Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three days, Cartid has won her civil trial. A Los
Angeles jury unanimously decided in Cardi B's favor in a
civil trial or a security guard alleged that Carti assaulted
her in twenty eighteen. The security guard was suing Cardi
for twenty four million and claimed.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
That she had hit her, spit on her, cut her face.
Speaker 1 (00:18):
With long fingernails, and hurled racial slurs at her. Outside
the courthouse yesterday, Carti threatened, quote the next person that
tried to do a fripleosus lawsuit against me, I'm going
to counter sew and.
Speaker 2 (00:29):
Make you pay, because this is not okay.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
If you saw any of the clips of her trial,
you would see how kind of a little ridiculous all
of it seemed. It was a lot going on there,
but they did end up going in her favor in
that Darth Vader's Lightsaber is going to auction, So this
is a huge deal for anybody who loves Star Wars.
Darth Vader's Lightsaber from the Empire Strikes Back and Return
(00:54):
of the Jedi is now set for auction with prop Store.
It's a three day auction that runs September fourth through
the It also has other props like Toby McGuire's Spider
Man two costume and Michael Keaton's Batman costume from nineteen
eighty nine.
Speaker 2 (01:07):
It's estimated that the Lightsaber, though, is gonna go for
three million.
Speaker 1 (01:11):
Dollars at auction, which is wild but also makes sense.
Star Wars is huge and the City of Laverne is
hosting a free electronics recycling event. City e Waste is
partnering with the City of Laverne to bring this free
event to the community. The goal is to give Laverne
residents a chance to securely and responsibly recycle their electronics
for free. So residents are encouraged to bring unwanted electronics
(01:34):
with a battery or a cord. Anyone who can drop
any items off like laptops, computers.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
Tablets, game systems, TV.
Speaker 1 (01:41):
Small household appliances, all that stuff that you just don't
know how to get rid of. It's happening this Saturday
from seven am to noon at the City forward Laverne
Senior Center, located at three point thirty seven Stones River Road.
So you go bring all your electronics, recycle them the
proper way, and it's all free. If it's free, it's
for me. That's what I always say. I'm Ricky Sanchez,
and those are the three things you.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Need to know.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
One O seven five The River.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Reicky Zach and Menno in the Morning are doing something
this weekend here in Nashville that I am really excited
to be a part of because I think it's going
to be really great and it's something that you can
get involved into, either by being a part of it
physically with me this weekend or by just you know,
donating to it.
Speaker 3 (02:22):
Yeah, I donated.
Speaker 4 (02:24):
I'll say this, I'm very proud of you what you're doing.
Right after Chapel where Ricky will tell us what she's
doing and how you.
Speaker 2 (02:29):
Can join her.
Speaker 3 (02:31):
Next one oh seven five the River Reicky Zach and Meno.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
Before that song on one oh seven five the River,
Ricky mentioned something she's doing this weekend.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
I I'm Proudy.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
I'm glad you're gonna be out there representing this radio station,
this radio show. Uh and if you'd like to join
her on Saturday, Ricky tell us all about it.
Speaker 3 (02:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
So I'm going to be walking for it's the Out
of the Darkness Walk the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
So I'm going to be doing that this weekend.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
I am very happy and honor to be a part
of it.
Speaker 2 (03:02):
It is going to be obviously like a.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
Heavy day, but a really amazing day to see everybody
kind of come together and raise money for such an
amazing organization. I only like signed on two weeks ago,
so I'm still kind of raising money and I'm still
adding people to my team. So if you want to
be part of my team, all are welcome to be part.
If you can't be there on Saturday and you want
to donate, every single dollar counts.
Speaker 2 (03:28):
I'm going to put a link up.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
On one of seven five of the River's Instagram account
in our stories where you can click on it and
you can either donate or you can add yourself to
the one O seven five the River team, whichever one
you would like to do. And like I said, it's
gonna be this Saturday. I'm very excited to be a
part of this. It's like I said, I'm so connected
to this in so many different ways.
Speaker 2 (03:49):
I've struggled a lot mentally.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
I've struggled with, you know, thoughts of harming myself at
different moments of my life, and I've gone through some.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
Really dark phases of my life.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
And I just think that knowing so many people want
to come together to help people who are struggling mentally
means a lot to me. So I'm really honored to
be a part of this. So if you know somebody
who has struggled, or if you're somebody who struggles, and
even if you can't be there on Saturday, you just
kind of want to give some money. Like I said,
I'm going to put the link up a out one
(04:22):
on seven five the River's Instagram account. I would love
for everybody to come out though, who wants to. I
think this is a great way to, you know, talk
to other people who have also struggled as well. You know,
whether it's somebody is huge, right, whether it's the person
themselves who have struggled, or if it's a kid who
struggled or a friend or a parent, everyone's going to
(04:42):
be there together.
Speaker 5 (04:43):
That amazing. Yeah, it's an amazing cause, Like whether you
know someone or you have been there, you can walk
if you want to, you could run if you want to,
you can do whatever you want.
Speaker 2 (04:55):
I will be walking.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
I will be walking because I definitely will not be running.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
You will fall, I will fall.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
My face if I if I run, so I will
be walking, probably very slowly, but it will be nice
to kind of have everybody together and I, like Kevin said,
the community and for a great cause, like Zach said, so.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
Uh yeah, I'm really honored to be a part of it.
This weekend, I.
Speaker 4 (05:17):
Again will reiterate all the information is going up in
the Instagram stories at one of seven five the river
on Instagram. Make sure you're following us.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
You can see it all right there.
Speaker 4 (05:25):
And then if you do want to walk, all of
that information will be there as well. But Ricky, can
you tell us, like, do you know roughly what time
you're getting out there, just in case.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
People are Yeah, so eleven am is registration time, so
like that's when you have to go and register, and
then the walk starts at one pm I believe.
Speaker 2 (05:38):
Yeah, so it's kind of an all day event.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
So I understand if you don't have the time, especially
because this is so late in the game that I'm
kind of, you know, throwing this out there. But if
you can come, awesome, And even if you want to
come and just like support and you don't want to
walk or anything like that, say you want to just
come and you want.
Speaker 5 (05:53):
Tone, well, I was gonna say, if you want to
come and just kind of like hug everybody, you know
what I mean, and just say thank you like that's
also so welcome.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
I will never say no to champagnees.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
Also three things you need to know, all.
Speaker 4 (06:10):
Right, Yes, just after seven o'clock on this Wednesday morning,
we do have brand new music from Lady Gaga minutes away,
but first Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 1 (06:18):
Sidney Sweeney and Scooter bron are reportedly dating. They apparently
met at Jeff Bezos's wedding and hit it off. Sidney
recently ended her engagement and Scooter's been divorced since twenty
twenty two, so they're both single. I will also say, though,
that she was linked to Tom Brady and Orlando Bloom
recently because they were seen out and about before and
after the bezos wedding as well.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
So this could just be rumors and really not be anything.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
Neither Scooter or Sydney's reps have commented when they were
approached for comment by TMZ, So we're just gonna have
to wait and see if this is actually a thing
or not.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
Because obviously Sidney Sweeney huge.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
Right, now there's a lot going on around her, so
she's every single move that she makes is being watched.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
So who knows, maybe they're just friends. Tiger Bar.
Speaker 1 (07:01):
I'm so excited about this, guys, because I am in
spooky season right now. It's September. I know that there
are so many of you that want to hold onto summer.
I totally get it, but I am in.
Speaker 2 (07:09):
Full blown spooky season mode.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
So Tiger Bar is doing their House of Voodoo pop
up again starting October first, So October one through November two.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
They're gonna do an All Saints Day party at the.
Speaker 1 (07:21):
End to finish up, but their social media is said
to expect guest performers, tarot readings, costume contests, New Orleans
food focused menu items, and of course great drinks. So
all of that is happening in October. A lot of
bars are starting to announce their pop ups, so as
they do, I will let you know, but this is
one you definitely have to add to your list if
it's something that you're into because Tiger Bar is such
(07:43):
a cool spot. And Chipotle is bringing back its most
searched menu item, cardaday Esada. It's back on the menu
for a limited time starting this Thursday, September fourth, so tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
It was first introduced in twenty nineteen and.
Speaker 1 (07:58):
Everybody loved it so much, but they still got rid
of it, so this is now the fourth time that
it's making a comeback. At this point, I'm like Chipotle
put it on the menu like full time. It doesn't
make any sense, but they're offering free delivery on anybody
who orders it through the app and the website from
September eighth through the thirtieth in order to celebrate its comeback.
Amri Sanchez and those are the three things you.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Need to know.
Speaker 1 (08:18):
One Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning time for
zachs Fax on one of seven five of the river.
Speaker 5 (08:25):
Okay, this one is going to be super weird, but like,
go ahead and feel your ears.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
Okay, well, well we have headphones off, like.
Speaker 5 (08:32):
Your ear lob, go ahead. Apparently there is no biological
purpose for your ear lobe.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
Really that makes sense, so.
Speaker 5 (08:41):
They are like very rich in nerve endings. It's good
for social bonding, but it's not good like there's no
biological purpose.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Good for social bonding.
Speaker 5 (08:50):
That's what it says, according to science. Good for social bonding.
Speaker 2 (08:53):
Because we all have ear lobs and we could socially bond.
Speaker 5 (08:56):
Oh my god, look at your ears.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
Maybe that's how my wife and I connected.
Speaker 2 (09:01):
Lobes.
Speaker 5 (09:02):
No, but there's no biological need for your ear lobes.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Okay, and that's your fact.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
Of today exactly.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
Ricky is Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Is your least favorite TV character? It's one oh seven
five of the River. I bring this up because I
found a list of the most hated TV characters, but
the one that I hate the most was not on
the list.
Speaker 4 (09:28):
Because this is something that is currently unfolding in real time.
Speaker 1 (09:31):
This summer, I turn pretty. If there are anybody out
there that watches the summer I Turn pretty, I'm sure
you're gonna think, oh, you hate Jeremiah, because everybody hates Jeremiah.
Everybody should be team Connor, not team Jeremiah. But that's
actually not who I hate. I hate Belly right now.
And Belly is the main character. Yes, that's her nickname.
(09:52):
Her name is Isabella. Why do they not call her Izzy?
Speaker 2 (09:54):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
She's called Belly and she's been driving me nuts this season.
Speaker 2 (09:59):
So that's I'm most my least favorite character. It really
is I'm obsessed.
Speaker 4 (10:05):
Part of your life right now? Is there a TV
character that you just cannot stand? That's what we want
to hear six one five seven three seven. And if
it's Belly and you want to just you know, commiserate
with Ricky.
Speaker 3 (10:15):
Clean, Rickey, Zach and men in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
Who is your least favorite TV character?
Speaker 1 (10:23):
It's one oh seven five the River, Ricky, Zach and
Mano in the Morning. There is this list of like
the just known most hated TV characters in history, right,
but my most hated TV character was not on it,
So I figured there's gotta be more.
Speaker 3 (10:37):
Right.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
My most hated TV character is Belly from the Summer
I Turned Pretty. Oh that's gonna take up way too
much time. We cannot get into it right now, but
that is my most hated character. She is driving me
nuts this season for.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
The Summer I Turn Pretty. I cannot stand her.
Speaker 4 (10:54):
I will say, I'll throw mine in there. He's not
on this list. I'm looking at the list to Ricky
the list, Okay, I want you to run this list
down seconds. I don't even necessarily agree with it mine
for me, I don't know if anybody's gonna agree with
this either. But Steve Rkle from Family Matters always drove
me crazy.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
I get that. I think he's supposed to. He wouldn't
say no for no.
Speaker 4 (11:16):
I mean he was pestering poor Laura Winslow every single day,
like bro back off. I don't know. He was just
over the top annoying and people. I'm sorry I was
not one of those people.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
I think his character was supposed to be annoying, you know,
and I supposed to bother everybody uncomfortable, which I will
say some of these people also same idea.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
So on this list.
Speaker 1 (11:39):
Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory, I think that
his character was supposed to irk some people, though, like
on Purpose Ross from Friends, Ross was supposed to irk
you a little bit.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
Ross drove me nuts at points. I mean, just the we.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Were on a break thing alone would make you nuts.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
They were to break with the Okay, you know we're
not having this conversation, okay.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Grace Adler from Will and Grace, she could be annoying
at times.
Speaker 2 (12:12):
This one might really upset Kevin.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
Specifically Skyler White on Breaking Bad because I know you
love Breaking Bad.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
I have heard that before.
Speaker 4 (12:20):
People don't like Skyler if you know the show, her
husband was a drug like he was, he was the
awful one.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
She was just trying to keep the family. It's crazy
to man, he's worked up.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
Yeah, that people would come after her.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
But okay, all right.
Speaker 4 (12:34):
See was not on the list, which is shocking to me,
is King Jeoffrey from Game of Thrones.
Speaker 1 (12:38):
Oh that's yes, a very hated character. Yeah, and also
well deserved for the hatred that he gets.
Speaker 3 (12:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
Uh six one five, seven, three seven, nine one seven.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
If you have a most hated character, and it's just
not on this list, because there seems to be more
and more as we talk about it.
Speaker 4 (12:54):
We want to hear. Plus, don't forget Miles Smith, Thickets
on the way with the Game of the mat on the.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
River, Rancky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
Talking about your least favorite TV characters, TV and movies.
We found a list we didn't necessarily agree with, the
whole things that we wanted to hear. Who you would
put on it? Finley and Franklin, Good morning, Welcome to
the river.
Speaker 6 (13:14):
Who is it for you, doctor Strange?
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Really? What did you not like about?
Speaker 3 (13:21):
Oh? Too much move?
Speaker 2 (13:23):
Okay, too much moving? Which is the funniest.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
I think reason to dislike a TV character, but I
love it.
Speaker 4 (13:30):
His face, his face, that's Bennedet Cumberbat you're talking about, right, Okay,
let's hope he's not in Nashville listening this morning.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
I love how honest you are.
Speaker 3 (13:39):
Finley.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
We appreciate you.
Speaker 4 (13:41):
Have a good day, you too, Johnna and Bowling Green,
Welcome to the River.
Speaker 2 (13:45):
Who was that for you? A TV character?
Speaker 7 (13:48):
My husband loves that show.
Speaker 6 (13:49):
I do not like it.
Speaker 7 (13:51):
But the girl Ruth, the one was like the blonde
Ruth Langmark.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
She has a very strong personality.
Speaker 7 (14:01):
Her language is filthy, and just the sound of her
voice and then like it's her whole character for me.
Speaker 4 (14:08):
Can I ask you a question?
Speaker 3 (14:09):
Though?
Speaker 4 (14:10):
That's Julia Garner's the actress and she is in everything
right now. Do you have a problem with the actress
because of that show or just that role?
Speaker 7 (14:17):
No, no, no, it's just her character in Ozark. And
I guess she's made to be just kind of like
a really rough around the edge, like just kind of,
you know, don't give a crap kind of girl. But like,
I think she's a great actress. It's just her character
in Ozark.
Speaker 2 (14:32):
I just I think again.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
She's supposed to be that character that everybody kind of
hates a little bit because she is just really over
the topic.
Speaker 2 (14:40):
Points and you're like, yeah, take a breather.
Speaker 7 (14:43):
But if I'm walking like through the living room and
he's watching that show and it never fails, I'll always
walk through when she's on the screen and.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
I'm like, oh my god, the universe knows that you
don't like her.
Speaker 7 (14:55):
I don't at all. I can't walk show just because
of that character.
Speaker 4 (14:59):
Well, thank you for oh, we appreciate your weighing in here.
Speaker 3 (15:01):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (15:02):
Have a great day.
Speaker 3 (15:03):
Love.
Speaker 4 (15:03):
We've got Miles Smith tickets with the Game of the Day.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
You can win those in minutes.
Speaker 3 (15:07):

morning on the.

are super pumped for the show because it's going to
be a really phenomenal live show.
Speaker 2 (15:29):

Speaker 1 (15:30):

Speaker 7 (15:33):

Speaker 2 (15:34):

Speaker 7 (15:46):

Speaker 4 (15:47):
All right, you get two out of three of these questions?
Speaker 2 (15:49):
Right, The tickets are.
Speaker 7 (15:50):
Yours, Dana.
Speaker 4 (15:51):
Your game starts right now. What food product do vampires
traditionally avoid garlic?
Speaker 2 (16:03):
That would be so sad being a vampire of mechano?
Speaker 7 (16:06):
I know?
Speaker 2 (16:07):
All right, you get this.
Speaker 3 (16:08):
You win?
Speaker 4 (16:09):

Speaker 4 (16:26):
And before you even got that, l and your congratulations,
you win. You're going to see Miles Smith.
Speaker 7 (16:32):

Speaker 2 (16:34):
You are so welcome.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
Congrats. I think you sound a little surprised that you
just won.
Speaker 7 (16:40):
I'm very glad it wasn't scary movie question, because I
can't handle scary movies.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
But I got see these are good.
Speaker 3 (16:48):
Well.
Speaker 4 (16:49):
Speaking of by the way, just a side question, is
that is that Pennywise in the back seat behind you?
Speaker 2 (16:53):
Oh my god. Kevin sister would say, you got two
kids in the back.
Speaker 7 (17:01):
Yes, Amory and Asa.
Speaker 2 (17:03):
Hi guys, tickets.
Speaker 4 (17:08):
You can have a babysitter on the sixteen.
Speaker 7 (17:11):
I'll make her to have one.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
All right, Love, hang on the line so we can
get your info.
Speaker 6 (17:15):
Okay, thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (17:17):
Three things you need to know?
Speaker 4 (17:19):
All right, thank you so much for starting your Wednesday
morning with us over here at the river. We appreciate that.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
Ricky's got three things you need to know.
Speaker 1 (17:25):
Alex Warren's song Ordinary has been crowned the Song of
the Summer by Billboard. Ordinary top the charts for fourteen
weeks during summer. Right behind him on the Songs of
the Summer chart was Morgan Wallen taking second, third, and
fourth place, and then Kendrick Lamarin says as Luther round
out the top five. We've been discussing what is the
(17:45):
song of the Summer all summer long, because it really
didn't feel like there was anything that just instantly took
us by storm.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
But Ordinary was huge. It just doesn't have that vibe
of summer. So I feel like, yeah, so I feel like.
Speaker 1 (17:58):
We kind of you know counted it out in that sense,
but it was huge. It still is huge. It has
been crowned the song of the Summer. Zara Larsen has
announced a headlining tour and she's coming back to Nashville
for it. So she's opening for Tate next week at
Bridgetone Arena on the eleventh, but she's also going to
be back next year headlining her own tour.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
The Midnight Sun Tour is going.
Speaker 1 (18:19):
To make a stop in Nashville on April fourth at
Marathon Music Works.
Speaker 2 (18:24):
Ameilia Moore will open for her, and tickets go on
sale this Friday.
Speaker 1 (18:28):
And also, I keep saying this, I'm already in spooky
season mode right now. I know that, like you know,
there's still a little bit of summer left, but I
am ready for Halloween and Fall Free Forms. Thirty one
Nights of Halloween's schedule is up for this year. Their
programming starts October first, so we still have some time
before it actually starts. They're going to kick it off
with a classic and one of my favorites, Edward Scissorhands
(18:50):
nice I know, and then the whole month has lineupsle
The lineup includes things like Beetlejuice, Hocus Pocus, Nightmare Before Christmas,
Halloween Town, and so many more. The full schedule is
up on free forms website for you to check out.
It's a fun little thing, you know, to get the
family together if you see the schedule of what time
these movies happen and have a little movie night. I
(19:11):
like to do it myself. Obviously, I'm not a child,
so I have my wine while I watch these child movies,
children movies like Halloween Town. I will watch Halloween Town
every single year. That was like such a huge movie
growing up for me.
Speaker 4 (19:25):
So when we're on the star of that movie is
a friend of mine, we should call it.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
Let's get her up.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
I would love nothing more, Kevin, don't mess with me
like that. Halloween Town was such a big part of
my growing up. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the
three things you need to know.
Speaker 4 (19:37):
I think she's in aliant It's probably a little early there,
but let's line something up.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
Let's I promise, let's talk to Kim here literally throw up.
Speaker 4 (19:44):
Okay, we're gonna make Ricky throw up soon.
Speaker 3 (19:46):
Here on the Ricky Zach and Menno in the Morning
on one seven five the River.
Speaker 4 (19:51):
I should call us and tell us if you have
any irrational fears. You're grown up, you're older. You know
it's crazy, it's not rational. But is there still something
that you're just a you're.
Speaker 1 (20:00):
A little petrified, Okay, something from childhood that still bothers
you as an adult that you're afraid of.
Speaker 2 (20:04):
You do you have one?
Speaker 4 (20:06):
I feel like I've got a lot. I was seeing
this last night when I was laying in bed. I
kind of woke up in the middle of the night
and my foot was hanging over the edge of the
bed and the monsters, the monster under the bed.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
You know, reaching out to the blanket saves you from
the monster, exactly.
Speaker 4 (20:19):
You gotta put that foot on the bed under the blanket.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
There else seven seven nine one o seven.
Speaker 2 (20:24):
Join our group chat fears you still have as an adult, Ricky.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
Zach and Menno in the morning.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
In White House, Welcome to one oh seven five the River.
Do you have a fear that you had as a
child that still sticks with you as an adult.
Speaker 7 (20:39):
I will not put my hand in the garbage, so
I don't care if it's I will not do it.
Speaker 2 (20:48):
That's smart, though you're being very cautious. I kind of feel.
Speaker 4 (20:52):
That if I ever have to do it, if I
have to reach down there, I do it as quickly
as possible, get my hand out of there before anything
can happen.
Speaker 6 (21:00):
Like someone else do it, I will never do it, Brittany.
Speaker 1 (21:02):
If it makes you feel any better, Zack's entire body
just coiled up into like a ball because he also.
Speaker 2 (21:09):
Just got scared thinking about it.
Speaker 5 (21:10):
I just like immediately thought about like the blades chopping.
Speaker 3 (21:15):
Again.
Speaker 4 (21:16):
We don't get too graphic here, Zach, but we're Britney.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
You're scared of it.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
But why, like, what what brought this the thing you
just said?
Speaker 6 (21:25):
I know I've seen it. I think in like natural
or something. But it's just irrational. Like even before that,
I was like, no.
Speaker 5 (21:31):
That is not irrational.
Speaker 1 (21:36):
It seems like both Zach and Kevin agree with you, Brittany.
I'm gonna go ahead and say it's a little irrational.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
That is.
Speaker 2 (21:42):
Nothing bad is going to happen, but at least like
you have people that understand.
Speaker 6 (21:47):
My boyfriend will be like it's fine. I'm like, no,
it's not.
Speaker 1 (21:50):
Sometimes, Brittany, thank you for calling in and being so
vulnerable with us.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
We appreciate you by love hate.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
Joshua, do you have a fear from when you were
a child that you still have as an adult.
Speaker 7 (22:06):
Well, I hate to admit it, but being thirty eight
year old, man, I'm still afraid of the door.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
Oh do you have like a light that you keep on?
Speaker 2 (22:15):
A night light?
Speaker 6 (22:17):
Well, he's a little astronautic, you know, he's touch censored.
But typically I just closed my eyes and go to sleep.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
So you're a little bit afraid of the dark.
Speaker 1 (22:26):
But it's still not something that takes over your life,
which is good.
Speaker 6 (22:29):
Oh, yes, ma'am.
Speaker 2 (22:30):
You know I don't have the problem going out at night.
Speaker 6 (22:32):
I mean, that's not the issue.
Speaker 1 (22:34):
That's We're happy to know that going out at night
is not an issue because you still need to have
some fun.
Speaker 4 (22:39):
Joshua, Yes, ma'am.
Speaker 6 (22:40):
Yes man, we all did.
Speaker 2 (22:42):
Yes, Well, thank you for calling in. We hope you
have a great day.
Speaker 1 (22:45):
Yeah, I did the thing.
Speaker 3 (22:47):
I do.
Speaker 4 (22:48):
I wouldn't say I'm scared of the dark, but sometimes,
you know, after the kids are asleep, if I'm doing
something downstairs and shut off all the lights, I will
run up the stairs as fast as I can.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
So scared of guitar okay, so here's the list for
Kevin so far as the dark and also the monsters
under the bed.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
Do you have anything else that you're still afraid of?
Speaker 4 (23:07):
Sometimes I think about a snake coming out of the
toilet if I'm going to.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
The bathroom position okay, all right?
Speaker 1 (23:15):
Uh, Zach, do you have anything for when you're a
child that you.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
Are still afraid of?
Speaker 5 (23:18):
As an always heard, like if you sleep with your
mouth open, then then you eat spiders. Every single time
I go to bed, I make sure that my mouth
is closed. I literally use mouthhape for that reason to
make sure that I don't eat spiders.
Speaker 2 (23:32):
Okay, is that I knew you did mouthsape?
Speaker 4 (23:35):
I didn't know that was why.
Speaker 5 (23:37):
Because I don't want to eat spiders while I'm sleeping.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
But you wouldn't even know if you eat them or not.
Speaker 5 (23:41):
Yeah, you would.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
You can feel it seen the way you sleep, You're
not gonna feel it.
Speaker 4 (23:46):
If you have what an irrational fear? We want to
hear six one five, seven, three, seven nine.
Speaker 3 (23:51):
Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning on the River here.
Speaker 1 (23:55):
And Bowling Green, Welcome to one oh seven five the river.
Do you have a fear that started as a child
that you carry into adulthood carry.
Speaker 6 (24:02):
Yeah, it's beetles I have, like literally is like a
paralyzing can't move, like I cannot function. So I have
like long hair, and one as a kid got stuck
in like my hair, and I was like four or
five years old, and it just freaked me out because
you know, you're four or five and everything's irrational then,
and it's just carried on for my entire life. My
(24:24):
husband torments me with them because we live on a farm,
so we have plenty of beetles around. Anything that even
resembles a beatle, like anything with the hard skin that
can just like get stuck in your hair, I can't.
I can't do it. I will say, I don't know
what it is, but.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
I will say that, like, if it's a beetle that
can fly, the flapping of those wings is very loud,
that that could be very startling.
Speaker 4 (24:46):
They're very unpredictable too.
Speaker 6 (24:49):
And they will run into the roofs and stuff. I
don't know the fact that.
Speaker 5 (24:53):
Your husband divorce.
Speaker 2 (24:56):
That's also just how some people show divorce. Divorce.
Speaker 6 (25:00):
You think it's hilarious, he thinks it's hilarious.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
You think it's SOS.
Speaker 6 (25:06):
Has adopted it. No, I don't like them either.
Speaker 2 (25:12):
Thank you for calling in.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
We are very sorry that your family tortures you over
your fear of.
Speaker 2 (25:16):
Beetles and divorced ready to go into.
Speaker 5 (25:24):
Them out?
Speaker 2 (25:25):
Oh my god. Yeah, thank you, both of them. Have
a great day. We appreciate you.
Speaker 7 (25:33):
Thank you all.
Speaker 4 (25:35):
Can't be your answer for everything. Whenever anybody calls what divorce?
Speaker 6 (25:39):
Wake up?
Speaker 5 (25:40):
Divorce, don't do it to me alone?
Speaker 1 (25:43):
Is the one that I actually relate to the most
because I was afraid of bats for years because my
uncle told me that bats like the little girls with
big curly hair like mine, because that's where they nest.
Speaker 2 (25:54):
So I was afraid of that.
Speaker 5 (25:55):
Uncle was tormenting you.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
That's what we call trauma in my family. That's what
we call love.
Speaker 5 (26:00):
No, that's trauma.
Speaker 3 (26:04):
Ricky zach And in the morning.
Speaker 4 (26:06):
If you've ever felt a little anti social, not necessarily
wanting to go out and do anything, you can probably
relate to today's daily double tap on one O seven
five the River.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
It's a fun little song for everybody who likes to
stay inside their homes.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
And by song, I'm using that term very loosely.
Speaker 1 (26:22):
It's a jingle okay, okay in between its song and
a jingle.
Speaker 4 (26:27):
Yeah, here we go Today's daily double tap.
Speaker 3 (26:29):
I am forcing myself out of a house this house, Yes,
my house.
Speaker 2 (26:34):
Do want to leave my house?
Speaker 3 (26:37):
No? I don't.
Speaker 7 (26:38):
I really don't.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
And I canna be disappointment where I.
Speaker 3 (26:43):
And go in.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
Yes, because I don't even know what to do because
I have decision for paralysis.
Speaker 1 (26:49):
And everything in LA costs five hundred dollars if you
want to have fun, and I don't like the beach
because I'd burn.
Speaker 4 (26:57):
Oh man, I love her.
Speaker 2 (26:58):
I mean that's all she dances. So the entire song
Slash Diddy Slash jingle.
Speaker 5 (27:04):
That she said if she lives in LA, and she's like, oh,
five hundred bucks, I'm like, that's literally every single time you.
Speaker 2 (27:13):
Breathe outside, it's two hundred dollars.
Speaker 4 (27:15):
Yeah. I don't know that I've ever heard the term
decision paralysis that I like that term. I can relate
to that.
Speaker 1 (27:20):
Oh yeah, aj suffers from decision paralysis.
Speaker 2 (27:24):
So really that is a known term in our household.
Speaker 3 (27:27):
One Ricky Zach and Manno in the morning,
