tape what What is the purpose of mouth tape? Is

No, but that's a good idea.

Apparently, it's supposed to like improve your sleep because it
promotes nose breathing, which can reduce like snoring, improve your
sleep quality. And if your mouth is shut, then you're
less likely to have like gum disease and like tooth decay.
Really yeah, so you have better breath. It's supposed to
help with your like overall blood pressure. There's supposed to
be a lot of really good benefits to it.

So it's is it regular take? It can't be just
regular take.

It's like the texture is kind of like a mesh
tape type of thing, so you can still like breathe,
but you can't open your mouth.

the best deals that I have seen. First of all,
if you want to get a Sam's Club membership, usually
it's fifty dollars, it's sixty percent off, so it's only
twenty bucks.

I go to Costco.

six dollars off. Okay, so most of them are electronics,

and they're saying that The Apple iPad is the tablet
of the Year for twenty twenty four, so.

You just buy stuff for yourself? For me, I do

of us are, this is how you can make Thanksgiving
dinner for less than twenty.

So here's what my twenty dollars got me this year.
Starting off with a can of chicken bra I also
got a bottle of ranch dressing and some Italian seasoned
bread crumbs. Next, I got a box of mac and cheese,
a box of turkey stuffing mix, and I got these
original mashed potatoes. Then I got a packet of roasted
turkey gravy mix, a package of dried cranberries, a can
of French style green beans, two cans of turkey, a

packet of sugar cookie mix, some wor there's chewy caramels,
some canned apple pie filling, and then we need milk
and margarine to prepare a lot of the mixes. Here's
the menu I came up with for this year. For
an appetizer, We're doing some fried mac and cheese bites.
For a main dish, I am doing a casserole that
is all of the best parts of Thanksgiving later together.
And then lastly, for dessert, I made some caramel apple

of us are, this is how you can make Thanksgiving
dinner for less than twenty.

So here's what my twenty dollars got me this year.
Starting off with a can of chicken bra I also
got a bottle of ranch dressing and some Italian seasoned
bread crumbs. Next, I got a box of mac and cheese,
a box of turkey stuffing mix, and I got these
original mashed potatoes. Then I got a packet of roasted
turkey gravy mix, a package of dried cranberries, a can
of French style green beans, two cans of turkey, a

packet of sugar cookie mix, some wor there's chewy caramels,
some canned apple pie filling, and then we need milk
and margarine to prepare a lot of the mixes. Here's
the menu I came up with for this year. For
an appetizer, We're doing some fried mac and cheese bites.
For a main dish, I am doing a casserole that
is all of the best parts of Thanksgiving later together.
And then lastly, for dessert, I made some caramel apple

pie sugar cookie bars for.

Twenty dollars literally three like course meal for twenty dollars
at Dollar Tree.
