Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
All right, let's go starting this brand new week. Happy
Monday friends, Thank you for starting with us. Hope you
had a great weekend. Ricky is right here with those
three things.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
An AI generated country song is on the top of
a Billboard chart for the first time ever, Walk My Walk,
by Breaking Rust. It sits atop Billboard's Country Digital Song
Sales Charts chart lists the most downloaded tracks in the US,
and Walk My Walk has just over three point five
million streams on Spotify right now. It has nearly forty
(00:30):
one thousand followers on Instagram. And as part of this
like growing trend of these AI creations, I guess you
could call them showing up on music charts. I would
play you a piece of the song, but honestly, that
just doesn't feel right to me. I don't want to
promote it, so I'm just not gonna play it. If
you feel so inclined, you could look it up on
your free time. None of this makes sense to me.
(00:51):
I'm just gonna be honest with you. Crazy Waburger has
done something really, really cute and amazing. They have donated
buddy benches to schools and Wilson County. So they partner
with the Wilson County Kind Campaign and School Resource Officers
to provide the benches, which are meant to be safe
spaces for students and to help them kind of, you know,
develop friendships. Making friends can be really, really hard no
(01:14):
matter what your age is, so this is supposed to
help them out. Students who need help are encouraged to
sit on the benches and a counselor or SRO can
get them the help that they need. Six Wilson County
schools will receive the buddy benches, and officials hope to
eventually add one in every single school across the district.
Really amazing Stuffart Cole and the last of the US
(01:34):
pennies were minted and experts say that those coins could
be worth millions of dollars. The last five coins specifically
are stamped with a specific omega symbol that's supposed to
show how special they are. And he thinks that these
could go up for five million dollars each, and they
can go up for auction as early as next month.
(01:55):
And you might be wondering who gets these extra special coins,
and Mike, they're super valuable, who's going to be selling
them or auctioning them off. The US government will be
auctioning them off. Not sure what they plan to do
with the money generated from the sales, but they are
the ones that own them. I'm Sanchez and those are
the three things you need to know.
Speaker 4 (02:14):
Thank you so much for that, Ricky. Let's play. Morgan
Wallen and Tate McCrae.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
We do have something very cool on the way for
the first caller today and all week. We have tickets
to see Louis Tomlinson. That's a big one. He's gonna
be at the Pinnacle in June. Windows get those from
us in about ten minutes. Just hang tight, we'll ask
you a call soon.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
On the River, Heiky, Zach and man in the morning,
everybody say good morning to Nicholas and Christiana.
Speaker 5 (02:36):
Good morning Nicholas and Christiana.
Speaker 3 (02:38):
Oh that was good guys. Welcome to one of seven
five the River.
Speaker 6 (02:41):
Well, thank you to y'allo.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
What are you doing right now? It's early in the morning.
Are you on your way to work? Driving to Huntsville
to go to work?
Speaker 4 (02:49):
What do you do Minesdale?
Speaker 3 (02:53):
Zach just got very excited. Nicholas, that's where I.
Speaker 5 (02:56):
Bought my hot tab.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
Oh what time?
Speaker 7 (03:00):
Person sext person.
Speaker 5 (03:01):
I genuinely have no idea. I've fit a lot of
people in there.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
That is. Is that not the most insane reaction to
what you just asked. The man doesn't even know what
he bought, but he gets in it every night. He
loves it very much. Well good, he's trying to think
back now, And.
Speaker 4 (03:20):
Zach I will say this.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
You always post these little like boomerangs on Instagram and
your Instagram stories when you're in the hot tub, and
they're always a little disorienting to me.
Speaker 4 (03:28):
It like a hot tub.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Should be a relaxing place, but when I watch your videos,
I want to pass out.
Speaker 5 (03:34):
It's like it moves too fast. I don't know, Kevin,
you're officially old. It's just a boomerang, bro.
Speaker 4 (03:41):
It's the way it's your camera work.
Speaker 5 (03:43):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
Well, Nicholas, that has you're probably so confused right now,
So we're gonna let you know that you are the
first caller of the day this morning on one of
seventy five The River. Congratulations, you're getting tickets to see
Louis Tomlinson.
Speaker 7 (03:55):
Well, thank you very much.
Speaker 4 (03:57):
You're welcome.
Speaker 7 (03:58):
Man.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
It's gonna be a great show. It's happening June twenty
ninth at the Pinnacle.
Speaker 3 (04:01):
Hang on the line. We gotta get some info from you,
all right, all.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
Right, hang on buddy, more tomorrow and all week. These tickets,
Louis Tomlinson, if you want them, be here six fifteen
for the first call. So far we've been in here,
I don't know less than an hour. How many times
you think you guys have called me old multiple just
a couple, minimum of four, I would say about four. Well,
I was wondering already if I'm starting to go through
a midlife crisis or not. And this is not helping me.
(04:26):
But we're gonna play a song. Can you, Zach maybe
look up midlife crisis. I want you to kind of
give me the definition of it on the other side
of this, Okay, sure, and I'll tell you why I
think I might be going through one.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
We're not gonna panic. We're just gonna handle this with grace.
Speaker 3 (04:39):
I'm excited. I'm not panicked at all.
Speaker 2 (04:41):
Right after this song, Zach will will help me out
and I'll tell you what's going on.
Speaker 6 (04:44):
One seven five the River, Nicky, Zach.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
And Mano in the morning.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
This is going to come as a shock to literally
no one. Kevin's old and he's going through a midlife crisis.
It's where he's Zack and Mano in the morning on
one oh seven five the River. I'm just repeating what
you said, Kevin.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
Yeah, I know, I truly don't think forty two is old.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
You know I don't either. I think the things that
you do make you sound old.
Speaker 2 (05:08):
Zach, tell me you just looked it up. Tell me
kind of the definition of midlife crisis.
Speaker 4 (05:12):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (05:13):
It is a period of emotional distress that can occur
between the ages of forty and sixty. That's you characterized
by self reflection, identity struggles, and feelings of regret or dissatisfaction.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
Okay, this is what I was thinking. I was driving
in this morning, and I am so sore, and I
started to think, God, what am I doing. I went
for a run yesterday and I was like, I'm just
gonna keep running. I went, I ran for like over
an hour, and then I started. When I got home,
I started looking at marathons. I was like, I'm gonna
try to train for a marathon. And then some friends
of ours called and invited my kids to go to
(05:45):
a like a rock climbing place and so I took
the kids over there, and then I did it.
Speaker 4 (05:49):
I was out there rock climbing all of this in
one day, and I woke.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Up today so sore, and I was just wondering why
I'm trying to like prove myself, Like I have this
renewed sense to like prove my physicals or something.
Speaker 4 (06:00):
And I'm wondering if that's a midlife crisis.
Speaker 5 (06:02):
I think that is a life.
Speaker 3 (06:04):
I would say it is. Yeah, the marathon right there.
You've never ran a marathon before, have you? No, that's
a midlife crisis. Then if you, now at forty two,
suddenly have this urge to run a marathon out of
nowhere midlife crisis, I.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
Think so too.
Speaker 5 (06:19):
At least save to yourself that you're still good.
Speaker 4 (06:21):
At least I'm aware of it, though.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
You know, I'm self aware enough to realize I'm not
the guy that buys the motorcycle the Harley and thinks
it's totally normal.
Speaker 3 (06:29):
I personally think you should buy them the marathon, but uh,
considering your sore already, you might break yourself in half.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
I think I'm gonna start with a half marathon.
Speaker 3 (06:38):
That's a good way to start, Okay, yeah, work your
way up to a marathon at some point. That's logical.
Speaker 5 (06:44):
I mean, you were almost there. I feel like if
you ran for an hour, that's pretty close.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
I ran over seven miles. I ran over seven miles,
so that's half of a half marathon.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
Yeah, okay, yes, I was going to say, depending on
how many miles he did, because everybody the different cases.
Speaker 2 (06:56):
Yeah, but today, my goodness, you guys, I feel like
I got by twelve trucks.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
Well you are forty two exactly.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
That's the point.
Speaker 5 (07:04):
Thank you for your ostioporosis medicine.
Speaker 4 (07:07):
No, maybe I get so. Maybe you guys just go
a little lighter on the old stuff.
Speaker 3 (07:12):
Thanks, not gonna happen.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
Three things you good.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
After seven o'clock here on this Monday morning. Thank you
for starting this new week with us. We're gonna make
it a great one. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
Sabrina Carpenter's Man's Best Friend is already certified platinum. Saberena
Carpenter's latest album, Man's Best Friend, has been certified platinum
by the Recording Industry Association of America, which means that
she has sold one million units, which is really impressive
considering that it came out in August. It hasn't been
out that long. On X she said quote, I want
(07:47):
to make a joke, but I'm choosing gratitude this season.
Thank you. She's known for obviously making quirky jokes and
going with the flow that way. But Man's Best Friend
is her seventh studio album. It includes songs like Man Child, Tears,
and Go Go Juice. We play a lot of our
songs here, so you for sure have heard them. But
just congrats to her. That is quite the feat. Uber
(08:08):
has expanded its Women Preferences feature to Nashville. This is huge.
I want all the ladies out there to listen to this.
Uber began doing this over the summer in a few places,
which basically gives women more of a choice in how
they ride and drive. So it's both ways, whether you're
a passenger or whether you're a driver. So women riders
can set preferences for a women driver in the app settings.
(08:32):
It's not guaranteed, but when you turn on women Preferences,
it increases your chances of being matched with another woman driver.
If you feel safer that way and more comfortable that
way as the driver, you could do that as well
as preferences. Not only is it expanding to Nashville, but
they're adding teen rides to this option so that teenagers
can use this as well. So whether you have the
(08:53):
teen option or the adult option, if you are a woman,
you can set your preferences to mainly search for women drivers.
This is great considering you know, you hear a lot
of scary stories every so often of what can happen,
and if you're out at night and you're by yourself
and you want to feel safe, you have this option now.
The twenty twenty eight LA Olympics schedule looks a lot
(09:14):
different this year, with a historic switch up in favor
of equality between women and men. So even though the
Olympics are a few years away, they've announced that the
women's one hundred meter final is going to kick off
the metal events, with the men's final following the next day.
This is a historic decision because the men's one hundred
final traditionally goes first with the women following, so this
(09:36):
is a huge switch up has never happened before, so
obviously we're going to see a whole new look for
the LA Olympics. That happens in twenty twenty eight Amrichy Sanchez,
and those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
Thank you so much, Ricky, appreciate all that. We have
more information for you in the form of a fact.
Every day about this time, Zach Professor Zach. He shares
something with the class, right after Miles Smith. We are
all learning together on the rep.
Speaker 1 (09:58):
Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
On good morning, Happy Monday. I hope you're ready to learn.
It's Zach sax On one O seven five the River.
Speaker 5 (10:07):
I thought this was so interesting. But a spider plant.
You need one of these in your house because apparently
they can actually absorb up to ninety five percent of chemicals. Yeah, fromaldehyde, mold, spores,
all of these within twenty four hours.
Speaker 3 (10:20):
It's supposed to be so good for the air that
you breathe.
Speaker 5 (10:23):
Yeah, it's like stronger than an air purified.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
Especially in small spaces. They highly recommend them.
Speaker 5 (10:28):
Yeah, so get you some snake plants and fill up
your whole house. And there's your fact that they hold on.
Speaker 2 (10:32):
Is it called a spider plant or a snake plant?
You said two different things.
Speaker 5 (10:38):
It's a spider plant. They look like a snake plant.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
What's a snake plant.
Speaker 5 (10:43):
It's another plant, Zach.
Speaker 7 (10:47):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the river.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
I've officially cracked. Guys. It's Ricky, Zach and Mano in
the morning on one O seven five the River. If
you know me, you know that I am the epitome
of the Grinch. Sure, I don't like Christmas. I think
it's the worst holiday ever for multiple reasons that I
will not get into right now. But this year I
have decided that I'm going to try my best to
embrace the holiday spirit. I'm gonna do what I can
(11:15):
to try to like Christmas. So welcome to the twelve
days of trying to like Christmas. I need some help
from you, though, since I don't like the holiday, I
need you to give me some suggestions. Maybe you have
some traditions or some ideas of ways that I can
get into the holiday spirit. I've got some idea, and
every day, starting on December first, I'm gonna try something different.
(11:36):
I'm gonna have a holly Jolly meter. I'm gonna let
you know how excited I am or how many I
am that day. We're gonna see how.
Speaker 4 (11:42):
Goes holly Jolly meter. I like this.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
I like everything about this. I have a couple ideas too,
and they're very like Ricky centric.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
Oh okay, so you're playing to your audience.
Speaker 4 (11:50):
I like it, Yes I am.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
But anybody else that has anything that could help get
Ricky in the holiday spirit six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
one oh seven, whatever it might be, doesn't have to
be as Ricky centric is mine. But uh, yeah, something
your family likes to do, something that could help her
out here? Fill up that holly Jolly meter. Yeah, let
us know, and hopefully she can. She can use it and.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
We'll see if my heart grows three sizes.
Speaker 4 (12:13):
It's what I was gonna say.
Speaker 6 (12:14):
One Sicky zach and Man in the morning.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Savannah in Hendersonville is on the line right now. Hi, Savannah.
Speaker 6 (12:22):
Hi.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
A second ago, Ricky was saying that this year she's
really gonna try to embrace Christmas. She wants ideas how
she can get herself into the Christmas spirit.
Speaker 3 (12:30):
So I'm gonna try my best.
Speaker 4 (12:31):
Savannah, do you have anything for her?
Speaker 8 (12:33):
Maybe?
Speaker 9 (12:34):
I don't know if you have like bad personal experiences,
but maybe if you turn and look at things that
maybe you could do four other people instead of yourself,
It can maybe give you a different perspective like great,
take someone some cookies, or give someone some your favorite
(12:55):
like Starbucks Holiday dreams, or volunteer like active third is
for other people instead of it being like present or
or anything that brings you badness.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
I'm so in. I'm so in on this one day.
I will make sure that it's all about acts of service,
because I think that's what the holiday spirit is supposed
to be about, and we've kind of swayed away from that.
So I'm going to add that to the twelve days
of trying to like Christmas. I'm gonna have a day
of trying to do things for everybody else and see
if maybe that brings some holiday spirit. Car Savanna, that's
(13:33):
a great idea. Thank you so much for calling in.
Speaker 9 (13:36):
And then y'all need to get hurt a really nice gift, happy.
Speaker 5 (13:39):
Thank you that.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
I think this is great, a little bit of everything, Savan.
I liked it all right.
Speaker 10 (13:50):
I love y'all.
Speaker 2 (13:55):
Merry Christmas. I did see something on mine and I
ordered it for you the other day. It's very small,
but something that was very ricky. So the gift is coming.
Speaker 3 (14:01):
That's very sweet from.
Speaker 5 (14:03):
Both of waits to see what it is.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Yeah, I do like that idea, though you gotta turn it.
Speaker 4 (14:09):
You gotta switch and be in a grinch to being
a Santa. You know what I mean.
Speaker 3 (14:12):
I like it. I'm going to add it to the
list of things for me to do.
Speaker 4 (14:15):
Here are my couple ideas. I think.
Speaker 3 (14:16):
I'm so excited about this, Kevin, like an.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
Advent calendar with like little bottles of booze in it
or something like.
Speaker 4 (14:22):
Okay, so you're still being yourself.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
And doing what makes you havy at the same time
with a Christmas twist.
Speaker 3 (14:28):
I feel like this is partially an intervention.
Speaker 2 (14:32):
Also, Christmas movies tend to get people in the spirit,
you know, maybe Gremlins or like a darker Christmas movie.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
Yes, I like the idea of Gremlin So yeah, okay,
those would be my ricky ideas.
Speaker 5 (14:45):
Oh I think I have the best one.
Speaker 3 (14:46):
Okay, Zach, what's your idea?
Speaker 5 (14:48):
I say we go Christmas caroling?
Speaker 3 (14:50):
You want us to go Christmas carol?
Speaker 5 (14:51):
That'll get you in the spirit.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
Okay, if you come with me, I.
Speaker 5 (14:55):
Will be there and we will dress up.
Speaker 3 (14:57):
Okay, we're going. Oh my god, this is my worst
see it.
Speaker 4 (15:03):
That's the opposite of what I was thinking. She's not
gonna like that at all.
Speaker 3 (15:06):
There is a picture of me on the internet because
when we were younger, we used to do Christmas carols
at the mall for the school that I went to.
And there is a picture of me where I look
like not myself.
Speaker 4 (15:17):
In like like an elf.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
Uh huh, and I'm very very very short hair. And
it's still on the internet somewhere. But I used to
do Christmas carollly every year.
Speaker 4 (15:25):
Zach, you're our internet sleuth.
Speaker 5 (15:26):
Get I'm looking it up now.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
I'm trying to find it five seven, three, seven nine seven.
If you have something a suggestion for Ricky to get
her in the Christmas spirit.
Speaker 6 (15:36):
The River, Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
I am gonna try my best this year to get
into the Christmas spirit with twelve days of trying to
like Christmas. Robin and Shelbyville, Welcome to one oh seven
five the River. Do you have a suggestion of something
I can do to put me in the Christmas spirit?
Speaker 8 (15:52):
Well, what I like to do, because the holidays can
be strussful, is to go with a couple of friends
and get our nails done, you know, like the holiday
nails type of I'll say cute.
Speaker 3 (16:03):
I love that, and then you get to hang out
with your friends and kind of decompress as cute idea.
Speaker 5 (16:09):
I'm down for this, you want to get Zach loves
this idea and he knows that he's.
Speaker 3 (16:13):
Coming with me.
Speaker 8 (16:15):
I love I will tell you I had him in
mind as well.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
Robin.
Speaker 5 (16:20):
I can't go with you too.
Speaker 3 (16:23):
That is a great idea, Robin. I love it. I'm
adding it to the list.
Speaker 8 (16:26):
All right, you have a wonderful day everyone.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
Thank you, Hunter and Murphy's Borough. What do I gotta
do to get into the Christmas spirit?
Speaker 10 (16:33):
Every year we go to Oprey Mills or well Oprey
Land Hotel and we go and look at the lights,
and all the Christmas trees in there are fabulous. Everything
in there is pure Christmas.
Speaker 3 (16:43):
I do like the idea of walking around and seeing
all the pretty decorations. I mean that might help the
holly jolly meter go up a little bit.
Speaker 5 (16:50):
You like how I'm including myself on all of these
I'm coming with you.
Speaker 10 (16:55):
They have special trees too, like Dolly trees, Reaba trees,
like all of the trees have different people. Oh horrible, Yeah.
Speaker 3 (17:04):
Okay, all right, I'll add it to the list.
Speaker 1 (17:05):
Hunter.
Speaker 10 (17:06):
All right, y'all have a good day.
Speaker 4 (17:08):
Thank you, Ricky.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
I do think you're already there hearing you talk about like, oh,
I'd like to see Christmas decorations and trees like that's
that's an improvement over previous years.
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Thank you. I'm trying my best right now, Devin. Everyone's
convinced they can make me love Christmas.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
The old Richard'd be like, oh the tree, I want
to burn it, I want to break it in half.
Now you're saying you want to go to Gaylord and
see the decorations.
Speaker 9 (17:32):
That effort.
Speaker 4 (17:33):
You're doing a great job.
Speaker 6 (17:34):
Thanks.
Speaker 4 (17:35):
The Game of the Day is coming up next and
all week long.
Speaker 2 (17:37):
The show is just announced. His tour was just announced.
Alex Warren at Bridgestone. If you want them, don't move

Speaker 7 (17:43):

Kevin Manow's Game of the Day.
Speaker 2 (17:58):
Yeah, it's time to play the game. Jennifer Anderson in
his video announcing the tour.
Speaker 4 (18:02):
That's pretty cool. It was good if you want to
go all week long. We're playing What's It From? That's
the name of this game. We've played before.
Speaker 2 (18:08):
This is the Thanksgiving edition of the game, so all
of the audio clues will have a.
Speaker 4 (18:12):
Thanksgiving twist to them, giving thanks to something.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
If you can identify for the first one to call us,
tell us what it's from.
Speaker 4 (18:19):
The tickets or years. Here we go today's audio clue.
Turn it up here it is is I Annie.
Speaker 11 (18:26):
Oh, I see you are a curious one. Come see
how I give thanks to Mother Earth.
Speaker 3 (18:34):
That's a good one. keV.
Speaker 4 (18:35):
Do you know it?
Speaker 3 (18:36):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (18:36):
You do know it? Okay?
Speaker 5 (18:37):
Oh yeah, all right?
Speaker 2 (18:37):
Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine, one oh seven.
If you can tell us what it's from? These Alex
Warren tickets are years.
Speaker 6 (18:43):
It's game time, baby, Ricky, Zach and menow in the morning.
Speaker 3 (18:49):

presented by Genesis Diamonds. We're doing What's It From? Thanksgiving
Edition for tickets to see Alex Warren at Bridgetone Arena
on May twenty.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
Guess we have Easton on the line. He's in the
car with his mom. Kim, Hi, guys, Hi, how are
you this morning? Okay, you guys hear the clue a
minute ago?
Speaker 3 (19:09):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
All right, Well, we're gonna play it for you again.
Hopefully you know what it's from. I'm guessing Easton will not,
but Kim you might.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
Here we go.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
Today's audio clue for these Alex warning tickets is him?
Speaker 1 (19:21):
Annie?
Speaker 11 (19:22):
Oh, I see you are a curious one. Come see
how I give thanks to Mother Earth?
Speaker 4 (19:29):
What's it from? Thanksgiving? Twist? There's giving thanks to mother Earth?
What is it from?
Speaker 10 (19:33):
Oh? I don't know this one?
Speaker 3 (19:36):
Oh, that's okay. You tried to call in, you got through,
You didn't know. That's all right. We hope you guys
have every day.
Speaker 4 (19:44):
By guys.
Speaker 2 (19:45):
Now we turn to Connie. Connie, did you hear the clue?
Do you want to hear it one more time? Or
do you think you just know it and you want
to shout it out?
Speaker 3 (19:53):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (19:55):
She's very confident and she's right.
Speaker 2 (19:57):
Congratulations, I love it a great movie.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
So congratulations Connie. You're getting to get to see Alex
Warren abridge Stone Arena for knowing the proposal and loving
it so much. Okay, all right.
Speaker 2 (20:11):
Here you Han and Ricky knew the movie. Zach knew
that it was Betty White.
Speaker 5 (20:16):
I was like, what movie is that? It sounds like
Betty White, Man it is.
Speaker 4 (20:19):
Yeah, We're gonna play again tomorrow all week long.
Speaker 2 (20:21):
That's the game this week. Just some Thanksgiving audio. Could
be from a movie, a TV show, a song, whatever.
If you can tell us what it is, you're going
see Alex Morning.
Speaker 1 (20:29):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
All right, just past eight o'clock here on this Monday morning,
Let's make it a fantastic week.
Speaker 4 (20:36):
Thank you for starting with us. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (20:39):
Glenn Powell was the host of Saturday Night Live over
the weekend, and he flew his UPS driver named Mitch
to come watch. There's a whole story behind this. This
is the best part I think of the entire night.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
It's so good.
Speaker 3 (20:51):
So back in twenty twenty one, Glenn told his UPS
driver Mitch that he was going to host SNL. He
was super excited about it. Mitch happened to be delivering
age after he just got the news, so he told
him in pure excitement, like I'm hosting SNL. Which anybody
would do. But that ended up not happening because top
Gun Maverick got delayed and they decided not to have
(21:13):
him host anymore because they didn't feel like it fit anymore.
So Glenn decided, you know what, this time around, I
got approved to this man that I wasn't a liar,
he joked on stage Saturday when he said he finally
got the call again to host and he had to
bring Mitch along with him. He flew him out, He
brought him on stage, they took a selfie together, and
Mitch got to watch the whole thing from the audience. Truly,
(21:36):
just like the greatest story ever, I will I'll post
the point where he talked about it in his little
you know, his hosting gig, and you can watch the
full thing up on one oh seven five the River's
Instagram page. In the stories, Tennessee and Vanderbilt both moved
up one spot on the AP Top twenty five ranking
list this week. The latest eight people released yesterday has
(21:56):
the seven to three Valls ranked at twenty in the country,
which is a spot up, and Bandy, who had a
bye week, they went one spot up as well to
number twelve, so Congrats to both of them for moving up.
Congrats to Vandy, who just keeps on just I'm blown
away by them, So congrats to both. And Martha Stewart
the Queen Homemaker. She has revealed the ideal time to
(22:19):
eat Thanksgiving dinner. She says Thanksgiving dinner should hit the
table at two pm sharp, okay, so that guests can
eat early. The idea here is that then you know
you can watch the NFL game, whichever teams are playing
that year. You keep the drinks and desserts for later.
And that's the way that you met out the entire
day dinner at two pm Ambritey Sanchez and those are
(22:39):
the three things you need to.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
Do all four Thanksgiving dinner.
Speaker 3 (22:42):
It's so heavy that the earlier the better, I feel like,
but it never ends up working out that way.
Speaker 4 (22:47):
Well, then you just go back for more a little later.
You know you have a second dinner.
Speaker 3 (22:50):
I love that idea, but like that means I gotta
wake up at five am on my day off to
start prepping.
Speaker 6 (22:55):
Now, Ricky Zach and Mannow in the.
Speaker 3 (23:00):
The last time that you sent the wrong text message
to somebody, and what did you say? Because this just
recently happened to me. It's one of seven five of
the river. It happened to me and my friend. She
has the service on her car, like a fancy car
where she can talk to text kind of thing. Okay,
my car can't do that. I have an old car.
But she could talk to text through the car. And
(23:22):
apparently I did not know this, but the car will
automatically pick up what you're saying without you ever even
telling it to pick up what you're saying. So we
were talking about someone and it picked up everything that
I had said, and it almost sent to someone.
Speaker 4 (23:40):
I wish it would have. I wish it would talking.
Speaker 3 (23:44):
About people it almost sent to. I mean I think
the person would have been like, no, you're right, that
is one hundred percent what's wrong with me? But literally
it almost sent, and I was so nervous. I looked
at her and I was like, what it was. Within
three seconds she like she was like no, no, no, stup,
stups up, and like it froze and I thought that
it was about to send.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
Your stomach doesn't drop faster than that moment when you
either sent the wrong text or you think you did.
Speaker 4 (24:09):
That is the worst feeling.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
It is horrible. So if you've ever been through this,
you want to hear from you six one, five, seven,
three seven nine one oh seven the last time you
sent the wrong text message? And what did you say?
Speaker 4 (24:21):
And how fast did your stomach fall out?
Speaker 7 (24:23):
But Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on
the river.
Speaker 4 (24:29):
We have our boss Jonathan on the line right now.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
Hello, Jonathan is our boss and quotes and he's also
on the afternoon on the River.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
And the conversation we were having on the air Jonathan
was about Ricky accidentally almost sending the wrong text to
the wrong person they were talking about and how bad
of a feeling that is. And we just didn't know
if you've sent any wrong texts recently.
Speaker 12 (24:50):
Not recently, but it is definitely the worst feeling.
Speaker 1 (24:53):
And I definitely have sent a wrong text about an
employee to that employee.
Speaker 3 (24:59):
Jonathan.
Speaker 5 (25:00):
What who was it?
Speaker 1 (25:02):
We're not going into all that.
Speaker 3 (25:04):
What did they say?
Speaker 1 (25:06):
I definitely played it off as oh, that wasn't meant
for you, but oh it was.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
It was not good. Well, hey, that's crazy, But does
this jog your memory at all? Eighty three on your
visa and ten on the gift card you used, which
I will now use to buy our other stuff.
Speaker 9 (25:24):
I forgot that.
Speaker 5 (25:26):
He literally just said not recently, and he texted us
that on Friday. That's pretty recent.
Speaker 4 (25:33):
In our group text that was pretty recent.
Speaker 6 (25:35):
I did accidentally send you my wife's return information for Target.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
That's very sweet of you that you're doing her returns.
Speaker 12 (25:43):
Yes it is.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
I'm a hero.
Speaker 5 (25:46):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (25:48):
All right. We just wanted to check in with you
and run that text by it.
Speaker 3 (25:52):
And now when you get into work, we need more
details on this employee text.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
I don't know violation.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
I feel like already was an HR violation. My guy,
I think you're going. I think you're okay. Now find
by that man hates.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
Us six one five understandably six one five seven three
seven nine seven If you've sent the wrong text to
the wrong person.
Speaker 5 (26:18):
I'm also concerned about him. It sounded like he was
in a well.
Speaker 4 (26:22):
Thought was horrible.
Speaker 3 (26:25):
Rebecca and Franklin, Hi Love, Welcome to one O seven
five the River. By when's the last time you sent
the wrong text? And what did you say?
Speaker 12 (26:34):
I was texting a co worker to see if he
could cover a shift for me and I. When I drive,
I hit the microphone button and put the speaker on
and just drive and talk.
Speaker 10 (26:46):
Well.
Speaker 12 (26:47):
At the end of the text of asking him if
he can come in and cover for me, I said perfect. Well,
instead of it sending perfect, it's sent pervert and ghost
to father Ryan.
Speaker 3 (27:04):
Oh my god, Rebecca, what did he respond with?
Speaker 8 (27:08):
Nothing?
Speaker 12 (27:09):
He did not.
Speaker 4 (27:11):
Respond ghosted you.
Speaker 9 (27:15):
Day work and see you.
Speaker 8 (27:16):
And my face was so red.
Speaker 10 (27:18):
I saw this kid. I was so embarrassed.
Speaker 4 (27:21):
You asked him to fill in for you, He said
he would. Didn't you call him a pervert?
Speaker 3 (27:28):
I'm the same perfect. I hate when it does things
like that, but it is hilarious to hear when it happens.
Speaker 5 (27:37):
Yeahs, it's on you.
Speaker 8 (27:40):
It's so funny.
Speaker 3 (27:41):
Oh, Rebecca, thank you for that laugh. That was hilarious.
We hope you have a great day, my love.
Speaker 4 (27:48):
That story really got me.
Speaker 5 (27:50):
I know Kevin's tickled to death over there.
Speaker 3 (27:52):
We're going to get a text him later, just saying per.
Speaker 6 (27:56):
Se the river, Ricky, Zach and Manow in the morning.
Speaker 4 (28:00):
Time for the daily double tap.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
And before that song we said today was in Zach's hand,
Zac's very capable hands. He was the one in charge
of finding a DDT and that's all we know about it, Zech,
What do you have for us?
Speaker 4 (28:11):
Well?
Speaker 5 (28:11):
I might have gotten distracted on TikTok when I was
looking for a DDT and I ended up shopping. But
I found some really good things on TikTok this morning.
Speaker 3 (28:21):
So you don't have anything for us to play?
Speaker 5 (28:23):
Nope, no audio, No, I got distracted. Okay, I was shopping.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
What did you buy on TikTok?
Speaker 1 (28:31):
Well?
Speaker 5 (28:31):
I found these like travel mugs that don't spill, so
you can put all of your drinks in it and
you can tip it over. It doesn't spill, So I
bought a four pack of that.
Speaker 4 (28:40):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (28:41):
I also found this like boomerang ball. It's this thing
that you can just throw in the air and it
comes back to you. It looks so sick. My nephew's
gonna love it.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
I'm sure it doesn't work, but yes, Kevin, it worked
on TikTok.
Speaker 3 (28:53):
How much money did.
Speaker 5 (28:54):
You spend this morning?
Speaker 3 (28:56):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (29:01):
Okay, Well I also bought a steam bop that was
on sale.
Speaker 4 (29:04):
Steam Mop.
Speaker 2 (29:05):
You have more vacuums and mops than than home depot.
Speaker 4 (29:10):
You have so many of those.
Speaker 5 (29:12):
I just like a clean house, okay, And if they
can steam my floors Hello, So I'm so sorry, but
I did get distracted and I was shopping.
Speaker 3 (29:21):
Okay, well, no d no Daily Double Table one of
seven the River today. But Zach's got plenty of new
gadgets coming through, so maybe we do a little review.
Speaker 5 (29:32):
So excited for everything to show up
Speaker 1 (29:35):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning on
