Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know six o'clock on the
Dot here on this Monday morning. Good morning friends, thank
you for starting your week with us. Ricky Sanchez is
back and she's got those three things.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
She's back, and she feels like everything's not in the
place it was.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
Supposed to be in.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
That's okay, good morning.
Speaker 3 (00:17):
Olivia Rodrigo revealed her big red flag when dating.
Speaker 4 (00:21):
So.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
She said in a recent interview that when she goes
on a first date, she has a go to question
that she likes to ask to see if they have
a red flag.
Speaker 3 (00:28):
She simply asked them if they want to go to space.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
If they say yes, then that's a red flag because, quote,
if you want to go to space, you're a little
too full of yourself. So just something to keep in mind.
I'm sure that made Zach very happy when he heard that.
He hates space, So him and Olivia Rodrigo we get well,
get along really well. There's a new trend in town
this holiday season, frazzled english woman core. Yeah, think about
(00:53):
that for a second. It's all about embracing the chaos
of the early two thousand, So think about like rom coms,
Kate Slit in the Holiday, Kira Knightley in Love actually,
Rene Zellwigger and Bridge Jones that kind of vibe. So
the look is all about layering mismatch pieces in a
way that's kind of like, oh, I didn't really try
very hard this morning, you know, skinny scarves off the shoulder, nitwear, cardigans,
(01:18):
mini skirts, jewel tone tights. That's a big one for
Frazzled english Woman Corps. And the key denailing this, like
I said, is to look good but pretend as if
you didn't really try very hard. Frazzled english Woman Corps.
I'm on board for this because I'm a frazzled woman
all the time, so I like this idea. And Tanger
Outlets is throwing a tree lighting and Santa Arrival celebration,
(01:42):
so the festive fun is happening November ninth from four
to seven pm. You can expect DIY wreath and ornament making,
festive on stage performances, and of course the arrival of
Santa Claus, who is going to light the tree himself.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
Big a deal, I know.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Get in with Santa Claus while you can now, because
the holiday.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
Season gets really hectic, really fast.
Speaker 2 (02:02):
He's got to see you he's got to know what
you want for Christmas. You gotta go stop buying and
check it out Maria Sanchez And those are the three
things you need to know.
Speaker 5 (02:09):
You are right man.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
The holidays have arrived, like officially, we're in it. We're
gonna get you into our family free Thanksgiving. A little
bit for the first caller of the day. We've got
that all week long. So happy Thanksgiving. Here's Shaboozi.
Speaker 5 (02:21):
Thanks again for starting your Monday with us.
Speaker 6 (02:23):
It's the River, Ricky, Zach and menow.
Speaker 4 (02:27):
In the morning.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
We want you to have a Thanksgiving with the family
you choose, which is us Ricky Zach Amano in the
morning on one oh seven five the River. So we're
doing a fun little Thanksgiving feast at Stateside Kitchen inside
Dream Nashville.
Speaker 3 (02:41):
You could be there hanging out with us. We did
it last year and we loved it.
Speaker 5 (02:44):
It was so much fun, it really was.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
We got to meet so many cool people. It's happening Tuesday,
November nineteenth. We're all gonna be out there. I know
it's family free Thanksgiving, but I'm gonna bring my wife.
I'm guessing you guys will bring your significant others.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
That's as far as it goes. Yeah, no more than that.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
So if you want to coming out with the US,
call us right now six one five seven, three seven nine,
one oh seven. First caller of the day is getting
a spot in there. One O the River, Ricky zach
and Meadow in the morning. Morning, Sherry in Nashville, Welcome
to one oh seven five the River.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
Where are you headed this morning?
Speaker 5 (03:15):
UK Centennial Centennial? What do you do?
Speaker 4 (03:19):
I've worked at the surgery today.
Speaker 7 (03:20):
Have you worked in labor delivery? WHOA?
Speaker 6 (03:23):
How many babies do you think that you're gonna help
like pop out today?
Speaker 2 (03:26):
Well?
Speaker 6 (03:27):
Probably cybrols because Mondays are typically always busy.
Speaker 5 (03:31):
Oh why would that be? I mean, I'm guessing it's
a lot of like scheduled stuff.
Speaker 3 (03:37):
Yeah, ce sections with such for women.
Speaker 2 (03:40):
Yeah, induced labors and all that on a Monday, though,
if I could pick, I would not pick a Monday.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
Maybe after the weekend. I'm ready, you know.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
Okay, that would make sense. Sherry. Well, I mean, you
have a very intense job.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
You probably want something where you can chill and relax.
So I'm very excited to say that you were our
first caller of the day on one of seven five
the River. You're gonna hang out with us for a
family free Thanksgiving, so your food on us a whole
spread at Stateside Kitchen inside Dream Hotel on November nineteenth.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
Wow, thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
That's awesome.
Speaker 5 (04:13):
We can't wait to meet you and hang out with you.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
That's coming up. It's gonna be a blast. Thanks for listening,
thanks for waking up with us, and thanks for what
you do. Honestly, it's I mean, I've had two kids
and I remember that experience in the hospital and the
nurses helped us so much.
Speaker 4 (04:26):
My pleasure.
Speaker 7 (04:27):
I love helping people bring the new babies into the world.
Speaker 5 (04:31):
Yeah, that's so awesome. All right, thanks so much. We'll
see you soon.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
Thank you bring the new babies into the world, or
as Zach likes to say, pop them out, pop them up, pop.
Speaker 5 (04:39):
Those babies out.
Speaker 6 (04:40):
Baby.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
You know what would be great if we could get
tomorrow morning we have the same thing to give away
a pregnant person win. If we have a baby born
at this dinner, that would make news and then there
to help.
Speaker 5 (04:51):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
Yeah, both insane here. I know I'm not on board
with you.
Speaker 5 (04:58):
They could name the baby Ricky's Mano.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
No, no, I want to eat food.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
I want to have some drinks and some nice, lighthearted conversation.
Speaker 3 (05:07):
We don't need any babies born at the table, No.
Speaker 5 (05:12):
The River, Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning. Happen Monday.
Speaker 1 (05:15):
Thank you for starting yours with us here at the river.
Hope you had a great weekend. My wife and daughter
were out of town all weekend. They went to see
Taylor Swift in Indianapolis. Had a great time. But I
was home with my son all weekend. It was a
boys weekend, boys weekend. Something happened yesterday. We were at
a birthday party. We were at Gaylord Operland for a
birthday party, went to sound Ways with some friends. I
have a story for you guys that happened with my
(05:35):
son Riley yesterday.
Speaker 5 (05:36):
It is just parenting in a nutshell.
Speaker 3 (05:38):
Is it gonna make us not want to have kids?
Speaker 5 (05:40):
We'll see. Can you tell me Coffey Kevin, give me
six minutes. I'll tell you what happened yesterday, Parenting in
a nutshell? Share it Next on the.
Speaker 4 (05:48):
River, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
I'm really curious as to where this is about to go,
but Kevin said that he has a just parenting in
a nutshell type story for us, and I asked, if
it's going to make us not want children. He didn't
seem very convinced that it wouldn't.
Speaker 6 (06:06):
I'm scared.
Speaker 5 (06:08):
Second in the.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
Morning, on one of seven five of the River. What
happened over the weekend with you and your son?
Speaker 5 (06:13):
Well, honestly, he had his first sleepover over the weekend,
which is great. This is his first sleepover ever.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
He slept with his buddy and their family at gay Lord.
It was birthday party, went to sound Waves all day Saturday,
and then Riley slept over there Saturday night, and so
a sleepover we'll always make kids a little extra tired
the next day, especially young kids.
Speaker 5 (06:31):
And so we woke up.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
I went back to Gaylor in that morning and we
all went to Soundwaves for another couple hours. We had
our passes until noon, and then we had to go
and we were walking out, Riley and I we all
said buy it, everybody. We were walking out, and he
realized we're halfway out of the building.
Speaker 5 (06:43):
It's a big building. He realized that this tiny, little
squishy thing that he just got.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
That morning yet an arcade. It was a little ax
a lottle to bring that word back. It was his
new prize possession and he didn't have it, okay. He
left it somewhere at sound waves and we were already
a mile out of sound waves, almost to the and
I really I did the math in my head.
Speaker 5 (07:02):
I was like, we don't even know where it is.
This thing probably cost a nickel.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
Like, we're not gonna go spend an hour long and
we don't even can't even get us back in. Our
passes are done, we can't get back in. So I
did the math in my head. I was like, buddy,
I'm so sorry, you just got it this morning.
Speaker 5 (07:15):
We'll get you.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
I'll take you somewhere, we'll get you a new one.
He's like, I want that exact one. And he's hyperventilating.
We're walking through sound waves. I'm trying to get him
to calm down. He's just inconsolable. People probably think I'm
kidnapping this kid, dragging him outside out of Gaylord and
he's just screaming and crying. We get to the car,
we get in the car, he's still going. He's so
worked up. Just we're driving, we're probably. I mean, this
(07:36):
has gone on for ten minutes of this tea.
Speaker 5 (07:38):
At one point I thought he was going to I
was worried about him. Just eh, poor guy. Oh it's
in my pocket. No, that was how it ended. On
a dime.
Speaker 1 (07:48):
This this whole mood just changes. Oh it's in my pocket. No, yeah,
I love the whole time he's everybody's looking at us
is relief in this hotel.
Speaker 6 (07:57):
He's very passionate. That's a good things.
Speaker 1 (08:03):
Honestly, I have never laughed harder than he just stopped
crying and said, oh, it's in my pocket.
Speaker 5 (08:08):
He and I laughed the rest of the way home.
It was very funny.
Speaker 3 (08:11):
My god. Okay. But also this is a lesson for
you to Kevin.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
Next time we say, have you checked all your pockets, buddy.
Speaker 5 (08:18):
That's a good call. He checked everywhere.
Speaker 3 (08:20):
It's not anywhere on you. We want to make sure
pat him down, make sure.
Speaker 6 (08:24):
I'm honestly glad that he found it, because I would
be worried about the rest of the entire day, Like
once you get home, he's just going to be distraught
the entire time if he never found Well.
Speaker 5 (08:32):
Here's the best part. We got home. Didn't touch up
for the rest of the day. His favorite thing in
the world. He does not care. It was only his
favorite thing because he thought he lost it, you know
what I mean. He just forgot about it immediately. Fine,
it was very funny. It was a funny moment. Yeah,
you're right, I do not want children.
Speaker 3 (08:48):
Yeah, I think I'm good on waiting a little bit.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
It was.
Speaker 5 (08:51):
It was a happy ending, well good moment.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 1 (08:57):
Okay, just after seven o'clock on this Monday morning thing,
thank you so much from starting a week with us.
Speaker 5 (09:01):
Ricky back and she's got those three things.
Speaker 2 (09:03):
Chaperone made her SNL debut. She also debuted a new
song while on SNL, So she performed over the weekend,
a milestone that she talked about.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
On social media back in twenty.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
Eleven with a Facebook post saying, quote, I am determined
to be on SNL and.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
Baby, you made it. You were finally on SNL.
Speaker 2 (09:20):
She performed her very popular Pink Pony Club as well
as a new song.
Speaker 3 (09:24):
That has a country vibe to it. So this is
the Giver. Here's a clip of it.
Speaker 4 (09:28):
Babe, call me you wing God tell me. It's just
so last nature. Take Take me baby.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
Country vibes. Everybody's in their country era right now. Obviously,
new music means new albums, so hopefully this means that
we're getting a new Chapel album soon too.
Speaker 3 (10:10):
We'll see.
Speaker 2 (10:11):
The Titans won yesterday. It's not been an easy season
for the Titans, but they beat the Pads yesterday at home,
so their record currently sits at two six. Fingers cross,
this is a turning point for them. Lots of good
vibes sending them their way because obviously we want to
see them win, We want to see them do well.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
The city wants to see them do.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Well, so fingers cross, this is going to be a
good thing going forward. And krispy Kreme, they are celebrating
democracy as they call it, with free.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
Donuts on election Day.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
So no matter how or when you voted, if you
stop by a krispy Kreme that is participating in this tomorrow,
you can.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Get a free original glazed donut.
Speaker 5 (10:49):
No gives more free product than krispy Kreme.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
Agreed one hundred percent. So even if you early voted,
because I mean Kevin and I early voted, zacharly voted,
we could just go with our little sticker and that
we voted and we get a free.
Speaker 5 (11:01):
Dont mine is long.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
I put mine on the back of my phone case
and it's just a little shreddy falling apart.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
But yes, free donuts tomorrow at Krispy Kreme if you
vote and you prove that you have voted. I'm Ricky
Sanchez and those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 5 (11:15):
Thank you, Ricky.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
We have one more thing you need to know. It's
a fact. It's Zach's fact.
Speaker 5 (11:19):
We're gonna learn something together right after Sabrina Carpenter on the.
Speaker 4 (11:22):
River, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning on.
Speaker 3 (11:27):
The River, Zach's Facts on one oh seven five the River.
Speaker 6 (11:30):
Well, since Mariah Carey said it it's already Christmas season,
I just have to tell you it's only fifty one
days until Christmas, and that that's your fact of the day.
That's the fact, fifty one days until Christmas. Paula La
La La.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
You're already phoning in your job talking about Zach with
that fact.
Speaker 5 (11:47):
That was a good fact.
Speaker 4 (11:48):
Kevin, Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on
the River.
Speaker 2 (11:54):
I have a hot take for you on one oh
seven five the River. Right now, Christmas decorations. I don't
think they should go up until the week of Thanksgiving
the earliest. And I bring this up because you guys
were talking about it on Friday. I wasn't here Friday,
so I couldn't join in on the conversation. But you
guys were talking a little bit about Christmas decoration already.
Speaker 5 (12:14):
This morning, Ka frees up lights around the outside of
the house. They are illuminated at night.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
You're a sociopath, Lovely, you are absolutely insane.
Speaker 3 (12:22):
Zach's already planning what he's going to do outside of Wonderland.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
They shouldn't go up until the week of Thanksgiving the earliest.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
Nope, do you agree or disagree?
Speaker 2 (12:31):
I want to hear from you. Call us right now.
Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine one oh seven.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Yeah. Are you a holiday gatekeeper like Ricky? You make
all the decisions for everybody or you just kind of
live your own life.
Speaker 2 (12:42):
That's what I feel, That's what I feel in my soul.
Speaker 4 (12:45):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the
river Amy and Murphy's Borough.
Speaker 3 (12:51):
Do you agree or disagree with me?
Speaker 2 (12:53):
My hot take is that I don't think that Christmas
decorations should go up until the week of Thanksgiving at
the earliest. Totally disagree. My tree is up right now
with the lights on it, and it makes it so heppy.
Speaker 3 (13:06):
When did you put up your tree?
Speaker 4 (13:07):
Me? Just Saturday?
Speaker 3 (13:09):
That's so early.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
I'm with you and that light Like last night we
uh you know, we were watching a movie with the
kids and the only light on was the tree. This morning,
when I got up, it was dark. The only light
I had on was the tree. I love that feeling.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
Same, Yeah, But Amy, Kevin, don't you guys want to
celebrate Thanksgiving too?
Speaker 3 (13:26):
Or do you just like to Thanksgiving? It's my favorite
holiday that I just like to celebrate it with my trio.
All right, Amy, I think it's weird.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
But yeah, Robin and Shelbyville, where are you on this?
Speaker 5 (13:44):
Are you with Ricky or are you willing to celebrate anytime?
Speaker 7 (13:47):
I used to be with Ricky and not decorate until
the day after Thanksgiving?
Speaker 2 (13:53):
But send me to a house started having.
Speaker 7 (13:56):
Brand just so much stuff and storage there's no way
we could even get.
Speaker 3 (14:01):
It all out option jo it.
Speaker 7 (14:03):
So now we start like a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving?
Speaker 5 (14:06):
Okay, So yours is more just like for logistical purposes.
Speaker 2 (14:09):
Absolutely, Okay, all right, I guess you just really love Christmas.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
You got all these Christmas decorations.
Speaker 1 (14:16):
I really do. Okay, good, so do I. Ricky's a
scrooge and a grinch. But we're gonna try to winter over.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
This year, so it's not my favorite holiday. That's all,
you know. I just don't feel it all the time.
Speaker 7 (14:26):
I get that.
Speaker 5 (14:27):
I get that, all right, Robin, thank you for calling.
We appreciate you.
Speaker 7 (14:30):
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (14:31):
Have a wonderful day.
Speaker 1 (14:32):
Love you, guys, Love you.
Speaker 4 (14:34):
Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
On Kayla and Jolton, tell us what do you think
about putting up your Christmas decorations? Do you think that
they should be up before.
Speaker 3 (14:46):
Thanksgiving or wait until the week of Thanksgiving.
Speaker 7 (14:49):
I don't even think Christmas decorations should be in stores
until the week of Thanksgiving.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
Honestly, thank you, Kayla.
Speaker 3 (14:55):
Finally someone agrees with me.
Speaker 7 (14:57):
I walked through Walmart and I complain about it all
the time. I'm like, no, Halloween hasn't even started yet.
Give it its flight. No or to myself and anybody
who hears me.
Speaker 1 (15:08):
Okay, you're not asking to speak to a manager.
Speaker 4 (15:12):
You know.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
I'm with you, Kayla, and I'm so happy that somebody
actually agrees with me, because all of these lunatics in
here think that we should just jump right to Christmas
even before Halloween and just jump over all the other holidays.
Speaker 5 (15:25):
It's just a love.
Speaker 1 (15:25):
It just makes you feel good. And having your stuff
up for like a month not nearly enough.
Speaker 7 (15:31):
No, it's too early even at my word, say like
I'm November first, like our schedule with those tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (15:37):
Star like No, the gross that is so gross. I'm
so sorry you have to go through that, Kayla.
Speaker 5 (15:44):
You guys are in the minority here. Everybody agrees with me.
Speaker 2 (15:46):
For normal people, I think that just happens to be
who's calling in all right, Caylea, thank.
Speaker 5 (15:51):
You, thank you, you got one. Ricky, Let's talk to
Dakota now on Mount Juliet. Where are you on this issue? Dakota.
Speaker 7 (15:58):
As much as I love Ricky, I'm going to have
to disagree. And I think that you should put up
your Christmas decorations the day after Halloween because Thanksgiving is
just a day and Christmas is a season.
Speaker 2 (16:11):
Well then, Dakota, what but does it like putting up
your Christmas decorations.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
Isn't that supposed to be for a limited amount of time,
because that's what makes it feel so good. If you
have Christmas decorations.
Speaker 2 (16:22):
Of all year round, it's not going to be nearly
as exciting for two months.
Speaker 7 (16:26):
It's not all year round. And it feels so good
to cut my turkey in front of my Christmas light.
It's just a beautiful thing.
Speaker 6 (16:34):
I also feel like you're spending so much money on
Christmas decorations that you need to get your money's worth,
Like you need to have them up to show them
off because you already spent so much money.
Speaker 3 (16:42):
I have a solution to that. Don't spend as much
money on Christmas decorations.
Speaker 5 (16:46):
That's a bad solution.
Speaker 7 (16:48):
Season. It's the season you gotta get in the season
you got we start playing Mariah here. You know she
said it's time, So it's time, Dakota.
Speaker 3 (16:56):
I hate this season.
Speaker 5 (16:58):
Oh take it back, Dakota.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (17:01):
We appreciate you very much.
Speaker 7 (17:02):
Yes, love, I have a great day.
Speaker 5 (17:05):
We love you and Ricky all week long.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
At seven forty five, we have passes for ice out
at Gaylord Opreylands.
Speaker 5 (17:12):
The season.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Okay, ice is cool though, Yeah, that is a cool event,
so I'm okay with it.
Speaker 6 (17:17):
That's the one Christmas thing that she likes.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
If we start playing Christmas music, I'm quitting.
Speaker 5 (17:21):
I think I don't think you should be allowed to
go to ice.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
What I can't go?
Speaker 1 (17:26):
I agree picture with a circle and a line through it.
But if you want to go, you can win yours.
Speaker 4 (17:31):
Next Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
We have pretty much come to terms with the fact
that it's Christmas season.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
And we're celebrating on one O seven five the River.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
By giving you tickets to Gaylord Ice featuring Frosty the Stoweman,
which is honestly a really cool event. I don't love
the Christmas season, but I do love this event.
Speaker 5 (17:56):
They do such a great job. We go every year.
The kids love it, We love it.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
If you want to give us a call six one five, seven,
three seven nine one oh seven. Last last two weeks
you're playing Halloween theme games, so it just seems fitting
that we do a Christmas themed game right now.
Speaker 3 (18:09):
Kevin Meadows.
Speaker 2 (18:10):
Game of the Day is Name that Tune Christmas Edition.
Speaker 5 (18:13):
We're not gonna play the clue for you now.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
We want you to call six one five seven, three, seven, nine,
one oh seven, and then you're in the hot seat.
You're doing it live on the radio. If you can
name the tune, you're going to ice out of Gaylord.
All right, we're playing next. Here's Taylor on.

They have two million pounds of ice cultures, which is insane.
Speaker 1 (19:01):
It really blows my mind to see these things and
to think how much work goes into them.
Speaker 5 (19:05):
You'll be there, Josh, if you can tell us what
song this says.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
And that's kind of the fact that it's early into
the season, we haven't been inundated with Christmas music yet.
That's kind of part of why I wanted to play
this game, because we haven't heard these songs in a
good nine months.
Speaker 5 (19:17):
Yeah, you might be a little rusty, probably will be. Josh,
this is a very short clip.
Speaker 1 (19:21):
All we go to do short little clips because they're
very recognizable songs. If you can tell us what it is,
you're going, Okay, all right, let's give it a shot.
Speaker 2 (19:34):
Rocking around the Christmas tree.
Speaker 4 (19:35):
Wow.
Speaker 5 (19:37):
I like that you worked it out like that. That
was great, buddy.
Speaker 7 (19:40):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (19:40):
Extra. You know who sings it, Jeanie. It's a woman
who is at the opry. We I don't know. Yeah,
Brenda Lee. Brenda Lee, Yes exactly.
Speaker 2 (19:52):
You weren't confident, but you got it. Congratulations. Gaylord Operland
is doing ice November eighth or January fourth.

I appreciate it. We're playing again tomorrow, same time, same tickets.
If you want to go to Ice out of Gaylord
be here for him.
Speaker 4 (20:17):
Three things you need to know?
Speaker 1 (20:19):
All right, just after eight o'clock on this Monday morning,
Hello friends, Rickie Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 2 (20:24):
Charlie XCX her word bratt has become the word of
the year, So she got this award from.
Speaker 3 (20:31):
The Collins Dictionary.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
Bratt is twenty twenty four's word of the Year. The
publishers explained that the choice was inspired by Charlie XCX's
album and said that bratt has become one of the
most talked about words of twenty twenty four. More than
a hugely successful album, Bratt is a cultural phenomenon that
has resonated with people globally, and Bratt Summer specifically has
(20:54):
established itself as an esthetic and a way of life,
which is really kind of cool.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
I love this.
Speaker 2 (20:59):
I'm a huge child the XCX fan, So she is
Brett and Brett is.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
A great word to use for so many other reasons.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
Other words that were shortlisted for this otter included anti tourism, Delulu,
being a little Delulu, never hurt nobody, super majority and
yapping what is like delusional and old Lulu okay, get
with the times, Kevin.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
Sorry, I'm Brett.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Mariah Carey, the Queen of Music of Christmas Music, has
announced it's officially time for Christmas. She posted an adorable
video to her social media where she was dressed very
similar to like Adam's family theme Mortitia Adams, and then
it switched to a winter wonderland as she began to
sing this.
Speaker 3 (21:58):
We got the idea, all we got the idea.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
According to the Queen of Christmas, it's officially Christmas time.
I will repost that to one of seven five the
River's Instagram page in our Instagram stories so that you
can watch it. The video is cute, even though I
think it's way too early for Christmas anything right now,
Christmas is open.
Speaker 5 (22:16):
It's so not Brad.
Speaker 3 (22:19):
Open Table has launched icons in Nashville.
Speaker 2 (22:22):
So Icons is a city specific section of the app
where you can research and book the most in demand
spots all around Nashville. So to become Icon status, restaurants
have to meet a certain criteria like James Beard Foundation
Awards or nominations, accolades for Michelin Stars, positive reviews from diners,
and a few other factors. A few restaurants that you'll
see under the icons tab include places like Henrietta, Red,
(22:46):
The catbird Seat, and Locust Nashville. Obviously, there are plenty more,
but a great way for you to see the new, up.
Speaker 3 (22:51):
And coming restaurants for you to check out.
Speaker 2 (22:53):
We always tell you to shop local, go to local spots,
experience the local places because it's so important.
Speaker 3 (22:59):
We got to keep these places in business.
Speaker 2 (23:01):
We want them to stick around in Nashville forever, for
as long as they want to be here. I'm Ricky Sanchez,
and those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 4 (23:07):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the Morning on the
River Creative.
Speaker 2 (23:12):
Ways for you to use your leftover candy from Halloween.
It's Ricky, Zach and Mano in the Morning on one
oh seven five the River. Halloween is over, We're getting
into Thanksgiving and Christmas, so you probably have a lot
of Halloween candy.
Speaker 3 (23:24):
How much candy do you have?
Speaker 5 (23:25):
Kevin at your right A bit.
Speaker 1 (23:27):
My kids, I don't know what happened to them, but
they were extremely organized this year. When I came home
from work on November first, they had separated all of it,
like all the snickers go in one jar, all.
Speaker 5 (23:37):
The twicks going another. So it's in our pantry and
it's all very well organized.
Speaker 3 (23:41):
Okay, well that's nice, but we don't have a lot
of candies so much. No way that they're going to
get through all the candies wait too much.
Speaker 1 (23:45):
Last year I brought a bunch in here and shared
it with coworkers. You have kindly asked me not to
do this.
Speaker 2 (23:49):
Please don't because I eat all of it and I
don't need it.
Speaker 5 (23:53):
Okay, I enjoy it, but I don't need it.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
So that is one option to do with your leftover candy.
You could bring it into work and obviously all of
your co are going to love it. They're going to
attack it. They're going to eat all of it like
I did. Some other options. Take some aside, and you
could put it in Christmas stockings later that's use it
to decorate gingerbread houses with.
Speaker 5 (24:12):
That's another great idea.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
So right when you get into the Christmas season for
some of you it's already yeah, lunatics, you could start.
Speaker 3 (24:19):
Using it for that.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
You could put it on your porch for delivery drivers.
Is a nice treat for nowt to a little give back.
You could freeze some and use it to make cookies
later for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Speaker 5 (24:31):
These are all such good ideas.
Speaker 3 (24:32):
Right, very sustainable here.
Speaker 2 (24:35):
You could also donate it to a shelter or an
elderly home as well. If there's a place in the
area that would like to take any kind of donations.
A lot of them will post on Facebook or Instagram
that they're looking for that. So just some ideas of
things that you could do. You also had a great one.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
Yeah, I saw what I read about. There's a program
called cash for Candy. You send your leftover candy to
troops overseas and they're.
Speaker 5 (24:55):
Going to pay you for it.
Speaker 1 (24:56):
You'll get ten dollars a pound, so that's kind of
a win win for everybody.
Speaker 3 (25:00):
Yeah, the troops want it. They go crazy for candies.
Speaker 2 (25:04):
Yeah, especially people who are overseas because they can't get
all the candies.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
That they love it. Hole.
Speaker 5 (25:08):
Sure, and a lot of those men and women not
able to do Halloween with their families. So it's a
nice little taste of Halloween.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
So there's some ideas for you.
Speaker 1 (25:15):
Cash for Candy the name of that program. If you
have one you'd like to share. A clever use of
candy six one five seven three seven, nine, one oh.
Speaker 5 (25:23):
Seven, Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning, kind of
like that group chat you keep at work, the one
your boss doesn't know about it.
Speaker 1 (25:30):
On the River Marshall Mathers one o seven five the River,
Good morning, It's time for the daily double tap, handpicked
by Zach.
Speaker 6 (25:38):
I love this video so much. I love Christmas and
this video I saw on TikTok. It's going viral, it's
blowing up. It's a little girl that is so excited
for Christmas and the Christmas ornaments and the nutcracker. It's
just so cute.
Speaker 5 (25:50):
It's the best. Here we go.
Speaker 4 (25:51):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 3 (25:52):
I was a lot of your money, but I'm gonna
have to get a nut cover.
Speaker 4 (25:57):
I want it.
Speaker 3 (25:57):
Here might be my favorite. I'm not even coking.
Speaker 4 (26:01):
I don't think you're at all you can buy him.
Speaker 5 (26:08):
Look at this whole tree.
Speaker 4 (26:09):
Are you?
Speaker 3 (26:10):
I'm liking your money, but I mean, I'm sorry, I
really am.
Speaker 5 (26:14):
Are you you don't look sorry?
Speaker 3 (26:16):
But oh my god, who are really talented?
Speaker 4 (26:22):
I agree?
Speaker 5 (26:23):
Oh my god, it's so cute and she's so cute.
I love that She's like, whoever made these? They're so talented?
Speaker 3 (26:28):
Attitude is really cute. I don't even really like Christmas.
Speaker 5 (26:32):
What that we're getting you in the spirit, Ricky.
Speaker 3 (26:34):
Sorry wasting your money, but I'm gonna need this.
Speaker 1 (26:38):
That's one of those videos to where you kind of
have to see, like the face matches. It's so just
you gotta see this girl and put it up on
our Instagram stories. At one O seven five the river
to see the little body. This excitement is coming out
of She's dancing throughout the door.
Speaker 5 (26:49):
She's so happy.
Speaker 4 (26:52):
Ricky is zach And in the morning on the river
