Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Oh my goodness, here we go, starting a brand new week,
starting a brand new month together, Ricky, Zach, myself.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
We're all back together. Here we go. Ricky's got those
three things.

Speaker 4 (00:11):
Zootopia two has had the biggest extended opening weekend for
an animated film of all time. The movie has brought
in five hundred and fifty six million globally, which completely
dominates over the three hundred and seventy eight million, which
is a record set by the Super Mario Brothers movie.
So this movie is just absolutely insane right now. Has
a ninety one percent fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes with

(00:33):
a ninety five percent audience score. Hardly ever happens for
a sequel, let alone and animated scenes.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
I saw it.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
I loved it.

Speaker 5 (00:41):
Oh you did see it. I need to see it,
I really do. I'm such a child.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
I love cartoons so much and they really do bring
me so much joy. I'm going to be in a
theater with a bunch of children, which is I think
why I'm waiting until it comes out on streaming.

Speaker 5 (00:54):
You're sure to watch it at home.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
Amazon is offering extended returns for holiday shopping.

Speaker 5 (00:59):
This is super convenient for people who are like me and.

Speaker 4 (01:03):
They panic and think, Oh, this is gonna be a
great gift, and then later on go, nope, I.

Speaker 5 (01:07):
Hate that idea. That's a terrible gift.

Speaker 4 (01:09):
So they're extending the return window to January thirty first
of twenty twenty six on most items bought from now
until the end of the year. There are some fine
print notes to keep in mind though, like apple products,
they all have to go back by January fifteenth instead
of the thirty first, and then there are certain non
refundable things perishables, customized items, pharmacy products, things like that,

(01:32):
things that say final sale.

Speaker 5 (01:34):
All of those obviously do.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Not count for this, but the majority of the site.
The window is extended until January thirty first of next year,
and Nashville Used in New Music will permanently close after
fifty years in the business.

Speaker 5 (01:47):
I hate saying these things.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
I hate these stories, but we got to let you
know when these things are happening. So industry changes as
well as their lease ending, we're given as reasons for
the closing. You can stop by the shop before December
twenty three to support them their liquidating inventory. So most
of their items are currently twenty percent off. The announcement
was made on their Instagram, with multiple people commenting their
memories of the shop, like buying their first guitar from

(02:12):
them after they moved here to Nashville, calling the shop
the mecca for musicians, and a whole lot of thank yous. Obviously,
really sad to see and really hard to see a
lot of small businesses struggling right now in Nashville.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
So I hope a lot of you.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
Shopped small this Saturday or last Saturday, because that is
very important. And when it comes to buying gifts. I
know I just said Amazon is extending their return policy.
Try to shop small if you can. You might shock
yourself with the amount of things that you can find
at the small businesses here in Nashville, and support them.

Speaker 5 (02:42):
A'mricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need
to know.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
Thank you so much, Ricky, appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Here's post Malone. We are playing Pick your Package in minutes.
I can't believe we're saying that, but the game is
efficiently back this thing we do every year. There's a
lot of good stuff under our tree and we're gonna
start playing this morning within about ten minutes.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
We'll ask you to call don't pick your package on.

Speaker 4 (03:05):
We'll playing pick your package on one oh seventy five
the River.

Speaker 5 (03:08):
If you have never played before.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
This one's a wild game. Okay, we got Cassie amount
Pleasant on the line. Good morning, Cassie.

Speaker 5 (03:16):
Morning. Hello.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
So Cassie, you have an idea of how to play
the game, right, But I'm gonna give you a little
quick synopsis of just how this works for anybody who
doesn't know. You have to pick a number one through
thirty two. Behind that number is a is a gift.
We're gonna unwrap the gift and tell you what's inside.

Speaker 5 (03:32):
If you like that gift, you keep it.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
If you hate it, you can put it back and
you pick a second number.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
The thing is that second one that you pick is yours.
You can't put it back. Okay, sound good, sounds good?
All right, Cassie, pick a number one through thirty two.
We'll pick twenty three.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Okay, it's a good number. Zach's getting it from under
the tree. We're gonna rip it open here.

Speaker 6 (03:56):
Oh, Cassie, you got a Dollywood four pack of tickets.

Speaker 7 (03:59):
Oh alsome, that's a.

Speaker 5 (04:01):
Pretty good one.

Speaker 8 (04:02):
Has a good one.

Speaker 5 (04:03):
How are you feeling. Do you want to keep that?

Speaker 7 (04:07):
I think I'm gonna trade that one.

Speaker 2 (04:08):
Okay, So now everybody playing along nose. The number twenty
three is a Dollywood four pack, so that's going back
under the tree.

Speaker 5 (04:15):
All right, Cassie, what's your second number that you want
to pick? Number eight?

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Number eight, And just keep in mind whatever this is,
you're stuck with it.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Jack's got it, Zach.

Speaker 6 (04:27):
Oh, Cassie, this is my favorite thing underneath the tree,
porta potty shot glasses.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
Even her phone is pissed.

Speaker 5 (04:38):
Oh, I think we lost her.

Speaker 6 (04:39):
Actually, she literally hung up said she didn't want the
porter party shot glasses.

Speaker 3 (04:43):
I choose to believe that we lost the connection there.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
I think we actually lost the connection because of the
noise that happened first.

Speaker 5 (04:49):
So Cassie, if.

Speaker 4 (04:50):
You still want your porta potty shot glasses, calls back,
make sure that you get. But now everybody knows this
is gonna be the last time that we say this
out loud. Number e eight is the porta potty shot
glass that's gone, And yes, if she calls back, and
that's gone. And twenty three was the Dollywood four pack
that's still.

Speaker 5 (05:08):
Up for crabs.

Speaker 2 (05:09):
So if you really want the Dollywood tickets go with
twenty three.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
Uh man.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
That's kind of the fun of the game, though, because
she gave up something great for something, you know, questionable.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
I think it's.

Speaker 8 (05:17):
Pretty great that porta party shots to talk about a
party trick, Zach's favorite.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
I'm gonna literally.

Speaker 8 (05:22):
Bring them to every party if she doesn't come, pick
these up in their mind.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
You nine to twenty this morning, we'll play and then
one four twenty, so four times a day.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Pick your package on one of seven five the.

Speaker 9 (05:34):
Rivers Ricky, Zach and meno in the morning on.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
This isn't like a wild statement that I'm about to say,
but it's one that has to be said.

Speaker 5 (05:43):
Zach's madic Kevin again. Yeah, yeah, it's Ricky, Zach.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
And Manno in the morning on one O seven five
of the River. This happens quite often, so it's really
not shocking. But I love every time it happens because
I get to be in the middle as like the judge.

Speaker 5 (05:57):
So, Zach, what do Kevin duty?

Speaker 6 (06:00):
Well, clearly I care about Kevin way more than he
cares about me. I think about him very often when
we're not at work, and I love this man, except
for the fact that he's rude and very mean to me.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
Okay, it sounds like you're pandering right now. What exactly
did he do?

Speaker 1 (06:12):
So?

Speaker 6 (06:13):
I was scrolling through Pinterest and I found this cute
little recipe that says roasted cauliflower burrita bowl sounds which
Kevin is a vegetarian. He mentioned a couple of weeks
ago that he wants to start cooking. Oh yeah, he
said that that he's like interested in starting to start
cooking again.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
So I said, right.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Page, not again. I'd be starting time.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
Ripe page of fork and I'm just kidding.

Speaker 5 (06:39):
It's never too late.

Speaker 6 (06:40):
So I sent him this recipe for roasted cauliflower burrita bowls,
and I said, I saw.

Speaker 8 (06:44):
This and thought of you.

Speaker 6 (06:45):
He responded with the screenshot of my picture of my
on pinteress and was trolling my photo. Not about the recipe,
not literally, just about my pictures.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
Give some context here. The picture that Zach has on
his Pinterest is from ten years.

Speaker 6 (07:01):
Ago minimum, So ten years ago.

Speaker 5 (07:05):
He refuses to change it.

Speaker 8 (07:06):
I don't know how to change it on Pinterest.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
Okay, because he does the same thing on his Venmo. Yeah,
it's a picture from like ten years ago. Minimum that
is very rude, Kevin.

Speaker 5 (07:15):
No oh.

Speaker 6 (07:17):
I was scrolling through on my Sunday by myself, and
I was like, oh, Kevin would like this, and I
send it to him.

Speaker 8 (07:22):
And that's the response.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
That kind of what was your thought process when he
sent you this beautiful recipe because he cares about you
and wants you to start cooking, because he wants to help.

Speaker 5 (07:31):
You with your goals.

Speaker 8 (07:32):
I want the best?

Speaker 5 (07:32):
What was your thought process here?

Speaker 3 (07:34):
When I got the text from Zach? I clicked on it.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
The very first thing that opens, Ricky, I'll show you
this year. It opens just to this picture of Zach.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
Like.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
It doesn't show a recipe. I didn't know what I
was clicking on.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
It just goes to this loading where yeah, where it's like,
who is this young.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Fellow that I've never ever seen before? I don't know this.

Speaker 6 (07:51):
Never ever young fellow that I've never looked like a teenager?

Speaker 3 (07:56):
In this picture, you do.

Speaker 5 (07:57):
Look like a teenager.

Speaker 8 (07:58):
Okay, doesn't mean you haven't me before.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
He's taking a screenshot and sending it to you. Why
do you assume that's a negative thing. I was like, wow, Zach,
I like this picture.

Speaker 8 (08:07):
That's what was an you said you looked fourteen.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
I mean it's a period.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
You know, I've never seen this picture of you before,
and I was like, oh my gosh, and I took
a screenshot.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
I was like, wow, I've never seen this before.

Speaker 5 (08:19):
It was your modeling days right back in the day. Behave.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
So there was nothing malicious about what I was doing,
I promise you. And then I went on to say
thank you for the recipe, maybe I'll make this all
that stuff, But truly, I was not doing that to
troll you.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
I was just like, wow, I've never seen this picture before.

Speaker 6 (08:34):
The first thing you think of when I'm thinking about
you and trying to be nice and sending your recipe,
Kevin is just rude.

Speaker 3 (08:40):
That's not rude. I stand by it. And I don't know, man.
We all had a.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
Little time off last week for Thanksgiving. This is one
of very few interactions that Zach and I had in
the last week. And I hold onto it except right
on the land mine there. It's it's not easy.

Speaker 5 (08:55):
He's been holding onto this and he's not easy. You're
not making it.

Speaker 8 (09:00):
Get a hole.

Speaker 5 (09:01):
I'm gonna help. I'm gonna save you from yourself. Stop talking, Okay,
three things.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
You need to know just past seven o'clock on this
first day of December. Welcome to it. Thank you for
starting your day with us. Ricky's got those three things.

Speaker 4 (09:13):
Vanderbilt beat out Tennessee over the weekend in a rivalrymatch
that just blew everyone away.

Speaker 5 (09:19):
Diego Pavio was the highlight.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
Throwing for two hundred and sixty eight yards running for
one hundred and sixty five yards to lead Vandy to
a forty five to twenty four win over Tennessee. The
game was crazy, absolutely nuts. This is now the first
ten game win season in Vandy history. More good news
for Vanderbilt, they extended head coach Clark Lee to a
six year extension, so all good stuff coming out of Vandy.

(09:43):
We love to see this obviously. Like I said, that
game was just nuts. If you got a chance to
watch it, I know you had just as much fun
as I did. Nick Jonas is coming out with a
solo album. He made the announcement last night. It's called
Sunday Best, comes out February sixth of next year. He
made the announced after hosting a Sunday Best brunch at
his family restaurant in Vegas, and he previewed some of

(10:05):
his new songs the night before he performed in Las Vegas.
He previewed this song, nine to eleven, a bunch of
the ones who will Baby, I can't.

Speaker 5 (10:18):
Help but take it.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
Pusson tell me.

Speaker 5 (10:29):
Nine one one, I said nine to eleven. Originally it's
nine one one. Nine one one is the name of
his song.

Speaker 4 (10:34):
He previewed a bunch of other songs at the brunch
with a bunch of people there to celebrate this new album.
Like I said, you can expect it February sixth of
next year. If you're gearing up to take family photos soon,
I know a lot of people are taking their pictures
for the Christmas season. A photographer is going viral for
her hack to make sure that your kids smile big
for those pictures. Family photographer Alison Burris said that you

(10:56):
should just feed them a little bit of ice cream
in between snaps of pictures and it'll work. Almost every
single time she tried it on her own kids. First
she had posted the results, she went viral for it,
and now her clients are showing up to her shoots
with ice cream in coolers in order to get the
same types of happy family photos. It's such a simple
hack that it just kind of makes you wonder why nobody's.

Speaker 5 (11:19):
Thought of it before.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
It's very smart. We normally just like yell, like like
fark jokes and stuff. And that makes my son laugh.

Speaker 5 (11:24):
That makes sense.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Maybe the ice cream. As he gets a little older,
maybe ice cream.

Speaker 5 (11:28):
Try out the ice cream hack.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
See if it works for you. I'm Ricky Sanchez and
those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
Thank you so much, Ricky. Right after this song, we're
gonna play Morgan Wall and Tate McCrae. We're gonna learn together.
I know a lot of people have had some time off.
You gotta wake up that brain.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
Dusted off Zach's fax next minutes away on the.

Speaker 9 (11:44):
River, wake up happy with the Ricky, Zach and Manno
in the morning ons.

Speaker 5 (11:51):
Geared up ready to go. He said he was born
ready for this. It's Zack's fax on one of seven
five of the river.

Speaker 6 (11:56):
So, since it is officially December, first, I wanted to
give you a fact about decen Did you guys know
that December the name comes from the Latin word for tenth,
and it was originally the tenth month of the Roman
calendar before January and February.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
We're at it.

Speaker 2 (12:09):
I do always get very confused about that. The calendar,
the names of the months kind of make no sense.

Speaker 6 (12:13):
That's accurate, but it was the tenth month, that's why.
And then they added January and February.

Speaker 3 (12:18):
For whatever reason, it was changed its name to Twelvember.

Speaker 8 (12:22):
I like this, Kevin, I don't. And there's your fact.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
That the day Ricky, Zach and mannow in the morning.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
December one means elfan a shell for so many people.
Those scout elves have returned. I saw mine as I
was leaving this morning, leave early for work, so I
saw a cocoa and chippy there hanging by the Christmas tree.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
Very exciting coco And they know then that you get
up early.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Yeah, I mean I don't.

Speaker 5 (12:48):
Even really creeping in the middle of the night.

Speaker 2 (12:50):
I don't know exactly what time they show up. We've
never been able to, you know, nail that down.

Speaker 3 (12:54):
Yeah. Yeah, but they they're back. They're officially back, and
so many they are. I'm sure there are some.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
That come maybe a little bit later in the month,
but a lot of scout Elves returning now.

Speaker 3 (13:03):
So we want scout Elf shout outs.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
We want to hear the name of your elf. We
want to hear you know what you love about your
elf so much? Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine,
one oh seven, shout out your elf.

Speaker 5 (13:17):
I think your elf is gonna like it if they
hear it.

Speaker 3 (13:19):
I think it's like a little like Brownie points with
the elves and with the yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
So shout out those elves. What are their names we
want to hear. Here's Bieber on the.

Speaker 9 (13:25):
River, Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the morning.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
We are shouting out our elves on the shelves this
morning on one oh seven five the river.

Speaker 5 (13:36):
We think that this is.

Speaker 4 (13:36):
Like good Brownie points with your elf for sure, if
you get the chance to shout.

Speaker 5 (13:40):
Them out on the radio. Evelyn in Nashville, what's your
ELF's name? Five four Sparkles.

Speaker 8 (13:46):
That's so cute.

Speaker 4 (13:47):
I found a green hat and he's wearing it right now.

Speaker 3 (13:53):
That's cool.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Okay, did you give the green hat to your elf
or they found it that you found it.

Speaker 5 (14:00):
I found it.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
I put it next to the elf, and then you
just put it on.

Speaker 5 (14:07):
I love that Sparkles likes what you're giving him.

Speaker 7 (14:10):
I like chocolate.

Speaker 4 (14:12):
I think that Sparkles probably loves the chocolate that you give.

Speaker 3 (14:16):
Yeah, well, thank you for Colin Evelyn. Have a great
December and tell that elf we said. Hi, Okay, I love.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
Eleanor Lucy and Nashville. Shout out your elves. Graham and Sprinkle.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Yeah, okay, good names. Graham like Graham Cracker and Sprinkles
like sprinkles. Those are great names.

Speaker 8 (14:36):
I was thinking like that that one of them was
older than the other. That's why you called it Graham
like grandma.

Speaker 5 (14:41):
Oh no, like Graham Cracker.

Speaker 8 (14:43):
That makes way more sense.

Speaker 4 (14:45):
That would not be very good at naming his elf.
What's your favorite part about your elves?

Speaker 2 (14:51):
Were a lot of stuff they we leave that, like
baking materials and like.

Speaker 5 (14:56):
They're really creative and how they hide themselves sometimes.

Speaker 3 (15:02):
Whoa ziplines through the house. That's amazing.

Speaker 5 (15:05):
Yeah, that's really impressive. It's not velines.

Speaker 2 (15:08):
Once we found a zipline in our living room from
walls one wall to the other with like a little seat.

Speaker 5 (15:15):
At a little engineer.

Speaker 2 (15:20):
They're thrill seekers. Well, thank you for calling you guys,
Thank you for shouting out those.

Speaker 3 (15:24):
They're gonna love it.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
Bye bye, adrenaline junkies. Quick Zach, what would you name
your off if you had one elephant.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
Okay, I like it. That was off the top of
your head. There's no wrong answer here, Ricky, what about you?

Speaker 9 (15:36):
There?

Speaker 5 (15:36):
You go? Oh, I don't know. This is really hard
because they all have a really cute name.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
Coming up with names for things.

Speaker 4 (15:47):
He also thought the ones name was Grandmai. Zach morning
playing a new Kevin Bano's Game of the Day on
one O seven five the River. This is the first
time we're ever playing this, and we're playing for GK tickets.

Speaker 5 (16:00):
The game is called Zachronyms.

Speaker 2 (16:03):
Yes, Zach is very heavily involved here. He's going to
read a sentence to our contestant. And our contestant this
morning is Daniella.

Speaker 8 (16:09):
Good morning, Good morning.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
How are you feeling on this Monday.

Speaker 4 (16:12):
I'm feeling okay.

Speaker 3 (16:13):
How are you good?

Speaker 2 (16:14):
Yeah, we're excited. It's December, the holidays are Here. Is
your brain feeling awake?

Speaker 5 (16:20):
I'm getting a little nervous. Yes, I am very nervous.
That's okay.

Speaker 4 (16:26):
Nervous means that you're focused, So I have faith in you.

Speaker 5 (16:29):
This is going to work out really well.

Speaker 2 (16:30):
Zach is going to read you a sentence here. That
sentence will contain three different acronyms. You have to tell
us what two of them stand for two out of three.
And the MGK tickets are years Okay, okay, Dan, Yeah.

Speaker 5 (16:43):
I believe in you.

Speaker 8 (16:45):
Sounds good, I hope so though. The DM I got
an ig made me r O f L the directing
message on Instagram.

Speaker 5 (16:56):
There you go, y.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
And then for you know, oh my gosh, you guys,
I'm not I'm.

Speaker 7 (17:02):
Not ready for I was so nervous.

Speaker 4 (17:05):
You did great and just her funzies the last one
again zach r olfl Witch Kevin.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
Rolling on the floor with laughter, rolling on the floor laughing.
However you want to say it.

Speaker 8 (17:15):
Oh, I know you guys think I'm dumb, but I
was so nervous.

Speaker 4 (17:18):
No, nobody thinks you did a great job. We are
so happy for you. Congratulations. You're gonna go see MGK
at Bridgeton Arena.

Speaker 5 (17:28):
On the sixteenth. Thank you so much. You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
Hang on line for bit, Danielle. We're playing again tomorrow.
We wanted to start with a slightly easier one on
a Monday since it's a new game, but tomorrow probably
not as easy.

Speaker 8 (17:40):
Oh, we're going to up the anti tomorrow.

Speaker 3 (17:42):
Three things you need to know past eight o'clock on
this Monday morning.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
Thank you for starting a brand new week with us.
Ricky's got those three things.

Speaker 4 (17:49):
Actress Millie Bobby Brown has shared how she feels about
David Harbor after rumors of bullying on the set of
Stranger Things. She's promoting the final season obviously of Stranger Things,
along with everybody else right now, and she told Deadline
that her and David Harbor have quote great relationship with
each other and that she feels safe with him. She
even said that playing eleven alongside his hopper role has

(18:12):
made her want to bring out her a game because
she knows that he's going to be doing the same.

Speaker 5 (18:16):
All of this comes.

Speaker 4 (18:17):
After there were all these rumors flying around that she
filed bullying and harassment paperwork against David Harbor on set
while filming this season, which blew everybody away because they've
always had a very close relationship for what it seems
like during press, So she's kind of squashing it without
saying anything. Neither of them have actually said anything about
the accusations of bullying on set, but this kind of

(18:39):
seems like she's letting everybody know that that's not the case.
So I'm guessing all of that were rumors or it
had happened, and they're good now one or the other,
and is reducing speed limits along Gallatin Pike to support
the department's Vision zero goals. So you can expect to
start seeing messaging about the change today if you are
driving along Gallatin Pike with new speed limits. They're going

(19:01):
to be set to take effect week of December fifteenth.
The specific areas that will be impacted are found on
end dot's websites. Vision zero is an initiative with a
goal to have a future with zero roadway depths on
our streets. So obviously this is to make sure that
everybody's driving safely, so they're going to reduce speed limits.
Like I said, you can find all of the information

(19:21):
of exactly where on Gallatin Pike on end dot's website
because it's specific.

Speaker 5 (19:26):
Areas and I can't list all of them. But this
is good news.

Speaker 4 (19:30):
And if you still have Thanksgiving leftovers and you're wondering
how long they're gonna last, here's a quick little guideline
for you. It all depends on how the food is
stored and how long it sits. Out before it's put
away in place in the fridge or the freezer, whichever
one you decide on. But if the leftovers are put
away within two hours of being served and they're stored
in airtight containers, experts are saying that they'll be safe

(19:50):
in the fridge for up to four days, which means
that today's kind of your last data to eat what
you got. But if you put it in the freezer,
you can store it for up to six months, so
that's something to keep in mind for next year.

Speaker 5 (20:02):
I know that today is my last day for eating leftovers.

Speaker 4 (20:05):
Also at this point you're exhausted of the leftovers. How
many more days possibly leftovers? Of course, nobody wants to
waste food, and I totally get that we don't waste
food either, which is why I will be stuff in
my face.

Speaker 5 (20:18):
All day long today, Amrit Sanchez. And those are the
three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (20:21):
What I'm curious about is the pie. Like we had
a pumpkin pie, but when we bought it in the store.

Speaker 3 (20:25):
Wasn't refrigerated, it was just out.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
And then do you have to refrigerate it after you like,
you know, to keep it for a few days, like
we you know we had something, so just leave it up,
leave it on then I think you leave it on
the counter.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
I also will say that I kind of push things
a little more than I should when it comes to eating. Sure, sure,
because I don't like to waste it.

Speaker 6 (20:42):
According to Google, yes, you need to refrigerate pumpkin pie.

Speaker 8 (20:46):
Okay, never it contains eggs and dairy.

Speaker 5 (20:49):
I have never and I have never gotten sick.

Speaker 3 (20:51):
Well, thank you both, Thanks Zach, thank you rick And
now I don't know what.

Speaker 9 (20:54):
To do with Ricky is Zach and manno in the
morning on the river went.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
A wedding recently. She was just recapping a story. A
friend of hers apparently sent back his steak. He wasn't
happy with the way it was got.

Speaker 4 (21:07):
Prime rib at this wedding, which is a very very
nice meal to get at a wedding, and he did
not like the way it was cooked. The only one,
mind you, out of the entire wedding who did not
like the way it was cooked sent it back for
them to remake it.

Speaker 5 (21:20):
I think that's certifiably insane.

Speaker 8 (21:23):
You said he did it in a really dramatic way.
Can you please recreate how he sent this back?

Speaker 4 (21:27):
He had to look for someone with the plate, like
walk around around with the plate in order to tell
them that he didn't like the way it was cooked,
to send it back to kind of making a scene,
especially at this point, and I just feel like at
a wedding, you know, that's a really nice wedding meal,
a prime rib, but typically, like the mood at a

(21:47):
wedding isn't that great?

Speaker 5 (21:49):
You're not going and getting it freshly made to you
right away. There's three hundred people at this wedding, like
it's gonna be eh, you know, but this was really good.
Nobody else complained.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
I kind of wanted to take his side for a second,
But now that I know that he was walking around
in plate trying to if he had just politely said
to the person that delivered the food, like I am
so sorry, Is it possible to get I really like
my steak rare?

Speaker 3 (22:12):
Is it possible to get a different you know, like
be polite about it. I don't think one steak is
going to derail the kitchen back there. Uh, but yeah, no,
the way he did, it's probably not cool. No, Kevin.

Speaker 6 (22:21):
Also, to even say it politely, that's still so rude,
Like you didn't pay for this meal.

Speaker 8 (22:26):
Number one?

Speaker 6 (22:27):
Right, number two? They paid per person, so they have
this many meals prepared. They don't have just extra.

Speaker 8 (22:32):
Sitting in the back to go make him a fresh one.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
They might.

Speaker 5 (22:35):
I was more so blown away because I'm like, you
didn't pay for this meal? What are you upseid?

Speaker 6 (22:39):
Yeah, if you don't like it, just push that that
portion to the side and eat everything else.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
Okay, here's a I guess it opens up another question.
He didn't pay for the meal, sure, but a wedding
is not cheap to attend. You're sort of paying for
it kind of.

Speaker 4 (22:54):
I mean, you're supposed to technically pay for your plate, yeah,
when you.

Speaker 5 (22:57):
Go to a wedding.

Speaker 4 (22:59):
So yeah, I guess, Plain Devil's Advocate he did kind.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
Of pay for Like you had to travel for this wedding.
That was expensive for you?

Speaker 5 (23:06):
Oh yeah, it was very expensive for me.

Speaker 4 (23:08):
But that's also assuming that he actually gave a good
enough gift to pay for his meal.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
Who knows, you know, do you think he gave a
good enough gift?

Speaker 5 (23:18):
I'm questioning.

Speaker 8 (23:21):
Last question. Do the bride and groom know that he
did this?

Speaker 5 (23:24):
I think they do know now because I would.

Speaker 6 (23:26):
Be so offended and like embarrassed to have that person
that friend am I wedding to treat the way staff
like that.

Speaker 4 (23:32):
Yeah, I think they do know, but I also think
that they were so just excited about their day that
it didn't really matter much. Later on, it's going to
become a conversation that comes off.

Speaker 8 (23:40):
Yeah, I'm not inviting you anywhere ever again.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
And just to defend this guy, I don't think he
was berating the weight, Steff.

Speaker 6 (23:46):
I don't think he was around the while everybody else
was sitting down eating and this man is walking around
with this plate.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
He wasn't like rude about it, but it was still
kind of sort of rude, do you know what I mean?

Speaker 5 (23:58):
Like it was borderline.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
What your thoughts six one five, seven, three seven nine
one o seven Can you send food back at a way?

Speaker 1 (24:07):
Ricky, Zach and Meadow in the morning, I'm kind.

Speaker 4 (24:11):
Of flabbergasted by the fact that my friend had sent
back food at the wedding that.

Speaker 5 (24:15):
I was at recently. He didn't like the way.

Speaker 4 (24:16):
That his prime rib was cooked, so we actually got
up from the seat that he was sitting at and
looked for the staff in order to have them make
him a new one, Sheila and Fairview, what do you
think about that? Do you think it's okay to send
back food at a wedding.

Speaker 7 (24:30):
As somebody that cannot eat any meat with any pink
in it because it physically hurts me.

Speaker 4 (24:35):
Later, Oh, I have to.

Speaker 7 (24:37):
Kind of ask all the time, can you make it
well done? But I do it quietly at the table
when they're kind of bringing around, I go, is there
any way I can get a paste that's well done?

Speaker 6 (24:46):
I feel like that's a normal common thing, like, hey,
it's gonna mess my stomach up. Can you just look
for something that is a little bit more cooked for me?

Speaker 7 (24:54):
And you know, they want to put colic in mashed
potatoes or something. I can't do that. So basically it
makes I'm not real hungry when I go somewhere then
I don't know what's happening with the food, and I
have peanut burned crackers.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
Yeah, there you go. You bring your own snacks.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
But that's smart And as somebody who's gluten free, Sheila,
I do that quite often as well. I bring snacks
just in case because I don't want to get glutened
while I'm out.

Speaker 8 (25:15):
Don't glute me?

Speaker 5 (25:17):
So I often bring snacks.

Speaker 4 (25:19):
But you're saying that in that scenario, you would send
it back.

Speaker 7 (25:22):
I would ask, okay, well, I would ask when they
come around and start putting plates. Before I touched the plate,
I'm like, is there anywhere and get one that I
have to bring them around.

Speaker 2 (25:30):
Sheila like, if you know that, you know a steak
could potentially upset your stomach, maybe go for the fish
option or the veggie option, right the chicken?

Speaker 7 (25:37):
Well, yeah, I mean I would look at those things too.

Speaker 4 (25:40):
There's an easy way to approach this prior to it
becoming a problem is essentially what it comes down to,
so that you don't even have the option of having
to send.

Speaker 6 (25:47):
It back there could I'm just gonna say, I really
like Sheila's pro tip I bring her own snacks because
I'm about to bring a backpack full of snacks everywhere
I go.

Speaker 5 (25:59):
It's the only way to s.

Speaker 7 (26:01):
I kind of please it when people ask me over
to eat and I'm like, I don't know me who will?
You won't be rude, but you know there's just things
I can't do.

Speaker 4 (26:10):
Yeah, you just making sure that you don't get sick later.
But we appreciate you calling in Sheila.

Speaker 7 (26:14):
Yeah, yeah, you're the happy Thanksgiving you too.

Speaker 3 (26:19):
Love Thanks Sheila, Bye bye, Zach.

Speaker 2 (26:23):
I picture you like you know how you see like
runners with that backpack that's full of water, with like
the little hose, like I want you to have a hose.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
You just suck snacks up in your mouth.

Speaker 6 (26:31):
Also, every time I come to your house and I
have a backpack, that's why because Kevin's a vegetarian and
I need my meat. Like if I just pull a
steak out of my backpack, don't worry about it.

Speaker 9 (26:39):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning on time.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
For the daily double Tap. Here it's one O seven
five the River. Every day about this time, we play
some audio from a video. Ricky found this one, and yeah,
it's something that they're doing over at BNA that I
personally had not really thought about this. But once you
hear it.

Speaker 4 (26:57):
Oh, Zach and I talk about it all the time
in the face, you.

Speaker 5 (27:00):
Feel real broke. Yeah, real four real fast.

Speaker 4 (27:04):
You genuinely go, oh, okay, I guess I'll just go
over here.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (27:08):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (27:09):
This is not a very long clip, but I will
say the last two seconds are my favorite.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
Here we go Today's Daily double tip.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
The Nashville Airport is so good at making people look
poor and stupid because if you fly Spirit, they shuttled
you to a different building, like they really said, yeah
broke like banjo in Yeah.

Speaker 8 (27:30):
It's so true though, Like if you fly Allegiance Spirit.

Speaker 6 (27:32):
Like count Airlines, yeah, they shuttle you off to this
other terminal, like we don't even want to look at you.

Speaker 8 (27:38):
And I'm like, okay, fine.

Speaker 4 (27:40):
And the worst part is like for people who don't
know that they do that, or the first time that
it happens to you, it's because the first time that
I had to do it, I.

Speaker 5 (27:48):
Was like, why is this happening to me?

Speaker 3 (27:51):
But it is a nice terminal. Once you get there,
it's outiful. The segregation is not cool.

Speaker 5 (27:56):
It just shove you off to the side.

Speaker 3 (27:59):
You're flying Spirit. God, So.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
You pick your package on.

Speaker 4 (28:08):
It's one oh seven five the River. We're playing pick
your Package. It's the first day of December, so it
is back. If you don't know how to play, we
will explain. But we got Roger and Hermitage on the line.

Speaker 5 (28:18):
Good morning Roger, good morning everybody. I know that you
were pumped to get through.

Speaker 7 (28:23):
Yeah, because I'd never get through.

Speaker 1 (28:25):
Its exciting.

Speaker 3 (28:26):
Heank you a lucky day. Have you heard us play
this game in previous years?

Speaker 9 (28:29):
Yes, Hey, I listen to you guys regularly.

Speaker 5 (28:31):
So yes, well, thank you for listening.

Speaker 3 (28:33):
Roger, you know how it works.

Speaker 2 (28:35):
But Ricky will once again quickly run down the rules
for you, just so you're you're totally caught up.

Speaker 4 (28:40):
You got to pick a number one through thirty two,
whatever number.

Speaker 5 (28:44):
That packages, will open it up and see what's behind it.
If you love what that is, you can keep it.
If you hate it, you could put it back.

Speaker 4 (28:52):
But the second number that you pick, whatever is behind
that number, you gotta stick with it. So you know,
you got things out here like an Apple Watch. We
got a Taylor Swift merch pack. We had tickets to
MGK Dollywood four pack. But then we also got things
like not so great, like a bacon air freshener.

Speaker 3 (29:10):
There's a hairy belly apron on there.

Speaker 5 (29:12):
I want that.

Speaker 1 (29:14):
Bacon air fresher is not so bad.

Speaker 5 (29:16):
It could be worse. But Roger, do you have a
number of mine that you're ready to pick?

Speaker 3 (29:20):
Yeah, let's start with number ten. Number ten, All right,
Zack's grabbing it from under the trees.

Speaker 6 (29:25):
You're gonna rip it, oh Ben, Oh, Roger, you got
a portable mini projector.

Speaker 2 (29:31):
Okay, I'll keep that technology says, I love it. That's
a good one, man, because if you put it back,
you run the risk of walking away with something so nice.

Speaker 1 (29:44):
Job like that Apron with the hair on got real hair.

Speaker 3 (29:48):
It's something picture of hair.

Speaker 5 (29:49):
We don't know that. We don't know that it could
be real hair.

Speaker 4 (29:53):
Congratulations, Roger, thank you so much for calling in and
for playing with us.

Speaker 3 (29:56):
No, thanks so much.

Speaker 5 (29:57):
It's been fun.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
Yay, all right, hang on the line so we can
get you're in Okay, okay, thank you.

Speaker 3 (30:01):
So now ten ten is gone. No, ten is no
longer in play.

Speaker 4 (30:05):
Can't get ten, can't get another number that I'm not
supposed to say.

Speaker 5 (30:09):
I'm gonna say anyways. You can't get eight either.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
Oh you were supposed to say that, but yeah, that
was what she she walked away with this morning. So
eight and ten are off the table. But you can
be here this afternoon one twenty to play again. Pick
your package on the

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
