Speaker 4 (08:02):
All right, thank you.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Guys so much. Three things you need to know.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
Oh hey, hello, good morning, Stapter seven o'clock on this
Tuesday morning. Ricky's got those three things.

Speaker 4 (08:11):
WNBA star Angel Reese is the first female athlete to
have a special meal named after her at McDonald's. The
Angel Reese meal features a barbecue baking quarter pounder with
cheese topped with the new barbecue sauce, plus fries and
a drink. She said quote, I hope the Angel Rees
special inspires young athletes everywhere to never give up on
pursuing their dreams.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
She's super excited about this collab.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
The Angel Reese meal will be available starting February tenth,
so pretty soon you can go grab it at McDonald's.
Brentwood is getting the Utah based chain Swig. You may
know what this is from TikTok or from the Secret
Lives of Warmer Wives if you watch that.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
I do not.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Oh my gosh. So the big thing is.

Speaker 4 (08:51):
Dirty SODA's a dirty soda is essentially like soda with cream.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
It's flavored syrups like coconut flavor.

Speaker 4 (08:58):
Seems to be a really popular one, and sometimes fruit
juice is in it.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
And instead of you know, doing.

Speaker 4 (09:04):
Things that they're not supposed to be doing it like
drinking alcohol because they're Mormon, their vice is dirty soda.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
So it's a big thing on TikTok.

Speaker 4 (09:12):
Swig plans to open its drive through at fifty to
twenty four Harpe Drive on Monday, February tenth, so very soon.
The inside is going to be ready a few days later.
According to the owner, I can't wait to try it.
I don't really get the hype, so I'm excited to
try it to see where the hype live. Why not
want to avoid a hangover on Super Bowl Sunday, eat cheese?

(09:33):
According to this one doctor on TikTok So, a pulmonary
critical care doctor has gone viral on TikTok for this
secret to dodging a hangover, and it's just to eat cheese.
She says cheese is high in protein, fat, and complex carbs,
which can coat your stomach, slowing down alcohol absorption and
helping your body metabolize it better. She also said that
cheese is high in vitamin B and calcium, which can

(09:56):
be depleted from your body when you're drinking, and cheese
can even and protect your liver from damage.

Speaker 1 (10:01):
I mean that sounds legit the way you just spilled
it out.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
Like a doctor.

Speaker 1 (10:05):
Yeah, kinda. But I'm just like, i feel like I've
heard every hangover here under the sun, and I've never really,
I've never heard cheese before. I'm surprised it took this
long for that one to come out.

Speaker 4 (10:13):
You girl loves cheese. I stay away from dairy, but
I love cheese. It's the one thing I cannot give up.
So I think I'm just gonna have.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
To eat more cheese.

Speaker 4 (10:22):
Okay, Sunday, and those are the three things you need
to know.

Speaker 7 (10:26):
Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
I hope you are ready for your moment of brilliance.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
It's Zach's fax. I want to seven five the River.

Speaker 12 (10:34):
I have to start with a question. How often do
you guys buy laundry detergent?

Speaker 4 (10:38):
Oh? Once every few months. Mine lasts a while.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
I get the big one.

Speaker 3 (10:42):
Oh, the big one.

Speaker 1 (10:43):
We use little sheets that you like fold up and
put in the thing, and they come in the mail
probably every month.

Speaker 12 (10:48):
Okay, this one says the fact is the average American
buys laundry detergent every three weeks.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
And I thought that was crazy. Every three weeks.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Well, we said every month. I mean we're right there.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
A few months. Oh, you said every month. I did.

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Yeah, that's a lot of laundry.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
Well, he's got four people he's doing laundry before.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
I guess I.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
Do laundry every single day.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
That is exhaustion. That's your fact of the day. Go
buy your laundry attard, ladies and gentlemen.

Speaker 2 (11:14):
Kids.

Speaker 1 (11:14):

of seven five the River. What did you memorize years ago,
maybe in school. Uh, and you just still it's stuck
in your brain. You'll know it forever.

Speaker 4 (11:26):
Maybe it's something not in school, like Kevin's, which is
the Olive Garden birthday song.

Speaker 1 (11:31):
Oh first, what a joy? Stay, Hey, life's great fortune.
We don't have to do the whole thing right now.
But Ricky over here knows the song about She can
do all of the presidents in chronological Oh no, is
it chronolog Yeah, it is chronological chronological order.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
I messed it up last time, but I do I
still have.

It's very impressive you actually know it, though. I promise
Zach knows the j G Wentworth jingle.

Speaker 3 (11:49):
A G went Worth A seven seven question.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
I feel like everybody's got one of these things stuck
in their brains. Six one, five, seven, three seven, nine
one oh seven. What do you have memorized? A lot
of the time it's useless. Ricky's is actually pretty helpful,
but yeah, it's pretty helpful most of the time, quite useless.

Speaker 9 (17:25):
I don't know.

Speaker 11 (17:26):
I was a kid and I've seen it and I
fell in love with it and my mom hated it.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
Oh boy, it's so cute. Lee and Tick medicine commercial
from your youth. That's so good, Mirandy.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
You made our dame with that one. That was really
funny to hear.

Speaker 9 (17:41):
I love it.

Speaker 11 (17:43):
I love you guys to listen to you every morning.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
Thank you, Miranda. We appreciate it. Okay, we just had
a little concert here and then we have tickets for
a bigger concert the weekend. You can win them next with.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
The Game of the Day, a bigger concert arguing.

Speaker 10 (17:58):
On one seven five the River, ky Zach and Meno
in the morning have a Manos Game of the Day
a weekend quiz because the Weekend is coming to Nashville
is playing the Sun Stadium August twelfth, and we got
tickets for that.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
Hello, Anna and Smyrna. How you doing.

Speaker 9 (18:15):
I'm good, I'm excited.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Good, Okay, we're gonna give you some trivia questions here
about the weekend, not the Guy, but the actual weekend
on a calendar Friday through Sunday. Your category today is movies.
If you get two out of three of them right,
you get the tickets to see the Weekend the Guy.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Okay, okay, all fingers are crossed for you. Anna you
ready to play?

Speaker 1 (18:36):
Your weekend quiz starts right now. Jamie Lee Curtis and
Lindsay Lowen have reunited to film a sequel to What
two thousand and three movie Freaky Friday. Okay, Friday, you
get it now? Friday part of the weekend.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
It's a very easy game. I totally get it.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
Yes, thank you.

Speaker 9 (18:59):
I know easy.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
Okay, It's totally not easy.

Speaker 9 (19:04):
This is not easy.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
Question number two. You get this right? You win? First
of all, before I ask you this question, can I
ask you how old you are? Because these next two
questions are both you know, a little older.

Speaker 9 (19:15):
I'll be thirty three in April.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
I don't know if you're gonna know this. We'll see what.
Nineteen eighty nine movie featured two guys carrying a deceased
man around, pretending he was still alive. These they made
two of these movies.

Speaker 9 (19:36):
I want to say it's Friday and as maybe.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
No, not not Friday. No, do you know Bernie Weekend
at Bernie's?

Speaker 11 (19:45):
Oh yeah, okay, well the news here this movie is
even older.

Speaker 1 (19:51):
The Beg's got a huge bump in their career thanks
to what John Travolta movie.

Speaker 9 (20:00):
Saturday Night Favor.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
You pulled that one out. Nice job I did, but
you did it. You're going to see the Weekend.

Speaker 9 (20:08):
Thank you, guys, You're welcome.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
We're so excited for you. Make sure you have the
best time. Take lots of pictures, videos, tag.

Speaker 4 (20:15):
At one, O seven five the River and all of them.
Hang on the line so we can get your info.

Speaker 9 (20:19):
Okay, Lob, thank.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
You, Thanks Anna, congratulations. We're gonna play again tomorrow. Another
Weekend quiz for tickets to see The Weekend.

Speaker 2 (20:26):
Three things you need to know Okay.

Speaker 1 (20:28):
After eight o'clock, Good morning friends, Thank you for choosing us,
starting your day with us. Ricky Sanchez over here has
those three things.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
There's a rumor that Cynthia Rivo was wearing an engagement
ring at the Grammys, but now we know the truth.
She was wearing this massive ring on her ring finger
while on the red carpet. That made a lot of
people question if maybe her and her longtime partner Lena
waste or you know, engaged, But People Magazine a bunch
of sources told them it's not the case.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
They are not engaged.

Speaker 4 (20:54):
All of the jewelry except for one ring, was on loan,
which is very normal for celebrities to do for these
award ceremonies. Also with her really long fingernails, which is
her signature thing, very long fingernails with lots of designs,
lots of like trinkets on them sometimes and things like that,
she can't wear rings on certain fingers because.

Speaker 2 (21:12):
They don't fit over.

Speaker 4 (21:13):
Oh, I get the designs, so it leaves her with
limited options, and that's kind of why she had it
on her ring finger.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
It was a huge ring, by the way, like massive.
So no, they are not engaged, and that's okay.

Speaker 4 (21:27):
Hopefully one day very soon. I think they're the cutest couple.
I love them together. Worlds Forever ice Cream is offering
a workshop on how to roll your own ice cream,
which is really cool. Rolds Forever if you have not
tried their ice cream, so good. They have a new
space in the Nashville Farmers Market that's dedicated to the
Role Academy. It's a forty five minute workshop for creating

(21:48):
your own worlled ice cream. You could do it individually,
so if you just want to do a date with
yourself and learn something new, you could do that, or
you could do private groups and you can get tickets
for either of those. What you get with that is
access to unlimited toppings. You'll learn how to roll your
own ice cream, and then you get to take home
an apron.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
Interesting. See, we have been there. I didn't realize it
was something you could do at home. I thought it
had like they had special tools and special equipment and
special ice cream.

Speaker 4 (22:14):
There is special all of those things that they will
have at the Rolling Academy for you to learn how
to do it and face bbls are the latest plastic
surgery trend. Everybody I know is probably like, what in
the world is that, because Kevin's looking at me like
I got six heads.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
Well, bbl sands for Brazilian butt lift.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
Yes it does, yep.

Speaker 4 (22:32):
So this involves fat transfers to the face, So surgeons
are taking fat from one area of the face and
putting it into another. In order to contour it and
give it a more defined jawline, hire cheekbones, all that stuff.
It's more permanent than fillers, so it's very similar, but
more permanent and it which the fillers require more maintenance,
but this doesn't. The only thing is that it costs

(22:54):
around fifteen thousand dollars.

Speaker 1 (22:55):
Geez, and is that really what they're calling it? A
BBL for the face?

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Yeah, they're calling it facebbl's.

Speaker 4 (23:00):
They can think of a different name, a better name,
but that's so they're calling it.

Speaker 2 (23:03):
And it's the thing that everybody's doing now.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
I mean, just have to have my head butt face.
That sounds better to.

Speaker 2 (23:08):
Me, really, I would. I would say, well, keep working better,
keep working great. I'm ready, sauch azz. And those are
the three things you need to know.

Speaker 10 (23:14):
One O seven five, the river, Heiky, Zach and Mano
in the morning.

Speaker 4 (23:18):
If you're chronically on social media like I am, you
know this trend that's happening called we listen and we
don't judge. Okay, it's basically somebody admits to a moment
of stupidity or a thought that they had that's just
absolutely outrageous. You mean, my entire life, the other person
is not supposed to judge.

Speaker 1 (23:36):
That's gonna be hard for us to not judging, Farba.
We'll do our best.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
We're gonna try it out.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
If you have something to admit, a moment of stupidity,
perhaps six one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
You are entering a judgment free zone.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
We're gonna try not to judge.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
We won't judge. We'll try six one five, seven, three seven, nine,
one oh seven. Here's Miles Smith on the river one.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Oh seven five of the river. Listen, and we don't
judge on one oh seven five the river.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
This once we started talking about this, popped in my head.
So I need to call my wife to get her
to admit something to you guys.

Speaker 4 (24:05):
Oh, we're not supposed to judge her for whatever.

Speaker 3 (24:08):
She's supposed to say.

Speaker 1 (24:13):
Hello, Hey there, how are you hi? I just wanted
to call you really quick. Ricky and Zach are both here.

Speaker 2 (24:22):
I don't know what's happening either, Alley.

Speaker 9 (24:25):
Whenever I get a call from you guys, my heart.

Speaker 4 (24:27):
Immediately said, I'm glad we have such a visceral react.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
Sunday night, when we were watching The Grammy's, Ali made
a shocking admission when Teddy Swims was on TV and
I wanted to see if she would share it with
you guys.

Speaker 9 (24:42):
What is your admission, Alley, I always thought Teddy Swims
was adhering.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
No, that makes sense though, because of his Instagram what
she said, like, it makes sense his Instagram handle.

Speaker 2 (24:56):
So do we think this is like an ulteri ego situation?

Speaker 9 (24:59):
Yes, that's I thought. I truly thought this whole time
when I heard Teddy Swim song on the radio, that
it was Ed Scheeran, and I thought it's because his
Instagram handle is like Teddy photos or something Kevin told
me last night. But I always thought it was Teddy Swim,
so it was like his alter ego. I was truly shocked.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Ali.

Speaker 3 (25:19):
Also just that you know you're not alone.

Speaker 12 (25:21):
When I first heard the name Teddy Swims, I was like, Oh,
that has to be like Ed Cheron's alter ego.

Speaker 3 (25:25):
You're lying feel that because of his Instagram handle.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
That's literally we're friends. I just wish you guys could
have seen her face when Teddy Swims popped off, and
she's like like trying to compute that it's not Ed Sheeran.

Speaker 9 (25:42):
Oh, I'm still floored. I can't. I don't even believe it.
I feel like this is a master prank or something.

Speaker 1 (25:49):
You're not alone, all right, you have Zach on your side.

Speaker 3 (25:53):
I don't know if that's good or bad.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
Yeah, I'm not sure that's something you want. But here
we are.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Thanks Allie, thanks for opening up.

Speaker 3 (26:00):
All right.

Speaker 9 (26:01):
I still think it's said to your.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
Six seven three seven nine seven.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (26:08):
Hey, my wife admitted her moment of stupidity.

Speaker 4 (26:11):
I give her a lot of credit for that, because
I don't know if I would have admitted that out.

Speaker 12 (26:15):
I don't think it's even that dumb. Like, I think
it's very valid.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
We listen, thought, that's not fair.

Speaker 1 (26:21):
We listen and we don't judge.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
If you have something, Rickie, repeat after us. We listen,
we don't judge.

Speaker 1 (26:28):
He said, repeat after us. Not say this in Unison.

Speaker 2 (26:33):
You can never win on this show.

Speaker 1 (26:34):
You don't, nicky Zach.

Speaker 4 (26:37):
And in the morning in Mount Juliet, we listen and
we don't judge.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
On one oh seven.

Speaker 4 (26:42):
Five the river, are you going to admit something to us?

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Yes, please share. This is a safe space. We will
not judge out loud. We will make faces at each
other in here, but we will not judge you audibly.

Speaker 7 (26:55):
Okay. I would tell you my daughter with her second
grade math homework last night with a straight face. I
was helping her with how to tell time. The question
was like, what's another way to say one thirty? So
you ride out one thirty or like half past one? Anyway,
moral the story is my entire life. I have thought

(27:15):
saying a quarter past one meant it was one twenty
five and not one.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
I get it.

Speaker 1 (27:25):
I mean a quarter in terms of money is twenty.

Speaker 7 (27:29):
We were just doing money and dimes and nickels, and
I was like, of course, and my husband just dropped
what he was doing in the kitchen and said, wait,
say that again.

Speaker 10 (27:40):
Was like.

Speaker 7 (27:42):
Now, I said, you cannot break my reality right now,
and he did. And I'm still really from it last week.

Speaker 2 (27:50):
Do you get like the thought process behind it? Though?

Speaker 1 (27:53):
I would bet there are people hearing you right now
that are learning it for the first time. I bet
that's you're not alone.

Speaker 7 (27:58):
A quarter of minutes fifteen, not twenty five.

Speaker 3 (28:02):
And I was like, okay, Ellen, I am on your side.
Have you thought about divorce?

Speaker 6 (28:09):
No?

Speaker 9 (28:11):
The look on my face.

Speaker 7 (28:12):
I have never felt like I was in an alternate reality.

Speaker 8 (28:15):
More than yeah, sound like Zach right now. Appretime he's
explained something. Thank you for calling in love, We appreciate
you and hope you have the best day.

Speaker 5 (28:26):
Well, thanks love you guys, We love you.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
Bye bye.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
I understand how confusing that could be.

Speaker 4 (28:32):
I get her thought process behind it.

Speaker 3 (28:34):
Maybe where she's coming from.

Speaker 2 (28:36):
It's just very very wrong.

Speaker 1 (28:38):
One oh seven five of the River, Ricky, Zach and
Man Morning. Today's daily double tap could be motivational for
some people out there. You know, Valentine's Day is approaching.
Maybe you're a little nervous to approach somebody and ask
if they'll be your Valentine.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
Yeah, it's one of seven five the River. Take it
from this kid. It's all about the confidence that you
have here.

Speaker 3 (28:59):
He is here, he is.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
It's not playing here, will you Valentine's.

Speaker 2 (29:10):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (29:11):
You sure?

Speaker 2 (29:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (29:13):
When you ask, come on m hmm yeah, no props.
I'll go for say, Indy, you want to be Valentine's obviously.

Speaker 12 (29:23):
Yeah, obviously it's a yeah. Du I love that he's
so confident, like obviously it's a yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:34):
Why would you say no?

Speaker 4 (29:35):
Waiting for the mom to post an update on whether
she said yes.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Or no, obviously it's a yeah, he's a viral star
now too, so of course any girl would be crazy
for the fame. That's just an added bonus. But we're
gonna put the video up on our Instagram stories at
one oh seven five The River on Instagram. Why do
so many people say Valentine's I mean, he's a little kid,
but that's just like such an a go to.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
For an English actions. Yeah, so I feel like it
also has something to do with that.

Speaker 1 (30:02):
You're right at one o seven five The River and
the Instagram stories. He's gonna be up

Speaker 10 (30:06):
There one oh seven five The River, Ricky Zach and
Mannow in the Morning
