Speaker 1 (00:00):
One of the strengths of a representative republic is that
voters don't have to sit helpless while crime surge is
under regressive rule. They can throw failed leaders out of
the ballot box. And in one Colorado area, one council
woman is banking on that fact, leading a recall effort
against a district attorney she says puts left wing politics
ahead of our public safety, our crime course findal Jason

(00:22):
Mattera has this special report.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
She didn't even see him coming up. That's how fast
he was going. She was effectively killed instantly. How do
you stadle that loss?

Speaker 3 (00:32):
In a rural Colorado, councilwoman Danielle Jorinski is spearheading a
recall effort against Arapahoe County da Amy Patton, driven by
outrage over the death of twenty four year old Caitlin Weaver.
Before Padden took off as prosecutors were ready to throw
the book at fifteen a legal alien who killed Caitlyn

(00:52):
while tearing through a residential neighborhood at ninety miles per hour.
But once Patten one, critics say she's slash the case
into a sweetheart deal probation and community service, leaving Caitlyn's
loved ones shattered Danielle. This case is seen as a
grave miscarriage of justice. Caitlyn's killer walked while her family grieves.

Speaker 4 (01:15):
Justice was undone with Amy Patten's election, and I feel
like somebody needs to be the voice for Kaitlyn Weaver.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
Durinsky bless Patten's record as reckless, turning criminals loose while
families pay the price. In one case, a transsex offender
with a lengthy criminal record who tried to abduct a
child wasn't locked up. He got a mental health stay
and could be roaming free within months. Sheriff Darren Weekley,
whose district borders Pattens, explains that communities anywhere under progressive

(01:46):
leadership see the same problem. Criminals aren't being punished, They're
being recycled back onto the streets.

Speaker 5 (01:53):
If you can't keep criminals in jail, guess what they
keep reoffending Our men and women where the uniform may
go out every single day trying to make a difference.
They put their lives on the line, and it's very
frustrating when they go do that and they make good arrests.
Our detectives file good cases only to have these people
released and reoffend, and they continue to plague our communities.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Drinsky is driving a recall petition, racing toward the nearly
seventy six thousand signatures that are required by the end
of September to force an election.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
To whom Youever's wife mattered, You need a DA that's
going to put people before politics.

Speaker 6 (02:29):
You need a DA who is going to care more
about the victims than the criminals.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Paden shrugs off criticism, insisting her hands are tied by
state law and cherry picking other cases where she claims
she was tough for Drinsky. Those excuses ring hogam and
she is betting that voters feel the same. Chris, The
Trump administration is cracking down, as we know on criminals

(02:56):
and the contrasts with Blue state leaders. Could it be
clear at this When Ice arrested this team illegal in May,
they posted a message underscoring that justice to Amy padd
and the district attorney meant no jail time for what
essentially was the picular homicide, but justice to the White
House meant handcuffs and deportation.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Such a big difference, no.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
Kidding, and to thank Jason, this illegal alien killer would
still be roaming free if Kamala Harris had god forbid
been elected. Recall efforts traditionally aren't easy to pull off.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
How is this one going?

Speaker 3 (03:31):
You're right, so it's no easy feat. It takes money, manpower,
as you know. But daniel Jurinsky says they're closing in
on twenty thousand signatures and with the slate of events
lined up through the end of September, she believes she
can get closer to the number needed to trigger that
recall election.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
Can we rescue Colorado from these pro criminal Democrats?

Speaker 7 (03:54):
Praise God.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Let's hope we get something can be done. Jase Smitera
live from our Florida newsroom. Thank you, sir, appreciate the report.

Speaker 8 (04:00):
News Max Jason Matterra reporting on Danielle Jorinsky's effort to
recall Amy Padden in the eighteenth Judicial District from the
Chris Salsado Show. Kelly, how does it feel? I know
you're a big news Max watcher yourself. It's not on
my primary package. Yeah, but I rely on you to
bring me up to speed on these things. And when
you see something you live in Aurora, it's like extended

(04:22):
Aurora Incorporated.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Way out in the middle of nowhere, but it's still
Aurora according to you.

Speaker 8 (04:27):
Well it is, but when you see these stories in
the news, it's just really kind of hits home.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
I would think it does.

Speaker 9 (04:35):
And it's very shameful because you don't want all of
these weird Aurora stories going around because it is national.
So you know, I have you know, most of my
family lives in California, and I get these messages like
are you okay because you you live in Aurora, and

(04:56):
it's like, yeah, I'm good, yes, me, But it is
It's very unfortunate that on the national scene, Aurora is
seen as a piece of crap.

Speaker 8 (05:10):
Well, Danielle Jorinsky's doing her level best to turn that around.
Of course, she was instrumental in getting Cindy Romero out
of the edge at Lowry Apartments along with her husband Ed,
and really in many ways Cindy has told me it
feels like Danielle helped save her life. It was getting
out of hand there and we just saw that big
gun drug bust of thirty individuals, eight of whom were

(05:30):
trendy Aragua members. Three of those leaders within trendy Aragua.
Can you imagine what would have what would have occurred.
If Cindy's video had never.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
Went no, they wouldn't have been believed, it would not
have been aired.

Speaker 8 (05:47):
Find out more at Danielle for Aurora dot com. That's
Danielle fr Aurora dot com.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
She has my full, total and complete endorsement. She's phenomenal.

Speaker 8 (05:56):
But more than that, you could look for updates on
this recall effort, which as I did this search through AI,
they need exactly seventy five thousand, eight hundred and seventy
five signatures by September thirtieth, so a little over a
month away. Danielle tells Newsmax that they're about at twenty thousand,
So look online, look for places you can reach out

(06:19):
directly through her website.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
And you can do that, I guess easiest Danielleforora dot com.

Speaker 8 (06:25):
As to where you can sign that petition, Kelly and
I already have as residents of a Rapaho county and
double the pleasure. If you are an Aurora resident like
Kelly is and I am not. I live in Greenwood Village,
you can sign that separate petition as well, so make
sure to do that and we will support Danielle in
that effort. Five seven seven thirty nine. Let's get to
some text, shall we. Votes for Full of the Week.

(06:48):
Kelly was wandering around on this Friday, aimlessly, I might add.
So I don't even know if she knows who the
nominees are, but this Texter didn't matter a tie. They
all suck these This was a difficult field, I have
to say. Frandy says, I'm going to have to go
with the drunk ag. Oh my god, just the inflection
her voice. There's something about imy eg im e g drunk.

(07:10):
Rhode Island Assistant Attorney General Devin Hogan Flanagan arrested for
her publicly drunken behavior and trying to get out of
it by telling the police officer she was an AG.
Well she's not really an AG. She's an assistant AG.
It's like the Dwight Shreut syndrome from the office, Like
I'm the assistant manager, you're the assistant to the regional manager.

(07:30):
Come on, Ryan, they are all winners. But James Comy
is the cringiest of the cringe. Plus he's the biggest
d bag ever gold metal emoji. This vote is for
joy read thank you for playing Texter. And now we
get to Patty Is she going to be petty today?
Is she gonna be peppy peppy Patty like peppermint Patty.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
Gotta fine, it's a Friday.

Speaker 8 (07:51):
My hopes are high Ryan fools of plenty, poor joy
in her ice, cold heart, silly ag makes white girls
want to get the number of Trump's tanning salons. You
don't have to identify as what white girl wasted as
a thing. I didn't invent the term. I think even
Zach knows that term. But it just comes with I
don't know, a certain personality, a certain attitude post alcohol consumption,

(08:15):
attitude like you're kind of entitled to whatever you want.
That plays into white clause no laws, and that's what
they're going for there.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
Continue with Patty's text.

Speaker 8 (08:25):
Cracker barrel changes make me cry as I watch them
lower their brand six feet under Comy, Lord help us.
How did this fool reach the level heated within our
DOJ and how do we survive him? Taylor likely blocked him,
and seashells are covering up in the sand to hide
from him. Comy is a sad, sad fool eighty six him.
He must think FBI stands for fool because he's an

(08:47):
idiot and he gets my vote.

Speaker 2 (08:48):
So there you go. You can vote as well. Five seven, seven,
three nine the nominees. It's a tough field.

Speaker 8 (08:53):
The Cracker Barrel CEO Julie Messino changing their logo because
they don't want the old guy there uncle who it
was based on.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Have you ever been to a cracker barrels act? I
don't think I ever have?

Speaker 8 (09:06):
Are they even around here in Colorado? Big in the
Midwest and in the south too.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
I drive down.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
I've got family in the Springs and in southern Colorado,
So I drive a twenty five south a lot. There
is one along there, I think kinda in Douglas County
if I remember correctly.

Speaker 8 (09:20):
Okay, well, I am a big fan, not generally of
chain restaurants, but this one. It gets the job done.
You got comfort food. They got some of the best
biscuits and gravy that you'll find. Nice hearty breakfast meals
like Lumberjack style, and it has a certain kind of
feel and vibe when.

Speaker 2 (09:37):
You walk in.

Speaker 8 (09:38):
It's got the handmade wooden furniture, woodworking on the outside.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
It's got the little shop on the inside.

Speaker 8 (09:44):
When Nick knacks Patty Wax threw the dung of bone
and the little gifts and then you sit down and
it's rustic, and that's the whole charm of it.

Speaker 2 (09:52):
Why do you change it. It's a winning brand.

Speaker 8 (09:55):
It's a winning brand, and you're fixing something that's not
broke with woke. Okay, it doesn't work, asked Bud Light.
But Julie Messino nevertheless, and then Joy Reid saying that
all the white people did, their ancestors made this country
into a slave hell. They stole ideas from blacks. Elvis
ripped off black artists music. He's a bad guy. White's

(10:15):
never invented anything except a lot of things. But that
was her take the ag we mentioned. And then James
Comy getting real creepy and weird. Being a swifty five
seven seven thirty nine is where you can send those
texts along. Now we did get word and this was
just breaking before the top of the hour. Julane Maxwell

(10:38):
the transcript of her interview with Todd Blanche part of
the Trump DOJ and AG's office. He did not go
around saying but that mean key, but did interview Julaane Maxwell,
and I don't think a lot came out of it.
And I'm not surprised buy it, And she offered this
when it came to President Trump.

Speaker 10 (10:58):
And did you ever hear mister Epstein or anybody say
that President Trump had done anything inappropriate with Messus's or
with anybody in your world.

Speaker 4 (11:10):
Absolutely never in any context.

Speaker 8 (11:14):
Now, you would expect that she knows the only person
who can change her future her outcome is the President
himself by offering some kind of pardon ordeal. So you
would not expect, with that on the line, that she
would say anything that would implicate Trump. So it's hard
to read too much into it. And I don't know

(11:36):
that you're going to get a lot out of this.
What's really rich about this raid of John Bolton's home and.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
Trump?

Speaker 8 (11:47):
He had this to say, so the DOJ, the FBI
apparently seeking documents at the Bolton residence, and Trump says,
you knew nothing about it.

Speaker 11 (11:55):
No, I don't know about it. I saw it on
television this morning. I'm not a fan of John Bull.
He's a real, uh, sort of a low life. When
I hired him, he served a good purpose because, as
you know, he was one of the people that forced
push to do the ridiculous bombings in the Middle East.

Speaker 2 (12:14):
The Bolton.

Speaker 11 (12:15):
You know, he wants always to kill.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
People, and he's very bad at.

Speaker 11 (12:19):
What he does. But he worked out great for me
because every time he doesn't talk. He's like a very
quiet person, except on television. If you could say something
bad about trumpelways do that. But but he really doesn't talk.
He's quiet. And I walk into a room with him
with a foreign country, and the foreign country would give
me everything because they said, I don't know, they're going
to get blown up because John Bolton is there. He's

(12:40):
a not a smart guy, but he could be a
very unpatriotic.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
I mean, we're going to find out.

Speaker 11 (12:46):
I know nothing about it. I just saw it this morning.
They did a rid Do you accept you have to
reef you on this? Yeah, they'll be they'll brief probably today,
sometime and more. I don't want to. I tell him,
and I tell the good I don't want to know,
but just you have to do what you have to do.
I don't want to know about it. It's not necessary.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
I could know about it.

Speaker 11 (13:04):
I could be the one starting and I'm actually the
chief law enforcement officer. But I feel that it's better
this way.

Speaker 8 (13:12):
This is the reason coming up next. Why a lot
of people feel that Vice President jd Vance is the
obvious era apparent, but it's how he handles the media.
When he told Margaret Brennan, I don't really care Margaret,
and that became a meme and like people with T
shirts and stuff, it was phenomenal. And then when he
was talking to Martha Radditts ABC News, it was just

(13:34):
limited to a few apartments the trend dear Ragua takeovers
in Aurora, just a few apartments.

Speaker 2 (13:43):
And he's like, do you hear yourself, Martha.

Speaker 8 (13:46):
He handles Kristen Welker with much of the same here
as the news of John Bolton's home raid by the
FBI had broken, and pushes back, this is such a
cop out way to ask a question.

Speaker 3 (14:01):
You know, a lot of people have already looked at
this and said, this looks a lot like retribution.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Is this retribution?

Speaker 8 (14:07):
Well, who has said it looks a lot like retribution?

Speaker 12 (14:09):
Christ and a lot of people who tried to throw
Donald Trump in prison for completely fake charges that were
later thrown out by multiple different courts.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
I suspect that if the media and.

Speaker 12 (14:19):
The American people let this case actually unfold, if they
let the investigation unfold as it's currently doing. They're going
to find out that what we're doing is being very
deliberate and being very driven by the national interest and
by the law here, and that's as it should be.

Speaker 8 (14:33):
I'm so glad he called her out on A lot
of people are saying a lot of what people who
Who is this peanut gallery that's making all this comment
about this.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Being a politically targeted raid.

Speaker 8 (14:43):
Well, what's good for the goose is good for the gander,
and you can't be surprised when it comes full circle.

Speaker 2 (14:47):
Jeff Crank joins us. Next, this is your favorite president.

Speaker 7 (14:55):
They just have to say, Congressman Jeff Crank is doing
a truly fa fantastic job representing the great people of
Colorado's fifth Congressional district. And Jeff is a fierce advocate
for our America First agenda In Congress. He is fighting
hard to grow our economy, lower taxes, cut regulations, promote

(15:18):
made in the USA, advance American energy dominance by helping
to keep the price of gasoline, oil, and all forms
of energy very low, continue to secure our now secure border,
champion our incredible military and veterans, and defend our always

(15:38):
under siege second Amendment. Jeff Crank has my complete and
total endorsement for reelection.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
He will not let you down. Believe me.

Speaker 8 (15:48):
Wow, President Trump offering up that endorsement on truth Social
just the other day, and the aforementioned representative Jeff Crank
from the fifth Congressional district south of here joined us
now on Ryan Schuling Live present of Crank.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
How does that feel right?

Speaker 6 (16:03):
And that was great. It's awesome to get that. And actually,
I want to say it was a total surprise because
we'd asked for the endorsement, you know, maybe a month
or so ago, but we had no idea it was coming.
Just all of a sudden, it just popped up. They
didn't say, hey, by the way, today the President's going
to endorse you. It's just like all of a sudden.

(16:23):
I had friends and others sending it to me from
truth Social. So just an honor to be a part
of the team and to work with the President. And
I'm very honored to have his support.

Speaker 8 (16:32):
And we're very honored to have Sean Ferrish offering up
that spot on Trump impression because like for the President,
he's from Long Island. He can mimic that accent. Quite well,
Representative Crank.

Speaker 5 (16:42):
That's it's it.

Speaker 6 (16:43):
By the way, Ryan, that was unbelievable. Yeah, probably the
greatest one I've ever heard.

Speaker 2 (16:49):
So I'd like you might have slipped into one there too.

Speaker 8 (16:52):
I think we all have our own impressions of the president,
but it's the president who is a convenient punching bag
for the left here in Colorado. Almost like it's too easy,
it's reflexive, it's lazy, and it appears the Colorado General
Assembly is trying to thread the needle with this special
session in blaming you Representative Lauren Bobert, Representative Gabe Evans,

(17:13):
and Representative Jeff Hurd for supporting the big beautiful bill.
And I'm trying to make sense of this. Maybe you
can help me out, maybe you can't. And that is
they are citing the federal dollars loss as the reason
why there is a one point two billion dollar budget
shortfall in the Colorado state budget.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
How is that possible?

Speaker 6 (17:35):
Well, look, first of all, if their lips are moved
in their line, and that's just where we are on
this whole deal. The bottom line is, first of all,
they've gone on a spending spree for the last decade,
up in the Colorado State Legislature. Our budget is completely
out of control in the state of Colorado. And it's

(17:55):
been because we haven't have a Republican governor to hold
him in check since Bill Owen, and we haven't had
a majority in the House or Senate, and so they
have been out of control. But here's the reality, Ryan,
and they know this to be the truth, right.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
The only reason.

Speaker 6 (18:12):
The Big Beautiful Bill affected their budget is that we
cut taxes. So we cut taxes on overtime, we cut
taxes on tips, we cut taxes, as you know, on seniors,
we cut taxes on the middle class of America. And

(18:34):
because the State of Colorado's tax return is based on
what your adjusted federal gross income is when you do
your federal taxes, you're going to pay less in taxes.
And then the first line on the Colorado state tax
form is what's your federal adjusted gross income. It's going

(18:55):
to be lower because we lowered it for the citizens
of Colorado. So that's the only revenue they're losing.

Speaker 2 (19:02):
So what's their.

Speaker 6 (19:03):
Response, go in and try and raise taxes somewhere else
to make up for it instead of trying to maybe
I don't know stop paying for illegals who are here,
cut back on some of the excesses that they've done
in the Medicaid program themselves. I mean, there's so many
ways that they could go figure out cuts to do this,

(19:24):
but they'll never do that because they're Democrats.

Speaker 2 (19:26):
In Colorado.

Speaker 8 (19:27):
Representative Jeff Crank joining us here in Ryan Schruling Live.
He is the Republican representing the fifth Congressional District down
in the Springs and Representative Crank, no matter where it
is in Colorado, we have seen this, We have heard
this in the national news that Aurora in particular, but
Colorado in general, is the hub.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
It is ground zero.

Speaker 8 (19:45):
It is the headquarters for TRENDAA Ragua gang activity.

Speaker 2 (19:49):
In the entire nation.

Speaker 8 (19:50):
It's not Miami, it's not Kansas City, it's not Chicago.
It's Aurora, and it's Colorado. And I want you to
explain to our listeners exactly why you think that is
in the wake of this latest bust where he saw
the ATF and the DEA, a drug and gun bust
of thirty individuals, eight or Trendy our Rodwood gang members.

(20:11):
Three of those eight were leaders within TDA and it
all happened right.

Speaker 6 (20:15):
Here, and it was all And these are the same
busts that the Democrats in Colorado are complaining about. They're
complaining about us going as the federal government going in
Ice Dea and others going in and making these busts.
It's incredible. Look, it's simple. We've made Colorado a sanctuary state.

(20:38):
The governors made it a sanctuary state. I know he
loves to say that it's not, but the reality is
that it is a sanctuary state. Everybody but Governor pull
Us understands that. And he understands it too. He's just
kind of telling us something different. But when you make
it a sanctuary as they have, that's where groups like

(20:58):
this are going to come, going to do business, and
they have set up shop in Colorado. They've made it
their haven. And you know, we've got some counties that
are fighting back. You know, my county fights back. My
sheriff does all he can to work with ICE and
other federal agents to do the right things. So does
Douglas County, So's Teller and many others. But look, I mean,

(21:21):
this governor makes it tough on them. I was out
on a ride along with law enforcement the other day
and they were just telling me how difficult it is.
They're threading a needle to try and keep people safe
but also not violate the law. And have you know
the governor come in or the state of Colorado the
attorney general come in and try and prosecute them for
doing their job.

Speaker 8 (21:42):
Let me get as cynical as I can, Representative Crank
and as cynicals I think the Democrats are on this issue,
and that is the cost of doing business. All these
violent illegal alien criminals in our state. That's worth it
if they can import enough illegal aliens to take refuge
here in a so called sanctuary state and a sanctuary

(22:05):
city of Denver, so that they can be counted in
the census used for congressional seat apportionment in California and
here and elsewhere in other blue states, so that tips
the balance of power in the House of Representatives and
adds to their electoral vote totals, which they need to
shore up because everybody's booking it out of these blue
states and moving into red states like Texas, Florida and Tennessee.

Speaker 2 (22:28):
Do I have any of that wrong? No, you have
it all right.

Speaker 6 (22:31):
That's exactly what they've been doing. And you know the
greatest example of that is California, and we see how
how fierce California is fighting back on ice. We saw
the resistance that they call it as a law breaking
in Los Angeles to try and push back on this,
because it's all part of their plan. They want there
to be greater numbers counted. They try to count them

(22:53):
in the census, right. They don't want to dis count citizens.
They want to count everybody who's here and can answer
a sense this form. And so it's totally intentional. It
has been intentional. And President Trump has reversed that trend.
He said, we're going to have a name, We're going
to be a nation of rule of law, and we're
going to do everything we can to restore that rule

(23:15):
of law. And you know, that's really where we are
right now. You think, I think about it all the
time that the idea of us not having a border
is in it's insane. But that's what Democrats are about,
is sort of this insanity. Whether it's that or letting
men play in women's sport, so many other things, it's

(23:36):
just their insane policies.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Follow him at Rep.

Speaker 8 (23:39):
Jeff crank on X doing his level best to not
only represent the fifth, but I consider him my congressman
by proxy down there because I'm not following Jason Crow anywhere.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
So Representative Craig, thanks for all you do. Thanks for
always taking time with.

Speaker 6 (23:51):
Us, Ryan anytime. I love it. I loved the Trump
stuff at the beginning. That was great, and I'm honored to.

Speaker 11 (23:58):
Have his.

Speaker 6 (24:00):
So thank you.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
Definitely carries a lot of weight.

Speaker 8 (24:02):
And again, Representative Jeff Crank, our good friend on the program,
will take this.

Speaker 2 (24:06):
Time out and we come back. We'll have our Friday.

Speaker 8 (24:08):
Full of the Week revealed with the voting tallied up
by Kelly Cacerra.

Speaker 4 (24:17):
Truly inspirational public figure named Taylor Swift. I went to
my first concert of hers fifteen years ago. I've been
to a second. I'm in a family's swifty group chat
why I know all her music and I listened to
it on my headphones when I cut the grass weird.
While our elderly makeup covered president is posting about whether
Taylor Swift is still hot and declaring that he can't

(24:40):
stand her. What's she doing living her best life living
around We can't stop people from being jerks you, but
we can do your jersey to stop it from hurting
us from changing us. What At my second Taylor Swift
concert in Hartford, Connecticut, fourteen years ago this summer too,
she sang song about this topic, asking why you got

(25:03):
to be so mean? And she spoke directly to the
