Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
All right, let's go. This brand new week starts right now.
Thank you for joining us. Friends. Ricky Sanchez has those
three things.
Speaker 3 (00:08):
The Tony Awards happened last night. Here's what you need
to know. Cynthia Rivo hosted the award show for the
first time. Nicole Scherzinger, who you know from the girl
group of the Pussy Hat Dolls, is now a Tony
Award winner. She won Best Performance by a Leading Actress
and a Musical for her Broadway debut as Norma Desmond
in Sunset Boulevard and Maybe Happy Ending won six awards
(00:31):
last night, including Best Musical. Obviously, Cynthia did a great job.
I saw little clips. She did a great job as
the host. I think one of the clips I'm gonna
share with you later too as a daily double tap
because it's really cool, all right. Country singer Mega Maroney
has her own pop up bar in Nashville right now.
She took over L twenty seven rooftop Lounge and it's
(00:51):
been transformed into the Emo Cowgirl. So it's a pop
up obviously inspired by her lyrics in her style. There's
custom cocktails, food merch space with limited edition boots and
specific to the bar Merch. It's open through Sunday, August
thirty first, so go check it out. I went over
the weekend and it was a fun time shirt. I
(01:11):
a sucker for merch. It's all really cute stuff too,
so go check it out if you get a chance.
Highly recommend it. And pop Tarts, they brought back their
limited edition frosted blue Raspberry flavor to coincide with the
new Fantastic Four movie, so it hasn't been available in
six years. This is a big deal for people who
love pop tarts and love their specific flavors. So this
(01:34):
flavor is limited edition and a Walmart exclusive, and each
single page three that you open is going to have
a different stamp of one of eight special designs that
are inspired by Marvel's family of superheroes. So all of
that is available right now. Go check out. Obviously, blue raspberry,
I always think of that as like a standard like flavor,
(01:56):
like just blue, and I don't think it actually is.
I don't think it taste like raspberries, if we're being
completely honest. But it is available now. I'm Ricky Sanchez,
and those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
Thank you very much. Ricky, let's play Miles Smith. We
do have passes coming up in a bit for Holiday
World and Splashing Safari for the first caller of the day,
and get those all week from us. Ricky, Zach and
Manna in the morning on the river one oh seven
five the River, Nicky.
Speaker 1 (02:20):
Zach and Mano in the morning's.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
Already fighting in here, so we need to talk to
somebody else. It's one oh seven five the River, first
caller of the day today and all week, we have
passes into holiday World for you.
Speaker 3 (02:30):
Six one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
Maybe we can help you help settle this debate for
us that we're having in the studio about the temperature.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
Uh huh okay, six one five, Ricky, already give the
phone number. I'm all frazzled. It's a thousand degrees in here.
Speaker 4 (02:43):
First collar of the day.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
We're talking you next down the river one oh seven.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
Five the River, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
Everybody, say hello to Ben in Nashville. Welcome to one
oh seven five the River.
Speaker 5 (02:54):
H Ben, Hey, how y'all doing good.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
We're good, We're sleepy. We had a long weekend. How
is your weekend?
Speaker 5 (03:00):
Ben, pretty good. I mean I don't want the kids.
The wife had to work.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
Oh you had a babysit young children, and Dawn called.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Babysitting spending time, spending quality time with your children. Hey,
we have a question we need you to settle. If
you worked in a tiny little room with other people,
like a little studio, and uh, the temperature just fluctuated
wildly for no reason whatsoever, who would be in charge?
Like do you think you should all compromise on the
(03:30):
temperature or one person to just go rogue and do
whatever they want?
Speaker 5 (03:33):
Oh, man a house or an offit off speculated. I
don't get bet.
Speaker 3 (03:42):
See Ben doesn't understand that we all get to say
here and that it is absolute mayhem trying to figure
out what the temperature should be in this studio.
Speaker 4 (03:51):
Every single day. There's an argument of like, hey, why
did you make it so hot?
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Zach? Why did you make it so cold? I think
Zach is a dead body. He likes it to be
twenty degree.
Speaker 5 (04:01):
Yeah, our office is I have to bring a jack
in every day to work and then.
Speaker 4 (04:07):
There I think we should meet in the mistal we
get to do my temperature and you bring a heater?
Speaker 3 (04:12):
What is the most insanepromise. That is not a compromise.
Speaker 4 (04:18):
Yeah, then if it's hot, what what a fan, It's
just gonna blow hot water in.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
My hot hot air.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
He's getting so friz.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
Let's give Benni's tickets.
Speaker 3 (04:29):
Ben, thank you for trying to make it so we
would compromise on the temperature in here. You are the
first color of the day on one of seven, five
of the river, and you're getting these tickets to Holiday
World and Splash and Safari.
Speaker 5 (04:40):
Oh that's amazing. We were actually as good.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
Hopefully they don't splash with hot water and splashing Safari.
Speaker 3 (04:47):
God forbids one word, Ben, thank you so much for
hanging out with us this morning. Hang on the line. Okay,
thank you.
Speaker 2 (04:55):
I think the heat's making me.
Speaker 3 (04:57):
It's getting angry, that's getting frazzled. This is hilarious to me.
Speaker 4 (05:01):
This is what you get for turning on the heat.
Speaker 6 (05:03):
Kevin.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
We've got more of those, but it was like two
weeks ago. We got more of those passes tomorrow and
always one seven.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
Ricky, Zach and men O in the morning.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
You're moving slow on this Monday morning. You were not alone.
Ricky and Zach are right there with you. They had
long weekends. Crazy weekend.
Speaker 4 (05:19):
It was at gy squeezed a lot in honestly, yeah,
a whole lot in.
Speaker 3 (05:23):
I had CMA Fest this weekend. I hosted a stage
on Saturday, which is really cool, hard rock stage, great acts.
I have a bunch of new artists that I now
love from hosting and watching them perform live. Long day
though warm. Thank god the weather held out because Friday's
stages all got canceled. Yeah, that were outside, and I
was worried that Saturday's was gonna get canceled too, but
(05:45):
it didn't, so it worked out really well. But I
was there for like six hours hosting. That's crazy, a
lot of fun, but also exhausted.
Speaker 4 (05:52):
And your outfit looked adorable.
Speaker 3 (05:55):
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I did put a
lot of thought and effort into my outfit and I
did very much like it. It looked AJK with me,
which was nice. So he got to experience what it's
like to be, you know, backstage like that, and he
took a lot of content of me, which is really sweet.
Speaker 4 (06:11):
Instagram husband material over here.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
Can you give us one new artist, one of these
new artists that you introduced that you saw you found
out about.
Speaker 3 (06:18):
Yeah, Giovanni and the Hired Guns. They're very They're like country,
but like rock country. Okay, cool, okay, And they were
a lot of fun to watch.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
Giovanni and the Hired Guns.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
Meanwhile, Zach was out in DC. I was.
Speaker 4 (06:31):
I was in DC for World Pride. So they changed clearly,
World Pride to a different country every year, and this
is like the first time in forever that it's been
in the US. So I was like, Yo, we have
to go. So me and my boyfriend flew up to DC.
We went to World Pride over the weekend. Can I
just say, j Lo one of the top ten best
concerts I've ever seen in my entire life?
Speaker 1 (06:51):
For real?
Speaker 4 (06:52):
She was shockingly.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
No, okay, I'm just asking what people are thinking it.
I'm asking the question.
Speaker 6 (06:59):
No.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
When I walk up, I was like, I don't know
what to expect from this. She was iconic. The fact
that she's fifty five and so move and dance like
that for an hour long straight. She was incredible.
Speaker 3 (07:10):
Actually, like, fifty five is that old girl?
Speaker 4 (07:13):
The way she was moving them hips. I'm thirty two.
It can't even move my hips.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
Your hip is ruined because you make me feel like
a senior citizen on a daily basis, and now fifty five.
Speaker 3 (07:24):
You make yourself sound like a senior citizen every day.
I don't do that.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
Yeah, So we saw Paris Hilton was there. We got
to see Paris Hill forming. Yes, I'm very jealous singing
or DJ singing. Wow, it was awesome. J Lo Choice,
Savants and Fia Revo like. It was just one of
the coolest experiences over the entire weekend.
Speaker 3 (07:43):
And you got to walk in the parade too, right.
Speaker 4 (07:45):
Yeah, we walked in the parade. There were thousands of
people lining up. It was like a three mile long parade.
It was just insane to see so many people. And
my favorite part, so Nashville Pride is coming up. My
favorite part about the entire parade is there were so
many moms out there that said free mom hugs. So
I hugged and found so many new moms. I hugged
every single So if you're going to Nashville Pride at
(08:08):
the end of the month, we're a free mom hug sure, Like,
I just thought it was so there were so many
of them.
Speaker 2 (08:14):
I watched Bluey with my kids this weekend and there
you go. There's the recap of bar We see.
Speaker 3 (08:19):
Your citizen like it all exciting.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
Three things after.
Speaker 2 (08:24):
Seven o'clock, Good morning, thank you for being here starting
a week with us. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (08:28):
TSA wants you to stop trying to use your Costco
card as a real ID. TSA posted on Twitter on
Wednesday about people trying to do this, and they said, quote,
we love hot dogs and rotisserie chickens as much as
the next person, but please stop telling people that their
Costco card counts as a real ID, because it absolutely
does not.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Insane.
Speaker 3 (08:49):
TSA Pacific spokesperson Laurie Dankers said that this rumor happens
every year and that people truly believe it. So I'm
here to tell you that if you do not have
a real ID, you need to go get one as
soon as you can. If you do not get one
before you need to fly, you do need to bring
your passport on the plane.
Speaker 2 (09:10):
Your real ID he does work as a Costco card,
just so you on the.
Speaker 3 (09:13):
Don't do that, Kevin, don't do that. Ed the zebra
has been found and captured. I am so happy that
he's okay. I have been worried about this Dang Zebra
every single day since he got out. Uh so, At
the Zebra was captured safely after being located in a
pasture near a subdivision out in a Christiana community in
(09:34):
central Tennessee. The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office obviously worked very
hard to try and get At the Zebra and make
sure that he was safe and sound. Everybody was worried
about him getting injured while he was, you know, running
along the areas of the highway and making sure that
everybody you know, was paying attention to him. The Sheriff's
office used aviation crews to capture him. You may see
(09:57):
the video floating around of him sitting very nicely like
a little seat and just kind of like popping his
head out and spinning in a circle in the air.
It's pretty wild, pretty wild, but they did bring him
safely back to an animal trailer. I will post that
video just because I feel like everyone should see it.
This poor guy had to be airlifted, but we're happy
(10:17):
that he's safe and sound and that we don't have
to worry about him getting injured out there anymore. And
Diet Cherry Coke is coming back. This popular flavor was
retired back in twenty twenty. But the food blogger at
snack Later. If you don't follow them, I highly recommend it.
That's how I get all of my news about new
snacks that are coming out here. But they share that
(10:38):
diet Cherry Coke is returning for a limited time and
they're gonna do retro packaging for it. There's just no
details on the release date specifically, So just keep your
eye out at your local shops the places that you
like to buy your groceries to see if it's gonna
be there, because that's probably how you're gonna find out
before anything else. I'm Marie Sanchez, and those are the
three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
You're gonna have to tell me how to spell snack
later because I don't know. I can't figure it out.
Thank you for that, Ricky, appreciate it. Let's play Pink
Pony Club four at the Zebra. We don't have any
songs about Zebra's a pony as close as we have.
Right after this, zach'spacks We're learning together next on the
Rivers one oh seven five The Ricky, Zach and Meno
in the morning.
Speaker 4 (11:17):
Zac's on one oh seven five The River you, guys,
martial arts people, if they smiled before a match, they're
more likely to lose. This is a fact, they said,
because a smile can convey fear and submissiveness.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
Okay, you did all this research on this fact, and
you called the martial arts peace people.
Speaker 4 (11:32):
They are they're martial arts people. There's different forms of
martial arts. Okay, martial artists, martial arts people. They're the
same thing, Kevin, and that's your factor to day. They're
the same thing. And don't smile, thanks so much.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
Sach one seven five, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (11:48):
Happy Monday. It's one oh seven five. The river mondays
can be rough, you know. We want to make them
positive though, So we're gonna do manifestation Monday today.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
Yeah, so you just call us, you tell us what
you want. We're gonna help you realize your dreams.
Speaker 3 (12:03):
It means more to manifest when you manifest with others.
So tell us something that you're really trying to, you know,
attain right now. Maybe it's a raise at work or
an award, something like that. It might be Yeah, six
seven three seven nine, one oh seven. We will speak
it into existing.
Speaker 4 (12:21):
That's what I was.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
Gonna say, speak it into it, take it into existence.
Now we all said it. Wow, look at us, go
about seven n whatever you want, we're gonna help you
get on the rivers one.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
Seven, five, Raiky, Zach and Meno.
Speaker 3 (12:36):
In the morning, we're doing manifestation Monday. We are speaking
into existence something that you are looking forward to, that
you want to attain in life. Right now, Kelsey and Franklin,
what's that thing for you?
Speaker 6 (12:47):
So me and my husband are trying to.
Speaker 2 (12:51):
Trying to buy a farm.
Speaker 3 (12:53):
Yeah, okay, we're going to manifest buying a farm. That's
gonna be a tough, tough gig.
Speaker 1 (12:59):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (12:59):
It's actually a homage farm too.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
So no electricity, no water, we're gonna be farmers.
Speaker 2 (13:06):
Oh wokay, So but would you be installing electricity or.
Speaker 6 (13:10):
Yeah, we would do all that.
Speaker 5 (13:11):
So it's gonna be a lot of work.
Speaker 3 (13:13):
Okay, that's a summer house first.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
Dang, this is this is huge. This is a big
life change. Yeah, we're going for it.
Speaker 3 (13:21):
I love that. Is this like a dream that you
guys have always had for a wow?
Speaker 2 (13:25):
Yeah, And like Ricky said earlier, I do think there
is something to saying these things out loud. Putting them
out there is gonna help you know your forward momentum
and making all of this happen.
Speaker 3 (13:34):
Yeah, we've been trying.
Speaker 6 (13:35):
I mean we talk about it like it's happening.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
I love it.
Speaker 6 (13:38):
We're trying to manifest it.
Speaker 3 (13:41):
We love that so much.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
We're gonna it's gonna happen. And when you get your farm,
invite us over and we'll milk something. Okay, whatever you have.
Speaker 3 (13:49):
That sounds so strange, Kelsey, but we are all manifesting
that you get this farm. You and your husband o Bay,
have a great day. Love all right, bye bye.
Speaker 2 (13:59):
I know that Danny's on hold if you want to
manifest anything on these airwaves. Six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine,
one oh seven. Have you ever milked anything? Ricky? No,
you neither.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
Can't wait one seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and Menno.
Speaker 3 (14:12):
In the morning, Danny and Nashville, tell us what you
want to manifest for manifestation Monday.
Speaker 6 (14:18):
Hey, today, I'll manifestation Monday. I'd like to speak and
claim and manifest healing, whether it is mental, physical, emotional,
or spiritual healing for everybody that needs it. Because there's
so much around us where there's amazing room for it.
And God is good. So the other thing I'd like
(14:38):
to manifest is, by God, I need a guitar. Okay,
I'm claiming. I'm claiming an acoustic or a basic student
guitar for myself so I can learn to play.
Speaker 3 (14:47):
Okay, I love that. Is that something that you've wanted
for quite a while and look forward to?
Speaker 6 (14:51):
Yes, it's been a dream of mine for a while.
I have an old basic student guitar that I don't
have any longer.
Speaker 3 (14:59):
All right, So we're gonna a manifest that you get
that guitar that you are looking forward to and dreaming about.
We are manifesting that for you today.
Speaker 6 (15:06):
That's amazing.
Speaker 2 (15:07):

having to have brain surgery, so I had to.
Speaker 5 (15:49):
Put it on hold.
Speaker 6 (15:50):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
So I'm back to work and healthy.

end of summer I will become a real.

That's a lot. So you are truly a fighter, and
that's just even more reason that you are going to
be away agent. You got this.
Speaker 3 (16:08):
If you can get through that, you can get through anything,
for sure. It's been a big deal. And I'm just
happy that I've come out healthy and I'm able to.
Speaker 2 (16:16):
Live again, for sure. So by the end of the summer,
you will be a real estate agent.

You Raichi, Zach and men in the morning.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
It's about that time we get ready to play Kevin
Manno's Game of the Day, presented by Genesis Diamonds. We're
playing a new game this week. It's called kick It.

Speaker 2 (17:10):
That's right, that's where the name comes from. Uh, it's

Speaker 2 (18:22):

trivia questions related to kicking and kicks and kicked and
all all all things kicked. H So here we go.
You get two out of three of them. These tickets

Three things you need today A little later.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
This hour, What do dads really want for Father's Day?
The world wants to know. We're going to get into it,
but first Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 3 (20:14):
A small skydiving plane carrying twenty people crashed in Tullahoma.
Four of the passengers were taken to the hospital. One
in critical condition and three listed as stable. Others had
minor injuries and were treated at the scene by first responders.
The exact cause of the crash is still unknown, but
the FAA has launched an investigation to find out exactly
(20:34):
what went wrong. Hopefully everyone who went to the hospital
will be okay. Obviously we're thinking of all of them
and we hope, you know, everybody has a speedy recovery.
Miley Cyrus revealed that she can now sing Hannah Montana
songs again. So since leaving Disney in twenty eleven, she
wasn't allowed to perform any of the songs from Hannah Montana,
which everyone first fell in love with her in that show.
(20:57):
So obviously when she, you know, would have concerts, everybody
wanted to hear those classic nostalgic songs from Hannah Montana.
She said on a podcast. Now that she has been
named a Disney Legend, she was given permission to sing
those songs. Yes, not gonna say that she's going to
be singing those songs, but she can as she decides
to at any point.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
So view if you go see her and she's playing
new stuff and then old Hannah, that's kind of like
the best of both worlds.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
Wow, Kevin, I see reference. I did see what you
did there. Congrats. US News and World Report did research
to find the domestic destinations that are budget friendly for
summer trips for families, and on the list, number one
goes to Yellowstone National Park, followed by Yo seventy National Park,
and number three on the list is Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
Speaker 2 (21:46):
Oh cool.
Speaker 3 (21:46):
So those are all options for you if you're looking
for a nice, budget friendly, cheap family vacation for twenty
twenty five. Obviously we're all trying to save some money,
So go to Yellowstone or go to Gatlinburg, arm Sanchez
and those are the three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
Thank you, Ricky, here's lowly young getting back into the music.
We appreciate you starting your Monday with us. And yeah,
I mentioned it in a minute ago. We want to
hear from the dad's in a bit here. What do
you really want for Father's Day? We're gonna get into
it next on the River.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
What seven, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (22:16):
What do your dads really want for Father's Day? That's
what we're trying to figure out right now. On one
O seven five of the River. Jimmy and Franklin, what
is it that you really just want as a dad?
Speaker 2 (22:26):
I just want, ah, just some time with your son.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
That's really sweet.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
Hold your son.
Speaker 3 (22:35):
Oh what would you guys like want to do for
Father's Day? What's an activity that you guys want to
get into?
Speaker 1 (22:40):
He loves going to Chuck e Cheese time Chucky Cheese.
Speaker 2 (22:45):
Oh my gosh, this is You're gonna make me cry.
You want to go to Chucky Cheese for Father's Day.
Speaker 3 (22:51):
I want to go to Chuck E Cheese. So I'm
a little jealous right now.
Speaker 4 (22:53):
I have to say, Yo, I'm not gonna lie. Their
pizza is bombs. I'm not mad about it.
Speaker 3 (23:00):
Well, Jimmy, you sound like a great dad, and we
hope you have a great Father's Day with your son.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
Thanks buddy, thanks for calling. You sound like a great dad.
There's nothing stopping you guys from going to Chuck E
Cheese any day.
Speaker 4 (23:11):
Except for us looking like complete weirdos because we have
no children grown adults sitting there.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
The kids are all running around, so nobody's keeping track
of what kids are with what grown ups. So I'm
just saying, nobody's gonna judge. Nobody's gonna think twice if
you go sit at Chuck Cheese.
Speaker 4 (23:25):
And order pizza, except for the people that when you
walk in and you don't have any children with you,
what do you do?
Speaker 3 (23:31):
It's not we might just borrow your kids. How about
for Father's Day, we borrow your kids, we go to
Chuck e Cheese, and then you get the day to relax.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
keV Dog, this is.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
Actually a great idea.
Speaker 4 (23:41):
I love that you're saying we because I did not
agree to that. I want to go to Chuck Cheese
with them before the pizza. I didn't say I wanted
to take Kevin's kids.
Speaker 3 (23:50):
There cheese with those kids though.
Speaker 4 (23:53):
That's why I'm not going.
Speaker 2 (23:56):
Into a screaming match you supposed to be. Kevin.
Speaker 3 (23:58):
What do you want for father Is it like a
day to relax?
Speaker 2 (24:02):
It's a little bit of a lone time. I want
to be able to do my thing, go for a run,
just kind of you know, do some time to myself,
but also family time. I do want the family time
in there. I just don't want it to be under protest,
like if we're gonna go to have a nice lunch,
I don't want my kids like I don't want to like,
I want it to all be very smooth, possible.
Speaker 4 (24:19):
Whining yes, your words.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
Not mine. My kids don't whine. There the best. They're
in the car right now. I love you guys. And
also since they're listening, just, you know, for that one day,
clean up after yourselves a little bit.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (24:32):
I think that's an easy thing. Everybody can give their
dad for Father's Day too, is just making sure that
you're nice and clean around the house.
Speaker 2 (24:38):
Riley's little fig bar wrappers are all over the place. Molly,
put your clothes in the hamper, you know, simple stuff.
Speaker 4 (24:44):
And it says Kevin asking his children to do that
right now on Live.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
Rady and be nice to Ricky and Zach at Chuck
E Cheese.
Speaker 1 (24:53):

week on Saturday.
Speaker 4 (26:13):
