Speaker 1 (00:00):
Was the bad news and the disturbing news.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
I had referenced earlier in Hour one when it pertains
to the Colorado House of Representatives covered the good news
with Representative Carlos Baron becoming the Minority Whip, great guy,
family man, first generation American. One of his competitors in
that endeavor, along with Representative Brandy Bradley, was Representative Ron Weinberg,

(00:27):
who I've interviewed on this program many times.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
South African Native, he is Jewish.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
He would make jokes about that, and he was in
the Colorado House and has been and was running for
Minority Whip. Jacqueline Anderson posts the following on Facebook, and
we are friends on Facebook. She and I just within
the last twenty four hours quote. I stayed silent when
I was sexually assaulted in my early twenties. I carried

(00:55):
that silence for years. I told myself it didn't matter.
I convinced myself that speaking up would.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
Change a thing.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
But the truth is silence protects the wrong people. Today,
I'm not silent. Along with other women, I've come forward
to share my experience of sexual harassment by Representative Ron Weinberg.
These aren't vague accusations. Our full statements were sent directly
to the Colorado House Republican Caucus after he announced his
bid for a leadership role. I had hoped to the

(01:23):
matter was resolved privately after confronting it years ago, But
when I learned that women working at the Capitol today
are still being harassed by this man, I knew the
public deserved to know. These are our actual words, our experiences,
and no, this isn't political. It's about integrity, it's about safety.
It's about refusing to let power protect predators. Becoming her

(01:47):
means using my voice even when it shakes, and as
follows our statements that quite frankly, are very lurid in nature,
detailing these experiences, victim impacts statements one.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
To two, three. We may get into those details a little
bit later.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
I want to make very clear that Sheriff Steve Reams,
who is filling in for Dan Kapplis, has reached out
to Representative Weinberg, and Ron is checking with his legal
counsel as to whether or not he will be able
to speak publicly on the matter. For what it's worth,
His wife, Carolyn has also posted on Facebook and will
address that coming up with Representative Brandy Bradley, because she

(02:25):
is directly invoked and mentioned in.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
That post coming up in just a few minutes.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
But joining us now, the aforementioned Jacqueline Anderson. We appreciate
her time on Ryan Schuling Love, Jacqueline, thanks for joining me.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Thank you so much for having me with you.

Speaker 2 (02:40):
I don't even know where to start on this, Jacqueline,
other than to say that this goes back aways a
period of time, and you thought the matter had been resolved,
but according to your post, it's still going on. So
you felt compelled to speak. Does that I'd quickly sum
it up.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
Yeah, that is correct.

Speaker 4 (02:56):
You know when we my husband and I both were
a part of the leadership program of the Rock. I
was class of twenty one in which Ron was our
class president. My husband is class of twenty twenty two.
So the two incidents in my victim statement reports were
both at events hosted by LPR. We get similar to this. Unfortunately,
it's one of those things where fortunately I would say

(03:17):
I wasn't sexually assaulted. It wasn't like he physically did
anything to me, so it wasn't anything I felt like
I could report to the police and have anything done
about it, but similar if you're being harassed at work,
you take it to your HR. So when I heard
of some incidents is happening.

Speaker 5 (03:32):
In twenty twenty two, my husband and I.

Speaker 4 (03:34):
Decided to go forward and deal and speak with LPR leadership,
bring forward to them the attention of what had been happening,
you know, with his harassment, And at that time they
had a zoom call with us and they had told
us that they had decided the disciplinary action for Ron
would be that he would be no longer allowed to

(03:57):
attend any future LPR events, and we felt that was satisfactory.
You know, we can appreciate that we don't have to
be in any spaces with him, and that's great. So
we just kind of moved on with our lives, you know.
Unfortunate that you know it happened, but you move on.
Even though my husband and I have stepped out of
the political space over the last few years and just

(04:18):
led very quiet lives. I know a lot of people
still in the space who are still fighting for our
freedoms here in Colorado, and I respect.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
That they do.

Speaker 4 (04:27):
But when I hear stories of young girls, young aids
who are being harassed and afraid to come forward. And
then when I had found out that he was running
for whip, I said, enough is enough, and sometimes we
just need to go ahead and be bold and step
forward and speak our truth and say this is what happened,
and hope that people will feel space and coming forward

(04:49):
and telling their stories. And I got to tell you,
there are people in our dms with information about their
experience on the house floor and the offices, and they're
very scared to come forward, and we're trying to help
them be able to do that in a safe space.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
But I'm tired of hearing.

Speaker 5 (05:05):
How you know, at the end of the day, Listen,
there's definitely a culture.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
Of burying harassment in politics, and I'm just not willing
to be complicit in that anymore.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
And so that's why I came forward with my statement.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
Jaqueline Anderson joining us.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
She is accused Representative Ron Weinberg of sexual harassment and
details her experience. If I'm correct, Jacqueline in this victim
impact statement, story one is that accurate, I am Story
two your story too, which there's a remarkable similarity I
would think in terms of m oh I'm going to
read through a portion of this. I don't know that
I can because on the air we have FCC regulations.

(05:42):
But let me just go through this and have you
kind of respond on the other side. So victim impact
statement story two quote. On June fourth, twenty twenty two,
Ron Weinberg came over to the table where my husband
and I were sitting at a large public event was
actually our wedding anniversary that night. He looked straight at
my husband and said, I'm gonna blank your wife. It
was disgusting and made us feel completely uncomfortable and unsafe.

(06:06):
The day after, he actuld like nothing had happened at all,
my husband confronted him on the topic and gave him
a piece of his mind for his inappropriate and harassing behavior.
The following year, at the same event, on February twelfth,
Ron Weinberg did it again. He put his arm around
my husband and told him that he planned on blanking
your wife. After having no resolve with just communicating to

(06:28):
Ron directly about his inappropriate behavior, my husband and I
had a long meeting with the organization's president as well
as other leaders to discuss recourse. Because of his repeated
and brazen sexual harassment, he was banned from further events. Still,
the damage and fear he caused us on what should
have been a safe and even celebratory occasion permanently marred
our memory of that anniversary. If he feels brazenly emboldened

(06:51):
to sexual harassing woman in front of her husband at
a public event for multiple years, it gives me shutters
to think how a position of power in the Caucus
will further encourage him to pray on women at the Capitol.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
First of all, the.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
Audacity and secondly, Jackling, the fact that this happened twice,
both times right in front of your husband. Now, I'm
not making excuses at all, but just trying to provide
a reason.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
LPR was there alcohol involved?

Speaker 2 (07:14):
Did he not remember harassing you the first time in
almost exactly the same way.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
We want to talk.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
About that first instance a little bit, because if does
bring into Rod's wife, especially if she just went to
social media this afternoon to say that their false accusations.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
She was there when my husband confronted Ron.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
The day after and had a little discussion about his
behavior and how inappropriate it was, and I was quite
shocked that she seems very disconnected your husband, like Carolyn's
standing there next to her husband, Ron, and you have
another man telling him it's inappropriate for you to say
these things to my wife. You need to step back,

(07:52):
you know, give him the what for. And she's just
standing there like nothing's going on. How disconnected do you
have to be to come completely shut down? So for
her to claim that they're false, she was there, She
was a.

Speaker 5 (08:05):
Part of it.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
Jacqueline Anderson our guests, and she has accused Ron Weinberg
of sexual harassment, not once, but twice at the same event,
back to back years. Jacqueline, I want to speak about
your husband's role in this, because he has shown, in
my view, a remarkable restraint. There's probably a lot of
guys out there in the audience saying I'd punch his
lights out, but he merely confronted Ron on this.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
I mean, what was that exchange like.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
Well, whenever it happened, you're a little bit in shock
and answer kind of a question that you had to.

Speaker 3 (08:35):
Say, biddy, go yes, there was alcohol involved.

Speaker 4 (08:37):
And so when the next morning, when Ron was acting
like nothing happened and trying to be buddy buddy, and
you know, we have the very firm discussion with him,
you kind of give him the benefit of the doubt.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
He's like, bro, I don't remember, dude.

Speaker 4 (08:49):
I'm so sorry. I would never say those things. I
had too much to drink. And you're kind of like,
you know what, we're going to give a little grace,
We're gonna you know, we're just gonna part ways not
cool that kind of thing. But you know, my husband
that first year that happened, and I'm sorry there was
a typo.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
In my statement.

Speaker 4 (09:04):
It was actually June four, twenty twenty one, and then
if February twenty twenty two.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
So I kind of clear that upcause I know it's
probably a lit confusing.

Speaker 5 (09:10):
You know, my husband was there.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
Was my event, it was, you know, for my class
and you're at the broad More. Did he want to
punch his life out? Of course he did, but he.

Speaker 4 (09:20):
Had to sit back and you know, restrain himself and say,
I don't want to embarrass my wife.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
We're at the broad More. We're going to walk away.

Speaker 4 (09:26):
Because of course, you always think like how are you
going to act if something was to happen, But then
when you're in the actual situation, and one I was stunned,
you're kind of like, I can't believe that just happened,
that was being said. But then in the next year
when he comes up again and my husband and says
it again, it was on And honestly he got up
to go chase him down and have a what fork
as he figured at that point enough enough and people
held him back at that point.

Speaker 2 (09:47):
Wow. Jacquelin Anderson our guest final question, Jacqueline, appreciate your time,
especially on short notice.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
And that is you stepped up to get voice to this.

Speaker 2 (09:56):
When you realize that Ron Weinberg was running for a
minority whip, thought it had been resolved. He was banned
from LPR the Rockies. He doesn't deny that, I don't think,
but we can get to that a little bit later.

Speaker 1 (10:06):
I guess.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
Do you believe at this time that you've discovered that
the future harassment was continuing with other women and you
want to do your.

Speaker 1 (10:13):
Best to step up to protect them.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Should representative of Weinberg resign and do you believe he will?

Speaker 3 (10:20):
He should absolutely resign.

Speaker 4 (10:21):
He's a danger to women that the stories that I
have in the DMS that are coming forward, you have
no business being in anywhere a place of leadership, let
alone a representative of our state people at Larah Moore
County should be outraged and it's really unfortunate.

Speaker 3 (10:39):
Do I think he'll resign.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
No, he's doing exactly what I expect him, which is
to deny, stand behind a lawyer and say we're going
to look for, you know, any legal recourse we can.
You know, I expect that because if he was to
say silent, we would take that as you know, he's
going to admit it.

Speaker 3 (10:54):
You know, he's going to do what he's going to do.
But at the end of the day, I'm.

Speaker 4 (10:56):
Going to stand in my truth. I'm not here to
create contra. I came forward because silence protects the wrong
people and I'm tired of I'm getting away with it.

Speaker 2 (11:05):
Jacqueline Anderson joining us with these accusations of sexual harassment
not once, but twice, and each time in front of
her husband at these events. By Representative Ron Weinberg. Jacqueline,
thank you so much for joining us. We appreciate you
coming forward and talking to us about it here today.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
You're very welcome. Thank you so much for having.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Me all right now again to clarify, Representative Weinberg has
been invited to join Sheriff Steve Reams today He's filling
in the sheriff is for Dan Kaplis, and Weinberg is
checking with his attorneys now. The reason my next guest
is on with us is because she was directly implicated
by name, indirectly accused of serving up this subterfuge as

(11:44):
some kind of dirty tactic or smear merchant campaign, as
they were. Both Ron Weinberg and our next guest, Representative
Brady Bradley, are running for Minority whip, which of course
Representative Carlos Baron ended up getting. This is Carolyn Weinberg,
wife of Ron, on Facebook earlier today and this is
right after Jaqueline Anderson made her Facebook post. Quote from

(12:05):
Carolyn Weinberg, I am absolutely disgusted by the false accusations
being made against my husband. I'm my husband's legislative aid
at the Capitol and always with him. I was present
with him at both leadership program the Rockies retreats in
twenty twenty one and twenty twenty two, and I can
say without question that the claims made by these two
women are completely false. These lies are harming our family

(12:27):
and our children. What makes this even worse are the
anti Semitic posts circulating on x along with posts exposing
where our children go to school, all tied these baseless accusations.
Why now my husband has already gone through an appointment
and an election and nothing was said. Then the moment
he announced his candidacy for House Whip against Brandy Bradley,
suddenly these attacks appeared. No family wants to endure this.

(12:50):
No person deserves to be slandered for political gain. Are
we now at the point where anyone can make a
claim about something supposedly said and destroy someone's life without proof?

Speaker 1 (12:59):
What happened to do?

Speaker 2 (12:59):
Process? Politics have become so hateful, even within your own party.
That from Carolyn Weinberg in defense of her husband, Representative
Ron Weinberg. She implicated Representative Brandy Bradley. She joined us
right now, Brandy, your response to.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
What you just heard?

Speaker 3 (13:14):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (13:14):
Ryan.

Speaker 6 (13:14):
I just think it's funny that Carolyn is speaking for
her husband, is going to slander me after I announced
my candidacy for whip. I didn't even know he was
going to run for minority whip. And I certainly haven't
talked to any of these women coming forward. I don't
know anyone in Larimer County, and I find these accusations
maybe I should get my own lawyer, Ryan, because I'm

(13:36):
not going to sit here and be the problem child
or the witch hunt coming after me. I mean, they
also blame me for someone looking into his tracer account.
You know, he's not coming forward and having an accountability
and transparency. He's hiding behind a lawyer, and he's hide
and flandering me through his wife. And I will not
see him for it, and I will not tolerate it.
It's like he's for met me before.

Speaker 2 (13:58):
Representat Bradley. Have you been to these LPR conferences that
are being mentioned here?

Speaker 5 (14:04):
No, I'm not an LPR.

Speaker 6 (14:05):
I never went to LPR, so I didn't I had
heard the rumors. Yeah, they had not talked to these women.
I don't know these women. I didn't know that Ron
was misusing his campaign funds, which no one seems to
want to talk.

Speaker 5 (14:17):
About until that was posted.

Speaker 6 (14:19):
So I find it odd that everyone is blaming Brandy
Brawley because I decided to run for minority whips. This
is it's the biggest joke I've ever seen, Ryan, and
I appreciate you for having.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Me on absolutely and Representative Bradley.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
You mentioned that you had heard rumors, whispers and undo
about things that may have happened at LPR regarding Representative
Weinberg along these lines, and now words of being given
to those accusations in the form of these two post
victim impact statements. What was your view of Representative Weinberg
before all of.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
This, What is it now? And in your mind does
he need to resign?

Speaker 3 (14:54):
Well?

Speaker 6 (14:55):
I went to leadership about my own problem with Representative Weinberg.
I wasn't going to air that thirty laundry, and they
told me to file a workplace harassment against him, and
that was the only thing that I could do. I
have plenty more to say. I'm going to wait and
go through those proper channels. But Carolyn Wantsberg sat there
and listened to her husband discuss blowjobs on another representative

(15:16):
that was at the table the last night's session, and
then talked about another representative who was waiting for marriage
to have intimate relations and she wasn't even at the table.
So for Carolyn to sit there and stand by her
man when she has heard these things come forward, will
I am not going to sit here and let her
go nuclear on me and preting like I am the

(15:36):
reason for his bad behavior.

Speaker 3 (15:38):
I will not do it now.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
Represented Bradley. Some of you just said, I want to
follow up on regarding his behavior toward you. Specifically, you
had mentioned that you wanted to go to Leadership with
a formal complaint, et cetera, maybe only of an HR
type nature. Has Representative Weinberg been inappropriate with you?

Speaker 6 (15:56):
Absolutely he has been inappropriate me and people are standing
behind that and hiding it. And I was told to
file a workplace harassmus that they couldn't do anything about it,
and the repercussions. You see what these women are going
through right now, the repercussions these women are going through.
They're attacking these women and saying that this isn't truth

(16:17):
and that he's a statement stand up guy. Well, maybe
you should have Rose Toglici and Ty Winner on and
ask about the conversation I had with them and what
I was told to do.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
Certainly we'll follow up with them, Represented Bradley. He mentioned
that you might be looking into pursuing further action against
Representative Weinberg and what form will that take. What is
the next step in this process for you personally? If
there is one.

Speaker 6 (16:41):
There's another situation, Ryan that Representative Weinberg knows exactly what
I'm talking about, and I've already started filing the complaint.
So as soon as I go through the proper channels,
because it seems like you have to go to the
proper channels or no one believes you, I will make
sure to come back on your show and tell on
my side.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
Looking forward to following up on that final thing, Brandy,
as we hear the story from Jacqueline Anderson from other
women coming forward, she mentioned her DMS the other victim
impact statement. Yourself, personally, what would you say to a
woman out there that maybe going through this very thing
right now, and it could be somebody like you. You are
in a position of power and leadership within the Republican
Party of the Colorado House, and yet still you were.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
Not being believed.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
What would you advise a woman that's going through this
that might feel alone.

Speaker 6 (17:27):
Well, first, I think shame on us. Shame on us
for saying we protect women in sports and women in
safe spaces, that we don't protect women to come forward
when they're sexual harassment. Shame on us as a party
for standing beside this and telling people if they speak
out that they're going to be judged and shamed. I
is mind boggling to me, Ryan, to be in a
party like this.

Speaker 2 (17:47):
Representative Brandy Bradley, and again, it's such a mixed bag.
I talked to Representative Baron about being the minority whip.
I knew that you'd be a great one as well.
But this just goes to show there's still plenty of
discord within the are out of Republican party.

Speaker 5 (18:01):
Right.

Speaker 6 (18:02):
You know, Representative vern was at the table when Weinberg
made those remarks to Republicans. Maybe you should have him
on the show and ask him about.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
Those Well, I will now and I just had him on,
and I did not know that detail that you just
shared with us. Represented Brandy Bradley never holding anything back.
That's one of the things we appreciate most about you.
Thanks so much for taking the time here today, and
best of luck going forward with all of this.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
Thank you, Ryan.

Speaker 6 (18:25):
I was perfectly happy to stay quiet, but I mean,
if you get slammed on social media, PLANTERD, it's time
to tell your story.

Speaker 3 (18:31):
There.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
It is Representative Brandy Bradley, And as she mentioned, Carolyn Weinberg,
the wife of Representative Ron Weinberg, standing by her man
Tammy Wynette style that Hillary Clinton said she wouldn't do that,
she wouldn't stay home baked cookies. Well, Carolyn has come
to her husband's defense and to reiterate one final time.
Representative Weinberg has been invited to join Sheriff Steve Reeams
coming up later today, the sheriff filling in for Dan Kaplis,

(18:54):
and we are waiting word from Ron and his attorneys.
I said, whether or not that can go forward a
time out. Representative Lauren Bobert next Ryan Schuling live.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
We don't know if the files have been destroyed. We
don't know if they're still being hidden. We don't know anything.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
It's hard to know what goes on behind closed doors.

Speaker 7 (19:16):
John, you're familiar with the way intelligence agencies operate.

Speaker 2 (19:20):
This guy Epstein was accused of being intel.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Do you think this adds up?

Speaker 7 (19:28):
No, I don't think this adds up. You've hit it
on the head, and so has Barry. I think you're
both exactly.

Speaker 1 (19:35):
Right on this.

Speaker 7 (19:36):
We really don't know anything because the FBI doesn't want
us to know anything. I'm not blaming the FBI director
Cash Battel or the deputy director Dan Bongino. I think
that that layer beneath them. That's part of what we
like to call the deep state has taken this bowl
by the horns, and they've probably destroyed information.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
That John Kirikle, the former ci A agent, joining Jesse
Waters on Fox News in the wake of this memo
that was released by the DOJ on Sunday pertaining to
the Jeffrey Epstein files or lack thereof, joining us to
discuss that, among myriad other topics. Representati Lauren Bobert here
on Ryan Schuling Live. Congresswoman, thank you so much once

(20:18):
again for taking the time.

Speaker 5 (20:20):
Brian, it is wonderful to join you and all of
your Colorado listeners.

Speaker 2 (20:25):
I just want to get your reaction because I know
you and Dan Bongino are pretty close.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
This is an issue that he's been.

Speaker 2 (20:30):
Clamoring about during his years as a podcast host, and
a lot of people kind of on our side of
the aisle wanted to get to the truth of the
matter as it pertains to Epstein and felt maybe let
down by what we were told on Sunday night. What's
your response and reaction?

Speaker 5 (20:45):
Yes, Well, first of all, I do have great respect
for both our director Cashpatal and our deputy director Dan Bongino.
I've been working with them on many cases, even directly
connected with Colorado, and you know, this is something that
was low hanging through, something that many folks have been
wanting answers about, and thought that was something we were

(21:07):
going to get immediately. And I'm not sure what is
going to come of that video is released obviously of
Epstein's cell, it seems that there is still some missing
time in that during his death. And uh, I just
think currently a list of some sort some sort of

(21:27):
clientele that was involved with with Alex Epstein or Jeffrey Epstein,
excuse me, and and with going Maxwell, those need to
be released. We want to know who was involved. We
don't care what side they're on, who they vote for.
We want to know who's involved. And I think that
they are doing their very best to get that information,

(21:49):
but they're also still rooting out bad actors. I've had
personal conversations with with our deputy director at the FBI
saying that they are still trying to find out out
who is trying to withhold information from the new GUIDs
in charge and in this administration, because the bureaucracy is

(22:11):
really the fourth branch of government. And a bureaucracy that
does not have their party in office is happy to
wait that out. That's the way it's always been. But
I do believe that President Trump has put in the
right people to leave these agencies to root that out
so we can have transparency and honesty. Anything that I've

(22:34):
asked Bngino about, he has immediately started investigations and has
been giving me information along the way until that can
be released to the public, and has been keeping me informed.
And I think that they are aggressively trying to get
to the bottom of many issues when it comes to
voter voting integrity in the United States, And of course

(22:58):
there's this going on with at but also there are
some other things in Colorado that we would like a
full examination of as well. And these are topics that
you know right now are just personal conversations with the FBI,
and I know that they're working to get answers for Colorado.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
It's good to hear and I know you have that
informed inside perspective, and that's why I wanted to talk
to you about a representative Lauren Bobert with us, you
fight fiercely for your constituents in the fourth Lauren nobody
knows that better than I do. I just want to
get your assessment as you can honestly tell our listeners,
many of whom are your constituents, about your faith, what
maybe grade you would give from Agpambondi to FBI Director

(23:41):
Cash Betel, to Deputy Director Dan Bongino, and their ability
to get the job done, as you mentioned, trying to
unroot so many of these weeds that have grown up
over the years when it comes to the deep state,
the federal bureaucracy is from within, and your faith in
them getting that job done, and the grade you would
give them so far.

Speaker 5 (24:01):
Well, as a ge the scholar here, you know, I'm
just happy with the passing grade. No, with all jokes aside, though,
I think that they're doing a fantastic job. We have
seen so much information come out from them and even
informing the public that there are ongoing investigations. So much
has been brushed aside in other administrations, even Republican administrations,

(24:24):
even Trump's previous administration in the past. And I believe
that this is a very aggressive and transport parent agency
administration that he has assembled. And so I do have
a lot of faith and trust and Attorney General Pam
Bondi is also someone that I communicate with. She is

(24:45):
working currently on a lawsuit for the registration of firearm suppressors.
We were able to get rid of the two hundred
dollars tax on the suppressors in the Big Beautiful Bill,
but for some odd reason this send it put back
in there the actual registration requirement for those suppressors. But

(25:05):
if you if you aren't being taxed, then there's no
need for registration. So that was one of my most
recent conversations with her, that she wants a lawsuit to
get rid of that registration altogether, especially now that there's
no longer a tax. So there are smaller items that
have a really big and lasting impact that they are
working on as well. And I can't even imagine as

(25:29):
much information and requests come from my office to these agencies,
what else is going to their offices. And with as
responsive as they are to me personally, that's not something
that they have to do, and they are on it immediately,
So I would certainly grade them well and I put

(25:49):
them in high esteem. And also this is the first
year we have a short time before the midterm elections,
but we are still just trying to und the damage
that was done in the Biden administration and get things
I don't even want to say back to normal, because
we didn't like the normal either, but we want to

(26:10):
get things to a good place where there is trust
within these agencies, at least the ones that should remain.
You know, I'm not a fan of the ATS and
I think we should abolish that, and certainly have had
my gripes with the TSA agency as well. But I
want there to be trust in transparency, and I know

(26:30):
that that's what President Trump and his team want as well.

Speaker 2 (26:32):
Representative Lauren Bobert Forth Congressional District joining us here on
Ryan Schuling Live. Lauren, we know that the big beautiful
bill did earn passage, got it through before independence State,
President Trumps signing that in. There were concerns about kind
of the reconciliation though as it came back over from
the Senate, and certain things that might be taken out
of the bill, defanging it when it comes to eliminating

(26:56):
medicaid for illegal aliens.

Speaker 1 (26:58):
And I've seen some conflicting ports above that.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
Did it meet your task as to whether or not
that actually happened? Was that able to continue into the bill.
Was that in fact removed because of the parliamentarian.

Speaker 5 (27:11):
Yes, well, I do believe that there are many senators
who were just blaming the parliamentarian and saying, oh, well,
we have to because of this unelected bureaucrat. And there's
only been about six parliamentarians in the past one hundred years,
so this is a very powerful position. But also there
wasn't much to be done about removing this Vice President Vance.

(27:34):
I was in the room with him when he said,
I will fire her today if that's what it takes.
But you have senators who wanted the blame to be
put on her. So in one of my White House
meetings with the President and other colleagues of mine in
the Freedom Caucus, we were assured that there will be
things done in the administration to take care of what

(27:56):
I think the Senate broke in a big, beautiful bill.
For instance, when it comes to illegal aliens, well, we
have Stephen Miller who is working night and day, day
and night to remove illegal aliens from our country, and
the best way to ensure that they are not receiving
taxpayer benefits is to deport them. And I do have

(28:16):
the full faith and confidence that with the funding in
this big, beautiful bill, that we will have even more
deportations of people who have broke our nation's law and
come here illegally and are grisking off of the American taxpayer.
There's also issues with Planned parenthood. We had a ten
year ban on funding for planned parenthood. The Senate took

(28:39):
that down to one year, and now there's a federal
judge even trying to block that. But we were also
promised smaller reconciliation bills in the future to beef that
up again and ensure that planned parenthood can go fund themselves.
We don't need to be funding abortions through tax dollars.

(29:00):
And so there's a lot of assurance that I was able,
assurances that I was able to receive in these meetings,
And in fact, I was on the phone with President
Trump until almost midnight or excuse me, almost two am
before the passage of the bill, trying to get my
colleague on board with this bill as well. And you know,

(29:21):
I was just honored to be a part of those
negotiations and really highlighting what President Trump has assured his
administration will do to put forward more of the House
version of the big, beautiful bill rather than what was
actually signed in to law.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
Always great information and insight coming from our congress woman
in the fourth Congressional District.

Speaker 1 (29:42):
You can follow her on x at Rep.

Speaker 2 (29:44):
Bobert the OE B E r T Lauren Bolbert. Always
appreciate your time. Thanks for joining us today and I'll
talk to you again very soon.

Speaker 5 (29:52):
Thanks so much, Bryan, see yousent of.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
Lauren Bolbert, your thoughts, your reaction five seven seven three nine.
To close out the show, so we send you into
the Dan Kaplick Show with Sheriff Steve Reims filling in
his guest host. After this, more Ryan Showing Live continues
fireworks upon my return Independence Day. It ain't over yet, Kelly.

(30:15):
What did we just witness over these last two hours.

Speaker 5 (30:17):
There's been a very interesting last hour, especially if you
missed it, you're going to want to not miss it.

Speaker 2 (30:26):
And by virtue of downloading listening to the podcast, she'll
get the official R rated version. Zach's working on that
because we were surprised by some terminology that came from
Representative Brandy Bradley.

Speaker 1 (30:38):
My phone's been blowing up with texts.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
From her, and I'll share a couple of those in
a moment, but not just Brandy Bradley joining me talking
about the allegations of sexual harassment against Represented Ron Weinberg,
of which Brandy states that she has been a target
of those and Jacqueline Anderson, who came forward courageously making
her statement on the record with here on this program.

(31:01):
Brandy says the following, I don't know these women, but
I hear that there are so many about to come forward.
But if it was just that, maybe it would be
hard to believe. Along with their stories in the campaign finance,
misuse of money, and the story that I'm about to break,
his world will crumble. She also states, the Republican men
in our caucus know about his behavior and they are

(31:23):
covering for him. Wow, let's go to your tax five seven,
seven thirty nine. As we round out today's program, we
could have filled four hours today. I think that's not
every day, but today, Yes, Ryan, our state Republican Party
is sunk to a new low. Peyton Place is below us,
Whiskey tango foxtrot, and they wonder why we shift to unaffiliated.

Speaker 1 (31:42):
Look in the freaking mirror.

Speaker 2 (31:44):
You know, trying to give you some good news. Representative
Carlos Broun. He's an inspirational story, first generation American, brought
to this country by his parents. His father worked in
the oil and gas industry, and now he's the minority whip.
But in the process of this race, he had represented
Brandy Bradley Ron Weinberg's through his hat into the ring
that turned out to backfire Bigley, and then there was

(32:06):
this subterfuge Carolin Weinberg Run's wife accusing Brandy Bradley of
starting these rumors in nuendo and allegations and things left
on set. Isn't that a collective soul album from nineteen
ninety four? I believe it is as a matter of fact,
Sher Steve Rings, you got anything to say today?

Speaker 1 (32:23):
I think we're gonna have some topics to talk about.

Speaker 2 (32:26):
I think we will stay tuned for that. He's filling
in for Dan Caplis. That's all I have for you
for now, but I got so much more. We'll have
to pick it up where we left off today tomorrow,
and we'll do just that on Wednesday.

Speaker 1 (32:37):
Thanks for tuning in. Glad to be back. Ryan Schuling
Live'll talk to you soon.
