Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Here we go, Happy Wednesday, friends, getting things started over here.
Speaker 3 (00:06):
Thank you for being with us. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 4 (00:08):
Celebrity chef and Burrell had passed away yesterday. She was
found unconscious and unresponsive in her home in Brooklyn. She
was known for taking part in shows on Food Network.
She had her own show on Food Network. She was
part of Iron Chef America Chopped. Kevin just said he
used to watch her all the time.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
Oh yeah, I went through a period where I watched
a lot of Food Network, and yes, she was great.
Speaker 4 (00:30):
She does have a whole family that she leaves behind,
so our thoughts and love is sent out to them
right now. They do not know the cause of death
as of right now. The Florida Panthers won the Stanley
Cup for the second year in a row. They beat
the n Beton Oilers five to one in Game six
last night. The Panthers also beat the Oilers in the
Stanley Cup Final last season in seven games. They are
(00:53):
now the first team to win back to back titles
since the Tampa Bay Lightning did so in twenty twenty
and twenty twenty one. So congrats to them and the
annual Nashville Coffee Pride Crawl is happening for the fourth year.
This is a lot of fun. It's definitely something that
you want to partake in. More than thirty different coffee
shops are serving specialty drinks as part of this.
Speaker 5 (01:14):
It all started this week so you could check out
places like.
Speaker 4 (01:17):
Elegy, Frothy Monkey, Ehan, Roast, Crema, and so many more.
The crawl is organized by Matrioshia Coffee and it runs
through Sunday, June twenty eighth, So go stop at your
local coffee shop because I'm sure they have something for
the Pride Crawl that you can, you know, go and
support for. And if you want a full list, I'm
gonna post it up at one oh seven five of
the River's Instagram page in our stories.
Speaker 5 (01:38):
You can check it out there. A lot of them
are really fun.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
I love when they do these crawls because they get
so creative with the different ideas that they're gonna do
lots of fun stuff on there.
Speaker 5 (01:47):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you.
Speaker 1 (01:49):
Need to know.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
Thank you, Ricky, And you mentioned Elgi. I just want
to point out if you're going to Elgy, get their
breakfast Marito.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
It is the official burrito of Ricky Zachenmann reason.
Speaker 4 (01:58):
I don't even think they know that, but I love
that breakfast burrito.
Speaker 3 (02:01):
We coined it that and that's all that matters. Good morning,
Thank you for being here. Here's what we have for you.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
Within fifteen minutes tickets to see Ava Max. And then
a little later this morning around seven forty five, you
can win tickets to see this guy.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
Miles Smith.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
We've got them all week long with the game of
the day seven forty five this morning, win those right
here on the River seven five.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
The River Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
Speaker 4 (02:23):
Shirley in Mount Juliet, Good morning, it's one of seven
five of the river.
Speaker 5 (02:27):
How are you feeling today?
Speaker 6 (02:29):
I'm doing great, Charlie.
Speaker 7 (02:31):
You are a hiper this morning. I like it.
Speaker 6 (02:33):
I what.
Speaker 5 (02:37):
A mountain dew?
Speaker 2 (02:38):
It's not even sixty? Is that how you start every
day with a mountain dew?
Speaker 3 (02:43):
Yes?
Speaker 6 (02:43):
My caffeine?
Speaker 3 (02:44):
There you go, Shirley.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
I mean likes Coca cola for that reason, Like he
likes the caffeine, but he doesn't like coffee, so he
drinks Coca cola a lot.
Speaker 3 (02:53):
So you ever don't drink coffee either, but you like
the mountain dew. Do the dew? What do you? What
are you doing right now? Getting ready for work? Yes,
I say it again.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
You drive for what flex so delivering stuff?
Speaker 7 (03:10):
Well, thank you for what you do because you make
my world go round. You appreciate.
Speaker 5 (03:17):
Zach specifically.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
I don't think that it's a single day that Zach
doesn't get a box at his house, not a single day.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
That's good.
Speaker 6 (03:26):
You make my paycheck perfect.
Speaker 2 (03:29):
Do you judge the houses though, that gets so much
stuff delivered like a daily.
Speaker 8 (03:35):
Okay, See, Shirley does not judge me. She's probably at
my house every single time.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
You don't judge Kevin either, because I can say after
staying at Kevin's that he also gets a lot of packages.
Speaker 3 (03:45):
My wife than me. It's not me at all.
Speaker 5 (03:48):
Actually, okay, that's on your doorstep, sir.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
Surely we've got a little package for you that sounded inappropriate, inappropriate,
But you're.
Speaker 4 (04:00):
Getting tickets to see Ava Max at First Bank game
A Theater on September eighteenth.
Speaker 5 (04:04):
You are the first color of the day today.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Yeah, congratulations, You get out there, you drop off those packages.
You have an infectious personality. Sure, Len, we appreciate you
starting your day with us.
Speaker 6 (04:16):
Can I do?
Speaker 3 (04:17):
You're a delight hang on one sex We get your
information all right.
Speaker 5 (04:21):
You always gotta make things weird, Kevin. At some point, well,
well what go ahead?
Speaker 2 (04:26):
I just want to retract, I said, little package, just
so we're clear.
Speaker 4 (04:31):
Oh, thank you so much for that.
Speaker 7 (04:35):
Get me out of.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
Ricky got a tattoo for your mom.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
Yeah, like for me, but it was because of my mom.
It's something that she would always say to me. So
it's a little bit of both.
Speaker 3 (04:48):
Okay, but you hesitated to tell her.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
I didn't want to tell her because she doesn't particularly
like my tattoos.
Speaker 3 (04:54):
Hey doesn't like that.
Speaker 5 (04:55):
I want to full.
Speaker 7 (04:56):
Sleeve first, what is the tattoo?
Speaker 4 (04:58):
The tattoo is saying that my mom used to always
say to me, like before going to bed, was don't
forget to meet me in my dreams.
Speaker 5 (05:06):
So I got meet me in my dreams. Thank you.
Speaker 4 (05:09):
I thought it was adorable too. But it's something that
she even to this day. I'm going to be thirty
three in July, she still says it to me. So
so it was like really sweet and it's very like
sentimental to me, and it always, you know, makes me
smile even when I get the text message.
Speaker 5 (05:25):
Now, so I got it as a tattoo.
Speaker 4 (05:27):
She hates them, though, So I didn't know if I
should tell her or if I should just like leave
it alone and never tell her, maybe like on her deathbed,
tell her that.
Speaker 7 (05:36):
I got it, Not on her deathbed. How did you
tell her? Like on the phone?
Speaker 4 (05:40):
So yes, over FaceTime, and I wanted to tell her
in person. Originally, it just didn't work out the last
time I was home, so I was like, all right,
next time i'm home, I'll do it. But I was
facetiming her over the weekend and she was telling me Howtillian,
my nephew, so her grandson, she says it to him too,
and that the other day he had said, Grandma, don't
forget to meet me in my dreams. That is so cute,
(06:03):
which is the cutest thing ever.
Speaker 5 (06:04):
Made me start to cry.
Speaker 4 (06:05):
I want to cry now thinking about it again made
me start to cry on FaceTime because.
Speaker 5 (06:09):
I was like, oh my god, that's so sweet.
Speaker 4 (06:11):
I love that he also knows this too, and like
he's always going to remember it, so my mom and
I got like sentimental talking about it.
Speaker 5 (06:18):
So I was like, you know what, now is the
best time? Organic, Yeah, I'll just tell her now.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
She cried, Yes, good way, good tears, good cry.
Speaker 5 (06:31):
She was like, very touched by the.
Speaker 4 (06:33):
Fact that I decided to get a tattoo, saying that,
so I'm very happy.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
She actually like.
Speaker 7 (06:40):
I'm gonna cry.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
I have follow up questions, Yes, were you a little
jealous and you find out that she's using this line
with somebody else?
Speaker 5 (06:47):
No, I actually got really happy about it.
Speaker 4 (06:49):
I thought it was really sweet because he's so close
to my mom, like they're just inseparable Tillian and Grandma.
Speaker 5 (06:56):
So I think it's really sweet.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
Okay, And then second question, did you tell about the
tattoos on your hands? I did not chose to admit
that information from this confession.
Speaker 4 (07:05):
That one will be later on, later on when I
see her in person, I could be like, but what
about this one that I got, the one that I
got for her?
Speaker 8 (07:13):
I feel like, now you're covered for the future. You
can get whatever you want on your body and be
like balance. But Mom, remember I still had this one
for you.
Speaker 5 (07:19):
But this is my favorite one, Mom, the one that
I got for you or.
Speaker 3 (07:22):
Just come up with like a reason that every tattoo
is for your mom. Let me see your hands. What's
on your hand?
Speaker 5 (07:28):
Like dot work?
Speaker 3 (07:29):
Oh yeah, mom, remember how you told me you love dots?
Or done?
Speaker 7 (07:32):
Meet me in my dreams.
Speaker 8 (07:33):
It's kind of like you're in space like they kind
of look like stars.
Speaker 7 (07:37):
Okay, we're on to something for your mom.
Speaker 5 (07:39):
We're on to something. Every tattoo I get now it's
four dollars.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
No, this is Morse code for mom. This well, I'm
glad it went well.
Speaker 7 (07:48):
That's great.
Speaker 3 (07:48):
That's a good thing.
Speaker 5 (07:49):
I was worried three things.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
Just past seven o'clock on this kind of gloomy Wednesday morning.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
Thank you started with us. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 5 (07:59):
This is pretty.
Speaker 4 (08:00):
But it turns out that Pope Leo is related to
a bunch of celebrities. So according to The New York Times,
genealogists discovered that he has a bloodline with Justin Bieber
and Madonna. He's also related to Angelina Jolie and Hillary Clinton.
On top of that, he's also a distant cousin of
Canadian leaders Pierre and Justin Trudeau.
Speaker 5 (08:22):
Is that wild too much?
Speaker 3 (08:23):
That hurts my brain? A little bit. I mean, how
far back.
Speaker 4 (08:26):
We're tying a distant like they probably don't even know
that they're all related, kind of distant. But it is
kind of cool to see the just links that he
has to people that obviously I don't even think he
knows about.
Speaker 5 (08:36):
But here we are. Now he's related to a bunch
of celebrities. Pretty wild.
Speaker 4 (08:40):
Amazon has announced their Prime Days. This is the longest
Amazon Prime Days to date. Official dates are July eighth
through July eleventh. There's already some early deals happening, so
if you're in the market for maybe some new Apple
AirPods or a dice in vacuum, things like that, they
are already on sale.
Speaker 5 (08:57):
The big ones that are coming.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
July eighth eleven, so mark your calendar.
Speaker 5 (09:02):
And I love this so much. T dot is giving.
Speaker 4 (09:05):
Out free seeds to support monarch butterflies.
Speaker 5 (09:09):
They do this every year.
Speaker 4 (09:10):
So the Tennessee Department of Transportation is celebrating National Pollinator
Week with their Project Milkweed, so they offer resonants free
seed packets of red and common milkweed seeds.
Speaker 5 (09:21):
This program started back.
Speaker 4 (09:22):
In twenty seventeen, when there was a serious decline in
pollinator species which obviously is no bueno.
Speaker 5 (09:28):
We don't want that.
Speaker 4 (09:29):
Just last year, they distributed one hundred and eighty eight
thousand seed packets throughout the state. All you gotta do
to get your seeds is just go on their website
tnpollinators dot org. You fill in your address and they're
gonna send you some seeds that you can plant and
you can help keep the pollinators alive.
Speaker 3 (09:46):
That's great, that's really good.
Speaker 5 (09:47):
I know, it's my favorite thing. It makes me really happy.
Speaker 4 (09:48):
There's nothing like seeing a butterfly flying around too, Like
how excited do you get when you see It's.
Speaker 3 (09:53):
Like, oh why am I thrown?
Speaker 6 (09:55):
Man?
Speaker 2 (09:55):
And I still if I see a butterfly, I'm gonna
watch it and aymore like a butterfly.
Speaker 5 (09:59):
It's just so excit. We want to keep them around.
Speaker 4 (10:01):
So go order your free seeds, Ricky Sanchez, And those
are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 3 (10:05):
Thank you, Ricky.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Save the butterflies and save the pandas.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
That's what zax spax is about today. It's it's a
panda fact.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
We're gonna get it from Zach right after Alex Warren
on the River one O seven five the River Reicky.
Speaker 1 (10:19):
Zach and Mennow in the mornings with a fact.
Speaker 5 (10:21):
It's Zach Spax on one of seven five the River.
Speaker 8 (10:23):
This is kind of wild, but at birth, a baby
panda is actually smaller than a mouse. They're born at
like three ounces. What they're so tiny in their way, Yeah,
they're smaller than a mouse.
Speaker 7 (10:34):
And it's the only mammal that is born that small.
Speaker 8 (10:37):
And the mom is nine hundred times bigger than the baby.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
WHOA just to give you an idea, a female adult
panda can be anywhere from one hundred and fifty to
two hundred and eighty pounds.
Speaker 8 (10:47):
Yeah, it's three ounces, and so they say it kind
of looks like the size of a stick of butter.
Speaker 7 (10:52):
Is how small it is when it's fall And that's
your fact of the day, little baby pandas one.
Speaker 1 (10:57):
Oh seven five the River, Reicky, Zach and Mano in
the morning.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
I've got a hot take to share on one oh
seven five the River, and I think it's really gonna up.
Speaker 5 (11:05):
Said Zach.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
Oh, here we go.
Speaker 7 (11:07):
You just find joy in making me mad again.
Speaker 5 (11:09):
We're getting out of hand with the pickle flavored things.
Speaker 4 (11:12):
I just saw that cup of noodle is coming out
with pickle flavored cup of noodle.
Speaker 5 (11:17):
It's getting ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (11:19):
I don't disagree with your hot take this time around.
Speaker 5 (11:22):
Okay, I got one on Zach, Zach.
Speaker 3 (11:25):
It probably has a dissertation over here, ready to go.
Speaker 5 (11:29):
I disagree.
Speaker 8 (11:29):
I'm just not saying a singular word or looking at
either of them.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
The high right now, the next two favorite things on
this planet are pickles and arguing, So bunkle up. But
if you want to wag in, let Ricky know how
you feel about her hot takes six five seven, three
seven seven.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
Ricky, Zach and Mano in the morning Haylo.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
In Nashville is on the line.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
A moment ago, Ricky mentioned that she believes pickles, pickle
flavor things have gone too far.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
That's her hot takes, and I want.
Speaker 4 (11:55):
To clarify that even though this is a hot take,
I love pickles. It's just the pickle flavored items are ridiculous.
We have cup of noodle pickle flavored now that's coming out.
It's just out of control.
Speaker 5 (12:06):
Cayla, what do you think? Okay, So I do love pickles.
Speaker 6 (12:10):
I as a kid, I would.
Speaker 4 (12:11):
Eat pickle juice and lace chips. And then I found
a recipe of wild Back for pickled egg.
Speaker 6 (12:18):
Rolls, which was really good. But I'm not sure about
the pickled noodles.
Speaker 5 (12:24):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (12:25):
Like we're getting completely out of hand with this. It's
really going too far. Pickle ketchup, pickle noodles.
Speaker 3 (12:32):
I saw pickle mince.
Speaker 5 (12:34):
That's ridiculous. That is absolutely absurd. It's really bothering me.
Speaker 8 (12:39):
Okay, here's the thing. Be quiet, Oh, do not come
for my pickles. What did they ever do to you?
Speaker 7 (12:46):
If you don't like it, don't buy it and be quiet?
Speaker 3 (12:49):
But Zach, why are.
Speaker 4 (12:50):
We putting all this money toward pickle flavored things? And
we could just eat delicious pickles, or.
Speaker 7 (12:55):
We could just eat them however we want and not
have you judge us.
Speaker 5 (12:58):
Are you gonna eat these pickle noodles.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
One, Kayla? I'm sorry you have to be here to
witness this.
Speaker 6 (13:03):
They're I'm okay. I mean, I might try it just
to see how it takes, but I'm not sure about it.
Speaker 8 (13:09):
I bet it's so bomb. It's gonna be like the
best thing you ever put in your mouth.
Speaker 5 (13:13):
It's gonna taste like garbage. Kayla, don't waste your money.
I'm gonna try it.
Speaker 8 (13:17):
Thank you, Kayla and I can try it together while
Ricky sits over there in jealousy.
Speaker 5 (13:22):
Pure y'all haven one you.
Speaker 3 (13:27):
Too, Zach?
Speaker 2 (13:28):
What is like the most obscure pickle flavored thing you've
personally bought? Because they're everywhere you go into any store,
there's pickled stuff.
Speaker 8 (13:36):
I wouldn't say it's obscure, But the one that I
love the most is the pickle cheese balls.
Speaker 7 (13:40):
Like the pickleballs.
Speaker 5 (13:41):
Those are good.
Speaker 7 (13:43):
We have a bag have them here, and they're so good.
Speaker 5 (13:46):
I'm not mad about that. Chips that are flavored like
pickle fine.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
And why are you mad to begin with?
Speaker 5 (13:52):
Because we're getting out of hand. I want other flavors
to try.
Speaker 8 (13:55):
Gets just flavors, buy it and shut up.
Speaker 5 (13:58):
But they're not making other flavors.
Speaker 4 (14:00):
They're just taking a flavor that already exists and putting
it on everything.
Speaker 7 (14:03):
You sound like you literally sound like, so enjoy me.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
Pickles are just like they're they've reached critical mass here,
like they're having a real moment. It's like when bacon
did a wild right, you know, and now it's pickles.
Speaker 8 (14:14):
They're good for you, much better than bacon and doesn't
raise your sodium left.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
I think you're wrong about that pickle. There's so much sodium.
Speaker 5 (14:22):
There's a ridiculous amount of sodium in pickles.
Speaker 7 (14:24):
It's electrolytes.
Speaker 4 (14:25):
Okay, no, and also the cup of noodles themselves hi
in sodium.
Speaker 7 (14:32):
Good for you.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
I still want to start a doing like a daily
segment around here where like you call us and tell
us something like two plus two eagles four and Zach
will tell you why you're wrong.
Speaker 4 (14:40):
Yeah, everything, Oh my god, Richie, Zach and and Dixon.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
Welcome to one of seven five the River.
Speaker 4 (14:50):
Do you have an opinion about my hot take that
we're getting so out of hand with the pickle flavor things?
Speaker 1 (14:56):
I do?
Speaker 7 (14:56):
Actually, you know, I've been saying these pickled gummies pickle flavor,
and that just sounds first to me.
Speaker 5 (15:02):
What are we doing? Like, why are we doing this?
Speaker 7 (15:05):
We're letting people enjoy their life.
Speaker 5 (15:07):
Pickle flavor does not need to be in everything.
Speaker 8 (15:10):
Okay, then come up with a different flavor, Miss personality
over there, I mean.
Speaker 6 (15:19):
Might be good.
Speaker 7 (15:20):
I actually get my girl.
Speaker 4 (15:25):
You want to say it sounds it's good because it's
already pickle juice, Like pickle juice exists.
Speaker 5 (15:30):
You like pickle juice.
Speaker 8 (15:32):
We don't need to know pickle Captain, obvious pickle juice exists.
Speaker 3 (15:35):
Go ahead.
Speaker 4 (15:36):
We don't need to put pickle flavor into everything when
we have pickles and pickle juice.
Speaker 8 (15:41):
Or we can just do whatever we want and not
have you tell us what to do.
Speaker 7 (15:45):
Just don't buy it if you don't like it.
Speaker 5 (15:48):
I just want them to work on other flavors.
Speaker 4 (15:50):
Flavor with an idea, I would have to sit down
and think about it, but I'm.
Speaker 5 (15:53):
Not the persons.
Speaker 7 (15:56):
Well, if you don't like the pickle flavor, what flavor
do you want them?
Speaker 4 (15:59):
I mean, I definitely don't want my gummies to be
pickle flavor. My gummies can be multiple other flavors that
are not but what I don't know, maybe like a
pomegranate flavor.
Speaker 3 (16:09):
They have them.
Speaker 5 (16:09):
I've never seen it.
Speaker 4 (16:12):
Making it up, I guarantee the happy guys.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
Thank you for calling. Thank you.
Speaker 5 (16:21):
I appreciate you, Casey, thank you for agreeing with me.
Speaker 7 (16:24):
They don't have pomegran You.
Speaker 3 (16:25):
Guys need to settle down. You need to hug literally.
Speaker 7 (16:28):
Go on Amazon, Zach pomegranatet gummies right there.
Speaker 5 (16:31):
I've literally never seen them any Amazon.
Speaker 3 (16:33):
Oh my gosh. Okay, okay, okay, Zach is being continuating
pickled stuff.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
Ricky is going to stop buying it, and we are
going to give you Miles Smith tickets next to the
Game of the day. Oh also, right after uptown funk,
We've got a keyword for the river on the rooftop
Alumni passing.
Speaker 3 (16:48):
You get that next down the river, you.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
Guys, cool No, Rickey, Zach and Menno.
Speaker 4 (16:54):
In the morning, Miles Smith is playing the Ryman September sixteenth.
Speaker 5 (16:58):
If you win Kevin Manno's Game of the.
Speaker 4 (16:59):
Day on one seven five the River, you're gonna go
see him Rihanna and in Glasgow.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
All right, right, how you feeling.
Speaker 8 (17:06):
I'm feeling good.
Speaker 6 (17:07):
How are you all today?
Speaker 3 (17:08):
We are great? Okays over here, we're happy. Have you
heard this game at all this week? I have not.
Speaker 2 (17:14):
Okay, here's how it works, not yet. But we're gonna
let you pick a number between one and five.
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Okay. That number will then correspond with a category.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
Ricky will tell you that category, and as soon as
she does, the clock starts.
Speaker 3 (17:27):
And you have to name five things in said category.
Speaker 4 (17:30):
Oh wow, Okay, all right, you're gonna have ten seconds
to name five things.
Speaker 2 (17:34):
Yeah, okay, okay, five and ten is the name of
the game. Would you say you're ready to play?
Speaker 8 (17:39):
I'm ready to play.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
All right, get rid of all distractions, Rhiannon. Your game
starts right now. Pick a number between one and five.
Speaker 8 (17:46):
Four.
Speaker 3 (17:47):
All right, your category. You have to name five things
in ten seconds, Ricky.
Speaker 4 (17:51):
That category President's God.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Donald Trump.
Speaker 6 (18:00):
Nixon, and Kennedy.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
Where we go?
Speaker 3 (18:04):
By far the fastest we have had all week. Whoa,
that was crazy.
Speaker 5 (18:08):
Congratulations you won five and ten. It was just that easy.
Sound a little nervous, but you made it work. You're
getting tickets to see Miles Smith at the Ryman.
Speaker 1 (18:17):
Awesome.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Thank you so much. I really thought this game would
like we'd like cycle through a few people before we
got winners, but people have been knocking it out of
the park all week.
Speaker 6 (18:25):
Okay, that's great.
Speaker 3 (18:27):
Yeah, and you impressed us. Rats. Thanks for call, Thanks
for being here. Have fun at the show.
Speaker 6 (18:32):
Thank you so much, Ricky.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
Since we have a little time on our hands, here,
can you name five famous Justin's.
Speaker 4 (18:40):
Go Justin Bieber, Justin Timberlake, Justin Trudeau, justin Throw.
Speaker 3 (18:53):
I thought you were going to get it just in time,
but you failed so much.
Speaker 1 (18:58):
Three things you need to all.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
Right, let's go a bit past eight o'clock in morning.
Thank you for being here. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
MGK has revealed the name of his baby that he
had with Megan Fox. Lots of people originally thought it
was Celestial Seed.
Speaker 5 (19:12):
That was wrong. That's not the name of the baby.
Speaker 4 (19:14):
They came out, they said, yeah, they came out and said,
that's not what we named it. But after a different
recent social media post, we now know that the baby's
name is Saga Blade Fox Baker.
Speaker 5 (19:27):
That's the full name.
Speaker 4 (19:29):
Kraft Heins has removed artificial dyes from their products, or
decided that they're going to be removing them, so by
the end of twenty twenty seven, they will phase out
all the dies in their products, and that includes anything
that's going to be launched in the future. So they
have ten percent of its products sold in the US
that use food dyes and coloring like kool Aid, Jello,
(19:52):
Crystal Light, Mio things like that. They own a lot
more than I think you know that they own, and
pretty much everything has food dies in them. But they're
gonna get them all out. They're gonna phase them out
by the end of twenty twenty seven. This is positive.
This is a good direction that we are going in.
Everyone is super happy about this. Obviously, we hope that
other companies also follow suit and follow in line with
(20:12):
craft Higns in order to get rid of their food
does as well, and Aloha Fish Company plans to relocate.
Speaker 5 (20:18):
If you have not tried Aloha Fish Company, you gotta
do it so good.
Speaker 4 (20:24):
They're moving to one city as they celebrate five years
in business. They're known for having seafood that's shipped from Hawaii,
like oh.
Speaker 3 (20:30):
Wow, it's so good, or you go buy it to takele.
Speaker 5 (20:33):
Well, they do poke.
Speaker 4 (20:34):
You can do the market that's there, so you could
just buy fresh fish and use their fish. Aj and
I did a sushi making class with them. So good,
so fresh, so delicious. They're gonna stay open for a
while now until their new location comes together. I'll keep
you updated on when they actually move into one city
and when they are opening, when they're gonna have a
(20:54):
grand opening, all that good stuff.
Speaker 5 (20:56):
Like I said, highly highly highly recommend. I'm Ricky Sanchez.
Those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 1 (21:01):
One O seven five The River, Reiki, Zach and Meno
one oh seven.
Speaker 3 (21:05):
Five The River.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
I think it's some point throughout life most of us
will quit a job. Recently, I told my story about
how I quit working at a restaurant when I was
in high school, and I cried while I was delivering
the news of my boss that I had to had
to leave the job.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
Kevin Vibes is going on there.
Speaker 2 (21:21):
Yeah, Now we want to know that final straw before
you quit.
Speaker 3 (21:25):
What made you quit?
Speaker 4 (21:26):
Six one five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven.
It could be something simple too. I mean, I knew
I wanted to quit my job because I had an
internship that I wasn't getting paid for at the time,
and I had a job that I was getting paid
for at the time. Hated the job I was getting
paid for, and I was like, that says a lot
if I'm enjoying my work that I'm not getting paid
for more than this.
Speaker 3 (21:44):
So you did leave the pay I did, that's the.
Speaker 4 (21:46):
Paid Yeah, And I took more time to go to
my unpaid gig, which ended up leading to this show.
Speaker 2 (21:51):
This show eventually, at some point that says a lot
six one five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven
What made you know it was time to quit?
Speaker 1 (21:58):
One oh seven five the River Zach and Meno in
the morning.
Speaker 4 (22:01):
When did you know it was time to quit your job?
It's one of seven five the River. Everybody has a
specific moment that they can think back to that they
were like, last straw, I'm done now, Jessica and Laverne.
Speaker 5 (22:12):
What was that moment for you?
Speaker 7 (22:14):
Ray?
Speaker 6 (22:15):
Before I quit my job as a hotel manager, I
remember paraging that I would just get hit by a car.
I would have rather broken every bone in my body
than go back to that job.
Speaker 4 (22:25):
Oh my goodness, that's a lot, A clear sign I
would say, yeah, it was rough.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
Can you give us an example of this toxic work environment?
Why you prayed for a car to hit you?
Speaker 6 (22:38):
I mean, have you ever worked in customer service?
Speaker 1 (22:40):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (22:41):
People are We're so needy.
Speaker 8 (22:43):
They're needy, they're mean. And I'm glad that you did
not get hit by a car and that you got out.
Speaker 6 (22:48):
Yeah, me too. You feel much better now, though, Oh
a thousand percent?
Speaker 7 (22:53):
That are you know?
Speaker 2 (22:53):
There are a lot of people hearing you right now
that probably are considering getting out of their job as well.
Did you have anything lined up before you left? Or
did you just leave without a parachute and figure it out.
Speaker 6 (23:02):
I had a couple things lined up, like nothing solid,
you know, little sticks in the flame, but I had
to get out of there, so I wasn't worried about
having a for sure job lined up.
Speaker 4 (23:13):
Your mental health was more important than anything else. And
I think that if you are hoping to get hit
by a car, even if you don't have something lined up,
you should just leave. Yep, thank you for sharing your
story with us, Jessica.
Speaker 5 (23:23):
We appreciate you.
Speaker 1 (23:24):
Thank you.
Speaker 8 (23:25):
I did quit a job one time when I worked
at Demis's.
Speaker 3 (23:28):
What's Demus's.
Speaker 8 (23:29):
It's a restaurant. They have them in like Murphy's Borough, Lebanon.
They used to have one downtown. I worked at the
one in Murphy's Borough and my mom was getting married
and they told me I could not go to her wedding.
Oh oh, So I literally just quit, like they wouldn't
give me the days off.
Speaker 3 (23:42):
That's definitely a final straw off for quitting.
Speaker 7 (23:44):
So I literally just quit and I was like, cool,
won't be back. And I only worked there for two weeks.
Speaker 5 (23:48):
Woo. I don't always support your erratic decisions. I support
that one yeah, like I'm.
Speaker 7 (23:53):
Going to my mother's wedding. Sorry, you have had.
Speaker 3 (23:55):
So many jobs I had, didn't you before you came
like full time to the river? Did you work Cracker
Barrel and a seamstress.
Speaker 8 (24:01):
I worked at Cracker Barrel and a wedding dress dress
designer in Green Hills.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
Wow, I know, and selling wedding dresses.
Speaker 7 (24:10):
Who was my favorite job.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
It's a fun job. Did you watch Stay Yes to
the Dress?
Speaker 1 (24:14):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (24:14):
And then I got mad that I was not the
host of the show, Like, I feel like I would
have done so much better.
Speaker 5 (24:19):
That checks out.
Speaker 2 (24:20):
I have an idea for like a lesser version of
the show called Say Sure to the Shirt where you
sell shirts and people buy shirts.
Speaker 3 (24:26):
No, you guys don't like it.
Speaker 7 (24:28):
That is an idea, Kevin.
Speaker 8 (24:30):
I think maybe next time you should like flesh him
out before you say him out loud.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
You have a quitting story six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
And let us know if you would watch that show,
because I think there's something tood.
Speaker 5 (24:40):
This moment made maybe the moment I quit.
Speaker 1 (24:43):
It's Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
Speaker 4 (24:47):
Kevin, and I feel so bad about the Daily Devil
tap that We're gonna play you on one O seven
five of the River. It's it just hurts to say.
Will Smith is back to music. It just hasn't been great.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
Yeah. He put on an album called Bass on a
T True story. Now he's got another brand new song
that came out a few days ago. It's called Pretty Girls.
It's not even on the album. He's just he's still
churning out new music and it's just it's not really connecting.
Speaker 4 (25:09):
It's yeah, it's just it's weird. It's a little weird.
Speaker 3 (25:13):
He's not like the young hip dude anymore. Now, he's
just like a rich old guy.
Speaker 5 (25:16):
And I really like Will Smith.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
Yeah, same, I'm saying.
Speaker 5 (25:18):
And I really like old Will Smith music, just not
this so much.
Speaker 2 (25:21):
But here's the thing. Somebody online realized that this new
pretty Girl song, while not great a matter of opinion,
I guess uh, is not terrible when it's sped up.
Speaker 3 (25:31):
When it's played like one and a half times as.
Speaker 5 (25:33):
Fast, we can make it better.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
Okay, So here we go Today's daily double tap, new
music from Will Smith sped up to be better.
Speaker 9 (25:40):
I like pretty Good, I love pretty Good, I like
pretty Girl, I love pretty Girl.
Speaker 4 (25:54):

line of night five five to night, it's a well.
Speaker 9 (26:00):
How I's better play your cars, right, I'm a post yo.
Speaker 3 (26:02):
Pick if you post, I.
Speaker 1 (26:03):
Like it, it's not bad, right.
Speaker 5 (26:05):
I like taled his knees Joes, Hold up post, I'm
about to do some investing.
Speaker 4 (26:10):
I'm out at a club or a bar and I
want to get hyped up.
Speaker 5 (26:15):
And I hear this, like I'm gonna get hyped up.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
If I heard that as a new song, it'd be like, Oh,
I like that dude's voice.
Speaker 3 (26:20):
I like the style of that, you know, But.
Speaker 5 (26:22):
Wow, it's just sped up opportunity.
Speaker 3 (26:24):
I know, dang.
Speaker 4 (26:26):
You know, maybe he'll make like a remix and he'll
listen to everybody and make it up.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
I want to go back and listen to his whole
album sped Up now and see, just see if I
was wrong about it. We'll post the video of the
sped up version of that in our Instagram stories at
one O seven five to wherever you can always find
the daily double tap up.
Speaker 3 (26:40):
There in the stories
Speaker 1 (26:41):
