Speaker 1 (00:00):
Three things.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
Yes, Happy Friday friends, we made it. Thank you so
much for being here starting your day with us. Ricky
Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 3 (00:08):
The new show The Paper has already been renewed for
season two. The Paper is a spin off of the Office.
It just premiered this week on Peacock with ten episodes,
and so this renewal is already very early in the
game for this new series, but it means that next
fall we're gonna get another season.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
It's going to go into season.

Speaker 3 (00:25):
Two and luckily the creator so that he has some
ideas on which direction to take the show in, so
hopefully there shouldn't be any delays. I know everyone's least
favorite thing is finding a new show, loving that new show,
and then having to wait forever for new episodes of
new season. So we should get another new season next fall.
You could go stream the ten episodes that are out

(00:46):
now for season one whenever you want. Eight people have
bought winning powerball tickets in Tennessee. Six players won fifty
thousand dollars and two other players won more than one
hundred thousand dollars and Wednesday nights drawing. As we talked
about yesterday, the Powerball jackpot has now grown to one
point seven billion ahead of Saturday's drawing. So this is

(01:08):
your reminder that even if you don't win one point
seven billion, you could still win a lot of money.

Speaker 4 (01:14):
Sometimes you even walk away with like two bucks, but hey,
broke even better than nothing.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
A ticket costs for exactly, so go buy the ticket.

Speaker 4 (01:23):
See what happens.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
You just never know, And clearly Tennessee looks pretty lucky.
Right now, six people throughout Tennessee have won a nice
chunk of money, and Frontier Airlines they are doing their
unlimited travel pass.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
It's back for to ninety nine.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
So their Go Wild Pass lets you get on domestic
flights a day in advance or international flights up to
ten days out by paying just a penny for the seat,
plus taxes and fees.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
You just had to pay the membership fee of the
two ninety nine.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Keep in mind there's obviously blackout dates, as there always
is to major holidays.

Speaker 4 (01:56):
You're not gonna get this deal for it.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
There's gonna be peak times that you're not to get
this deal for and you do start to pay for
things like check bags, assigned seats, things like that that
always cost extra but the past is normally five ninety nine,
so two ninety nine is a nice cut down from that.
If this is something that interests you, I'm Rick Sanchez
and those are the three things you need to know one, Ricky.

Speaker 1 (02:17):

Every time, there's always something.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
Tell us the craziest thing. You don't have to say
who it was.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
We won't like pry too much, but like, what's the
craziest thing that you see in happen backstage?

Speaker 5 (03:14):
Oh my goodness, she put me on the spot. I
can't think of anything right now.

Speaker 2 (03:18):

Okay, so now I kind of get the she's gonna
love me part a little bit more.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Sixteen's age.

Speaker 5 (03:46):
Okay, that's like such a tough age.

Speaker 8 (03:49):
When you go to shows like this that you did
not put together, do you like judge all of the production,
because that's what you do.

Speaker 5 (03:55):
I do. It's like a competition.

Speaker 6 (03:57):
I'm sure.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
Well, we hope you have the best time with your daughter.
We're really excited for you to tell her. I hope
she just freaks out, gives you the biggest hug ever,

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Friday at this time, Zach has a full list of
all the fun stuff happening around Nashville.

Speaker 4 (04:18):
It's kind of hard to keep up, so we make
it so you don't have to. Zach does it for you.

Speaker 8 (04:22):
Yeah, and you guys, it is officially fall because they're

experts and you can explore new ideas for your home
and then decorate for fall.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (04:41):
I just so we're not spreading misinformation, it's not technically
fall yet, but yeah, but yeah, it.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
Kind of feels like it, but technically no, it's.

Speaker 7 (04:50):
A fake fall.

Speaker 8 (04:52):
Also, if you love your nineties Disney movies, they're doing
nineties Disney Trivia Night at middle Ground Brewing in Murphy's Borough.
So that is today at seven pm and I just
love this. Trivia is completely free to play, it's family friendly,
and the top three teams will receive gift cards. So
that's happening at Middle Ground Brewing Company. Also, Ricky mentioned

(05:15):
this earlier in the week, but it is the Bacon
and Barrel Festival this weekend. It's at the Factory in
Franklin where you can go try all of these different
bacon inspired foods and you get unlimited samples of the
bacon themed dishes and whiskey samples, plus live music, photo ops. Like,
there's just so much happening at the Factory in Franklin.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
It is love so bacon me too, Ricky, Do you

you're doing tomorrow?

Speaker 4 (05:41):

Speaker 3 (05:42):
I am walking in the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention

Foundation of Suicide Prevention. It's going to start at eleven am.
That's when registration happen, and then The walk starts right
after that. I have a team team, one of seven,
five of the River.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
I'm team captain.

Speaker 7 (06:07):
Hey, yeah you are.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
I'm very honored and.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
Excited to be a part of something like this, obviously,
something that affects so many people, me included, who's just
gone through a lot of really hard times, a lot
of dark moments, a lot of you know, just thoughts
like that.

Speaker 4 (06:23):
And I know that I'm not the only one.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
And this is going to be a great event for
people to come together and know that they're not alone.

Speaker 4 (06:28):
Great community bonding event.

Speaker 8 (06:30):
It's going to be a good space for everybody to
have come exactly.

Speaker 4 (06:34):
So come on out.

Speaker 3 (06:34):

Speaker 3 (06:43):
You can sign up there and you can raise a
little bit of money or not at all and just
come and walk. If you don't want to walk, you
can come and just support. That's also great. I had
said the other day, even if you just want to
come and you want to hug everybody, I'm sure everybody
love that.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
Okay, Well, thank you both Zach, thank you, and Ricky,
thank thank you, thank you for doing what you're doing again.

Speaker 7 (07:01):
That's a tomorrow if you want to join.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Our three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
All right, just after seven o'clock on this Friday morning,
Happy Friday friends, Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
All of the pedestrian bridge attack suspects are in custody
after the remaining three turned themselves in. So I told
you yesterday how one of the four suspects in the
attacks on the pedestrian bridge over the weekend was in
custody and being charged after his mother turned him in
from seeing pictures of him.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
All over the place.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
Now all of the teens that were involved are being
charged after the other three turned themselves in.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
Charges very suspect to suspect, but they.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
Include felony, aggravated assault, a state misdemeanor, citation of assault,
aggravated assault, and unlawful gun possession. These four people were
out on the pedestrian bridge attacking people with guns and
videotaping it. So now all of them are in custody
and they are all being charged. Justin Bieber has a
new album out today, Swag two.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
He dropped it at midnight last night, with only not
even a.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
Day of promotion, like a few hours of promotion, because
he announced it yesterday after our show was already done
that it was going to be coming out at midnight.
He did the same thing with the first one, Swag.
It came out July eleventh. He did not promote it
at all. It just basically was like, hey, surprise album,
here it is, and it was phenomenal. I listened to
Swag every day. I love it so much so that

(08:23):
one was.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Very heavy on the R and B side.

Speaker 3 (08:25):
There were reports saying that Swag two is going to
be more pop leaning this time around.

Speaker 4 (08:31):
I don't agree.

Speaker 7 (08:32):
Oh, listening this morning, I've.

Speaker 4 (08:34):
Been listening this morning.

Speaker 3 (08:35):
I haven't gone through the entire album just yet of
Swag two, but it does.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
Still feel very R and B. But I will say
that feels very Beeber. Yeah, it's very Beeb's, so like,
I totally get why he's kind of sticking to that.

Speaker 3 (08:45):
I could see where there's a little bit more pop influence,
but I still feel like he's in this R and
B you know, packast right now, and I love it.
I'm all for it.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
I'm also I'm impressed that He's able to keep this
a secret both of these albums, Like that's hard to
do these days.

Speaker 4 (08:59):
Oh, absolutely all impressive.

Speaker 3 (09:01):
It's and it's gonna be amazing. It's gonna go skyrocketing
on the charts. Everybody's gonna love it because, I mean,
he's justin Bieber. It's just the way it works. I'm
also a believer, so like I'm.

Speaker 4 (09:09):
In love with him. Yeah, I'm a little bias here.

Speaker 3 (09:13):
Bearded Iris Brewing is closing it's Sylvan Park tap room.
Their last day for service is Friday, September twenty sixth.

Speaker 4 (09:21):
I know, Kevin, I know that's trying to.

Speaker 7 (09:23):
Go Forget for trivia nights on Wednesdays.

Speaker 3 (09:25):
I know they're shifting their focus to their Germantown location,
So they're still going to have one location that's going
to be opened in Germantown where they're going to have
a permanent kitchen and a revamp patio, all sorts of.

Speaker 4 (09:36):
Stuff that are in the works with the hopes of
finishing in twenty twenty six.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
Black Dynasty Secret Ramen House, which you know is inside
of the one inside Sylvan Park that's going to also close,
So they're closing September twenty sixth as well, but they
have plans of opening a full service location and they're
going to operate a bunch of pop ups and residencies
while they prepare for the opening of their new spots.
So there is light at the end of the tunnel.

(10:00):
Even though yes, this is sad news. I'm Rick Sanchez
and those are the three things you need to know.

Speaker 2 (10:05):
Shake that off, Shaboozie's got good news that'll turn things around.
And then right after this song, we're gonna learn on
this Friday morning Zach's Facts. Next down the river, Ricky Zach.

Speaker 3 (10:17):
And in the morning Friday, we're going to finish out
the week with a very strong Zach's fact on one
of seven five the river.

Speaker 8 (10:23):
Okay, you guys know push presence, Like whenever women give
birth to a child, they get a push present.

Speaker 3 (10:28):
I just want to say I didn't know what this
fact was going to be when I said this was
a strong fact one.

Speaker 8 (10:33):
Okay, Yes, apparently this started in the seventeenth century and
the token item that they would get whenever they gave
birth was a bagel.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
No, I'm mad now.

Speaker 8 (10:46):
The bagel signified the circle of life and longevity for
the child.

Speaker 6 (10:50):
So that's what they would give.

Speaker 8 (10:51):
A pregnant woman or directly after birth, is they would
give them a baby.

Speaker 4 (10:54):
Make you mad, Kevin, is that a real question?

Speaker 2 (10:58):
I thought you liked bagels first. Well, maybe they were
from the Creeve Hall Bagel company.

Speaker 1 (11:03):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
And this is the seventeenth century, talking about, Ricky. People
weren't giving gifts like they are these days.

Speaker 3 (11:07):
We're talking about when women would die during childbirth, they
would just give them a Hey you survived, you.

Speaker 4 (11:12):
Push you out a baby. Here's a bagel.

Speaker 8 (11:14):
It had a very nice sentiment, signified the circle of
life and longevity for the child.

Speaker 6 (11:19):
And that is your fact of the day. Ruined my day.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
Thank you so much for that.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
Ricky, Zach and Menno in the morning on.

Speaker 4 (11:27):
Powerball is all.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
Anybody is talking about right now, because oh my god,
could you imagine winning one point seven billions?

Speaker 2 (11:34):
Nobody needs that much money, but I would take it.

Speaker 4 (11:37):
It's one of seven five of the river.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
If you're thinking about buying yourself a ticket, or you
weren't thinking about buying one until now, you're in luck,
because we're gonna pick your numbers for you. Just call
us and we're gonna pick a bunch of random numbers
and if you win, that means that you got to share.

Speaker 4 (11:51):
The prize with us.

Speaker 7 (11:52):
Well, okay, I guess that's an asterisk there. But we've
never really done anything like this.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
But if you want us to pick the winning numbers
for you, if we pick them on the air, though,
everybody's gonna know, you know, yeah, true.

Speaker 7 (12:04):
Really think that through.

Speaker 2 (12:05):
But give us a call six one, five, seven, three,
seven the winning numbers just for you from Rickey, Zach
and Manno.

Speaker 7 (12:12):
In the morning.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
I also want you guys to pick my numbers because
I plan on.

Speaker 7 (12:15):
Buying one one.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Rickey, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 7 (12:20):
Oh, seven five the river.

Speaker 2 (12:22):
It's Rickey, Zach and Mano in the morning picking winning
power ball numbers. Over here, it's about to happen. We
have Denise in Murphy's Borough on the phone. Good morning, Denise,
Good morning.

Speaker 7 (12:31):
Do you play like the lottery often?

Speaker 4 (12:33):
Yes? Okay? Have you already bought tickets?

Speaker 5 (12:36):
Ill?

Speaker 4 (12:37):
All right, so you're gonna buy some more with the
numbers we picked for you.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
Get memaia.

Speaker 3 (12:42):
Okay, I'm excited for this. All right, Kevin, are you
ready to start? You'll start with the first.

Speaker 2 (12:47):
Number okay, okay, so we have to pick what the
white the five white balls, and then the one power Yes, exactly, Okay,
somebody write these down. Let's go at thirteen. It was
the first one that popped in my head. It's Taylor
Swift's number. People tradition. Let me say it's unlucky. But
I'm feeling it.

Speaker 4 (13:01):
All right, I'm feeling fifty two.

Speaker 6 (13:04):
Okay, I'm going to go with twenty seven. I don't
know why.

Speaker 7 (13:08):
Sure, Yeah, there's no real logic to this, right four.

Speaker 3 (13:12):
Oh, okay, you're going real low here, kevdagg. Sure, I'm
gonna go high since you went low.

Speaker 6 (13:17):
Okay, sixty four.

Speaker 7 (13:19):
That's what they say. When they go low, you go high.

Speaker 3 (13:21):
Now, yeah, Zach, you get to pick the powerball number.

Speaker 6 (13:24):
Oh, the pressure powerball number. How high does it go?

Speaker 4 (13:28):
It goes one to twenty six for the power ball.

Speaker 6 (13:32):
Seventeen sevent All right, locked and loaded.

Speaker 7 (13:35):
Those are your winning numbers, all.

Speaker 3 (13:37):
Right, Denise, Just so you know, your numbers are thirteen,
fifty two, twenty seven, four sixty four with the powerball
of seventeen.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
I do good.

Speaker 8 (13:47):
And if you win, then you gotta split it with
us because we came up with the number, or at
least just take us to die.

Speaker 2 (13:55):
Thank you for calling, good luck, Thank you follow life now.

Speaker 7 (13:59):
Ricky, you wanted us to pick up for you as well?

Speaker 4 (14:01):
Yes, so this is all on you, guys. You guys,
just pick my numbers.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
I never really buy these, but this is gonna be
the one time I do because I feel good about this.

Speaker 2 (14:07):
Let me throw three numbers out there for you because
I found statistics.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
Okay ooh, okay.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
Sixty one is the number that's most likely to come up.
This is over the past ten years of all like
crunching these numbers. So sixty one. The number that gets
you on the least is thirteen, so we'll go thirteen
for you as well. And the number that's the most
overdue is twenty six. So those are the three numbers
I'm picking for you.

Speaker 4 (14:27):
All right, Zach? What are my three numbers that you're
gonna pick?

Speaker 3 (14:30):
You got to two for the white balls and then
the one red ball, the power ball.

Speaker 6 (14:34):
I'm gonna go with number two. That's my lucky number.

Speaker 8 (14:37):
Oh and then I'm also gonna go with fifty seven.

Speaker 4 (14:41):
Fifty seven, and then for the power ball. You got
the power ball again, Zach.

Speaker 6 (14:44):
Nine nine nine.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
Okay, all right, I'm gonna go and play these numbers today.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
God, I kind of want to play both sets of numbers.
I think I might do that if anyone wants to
reach out and get those numbers. If you missed it,
oh you know what, we'll post this. It'll be up
in the podcast. You can listen back in our part.

Speaker 4 (14:59):
Ever, what mine in Denase's numbers?

Speaker 7 (15:02):
You know, I forget everything I just said. We don't
have a podcast.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
I'm not Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning on.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
That's to play Kevin Maano's Game of the day on
one oh seven five the River for Miles Smith tickets.
He's at the Ryman September sixteenth, which is coming up
real fast. Everyone wants to go to the show. We're
playing Halloween trivia to get in.

Speaker 7 (15:22):
Yes, let's say good morning to Christina in spring Hill. Hi, Christina,
good morning, are you morning? We're good? Happy Friday to
do you have big plans this weekend.

Speaker 4 (15:31):
I'm a hockey practice.

Speaker 7 (15:32):
Gay for you for a child?

Speaker 4 (15:35):
Right for a child? Not that cool, Christina. I think
you're pretty cool. Thank you.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
I don't want to put too much pressure on you here,
but nobody has lost this game this week.

Speaker 4 (15:46):
Okay, Oh my god, Kevin, Hey, I think he does this.
It psikes everybody out.

Speaker 7 (15:51):
No, no, it does.

Speaker 4 (15:54):
Pressure on a Friday. You're gonna do great, Christina.

Speaker 7 (15:57):
You get these questions.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
If you get two out of three of them, right,
the tickets yours Miles Smith at the Ryman, Christina, your
game starts right now. In nineteen eighty eight, who released
the song A Nightmare on My Street?

Speaker 7 (16:11):
Classic Halloween song?

Speaker 6 (16:15):
I'm Nightmare on My Street?

Speaker 5 (16:19):
Bobby Something maybe?

Speaker 2 (16:21):
Oh no, it's not Bobby Something, Ricky Zach. Do you
guys know that one?

Speaker 4 (16:24):
I have no idea. That's before I was born.

Speaker 6 (16:27):
Jazz, Jeff and the Fresh.

Speaker 7 (16:28):
It's Will Smith. It's Will Smith something.

Speaker 4 (16:30):
Christina. I didn't know that one either. Halloween.

Speaker 7 (16:33):
It's a very popular Halloween song.

Speaker 6 (16:35):
I googled it, Christina said she was.

Speaker 7 (16:37):
I was fine.

Speaker 5 (16:38):
It doesn't matter.

Speaker 7 (16:38):
It's still a right.

Speaker 6 (16:39):
You're gonna hear it.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
Now that you guys know the song, you're gonna hear
it a thousand times this Halloween season.

Speaker 5 (16:43):
I'm gonna listen to it as soon as we end
this call today.

Speaker 7 (16:47):
I think you'll have better luck with this one.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
What is the name of the disembodied hand that hangs
out with the Adams family.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
And I'm Adam's family.

Speaker 7 (17:01):
You got a point.

Speaker 4 (17:03):
Nice. Nice. You just gotta get the next one, right, Christina,
you get this right?

Speaker 8 (17:06):
You win.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Lady Gaga and Kim Kardashian have both starred in different
seasons of What Spooky TV Show?

Speaker 4 (17:15):

Speaker 7 (17:33):
Hey, you're the one that did it. You did it all. Congratulations.
Listen to some Will Smith.

Speaker 5 (17:39):
Oh, I'm going I'm gonna listen to it now.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
I'm irritated.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
One.

Speaker 4 (17:45):
Congrats. Love, hang on the lines so we can get
your info. Okay, thanks guys, you two love.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
Three things you need to know all right, just after
eight o'clock, Thank you for being here friends.

Speaker 7 (17:55):
Happy Friday. Ricky Sanchez has those three things.

Speaker 3 (17:58):
Strong to severe storms or possib today and Saturday in
Middle Tennessee, damaging wind and a heavy rain is going
to be the greatest threats that we're going to experience today.
Haile is also possible in areas, and while a tornado
threat is very low, it obviously can't be ruled out.
First round of storms is expected anytime between three pm
and nine pm, and then there's going to be a

(18:19):
second round that expected overnight into tomorrow morning.

Speaker 4 (18:24):
There's going to be a cold front to follow.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
So if you feel like it's already starting to feel
like fall, it's really going to feel like fall this
weekend if we do get the storms that we're expecting tonight.

Speaker 4 (18:34):
Caitlin Clark, this is sad news.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
She's out for the remainder of the WNBA season. She's
been sidelined since July fifteenth with an injury, and she
made the announcement yesterday on her social media saying that
she's done everything she can to get back on the court, but.

Speaker 4 (18:48):
It's just not going to happen this season. She said.

Speaker 3 (18:50):
Quote Disappointed isn't a big enough word to describe how
she's feeling right now.

Speaker 7 (18:55):
What a bomber.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (18:56):
Chief operating Officer and general manager Amber Cox said that
the FEAT continues to work with Clark and they're focusing
on her long term health and well being. That's their
top priority, which is great to hear, because this is
a trend that we're seeing in sports more and more,
is the idea that you know, they're not making people
play when they're injured, and they want them to actually

(19:17):
have a long, enduring career and not leave that career
with just the worst possible things that you could have
experienced on your body. So this is, while it's said,
a very good thing, and the HBO show The White
Lotus has picked where season four.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
Will take place.

Speaker 3 (19:34):
Murfusborough sources have told Deadline and other news outlets that
Mike White and the team have picked France as a
location for season four. These same sources say that there
is no hotel that.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
Has been locked in yet.

Speaker 3 (19:47):
The show typically uses multiple resorts in one season anyways,
and cast members have previously said that he doesn't like
cold Mike White, He's not.

Speaker 4 (19:56):
Really into like the cold weather.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
He's previously asked any suggestion about ski resort locations or
anything like that. So then the other idea would be
maybe Paris, but that would be super different from.

Speaker 4 (20:07):
What they typically do on The White Lotus.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
Either way, next season is officially in the works, so
we're gonna get more information as they continue to figure
everything out.

Speaker 7 (20:15):
Exciting.

Speaker 4 (20:15):
I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
need to know.

Speaker 7 (20:18):
Thank you very much. Ricky.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
Back into the music now with Benson Boone. This guy
is gonna be here what on Tuesday? He's in town
on Tuesday. Crazy, Sorry, I'm here for someone else.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
On the River Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
One time to talk leftovers on one oh seven five
the River. Not your food leftovers. These are stories leftover.
So each of us is gonna have thirty seconds to
tell you about a story that we think should have
made it to the show this week, but we just
didn't have time to.

Speaker 4 (20:44):
Are you guys ready to do this?

Speaker 1 (20:46):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (20:46):
I was born.

Speaker 7 (20:47):
I've got the Stopwatch Ricky.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
You traditional ego first over here, So whenever you're ready,
I'll hit start take it away.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
Lego has just come out with their most expensive set ever.
Lego is already very expensive, so that's saying a lot here.
The new Lego Star Wars Death Star is part of
the Ultimate Collector series.

Speaker 4 (21:07):
And it's going to cost one thousand dollars for this thing.
It has nine twenty.

Speaker 3 (21:13):
Three pieces and it comes with thirty eight different minifigures.
So when you build the entire thing, half of the
space station is open to show you, like different iconic
scenes from Star Wars. It looks insane. I want it,
even though it's one thousand dollars.

Speaker 2 (21:27):
Yeah, thousand dollars. I mean like Lego sets. Keep my
son Riley entertained for so long might be worth it.
That would keep me entertained for like a month up
till fourth.

Speaker 3 (21:36):
That's when everybody can get it, all right? Who wants
to go next, Zach, I'll go next.

Speaker 7 (21:40):
All right, whenever you ready, buddy.

Speaker 8 (21:42):
So I want to talk about the extreme things that
college football fans are doing to be able to go
see their favorite football team.

Speaker 6 (21:47):
So football is finally back in action.

Speaker 8 (21:49):
And I just read this article that apparently thirty five
percent of adults have admitted that they would skip their
friend's wedding if it's on the same day of their
team's game day.

Speaker 6 (22:00):
And then it got even.

Speaker 8 (22:01):
Worse if some fans said that they even quit their job,
they hitchhiked across the country called a radio station one
hundred times to win tickets just to see their favorite
team play in person.

Speaker 7 (22:10):
Yeah, we can believe that one.

Speaker 6 (22:12):
People are absolutely insane about their football. It's crazy.

Speaker 4 (22:15):
My jaw is on the ground. That is a wild
to me.

Speaker 3 (22:19):
If somebody literally said, I'm not coming to your wedding, I.

Speaker 4 (22:21):
Have to go watch a football game.

Speaker 6 (22:23):
Don't speak to me again.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
Don't speak to me. Goodbye.

Speaker 7 (22:27):
All right here, I'll go last here.

Speaker 2 (22:29):
It's the morning routine that will help you live to
one hundred years old, according to longevity experts.

Speaker 7 (22:34):
It's a short list of seven things. Try to put.

Speaker 2 (22:37):
These in your morning routine. Drink a glass of water.
We've all heard that. Drink a glass of water first.

Speaker 7 (22:41):
Time in the morning.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
Eat a nutrient dense breakfast, things like yogurt, oatmeal, berries,
and nuts.

Speaker 7 (22:45):
They're good choices. You need fiber and protein. Stretch your body.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
It doesn't have to be like some huge workup, but
just make sure you're stretching. This is interesting to me.
Activate your nervous system. There's something called like a somatic
body tapping, where you basically tap on yourself with your
fingers to wake up your nervous system. Practice mindfulness. Take
a few minutes to meditator, just do some deep breathing.
Set intentions. Take a minute to think about what you
want to accomplish, and enjoy your morning coffee. They say

(23:10):
that coffee. It's back on the good list. So everybody
can have a glass or a glass of coffee. Who
says that glass of coffee?

Speaker 4 (23:17):
Glass of coffee?

Speaker 7 (23:19):
I like minding a glass. But there you go.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
Those are the things that are gonna help you live
to one hundred according to experts.

Speaker 4 (23:24):
These you want to be a set and arian.

Speaker 7 (23:25):
And that concludes the leftovers.

Speaker 1 (23:27):
One O seven break you, Zach and Meno in the morning.

Speaker 7 (23:31):
The Chapel Roone.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
It's one O seven to five the river and that
just brings us nicely to a Chapel Roone.

Speaker 7 (23:36):
Pink Pony Club inspired Daily Double Tap.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
It's this little kid who did a parody about Pink
Pony Club, but instead of the Pink Pony Club, it's
something else that this kid loves.

Speaker 6 (23:46):
It's pretty brilliant.

Speaker 4 (23:48):
Are you ready to hear it?

Speaker 7 (23:49):
Yeah, let's play today's Daily double Tap.

Speaker 1 (23:51):
What have you done?

Speaker 9 (23:56):
Chili and cheese and nay, did you give me? Give
me all the jug down that.

Speaker 5 (24:22):
Cheese.

Speaker 7 (24:24):
He's got a bright future, so cute.

Speaker 3 (24:26):
All about hot dogs, guys, I've hearn a hot dog costume.

Speaker 4 (24:28):
While he sings it too, I.

Speaker 6 (24:29):
Love me a chili cheese cony. I'm not gonna lie.

Speaker 2 (24:32):
I'm just so happy in twenty twenty five to hear
something like that from a kid, like I'm a big
weird alfan and he really kind of got his start
by doing.

Speaker 7 (24:38):
A lot of food parodies.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
Uh and like this is just this brings a big
smile on my face.

Speaker 4 (24:43):
We may have the next weird al yeak of it?

Speaker 7 (24:46):
I hope.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
I mean we still have the one and only. But yeah,
sure the next said the next. There's only one, but
I know what you're saying.

Speaker 4 (24:52):
Wow, all right, So the kid should just stop now.

Speaker 7 (24:56):
I will give him. He's doing his own thing.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
We're gonna boast the video at one O seven the
River on Instagram. Weird Now is coming to Nashville soon too,
Weird That was my first concert ever when I was little.

Speaker 8 (25:05):
