John Fabbricatore is preparing for a new role in the Trump administration pertaining to border enforcement, as the district attorney in our own backyard (Amy Padden, 18th) cuts a sweetheart deal with a 15-year-old illegal alien who killed a 24-year-old woman (Kaitlyn Weaver) while driving 90 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone - without a license, uninsured, without permission to use his mother's vehicle.

Brigitte Gabriel on X: "A far left prosecutor let an unlicensed illegal immigrant teen off without any jailtime after a 90-mph crash killed an innocent 24-year-old woman on the way home from work in Colorado. This should enrage every single American citizen! https://t.co/sZfg9UM4m4" / X

The motivation behind the soft sentence appears to be protecting the juvenile from ICE and possible deportation, but will it matter? Can ICE move deport the young man and his entire family to Colombia, regardless? WILL they?

Then, Gordon Chang joins Ryan to discuss US/China deal and impending repercussions.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Bill.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
It's hard to believe you can kill someone and not
do a single day in prison, But that's exactly the
deal a teenage illegal alien got in Colorado after he
crashed into an innocent woman while going twice to speed limit.
Twenty four year old Caitlin Weaver was driving home from
work in Aurora, Colorado, last summer. That's when a fifteen
year old unlicensed illegal alien driving ninety miles per hour

(00:21):
in a forty five zone crashed into her car. She
was taken off life support two days later. Now, shockingly,
the Arapahoe County DA's office has now given the unidentified
alien driver a plea deal, which will see him serve
no prison time and instead get only probation and community service.
Weaver's father told Fox News he feels sickened and let

(00:42):
down by the system.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
I was sickened.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
You know, it's hard to process the whole thing.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
You want some.

Speaker 4 (00:53):
Justice for your family, and then to have that it
did feel like that was gone. The probation sentence was
a nothing. It just left it as it's a slap
on the wrist.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Now, one Aurora City council member is also going after
Arapaho County DA Amy Padden for this week's sentence, with
Councilwoman Danielle Jorinsky posting in part quote, this is not justice,
Amy Padden, You are an embarrassment to the people of Aurora.
This will be remembered, Ice, I hope you're watching. In
the Arapahoe County Day's Office told Fox News that they

(01:30):
believe the conviction in this case and the negotiated sentence
quote acknowledges the seriousness of this preventable tragedy. They say
no legal outcome could bring Caitlin back. They also say
it was a JUVI case, so they can't comment on
the specifics, and that is legal status played no part here.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Bill Twisted Twisted, says Bill Hemmer. Bill Malusian reporting Fox
News nationally, Now this story making waves and again the
epicenter right here in Colorado on illegal aliens being treated
better than American citizens than Colorado taxpayers and citizens. And

(02:10):
make no mistake, this was intentional. This was deliberate by
Amy Padden in her office. And I'll tell you why.
I asked George Brockler, the DA for the twenty third,
the former DA for the eighteenth that Amy Padden represents,
John Kellner had succeeded Brockler in that office and gotten
this case on his desk. Padden inherited it from Kellner.

(02:34):
The action that was going to be taken by Kellner
that John Weaver, the father of Katelyn Weaver, her name
needs to be said. A Texter mentioned this yesterday on DAN,
showing that Texter is right. Katelyn Weaver, twenty four year
old young woman, innocent, absolutely pummeled in an intersection by
a vehicle going ninety miles an hour and a forty

(02:55):
five by a fifteen year old juvenile, illegal alien, who
was not licensed to dry, who was not insured to drive,
who did not have ownership of that vehicle or permission
to use that vehicle, who was in this country illegally,
And that soft pedaling sentence was deliberate because had this
juvenile been sentenced a hard time, boom bang gone, deportation

(03:18):
is on the table for ice and Amy Padden knew it.
The question I asked George Brockler at that time was
George has four children, the youngest of which is fifteen.
God forbid, had George's child at fifteen been guilty at
this exact same crime with that individual, that fifteen year
old been given such a lenient sentence. The answer is no.

(03:39):
The answer is no. And because the answer is no,
that is how you know that this illegal alien juvenile
received preferential treatment because Colorado is a sanctuary state, because
Aurora and Denver are sanctuary cities, either in name or
in purpose, and by default alone by the actions of
Amy Padden, who then claimed through a weak sauce statement

(04:04):
by one of her acolytes, not herself, but this was
just handled by another prosecutor in the office. She had
no knowledge or awareness of this. Really well, the point
that our next guest made with Dan yesterday was, well,
then that's even more of an indictment. A case this
big that is now made national headlines. That Amy Padden

(04:25):
wouldn't be involved in the process or aware of the outcome,
that is an indictment in and of itself. Danielle Jorinski
mentioned in this piece she will join Dan Kaplis coming
up at four thirty six. We are joined on Ryan
Schuling Live right now live from Washington, d C. By
John Fabricatory Johnny Fabb. Welcome back, Hey buddy, what's going on.

(04:46):
I'm fired up about this one, John, This one.

Speaker 5 (04:48):
Yeah, yeah, you should be.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
It makes me angrier than most, I think, just because
of all the elements that I just lined up. But
give us your response, your reaction as someone who's a
former field office director before ICE, the actions of Amy
padd and the outcome of this case.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
It was purposeful, Ryan, Like you know exactly what you
just said. They knew what they were doing when they
made this plea deal. They know putting this illegal alien
juvenile into custody and not having him come out till
he's an adult gives ICE the opportunity to put forward
a case and then remove him when he's an adult.

(05:25):
By putting him out on the street, they're letting this
kid go free. They are keeping him away from Ice.
Ice has a very difficult time with juvenile detention, especially
trying to remove juveniles.

Speaker 6 (05:37):
Like I said yesterday.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
On Dan Show, if I were ICE, and I know
ICE is looking at this case.

Speaker 5 (05:41):
I actually put out a tweet with some.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Eyeballs looking at the case yesterday, and so I know
ICE is looking at this They're trying to figure it out.
How they can, you know, properly do this deportation. And
I would I would put this kid's whole family in
deportation proceedings.

Speaker 5 (05:58):
If his mom's.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
Illegal arrest, his mom put her in deportation proceedings, find
her removable, and then remove every juvenile child she has
with her, remove them all, remove the whole family.

Speaker 5 (06:09):
They shouldn't be here in the United States.

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Look, Ryan, they waited until they committed this crime before they.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
Filed for asylum.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
So that just shows you where we're at.

Speaker 1 (06:19):
With the asylum process in this country. They didn't come
into this country claiming asylum. They waited till this juvenile
criminal committed a major crime and killed this young woman
before they applied for asylum.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
I'm still trying to wrap my head around the political
calculation here, John, If I'm trying, and I got to
try very dip hard to remove divorce emotion from it.
Why the left Democrats like Amy Padden, like Senator Van
Holland we saw in Maryland, they're not bringing up sob
stories that are cure jerkers, and you just kind of

(06:55):
hold on and it appeals to the emotions of those
that might be in the political middle and go, oh,
how can he deport that's so terrible. No, they're defending
the likes of Kilmar Abrago Garcia. The more facts that
come out about him, the quieter the news gets and
covering him. And then this juvenile delinquent who stole his
mother's car, plowed into this young woman, killed her, totally

(07:17):
wanton le totally negligently, did not observe our traffic laws. Heck,
they didn't observe our immigration laws coming in. And this
is the point I've been making the Dan the whole time.
If the first action of this family is to totally
throw up a middle finger in our immigration laws, that
what other laws are they going to be incentivized to follow. Obviously,
as this case bears out, John, none of them.

Speaker 1 (07:39):
They aren't observing any laws.

Speaker 6 (07:41):
I can guarantee that that.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
Mother's working illegally. If she's in the country illegally, she's
working illegally. She doesn't have the right to be here.
She's not gone through an immigration process. So you know,
how many other laws are are they breaking? What kind
of identification are they using to get these shops? What
kind of soul security number is this mother using. There's
I mean, we go down a whole rabbit hole of
the ilegality not just of them entering the United States,

(08:04):
but remaining in the United States. How many things have
days done illegally since the day that they got here,
and uh, you know, for this, for this app and
look the left continuously and we can look at so
many different crimes inside Colorado.

Speaker 7 (08:19):
We've had a case up in Broomfield.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
We're an ellegal alien with fort DUIs who has deported
three times, comes back into the country, was released on
probation by Broomfield and plows to a mother and son
at Broomfield High School, killing them.

Speaker 5 (08:32):
You know, we have so many of these.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
Cases, you know, inside Colorado because of the sanctuary status
that it has, where American citizens are losing their lives.

Speaker 5 (08:42):
When is enough going to be enough?

Speaker 1 (08:43):
When are we going to say we have had enough, Democrats,
it is time to end this and we have to
enforce immigration policy.

Speaker 3 (08:51):
And they're just they're dying on these unbelievable hills with
people that are not sympathetic figures or stories Like I said,
Tilmar Abrigo Garcia and this stiff year old punk steals
a car, kills a woman. That's not something that most
of the people in the political middle are going to
get behind. Go no, wait, no, don't deport that poor
kid and his mom, No, get him out of here.
I just I cannot wrap my head around this. And

(09:13):
yet let's continue the conversation with John Fabricatory. Here's Representative
Lamonica mc iver, Democrat, New Jersey. This is after a
group of Democrats were taken away arrested because they stormed
an iced attention facility, and this was her characterization of it.

Speaker 8 (09:29):
That is why we showed it up there to do
our job as members in New jerseyans count on us
to do our job. Immigration has been something that's in
the back doors, in the backyards of New Jersey, and
it's our jobs to make sure everything is running properly
at this facility. So we were able to get a
tour towards the end of all of that commotion, all
of that chaos. They took us on a tour, offered

(09:51):
us a soda in the midst of doing is. Never
apologized or said anything about the confrontation and the chaos
that they called outside, but we weren't able to get
in speak to detainees, check out the facilities, and you know,
make sure everything was okay there.

Speaker 3 (10:06):
So Representative mac iver has taking the Gilligan's Island approach.
They just had a three hour tour, John, That's all
it was.

Speaker 5 (10:13):
Yeah, Look they showed up there the wrong way.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
You know, Congress, a person is allowed.

Speaker 7 (10:18):
To enter those ice facilities.

Speaker 5 (10:20):
All they have to do is show up and then
ask for permission to enter.

Speaker 1 (10:24):
It's a secure facility. You just can't let people walk
through immediately. You've got to lock down cells. You got
to make sure the violent criminals aren't out in the hallways.
You're letting a congress person into the hallways, you have
to make sure it's secure. It takes thirty minutes, forty
minutes to do that.

Speaker 5 (10:41):
They could just be patient and go in. Their whole
thing is we have to immediately see what's going on.
We can't hide people in it. We can't clean it
up in forty and forty minutes.

Speaker 7 (10:50):
Look, you go in, you take your time, you go in.

Speaker 5 (10:53):
You would have had that, but they wanted political theater.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
Make make no case about this. This is what they
wanted from that morning when they left to go to
that facility, as they wanted to get in the news cycle.

Speaker 5 (11:05):
They wanted the media to come out.

Speaker 1 (11:07):
They wanted to make a big stink to make ice
officers look bad.

Speaker 5 (11:10):
But they really made themselves like that. It was pathetic
what they did. They showed up with people who don't have.

Speaker 1 (11:16):
Access to that facility, like the mayor of Newark, New Jersey,
New Jersey. He has no right to just enter that
facility like a congress person does. So they knew what
they were doing. They wanted this to happen. Political theater
are one hundred percent, and you know what, they should
be held accountable for it.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
We saw an exchange between a representative Hakeeen Jeffries and
a reporter from Fox News. They'll find out about whether
or not something might happen along the lines of a
violent insurrection. Maybe if a member of Congress were to
be detained or arrested based on their actions as John
just described them, they can go in. They can have permission,
but it might take a little time. But for the

(11:54):
purpose of political theater, nobody better than that than one
of our nominees for Friday Full of the Week AOC.

Speaker 9 (12:00):
If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not
members of Congress, it's the Department of Homeland Security. If
people like Tom Holman and Secretary Christin No you lay
a finger on.

Speaker 3 (12:12):
Them, we are going to have a problem. What would
that problem be, John, You know.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
A AOC and Hackeim Jeffries and all these people.

Speaker 6 (12:21):
Their whole thing.

Speaker 7 (12:22):
Is they're going to have a problem. Wait and see,
you're not going to do anything.

Speaker 5 (12:25):
This is a grand standing by them.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
This is what they want to do. They want to
make Ice look like the bad guy on this. Ice
isn't the bad guy on this. A AOC is going
to keep running her mouth. She wants to be in
a political cycle herself. She's out there grand standing, trying
to raise money. Aqim Jeffries is being a joke on this.
He needs to and he needs to really again look
at the law and see exactly what's allowed.

Speaker 5 (12:48):
Again, Congress people are allowed.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
To enter that facility, but there is a process to
do so.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
John Fabricatory our guest, never forget. You can follow him
on x that John E underscore fab with two b's
abb Now, John, one of the reasons I'm having you
on today, I know you kind of broke a little
bit of news with Dan yesterday. But to the degree
that you're able to tell us today why you're in Washington,
d C. And what might be coming up after the weekend,
what our listeners need to know, well.

Speaker 5 (13:15):
Dan, Dan kind of put me on the spot.

Speaker 3 (13:17):
Yeah, I know.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
I didn't want to lie to yet, so so yeah,
So I do have an appointment Monday. I will be
sworn in as a senior advisor with the Trump Administration.
I'll be working with the Secretary of Home of Health
and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Speaker 3 (13:35):
I'm going to be looking over.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
The officer refugee resettlement and working on finding these juveniles
that are missing.

Speaker 3 (13:43):
Can I have you do me one favorite? That is,
can you and RFK Junior do that kind of bro
handshake the way Hulk Hogan and Randy Machoman Savage did
for the Mega Powers and send me a photo of that.

Speaker 2 (13:54):
I will.

Speaker 7 (13:55):
I won't see what I can do.

Speaker 3 (13:56):
Ryan very specific about that request, because I'm going to
like put it side by with Hogan and Macho Man.
I hope you don't mind. That sounds great, John fabrigatory,
congratulations on your apployment. I'm very excited that you're going
to be working with Robert F. Kennedy Junior. I know
a lot of our listeners will be as well. And again,
to the degree that you're able going forward, we'd love
to have you back on the show.

Speaker 1 (14:18):
I'll let you know if I can do that, And
thanks again for having me on.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
All right, John Fabricatory no better expert on all things
ice and border enforcement than he and he'll be sworn
in on Monday, as he said, helping out the Department
of HHS. Let's go to some texts at five seven,
seven thirty nine, Ryan, I think they should have just
let all the Democrat representatives go in and find out
what it's like when there are murderers wandering the halls.

(14:42):
Would have made for great television. Yeah, maybe Haraldo could
have hosted our tour through that, Ryan, the GOP if
they were smart. While we can end the text right there,
they're not.

Speaker 5 (14:52):
I know.

Speaker 3 (14:53):
It's really frustrating because we need them to be, but
they're not. They would make their entire campaign about what
this fifteen early illegal did and include that they waited
to kill someone and then went in for asylum. Make
this case the face of the correct democrap party. Usay,
you're absolutely correct in that regard. This is the thing.

(15:13):
What does Amy Padden as District Attorney gain from this?
But blowback has been immense, It's been severe every time.
Now that the eighteenth Judicial District post something on X
doesn't even have to be related to this case, they
are getting overwhelmed with responses, ratioing them into the sun,
meaning there are all kinds of comments and no likes

(15:35):
or retweets reposts of these things. Because everyone right now,
with the national focus, the spotlight shining in on a
Rapahole County is laser focused on this case as well.
We should be. And I want to give a tip
of the cap to CBS four here locally Sean Boyd
for covering in As you've heard me say many times
in this program, she's the best there is in this market.

(15:57):
CBS four Colorado also the only station covering the recent
Idra Hadji camp controversy, which we've talked about on this program.
So again, if you watch local news, I know a
lot of you kind of refrain from doing that, CBS
four Colorado is where you want to go because they're
getting it right. They're getting it first, and in many

(16:17):
cases they're getting it only they're the only ones covering it.
If not for Fox thirty one, maybe as well take
us time out. Gordon Chang will join us next on
US China trade relations here on Ryan Schwing Live.

Speaker 10 (16:33):
But in January twenty twenty, President Trump produced a template.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
We had an excellent.

Speaker 10 (16:40):
Trade agreement with China, and the Biden administration chose not
to enforce it. The Chinese delegation basically told us of
once President Biden came into office, they just ignored their obligations.

Speaker 3 (16:56):
So we all already have a large frame work. Jaw
dropping but not surprising. That was Scott Bessant earlier this week,
Secretary of Treasury, on Biden not enforcing the trade agreement
originally installed by the Trump administration first time around Trump
one point zero with China, and that China just ignored

(17:16):
their obligation after Biden took off is because they knew
Biden wouldn't enforce it, and he didn't. Scott Bessant, you
might argue more of him is better, less of Howard
Lutnik and Peter Navarro also might be better. But even
in the wake of what appeared to be the verge
of victory, our next guest tells us to exercise some

(17:37):
caution in this for the Gatestone Institute entitled quote Trump,
let's China win in Tara of war first round anyhow?
And that's from Gordon G. Chang. You can follow him
by that very handle on x at Gordon G Chang.
He joins us here on Ryan Schuling Live. Gordon, welcome back.

Speaker 6 (17:54):
Thank you so much, Ryan. And I think one thing
we can all agree on, and that is we could
all use more credence Clearwater revival.

Speaker 3 (18:03):
I you can thank Zach Segers, my producer, for that one,
and yes, I mean fortunate son. That song could apply
in many ways here as well. But as far as
what I just mentioned Scott Bessent being a general force
for a positive movement within the Trump administration when it
comes to overseas negotiations on trade, do you view it
that same way? And do you have reluctance and hesitance

(18:25):
that I have on Lutnik, Navarro and other types of
protectionists that Besson has a more balanced approach to this,
or do you have criticisms to offer for Besson as well?

Speaker 7 (18:35):
Well?

Speaker 6 (18:35):
I think all of them deserve a little bit of criticism.
The one thing that Besson has said, and I think
he had to say this.

Speaker 7 (18:42):
Because it was politically required, is he he's been.

Speaker 6 (18:46):
Talking about opening up the Chinese economy with a trade
deal with the US now. Americans have wanted to open
up the Chinese economy for centuries, and we actually thought
that we got a deal in two thousand and one
when China to the World Trade Organization. But especially Sejanping
is building a wartime economy and he's going back to

(19:07):
a mauise model. So it's really unrealistic to think that
any agreement with the US at this moment is going
to open up China.

Speaker 7 (19:16):
We all would like it to be in a sense,
but that's just not going to happen now.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
I'm building off of this article that you wrote, Gordon,
and I trust you inherently about your wisdom, your background,
your judgment on the topic. It's just interesting to me
about the Trump administration because this is dovetailing in with
a potential Iran nuclear deal, which you have also been
critical of because you posted this on x Any deal
that lets Iran keep Centrifugea's is not really a deal,

(19:43):
it's a surrender. Do you think that President Trump might
be exercising some haste here because of his love for
the art of the deal and making a deal, and
that he's going to settle for a bad deal when
it comes to either Iran or China.

Speaker 6 (19:58):
You know, that's a great question. Know what the shape
of those deals will be so we can pulled off
on that. You know, we've heard Mike Waltz when he
was National Security Advisor, said that the position of the
Trump administration is Ron keeps no sandrifuges, keeps no missiles,
has no.

Speaker 7 (20:14):
Nuclear weapons program. And really that is the right approach.

Speaker 6 (20:19):
And we'll just see whether that is what goes on,
what happens, you know, with regard to trade, I think President.

Speaker 7 (20:26):
Trump, you know, people he certainly gave.

Speaker 6 (20:29):
The Chinese a very generous arrangement with the tariff pause.

Speaker 7 (20:35):
But you know a lot of people say, well, he
just caved. I'm not so sure, Ryan.

Speaker 6 (20:39):
I think that what Trump did was cave cajon Ping
and off ramp because Trump could see that the Chinese
were headed on a collision course not only with the
United States but with the rest of the world on trade,
and Trump was saying, look, you know, you now have
a chance to avoid that.

Speaker 7 (20:56):
So we'll see what happens at the end of the
ninety days.

Speaker 6 (21:00):
Hope that the Chinese do not come to an agreement
that Trump reimposes the tariffs.

Speaker 7 (21:06):
If he does that then I think we're going.

Speaker 6 (21:08):
To be in a very good shape because people around
the world will be able to see it wasn't Trump,
it's the Chinese that are the problems.

Speaker 3 (21:16):
He'll be joining Laura Ingram coming up on Fox News
a little bit later on this evening. We've got a
crack to talk with him first. We're happy to have him.
Gordon Shang here on Ryan Schuling Live. It's been for
Trump and this has kind of been his m Gordon
the carrot and stick approach. He goes to the Middle East.
A lot of people are latting that as a tremendous
success with regard to Saudi Arabian, Qatar and the other

(21:40):
countries in the region, and bring the investment back to
the United States. But with a hostile nation like Iran,
and certainly in a geopolitical financial sense, China is hostile
to our interests. He has this carrot and stick, the
stick being with China tariffs with the Iran it would
be potentially green lighting an attack on their nuclear face
facilities from Israel indirectly from the United States. But promising

(22:04):
that hey, I'd rather make a deal, I'd rather have peace.
He tells China the same thing, Hey, I don't want
to get into this tariff war if we don't have to.
You mentioned off ramp there, But it seems like he's
trying to provide a roadmap to our adversaries to get
to an agreeable arrangement. But how does he do that
without going too far?

Speaker 7 (22:24):
I think that he's going to have to just keep
his principles in mind.

Speaker 6 (22:27):
He's been very clear that the United States needs to
protect its manufacturing and he's no longer going to allow
the world to engage in these predatory practices, including non
tariff barriers. The thing with China, and the reason why
they got such a good deal on this is that, yeah,
we've all dropped our tariffs one hundred and fifteen percentage points,
but it was American tariffs that were keeping Chinese products

(22:49):
out of America. It was not the Chinese tariffs that
were keeping American products out of China. It was the
non tariff barriers. And Trump's ninety day pause.

Speaker 7 (22:59):
Really had very little of effect on that.

Speaker 6 (23:02):
And so really what we're talking about is Trump gave
him a good deal, and I think you're right he's saying,
this is what you can do to come back into
the international community to be a responsible member of it.
And I hope that works, but I don't think it
will just because Si Jianping, he's just not the type
of guy to sort of reciprocate gestures of friendship.

Speaker 3 (23:26):
Speaking of gestures of friendship, Gordon schang our guest, I'm
going to ask you to kind of give your thumbnail
sketch analysis of what went on in the Middle East
this week with regard to President Trump. Gordon and that
is the Crown Prince Saudi Arabia. There were a lot
of warm fuzzy feelings between him and the President of
the United States. Saudi Arabia somewhat of an ally, the

(23:47):
a tenuous one, and there are a lot of conflicts
with regard to values and beliefs. Can get into that
detail as well. But then the gift of a plane
from Qatar, very wealthy nation, has been scrutinized and criticized
specifically from the political left, but even by members of
the right as saying, we don't want to be beholden
to a country like Qatar, United Arab Emirates being another

(24:07):
one wealthy nations in that region that Trump sees as
an opportunity to make deals to bring investment and billions
of dollars here into the United States. What is your
analysis what went on there in the Middle East this
week and how it impacts the United States going forward.

Speaker 6 (24:22):
Apart from the gift of the plane from Qatar, which
I don't think is a good idea to accept, this
was like one hundred percent win for the United States.
Very rarely do you have a presidential trip which is
as successful or as historic, because I think that history.

Speaker 7 (24:39):
Will remember this trip.

Speaker 6 (24:41):
What President Trump did was he cemented relationships with friends.
He boxed out China and Russia from the region, He
intimidated Iran. He got all of this investment into the
United States, and you've got these big orders for American
companies to sell into the region. Plus in addition, he
opened the door as Syria, which could very well become

(25:02):
this decade's miracle. So this was just one hundred percent
great diplomacy. Apart from the plane deal, I mean, far
from the plane acceptance.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
You can hear more from Gordon again on the Ingram
Angle of Lord Ingram tonight talking about China's infiltration of
our colleges and universities, another topic which Gordon can opine
on with great levels of background and knowledge. You can
order his books online at Amazon. Author of Plan Red,
China's Project to Destroy America, the Coming Collapse of China

(25:33):
and China is going to War. Follow him on x
at Gordon g Chang. Gordon always thankful for your time
and insights. We'll talk to you again soon.

Speaker 6 (25:40):
Well, thank you so much, Ryan, because I'm very thankful
of the opportunity to.

Speaker 7 (25:44):
Talk to you.

Speaker 3 (25:44):
He's a good man. Gordon Chang joining us there and
some inside information on where these trade deals are going,
Tariffs against China, the threats against Iran, trying to come
to a deal that would exclude a nuclear armament of Iran.
But how do you get there? Can you get there
with a nation that you simply cannot trust? And I
agree with him that Middle East tour. It was a

(26:06):
one percent slam dunk win for the President and more
importantly for the United States. Our economy is going to soar,
I think in part as a result, and as it does,
will Trump's approval rating and our consumer confidence in this
nation as well. Better times, brighter days are definitely ahead.
A time out. We'll get to our Friday Fool of
the Week. The nominees once again looking back Bill Maher

(26:29):
and his comments on the left not being quite as
crazy as the right to completely out of phase with reality,
AOC making not so subtle threats against those like Tom
Holman and whether or not they are able to apprehend
members of Congress should they breach into these ice detention facilities.
We talked to John Fabricatory about that, so AOC nominee

(26:50):
number two and Jake Tapper batting in that three holes
gonna be tough to knock his block off. And we'll
get to those results when we come back after this
rounding out this Friday edition. Ryan Schuling lives Little Stevie
over here on guitar. I got Clarence Clemens, May he
rest in peace on saxophone with a great presence. He

(27:12):
was in the band.

Speaker 7 (27:13):
That's the thing.

Speaker 3 (27:14):
Kelly hates Bruce Springsteen. Okay, I love his music. I
have for years. I grew up on board in the
USA and the whole album told you about that earlier.
I went to Bruce Springsteen right here in Denver with
Dan Caplis. Thanks to him, son Joe went as well.
If you want to see a literal clone of Dan Kaplis,
but younger. It's Joe Capless. Well, he's about the same

(27:37):
exact age as Zach. As a matter of fact, he's
on the fast track. He's at Harvard Law. I mean,
Joe Capless could very well be a senator one day.
Keep that one. Mark that one down here, twenty twenty
five prediction from yours. Truly, Joe's a great guy. We
enjoyed the concert. It was a lot of fun. He
didn't get political Springsteen. He didn't, and now he is.

(27:59):
And perhaps he should have been our fool of the week.
He sure certainly was foolish. And he's alienating a lot
of his fans. I mean a lot of his fans now.
I bet a lot of his fans are the very
voters that were Reagan Democrats, who were blue collar union
members of United Autoworkers, who went from McComb County, Michigan

(28:19):
and voting Democrat for years Clinton Bill Clinton, that is,
to Donald Trump, who feel disaffected and overlooked and forgotten,
who live in the urban areas of the Eastern Seaboard
like Philadelphia and New Jersey. These are the core element
of his fans. They aren't woke liberal coastal elites. With

(28:42):
signs in your art they aren't, and yet Bruce doesn't
know his audience. I always go back, folks, go back,
and this is before Zac's time, but I invite him
to do it. One of the greatest sketches in all
time for Saturday Night Live the Sinatra Group, Phil Hartman
hosting Staying as Billy Idol. I'm going to go see
Sting next Thursday by the White Red Rocks. Thanks to

(29:02):
Brad White for that one. But in it, he's looking
at Billy Idol's sting. Phil Hartman as Frank Sinatris. What's
with a sneering crap your audience? They want to like you,
This is what I would say to Bruce Fringksteing. They
want to like you. You're making it impossible for your
fans to like you anymore. But I guess nobody ever
really liked Jake Tapper, According to Steven L. Miller, a

(29:23):
good friend who comes on the show often. He's hired
a crisis team because of the blowback about his book
and everybody calling him out for being the fraud that
he is. And here's the fraud that he was making
him Our Friday Fool the week you have an entire
White House Press corps though, following.

Speaker 11 (29:38):
Him around, and I'm just curious as to whether or
not this kind of trying to hide what was happening
with the president at the time had an impact on
the press corps, like why didn't we hear some of
these details from what they actually saw? And we're dealing
with trying to get information.

Speaker 12 (29:56):
Well, Alex Thompson and I were on the case, as
were lots of other reporters trying to figure out what
was going on behind the scenes. But the bottom line
is the White House was lying not only to the press,
not only to the public, but they were lying to.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
Members of their own cabinet.

Speaker 12 (30:11):
They were lying to White House staffers, they were lying
to Democratic members of Congress, to donors about how bad
things had gotten. And it was there that President Biden
walked over to George Clooney, and Clooney realized and other
people witnessing realized that Biden did not recognize him, and
Aid said, you know, George.

Speaker 3 (30:32):
And the President was like, yeah, sure, how are you,
thanks for.

Speaker 12 (30:35):
Being here, and the AID had to say, no, George Clooney,
and it was just shocking for everyone involved. How do
you think it makes little kids with stutters feel when
they see you make a comment like that. It's very
clearly a cognitive decline.

Speaker 6 (30:52):
That's what I'm referring to.

Speaker 3 (30:53):
It makes me uncomfortable.

Speaker 12 (30:54):
You area, this is so amazing. It's so amazing to
me that figure out an answer cognitive declinative. Biden embraces
his stutter talking about it, while Trump, mox said, exaggerates it,
belittles it.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
He's sharp physically, I mean mentally.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
Yeah, I think the question is physically right right or
so right right?

Speaker 12 (31:13):
And the guy who's his chief opponent is only three
or four years younger than I mean. You have questioned
President Biden's age, mental fit, and fitness ability to lead.
Of those supporting Biden, you said, quote, shame on all
of you pretending everything is okay.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
You're leading us and him into a disaster. Do you
worry that you damaged him at all?

Speaker 12 (31:29):
False claims to the Wall Street Journal about President Biden's
mental fitness and acuity quote behind closed Doors, Biden shows
signs of slipping quotes.

Speaker 3 (31:38):
The Wall Street Journal is.

Speaker 12 (31:39):
Owned by Newscore, which is run by the Murdocks. Beyond
the headline, there is some critical nuance here. The article
is mostly based on observations of Republicans. The former Speaker
Kevin McCarthy the only one going on the record. The
Russians are trying to do to make us in the
public not trust the our election integrity. Joe Biden has
dimensioned all this stuff.

Speaker 3 (31:59):
All this Congratulations Jake Tapper, our Friday Fool of the Week,
and it is worth noting one more time, for forty
plus years in public life, maybe fifty years, Joe Biden's
stutter was neary a thing and it suddenly came back.
Only person I've ever known in history to have a stutter,
lose it for fifty years and have it come back.
That'll do it for me from here for now. That

(32:19):
Dan Caplas Show is next day tuned, Danielle Jorinsky Aurora
City Council joining him to talk about Amy Padden and
that lamentable probation author to the fifteen year old juvenile
illegal alien who killed a twenty four year old young
woman in Aurora.
