smithfield teamed up with Mike's Hot Honey for
the first ever Hot Honey flavored bacon. Smithfield claims that
this combination is the best of tradition and trend on
one plate. It's rolling out in grocery stores nationwide throughout October,
so you can find it very soon at your local

(10:53):
grocery store. This is the one time that I feel
like a food collab makes sense. Bacon and hot honey, Sure,
genius idea. Finally, there's so many crazy, insane thought processes
that these people do.

Speaker 1 (11:05):
This one makes sense.

Speaker 2 (11:06):
The found one that works.

Speaker 3 (11:07):
Yeah, I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things
you need to know.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
Thank you so much, Ricky. Music from Shaboozi Mens Boon
Lord All on the way.

Speaker 8 (11:15):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (11:16):
Right now we're gonna play Miles Smith and right after
this song, it's time for Zach's Facts on the River.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the River.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
I'm very excited for this Monday morning fact. It's one
O seven five the River. Zach ran this one by
me in advance, and I think it's such a good fact.

Speaker 9 (11:33):
Okay, So apparently if you go number one in the
shower instead of using the toilet just once a day,
it can save up the twenty five hundred liters of
water per year per person. That is so much water
that you're saving.

Speaker 3 (11:46):
Zach is staring at me as if I should be
mind blown by this fact.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
That's just so much water, so good for the planet.
I know people have their thoughts on that. We can
save that conversation for another time. But that's it's good
for the You're saving a lot of water.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
Thank god.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
There's your fact of the day.

Speaker 7 (12:02):
Go save the planet today, babes.

Speaker 8 (12:03):
Thanks Zach, Ricky, Zach and manow in the morning.

Speaker 1 (12:09):
This is about to blow your mind.

Speaker 3 (12:12):
Weekly allowance now averages at thirty seven dollars per child
a week.

Speaker 1 (12:19):
It's one o seven five the.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
River a week, thirty seven dollars per child. So I
want to know how much your allowance was, because I
know that mine was out thirty.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
Seven No wow, six one five seven, three seven nine
one oh seven. And I'm guessing, Ricky, this is like
a national average something just all the kids out there.
This is crazy. What was your allowance when you were
coming up? Six one five, seven, three seven nine one
oh seven.

Speaker 4 (12:43):
That's our question, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning
on one oh seven five the.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
River checond Go, Ricky shared this new stat Apparently the
weekly allowance is thirty seven dollars. Man, that's like the
national average, thirty seven dollars. That is the average allowance.
So we want to know what was your allowance when
you were grown up. We have Emma in Fairview on
the line. Good morning, Emma, good morning.

Speaker 5 (13:04):
Myn was one dollar every year.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
I am so well. I'm a loving right now.

Speaker 10 (13:10):
So I get a dollars every week.

Speaker 1 (13:13):
Wow, that sounds reasonable.

Speaker 7 (13:14):
Yeah, I feel like that's fair every week.

Speaker 2 (13:17):
So like when you're fifty, you're going to be rolling
in it.

Speaker 3 (13:22):
Hopefully you never know, Mom, you never know at this point,
am I have to know?

Speaker 9 (13:29):
Are you one of those people that you spend the
eleven dollars every week? Or do you save up for
something that you want to buy.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
To buy?

Speaker 9 (13:36):
Okay, that's not that you want to buy next bro,
You're gonna be saving.

Speaker 10 (13:43):
For a while.

Speaker 4 (13:44):
Zach.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
You asked her what you are the worst? Emma, you're
doing the right thing. You're doing a great job. Thank
you for calling in this morning. We hope you and
mom have a great day.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 7 (13:56):
My friends.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
As a parent here, I really like this eight money situation,
like that when they're eleven they get eleven dollars, twelve twelve,
you know you give it them.

Speaker 7 (14:04):
What are your kids getting out.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
They get if they can do all of their like uh,
I don't want to say chores, but keep their room clean,
pick their clothes up, hang their towel off after the show.
If they can do like the whole checklates of stuff,
they'll get five dollars per week. Okay, that money drops down,
that gets smaller if they don't do those things. Did
they skip days? You know?

Speaker 1 (14:23):
I like that idea. Yeah, Zach, Did you have an allowance?

Speaker 3 (14:27):
No?

Speaker 7 (14:28):
My hom just bought me whatever I wanted. This is
why I'm spoil off Brath. This takes so much, so
why I'm a spoiled Brath.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Kevin, what was.

Speaker 1 (14:37):
Your allowance as the old guy?

Speaker 2 (14:39):
I had a paper route and that was my form
of making money. I don't think I actually had an allowance.

Speaker 7 (14:44):
Okay, did you have one, Ricky?

Speaker 3 (14:45):
I had a very unique situation because my parents are divorced.
So at one house I got whatever I wanted, and
then at the other house I had to work for
it and have an allowance. And when I did have
the allowance, it ranged from like a dollar to two
dollars depending on what got done.

Speaker 9 (15:01):
I just yes, like the thought of the making thirty
seven dollars a week as a child, that is one
hundred and forty eight dollars a month.

Speaker 7 (15:09):
That this kid is getting what are they going to
spend it on?

Speaker 9 (15:11):
Like, at this point you got to buy your own groceries.

Speaker 7 (15:14):
That is so much money.

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Seven three seven nine, one oh seven. If you want
to join the allowance conversation, what was yours when.

Speaker 6 (15:20):
You were growing up?

Speaker 8 (15:21):
One O seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach, and
Mano in the morning.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
Hello, Good morning, Ashley and Nashville.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
Welcome to one of seven five the River.

Speaker 5 (15:28):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (15:30):
Okay, first off, I know that this question is kind
of rude, but Ashley, how old are you?

Speaker 6 (15:35):
So?

Speaker 5 (15:35):
I'm I'm older than Kevin even I'm forty two.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
Forty two?

Speaker 1 (15:41):
Okay, how much was your allowance when you were younger?

Speaker 5 (15:44):
I didn't get an allowance. My husband did that. I
did not a group on a farm. So I just
so all the work and for nothing for food and
board for food.

Speaker 9 (15:54):
Honestly, my mom like if we were bad, My mom
used to say that all the time of like, no,
I pay for everything, like the roof over your head
and the food that you eat.

Speaker 7 (16:03):
No, you can't get that.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
You also, Zach, you also told us that your mom
buy you anything you wanted if.

Speaker 7 (16:09):
I was good. Yeah, which didn't happen very often.

Speaker 3 (16:14):
Actually, I don't think that you have a very like
different situation than a lot of people. Because we did
also talk to our friend Sandra before who she was like,
I grew up in a Puerto Rican household.

Speaker 1 (16:23):
They didn't give me any money. There was no like
chores for allowance. It was like you just did those
things because.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
You needed to tidy up after yourself and like, you know,
make sure that you were contributing.

Speaker 1 (16:33):
To the household.

Speaker 3 (16:33):
But we do.

Speaker 5 (16:34):
We do give our children an allowance. And my kids
audibly gassed. When you guys said thirty seven dollars a week, well,
it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
That that's the average. So some people out there are
making five dollars a week. What are the others making
on the high end of that? That's right, nuts.

Speaker 5 (16:49):
Our kids make six dollars a week. But we allow
them if they want to earn more money, we will say,
you can vacuum out the car for this much money.

Speaker 3 (16:57):
If you want to smart incentives for more money.

Speaker 1 (16:59):
That's of like work and that's how it works with overtime. Also,
they're taking the life lessons there.

Speaker 7 (17:04):
Kids like gas spit that amount.

Speaker 9 (17:06):
I feel like now they have negotiation power they can
be like, no, mom, we need more like everybody else
is getting more inflation.

Speaker 2 (17:12):
Bro, sorry that we said that. Yeah, no, sorry that
we shared any of that. Hey, Ashley, thank you for calling.
I do want to say one thing, though, I don't
like that you instituted this new Are you younger older
than Kevin?

Speaker 6 (17:24):
Thing?

Speaker 2 (17:24):
Like, that's not That's not my.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
Favorite part in this entire conversation.

Speaker 5 (17:28):
You say all the time how old you are, and
I'm like, I wonder if I'm older than.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
He's pretty old.

Speaker 9 (17:35):
It's okay, we appreciate you calling that means you just
called Ashley old.

Speaker 1 (17:39):
Ashley's got a young soul.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
I can sense it, I can feel it.

Speaker 2 (17:45):
I don't like this. Jonahs Brothers tickets, you can win
those next. We've got them all week with the Game
of the Day.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
Next, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 3 (17:56):
You're about to get into Kevin Mano's Game of the
Day on one O seven five the River. It's calling
it two thousand and five trivia because it's for tickets
to see the Jonas Brothers. I bridged down Arena on
October fourteenth, and what did they start in two thousand
and five?

Speaker 1 (18:08):
Is that.

Speaker 2 (18:09):

Speaker 7 (18:49):
What was the highlight?

Speaker 4 (18:51):
I took my kids out for the weekend.

Speaker 5 (18:53):
We spent a lot of time together.

Speaker 7 (18:55):
Great.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
We went to Borough Bye fun.

Speaker 9 (18:57):
I didn't know what was happening last weekend, so I'm
sad that I missed it.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Oh yeah, it was a lot of fun.

Speaker 5 (19:02):
And that's tons of informational stuff too.

Speaker 3 (19:04):
I love that okay, Kyanne? Are you ready to play
the game?

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Yes?

Speaker 10 (19:08):
Awesome.

Speaker 2 (19:09):
You're the first one in the door this week for
these Jonas Brothers tickets. We're we're gonna be doing two
thousand and five trivia all week long because the Joe bros.
Are out there celebrating twenty years as a band. They
got started in two thousand and five. So if you
can get two out of three of these questions right,
the tickets are years. Are you ready? Yes? All right, Kyanne?
Your game starts right now. What TV Show, which premiered

(19:31):
in two thousand and five, features characters like Stanley Hudson,
Kelly Kapor, and Toby Flanderson. Oh goodness, those are all
like secondary characters. They're not the main characters, but they
were there.

Speaker 3 (19:50):
Oh, Jona, I think we got to skip this one.

Speaker 2 (19:58):
Well, yeah, it was the office. Do we give her
the point?

Speaker 3 (20:01):
That was?

Speaker 1 (20:02):
I mean, you know what, we'll give it morning. It
took you a little longer to get there.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
But it was right as I said, I think we
got to skip it, so we'll give you the point.

Speaker 7 (20:10):
Okay, thank you, We're on the board.

Speaker 2 (20:12):
You got one. This next question you have to answer
in record time. Who was the President of the United
States in two thousand and five. Here's a hint. His
middle initial is a prominent part of his name.

Speaker 8 (20:25):
George.

Speaker 7 (20:27):
Yeah, I had too.

Speaker 2 (20:29):
That you're going to see the Jonas brothers.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
Thank you for what you are so well.

Speaker 3 (20:36):
Good congratulations. Hang on the line so we can get
your info. Okay, all right, thank you.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
I mean, she did take a long time with that
first question, but hey, but.

Speaker 7 (20:44):
She nailed the second one, so I think she caught
up on some seconds.

Speaker 2 (20:47):
There three things you need to Okay, let's go. Just
after eight o'clock on this Monday morning, Ricky Sanchez hands
your three things.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
The Tennessee Titans won their first game of the season
over the weekend.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
Congrats them.

Speaker 3 (21:00):
Titans be the Cardinals yesterday twenty two to twenty one
and a fourth quarter comeback. Cam Ward through for a
career high two hundred and sixty five yards and completed
thirteen of eighteen passes. So congrats to them. That puts
their record at one and four for the season so far.
We needed that win, though, so really.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Proud and pumped. Wow, proud and pumped at once is
not easy to say.

Speaker 3 (21:23):
Really proud and pumped for the Titans and their fans.
Heart's Restaurant is going to expand to a third location.
The Australian inspired cafe currently has locations in East Nashville
and twelve South. They are so good. If you have
not checked them out yet, highly recommend. Now they have
plans to expand to Hart Street in the former present.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
Tent space that's in Chestnut Hill.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
Present Tense is going to relocate to Houston Street, so
all good stuff. Really excited for them Now you'll have
a third location to check them out at. Like I said,
if you haven't yet, go and K Pop Demon Hunters.
There is a new trend that's leading to a spike
in severe burns, especially for kids.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
It's the hot ramen trend.

Speaker 3 (22:05):
It's viral, it's happening on TikTok where it's inspired by
the K Pop Demon Hunters for kids to like microwave
and eat scolding hot instant noodles. So it's leading to
spills and burns, sometimes permanent scars. Burns specialists say that
they're seeing multiple cases each week, with younger kids especially
vulnerable because their skin burns faster.

Speaker 1 (22:26):
So this is me telling you do not try this trend.

Speaker 3 (22:30):
It's not worth hurting yourself for a few views on TikTok.
If you really want to try the trend, though, do
it while they're normal temperature. Nobody's gonna know if they're
actually scolding hot. Pretend use your acting skills. A lot
of people pretend all the time. It's okay to do
it that way. If you really want to be in
on this trend, do not hurt yourself for something so silly.

Speaker 1 (22:47):
Okay. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things
you need.

Speaker 4 (22:50):
To know for Ricky Zach and Meno in the Morning
on one oh seven five the River.

Speaker 3 (22:54):
I'm both scared and excited about this. This is the
first time we're doing this on one O seven to
five the River. It is the Ricky Zach and Manno
in the Morning Show and Tell. Each of us has
brought in something from our house to show and tell.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Each other about.

Speaker 3 (23:09):
We have decided off air that we are going to
explain the other person's item. So we're gonna start with Kevin.
He's gonna hold up his item, we are going to
describe what it is, and then he'll give us a
little backstory on why he brought it.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
And the one rule that I am laying down here
inspired by my kids Show and Tell at school. You
have to be nice. We're gonna be nice. There is
a teacher present. We're not We're not ripping into each
other here.

Speaker 7 (23:31):
Okay, how about we try our best.

Speaker 2 (23:33):
We try our best? All right, That's that's good enough, Zach.
Here we go. I'm going first my Show and Tell.
Itam one of my most prized.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
Possessions, one of your most prized possessions.

Speaker 3 (23:41):
It's a Willy walk It's a tiny little little Willy Wonka,
a little.

Speaker 2 (23:46):
Grandpa Grandpa Joe.

Speaker 7 (23:47):
It's like a statue figure of Grandpa Joe.

Speaker 1 (23:50):
From Fen Yes, little action figure.

Speaker 3 (23:54):
Still by the way, I feel like, wait, I remember
I think when you got this was it a gift?

Speaker 2 (24:00):
My brother and I we trade this back and forth
like half the year. This Grandpa Joe action figures with
me half the year. It's with him. We love Willy Wonka,
but we hate Grandpa Joe. He's a real dirt bag.
He just spends his life in bed until he.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
Has given in his pajamas.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
His pajamas are soiled too, They're all dirty. There's a
tiny little golden ticket came. Where do you keep this
in your house, Kevin, in my closet. I kind of
keep all of my personal items in my class.

Speaker 3 (24:24):
Well, you have kids, you don't want them to get
into exactly.

Speaker 2 (24:27):
So I love this item. Even though I hate Grandpa Joe.
This means a lot to me and I wanted to share.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
With you guys, tiny little Grandpa Joe figurine.

Speaker 3 (24:35):
Okay, it's in the box still, yeah, yeah, yeah, all right,
I'm going to go next because Jackie scared me by
saying that his might get him fired, So that'll be
the last one we do.

Speaker 1 (24:44):
Mine is a collection of things. Okay, speaking of.

Speaker 3 (24:47):
Prize possessions, all right, ducks, I have one, two, three,
five rubber.

Speaker 1 (24:54):
Duckies with me.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
Why because they are all different types of rubber ducks.
You guys can describe them, actually you're supposed to.

Speaker 2 (25:02):
Oh yeah, yeah. One is blue eagle.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
Yeah, looks like there's another one that has a tattoo
that says quack on it in like the form is
like a law.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
And then I also have a teeny tiny little one
which is my.

Speaker 3 (25:16):
Little guy for the little well baby duck that has
very beautiful eyelashes.

Speaker 2 (25:20):
So where did all these come from? And why are
they special to you?

Speaker 3 (25:23):
They have come from different places downtown and around Nashville
that have the little rubber.

Speaker 1 (25:28):
Ducky claw machine machines.

Speaker 3 (25:30):
Yes, and I if there is a rubber Ducky claw machine,
you can find me at it because I love those
things so much and it kind of became this thing
between my friends and I, so we all always play
them whenever we go out downtown. So I have a
bunch of rubber duckies from different days and different.

Speaker 7 (25:47):
Time your house, Ricky.

Speaker 3 (25:49):
I keep them in my bedroom on my TV stand
next to my TV so I can see all my
rubber duckies. Okay, okay, and I'm adding to the collection
every time.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
Jack, You've used this voice like okay for both of us.
And now we can't wait to see what you brought.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
Yeah, let's see yours, big dog. I'm afraid, okay.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
I'm obsessed with this.

Speaker 3 (26:10):
It's a tiny little figurine of a ghost. It's doing
a very specific gesture.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Yeah gesture.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
Yeah, that is not a hand gesture.

Speaker 3 (26:20):
That's something that we're gonna talk about because it's not appropriate.

Speaker 7 (26:23):
I told you I was gonna get fired.

Speaker 1 (26:25):
I love it.

Speaker 9 (26:25):
But here's the thing is so you know that Halloween
is like probably my favorite like holiday. This is the
one Halloween decoration that I own that my boyfriend bought
and it sits on our front porch and I was
like this, I have to bring Wait.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
It sits on your front porch. Yeah, it's like an
inch tall.

Speaker 9 (26:41):
We have like a table on the front porch with
like flowers, and it sits next to the flowers.

Speaker 7 (26:45):
So whenever people walk up, this is what they see.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
I love it. I think it needs a name. Does
it have a name?

Speaker 4 (26:51):
No?

Speaker 7 (26:51):
I think you should name it.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
I like Sherman.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
Okay, Sherman the ghost done. See if you want to
see all these items that we bro we are posting
this video on Instagram at one O seven five the
Rivers where you can find it and see all of
our prize possessions that we brought in. And if you're
watching on Instagram right now, go ahead and smash that follow.

Speaker 7 (27:10):
But that's gonna get us fired.

Speaker 8 (27:13):
Before my Figureine, Ricky, Zach and menow in the morning.

Speaker 2 (27:21):
It is time, my friends, for the daily double tap.
Every day about this time, we play some audio from
a video that one of us foundal and this is
a local one. Here found by Ricky.

Speaker 3 (27:30):
Yeah, it says point of view, you go to Belmont,
And I know that Kevin's a little confused by this,
but I think most of you won't be once you
actually hear what happens. But this is viewed from somebody
who goes to Belmont.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
Okay, here we go the day.

Speaker 11 (27:44):
We very specific to Belmont.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
Great song, they sound great, but like I didn't realize
Belmont was churning out barbershop quartets or something.

Speaker 3 (28:32):
All. Oh yeah, lots of students there are for music
performance and performing arts and things like that.

Speaker 7 (28:38):
I mean that's where Dasha went.

Speaker 2 (28:39):
Yeah, oh, okay, Like there's.

Speaker 9 (28:41):
A lot of singer songwriters and literally whenever you watch
the video, which you have to, it sees girls in
their dorm and they open the door and it's these
guys just performing to them, like they just popped up
like a singing telegram on.

Speaker 3 (28:54):
Very unique to Belmont kind of moment, very Nashville for sure.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
Sure, and they did a great job. I sing that
song for choir in high school.

Speaker 7 (29:02):
Go ahead, hit a note.

Speaker 2 (29:04):
I didn't even know you did choir.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
I did choir for two years in high school.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Get some of that out.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
Here at some point lots of drinks.

Speaker 4 (29:15):
Okay, no problem, we're gonna do that Ricky, Zach and
Menno in the morning on one oh seven five the
River
