Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Good morning, Happy Tuesday friends. Thank you so much for
being here, stun your day with us. Ricky Sanchez has
those three things.
Speaker 3 (00:08):
President Donald Trump has confirmed that Sean Diddy Combs has
asked him for a pardon. During yesterday's session with the press,
the President said, quote, I call him puff Daddy. He
has asked me for a pardon, so he's asked him.
Diddy's legal team has strongly recommended to the judge that
he should spend his time behind bars in a low
(00:29):
security federal prison in New Jersey. The FCI for Dix
has a drug treatment program that they think that would
very much benefit Diddy. Ultimately, the Bureau of Prisons and
not the judge will decide where he will go. My
entire computer has stopped working, oh no, which is great.
(00:49):
But ultimately it's going to be the Bureau of Prisons
who will determine where he's going to spend his sentence.
These are the most popular slang words amongst kids. After
analyzing Google trends and all the data, unscrambler dot com
finds that big shocker six seven is the most popular one.
It's had more than one hundred and forty one thousand searches. Uh,
(01:13):
since you know kids have started to say six seven.
Also on the list are bop, which is not what
you think. It's not bop like oh like a bop
a song, It's different. Chopped, zesty, and mogging are some
of the other top slang words for twenty twenty five.
I have never felt so old than when I read
(01:34):
this list because I was like, I don't know any
of these words except six seven.
Speaker 4 (01:39):
Person, I know that's used six seven like in real.
Speaker 3 (01:41):
Life, he tried. I don't know that he effectively used it.
But also six seven doesn't really mean anything, doesn't.
Speaker 5 (01:47):
Mean anything, so you can say whatever you want.
Speaker 3 (01:49):
Yeah, I guess so, so I guess he did effectively
use it. Nice and a reminder that today is election day.
It's the last day to vote in the primary for
Tennessee Congretional District seven. Special election. Poles will close at
seven pm tonight, so get out there and vote. It
is very important that everybody votes, so make sure you
make some time to do that today. I'm Ricky Sanchez,
(02:11):
and those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Thanks very much, Ricky. Impressive that you did that without
a computer I'm not sure none of my notes how
you pulled it off, But there you go. You can
get back into the music with Chapel Roun. We've got
more Lave tickets on the way for the first caller.
Speaker 4 (02:24):
You can win those in ten minutes.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
Lave at Bridgestone next week was around the way right
here on the.
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Roof one seven five the river, Nicky, Zach and Mano
in the morning.
Speaker 2 (02:33):
Somber song is called back to Friends. It's one O
seven to five the river. Kristin and Franklin is on
the line and Kristin has the hiccups.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
Hi, Kristin, good morning.
Speaker 3 (02:43):
Have you not drinking any water or any coffee or
anything yet this morning?
Speaker 6 (02:47):
Well, I'm on my way to work.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
That's not a great time to get the hiccups or
in the dark green.
Speaker 4 (02:54):
Yeah, do you have a beverage in the car with you?
Speaker 7 (02:57):
I do.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
I feel like that's I don't know the tricks.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
I feel like different people do different things, but I
feel like, yeah, a beverage will help.
Speaker 8 (03:04):
I'm trying to hold my breath and blow all the air.
Speaker 3 (03:10):
In the dark rain. Not a good idea, Christen, make
sure that you're being careful about it. Because obviously not
the best time for this to happen.
Speaker 5 (03:17):
Oh, I did look it up, and I says pull
your tongue gently, pull your tongue out and hold it
for a few secons.
Speaker 4 (03:22):
I've never heard that.
Speaker 5 (03:23):
That's what it says on Google. And then the other
one says, press your eyeballs.
Speaker 9 (03:28):
Don't know that everything.
Speaker 8 (03:30):
My friend showed me a little breathing exercise that you
hold your breath for a few seconds and then blow
everything your breath out forty seconds.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
But I do think personally, when I have the hiccups,
I'll just try a lot of different ways of confusing
my breathing mechanism. Like you just want to kind of
offset your breathing, like just reset it, you know, Pant
like a dog, Sure, pant.
Speaker 4 (03:51):
Like a dog.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
I'm gonna be so for real with you, guys. I'm
just I get frustrated, and I just the entire time
hiccup and get mad about every single hiccup that I hiccup.
I don't try to make I think you just gotta wait.
Speaker 4 (04:03):
Well, Christen, you're headed to work.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
What do you do?
Speaker 6 (04:05):
I work in a factory.
Speaker 7 (04:08):
What do you make?
Speaker 8 (04:09):
I make tape?
Speaker 6 (04:10):
Tape that you probably use all this time all cake fun.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
Cool, Zach said fun, because Zach would get himself into
the tape and create quite well.
Speaker 5 (04:20):
I just remember like in high school and I would
always put tape on my nose to try and pull
out the black heads. So that's what I would be
doing all day long on this tape factory. My skin
would be flawless.
Speaker 8 (04:30):
Oh okay, well we have the tape that would get it.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
I just gotta say. I warned everyone who is going
to call that this morning's already been a weird morning,
so this is gonna be a weird conversation. Kristin. Thank
you for you know, going through this ride with us,
and for being the first caller of the day on
one of seven five. The river you're getting takes it
to see La bay I Bridge down Arena.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
Yeah, it's gonna be a good show. It's next Monday night. Congratulations.
And before we put you on hold, do you still
have the hiccups?
Speaker 8 (04:58):
Actually, I haven't hiccups.
Speaker 6 (05:00):
Wait, I think I may have got rid of it.
Speaker 4 (05:02):
We do it, guys, You're heroes.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
Kristin, thank you for hanging out with us this morning.
We appreciate you. Hang on the line, okay, okay, or tickets.
Speaker 4 (05:10):
Same time tomorrow and maybe we'll cure whatever is ailing you.
Speaker 10 (05:14):
Okay, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on
the river is the one oh seven five the River
Secret Sabrina.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
That's what we're trying to figure out. I really do
think we're about to give itn on the clue. But
I do think your best bet at this point is
just ask everyone you see, are you the one of
seven five the River Secret Sabrina? Like at the grocery
store wherever you are, Just ask you if you want
these Sabrina Carboner tickets.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
That's what you gotta do. Just ask everybody if.
Speaker 5 (05:40):
You want to go on record and say that I
got like DMS yesterday asking if it was me.
Speaker 3 (05:44):
No, it is not me, that I am not the
first none of us was the fact that it can't
be anybody on here, so it's.
Speaker 4 (05:50):
None of us.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
We're playing along with you. We're not joking about that.
I think people genuinely think we're lying, But we're playing
along with you because we have no idea who this is.
Our bosses don't trust does enough to tell us that's fair,
and I don't blame them whatsoever. So Zach, are you
ready to read the next clue for our one of
seven five, The River Secret Sabrina.
Speaker 5 (06:09):
I am so ready. Secret Sabrina is one in a million.
We mentioned they're not a native Nashvillian. The places they've
lived are miles apart. Only one can be reached in
a day in the car.
Speaker 4 (06:23):
Okay, so not a native Nashvillian. I think we already
knew that.
Speaker 5 (06:27):
And where they're from originally it sounds like it is
within driving distance of Nashville.
Speaker 4 (06:32):
Well, one of the places is, yeah, one of them.
That doesn't mean that's where they're from, that's true.
Speaker 5 (06:37):
So one of the relaces that they've lived is within
driving distance. I will say, if you were listening yesterday,
we gave a clue at two point fifty that said,
Sabrina Carpenter our secret. Sabrina is always on their phone,
sometimes with others and sometimes alone. And I felt like
that was a clue of like, it's got to be
somebody like prominent on social media.
Speaker 4 (07:00):
Heaven No, it's not my wife, but she's always on
her phone. Okay, all right, it's good to revisit old clues.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
Guys.
Speaker 3 (07:07):
I got nothing. I'm like at the point where I
have zero clue and also whatsoever, and I can't even
bring myself to play along anymore. I'm so annoyed to.
Speaker 4 (07:17):
Think about that.
Speaker 5 (07:18):
Like where they used to live is driving distance? I mean, honestly,
anything is driving distance if you put your mind to it,
not like a like across the ocean, well clearly, Like
if they're from not anywhere, they're from Portland, Oregon, that's
still driving distance. If you get in the car and
it takes three days, that's still driving distance.
Speaker 10 (07:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
I think the idea though, is it's a drive that
wouldn't make you like insane, but only one.
Speaker 4 (07:43):
Can be reached in a day in the car, not
in three days in the car.
Speaker 5 (07:46):
Oh in a day, okay, so within twenty four hours.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Okay, So get out your maps, your Thomas Gudd's uh
eve another clue.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
At nine fifty. We don't know what else to say
because these clues are driving us insane.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
Honestly, if you guys have any idea on who this is,
please dms on Instagram at one on seven five to
the river and just like tell us like what you
think about the clues, because help us break it down
because we're trying to break it down with.
Speaker 4 (08:13):
You nine to fifty to your next clue. Again, the
first person to correctly.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
Identify our secret Sabrina gets taken to see Sabrina Carpenter
in Nashville and a trip to New York to see
her in New York. So this is a big deal.
Everybody should be playing this game. Just ask everybody if
they are the one of seven five the River Secret Sabrina,
and be here at nine to fifty for your next clue.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
Three things you need to know?
Speaker 4 (08:32):
All right, let's go just.
Speaker 2 (08:33):
Say, after seven o'clock on this Tuesday morning, Ricky Sanchez
has your three things.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
Grammy nominations are a month away, and everyone's talking about
Hunter Tricks and how they may be up for a
Grammy or possibly multiple Grammys. There's expectations that Golden by
Hunterrickx on the K Pop Demon Hunter soundtrack is going
to be nominated for Record of the Year. If that
does happen, Huntrix will be the first K pop act
to be nominated for that category.
Speaker 7 (08:58):
Cool.
Speaker 3 (08:58):
If you're thinking that's, like, you know, may strange for
an animated movie soundtrack to be up for such an aboard,
I will remind you that not only has the song
Golden top the Billboard Hot one hundred and tied with
TLC for the longest run for number one for a
girl group, but also at the Grammy Awards in nineteen
fifty nine, the Chipmunk song from the Animated Chipmunks at
(09:21):
one Record of the Year. Okay, it also topped the
Billboard Hot one hundred chart that same year, so this
is possible. Hunterricks may walk away with a Grammy, and
not only a Grammy, but one for Record of the Year.
We will see once nominations are out, I will let
you know what they are. All Smoky Distillery is hosting
a nine to one to one Nashville premiere. This is
(09:42):
pretty cool. So showkicks off of October ninth on ABC.
There's gonna be a watch party at Old Smoky Distillery
at seven pm. This is a totally local show, so
you've probably seen some things pop up of scenes around town.
In the trailer, you see spots like as send Amphitheater,
Second Avenue. There's appearances by Caine Brown and meteorologist Danielle Breezy.
Speaker 1 (10:06):
My dad had.
Speaker 3 (10:06):
Actually just a quick little fun fact sent me a
video of what looked like a scent amphitheater on fire
and he was like, did you see this? Is everybody okay?
Or are you okay? I know you're a concerts all
the time. And I was like, Oh, that's that's the
TV show, Dad, that's not real. Everything's all right. So
if you want to go check this out, Like I said,
totally local, like everything that's happening here in Nashville for
(10:28):
nine to one to one Nashville, October ninth, seven pm,
All Smoky Distillery and Poppy, the brand of you know SODA's.
They have brought their Amaya Papaya drink to Life Love
Island USA winner Amaya Papaya. She has a new Poppy flavor.
They did a mock up for an Amaya Papaya flavor
and the comments just went nuts on social media. Everybody
(10:51):
was on board. So now they have created the Amaya's
Island Colada. It's a limited edition soda. It's pineapple up front,
a little bit of coconut in there, and obviously very fuzzy,
just like Poppy always is. It's available now for a
limited time in a twelve pack exclusively on TikTok shop
and Amazon. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
things you need to know.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
I would assume there's simple paya in that drink as well, right, that'd.
Speaker 3 (11:14):
Be I said, pineapple and coconut and.
Speaker 4 (11:18):
No papaya for amya papaya. All right, thanks, Ricky appreciated.
Speaker 7 (11:22):
All right.
Speaker 4 (11:23):
After the song, Let's learn Zach's facts.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
Next down the River, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
Speaker 7 (11:29):
On one the River.
Speaker 3 (11:31):
Eat your significant other in an unconventional way. Let's say
it's one of seven five the river. There is a
woman who created a billboard and she's not the first
person to do this, but a billboard to find love,
and it seems like it may work. She got a
bunch of people to apply to like date her. She
got thousands of people to apply to date her.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
Just to get outside the box. You know, it doesn't
always have to be the apps or at a bar
or at work. I'm sure there are lots of people
out there that met their significant others in these unique ways,
and we want to hear those stories. Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
one oh seven. If that's you, we want to hear
how you met.
Speaker 7 (12:07):
Let us know. Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the Morning
one of.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
The river, unconventional way that you met your significant other.
That's what we're talking about right now on one O
seven five of the River. Because this lady had put
up a billboard looking for love, and this seems to
be something that a few people have tried so far,
and she got a lot of people to respond.
Speaker 4 (12:27):
Like almost two thousand people. Right, it's crazy.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
So Abby and Hendersonville tell us the you know, strange
or unconventional way that you met your significant other.
Speaker 11 (12:37):
Okay, so I met my husband like as a pen
pal while he was in prison.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
Oh, Abby, you like them dangerous?
Speaker 11 (12:46):
H Well, there was like this website and I don't know,
you could write to prisoners, and I don't know, I
felt like, well maybe I should try to give some
hope to some of these people here. So I started
to write like these little inspirational mees and that's nice. Yeah,
I mean I thought it was. I don't know I
felt that. So I don't know. I wrote about, like,
(13:07):
I don't know, maybe like ten to fifteen different people,
like I don't know what. We just kind of happened
to find one another and I fell in love.
Speaker 4 (13:14):
Can I ask you a question? Don't get offended?
Speaker 2 (13:16):
Was any part of you looking to meet somebody or
was this purely inspirational?
Speaker 11 (13:21):
You know, I feel like I don't know. I feel
like people tell me I have a big heart, so
I know maybe somewhere deep down I was looking to
meet someone, but I feel like I was just trying
to like help people out.
Speaker 3 (13:33):
Also, I have to ask Abby. I hate to ask,
but I have to ask, because Zach said you like
them dangerous?
Speaker 8 (13:40):
What did he do? Why was he for He was
in for fraud?
Speaker 3 (13:45):
Oh yeah, what do you mean?
Speaker 5 (13:49):
Oh, I feel like that's awful, Like he was in
for fraud anything that he says.
Speaker 3 (13:54):
I am not condoning fraud. But she said a prisoner,
and she was writing to a bunch of them. It
could have been so something really, really really serious. It's
like way more intense than fraud. I am more fascinated
by the fact that, like it happened so organically, and
that you originally were just kind of trying to spread
some hope. And now now you guys are in love
(14:15):
and how long have you been together?
Speaker 11 (14:16):
Well, we're actually been married for like a year now.
Speaker 4 (14:19):
Congratulations, you know, wow.
Speaker 11 (14:21):
Thank you. Yeah, he was in prison for like six years.
Speaker 5 (14:25):
He okays, Salt's at your wedding?
Speaker 4 (14:28):
What sack there?
Speaker 3 (14:31):
Abby? Do not answer that.
Speaker 10 (14:34):
Week, do not.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
It's getting insane again.
Speaker 7 (14:37):
Abby.
Speaker 3 (14:37):
We are very happy for you, and also we appreciate
you being so open about this. I don't know how
open you are with everybody about this, but we appreciate
you calling us and telling us about this.
Speaker 11 (14:48):
Well, no problem, you know, I don't know. I felt like,
you know, it was important and I was excited about it,
and I don't know. I want other people to realize
there's nice people.
Speaker 9 (14:57):
In the prison.
Speaker 4 (14:58):
It's a sweet story. So thank you.
Speaker 11 (15:00):
They're welcome.
Speaker 5 (15:00):
Kevin, you used to work a lot on TV. Do
you have any connections with like directors at Hallmark? Because
I feel like this would be the cutest Hallmark movie.
Speaker 4 (15:08):
I'm on at Zack. I've already sent the email.
Speaker 7 (15:11):
Abby.
Speaker 5 (15:12):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (15:12):
We appreciate you and we hope you have a great day.
Speaker 11 (15:15):
Thanks you too.
Speaker 2 (15:18):
What about this for a title? Frauding in loves? I like,
instead of falling in love.
Speaker 5 (15:23):
No frauding in love?
Speaker 2 (15:26):
You need a different I think we're onto something six
five seven, three seven nine one o seven. If you
have an example, doesn't have to be that intense but
a unique way that you met your significant other one
oh seven five.
Speaker 7 (15:37):
Of the River Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 2 (15:40):
We had a really interesting conversation a few minutes ago
with with Abby. She told us that she met her
husband when they were pen pals. He was in prison
and they got together and.
Speaker 4 (15:48):
Here they are married.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
Brooke in Nashville is on the line. Brook, Did you
meet your significant other in a unique way?
Speaker 10 (15:55):
I did.
Speaker 6 (15:56):
My husband and I met each other playing a Star
Wars game online.
Speaker 3 (16:00):
Oh that's cute though, So you guys were like playing
online and I'm assuming was it like through headsets that
you guys were talking to each other.
Speaker 6 (16:08):
Yeah, we had a voice program that we could talk
to each other through.
Speaker 5 (16:11):
So I feel like a lot of people when they're
playing games together, they're like screaming at each other or
like trying to figure it out. Like, what was like
the first time that you were like, Oh, I think.
Speaker 8 (16:18):
I might like this dude.
Speaker 6 (16:20):
Well, I can tell you the way that we met
each other. First we were in a player versus player area,
and first time he and I met each other, he
killed me a day no mercy. The next day we
met each other and you know, kind of disagreed a
little bit, but then we got to be friends. We
were friends for about two years, kind of loft touch,
(16:41):
and then reconnected later on. We just celebrated our seventeenth anniversary.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
O lations.
Speaker 4 (16:49):
Good for you guys, great story, Thank you, thanks for
sharing with us. You have a great day, you two.
Speaker 3 (16:55):
Bye bro.
Speaker 4 (16:56):
Did you guys ever do any of the gaming with
headset stuff?
Speaker 3 (16:59):
No, that really wasn't my thing. I like to play
my video games like with other people in the same room. Yeah,
but my brother used to get into that.
Speaker 4 (17:06):
Did you ever throw a controller at somebody when you
were younger, Ricky?
Speaker 1 (17:08):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (17:10):
You Zach did too, Okay, both of you. We've got
Jonas Brother's tickets with the game of the day, can win.
Speaker 3 (17:15):
Them next right here on the River's Siblings for you.
Speaker 4 (17:18):
You also have anger issues.
Speaker 10 (17:19):
That's why I asked, sir Ricky, is Zach and Mano
in the morning on the Mano's Game of the.
Speaker 3 (17:27):
Day on one O seven five the River, We're playing
two thousand and five trivia for tickets to see the
Jonas Brothers Average Stone Arena next week October fourteenth. That
happened so quickly. We got Diane and Gallatin on the line.
Speaker 6 (17:39):
Good morning, Deane, Good morning.
Speaker 1 (17:41):
Hello.
Speaker 7 (17:42):
Hello.
Speaker 4 (17:42):
Do you think you're gonna be decent at two thousand
and five trivia?
Speaker 1 (17:45):
Like?
Speaker 4 (17:45):
Were you you know, old enough to know what was
going on at that point?
Speaker 10 (17:49):
Uh? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (17:52):
She said it was so much attitude.
Speaker 5 (17:56):
Okay, I'm playing fifty, so I hope so, you know,
fifty and fabulous.
Speaker 4 (18:01):
That's what they say, Babe.
Speaker 2 (18:02):
Here we go two out of three of these questions.
The tickets are years again. Jonas brothers are out on
their big twentieth anniversary tour. They got together as a
band in two thousand and five, so that has inspired
this week's game, Deane, Your.
Speaker 4 (18:14):
Game starts right now.
Speaker 2 (18:17):
In two thousand and five, Christian Bale made his debut
as what Superhero Batman?
Speaker 8 (18:24):
Hey, nice, John point on the boards clopping in the background.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
I thought you were clapping for yourself.
Speaker 11 (18:32):
Actually, actually if both sons now are clapping.
Speaker 4 (18:34):
Yeah, now I'm clapping with them.
Speaker 10 (18:39):
I love it.
Speaker 4 (18:39):
All right, you get this, you win?
Speaker 2 (18:41):
Which of Chicago's two baseball teams won the World Series
in two thousand and five, White Sox my.
Speaker 6 (18:49):
Cubs sitting link of twenty sixteen, Hey.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Mike, Cubs as well.
Speaker 1 (18:52):
You're right.
Speaker 4 (18:52):
Unfortunately I lost last night, but you're right. The White
Sox won in two thousand and five.
Speaker 9 (18:57):
Congratulations, Yes, he asked what they were.
Speaker 4 (19:11):
Stop it Jonas Brothers. Tell them Jonas Brothers.
Speaker 6 (19:15):
The Jonas Brothers. Guys, you've heard their music, you.
Speaker 3 (19:18):
Like it, just go with it.
Speaker 4 (19:21):
Congratulations.
Speaker 3 (19:24):
Oh, thank you and your cheering squad. We hope you
guys have an amazing day. You're going to see the
Jonas Brothers next week, averaged an arena. Hang on the
line though, so we can get your info.
Speaker 12 (19:35):
Okay, love, okay, thank you.
Speaker 4 (19:37):
That was adorable. I kind of want to be in
that car right now, like the cheer squad, like everything.
Speaker 3 (19:42):
I was here for it. I also just love though.
What were they for?
Speaker 1 (19:47):
Three things you need to know?
Speaker 2 (19:49):
Right just after eight o'clock on this Tuesday morning, Hello,
good to see you.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
You look great today. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 3 (19:55):
Netflix has announced a new music special on Ed Sheeran.
It's called One Shot. So the idea here is that
Ed's going to quote take viewers on a mesmerizing journey
during one afternoon in real time as he travels the
streets of New York City performing his greatest hits captured
in a single take, so hence one shot, so it's
all taken in one singular shot. It's set to debut
(20:18):
on November twenty first. Obviously, I love this idea. I
think this whole take is going to be really interesting,
So mark your calendars for the twenty first of November
to watch it on Netflix. Movies Under the Giant Guitar
series has announced with dates and films. So this is
a free monthly movie series at the Outfield in Wedgwood, Houston,
and it's for all ages, so you could just bring
(20:39):
your blankets and chairs and show up and enjoy a
nice movie. Outside there's gonna be food and beverages available
for purchase from local food vendors. It's kicking off October
ninth with Beetlejuice, my favorite movie. I'm so excited about
that movie, Beetlejuice. I love No you.
Speaker 7 (21:00):
Did it.
Speaker 3 (21:01):
I did do it, but it was your fault. And
Taylor Swift's song Elizabeth Taylor has impacted traveled trends, so
there's a line in the song that goes that view
of Portofino was on my mind. So Google searches for
Portofino have skyrocketed one three hundred and twenty nine percent
according to Travel Republic, and booking dot Com saw two
(21:22):
hundred and seventy one percent spike in interest from US travelers.
So it looks like a lot of people are checking
out Portofino this this upcoming year for their travel plans.
I'm Riquye Sanchez, and those are the three things you
need to know.
Speaker 4 (21:33):
I just googled Portafino myself, and this sure does look nice.
Speaker 3 (21:37):
It's a beautiful place there. You can afford to go?
Speaker 7 (21:40):
Why not I can't?
Speaker 1 (21:42):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning on one oh
seven five the River.
Speaker 4 (21:46):
I'm pretty excited about this.
Speaker 2 (21:47):
We are inviting you right now to call us and
just air your agrievances with your coworkers.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
Call out your co workers. You don't need to say names,
just tell us about something you know that's really bothering
you at work, that involves your co work six.
Speaker 2 (22:01):
One, five, seven, three seven nine one oh seven. Of
course we are, you know, obviously hoping to get some
exciting calls.
Speaker 4 (22:08):
Here, but we can also go around the room and
do this about one another, and.
Speaker 3 (22:11):
That's what starts.
Speaker 4 (22:12):
All are opening worms over here.
Speaker 3 (22:15):
We had something to say to Kevin so oh.
Speaker 4 (22:18):
About me specifically. I didn't realize that was the catalyst
for this. We want yours six one five, seven, three seven,
nine one o seven.
Speaker 2 (22:25):
Like Ricky said, names are not necessary, but we know
there's something annoying you, and we want to hear all about.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Kevin, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning on the river.
Speaker 3 (22:36):
We're having a little vent sash here on one oh
seven five the river. Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
We you know, work together very closely and sometimes we
have some grievances that we need to air, which will happen,
but we want to hear from you first, Stacy and
Mount Juliet. Air out your grievance. Tell us something that
you know is just really bothering you about a coworker.
Speaker 12 (22:55):
Well, my coworkers. My husband in our office is our house,
and so he's constantly coming to my death.
Speaker 3 (23:02):
Trying to talk to me.
Speaker 12 (23:03):
We have a video production company and he's watching videos
very loudly nearby. He makes me make him a smoothie
every day, which is getting annoying. Oh, there's a lot
of like white coworker bleeding.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Into each other. Yeah, that's tough.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
I mean, my wife and I both kind of worked
from home for a period of time and we didn't
work together, but we wanted to kill each other like
we were.
Speaker 1 (23:25):
It was.
Speaker 4 (23:26):
It was tough. I can't even imagine being in that
situation and working together.
Speaker 12 (23:30):
Why do you think we just moved to a bigger house,
guys were away from each other.
Speaker 3 (23:36):
Yeah, well, yeah, congratulations on the bigger house, but not
so congratulations on the fact that you just can't stand
to be.
Speaker 4 (23:42):
Close to each other anymore.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (23:44):
I mean, we love each other, it's just you know,
it can get a little. Of course, of course, you
can love somebody and also not want to spend every
single waking second with that. I'm going to embroider that
on a pillow. Stacy, thank you so much for calling
in this morning. We appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
Have a g Hey guys, Okay, from what I understand,
you both have grievances to AerR about me. I truly
can't think of anything to say about Ricky and Zach.
They're both just such rays of sunshine.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
You are trying to play the victim right here, right now.
You know that this all started because we had a
grievance to air with you, which I just have to say, Kevin,
I appreciate you so much. I think you're a lovely
human being. I genuinely enjoy working with you every day.
I need you to be better at paying attention When
we're talking. Kevin looks to this thing where he doesn't
(24:34):
pay attention to us. But the second that we start laughing,
Kevin goes, wait, wait, wait, what are we laughing about?
Speaker 4 (24:41):
I want to know what's happening.
Speaker 3 (24:42):
And it's like you had to repeat the story all
over against that. Kevin will be like, yeah, it's good,
Like what stop listen to us. It's all I'm asking.
That was my one grievance.
Speaker 4 (24:55):
That's fair. I feel like that's very fair. Guilty, Zach,
are you gonna hit me or not?
Speaker 7 (25:02):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (25:02):
Yeah, where should I begin? Kevin, Man, let's do one.
Speaker 8 (25:05):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (25:06):
The part that really drove me insane is Ricky and
I like pay attention to you a lot, and you
were like, oh my god, this hotel collection. I really
loved this idea of the hotel collection. So we bought
you one for your birthday, which is like, yeah, it's
like a diffuser, And so we bought you one for
your birthday, which was not cheap and we don't make
any money, so came out of our savings accounts and
(25:31):
Kevin decided to return it to us. So the gift
that we bought you, you gave back to us.
Speaker 2 (25:36):
Yeah, I was moving and it was like, this is
like this open container of liquid, and I was like,
I just put in the studio that may I spend
most half of my day in the studio anyway, so
let's just have it at the studio.
Speaker 5 (25:46):
And no, you brought it back and gave it back
to us after we went to our life savings account.
Speaker 3 (25:51):
And we forgot about it until literally yesterday when another
coworker came in and sniffed it and went, oh, this
smells lovely, and we were like, doesn't it. Doesn't it
smell lovely? A nice gift for someone else.
Speaker 5 (26:02):
You regifted your own gift back to the person that
bought it for you when.
Speaker 4 (26:05):
You put it like that, Sure I get it.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
Six one, five, seven, three, seven nine. Aaron grievance is
about coworkers. Don't have to use names, but.
Speaker 4 (26:13):
We want to hear it.
Speaker 7 (26:16):
Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
Here with my aunt thought they were my friends Ricky
and Zechu.
Speaker 4 (26:22):
They were airing some grievances honest with each other. Aaron
grievance is about me a minute ago. That's what we're doing.
Speaker 2 (26:27):
Aaron grievance is calling out coworkers Tammy in pleasant view
of what's going on.
Speaker 8 (26:32):
We have a coworker who never shuts up. Never I
am telling you, Like if you say, oh, that's a
nice shirt, she will tell you where she bought it,
how much it was, what the speed limit was, how
many red lights to get there.
Speaker 3 (26:51):
It never got somebody who likes to hear themselves talking,
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 8 (26:56):
And it is to the point where the whole team
just stays away, or you answer a question as you're walking.
Speaker 6 (27:02):
She needs so much affirmation that it is exhausting.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
I do know people like that that, like they just
cannot handle silence. They have to fill the silence.
Speaker 8 (27:13):
She drives us all insane. And then when you're like
trying to have conversations with other co workers, we say
she has bad ears because she will hear you and
then just come and jump in and was like, oh,
I didn't mean to jump in, Yeah she did, Like absolutely.
Speaker 3 (27:31):
The hard part about that at work is like obviously,
when you're trying to get things done and you're trying
to have a very casual, quick conversation with somebody, when
they take it too long and then it's like, oh no,
like I gotta go, I gotta do things. I gotta
get things done for my job. That's what this is
for for work.
Speaker 4 (27:47):
I have a challenge for you today. When she starts
talking too much, just hug her, like I.
Speaker 8 (27:52):
Feel like she's you know what I told her. I
told her, I am about to get you a dog collar,
and I'm gonna start that the conversation. That's amazing, y'all
have no idea. If I could record it and send
it to you and you listen to half of it
for a week, you would be like, all those poor
(28:13):
people buy a dog collar.
Speaker 1 (28:18):
A dog.
Speaker 8 (28:22):
This woman I pray for her all the time, but.
Speaker 4 (28:27):
Yourself watching, damn, thank you for calling.
Speaker 8 (28:35):
Y'all have a great day.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
Literally over your car.
Speaker 5 (28:42):
I would try to like find that, find a kind
solution of like she seems very like maybe she needs
a hug.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
Now I'm gonna zapper.
Speaker 7 (28:50):
With a dog.
Speaker 4 (28:52):
You'll really shocked, he said, unintended.
Speaker 1 (28:56):
Ricky zach and men in the morning one seven the River.
Speaker 3 (28:59):
I found today's daily double tap that we're about to
play for you, and it is very relatable for every
single person that lives on this planet Earth unfortunately. Yeah,
but also, like I said before, kind of.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
A gut punch, huh, everybody that consumes any sort of
product whatsoever.
Speaker 4 (29:16):
The caption here is how every company sounds these days.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
We are so excited to announce that we are raising
the prices on everything while simultaneously lowering the quality.
Speaker 4 (29:27):
Our commitment to you is to take as much of
your money as possible while giving you the worst experience imaginable.
Speaker 3 (29:35):
And we don't care if you dine.
Speaker 5 (29:37):
Okay, literally short and sweet, I mean short and sweet,
but I'm not gonna lie. Like the background music kind
of made me like inspired by it at the background music.
Speaker 4 (29:47):
Was like so uplifting for something.
Speaker 3 (29:49):
So negative, you're inspired to do what though?
Speaker 4 (29:52):
Now just be okay with it?
Speaker 5 (29:54):
Like it made it feel like it's okay that the
company is not doing great and they're gonna treat me
like craft.
Speaker 4 (30:00):
No, I think there's something there.
Speaker 3 (30:01):
They worked on Zach.
Speaker 7 (30:03):
One oh seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach and
Mano in the morning
Speaker 3 (30:09):
H
