Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things you need to.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
Know Happy Thursday. Were a few minutes behind due to
technical issues, but I think we're up and run in here.
Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 3 (00:09):
Sophie Turner has been confirmed as a lead for Amazon
Primes the Lara Croft series. This is an adaptation of
the very popular video game, which has been done before,
because there is the Lower Croft Tunbraader movies, the first
ones that started Angelina and joe Lee back in two
thousand and one, and then the one that they remade
in twenty eighteen with Alicia the Candor. So this is
(00:29):
something that's like new but not really new. It's gonna
have its own spin on it. Phoebe waller Bridge is
being billed as the series director, writer, and executive producer.
Speaker 4 (00:40):
You probably know her from Fleabag.
Speaker 3 (00:42):
Variety has reported that production is going to start January
twenty twenty six for this. If you thought summer was hot,
you were right, because Nashville just experienced the seventh hottest
summer on record. The meteorological Wow, that was hard. I
don't even say that correctly. But the summer ended on
August thirty first, so all the data is up until
(01:02):
that point, and the average temperature finished more than two
degrees warmer than normal. We only broke triple digits once technically,
and we didn't have any heat records, but it was
very humid, which made it feel like it was over
one hundred every single day, which also caused our nighttime
lows to be above average for the majority of the summer.
So if you felt it, you're not crazy. It's a
(01:24):
real thing. And foldable phones are in again. According to
a new survey, around thirty percent of iPhone users are
actually thinking about getting an Android this year just because
they want a foldable phone. And you may think thirty
percent isn't that large, but thirty percent of all iPhones, Like,
that's a lot of all of these iPhone users. The
survey was of two thousand people, so that's a lot
(01:46):
of people that want to switch. Samsung and Google already
have foldable phones, and it seems like iPhone fold is
supposed to come out twenty twenty six. They better hurry
up because they may lose some customers. I personally think
it's hilarious that everybody wants splip phones again. Everything comes back.
I'm Sanchez, and those are the three things you need.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
To know thank you, Ricky. I mean, I guess you
can fold any phone if you try hard enough.
Speaker 4 (02:07):
That's a bad idea.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
We have more Taate McCrae tickets and bad moll week
for the first caller. You can win them in less
than ten minutes.
Speaker 5 (02:13):
Right here on the river, Ricky, Zach and Meno in
the morning.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
Everybody, are we ready for our unison?
Speaker 6 (02:21):
Hello?
Speaker 4 (02:22):
Yeah, okay, I'm gonna countdown. When I count down, you
guys have to say.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
Good morning to Tiffany and Lebanon three two one.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Good morning to Tiffany.
Speaker 4 (02:32):
Okay, that wasn't bad.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
It was really good the river.
Speaker 7 (02:36):
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (02:37):
How you doing this morning? You sound like really hyped
up and ready to go?
Speaker 6 (02:42):
Oh your dogs?
Speaker 2 (02:47):
Bro hold on, what's let's rewind. We have not yet
told you that you want a single thing, So pump
the brakes on that. Hey now, hey, we'll get there.
We'll get there. But let's talk about this dog. Here's
what's your dog's name? And how old is he or she?
Speaker 7 (03:00):
River?
Speaker 8 (03:00):
And today?
Speaker 9 (03:02):
Of course her name is River one on seventy five river.
Speaker 2 (03:05):
That's perfect.
Speaker 9 (03:06):
And what kind of dog is she? She's a mixed
I bet she is wild.
Speaker 4 (03:14):
I had a big goal and they're a little they're
a little.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
Sheet confused.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
Oh interesting, Okay, well, happy birthday to River.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
Thank you, thank yell.
Speaker 10 (03:27):
Let her know what do you what are you doing
to celebrate her birthday?
Speaker 7 (03:31):
So I made her a cake and then I was like,
I'm gonna take her to the urban bar.
Speaker 11 (03:36):
Yeah yeah, I like singles like.
Speaker 7 (03:40):
Too, so.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
Mingle honey, Tiffany, I think the best way to find
somebody when you're single is at a dog event, because
then you guys know that you already have one thing
in common that you love dogs.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
Right yeah, and it's socially acceptable to sniff butts at
those events. That's how people, how people meet each other.
Speaker 9 (03:59):
Why do we talk?
Speaker 4 (04:00):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (04:01):
Sometimes, Tiffany, I'm gonna save Kevin from himself and also
you from whatever he's gonna say next by telling you
that you are the first color of the.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
Day on one O seven five the River. You're getting
these tickets to Tate McCrae I bridged Down Arena on
September eleventh.
Speaker 7 (04:15):
Awesome, thank you very much.
Speaker 10 (04:16):
Well, Tiffany, I hate to tell you that you cannot
bring your dog with you, so hopefully you find a
date tonight in a the Urban dog bar.
Speaker 7 (04:24):
Yeah yeah, thank you.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
Well, thanks for calling, Tiffany, thank you for starting your
day with us. Good luck tonight, and again, happy birthday
to River. Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 4 (04:34):
All right, hang on the line, love.
Speaker 2 (04:35):
I wonder if the dog like when we're if she's
listening to us and we're constantly saying the river, I
wonder if the dog reacts at all?
Speaker 4 (04:41):
Probably yeah, okay, Oh, we should start saying it in
very different inflections, like one of the river. You know,
dogs do like their little head tilts.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
Uh whenever they hear do it one more time, Ricky, Nope,
because you're looking at me like you're gonna make fun
of me, So I'm not gonna do it again the.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
Same time tomorrow. Last chance of the week to get
these for the first column one O seven five.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
The River, Reicky, Zach and Menno in the morning.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
You got breaking news this morning. It's one oh seven
five the River. There has been an update to the
English language that everybody needs to hear of breaking news.
Speaker 4 (05:13):
We're gonna use breaking news that whole phrase very lightly here.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
No, and this is something everybody needs to be aware of.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
Everyone does need to be aware of it, but it's
not it's not as serious as you think.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
And don't worry. We'll explain.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
Make sure you're here in three minutes, we'll tell you
what's going on. It's a big deal.
Speaker 5 (05:29):
Next on the river one o seven five, Reicky Zach
and Meno them we're.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
Just real dramatic.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
About three minutes ago on one oh seven five the River,
he said that there is breaking news.
Speaker 4 (05:40):
But you know, now that I know a.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
Little bit more about this, it's a big deal and
everyone needs to pay attention.
Speaker 2 (05:46):
Okay, we're making a big change, just as a as
a people, just everybody. This is a major update to
the English America. And when I say this is a like,
it's super important. It's super important in my household. Let
me just let me start there.
Speaker 9 (05:58):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
Apparently is a book called friendle that my daughter, she's
my daughter's nine years old. They're reading this at school
and somebody in the book like changes a word to
frindle and it catches on everybody in the world.
Speaker 4 (06:09):
Isn't it friend or pen pen exactly?
Speaker 2 (06:12):
Yeah, they didn't change the name from pen to frindle,
they changed the word. So I will let Molly, I've
got a little voice note from her. Here here, here's
the update on what other word we are changing the
English language. Are you ready already? So here we go.
Speaker 12 (06:26):
So the word we are changing is book. We're changing
it to kamar. Any of you can remember kamar, I
would appreciate it. Tell every single person you know, every person,
but most people.
Speaker 4 (06:47):
Not everyone, Okay, calm down there, just most people.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
So we are no longer calling books books. A book
is now a kamar.
Speaker 9 (06:53):
Are you actually doing that in your house of like
we have?
Speaker 2 (06:56):
Hey, get you. It's easier to do it because we
just get corrected.
Speaker 4 (07:00):
She is part of like a project right for school
or something like that, or is it something that I
don't even think it? Oh, her and her friends just
want to do this.
Speaker 2 (07:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (07:08):
Oh that's even cuter though.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
And so she's she begged me to talk about it
on the radio. She begged my wife to put it
on social media because she's got a following. So she's
really she's covering all of her bases and trying to
get this out there. Book is no longer book. It's
now come.
Speaker 10 (07:22):
I will say, thank goodness, this is the only thing
that does not like pertain to me because I don't
read Kammars.
Speaker 9 (07:29):
So I will never say the word.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
Thank you for using it there, though you did the
right thing, pass it on, spread the word molly Man. No,
thanks you very much. Ricky's got three things you need
to know coming up.
Speaker 3 (07:40):
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has talked about Super Bowl halftime
performers and.
Speaker 4 (07:46):
There's one that he said could be a maybe.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
Oh is he trying to commar somebody for it?
Speaker 4 (07:51):
What?
Speaker 6 (07:51):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (07:52):
Ohn? Three things?
Speaker 2 (07:56):
Good morning friends, just past seven o'clock on this Thursday.
Thank you for starting it with us. Ricky's got those
three things.
Speaker 3 (08:02):
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell says that there's a possibility of
Taylor Swift performing at the super Bowl. He was on
the Today Show yesterday where he was asked about Taylor
Swift playing the halftime show at the Super Bowl.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
All the hosts could get out of.
Speaker 3 (08:15):
Him was a quote maybe. He did also say that
obviously she's welcome. He would be insane if he didn't
welcome her. They should be announcing somewhat soon who the
performer will be. And it feels like every year that
Taylor has new music coming out that all the fans,
you know, she becomes a fan favorite very quickly, and
she has a Life of a show Girl coming out
October third. Also her new engagement to NFL player Travis Kelce.
(08:40):
Everybody wants to just see her on that stage. I
will say, out of all the people that everybody wants,
Taylor makes sense for what everybody wants, like people who
you know are now new fans of football.
Speaker 4 (08:53):
But also, you have to.
Speaker 3 (08:55):
Pay to be part of the Super Bowl halftime show,
and Taylor Swift does not need to do That's so
I don't really know that that's actually gonna happen, but
once they do announce who it is, I will let
you know. The Nashville Zoo has welcomed new babies. They
now have two ardwolf pups, a brother and a sister.
Speaker 4 (09:14):
They're members of the Hyena family. They're going to make
their debut in the.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
Zoo's HCA Healthcare Veterinary Center this month.
Speaker 4 (09:21):
They also welcomed a spotted Funaloka pup. The female pup
is the.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
Fourth to be born at Nashville Zoo, which is the
only facility in the United States and only one of
four in the world.
Speaker 4 (09:32):
To house these specific species.
Speaker 3 (09:35):
Fana locas are small, nocturnal species that are native to
the lowland and rainforest areas of Madagascar.
Speaker 4 (09:42):
All of these little guys are so cute.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
I will post pictures of them up on one oh
seven five the River's Instagram page in the stories. They
are absolutely adorable. You need to go see them in person.
And the Powerball jackpot is now one point seven billion dollars.
There was no winter last night for the one point
four billion dollar jackpot, which was the fourth largest.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
In game history.
Speaker 3 (10:05):
Now the next drawing is happening on Saturday for one
point seven billion. And while I think that you should
all definitely buy a ticket, and I would one hundred
percent believe in being delusional and thinking that you will win,
because sometimes being delulu is the only way of getting
through the day. I do have to say that the
odds of winning the top prize are one.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
In two hundred and ninety two point two million, So I.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
Would have thought that'd be worse. I'm in worse. I
thought it'd be like one in a billion or something.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
Okay, do you understand how much two hundred and ninety
two point two.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Million is not as much as a billion.
Speaker 3 (10:36):
That's a solid point. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are
the three things you need to know.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Thank you, Ricky. We're gonna learn right after Chapel Roan.
Every day about this time, Zach brings a fact to
call it Zach's fax. Doing it next down.
Speaker 5 (10:48):
The river one oh seven five the river Reicky and
Zach and Meno.
Speaker 3 (10:51):
In the morning, same morning it is time for class
to get into session.
Speaker 4 (10:56):
It's Zach's fax on one oh seven five the river.
Speaker 10 (10:58):
Did you guys know that hippos cannot swim so apparently
their bones are so big and dense that they are
not buoyant whatsoever. So like, whenever you see them go
into the water, they perform a quote unquote slow motion
gallop on the seafloor or the river bed. What if
it's too deep, then they go through the bottom and
they literally like do their slow motion gallop on the
(11:18):
bottom of the sea floor.
Speaker 4 (11:19):
Because you guys have not pictured a hippo doing a
slow motion gallop. I on one hundred percent to suggest
you do that right now.
Speaker 9 (11:27):
Like, they can even sleep underwater.
Speaker 10 (11:29):
They have a built in reflex that allows them to
like bob up, take a breath, and then sink back
down without waking up.
Speaker 9 (11:35):
It's crazy it's impressive. I love hippos. And there's your
fact of the day.
Speaker 1 (11:39):
Exactly, Ricky, Zach and Meno in the Morning on.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
Season officially starts tonight, and you know, sports can be
really emotional. I want to know of any kind of sport,
game or moment in sports has ever made you cry,
mostly because I want to make myself feel better.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
I recently cried watching.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
Oh this was recent when this happened?
Speaker 4 (12:02):
Yeah, this is reason this year. It was only late
last month.
Speaker 2 (12:06):
Ricky's story. What what sporting event made her cry last month?
That's shocking to me. H. And we want to hear
from you as about six one, five, seven, three, seven,
nine one seven if a sport made you cry, we
want to hear it.
Speaker 4 (12:18):
Really emotional.
Speaker 3 (12:21):
Story.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
Ricky and Zach and Meno in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
Football officially back tonight. The NFL season opener is this evening,
and so in honor of it, we are talking about
sports and asking what sport made you cry? I know
Ricky said she has a story, so they made her
cry very recently. But first let's sa good morning to
Sandra in Nashville High Sandra, good morning morning. What was
it for you? What sport made you Tira up.
Speaker 6 (12:46):
In nineteen ninety six, I was sitting in the right
field we choose at Yankee Stadium when they won the
World Series. Oh my god, Oh my gosh, I cried
my eyes up.
Speaker 3 (12:57):
That is totally warranted, Sandra. I think everybody was probably
crying around you.
Speaker 6 (13:02):
Oh my god. Well, you know, I had been going
the Yankees game for many years and I went, you know,
through the bad years, and you know, every year you thought, oh,
they're not gonna win, they're not getting anywhere. And suddenly,
you know, it was an incredible season. And there I
was with a bunch of but a hundred of my friends.
I was a bleaker creature, and yeah, that was I'll
(13:26):
never forget it. It was unbelievable. And a friend of
mine had a parking pass, which they don't do anymore,
where she could park for the Yankees parts. But we
were in the parking lot when all the limousines came out,
and that was amazing. Some of them rolled down their
windows to wave at us.
Speaker 2 (13:44):
I just, oh, my god, a night. That's so cool.
Speaker 6 (13:49):
And my daughter got her photo taken with Derry Jeters.
Speaker 4 (13:53):
Oh very cool.
Speaker 6 (13:57):
Ran to his car and she snapped a real quick.
I have a photo show. I'll send it to you
guys when they seek a team. It was amazing but
very emotional, and I never forgotten.
Speaker 4 (14:08):
Sandro. We appreciate you.
Speaker 6 (14:09):
Yeah, welcome, Love you guys.
Speaker 3 (14:11):
Love you have a great day. Kaylee in Nashville. Tell
us about the times sports made you cry.
Speaker 11 (14:18):
So I've done I'm stating for past year. I recently quit,
but I cried almost every single lesson because the skills
that they wanted me to do was really hard and
it was not in my physical ability when I was
shore here.
Speaker 13 (14:35):
Yeah, yeah, but it's.
Speaker 11 (14:37):
Fine because I got a lot out of it, and
now that I'm out of it, I'm more happy.
Speaker 3 (14:44):
We're happy that you're happy now. I will say sports
can be really hard.
Speaker 4 (14:49):
They push you to a limit and it can be
very difficult and it's kind of like a lesson that
you sometimes need to learn. But I'm happy that you're
happy now.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (14:58):
I did it ever since I I was like six.
Speaker 10 (15:01):
So yeah, do you watch the Olympics and like watch
the Olympic ice skaters?
Speaker 11 (15:05):
Yes, and they've always like mesmerized me. I think that's
the one ever reason I got into ice skating.
Speaker 10 (15:10):
Yeah, it's a beautiful thing. Well, Kaylee, we appreciate you.
Thank you for calling. Have a beautiful day.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
Love did you by Kayleie Ricky? What was it for you?
Speaker 1 (15:18):
No?
Speaker 4 (15:18):
I also?
Speaker 3 (15:19):
Okay, So I want to say first off that I
am always terrible at sports.
Speaker 4 (15:23):
I was never good. So I understand Kaylee on.
Speaker 3 (15:26):
Such a deep level as somebody who loves to be
good at everything always bad at sports.
Speaker 4 (15:30):
But I love watching sports, and.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
I love like seeing all of the camaraderie, and I
think it's such a beautiful thing to watch, like professional sports.
And this has nothing to do with the actual sports
part of sports.
Speaker 4 (15:42):
Okay, okay, But in July.
Speaker 3 (15:45):
In July, San Francisco their mascot, the Giants mascot lou Seal.
He was inducted into the Mascot Hall of Fame during
a pregame ceremony which happened against the Mets. And my
fiance is a huge Mets fan, so we were watching
the Mets play them and all of the mascots came
to watch him get inducted into the Hall of Fame
(16:07):
for mascots.
Speaker 9 (16:08):
Okay, that's so cute, Can I subbed? I probably want
to curry.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
I don't want to ruin right moments. I'll just be quiet.
Speaker 4 (16:18):
It was so cute they all got together. This is
the beauty of sports, is like everybody supporting each other,
especially when you're on a team, like team efforts, all
being part of one ultimate bigger goal. And he had
finally got inducted and they all were there to support him,
and they all like, we're in the sands watching the game.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
It was really sweet.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
What made you cry? Whats morning then made you cry?
Could be seven.
Speaker 1 (16:43):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning, Bendela in Nashville.
Speaker 4 (16:48):
Welcome to one oh seven five the River. We're talking
about how emotional sports are. Has a sport or a
sporting event ever made you cry?
Speaker 13 (16:56):
Yes, a couple of times, So I'm an emotional person anyway.
But the first time that I could remember was when
my son was playing pee wee football and the five
year olds playing football as a comedy in and of itself.
But the boys went all the way through and they
won them the championship in our state. And seeing them
all excited and all getting their trophies and everything. I
(17:19):
was team mom. My husband was the coach.
Speaker 7 (17:21):
We had like a.
Speaker 13 (17:22):
Whole family moment and I was sobbing on the sideline.
It was fantastic. And then another time one of my
ultimate favorites. I finally got to see the Boston Red
Sox play at Fenway, and everybody told me, you know,
just get ready for Sweet Caroline. It's like life changing
and you know, here it comes coming during I think
(17:44):
I played during the seventh in a stretch, Sleet Caroline
comes on, the whole stadium erupts and singing it, and
I lost it. I was like, this has got to
be the crust baseball moment in the history of baseball moment.
Speaker 3 (17:56):
So it is like these moments that brings every together.
You may not even know the person next to you,
and it spans all ages and demographics and everything and
just having everybody together.
Speaker 4 (18:07):
In that moment.
Speaker 3 (18:08):
It's always just so cool to watch a.
Speaker 4 (18:10):
Sporting gate like a live Can I just say that,
I'm really impressed that you made it to the seventh inning.
Speaker 10 (18:14):
Every single time I've gone to a baseball game, I'm like, Okay,
I'm boring.
Speaker 2 (18:17):
It sounds like she likes sports maybe a little more
than you do. ANGELA real quick before we let you go,
give us a bump bump on, here we go. I
gonna set you up. Sweet Caraline, so.
Speaker 13 (18:32):
Good, so good.
Speaker 2 (18:35):
This was fun. Thanks for calling. You made our morning.
That's awesome. An have a great time.
Speaker 7 (18:40):
You'll have a good one.
Speaker 2 (18:41):
Love the Smith tickets, Miles Smith tickets on the way
with the Game of the Day Windows.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
Next week, Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning, Miles.
Speaker 3 (18:50):
Smith is playing the Ryman September sixteenth, coming up real fast.
That is what you were playing for for Kevin Manno's
Game of the Day on one O seven five the River.
Speaker 4 (18:59):
It is hollow trivia.
Speaker 2 (19:00):
Yeah, it's still quite a ways away from Halloween, but
as soon as September hits, we're ready. Let's say good
morning to Jericha in Clarksville. How you doing.
Speaker 7 (19:08):
I'm doing good, good morning, good, good morning.
Speaker 2 (19:11):
Thank you for listening, thank you for colling, thanks for
being here. I like your chipper mood.
Speaker 7 (19:16):
So far.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
People have been crushing this game. I don't think anybody's
missed a single question, so no pressure.
Speaker 7 (19:22):
Let me be the first one.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
Please all right, we'll see you get two out of
three of them. Right. The tickets are yours, Jericha. Your
game starts right now in Nightmare before Christmas? Where do
Jack and Sally live?
Speaker 7 (19:39):
Oh, it's okay, give it a second.
Speaker 4 (19:43):
You're a little nervous. That's okay, just give it a second.
Speaker 7 (19:46):
Not before Christmas? Where do they live in the other world?
Because they're dead.
Speaker 2 (19:53):
I mean, it's a good guess. It's a good guess.
You know, each sort of world represents a different holiday,
so they live in Halloween Halloween Town.
Speaker 7 (20:03):
Gosh, overthought it.
Speaker 4 (20:04):
Okay, that's okay, that's all right. You still you're still
in the game.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
I think.
Speaker 9 (20:09):
Yeah, he literally puts so much pressure on it.
Speaker 2 (20:12):
Okay, the next question here, you get this right, you're
still still alive. What three colors will you find on
traditional candy.
Speaker 7 (20:19):
Corn, orange, yellow, and light, Jericha.
Speaker 4 (20:26):
You didn't sound very confident in that. You need to
shake it off. Stop overthinking.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
Okay, another movie question, good luck here, you get this,
you win. What is the name of the masked villain
in the Scream movies? What do they call that person?
Speaker 9 (20:54):
Anytime?
Speaker 11 (20:55):
Now?
Speaker 10 (20:57):
It is?
Speaker 2 (20:58):
Yeah, Oh my goodness.
Speaker 3 (21:00):
I held my breath, Jerica. That's my favorite Halloween movie.
I watch it every single year.
Speaker 7 (21:06):
And you're I overthought it.
Speaker 2 (21:08):
But there we Congratulations you're going to see Miles Smith
at the Rhyman on the sixteenth.
Speaker 7 (21:14):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 3 (21:15):
You are so welcome. Hang on the line so we
can get some info from you. Okay, okay, now I
almost started screaming. I was so close to screaming ghost.
Speaker 2 (21:26):
We don't really have like a shot clock here, but
I was about to enact one. There. She took a while.
Play again tomorrow for the same tickets. Be here for
Halloween Trivia.
Speaker 4 (21:37):
Three things.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
Thank you so much for starting your Thursday morning with us.
We truly do appreciate it. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.
Speaker 3 (21:44):
A teen has been charged in the Nashville pedestrian bridge
incident that happened over the weekend. Metro National Police Department
reported four suspects are sought for an alleged armed attack
on the pedestrian bridge in downtown Nashville over the holiday weekend.
One teen was identified as one of the four suspects
in the incident, where he was pictured holding a gun
after his mother called the police when she saw said picture.
(22:09):
He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and
unlawful gun possession. They are working to find the three
other suspects that were involved in the act. If you
have any information, they are asking that you reach out
to them. We officially have our first ever female music
curator for Monday Night Football this season. Really exciting stuff. Okay,
(22:29):
so Rapper Sweetie. She's going to hand pick the tracks
for the telecast, pregame show, and promotional spots. She said
in a statement quote Football has always been in my blood,
so I'm beyond grateful to be the first female curator
for Monday Night Football on ESPN.
Speaker 4 (22:44):
Really cool moment. I love seeing this.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
I love that she has such a connection to football.
This is going to be really cool for everybody involved.
Ed Miller High Life has launched boozy push pops in
their popular Spaghette flavor. If you remember this, I started
talking about this beginning of summer. It is like a
cheaper version of a very fun drink. So it's a
combo of a bottle of Miller High Life beer topped
(23:10):
with a splash of aperal and some lemon juice and
it's called a spaghette.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Now you can get it in a push pop form.
Speaker 3 (23:18):
Each pop has five percent alcohol content and it supposedly
tastes like a citrus sorbet kind of vibe going on
subtle hint of beer finish flavoring. It's an adult ice
pop that honestly sounds pretty iconic, So go check it
out for yourself.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
Try it out for yourself.
Speaker 3 (23:36):
If you love the spaghette as a drink, try it
frozen because why not?
Speaker 4 (23:40):
Ambricky Sanchez? And those are the three things you need.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
To know Priicky, Zach and Mano in the morning. On one,
I can't believe.
Speaker 4 (23:47):
I'm about to ask this question on one of seven
five of the river, but here it goes. Is sexting
with AI considered cheating? Z?
Speaker 2 (23:57):
It's a very important question, you guys for twenty twenty five.
This is going to become a real issue in our
in our lifetime.
Speaker 3 (24:02):
There's a new study from Datingadvice dot com and the
Kinsey Institute that found that sixty one percent of people
say that sexting with an AI chatbot is considered cheating.
Speaker 4 (24:12):
No gray areas. I know you guys are speechless because
you're just thinking about the idea of this and how
I there's a lot to unpack here. But is it
considered cheating or is it not? Since it's not even
an actual person.
Speaker 9 (24:26):
I have a lot to say.
Speaker 2 (24:28):
I mean, it has a lot to do with your intentions,
you know, like they say, an affair of the heart
is still an affair, you don't.
Speaker 4 (24:33):
You know the intentions of I say, they're sexting.
Speaker 2 (24:36):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (24:36):
Six.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
Yeah, maybe we come up with a different word.
Speaker 4 (24:41):
What it's called you weirdos?
Speaker 2 (24:42):
What do you think though? Is this inappropriate? Is it cheating?
Six one, five, seven, three seven nine one seven exchanging
dirty messages with an ai chat I.
Speaker 3 (24:53):
Feel like that sounds worse, but whatever.
Speaker 1 (24:57):
Recky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 3 (24:59):
This is a crazy question, I know, but it's something
that we had to bring to you after we read
about it.
Speaker 4 (25:04):
It's one oh seven five of the river. We want
to know if.
Speaker 3 (25:07):
Sexting with an ai chatbot is considered cheating, because apparently,
according to a new study, sixty one percent of people
see that as cheating with no gray areas whatsoever. So,
Stephanie amount Juliet, what do you think?
Speaker 7 (25:22):
I think that not only is it inappropriate, but I
think I would probably be completely evaluating the entire relationship
because what weirdo wants to sex with an AI bot?
Speaker 3 (25:35):
Yeah, Okay, so it would be more of like a
judgment on your part as to why.
Speaker 7 (25:41):
Yeah, it would be like, oh, you're a weirdo when
I didn't realize this.
Speaker 10 (25:44):
Okay, let me play therapist here for a second, because
whenever you say weirdo on my mind immediately goes through
the person that is sexing this AI chatbot is clearly
seeking attention of some sort, like they are not fulfilled
in their current relationship and they need.
Speaker 4 (25:59):
Which is that's what's cheating.
Speaker 10 (26:01):
Yeah, yeah, so they don't feel like they're cheating because
it's not a real person, it's just a computer. But
then they feel like somewhat validated and like some finally
they feel attractive to someone.
Speaker 4 (26:12):
Well it's not someone, it's something something. So that's where
this gets really sure.
Speaker 7 (26:17):
I'm like, unless you're asking a ah about different things
that like can physically happen between me and the person
asking AI, I still think it's kind of weird. You know,
if they're not getting enough attention at home, then that's
definitely a conversation that needs to be had or you know,
reevaluate the relationship and move on to a real person.
Speaker 10 (26:37):
There are a lot of people that do also do
this because they want to say in the relationship, for
their family, for the children. They don't want to break
up the family, so they're seeking validation elsewhere because they
don't want to mess up with.
Speaker 4 (26:49):
Are you some personal experience act?
Speaker 2 (26:52):
No, I'm just saying, and I'm not saying, Zach, that
you're on the you know, side of the people that
are engaging in this behavior. But are you saying it's
better to do this with a robot than with a person.
Speaker 9 (27:02):
I personally think it's better with a robot than a person.
Speaker 6 (27:05):
Yeah, okay, So you'd rather be cheated on.
Speaker 7 (27:08):
With a robot than a real person?
Speaker 6 (27:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (27:10):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (27:10):
So would either of you consider this actually cheating though, like,
get rid of the idea of whether you think it's
strange or unusual.
Speaker 4 (27:18):
Would this be cheating Stephanie, Oh, oh.
Speaker 6 (27:22):
Gosh, Pop, I wouldn't.
Speaker 7 (27:23):
Probably not. Would he be yelled at? Okay, but I
guess it wouldn't necessarily be cheating.
Speaker 4 (27:32):
Okay, that's fair.
Speaker 9 (27:33):
I would say I don't think it's cheating.
Speaker 10 (27:35):
I would think that there's something wrong in our relationship
that you need to go to therapy and have a
conversation about.
Speaker 4 (27:40):
Okay, we're calling in.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
This is honestly super interesting. Yeah, we appreciate you.
Speaker 5 (27:45):
Thank you, have a great day, you too, Love ky
Zach and Meno in the morning.
Speaker 4 (27:51):
I'm about to blow your mind with a fact.
Speaker 3 (27:54):
I found this online yesterday and I was like, this
must be the daily double tap that we play. Just
gonna blow your mind about a specific college that has
very hard admissions to get into this college.
Speaker 4 (28:06):
It's something that you would never think about. Play the
daily double tap on one of seven five the river
blow everybody's mind.
Speaker 2 (28:12):
I learned this from Steve O who went to Clown School.
It's like one of the hardest, if not the hardest
school to get into in the country.
Speaker 5 (28:19):
What percentage of applicants do you think get accepted into
Clown School.
Speaker 9 (28:25):
It's gotta be I don't know the percentage. I would
say ten percent. I'll even be nice, I'll say four.
Speaker 4 (28:33):
Two percent of applicants get accepted into Clown School.
Speaker 2 (28:38):
And now look up what Ivy League school percentage applicants
get in.
Speaker 4 (28:42):
In the writing here it says it is less than Harvard,
less than Harvard.
Speaker 9 (28:47):
That's crazy to think about.
Speaker 4 (28:50):
It's harder to get into Clown College than it is
to get into Harvard University, ninety eight.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
Percent of people that a player are not getting in.
That's that's wild.
Speaker 10 (29:00):
Like the application process is like, oh, like I'm just
thinking about if you want to be a clown, Like
do you already have to have like your entire costs?
Speaker 4 (29:08):
So do they have clown essayts?
Speaker 9 (29:10):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
You have to see if your feet are really big
to fit in the shoes.
Speaker 4 (29:14):
Is theresion the admissions essay?
Speaker 9 (29:17):
There's right, I'm very intrigued about this process.
Speaker 4 (29:20):
Now we're gonna we both literally just want to go
google it.
Speaker 2 (29:23):
Right now, we should all apply just to see if
we get in.
Speaker 4 (29:26):
Well, Kevin, I think you're gonna get in.
Speaker 8 (29:28):
What I was gonna say, post the video on our
Instagram stories so you can share it and blow your
friend's minds about clown college.
Speaker 2 (29:39):
At one O seven five the River who put the
daily Douvil
Speaker 1 (29:41):
