Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three days you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Good morning and happy Wednesday. Tomorrow was Thanksgiving? Can you
believe it's almost here? No Ricky sound chest today, but
we do have three things you need to know with
mister Kevin Manow.
Speaker 3 (00:11):
That was quite an intro.
Speaker 4 (00:12):
Thank you, Zach, and good morning to you, buddy. Three
guys were busted to climbing the AT and T Building,
the Batman Building. This happened Sunday and the story just
broke yesterday. None of them live here, they're all out
of towners, and they are now facing trespassing and disorderly
conduct charges.
Speaker 3 (00:26):
One of them was also charged with possession.
Speaker 4 (00:28):
Of burglary tools after officers found a crowbar and a
screwdriver in his backpack.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
These guys had.
Speaker 4 (00:33):
Go pros, as the story goes, they were able to
access the roof somehow and then they reportedly climbed the spires.
Speaker 5 (00:40):
Crazy.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
Sounds so dangerous, that's terrifying.
Speaker 5 (00:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (00:43):
According to police, the reason these guys gave was that
they heard the AT and T Building had the best
view of the city and that's what they were doing.
Speaker 5 (00:50):
Okay, I feel like there's multiple other ways to do this.
Speaker 4 (00:54):
There's some major reality TV news out there, Zach I
was wondering how you felt about this when Bravo just
announced that when vander Pump Rules comes back comes back
for its twelfth season, it'll be with an entirely new cast.
Speaker 5 (01:05):
I'm not happy about it.
Speaker 4 (01:06):
It's gonna be Lisa vander Pump and all new people.
And this all follows that old Tom sand of all
drama that really blew up, and now they're just gonna.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
Start fresh with season twelve coming soon.
Speaker 5 (01:15):
No, people only watched it for that drama.
Speaker 6 (01:18):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:18):
Now were gonna want these random.
Speaker 3 (01:20):
People, new people cause of new drama. Hey, there's more
TV drama here.
Speaker 4 (01:24):
After more than fifty years on CBS, Rudolph the Red
Nose Reindeer and Frosty the Snowma are leaving the network.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
They're moving over to NBC.
Speaker 4 (01:33):
Frosty has aired on CBS every year since nineteen sixty
nine and that is no more, and Rudolph since nineteen
seventy two, so this is a big change. Actually, Rudolph
originally premiered on NBC back in nineteen sixty four, so
this is kind of like a homecoming in a way,
going back to where it all began. Friday, December sixth.
That is the anniversary, So happy anniversary and the anniversary
(01:56):
the end of an era. Good morning, thank you for
starting your day with us. We preciate it very much.

I am all my way home. I just got off.
Speaker 5 (02:28):

Speaker 6 (02:31):
I do homehouth care. I have a couple PRN jobs,
so I do a couple of different things.
Speaker 4 (02:37):
Wait, well a PRN is that what you said? I'm
guessing the RN is registered nurse.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
What's the p practicing?
Speaker 6 (02:43):
Uh? Yeah, yeah, I work here and there so I
have kids.
Speaker 3 (02:48):
Do you enjoy doing the in home stuff?
Speaker 4 (02:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (02:51):
I do.
Speaker 2 (02:52):
It's a lot chiller than you know, like bedsy.
Speaker 3 (02:55):
Do you ever go snooping around the house.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
Oh no, Zach would I absolutely Well, that's why Kevin
doesn't right now.
Speaker 4 (03:04):
I've heard all these stories about him, like everyone that
works here, like whenever Zach goes to their house, he's
going through all of their everything, their medicine cabin or everything.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
Oh my god, no, oh never.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
We're gonna give your tickets to see Pippy long Stocking
Nashal Children's Theater because you are the first caller of
the day on the River.
Speaker 5 (03:20):
Awesome.
Speaker 2 (03:21):
My kids will love that.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Yes they will. My kids love that place.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Pippy long Stocking is running now through December fifteenth.
Speaker 3 (03:27):
It's going to be a great time, have fun.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (03:30):
You're welcome. What are your Thanksgiving plans, Madison.
Speaker 5 (03:33):
I'm actually hosting all of my family.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
At my house.
Speaker 5 (03:36):
You are a brave soul. Madison.
Speaker 6 (03:39):
Well, thank you.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
I hope they don't snoop.
Speaker 5 (03:45):
He's got things to hide apparently.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
Thanks for starting your day with us. Thanks for calling
the Madison, have a great Thanksgiving.
Speaker 6 (03:52):
Thank you you too.
Speaker 5 (03:54):
Happy to be your new best friends.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
Ricky zachon Mano in the Morning.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
And five seven five of the River, Thank you for
starting your day with us. This is good timing, Zach is,
you know Black Friday's coming out Cyber Monday. People are
gonna be doing a lot of shopping. So Zach has
a product review in a couple of minutes for us.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Yeah, TikTok shop got me again, and I slept last
night with tape over my mouth.
Speaker 4 (04:16):
You bought the mouth tape. I did kind of a
viral thing right now. I don't know how when I
have not heard his review yet, but stick around for
like six minutes.
Speaker 3 (04:24):
Zach will review the mouth I don't even know what
it's for, so we'll get into all this.
Speaker 4 (04:28):
If you're gonna buy somebody mouth tape, you have to
hear this next on the River here to.
Speaker 3 (04:32):
Make Nashville traffic just a little less stressful.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on.
Speaker 3 (04:41):
The River, Good Morning.
Speaker 4 (04:42):
I mentioned a minute ago that this is perfect timing
with the Black Friday coming up, everybody doing all their
holiday shopping in the next few days, or at least
that's the idea.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
Zach has a product review for us.
Speaker 5 (04:52):
I do TikTok shop got me once again.
Speaker 3 (04:55):
Shaker alert.
Speaker 2 (04:56):
I've seen it go viral all over the internet. Mouth
tape what What is the purpose of mouth tape? Is
it to prevent you from eating spiders in your sleep?
Speaker 5 (05:04):
No, but that's a good idea.
Speaker 2 (05:05):
Apparently, it's supposed to like improve your sleep because it
promotes nose breathing, which can reduce like snoring, improve your
sleep quality. And if your mouth is shut, then you're
less likely to have like gum disease and like tooth decay.
Really yeah, so you have better breath. It's supposed to
help with your like overall blood pressure. There's supposed to
be a lot of really good benefits to it.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
So it's is it regular take? It can't be just
regular take.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
It's like the texture is kind of like a mesh
tape type of thing, so you can still like breathe,
but you can't open your mouth.
Speaker 3 (05:34):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
So I put it on last night and I tried
sleeping with it for the first time. I lasted about
two hours before I had a full blown panic.
Speaker 5 (05:43):
Attack because I thought I was suffocating.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
Sure, I couldn't, Like, I fell asleep with it on,
and I woke up and couldn't open my mouth and
I was freaking out, So I had to rip it
off of my face.
Speaker 4 (05:52):
I don't think I would like that for that exact reason.
I feel very class your phobic, I think.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
Yeah, I was excited because I was like, it has
a lot of really good health benefits.
Speaker 5 (05:59):
Yeah, but not for me. I'm gonna try it again.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
Did you try when?
Speaker 4 (06:03):
Did you put it on, like right as you were
falling asleep, or like an hour before when you were
watching a show.
Speaker 5 (06:07):
I think that's the problem.
Speaker 2 (06:08):
I did it like an hour before, so I was
just sitting there in my bed while my boyfriend was
trying to talk to me, so I had to text
him because I couldn't respond. So I was just laying
in bed for like an hour, just texting him, laying
right next to me.
Speaker 4 (06:20):
Oh yeah, I would say, I would like, wait until
I'm drifting and then put it on.
Speaker 5 (06:23):
Yeah, I'm gonna try it again tonight.
Speaker 4 (06:25):
So okay, let's say zero to ten. How do you
rate this product? Zach's product reviews here as we head
into Black Friday.
Speaker 5 (06:32):
I'll give it a solid four.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
A four that's not good, So that's a strong don't buy.
Don't buy them up day.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
I mean, unless you're fine with feeling like you're suffocating,
to go for it.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
Okay, thank you for that review Zee three things you
need to know.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
Hi, Hi, Hello, good morning, Happy Wednesday. The sunrise was
beautiful this morning.
Speaker 5 (06:50):
He saw it.
Speaker 2 (06:51):
Nuggle Ricky's on chest today. But we have Kevin Manna
with those three things you need to know.
Speaker 3 (06:55):
Thank you so much, Zach.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Wicked is the biggest thing in the world right now,
and one of the top headlines at the moment has
to do with the amount of money the two stars made.
There were rumors going around that there was a huge
pay disparity between Ariana Grande and Cynthia Arrivo. There was
a whole rumor on social media that Ariana made fifteen
million dollars in Cynthia earned one million.
Speaker 3 (07:14):
That is a huge gap.
Speaker 4 (07:16):
But a spokesperson for Universal just spoke out and said,
that's insane.
Speaker 1 (07:19):
Quote.
Speaker 4 (07:19):
Reports of pay disparity between Cynthia and Ariana are completely
false and based on internet fodder.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
The women receive equal pay for their work. I'm wicked.
Speaker 5 (07:28):
Okay, good.
Speaker 2 (07:28):
That makes me happy because I did see that story
and I was like, whoa.
Speaker 4 (07:31):
Man, those lies spread. Don't believe everything you read online
or you see on TikTok. There's oftentimes no truth, no
truth to it.
Speaker 5 (07:37):
At all.
Speaker 4 (07:38):
The Voice just announced the latest round of playoff advisors
and they are Landy Wilson makes sense, great voice, Carly Peers,
she's great, and Simone Biles.
Speaker 3 (07:48):
Oh cool, but she's not a singer. Everyone was kind
of surprised by this.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
I mean, maybe she'll be able to help with their
performance aspect.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
That is exactly right, Zec.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
She said she she knows she's not gonna help with
the singing in any way. She wants to help with
the performance aspect, like you said, and that I get. Yeah,
And back to Lanny Wilson for a second. She said
that she tried out for the Voice seven times back
in the day and never made it, which is crazy.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
I love that. This is like karma.
Speaker 4 (08:11):
Yeah, and today is the end of an era here
in Nashville. After twenty nine years, Neil Orne is leaving
news to today. I mean they just wrapped a minute ago,
so he's officially done. Almost thirty years on the air
here in Nashville. That just doesn't happen much in TV.
About his decision to leave, Neil said, to have a
front row seat to what's happened in this town for
thirty years is pretty amazing. The fact that my career
(08:33):
here in this building is older than most of my
talented coworkers.
Speaker 3 (08:35):
Blows me away.
Speaker 4 (08:36):
He said he's looking forward to new challenges. Today officially
his last.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
Day on news too. Thanks for everything, Neil.
Speaker 5 (08:42):
That sad day. I love that man.
Speaker 3 (08:44):
You've met him multiple times.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
Yeah, a good guy, Harry, sweet man.
Speaker 3 (08:47):
Best of luck with everything. There you go, three things
you now know.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
Right after Sabrina Carpenter Zach's Facts, he said, thanksgiving them
fact Today we're gonna find out what it is next.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
Happy to be your new best friends, Ricky Zachon in
the morning on.
Speaker 3 (09:02):
You're in a carpenter. It's one oh seven five the river.
It's time for Zack's facts.
Speaker 5 (09:07):
Okay, this is a question for you, Kevin.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
Yes, on Thanksgiving Day the US, how many pumpkin pies
do you think are consumed across the entire US on
Thanksgiving Day?
Speaker 4 (09:18):
Oh my gosh, I'm gonna pretend like I have any
idea at all.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
And I'll do some quick calculations in my head. I
will say nine hundred thousand.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
Fifty million pumpkin pies on Thanksgiving Day.
Speaker 3 (09:30):
I find that very hard to believe.
Speaker 5 (09:31):
Well, that's the fact of the day.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
Kevin, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
If you were.
Speaker 4 (09:38):
Planning to go see Malana Too at any point this
weekend or soon, I have something to tell you something you.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
Need to be aware of going into the movie.
Speaker 5 (09:46):
Movie credit Kevin over here.
Speaker 3 (09:47):
I watched it last night. We went with the kids
and another family. Loved it. It was great to see
those characters back in the big screen. Long time coming.
Malana Too finally out now.
Speaker 4 (09:55):
But man, I made an observation during the movie that
I just cannot wait to share with everybody.
Speaker 5 (10:00):
I'm scared. Is it good or bad?
Speaker 3 (10:02):
It's good, it's something. Yeah, before you see what you
have to hear. We'll play it next. Give us six minutes. Well,
we'll play that my observation on the river next, Ricky,
Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 2 (10:15):
Okay, we just have to get straight into this because
Kevin said he went and saw Moana to last night.
There's there's something that we have to know about the movie.
So rip off the band aid.
Speaker 4 (10:24):
I think there's a song about me in the movie, Kevin, MANA,
what exactly.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
Zach has not heard this yet. I'm sharing this with
him live right here, with all of you.
Speaker 4 (10:32):
Toward the end of the movie, there's a song and
you know they're speaking a different language. I believe in
parts of this this movie, those folks that live on
the island there, and it sounds like they just keep
saying Kevin Mano over and over again.
Speaker 5 (10:44):
Oh my gosh, So.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
I found the audio. Here we go.
Speaker 4 (10:46):
I'll play they repeated a bunch at the end, so
he's gonna say it twice here and then I'll just
do the isolated the final one where I think it's
the most clear. Remember, you're listening for Kevin Mano. Okay,
the song is about me in Mowana too. Oh there's
one more Camp, Did you hear Zach?
Speaker 2 (11:10):
I think you might be the most narcissistic person I've
ever met in my life.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
So it sounds like you want to hear it again.
Speaker 4 (11:16):
Here we go, Camp, you want to hear that singing
Kevin Mano. I was sitting up in the theater looking around, like,
why is nobody acknowledging the fact that the song is
about me?
Speaker 5 (11:30):
Kevin?
Speaker 2 (11:30):
Why in the world did you go there? No, it
doesn't sound like that. And also, that is the most
big headed thing I've ever heard in my life the
entire Malana IU soundtrack, and they put a song about
Kevin Mano in there.
Speaker 3 (11:42):
It just sounds if there was a song and it
sounded like they were saying Zach Woodward, you would pay attention.
You would sit up and be like, wait, is did
they just one more time? Kevin Manos? What you're listening for?
Speaker 1 (11:52):
Camp?
Speaker 2 (11:56):
I know you hear that now, I am, yes, yes,
but I didn't hear it on first take.
Speaker 3 (12:01):
It might take you a couple listens, but it's there,
I promise.
Speaker 5 (12:04):
Jess cannot believe how full of yourself you are?
Speaker 3 (12:06):
Right, Oh dude, that's it's Those are the lyrics.
Speaker 1 (12:09):
One O seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and Meno
in the morn.
Speaker 3 (12:13):
I can't see the clock from where I am. What
time is it right now?
Speaker 5 (12:16):
It's game time?
Speaker 3 (12:17):
Baby, that's right, Let's go one O seven five the River.
Speaker 4 (12:21):
Kevin man Who's Game of the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds.
Speaker 3 (12:23):

We love.
Speaker 4 (12:26):

going to be there Nightly at the Ryman. They're headlining
May thirtieth. That's what we've got for you right now,

Speaker 5 (12:55):

Speaker 5 (13:08):

Speaker 4 (13:08):
Hey, you're playing for tickets to see Nightly when they
headlined the Ryman in May. You heard the clue a
moment ago. The game this week is What's it from?
Thanksgiving Edition? We're gonna play it for you one more
time if you can tell us what it's from, the
tickets or yours?
Speaker 3 (13:21):
Okay, Okay, here we go, Jen, Okay, now, practical question,
how are we going to eat for Thanksgiving?
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Dinners.
Speaker 5 (13:27):
How what are we if not world champion eaters?
Speaker 3 (13:30):
Jen in Murphy's Burrow? What's it from? It is from
my favorite show of all time, Margo. Yes, congratulations, Thank you, Jen.
Speaker 5 (13:43):
You get the tickets.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
But I also want you to just like tell everybody
what time it is, because Kevin always makes me yell it's.
Speaker 5 (13:48):
Game time, baby. We need to hear it from you.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
It's game time, baby, Yeah it is. Jen.
Speaker 4 (13:53):
You're going to see our friends nightly at the Ryman
May thirty at their headlining.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
We will be there, so we'll see you there.
Speaker 6 (13:59):
Awesome.
Speaker 5 (13:59):
Thanks.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
Hey, what are your Thanksgiving plans? I'm going to my mom.
You have to bring anything or you just kind of
go and put your feet up.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
I'm gonna make pumpkin bars.
Speaker 5 (14:08):
Ooh that sounds good.
Speaker 3 (14:10):
You said it with like a little hesitation in your voice.
Have you ever made pumpkin bars before or is this
a new venture?
Speaker 5 (14:14):
Well, well, I've my.
Speaker 6 (14:16):
Pumpkin rolls, but my son wants to make something a
little different, so.
Speaker 5 (14:20):
Okay, it's an experiment. Thank god we're not the tuna
pigs for it.
Speaker 3 (14:24):
No, just playing the rolls out into bar shape. You'll
be fine.
Speaker 5 (14:27):
Thanks for calling.
Speaker 3 (14:28):
Thanks for listening, Thanks for playing. Have a great Thanksgiving.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Thank you, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
Zach has a nice little comprehensive list of what we
can expect to get on Black Friday and what we
should avoid on Black Friday.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
Okay, I love Black Friday shopping. So here's some of
the best deals that I have seen. First of all,
if you want to get a Sam's Club membership, usually
it's fifty dollars, it's sixty percent off, so it's only
twenty bucks.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
Do you have a Sam's Club membership?
Speaker 5 (14:55):
I go to Costco.
Speaker 4 (14:56):
I know I was gonna say you're a Costco guy.
I never hear you talk about Sam's and yeah we are, well.
Speaker 5 (14:59):
Here we are.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
So if you need a membership, they're on sale for
twenty dollars. Also, TVs are a really really big thing
right now. So like Samsung, on all of these different
brands of TVs, they're like up to three hundred dollars
off of different prices. The PlayStation five console is like
a lot cheaper than it used to be at seventy
six dollars off. Okay, so most of them are electronics,
(15:22):
and they're saying that The Apple iPad is the tablet
of the Year for twenty twenty four, so.
Speaker 5 (15:28):
They have those on sale as well.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
A lot of the Apple series just in general, like
the watches, the AirPods, they all have those on sale
for Black Friday. Like the iPad is on sale for
two hundred and fifty nine bucks.
Speaker 4 (15:40):
Okay, do you be honest with me here? Do you
buy on Black Friday? Do you buy gifts for other people?
You just buy stuff for yourself? For me, I do
the same thing because my algorithm, my Instagram algorithm knows
what I like.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
So all these things pop up. It's like, hey, fifty
percent off these hats. So yeah, they're like, oh my god,
fifty percent. Okay, So I just end up buying so
much for myself.
Speaker 5 (15:57):
One hundred percent.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
But here's a couple of things that you should not
buy on Black Friday if you are shopping for yourself
or someone else.
Speaker 5 (16:04):
There's sayings, I'll hold off on anything beauty and.
Speaker 2 (16:06):
Footwear because they're typically better deals on Cyber Monday.
Speaker 5 (16:10):
Oh really, So if you need to.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
Get shoes for the kiddos or anybody in your family,
wait until Cyber Monday.
Speaker 5 (16:15):
Okay, that and your beauty needs.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
I think I get a little.
Speaker 4 (16:18):
Confused still between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, because most
of the Black Friday deals are online.
Speaker 5 (16:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (16:24):
I think honestly, it's just another track from Corporate America
to make us spend more money.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
Yeah, man, stick it to the man's egg. Get up
on that SOAPU.

Dollars if you go to dollar Tree and it's true.
Speaker 3 (17:09):
Here we go.
Speaker 6 (17:10):
So here's what my twenty dollars got me this year.
Starting off with a can of chicken bra I also
got a bottle of ranch dressing and some Italian seasoned
bread crumbs. Next, I got a box of mac and cheese,
a box of turkey stuffing mix, and I got these
original mashed potatoes. Then I got a packet of roasted
turkey gravy mix, a package of dried cranberries, a can
of French style green beans, two cans of turkey, a
(17:33):
packet of sugar cookie mix, some wor there's chewy caramels,
some canned apple pie filling, and then we need milk
and margarine to prepare a lot of the mixes. Here's
the menu I came up with for this year. For
an appetizer, We're doing some fried mac and cheese bites.
For a main dish, I am doing a casserole that
is all of the best parts of Thanksgiving later together.
And then lastly, for dessert, I made some caramel apple
(17:55):
pie sugar cookie bars for.
Speaker 2 (17:57):
Twenty dollars literally three like course meal for twenty dollars
at Dollar Tree.

like take notes or anything.
