Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three days, the Savannah Bananas have signed on another female player,
and this isn't the first time.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
That she has been a trailblazer.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
Kelsey with Moore, who is a history making pitcher and
outfielder and for a member of the US women's national
baseball team, has officially joined the Bananas roster through September.
Kelsey has a crazy, crazy resume and she's made massive
strides within the baseball realm, and now we get to
see her show off some trick plays and play banana ball.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
If you don't know what banana ball.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Is or you have not heard about the Savannah Bananas,
you live under a rock.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
But that's okay, that's what I'm here for.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
They do baseball mixed with a bunch of like trick plays,
so think acrobatics almost, so they're flipping in the air,
they're in the crowd, they're involving people in the game
in a different and unique way. So now she's doing that,
Like I said, she's gonna be doing that through September
with them. So if you see them out there, you'll
(00:57):
see Kelsey playing with.
Speaker 2 (00:57):
The Savannah Bananas.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
USA Today's nineteen Best Bars in America has a national
favorite on it for twenty twenty five. Robert's Western World
made the list to represent Nashville. In the article, it said,
quote if the Ryman Auditorium is the mother church of
country music, Robert's Western World, just a stone's throw from
its back door is the Holy Ghost, which, honestly agreed
(01:21):
Roberts is my favorite bar on Broadway. It's like just
the chillest, most like I guess you could say wholesome
one of them all in a way. So it totally
makes sense that they ended up on this list. So
congrats to Robert's Western World. And Starbucks is developing a
protein product line. They're looking at making new drinks, specifically
(01:43):
a topping for your drinks. So they're cold foam that
they love. They like make different flavored cold foams for you.
They're working on a protein cold foam with no added
sugar and fifteen grams of protein so that it can
be added to any cold beverage. The CEO hinted at
this protein product line and in the most recent call
that they had and he said that it should expand
(02:04):
in the new year. Fingers crossed good Sanchez and those
are the three things you.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
Need to know.
Speaker 3 (02:09):
One O seven five the River, Recky, Zach and Menos,
you hearn about the woman who bought a car dealer
bought a car dealership out of revenge?
Speaker 4 (02:18):
No, but I love it already.
Speaker 1 (02:20):
This is something we're gonna try new on one oh
seven five of the River. It is a story that
we feel like you should have heard about, and if
you didn't, you're gonna hear about it first here.
Speaker 5 (02:30):
Okay, And so yeah, Zach and I are both in
the in the dark about this car dealership situation. It
sounds like a story about a petty woman, which I know,
Ricky is your favorite thing on the planet.
Speaker 6 (02:39):
Yes, let's play one song.
Speaker 5 (02:41):
We'll play Benson boone here and then we'll hear the
story about the woman who bought a car dealership out
of revenge.
Speaker 6 (02:46):
Oh yeah, one O seven.
Speaker 7 (02:48):
Five the Recky Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 5 (02:51):
We are starting this Monday morning over here at one
O seven five the River with something a little bit new.
Speaker 6 (02:56):
Ricky has a story. Zach and I have not heard
this at all. She uh. She asked us if we.
Speaker 5 (03:00):
Had heard about the woman who bought a car dealership
out of revenge, and I have not.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
So we are calling this. Did you hear this is
a working title?
Speaker 4 (03:08):
Okay, okay, but yes.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
I asked if you've heard about the woman who bought
a car dealership out of revenge? You both said no.
So I'm very excited to be the first person to
tell you this insane story.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
I'm ready.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
So this woman in Ohio named Tia McCreary. She went
to a Kia dealership in February of last year to buy.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
A twenty twenty two Kia.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Okay, they helped her finance it, They found a lending
company she was pre aproof for a loan. She did
all the song and dance everything, you know what I mean,
real hyped about it, went away with her new car,
super psyched to have it, only for the dealership to
repossess her car later on.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
Why while she was at work.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
So they basically said, JK, we're not going to finalize
this loan and went to her job while she was
working to take the.
Speaker 6 (04:00):
We don't know why, I mean, there had to be.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
They just didn't want to finalize the loan.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
I don't know all the details there of her finances,
but they said she was good and then they said
TAKESI backsies.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
You're not good, yo, that's so messy.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Obviously, not being amused by this at all, Tia was like,
I'm getting revenge.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
She looked into legal options.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
She found out that the car dealership failed to renew
their registration for their business name, so she took their
businessing she under her own name and sent them a
cease and desist letter and said that they have to
stop using that name because it's now registered to her.
Speaker 4 (04:37):
That is iconic.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
She said, Oh, I can't register my car, but I
can register your business name.
Speaker 6 (04:42):
Oh my goodness.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
They tried to sue her. They're still tied up in
court right now. What the last hearing is. The last
hearing went in her favor though, because she legally bought.
Speaker 8 (04:55):
Yeah, I'm like, go ahead try and sue me. I
did everything correctly.
Speaker 6 (04:58):
You did not.
Speaker 8 (04:59):
It's not my fault that you did not renew your
registration and I bought it.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
Like sorry, babe.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
The next hearing is August eighteenth, so they're still going
through the song and dance. But I think this is
the greatest petty revenge story that I've ever.
Speaker 2 (05:13):
Heard of my entire life.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
Right, yeah, good for her, Like she was like five
steps ahead of that. What a move, I know, power
move if I've ever heard of one for president.
Speaker 5 (05:23):
Honestly, it sounds like one of those things that like
it's like an urban legend or a sert.
Speaker 6 (05:27):
But it's currently happening right.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Now, right now, happening.
Speaker 6 (05:30):
Please keep us updated what happens next with Tia and
the Kia.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Uh Oh, he's been waiting, Yeah, he's been waiting for
that one.
Speaker 2 (05:38):
It's true.
Speaker 6 (05:39):
I was waiting.
Speaker 7 (05:41):
Richie's Zach and men in the morning.
Speaker 5 (05:43):
Seven five the River, good morning, thank you for starting
this Monday with us River on the rooftop.
Speaker 6 (05:48):
Yesterday with Ajar, they were the headliners.
Speaker 5 (05:51):
I had probably the most fomo I've ever had in
my life because I was not able to be there
and I hated that big And now Ricky and Zach
really haven't even talked to you about this morning because
they wanted to wait for this right here.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
Yeah, because we had so much fun. We had the
best time with everybody. We had the nicest weather, even
though it was like gloomy and it was kind of
like raining here and there, but it was more like drizzling.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
It was very light drizzle.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
There was a breeze.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
Yeah, there was a breeze on the rooftop, so it
was like not too hot.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
It was literally so nice.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Every single person that performed was absolutely phenomenal. We had Knocks,
Jonah Maray and Harper Grace all doing sets before Ajar.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
Yeah, everybody was so freaking good.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
They were so good.
Speaker 8 (06:37):
And I have to tell you my favorite moment of
the entire night.
Speaker 2 (06:41):
I'm scared.
Speaker 4 (06:42):
Why are you scared?
Speaker 1 (06:43):
Because I don't know where you're going with this. I
never know where you're going with these things.
Speaker 5 (06:45):
So I guess somebody complimented your makeup or your outfit
or something.
Speaker 6 (06:49):
Was that your favorite moment?
Speaker 4 (06:50):
No, it was better than that. I mean a lot
of people did do that.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
Oh, don't get me wrong, so don't compliment.
Speaker 8 (06:56):
But after the show, this like fourteen year old boy
came up to me and he was like, Hey, were
you at Nashville Pride Festival in twenty seventeen And I
was like yeah, And he showed me a photo of
me and him when he was seven years old and
now he's fourteen and wanted to recreate the photo that
we took at Nashville Pride Festival, and I was like,
(07:17):
it was just so cute that I.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Almost cried that. I was like, this is it was
the sweetest moment.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
It was a very very sweet moment.
Speaker 4 (07:24):
So shout out to Elijah. That's a little kid that
came up to me. He was so sweet.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
That's so it was so cute and it's so cute
to watch you like almost cry again all over.
Speaker 4 (07:33):
When I tell you. I was standing there and I
was like, Ricky, come look at this picture. It was
so cute, Like I could not stop thinking about it.
Speaker 1 (07:40):
We had a lot of really amazing listeners come up
to us who wanted to say hi and chat and talk.
They listened in the morning to come into school or
work or whatever it might be. So thank you to
everybody who said hi. We love it when everybody says hi.
Speaker 8 (07:53):
I also want to say shout out because Kevin talked
about how much.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
He hates the look of hay dudes the shoes, and.
Speaker 6 (08:00):
This came up organically. I didn't just go attack people that.
Speaker 4 (08:03):
Wear hate but then again said that you hate them.
Speaker 8 (08:07):
And our friend Miguel and Clarks Bow was there at
the show and wore his hay dudes just.
Speaker 4 (08:12):
For you, and you were not even there.
Speaker 5 (08:14):
And you sent me a video of Miguel and the
Hay dudes, and he was saying, Kevin, I wore these
on a spider and Miguel I will say they look
nice on you man.
Speaker 9 (08:21):
You've won.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Oh wow wow, way to go, Miguel. But everything was
so great.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
There are recaps of the day because it wasn't actually a.
Speaker 2 (08:31):
Night show, which was also very nice.
Speaker 1 (08:32):
It was so but there are recaps at one of
seven five The River on Instagram. A lot of interviews
are going to be coming out, so make sure you
follow The River's account so you can see the Ajar interview, Knox,
Jonah Ray, and Harper Grace. Lots of moments in all
of these interviews that I think you're going to want
to see.
Speaker 4 (08:49):
It was so cool.
Speaker 8 (08:50):
I literally had Jonah Murray serenade me during my interview
with him.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
Harper Grace showed off her one talent that she doesn't
tell people about. I wasn't gonna tell everybody it was Yeah.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
He ruined the surprise. Zach ruined everything. Big surprise there.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
But everything is going to be up on one of
seven five The River's Instagram account and our YouTube account,
so make sure you follow both. Thank you again to
everybody who came out yesterday. We had so much fun.
We love doing River on the rooftops. Shout out to
all of our sponsors and Skydeck on Broadway, because that's
how we get to make it free for everybody.
Speaker 7 (09:24):
Three things you need to know.
Speaker 5 (09:25):
All right, a bit past seven o'clock on this Monday morning,
Ricky Sanchez has brand new hair and three things you
need to know.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
Oh, that's because I called him out because he didn't notice.
Speaker 6 (09:36):
I noticed that, just didn't say anything.
Speaker 1 (09:38):
The Sex and the City continuation, and just like that
is going to end after season three. The current season
is going to be its last, concluding a.
Speaker 2 (09:47):
With a two part finale airing this month.
Speaker 1 (09:49):
Writer and director Michael Patrick King said that he came
to the conclusion that the series would end while writing
the final episode of season three, but that he and
Sarah Jessica Parker, who plays the main character Carrie Bradshaw,
decided to.
Speaker 2 (10:02):
Hold off on announcing the ending of the show so.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
That it wouldn't overshadow the season, which I think is
a great decision. The continuation of Sex and the City
has had a lot of fans divided. Some loved it,
some hated it, but one thing everyone can hold on
to is the fact that the story will now be.
Speaker 2 (10:18):
Complete this season.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
We Go has launched contact list fare payments across the
national transit system, so this allows writers to board by
tapping a contact list credit card or debit card or
using mobile wallets like Apple pay, Google Pay, sam Sum Pay,
so right when you walk up on that we Go bus,
you could just tap it and go. This is for
everyday writers, but also for people who don't take we
(10:41):
Go very often, so it's a lot easier, so you
don't have to worry about, you know, going and getting
a ticket or anything like that. You just tap your
phone and you're good to go. One thing of note
here though, as of right now, writers who get discounts,
like youth, seniors or those with disabilities still need to
do a quick ticket in order to get their reduced
fan and also cash payments are still accepted, but writers
(11:03):
must have exact change. But this is a great way
to get transit, you know, easier to use.
Speaker 2 (11:08):
More people will hopefully.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
Then use it because we're just making it easier and
easier to access. And Angry Orchard the hard sighter they
have a spooky spirit already, bruin because they announced their
Thriller pack. It has new flavors Glow in the Dark cans.
The pack has blood, orange Berry, Bewitched, Sinful Apple, and
(11:31):
Headless Pumpkin.
Speaker 2 (11:32):
Are all the flavors that come in there.
Speaker 1 (11:33):
They also announce ad Jason Vorhees collab with limited edition
cans that are dedicated to the Halloween classics.
Speaker 2 (11:39):
So they're already in the spooky spirit and love to
see it. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
things you need to know.
Speaker 6 (11:45):
Thank you, Ricky.
Speaker 5 (11:46):
I was at Target yesterday and they've got some Halloween
items out already.
Speaker 6 (11:49):
I was happy to see that.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
I'm so happy about that.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
I'm very much looking forward to Fall and Halloween and
all that good stuff me too.
Speaker 5 (11:55):
I mean, I know everybody always complains when like Christmas
stuff goes up too early, but put Halloween stuff up
in February.
Speaker 6 (12:01):
I don't care. I love, I Love, I love Halloween.
Speaker 5 (12:05):
Right after GG Perez, we are learning on this Monday morning.
Zach's Facts next on the river, Ricky, Zach.
Speaker 7 (12:13):
And Menno in the morning, Happy Monday.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
We're here to start your day off right. It's Zack's
Fax on one of seventy five.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Of the river.
Speaker 8 (12:19):
Honestly, this might be the cutest thing I've ever seen
in my entire life. But did you guys know that
male penguins actually proposed to a female by giving them
a pebble?
Speaker 2 (12:28):
I did know that it's a pebble.
Speaker 8 (12:30):
And apparently they search for like the smoothest pebble that
you can find, and then he will go and give
the female penguin that he wants to mate with a pebble,
and if she accepts, then she puts the pebble in
her nest and keeps it forever.
Speaker 6 (12:43):
This is very cute.
Speaker 4 (12:45):
It's so I know.
Speaker 6 (12:47):
I wonder if that's rock.
Speaker 5 (12:48):
But also I am now remembering how Zach says the
word penguin, and I like it a lot.
Speaker 6 (12:53):
Penguin, penguin, penguin.
Speaker 4 (12:56):
Okay, penguins are adorable.
Speaker 8 (12:58):
Thanks for making it not cute, Kevin. It's adorable, and
there is your fact that a penguins are adorable.
Speaker 7 (13:10):
Rickey, Zach and in the morning.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
What is the most annoying thing a person has done
in your car? It's one of seven five the river, Ricky,
Zach and Mano in the morning. I ask this because
my friends here, Zach and Kevin got into quite the
argument recently when we were all in the same car together.
Zach likes things very cold, Kevin likes things very hot.
(13:34):
So Kevin turned up the heat in Zach's very cold car,
and it started a whole war.
Speaker 4 (13:39):
Essentially, Shall we rewind to the point that you said
my car, But.
Speaker 6 (13:44):
That's why I'm saying my car my rule. I was
a guest in your car.
Speaker 5 (13:47):
You don't have somebody over to your house and then,
you know, make the just make them.
Speaker 4 (13:52):
My car my rule.
Speaker 6 (13:53):
It's uncomfortable.
Speaker 10 (13:54):
It was.
Speaker 5 (13:55):
It was beyond cold and my face hurt from the
temperature in that car.
Speaker 1 (13:59):
Well, Zach, miserable thinks that that was an annoying thing
for you to do in his car. So I want
to know what the most annoying thing a person has
done in your car? Six one five seven, three seven nine,
one oh seven.
Speaker 6 (14:11):
And whose side are you on here? I mean, I
was a guest. I'm allowed to be comfortable.
Speaker 3 (14:15):
One seven five ranky Zach and men in the morning
thinks the most annoying thing a person has done in
your car it's one oh seven five the river.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
Zach and Kevin got into a little argument recently in
Zach's car about the temperature, Kevin I car my rules
the temperature. Even though it was Zach's car, it annoyed
the heck out of him. Trinity and Murphy's Borough. What
is the most annoying thing someone's done in your car?
Speaker 9 (14:40):
One of my old friends, anytime he would get in
the car immediately roll down his window and just start basing,
scraming dark one hundred threes outside. He could just roll
it down. He had ever ask, So it was always
really awkward.
Speaker 8 (14:56):
I will say, I feel like that's extremely rude. Yeah, yeah,
that's like, okay, so it's gonna make your car smell
really weird, Like are you okay with your car smelling weird?
Speaker 4 (15:07):
No, that's not appropriate.
Speaker 8 (15:09):
And then also to roll down the window, whether it
be ninety five thousand degrees outside or it's raining, that's rude.
Speaker 1 (15:15):
Yeah, water getting in your car because of somebody else
that would annoy me.
Speaker 11 (15:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (15:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (15:20):
Was this person a good friend or was this person
rude in general?
Speaker 9 (15:23):
No, he was a good friend. You don't talk much anymore,
but he wasn't a rude person ever.
Speaker 8 (15:30):
Trinity, I have a good idea next time you go
on lunch break do not invite anybody in your car,
never volunteer to drive, like, always take their car.
Speaker 2 (15:40):
That's that's your way out of this side. Yeah, just
never ever drive anybody around.
Speaker 4 (15:44):
Take their car.
Speaker 1 (15:45):
Okay, okay, all right, maybe that works, Trinity. Thank you
so much for calling in.
Speaker 6 (15:49):
Thank you so much, Trinity.
Speaker 5 (15:51):
Zach, have you thought about, I mean, if we're gonna
solve our little issue here, have you thought about because
you admittedly keep you are a dead body, You keep
it as cold as it possibly and.
Speaker 6 (16:00):
Yet you need to be refrigerated at.
Speaker 5 (16:03):
All times, have you thought about keeping a blanket like
in the like under the front seater.
Speaker 8 (16:07):
I actually have two blankets in my trunk. I also
have heated seats that you could have turned off. I
could have done anything other than turn it to eighty
five thousand degrees in the car.
Speaker 6 (16:17):
I don't think it goes up to eighty five thousand.
Speaker 2 (16:19):
You did make an eighty degrees though, well.
Speaker 5 (16:22):
Yeah, because it was zero and I needed to warm
up quickly.
Speaker 4 (16:26):
You got out of the car, and Ricky got in
the front seat and.
Speaker 5 (16:28):
Was like, okay, this is it was also, I will
say in your defense, it was like one hundred and
ten degrees outside.
Speaker 12 (16:38):
Indeed, Ricky, Zach and in the morning five the River,
Good morning friends, we are asking the most annoying thing
somebody has done in your Car's conversation is inspired because
when I got in Zach's car, it was zero degrees,
so I turned up the heat just a smidge, and
he's still upset about it.
Speaker 8 (16:55):
Well, I think it's the first time my heat has
ever been turned on in my car.
Speaker 5 (17:00):
Well, like it was brand new, it had never been used.
Robin and Shelbyville, Good morning. Do you have a story
here the most annoying thing somebody's done in your car?
Speaker 13 (17:08):
Yes, back seat drive. I drive a Jeep, so I
sit up higher. And so having someone you know, thinking
that I'm coming too close to somebody or just anything
in general to tell me how to drive while I'm
driving is very annoying.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
Yeah, that makes me nuts too.
Speaker 4 (17:26):
Do you ever just be like, hey, you're on the
back seat, stay there, I.
Speaker 13 (17:30):
Say, I'm staying in my own lane. You nice?
Speaker 2 (17:34):
There we go.
Speaker 1 (17:35):
I normally end up like, you know, hitting them, like
throwing something at Ricky, you know, And I was just
like chat.
Speaker 2 (17:42):
Across the shoulder of like stop it, leave me alone.
Speaker 6 (17:45):
Yeah, we just drive physical violence next time. Thank you
for calling. We appreciate it. Be safe out there.
Speaker 4 (17:53):
We love you, We love you.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
Jackie.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
Tell us the most annoying thing a person has done
in your car.
Speaker 10 (18:00):
My boyfriend will change my radio station every time that
we go somewhere together in my car. And I'm like,
do not change.
Speaker 11 (18:10):
My radio station off of one oh seven And he's like, well,
it's all you ever listened to.
Speaker 10 (18:17):
I said, I know because that's the only radio station
to listen to. Quick changing it my.
Speaker 11 (18:23):
Car, I pay the car note, don't change the radio station.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
We will pay Jackie to say that we did not.
Speaker 7 (18:32):
No, not.
Speaker 11 (18:33):
It should on the one thing all the time. And
if he borrows my car, you know, to go somewhere
that he needs to go, and it's like I get
back in and of course it's changed, and there we
go again. I'm like, got that.
Speaker 8 (18:47):
Break out with Jackie? Break up with him? Yeah, you
have two options here. Option one is to break up.
Option two is to chop his hand off.
Speaker 1 (18:54):
Oh you guys, give it met chop it hands off?
Speaker 6 (19:01):
My god, who do I work with? What is happening? Jackie?
Speaker 5 (19:04):
Thank you for calling, and yes, if you want to
end that relationship.
Speaker 6 (19:07):
That's fine with us.
Speaker 2 (19:09):
You are best ambassador for one of the River. We
appreciate so much.
Speaker 13 (19:13):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (19:14):
Love you, guys, love you.
Speaker 5 (19:17):
Oh she's the best. We have tickets to see the weekend.
We're playing topical trivia. That's the game this week. You
can win those next down.
Speaker 7 (19:23):
The Rivers, Richie, Zach and men in morning.
Speaker 1 (19:27):
In the morning on one oh seven five the River,
We're about to play the game of the day. It's
topical trivia this week. For tickets to see the weekend
at Nissan.
Speaker 5 (19:36):
Stadium, let's say good morning to Stephanie and Murphy's Borough.
Speaker 6 (19:39):
Good morning, Stephanie, good morning. How was your weekend?
Speaker 14 (19:42):
It looked good.
Speaker 9 (19:43):
A lot of rain so I didn't have to work,
so that was good.
Speaker 4 (19:47):
Oh wait, so what do you do on the weekend.
Speaker 13 (19:50):
I work at Lucky Lod Farm.
Speaker 6 (19:52):
Oh, lucky lad.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
It's also great though, that you had some time off,
so that's good. That means that you're well rested and
you're ready to play the game of the day.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
You got a clear mind, You're good to go, I hope.
Speaker 6 (20:03):
So all right, Stephanie.
Speaker 5 (20:04):
The game is topical trivia, so it's some questions based
on things happening in the world at the moment. You
get two out of three of these, right, you're going
to see the Weekend? Are you ready, Stephanie, Your game
starts right now. Eminem Bad Bunny, and Travis Kelce all
appear in what new Netflix movie?
Speaker 6 (20:26):
Oh they're all in it.
Speaker 14 (20:30):
I have no idea.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
Oh no, that's okay.
Speaker 6 (20:35):
Happy Gilmore too. They're all on the sequel to Happy Gilmore.
Speaker 13 (20:39):
Okay, that's okay.
Speaker 2 (20:40):
If you get the next two right, you'll get the tickets.
Speaker 5 (20:42):
Here we go. Olivia Rodrigo and Sabrina Carpenter both played
What Music Festival in Chicago over the weekend. We got
a point, just one question, zact a little aggressive with
that bell.
Speaker 6 (21:00):
Uh, here we go.
Speaker 5 (21:00):
You get this, get this, you win what actress received
backlash on the Internet after her recent ad campaign with
American Eagle.
Speaker 12 (21:12):
Oh Sidney Sey, Yes, congratulations.
Speaker 3 (21:18):
Thank you.
Speaker 9 (21:18):
I live on TikTok and both of those were like
huge on TikTok.
Speaker 4 (21:22):
Yeah that's true.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Then it worked out well for you. You're going to
see the Weekend at He's on Stadium.
Speaker 13 (21:27):
Oh my gosh, thank you so much.
Speaker 2 (21:29):
You're so welcome.
Speaker 6 (21:31):
It's next Tuesday Night. Have the best time.
Speaker 9 (21:33):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
We will hang on the line, okay, love, we gotta
get your info.
Speaker 9 (21:37):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (21:37):
And that's how the game works. Topical trivia. We're playing
again tomorrow. Oh okay, Hey tomorrow, same time, same game.
Speaker 2 (21:46):
Hey tomorrow. Three things.
Speaker 6 (21:50):
Well, here we go, just after eight o'clock on this
Monday morning.
Speaker 5 (21:52):
Hope you had a great weekend. Thank you for starting
your week with us. Ricky's got those three things.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
Comedian Matt Rife is now the legal guardian of the
Annabel doll And ed and Lorraine Warren's entire Haunted Collection.
Matt shares a love of paranormal, and on his social
media post announcing this news, he said that him and
his friend have purchased this together. They do not own
the doll and the entire Haunted collection, but instead they
(22:18):
have the rights as caretakers and legal guardians over seven
hundred and fifty artifacts of the paranormal for at least
the next five years. He's a huge fan of the paranormal,
so it kind of makes sense. It is strange to
think that somebody could buy the rights to something like this,
but the duo have plans to reopen the museum, which
has been close.
Speaker 2 (22:37):
Since twenty nineteen. They want to open it up to.
Speaker 1 (22:40):
Tours and even overnight stays that people can do, which
is actually kind of cool if you ask me. I
love things like this. I love Halloween, I love spooky stuff.
I don't know that I would stay overnight in the
house personally, but I love that other people can.
Speaker 6 (22:56):
I don't even want to be in the presence of
that doll.
Speaker 1 (22:58):
It does have a lot of more round the doll
and the reason why you know it's possessed and stuff
like that.
Speaker 2 (23:03):
So I get that, Kevin, I get that.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
HBO Max is getting rid of more of the Cartoon
Network catalog from their streaming platform, which is a big bummer.
Most recently encouraged The Cowardly Dog, which I used to
love as a kid, and What's New Scooby Doo. We're
both deleted from the platform, which leaves only eleven Cartoon
Network original animated series left. Some other Cartoon Network originals
have found homes on other platforms that you can stream.
Speaker 2 (23:28):
On, but not all.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
The one way that you can watch a lot of
these shows still, though, is DVD, so you don't have
to throw it.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
All the way back to.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
A DVD I don't even know if you even have
a DVD player anymore, but I do Aj has one.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
He will get rid of it.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
So that's the only way that you can really watch
these old shows, which is kind of a bummer, but
I guess it's just the way it goes. And a
pet store Murphy's Borough is making sure that pets don't
go hungry with a pet blessing box. A blessing box
is a box placed outside of businesses or homes. They
get filled up with food and donations for the house
lists that they don't go hungry. Now, Kelton's Hardware and
(24:05):
Pet has made one specific two pets. They made the
box from an old cabinet and standed it down, painted
it made it all nice and now owners are saying
that it's been heavily embraced by the community, which is
really great. So if you need to take from the
box or you would like to give donations to the box,
Kelton's Hardware and Pet is located at twenty eight seventy.
Speaker 2 (24:24):
Old Fort Parkway.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
A really great thing that I think more people should do,
because I think, you know, we should think about our
pets and the pets that need food. It gets expensive
out there. I'mr Ca Sanchez and those are the three
things you need to know.
Speaker 7 (24:37):
One seven the river Reiky and Zach and Meno in
the morning.
Speaker 5 (24:41):
Oh, we're reading some comments from a TikTok video in here,
and it's making me feel better about myselfsy a little bit.
Speaker 6 (24:48):
Because I'm not I'm not alone. I'm not the craziest
one on the one.
Speaker 2 (24:51):
I'm so gla that you feel better.
Speaker 6 (24:53):
A house sat and dog set for us.
Speaker 5 (24:56):
We had prepared a novel of instruction about our not.
Speaker 1 (25:00):
Only a novel, but we had an entire meeting prior
to watching Owen to make sure that we were taking
care of him correctly. But this TikTok is about the
craziest instructions that you've ever given to a dog sitter.
And your instructions were in depth and semi insane. Your
dog would have tea time, Kevin, your dog had tea time.
Speaker 6 (25:23):
This is not She's not wrong to.
Speaker 2 (25:25):
Prepare tea for this dog.
Speaker 6 (25:27):
I fully put this on my wife. That was all Alie,
not me.
Speaker 4 (25:33):
But some of the.
Speaker 2 (25:33):
Comments on this TikTok are hilarious.
Speaker 1 (25:36):
And if you have anything that you've told a dog sitter,
like something strange that your dog does. Please call us
six one, five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
Speaker 2 (25:44):
But some of my favorites.
Speaker 1 (25:47):
This one says, do not turn on Shrek in my
house by any means. My German shepherd is terrified of Donkey.
Speaker 10 (25:53):
Oh.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
Another one says. This one's a cat.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
It says, I used to babysit a cat who was
to be given a single tablespoon of melted Hoggin DAWs
vanilla bean ice cream every night for a cat.
Speaker 6 (26:10):
I like that.
Speaker 4 (26:11):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
This one says, ask her she has to potty if
she sneezes.
Speaker 2 (26:15):
It's a yes.
Speaker 4 (26:16):
That's actually so cute.
Speaker 6 (26:18):
That's a talent.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
Keep a pirate pirates measuring cup water near his bed.
He won't drink out of his water bowl, only the
measuring cup, and it has to be glass.
Speaker 8 (26:30):
Talk about a bougie animal. I read one that I
feel like this animal is me. If she's throwing a tantrum,
turn on Bravo Reunion with Andy Cohen and she will stop.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
And that's me.
Speaker 8 (26:42):
Oh my God, to watch Bravo and I'm in a
much better mood.
Speaker 6 (26:47):
I like this.
Speaker 5 (26:47):
What it says, you have to you have to congratulate
my dog when he poops or he won't do it.
Speaker 2 (26:51):
Yeah, I think there's a lot of dogs.
Speaker 3 (26:54):
Yes, great, Sweetie, Richie, Zach and men in the morning.
Speaker 5 (27:00):
About this time, we play some audio from a video.
It is the Daily Double Tap.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
And it's just a mashup that I think everybody needs
to hear. You know how sometimes people put together two
songs in a way that you're like, how how did
you know they would fit together so well?
Speaker 4 (27:16):
Like when the beats matched, You're like, oh, this is
kind of dope.
Speaker 2 (27:19):
And it's just the way their minds work. It's fascinating.
Speaker 4 (27:23):
I love smart people.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
That's what That's what this is. It's a mashup you
didn't know you needed.
Speaker 6 (27:28):
All Right, here we go Today's Daily Double Tap, Me up.
Speaker 14 (27:34):
Dope shot wishytreet.
Speaker 6 (27:40):
There's a body down sound near fixty.
Speaker 14 (27:43):
Everybody, everybody, everybody, Oh my god, I.
Speaker 6 (27:59):
Want to hear the whole.
Speaker 1 (28:00):
It's Ozzy Osbourne and Shaboozy. Like, who knew that those
two would work that way?
Speaker 4 (28:04):
I'm not gonna lie.
Speaker 8 (28:05):
Like when the twists in the middle, it kind of
sounded like they were playing a bop. It that's what
it sounds like.
Speaker 1 (28:14):
That's what you gathered from this, Zack, I gathered two
songs that I would have never put together that sound
actually really good together.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
Uh it is on TikTok.
Speaker 1 (28:23):
We will post it all one of seven five of
the River our Instagram page. In the stories, they are
talking about making this an actual like song that is.
Speaker 6 (28:31):
Really should somebody should for sure.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
It's gotten huge, huge on TikTok. I think the original
has like three point two million views on it.
Speaker 2 (28:41):
Yeah, so very popular.
Speaker 7 (28:45):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the Morning
