Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
All right, here we go, good morning, Thank you for
starting this brand new week with us. Friends. Ricky Sanchez
has those three things.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
Comedian Pete Davidson is having a baby. He and his
girlfriend Elsie who It made the announcement on social media,
and during an interview with E News he said he's
quote very lucky and very very happy about the news.
So congrats to the two of them on adding to
their family.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
Obviously a big deal.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
I can't wait to see if it's a boy or
girl and what they're gonna name it. I love when
celebrities name their kids. It's always so interesting to me.
The Mall at green Hills has announced the opening of
multiple news stores. Those stores include Christian Lebatan, Rothy's Diptyque.
I feel like I'm saying that incorrectly.

Speaker 4 (00:44):
I had to look it up.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
It looks like it's a perfume shop, Pandora, and Aroma
three p.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
Sixty.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
They also mentioned that a skim store is also going
to be added to the Green Hills Mall soon.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
They just don't have a date just yet on when
that would open.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
And in news that is not shocking to literally anyone
except for apparently the people that were doing the study.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
A new study has found that.

Speaker 3 (01:06):
A four day work week is linked to better mental
health and physical health. So a six month study that
was led by Boston College researchers and involved nearly three
thousand employees and one hundred and forty different businesses in
the US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the UK.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
So they really spread.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Out this, you know, test study, sure, and they published
it in Nature Human Behavior. It obviously says what we
all know, less burnout, better job satisfaction among workers with
these shortened weeks, and.

Speaker 4 (01:38):
An uptick in both physical and mental health.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
When is it happening? When is it gonna happen?

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Like you know in the US, never get over yourself, Kevin,
if you think that's ever gonna happen.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
I'm Ricky Sanchez, and those are the three things you
need to know.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
And it's scientific fact. It's gonna make everybody happier and healthier.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
Not gonna happen, though, Thank you.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
For that, Ricky. We're gonna play out care than a
second here, and you know what's coming up in exactly
one hour, Ricky Sanchez.

Speaker 4 (02:04):
What's coming up in an hour?

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Well, our big announcement.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
We have a huge announcement.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
We're gonna tell you all about our next river on
the rooftop.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
You're a good actor, because I really thought you forgot
for a second. Exactly seven o'clock, one hour from right now,
we're making the big announcement our next river on the rooftop.
Be here at seven o'clock to get all the info.

Speaker 5 (02:22):

the morning.

Speaker 4 (02:26):

to be the first caller of the day on one
oh seven five the River because we have tickets to
join us at National Scenes Fashion for a fraction.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
It's their boutique warehouse sale.

Speaker 3 (02:39):
It's huge and you're gonna want to be there at
the Factory at Franklin.

Speaker 6 (02:42):
I love this so much because it's up to seventy
five percent off like retail prices, so you can though
get really cute stuff for really really inexpensive.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Yeah, it's happening this Saturday at the Factory at Franklin.
Twenty five local boutiques is what they say, Offering up
to the seventy five percent off their retail prices. So
that's that's a lot of saving.

Speaker 7 (03:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
It is six one five, seven, three, seven, nine, one
oh seven to be the first caller of the day
to get your tickets in. This is a ticketed events,
so you can go for free. That means you're gonna
see even more money.

Speaker 2 (03:10):

next a little small talk with Ricky zack Manno on
this Monday morning.

Next on the River one O seven five the River, Rickey,
Zach and Meno in the tippy zack Mano in the
morning on one O seven five the River, we have
our friend Jamie and Clarksville on the line.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
Good morning, Jamie.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
You there, Jamie, Hi me, Kidney Hammy, there you are.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
You're sound very excited, Jamie.

Speaker 8 (03:37):
I'm super excited.

Speaker 7 (03:39):
What are you doing this morning?

Speaker 8 (03:40):
I'm heading to work?

Speaker 2 (03:41):
What kind of car do you drive?

Speaker 8 (03:43):
I'm actually writing to work with some coworkers of mine.
We get together and ride to work every morning.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
I love that.

Speaker 4 (03:50):
That's really sweet. But do you ever get like overly
annoyed with them? I don't know if I could ride
to work with Zach and Kevin.

Speaker 6 (03:56):
Not every day, No, I love I feel like I
need like my silence in the morning, like I need
my own time for myself to listen to my own music.
Like you immediately have to start having conversations with people,
which I think is why you called and are talking
so early, because like you clearly loved the chat first
thing in the morning.

Speaker 9 (04:15):
Oh, I mean my silence sometimes, but they let me
listen to Ricky Zak and then oh, I'm happy.

Speaker 7 (04:21):
So you are friends?

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Is that what you guys listen to every single day
that you're doing this this carpool thing.

Speaker 8 (04:26):
Yes, it is.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
Yes, that is amazing.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
You seem like the good influence in your friend group, Jamie.

Speaker 8 (04:33):
I wouldn't say that.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
This aspect. Only in this aspect you have good when
it comes to morning shows, Jamie, do you like to shop?

Speaker 8 (04:44):
I love to shop.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
That's my girl. Okay, Jamie, Well, you're the first color
of the day on one of seven five the River,
So you're.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Getting tickets to go to Nashville Scenes Fashion for a
fraction their boutique warehouse sales happening this Saturday at the
factory at Franklin twenty five. The boutiques offering up to
seventy five percent off of the retail prices, so you
get to shop all weekend long.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Yeah, lots of savings. Everyone else can get tickets at
Fashion for a Fraction dot com, but we've got them
all week for the first caller of the day. Congratulations, Jamie, Thank.

Speaker 8 (05:16):
You so much.

Speaker 4 (05:17):
Thank you for hanging out with us and for making
all your friends listen to us too. We appreciate you.
Hang on the line. Move okay, yes, Zach.

Speaker 2 (05:26):
If you were going to Fashion for a Fraction, what's
the first thing you would buy? Go shoes, Ricky.

Speaker 8 (05:29):
Go.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
You didn't even have to think about that.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
I've been in the market for some new dresses, so
probably dresses, okay.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
And what about you shoes for me too? Just because
they smell them? All my shoes are stinky.

Speaker 4 (05:40):
Yeah, you have a problem with that. I think there's
something wrong with you.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
Okay, more of these sagas tomorrow all week for the first.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
Calls Ricky, Zach and men in the Monday.

Speaker 4 (05:52):
And I are a little worried about Zach, and.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
Not for the typical your life, not for the typical
reasons that you would probably think that we're worried about Zach.
It's it's got nothing to do with him and everything
to do with his boyfriend David.

Speaker 7 (06:03):
Yeah, I may die tonight.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
I mean it's really dramatic. I don't think it's dramatic,
but it's a little worrisome.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
We're gonna play Gracie Abrams here and then right after
the song find out what's possibly gonna kill Zach tonight.
I'm not tune in tomorrow to see if he's alive
or that. Yeah, let's tell the story next up.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
The River, Rachie, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Sure, dramatical, we understand that. But there is a chance
that our guy Zach meets his demise tonight.

Speaker 4 (06:32):
That's a little dramatic.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
I think we're more so just worried about him because
of what he's going to experience tonight.

Speaker 6 (06:38):
If I am not here tomorrow, it's because I got
food poisoning and or I.

Speaker 7 (06:42):
May just die.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
Okay, you're not gonna die, but can you explain a
little bit more.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
It has to do with your boyfriend David.

Speaker 6 (06:48):
Yes, So for some reason he decided, like a couple
of weeks ago that he was like.

Speaker 7 (06:52):
Okay, honey, I so.

Speaker 6 (06:55):
I cook every single meal in the house, every single
meal like im meal, pret breakfast, launch, and then cook
dinner every single night.

Speaker 7 (07:01):
And he said, Honey, I want to start trying to cook.

Speaker 6 (07:03):
So I'm thinking like once a week, I'm gonna I'm
gonna try and make dinner once a week. And I
was like, Okay, that's really sweet, sounds like a nice
trade off.

Speaker 7 (07:12):
So tonight is the first night that he is cooking
dinner for me.

Speaker 6 (07:16):
And this man has not We've owned our house for
five years.

Speaker 7 (07:19):
When I tell you, he doesn't even.

Speaker 6 (07:21):
Know how to turn on the oven in our house,
he has not set foot in the kitchen.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
In five years.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
That's a problem.

Speaker 6 (07:27):
So in five years, this man decides that he wants
to cook salmon for dinner.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
Salmon, that's a big swish.

Speaker 6 (07:32):
Yeah, so the first night you want to cook salmon. Wow,
I was like, maybe like tacos where it's not that hard,
just like some ground beef and tortillas.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
Like which would still be very you'd be grateful that
we cooked it, and you'd be like, this is perfect,
amazing love.

Speaker 4 (07:46):
It doesn't need to.

Speaker 6 (07:47):
Be genuinely terrified that he's like planning on going to
the store because I even asked him, like, do you
want men to go and buy the stuff? And he goes, no,
I got it all. And I was like, again, that's
very sweet. But now I'm petrified because you're going to
the butcher or the grocery store by yourself.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
God, I would prompted this set. Do you know why
out of nowhere he wants to cook?

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (08:09):
What did he do to you?

Speaker 6 (08:10):
That's why I'm mad at him about It's like, what
did he do? But no, the way he said it
is like, basically, because I do so much around the
house already, he was like, maybe at least one night
a week that you can take like a load off
and relax and I will cook dinner for you.

Speaker 7 (08:25):
That's very nice, very nice, I know.

Speaker 6 (08:26):
I was like, it's really really sweet, and I appreciate it.
I'm like, yes, absolutely, whatever you need, like, go for it.

Speaker 7 (08:32):
But now I'm just terrified.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
He could have grilled steak anything.

Speaker 3 (08:36):
That would be a lot easier, and I think more
his wheelhouse. Yes, not to be rude, but.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
More yes, where you can't really, you know, sicken someone.

Speaker 6 (08:46):
Yeah, I will say the only positive thing about salmon
is that some people eat it raw, like nagary sushi
like they it's just throwfish. So I'm like, if it's
a little undercooked, but I'm still terrible. I have a
very sensitive summon.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
I'm more worried about being overcooked.

Speaker 7 (09:01):
Yeah, and tastes like a tire.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
What if it's bad? Are you gonna pretend like it's good?
Or are you gonna be honest with him?

Speaker 7 (09:07):
Oh, I'm gonna put ranch on that thing and eat
the whole thing.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
No, thank you. Oh, we're gonna pretend you didn't say that.
But final question here, is there a chance that he's
gonna ask a question tonight? Is that why he was there?

Speaker 7 (09:21):
Absolutely?

Speaker 4 (09:23):
Okay, he's onto something.

Speaker 7 (09:25):
Though you think he might propose tonight?

Speaker 2 (09:28):
If this is just completely out of left field, just
a nice romantic candle at dinner? Maybe, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (09:33):
If we said there was gonna be candles, we're gonna
be lucky if there's food on the plate.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
Okay, Well, this time tomorrow, ye to exactly either be
dead or engaged one of the two three things. All right, friends,
just after seven o'clock on this Monday morning, I hope
you had a great weekend. We're excited about today. Right
after three things. We are announcing our next river on
the Rooftop Show. It's coming in mere moments, But first

(09:57):
Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
There are rumors that Elon Musk's, The Boring Company, and
Tennessee state officials will announce plans for an underground tunnel
connecting downtown National to the airport at a press event today.
So sources say that the State Building Commission is going
to hold a meeting next week following today's announcement to
give the project the initial approval necessary in order for
them to.

Speaker 4 (10:19):
Begin working on it. The plan is for work to.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
Begin at a state owned lot downtown and to make
a tunnel along Murphy's Borough Pike. If successful, it may
possibly solve a transportation problem. So obviously, we know that
the airport is setting passenger records every single year with
the amount of people that are coming here and the
amount of people who have moved here and are going

(10:41):
places and traveling for business and leisure.

Speaker 4 (10:43):
And all of that. This could help with that.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
The Boring Company touts it's state of the art borrowing
technology that allows them to dig tunnels quickly. I am
very intrigued how it's gonna work, because Obviously, we have
very different soil here in Tennisee, very different layers of
like rock, and I know that there's a lot of
situations that people have brought up.

Speaker 4 (11:06):
Why we can't have subways is because of the type.

Speaker 6 (11:09):
Of we have. People that try and build pools. It
gets so expensive because we have a problems.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
So very interested to see how this is all gonna
play out and if they do actually announce this today.
Like I said, these are just rumors that I'm seeing
along the rumor mill.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
People you know, they love to talk, so we'll see
what happens.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
Destiny's Child reunited at Beyonce's last Cowboy Carter show. During
her show in Las Vegas, Beyonce brought out our friends
Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland. They did a performance of
Beyonce's twenty twenty two song Energy. They also true to
the audience to a medley of their songs, which concluded
with Bootylicious.

Speaker 4 (11:47):
Here's a clip of that.

Speaker 7 (12:06):
Yeah that's honey.

Speaker 3 (12:08):
I read that that song. I think what I saw
was it came out in two thousand and one.

Speaker 7 (12:13):
Oh my god.

Speaker 4 (12:14):
Yeah, just had to throw that out there so everybody
can feel that pain like I just did.

Speaker 3 (12:19):
This weekend marks their first time performing together since their
surprise reunion at Coachella in twenty eighteen, so obviously a
very big moment, Cowboy Carter. That entire tour was massive,
a massive country tour. Congrats to Beyonce and what a
great way to show up. Show out for your last show.
And Starbucks Pumpkin Spice lattes are available in cafes soon,

(12:40):
so starting August sixteenth, you can get a pumpkin spice
latte or local Starbucks, along with multiple other fall menu items.
But if you can't wait, they already started putting it
out in grocery stores so you can grab it there.

Speaker 4 (12:52):
I'm Urqi Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
Feels way too early, but thank you so much, Ricky,
appreciate that very much. Here we go. Let's hit this
drum roll? Hang on, where's my drum roll? Here I comes,
Here we go. That means it's the time, the moment
we've been waiting for, Ricky Sanchez, the floor is yours
once again. Our next River on the Rooftop Show, give
us all the deats.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
One O seven five of the Rivers River on the
rooftop presented by First First Horizon Bank is going to
be AJR this Sunday, August third, This Sunday.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
We will let you know what time that is to
be announced.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
But this is free all ages, first come, first serve.
It's gonna be massive. If you want VIP, we have
a way to get you in.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
Yeah, seven forty five. You can win guaranteed entry and
VIP passes to see these guys. They put on such
a show AJR this Sunday. River on the rooftop the
word get up, but get down and them jumped.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Then one River Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
Here we go AJR with Bang on one O seven
five of the river. Ak are headliners for our next
river on the rooftop that is happening this Sunday, all
third Skydeck on Broadway, free all age event.

Speaker 4 (14:04):
It's first come, first serve.

Speaker 3 (14:05):
We do have a chance for you to go VIP
which means guaranteed entry and access to a VIP deck.
You gotta win Kevin Manho's Game of the Day at
seven forty five.

Speaker 6 (14:13):
For now, I will say they put on one of
the coolest shows, like definitely top five incredible shows that
they put on it.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
It's like performance art for these guys. It's a whole show.
It's theatrical. It's amazing. Again, this Sunday free show all ages. AJR.
They're touring right now, but that tour is not stopping
in Nashville. At least it wasn't stopping in Nashville until
we got them to do our show. So if you
want to see AJAR in twenty twenty five, this is
your opportunity, this Sunday free show. We're so pumped for

(14:42):
our next River on the rooftop. But right now, Ricky,
what time is it?

Speaker 3 (14:45):
Oh, you know what time it is. It's time for zaxtat.

Speaker 7 (14:48):
Oh I'm ready, honey.

Speaker 6 (14:50):
And it's kind of sad, but did you guys know
that pigs can get sunburned because they have like they
don't have a lot of hair on them, so then
they just get and that's why they take mud baths.

Speaker 7 (15:02):
It's to like hell cools down.

Speaker 2 (15:05):
Oh I know, yeah, the mudd is I mean, I've
never really thought about it, but their skin is kind
of like our skin. It's it's sort of fleshy like ours. Yeah,
it's getting weirder fleshy Pig Sunburn.

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Okay, Ricky, Zach and men in the morning.

Speaker 2 (15:25):
We have a question for dog owners. It's one O
seven to five the river. Does your dog have a
favorite or least favorite song?

Speaker 3 (15:33):
The reason this comes up is because our friend Melissa,
she has a very specific dog like she only likes
certain songs and if she doesn't like the song, she'll
start howling and like panicking.

Speaker 6 (15:46):
The one that really gets me is she does not
like Britney Spears talks It.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
She doesn't like Benson Boone this dog and I googled
it when I was talking to Melissa. Do dogs have
favorite songs? And yes, I mean scientifically proven that dogs
do have favorite songs and musical preferences. So we want
to know what songs your dogs either get real excited
for or just do not like.

Speaker 3 (16:07):
Also, just so you know, this came up during our
happy hour that we had. So these are the kind
of conversations that you're gonna get into next month if
you come to our happy hour.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
But call us right now six one, five, seven, three seven, nine.

Speaker 3 (16:18):
One oh seven tell us does your dog have a
favorite least favorite song?

Speaker 4 (16:21):
We'll try not to play the ones that are not
their favorite.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
Yeah, we'll do over the do.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
Riicky Zach and men Smurna.

Speaker 3 (16:30):
Welcome to one oh seven five the River. Tell Us,
does your dog have a favorite or least favorite song?

Speaker 9 (16:35):
My dog by her favorite songs have to be ordinary
by as Warren because every time I'll play it, you
will really lay her head on my lap. Oh then
walk away.

Speaker 4 (16:48):
That's so sweet. It's almost like she's singing it to you.

Speaker 9 (16:54):
Yeah, it's so cute.

Speaker 2 (16:56):
Wow, I like that's a good choice. Your dog's got
good taste.

Speaker 4 (16:59):
Oh yeah, Erica, what's your dog's name?

Speaker 7 (17:02):
Ya like Leah? And what kind of dog is singing
this song to you?

Speaker 9 (17:07):
He is a standard.

Speaker 6 (17:10):
Ohky poodles are one of the smartest breed of dogs too,
So that's really good.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
That's true. I didn't know that, Is that true?

Speaker 7 (17:16):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (17:16):
They are. Look at us getting Zack's facts at the
seven thirty here.

Speaker 4 (17:22):
Erica, thank you so much for calling in. We appreciate you, y'all.

Speaker 3 (17:25):
Love you.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
I know we have like pet radio on iHeartRadio. My
dog does not respond to it at all, like we
I try. There's this band out there that's I don't
even know if it's a band, but they're called the
Laurel Canyon Animal Company, and they put out albums Four Pets,
and a friend of mine would always play the song
Squeaky Deky for his dog, and so I tried to

(17:47):
get my dog out to react to Squeaky Deky at
one point, just no reaction whatsoever.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
Okay, So this is all because our friend Melissa and
our coworker Melissa, she has a dog who's very opinionated
about the songs that are playing.

Speaker 4 (18:00):
It on the radio.

Speaker 7 (18:00):
It's quite sasine.

Speaker 4 (18:01):
And if she doesn't like.

Speaker 3 (18:02):
A song, she like pants and howls and like loses
her mind. So she has favorite and least favorite songs.
So you're saying that your dog, Owen just doesn't react
at all to any song.

Speaker 2 (18:11):
He doesn't react to any form of media. He doesn't
seem to understand what the TV is. He doesn't like
if you're if if we're on the phone, Ricky and
I have you on speakerphone and you're like, hi, Owen, Hi, nothing,
nothing at all.

Speaker 7 (18:23):
Do you think that maybe he's like hard of hearing
because he is getting older at age, Maybe he just
doesn't even.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
Hear it but he's never heard it. Oh no, it's
not a new phenomenon with him.

Speaker 6 (18:32):
I will say I looked up this entire ridit threat
of like what's your dog's favorite song? And the number
one top answer is Havana by Camilla Cabeo.

Speaker 8 (18:42):
What I know.

Speaker 6 (18:44):
That's so random, which kind of makes sense because then
I did more research and they say that dogs more
like reggae, soft rock, and classical music, and I feel
like Havana is kind of reggae ish.

Speaker 4 (18:55):
Kind of Yeah, wait, that's so funny.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
Yeah, speaky Dicky, I'm gonna play.

Speaker 10 (19:04):
Ricky, Zach and Men in the Morning just announced a
little while ago on one O seven five the River
that AJR is going to headline our next river on
the rooftop, which is happening this Sunday at Skydeck on Broadway.

Speaker 3 (19:15):
We are so excited about this. It's like, oh, it's
gonna be so good. So if you want VIP, which
means a guaranteed entry in, and also you have access
to our little deck, our little viewing deck, a fancy
little area, you win Kevin Manno's Game of the Day
and you're gonna get those VIP tickets.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
All right, it's a brand new game. This game is
really if you're like a loyal listener of Ricky, Zach
and Mano in the morning. You have an advantage here
because it's a quiz of a bunch of previous facts.
Zach spax he does those seven to ten. I'll give
a different fact every day. And we are calling this
game a zacademic to Cathalon.

Speaker 4 (19:49):
Okay, I actually love that. I love that.

Speaker 7 (19:53):
That's a long name.

Speaker 4 (19:55):
It really is, but I love it.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
We're having ourselves as zakadem zacket. I can't even say
z academic to Cathalon. For these VIP River on the
rooftop tickets with AJR six one, five, seven, three, seven,
nine seven. We'll ask you some questions based on previous
Zach's facts. If you get two out of three of them,
tickets are yours one oh seven Ricky, Zach and Meno.

Speaker 3 (20:16):
This is the first ever zacademic decathlon on one oh
seven five the river for Kevin Vando's game of the day,
VIP to a River on the rooftop with AJR. That's
what's up for grabs here. Obviously so excited about this.
Everyone's welcome to come. It's a free event. It's happening
this Sunday at Skydeck on Broadway.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
Everybody's allowed all ages. We want to see you there.
But this is VIP passing.

Speaker 2 (20:39):
Yeah, we just announced this earlier this hour, seven o'clock,
we made the big announcement. AJR is doing the next
river on the rooftop. It is this Sunday. Let's say
good morning to April and Hendersonville High. April. Hello, hi there,
you can get the very first pair of VIP passes
to the show if you win the z Academic to Cathlon.

Speaker 8 (20:57):
I'm a little nervous because that's been on summer hours.
I've missed the seven.

Speaker 2 (21:05):
Well, maybe you just happen to know this stuff. Oh yeah, maybe.

Speaker 8 (21:09):
It's really important to Zach.

Speaker 7 (21:10):
I'm sorry, I'm just personally offended. It's fine. I'll ride
myself to sleep tonight.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
Again if you if you missed sort of the concept
of the game. It's a quiz based on previous Zach's facts,
which is something we do at seven to ten every
day that gives a fact every day. Here we go,
April and Hendersonville. Your's Academic to cathalon starts right now.
We'll start with one we just did. We learned earlier
today that this certain animal can sunburn, which is the

(21:37):
reason they often take mud baths. What animal is that
the take? At one point on the board, you need
two out of three, April, what do you call an
abandoned spider web that has collected dust and debris, appearing messy, entangled?

Speaker 8 (21:56):
Pope, there you go.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
That was that?

Speaker 1 (22:00):
Anyway?

Speaker 3 (22:01):
Yay, guys, please, you have to know them, and we're
very hyped for you.

Speaker 7 (22:07):
Thank you, April.

Speaker 6 (22:08):
This also means that you're really smart if you've been
sleeping through zax fax and the fact that you just
knew the all of those already, I'm genuinely oppressed.

Speaker 2 (22:19):
Yeah, I have so many here, so I'm just gonna
throw one mare at you. See if you would have
known this one. Your globella is the name for what
part of your face? Yeah? Oh you're not, no Zachly.

Speaker 7 (22:33):
Remember it's really close. It's right between your eyebrows.

Speaker 3 (22:37):
Oh no, idea, that's okay.

Speaker 4 (22:39):
You knew the ones that you needed to know. You're
gonna be VIP at our river on the rooftop of
aj R this weekend.

Speaker 8 (22:44):
Yay. Exciting, Thank you, Thank.

Speaker 2 (22:46):
You, April, Thank you for listening, Thanks for calling a plan.
We'll see you Sunday. Hang on Okay, thank you three
things you need to know right a bit past eight
o'clock on this Monday morning. Thank you for starting this
brand new week with us friends. Ricky Sanchez has those
three things.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
Race car driver Bubba Wallace made history yesterday. He became
the first black driver to win a major race on
the Indianapolis Motor Speedways two point five mile Oval, winning
the Brickyard four hundred in dramatic fashion.

Speaker 4 (23:13):
So Wallace had.

Speaker 3 (23:14):
To go through an eighteen minute rain delay, two overtimes,
and late fuel uncertainty, ultimately edging out the defending champion,
Kyle Larson by zero point two to two seconds.

Speaker 4 (23:29):
WHOA isn't that wild?

Speaker 8 (23:31):
Like?

Speaker 4 (23:31):
How close that was?

Speaker 3 (23:34):
This marked his third career NASCAR Cup Series win and
locked him into the playoffs. So congrats to him for
making history and doing it in dramatic fashion because this
is something that people are talking about all day today.
Happy to Go More two is another thing that people
are talking about all day today. If you haven't seen it, it
came out on Friday on Netflix, Go watch it. It

(23:56):
had a very sweet and unexpected cameo. I highly recommend
and just taking some time to watch it. They did
a great job for a sequel, especially a sequel coming
out twenty years from the original.

Speaker 4 (24:05):
Agreed, everyone did a great job, especially My Beneath, though
it came that bag Bunny kind.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
Of stole the movie. I want to spin off. He
was so great, he did so good.

Speaker 3 (24:15):
And I know I'm biased because I'm obsessed with him,
but he did such a great job. But one thing
that people really can't stop talking about is the unexpected
cameo Cameron Boyce. There was a clip played in the
background of a TV during one of the scenes during
Happy Gilmore two. Cameron Boyce was Adam Saylor's co star
and Grown Ups two, and he passed away in twenty
nineteen at twenty years old due.

Speaker 4 (24:36):
To an ongoing medical condition.

Speaker 3 (24:39):
So everyone's talking about this sweet ode to Cameron, this unexpected,
sweet cameo way of doing this.

Speaker 4 (24:45):
This is Adam Sandler's forte by the way.

Speaker 3 (24:48):
He loves to kind of, you know, add little things
to his movies that you may miss at first glance,
and then the second time around.

Speaker 4 (24:55):
Notice this is one that people didn't miss.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
Everybody noticed, So just a really sweet way to remember
a friend. Go watch Happy Gilmore Too on Netflix. Whenna
get a chance and gay Lord Apperland has revealed this
year's ice theme. They're going with an absolute classic, A
Charlie Brown Christmas. Festivities start Friday, November seventh. They're gonna
have ice sculptures made from two million pounds of ice,

(25:20):
like they do every year.

Speaker 4 (25:21):
Truly phenomenal to.

Speaker 3 (25:23):
See these ice sculptures because you just don't even know
how people can manage to do them. They're all gonna
represent scenes from a Charlie Brown Christmas. They also announce
that they have a new feature this year, a Holiday
cirk Show, which is gonna happen Tuesday, November twenty fifth
is when that opens, So go check them out.

Speaker 4 (25:39):
I'm Rick Sanchez, and those are the three things you
need to know.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
One O seven five The River, Raiky, Zach.

Speaker 1 (25:44):
And Menno in the Morning.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
You're engaged. We want to hear from you.

Speaker 3 (25:48):
Did your significant other act strange before they proposed it
seems to be like the going consensus.

Speaker 7 (25:55):
I just feel like the answer has to be yes,
like you have to see it.

Speaker 5 (25:58):
Coming one seven five Ricky, Zach and Meno in the Morning.

Speaker 3 (26:03):
Okay, So Kevin is really interested about how people act
the day that they're going to propose.

Speaker 4 (26:09):
It's one of seven five the River.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
Kevin had the luxury of not being around his fiance
at the time before he proposed, but he knows that
people end up acting really strange beforehand.

Speaker 7 (26:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
Yeah, walking around with that ring in your pocket, going
to dinner, trying to act normal. I can't comprehend that.
I know there's a lot of awkward people before they
pop the question. So Brooke and Nashville, good morning, Welcome
to the River.

Speaker 8 (26:31):
Good morning, good morning. Yeah, so my husband totally did
not know. I did not know. My husband was so
great like he we actually did it on New Year's eave.
But so I had no idea he was planning a party.
I knew about the party, but I just thought, like,
we're having friends over. It's fool whatever. He's rushed for
the day, trying to make sure that food's done, everything,

(26:52):
blah blah blah. When we got to like the night,
the only weird thing was is that he continued to
be like, we need to play your art, we need
to play we need to play SARAE with everybody.

Speaker 4 (27:02):
Do you guys play?

Speaker 8 (27:05):
I mean we had before, and we had the game,
but it wasn't something that like had to happen, and
I'm like, dude, it's.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Fine, but.

Speaker 8 (27:14):
Yeah, it's totally cool. And then all of a sudden,
he was like, okay, let's play charaies. We're gonna do
it together, and then somebody's gonna hold it and they
just happen to have the card that said marriage proposal,
and so we pretended like I thought, wow, this dude's
got props, Like cool, let's do it together. And we
do it and he pulls a ring out of his

(27:35):
back pocket and I was like, oh, okay, this is real.
I'm sorry my language, Yeah this is real.

Speaker 2 (27:41):
Oh my god.

Speaker 8 (27:42):
Yeah, that was kind of like the the I had
no clue. I had no absolutely no clue.

Speaker 3 (27:48):
But that was the strange moment that looking back, you're like,
that was weird, my dude.

Speaker 4 (27:52):
Now it makes sense.

Speaker 8 (27:54):
Now it all makes sense why you needed to play charades.

Speaker 2 (27:57):
Like, come on, that's so funny. I want to give
him credit though, that is a pretty creative proposal, so credit.

Speaker 8 (28:02):
Yes, it was the best, and we had all my
people there, so it was like really awesome because everybody
got to be there and I didn't even really catch
on to anything or anything like that, and I got
my nails done earlier with the girls just because we
were having a party that night, so it was like
it was really smooth.

Speaker 4 (28:20):
I love it. Thank you for calling in Brook.

Speaker 8 (28:22):
Yeah. Absolutely, you'll have a good.

Speaker 2 (28:24):
Night too, love a good night.

Speaker 7 (28:26):
It's a lowly Uh.

Speaker 2 (28:27):
There's a chance that Zach is getting engaged tonight.

Speaker 6 (28:31):
Remember making this up because my boyfriend said that he
wants to cook dinner once a week, and so tonight
is the first night that he's cooking dinner, and Kevin's like, oh,
acting the little sus.

Speaker 2 (28:42):
Maybe he's gonna propose. You never know, if he wants
to play charades while you guys are eating.

Speaker 3 (28:47):
That seven Kevin, you know that the way that Zach
works in order to do a proposal the right way
for him.

Speaker 4 (28:54):
David can't just cook him dinner.

Speaker 7 (28:55):
No, he's gonna have.

Speaker 3 (28:57):
A firework display and everybody there and it's a big party.

Speaker 4 (29:01):
Like that's not gonna happen tonight.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
No, okay, all right, well you're probably right about that
you put it, unless who knows, Zach. Maybe we're just
throwing you off and we're all gonna be there.

Speaker 6 (29:11):
Okay, Now you're really messing with my brain here. If
Ricky says you want to go get a pedicure today,
I will know something there go.

Speaker 2 (29:19):
Rickey, Zach and Meno in the morning and five the
River Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning. We've been
talking about the strange behavior exhibited by somebody. Right before
they proposed. They caught the question how awkward and anxious
that is? Jamie and Nashville, what's your proposal story?

Speaker 9 (29:35):
Okay, So the husband brought me into Disney World.

Speaker 8 (29:40):
We were sitting super cute.

Speaker 4 (29:41):
So it was just a regular like summer vacation, and
he's not one to get nervous for anything, or he
doesn't like to make plans. He likes to just swing it.

Speaker 9 (29:51):
So we're eating at the castle, all the princesses are there,
and he's so and we have to hurry up.

Speaker 8 (29:59):
If I work was about the start, I'm like.

Speaker 9 (30:01):
Well, you know, let's get there, let's him joy this,
and he's like, no, we gotta hurry up.

Speaker 3 (30:05):
We gotta hurry up, like fireworks, fireworks, I want to
see the fireworks.

Speaker 9 (30:10):
And I'm like, I'm like, okay, okay, So I knew
something was up.

Speaker 8 (30:14):
Actually when he proposed during the.

Speaker 9 (30:15):
Fireworks show, it was kind of a surprise, but I
definitely knew something was going on with them.

Speaker 4 (30:21):
You noticed him rushing, was weird. You're like, this is strange.
You're being weird.

Speaker 3 (30:26):
Pretty much, But you didn't actually know he was gonna
officially propose.

Speaker 4 (30:30):
You just knew he was acting strange.

Speaker 9 (30:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
Yeah, that seems to be the comic insensus, right. Women
are just gonna know that you're acting strange.

Speaker 3 (30:37):
We may not know that it's because you're gonna propose,
but we're gonna know you're being.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
Something, Jamie, thank you for calling it.

Speaker 1 (30:44):
Congratulations, Reiki Zach and.

Speaker 3 (30:51):
The morning is just an absolutely adorable moment between a
mother and daughter on stage. It's today's daily double tap
on one O seven five of the River.

Speaker 4 (31:00):
Zach found it.

Speaker 7 (31:01):
Yees.

Speaker 6 (31:01):
So, Kelly Clarkson, she's doing her Las Vegas residency and
she brought her daughter out on stage to do a
duet with her, and they're singing her daughter's favorite Kelly
Clarkson song together, and I just thought it was a
magical moment on stage.

Speaker 2 (31:14):
Sweet and we also like the daughter's name is River
bro Yeah, but Kelly, I mean between all of her
Kellyokie stuff that she does on her show like she
is a viral hit maker and we've had Kelly Clarkson
was the focus of our Daily Double Tap so many times.
I think she's the queen of the Daily Double Tap.
And here she is once again.

Speaker 5 (31:29):
Today we're gonna do this name and song.

Speaker 4 (31:36):
This is Mike stand out of the way.

Speaker 3 (31:39):
You ready?

Speaker 4 (31:40):
You look super cute? All right, here we go.

Speaker 8 (31:50):
This is.

Speaker 4 (32:02):
So cute, so cute.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
I love that she brought her on stage with her.
I just a mommy daughter moment. Clearly her daughter likes
to sing too, because she's brought her on stage in
other capacities like on her show before.

Speaker 4 (32:14):
She enjoys singing as well.

Speaker 6 (32:16):
I also feel like the daughter is going to be
a star because when it really gets to like the
big part of the chorus, she starts singing and dancing
around and it's just the cutest thing.

Speaker 7 (32:24):
Like she gets her confidence. Like halfway through the video.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
Oh it's in the Jeanes that talent. I'm sure it's
getting passed down to her. So we'll expect to see
big things from River Roads in the future. The Daily
Double Tap every day after we play it, we posted
in our Instagram stories. You can find it if you
want to watch it again or share it at one
oh seven five the River on Instagram. That's a cute one.

Speaker 1 (32:44):
Thank you, Zack, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
