down a bit from previous years, but according to the
Nashville Business Journal, Nashville seas an average of seventy eight
people moving to the region every day. That's how it
was in twenty twenty five. It's still the place to be.

Nashville also gained twenty eight thousand jobs this past year,
so that's good employment. The labor market, and population growth
are all still ticking upward. And like I said, this
is always the time of year when we get all
these lists, the year end lists and things like that.
They'll come out now in Apple Podcasts just released the
top Podcasts of twenty twenty five. They did a few
different categories, but like.

local produce. They're gonna have treats and baked goods like
so many things tomorrow at the Holly Jolly Artists and

It is called the sand to Express Excursion, So you
can go ride on this streamline stainless steel passenger train
with Santa and his elves. You can bring your cameras

half hours round trip, and it's like Santa, I know him.

It takes place at the Tennessee Central Railway Museum here
in Nashville, and it just sounds so cool. It's tomorrow,
so they have it this Saturday and next Saturday you

US over the course of the upcoming.

all thirty four games.

first against a New England Revolution. We finished sixth in
the Eastern Conference and reach the playoffs this year. We'll
see what twenty twenty six brings. All Major League Soccer games,

the summer months for the FIFA World Cup, pausing the

Then a judge resigned the last minute, alleging that it
was kind of rigged. So lots of drama this year.

The late Great Chadwick Boseman officially has a star on

Yesterday was declared Chadwick Boseman Day in Hollywood. And again

So I read this Reddit thread from this guy named
Brian said he's been with this girlfriend for a little
bit of her three years. I've already talked about marriage.
He gets along with the family, the whole nine yards.
So he was like floating the idea of if he
should propose to his girlfriend on Thanksgiving because the family
is already there, everybody's already like in the same room.
But apparently when he asked his friends, everybody said absolutely not,

because you're hijacking the holiday. You don't want to mess
with family traditions. So then I started thinking, is it
okay to propose or not on a holiday?

you don't want to ruin the holiday.

a list of the top ten things to avoid bringing up.
