Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
It is Friday. Thank you so much for starting your
Friday with us six o'clock on the dot. Here in Nashville.
Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
Lil Wayne has announced the Carter six is coming, and
he did it in a commercial, which is kind of strange.
But the new album is coming out June six. According
to this new commercial that he did with Setaphil, I
always say it differently than everybody else I've heard.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
Oh, I feel like i've heard it.
Speaker 1 (00:26):
I don't know, I don't know. You know what I'm
talking about? Though the lotion.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
He's got an ad with them for the Super Bowl.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
That has already been released.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
It's had lots of hints of the date six six
twenty five and even shows him in the studio with
a do not disturb sign and the words Carter six
on the uh door.
Speaker 2 (00:44):
So here we are.
Speaker 3 (00:45):
He was a little disappointed he wasn't gonna be the
halftime performer this year since the Super Bowl is happening
in New Orleans, but he said he wanted to deliver
something even bigger and here we are, so June six,
Mark your calendars for the Carter six. Mtsu's hockey club.
Their little team has not been so little, it's quite mighty. Actually,
they're raising funds for a playoff tournament. They've made it
(01:07):
to the playoffs. They are just a club team, which
means that like they need to kind of fund themselves.
So they're looking for help right now so that they
can make it to the playoff tournament. If you want
to donate, you can go to their gofund me. I'm
gonna put a link to the article that has the
go fundme up in our Instagram stories at one O
seven five The River.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
Help them out, obviously, Like they work so hard.
Speaker 3 (01:30):
They have to pay out of pocket for everything, practice time, equipment,
all of their travel, everything that they need. So if
we can help them out, I think that would be
really great. Like I said at one O seven five
The River on Instagram, you can get married for free
at Denny's. They have a wedding chapel in Vegas where
you can get married for free on Valentine's Day from
nine am to five pm.
Speaker 1 (01:51):

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Couples are gonna get a pancake, cake, cake, pancake cake,
fresh flowers for seal photos and matching bride and groom apparel.
Speaker 1 (02:02):
You can make a reservation to do it.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
There's also walkins that are welcome, but you're getting everything
full wedding style, all from Denny's on February fourteenth in.
Speaker 1 (02:11):
Vegas at their wedding.
Speaker 2 (02:12):
Why not are expensive?
Speaker 3 (02:14):
They're so expensive. Take it from me as somebody who's
been trying to plan for over a year.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
It's just it's absolutely can you should look.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
Into this, reach out to Denny's.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
I would do it if I can convince my groomzilla.
And those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Is AJ really a group.
Speaker 3 (02:29):
Such a groomzilla? I love them so much, but he's
such a groomzilla.

can get your information to make sure you get into
this party. Okay, yes, hold on just a moment. And
that concludes the uh maybe concludes wasn't the right word,
but that is you know what I'm saying. That's the
last spot into the park.
Speaker 6 (04:40):
Kevin concludes, was right. That concludes the Gallentine's Stay giveaway.
Speaker 1 (04:45):
There we go.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
You help me out, than.
Speaker 3 (04:50):
Ricky Zacamana in the morning on one O seven five
the River. Nashville is just known for always having something
going on here and Zach every Friday, it's Saturday. Everything
at this time has a full list of different things
that you can get yourself into. And it's great to
hear because like, sometimes there are things that I had
no clue even existed.
Speaker 6 (05:10):
Same honestly, So take it away, Zach. Okay.
Speaker 5 (05:12):
So tonight there is a bud Light watch party for
the Paraeds versus the black Hawks Hawks game. It's happening
at Brooklyn Bowl and it is all ages, so you
can bring your kiddos go watch the game.
Speaker 6 (05:24):
It can be like a whole family affairs.
Speaker 5 (05:26):
Yeah, and it's free to get in, so you can
just go and hang out and watch your watch.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
The thread which is be careful if you do bowl
because I bowled last weekend and I am still sore.
I don't know why bowling makes my butt hurt so much,
but good luck. I think that is something wrong I'm.
Speaker 5 (05:40):
Concerned about, like your form. Also, this is really cool.
I feel like, Ricky, You're going to want to go
to this. It is the Valentine's Day rewind Market. So
It's on Sunday at the Garage Sale Vintage in East Nashville.
That spot, so they're gonna have a bunch of different
vendors that are selling everything from funky clothing to home decor.
You can go, grab a drink, walk around and shop
(06:02):
all of these different vendors that have like really cool
vintage clothes and stuff.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
I love it.
Speaker 5 (06:07):
It's very fun. So that's Sunday at the Garage Sale
Vintage in East Nashville. Also, if you see a bunch
of people in underwear downtown Nashville, it's because Saturday, Saturday
is the Cupid's Undy Run that starts in Kung.
Speaker 6 (06:20):
Fu in Midtown.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
My mom flies in tomorrow. I know what we're doing.
Speaker 5 (06:25):
So yeah, if you see a bunch of people in underwear,
that's why it is the Cupids Undy Run tomorrow. And
I love this one because it is Black History Month.
They are doing fireside stories for Black History Month at
mill Ridge Park and.
Speaker 6 (06:36):
Antioch and that is Tomorrow from eleven to one.
Speaker 5 (06:40):
So they're gonna have like fireside kids story readings from
books by black authors.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
Amazing.
Speaker 5 (06:45):
You can go enjoy warm beverages, treats, games, and the
first ten families are going to receive a free.
Speaker 6 (06:50):
Kids book when you go.
Speaker 2 (06:51):
I love this.
Speaker 6 (06:52):
It's really really.
Speaker 5 (06:53):
Cool, and so that's happening with smarm And then lastly,
just reminder, Sunday is the Super Bowl starts at five,
So if you haven't already made plans with their friends,
go out. There's a bunch of different bars and restaurants
doing like watch parties.
Speaker 6 (07:07):
So that is Sunday at five thirty.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
All right, And that's that three things you need to know.
Speaker 4 (07:12):
All right.
Speaker 2 (07:12):
Just a quick reminder. Coming up at seven forty five,
we have tickets to see the Weekend. You can win
them at seven forty five. Well, right now, Ricky's got
those three things.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
Kelly Clarkson has announced an eighteen show Las Vegas residency.
I love this so much. The Studio Sessions Residency is
happening at the Coliseum.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
At Caesar's Palace.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
First show is going to happen July fourth, and shows
will run through August sixteenth, and then they stop and
pick up again November seventh through the fifteenth. Tickets go
on general sale ten am local time next Friday. If
you want to grab a ticket.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
I love this. I think she's fantastic.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
I'm so happy she's like doing performances like this again
for people to come to I kind of want to
book a flight to Las Vegas and go myself.
Speaker 1 (07:53):
We'll see how I feel.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
Next Friday, Starbucks is giving away free coffee to help
with Super Bowl hangovers. I'm not sure that coffee is
my first go to for a hangover, but I love
free things, so I figured i'd share this with you.
So Monday, February tenth, aka, the day after the Super Bowl,
if you are a Starbucks Rewards member, you just gotta
go into the app, click the Starbucks Monday coupon and
(08:14):
you'll get a free hot, iced hot or iced brood coffee, hot,
iced together hot or iced brewed coffee. Or you can
go in store and just mention it to your barista
or through the drive through you mention it to them
and you're gonna get a free coffee. Yeah, if it's free,
it's for me. National based discount retailer bargain Hunt has
(08:35):
launched a going out of business sale. It's happening across
it's ninety two different locations. You can save up to
forty percent off lowest ticketed prices.
Speaker 1 (08:44):
This is a huge event.
Speaker 3 (08:45):
Things that are available, apparel and shoes for men and women, toys,
lawn and garden, automotive stuff, pet stuff, home decor. There's
just a bunch of stuff that you can get. The
stores are set to close at the end of February,
so make sure that you make some time. I cut
out some time, go to bargain Hunt and get yourself
a good deal. Obviously, it's unfortunate that they're going out
of business and closing down, but we love a good deal, Amanchez.
(09:08):
And those are the three things you need to do.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
Thank you, Ricky. Going back one sec to the Kelly
Clarkson tickets that whole story. They go on sale next Friday,
that's Valentine's Day. Would that be a good present for
AJ to get you for Valentine's Oh, we don't really.
Speaker 3 (09:19):
Do gifts, but yeah, but AJ, you should totally buy
me tickets to see Kelly Clarkson's.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
Throwing it out there. I know he listens. I know
he listens to the podcast. Everybody putting it out there
for AJ hy j all right after Sabrina Carpenter, Zach's facts,
He's got something good for all of us. On this
Friday morning. We'll get it next down the.
Speaker 4 (09:37):
River one O seven five, The River, The Man.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
The myth, the legend. Zach, It's time for Zack's fax
on one oh seven five the River.
Speaker 6 (09:45):
If you're sitting at a red light right now, don't worry.
Speaker 5 (09:47):
You're not alone, because apparently the average person spends six
months of their life waiting at a red light.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
Do you guys use your phones when you're.
Speaker 3 (09:54):
A red light?
Speaker 1 (09:55):
No, I'm a great driver.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
But you're sitting at a red light.
Speaker 3 (09:58):
Yeah, you're still not supposed to use your phone.
Speaker 2 (10:00):
You're not supposed to. I'm asking if you do. No, Zach, Yeah, yeah,
a terrible.
Speaker 6 (10:06):
Driver, I know, but that's your fact of the day.
Speaker 3 (10:10):
So disappointed in both of you.
Speaker 6 (10:11):
The story of my life.
Speaker 2 (10:12):
How did you let you know the light turned green?
Speaker 3 (10:14):
I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
Wow, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning?
Speaker 2 (10:20):
Super Bowl weekend, Happy super Bowl Weekend to all that
celebrate Ricky Sanchez over here as a super Bowl themed
hot take.
Speaker 3 (10:27):
Yeah, I think the halftime show is the only important
part of the Super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
Are you saying ever? Or this year?
Speaker 3 (10:32):
Ever, every single year, the only thing that's important is
the halftime show.
Speaker 2 (10:35):
You don't care about the game. Nobody did.
Speaker 3 (10:37):
Like it's not the most exciting or most important part
of the Super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
I feel like you don't care about the commercials, eh.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
Now like I do.
Speaker 3 (10:44):
I do watch for the commercials too, but like the
halftime show is the really only important part.
Speaker 6 (10:49):
Of the Super Bowl?
Speaker 2 (10:49):
Do you agree or disagree with Ricky Sanchez six one five, seven,
three seven, nine, one oh seven. Maybe tell us what
you are excited about, why you're gonna be tuning in
this this Sunday or.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
Guarantee the majority of people say the halftime show.
Speaker 2 (11:01):
Okay, we'll see six one five, seven, three seven, nine
one oh seven. Is the halftime show the only worthwhile
part of the whole game?
Speaker 4 (11:09):
One seven five they see in Greenbrier?
Speaker 1 (11:12):
What do you think about my hot take? I think the.
Speaker 3 (11:14):
Halftime show is the only important part of the Super Bowl.
Well me be in an Eagles fan, I feel like
the game is obviously the most important.
Speaker 2 (11:23):
Obviously, Yes, everybody feels that way.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
I don't think so. I mean, like, the Eagles have
been to the Super Bowl before, Why does it matter
that they're there again?
Speaker 1 (11:30):
Because as a fan, you want to be.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
There every year?
Speaker 2 (11:33):
Yeah, you want your team to win the Super Bowl, Ricky,
what do you mean?
Speaker 3 (11:35):
I feel like that's just it's not as important as
the halftime show. Like the halftime show is different every year.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
It's exciting.
Speaker 2 (11:42):
What are they going to do?
Speaker 1 (11:43):
Who are they going to bring out?
Speaker 2 (11:44):
I mean, I'm with you. I think both are excited.
I don't think the halftime show trumps the game. I
think they're both equally as exciting.
Speaker 3 (11:51):
Yeah, I agree, we disagree, and that's okay, Macy.
Speaker 2 (11:56):
Thank you for calling. Have fun this weekend, Mazy, thank
you in Louisbourg. What do you think you agree with? Ricky?
Speaker 7 (12:03):
Yep?
Speaker 3 (12:04):
I do.
Speaker 7 (12:04):
They halftime show is everything.
Speaker 2 (12:07):
But are you a football fan? You consider yourself a
football fan?
Speaker 7 (12:11):
Yes, I'm a Bears fan.
Speaker 6 (12:12):
Unfortunately, Hey so am I?
Speaker 2 (12:14):
So am I and I am with you in that
sadness and depression.
Speaker 5 (12:20):
Okay, Maxine, if the Super Bowl, I mean, if the
halftime show is like your favorite part of the Super Bowl?
Speaker 6 (12:24):
Who was your favorite performance of all time?
Speaker 3 (12:27):
Like halftime wise, I'm gonna have to say Shakira and
jal it was good.
Speaker 2 (12:35):
It was good because with them old daddies, they did excellent.
Speaker 3 (12:40):
Maccine, you're my kind of girl, and I love that
you agree with me.
Speaker 2 (12:44):
Thanks for calling. We appreciate it.
Speaker 6 (12:45):
Have fun this weekend you too, Zach.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
Where are you on this man?
Speaker 6 (12:49):
Honestly, it depends on who's performing.
Speaker 5 (12:51):
Like, I don't really know a lot of Kendrick Lamar
song so I'm not that excited for but We're.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
Gonna put on a great show.
Speaker 6 (12:56):
Zach fan though, No, I just like football parties, the food.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Not really a music fan, like.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
Any part of the super Bowl.
Speaker 5 (13:05):
If it was Lady Gaga again or Beyonce, like I
would definitely David Archiletta or David Archiletta.
Speaker 3 (13:11):
Yeah, that totally isn't far fashion at all, nicky, Zach
And in the morning, do you have an opinion Courtland
in Bellevue on the halftime show being the only important
part of the super Bowl?
Speaker 1 (13:24):
That's my hot take.
Speaker 7 (13:26):
Okay, Okay, I definitely think but it is the support
part because I am a forty nine Ers fan and
we have we don't make it, so I don't care
about the super Bowl.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (13:37):
Like the actual game itself doesn't matter, especially when the
same freaking people keep going.
Speaker 5 (13:42):
Okay, but here's the thing, I feel like you guys
just sound like sore losers because every single person that
says the halftime show is the most important thing only
says it because their team is not playing, correct, Like,
if the Jets were playing, you wouldn't say that.
Speaker 1 (13:53):
Well, that's also because the Jets never go to Zach's.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
Though, Cortland's like, I don't care, Courtland, how does the
halftime show rank compared to the commercials in your opinion?
Speaker 7 (14:05):
The commercials are good, but like, honestly sometimes.
Speaker 3 (14:09):
Yeah, yeah, I agree, I agree. See, the halftime show
is just so much more fun.
Speaker 7 (14:16):
And like I'm really excited for Ketrick.
Speaker 3 (14:18):
Yes, me too.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
I will thank you for calling Corl and we appreciate it.
Speaker 3 (14:22):
Absolutely, have a great day, love, Ricky.
Speaker 2 (14:24):
You're not winning me over to your side, because I
still will watch the game and I'll be interested, but
the halftime show is the only part where my eyes
are glued to the team.
Speaker 3 (14:32):
Yeah, like you're paying attention all the time, because especially
if your team isn't playing, you're not really watching the game.
It's just there and it's just on.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
And I get what you're saying.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
Zach, but really the only reason why I be excited,
like I said, is because the Jets never go to
the super Bowl. I think the last time the Jets
are at the super Bowl was like Super Bowl three.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Super Bowl something like that. Like the Jets are horrific.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
Did Jets like the like the automobile even exist back?
Speaker 3 (14:59):
So, like I would just be really excited because I
never I don't think in my lifetime I will see
the Jets go to.
Speaker 6 (15:05):
The super Bowl.
Speaker 2 (15:05):
Oh, I don't know if.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
They went every year, I wouldn't care as much.
Speaker 4 (15:09):
One O seven five of the River Ricky.
Speaker 3 (15:11):
Zach and Manow in the Morning Weekend is going to
be at Nissan Stadium August twelfth. You could be there
too if you win Kevin Manow's Game of the Day
on one O seven five the River. Today is the
last day to play the Weekend Quiz.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
It's been fun, Jamie and Nashville. How you doing, I'm doing.
I love how high pitcher boys got. I mean, you're excited.
What are you doing right now?
Speaker 7 (15:33):
I am at work?
Speaker 2 (15:34):
Okay, we're gonna ask you some questions here the Weekend Quiz.
All of the answers have something to do with you know, Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
something in that vein. If you get two out of
three of them. You're going to see the Weekend? Okay,
all right, Jamie, Your weekend quiz starts right now. What
restaurant chain was known for menu staples like their loaded
(15:56):
potato skins. Remember it's a weekend plaz TJ Friday, Yes,
TGI Fridays. We would have also accepted Fridays. I think
they dropped the TGI at.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
One point, but that is correct, Jamie.
Speaker 3 (16:15):
I used to love those freakin' Oh they're so good.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
I think they invented loaded potatoes skills.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
Oh my god, now my boy's watering.
Speaker 2 (16:22):
You have one point, you get one more, you get
the tickets. Okay, al Pacino. Jamie Fox and Cameron Diaz
started together in what nineteen ninety nine movie The Weekend? Anything?
Speaker 1 (16:42):
This one's hard, Jamie. I have no idea what this
one is.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
It's a little it's topical, though timely. Right now, a
couple more seconds.
Speaker 4 (16:47):
Here, Jamie, are you giving Sunday? Wow?
Speaker 2 (16:53):
You got it. I don't care if you googled it
or what, but you win. Congratulations any given Sunday the
name of the movie.
Speaker 4 (17:00):
You are going to.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
See The Weekend? My god, God, I'm happy you won.
Just I can hear it in your voice, how excited
you are, so we are happy that you want congratulations?
Speaker 1 (17:08):
Thank you?
Speaker 2 (17:09):
All right, hang on the one so we get your information.
Speaker 3 (17:11):
Okay, Oh I.
Speaker 1 (17:14):
Love how happy she is? Make you so happy?
Speaker 2 (17:16):
I happen to have a surplus of questions. Here are
you ready for a weekend? Quiz?
Speaker 3 (17:19):
God?
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Okay go.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
In nineteen eighty three, What Iconic rock Band released the
song Sunday Bloody Sunday, Sunday Bloody Sunday? You too? Oh my,
you don't get as much time as jamagat. Kyle Chandler
started as coach Eric Taylor on what popular TV show?
Speaker 1 (17:34):
Oh I know this one Friday?
Speaker 2 (17:36):
Hey, there you go?
Speaker 3 (17:38):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
Jason Vorhes is the scary bad guy in what horror
movie series?
Speaker 5 (17:42):
Oh?
Speaker 3 (17:42):
Oh, I know this too, and now I can't think
about it and it's really.
Speaker 1 (17:46):
Good to bother me.
Speaker 2 (17:48):
Jakay, you want nothing?
Speaker 4 (17:52):
Three things you need to know?
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Ricky Sanchez is right here with those three things. What's
going on?
Speaker 3 (17:58):
The NFL has predicted that forty seven percent of viewers
for the Super Bowl will be women. It's predicted that
one hundred and twenty five million are going to watch
this Sunday Super Bowl game.
Speaker 1 (18:07):
Between the Eagles and the Chiefs.
Speaker 3 (18:09):
The NFL reports that forty seven percent are going to
be women, partially because of the quote Taylor Swift effect.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
Okay, it's still still a thing, huh.
Speaker 3 (18:17):
Yes, Obviously, there are plenty of women that are going
to be watching the game because they watch football every
Sunday and they enjoy watching sports. But also a lot
of people want to see Taylor and a lot of
people want to see Travis kelcey, so that's a huge
factor in this. AMC Theaters has hiked the monthly fee
for stubs A List members so starting May seventh, it's
going to cost twenty seven ninety nine per month in
(18:39):
New York and California and twenty five ninety nine per
month elsewhere in different parts of the country. Obviously, every
state's going to be a little different, because that's always
how it is. The positive here, though, is that subscribers
are going to get to see one extra movie each
week with their A List membership. AMC is also lowering
the minimum age requirement to thirteen years old so that
you can be remember even earlier on and there's a
(19:03):
new no food waste app that's launching in Tennessee to
help residents save money. I love this so much so.
The app allows businesses to list their surplus foods in
surprise bags at a lower than retail costs, which allows
users to purchase them through the app.
Speaker 1 (19:18):
It's called the Too Good to Go App.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
You can download it and it's now going to be
available here in Tennessee. It's a great way to battle
food waste. It's a great way to save money. All
really good.
Speaker 2 (19:28):
It's the cool idea.
Speaker 1 (19:29):
Absolutely.
Speaker 3 (19:30):
I highly suggest downloading it. I plan to download it
right now. I'm Rick Sanchez. And those are the three
things you need to know.
Speaker 4 (19:36):
One seven five The river, Heiki.
Speaker 2 (19:38):
Zach seven five the river. It is no secret that
everything around us is getting more expensive and nobody's really
making much more money, so that math doesn't really add m.
What has gotten so expensive that it's just not even
worth it?
Speaker 3 (19:51):
That's our question, right, matha math in on a lot
of things six one five seven through seven nine one
oh seven things that are just out of out of control.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
I mean, I'll get the ball roll in here. I'll
start and say concerts, they're so expensive, they are, it's crazy.
Six one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
Something that's so expensive it's just not even worth doing anymore.
Speaker 4 (20:12):
Let's know one seven.
Speaker 3 (20:15):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morn Jessica and Franklin,
welcome to one O seven five the River. What's something
that's just so expensive now it just isn't worth it anymore?
Speaker 1 (20:24):
U flight Like, yeah, yoh, I.
Speaker 5 (20:28):
Was looking the other day and everything is like seven
hundred dollars to fly anywhere dollars?
Speaker 2 (20:33):
Yeah, minimum, you think it's so like, oh, I must
have put this in wrong or something, or.
Speaker 7 (20:38):
It's insane just to go somewhere that I could drive to.
Speaker 3 (20:41):
And even worse, the baggage charges. Everywhere wants to charge
you for your baggage just on a trip with that
baggage so bad.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
Now, I'm just pissed.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Thanks a lot for setting Ricky off here, Jessica. I
guess we're the ones that asked the question. All right,
have a great day, have a great super Bowl weekend.
Speaker 1 (21:01):
Thanks by love.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
You know, it also really makes me mad that's so
expensive airbnbs.
Speaker 5 (21:07):
All of the extra fees and everything on top of
just the base price.
Speaker 6 (21:11):
The airbnb is insane.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
It used to be better than going to a hotel.
Speaker 6 (21:15):
Yep. Now I'm now we do hotels because it's cheaper.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
Oh really, I haven't really priced that out in a while.
It was a hotel additionally cheaper these.
Speaker 3 (21:22):
Days, and hotels are expensive, but the airbnbs are even
more because, like Zach said.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
All the added things they put on there.
Speaker 6 (21:28):
What about chips, chip like potato chips.
Speaker 3 (21:31):
Yeah, because the bags are just air at.
Speaker 5 (21:33):
This point, that's true, Like they literally fill it up
like a fourth and then the rest is just air.
And they're like five or six dollars for a bag
of potato chips.
Speaker 2 (21:41):
Drinking it's a product shrinkage. I think that's the term
for it. But that's a real thing.
Speaker 5 (21:45):
Yeah, and it makes me very mad. Also, candy, like
when you're in the checkout aisle and the line is
just taken forever. Of course you're shopping the candy. Why
is it so expensive?
Speaker 4 (21:54):
Now?
Speaker 6 (21:54):
I just want sour gummy worms? Why are they four dollars?
Speaker 1 (21:57):
You bought two packages of sour things yesterday?
Speaker 3 (21:59):
How much money did you spend?
Speaker 6 (22:00):
Like nine dollars?
Speaker 1 (22:01):
Outrageous?
Speaker 5 (22:02):
I'm never worth it though I haven't tried them yet.
I brought them in for us to try.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
Oh that was so sweet and thoughtful.
Speaker 6 (22:08):
I do what I can.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
We're gonna go eat candy. We'll be right back.
Speaker 3 (22:13):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning time.
Speaker 2 (22:15):
For the daily double tap, You're on one. I was
seven to five the River. Every day about this time,
we play some audio from a video that one of
us found, and Ricky found this, and I'm excited to
hear it.
Speaker 3 (22:24):
Ariana Grande is singing a song on Jimmy Kimmel where
she didn't know what the lyrics were prior to singing it,
so she's singing it in real time reading the lyrics.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
I don't know why I love stuff like that, Like
when Michael Jay and Colin Joe's do that joke thing
and like they don't know the joke they're about to
read until they're reading it live on TV.
Speaker 3 (22:41):
And I will say that this song was very specifically
made for arian Gande.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
Yes, okay, here we go.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
I am a strong successful.
Speaker 6 (22:52):
Stance of time, even though I am, in fact, oh god.
Speaker 3 (23:02):
So very very small.
Speaker 2 (23:09):
It is short, and it turns out I am too.
Speaker 3 (23:18):
Baby cut out, I'm a lay pikache.
Speaker 6 (23:26):
She nailed it.
Speaker 2 (23:28):
It's crazy. How does she make anything sound that good.
Speaker 6 (23:30):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (23:30):
The Wow rolled a piano out of nowhere and brought
up index cards and she sounds like that.
Speaker 6 (23:36):
But it's so good.
Speaker 3 (23:37):
And the whole song is a joke about her being
so tiny, like every part of the lyrics goes back
to her being so short. It's so tiny, cue Vere.
Speaker 2 (23:46):
I will put that video up in our Instagram stories
at one O seven five the River on Instagram, we
always put the daily Douvil tap there, and we just
heard that Arianna and Cynthia Rivo are going to open
the Oscars like a medley of wicked songs. Cool one
seven the
